The Bible Explained with Jenn Kokal · Feb 9, 2024 · 23m

While God is fighting for the Israelites, Saul is making bad choices:

The Philistines have all but been defeated, Saul just needs to make the final blow

Saul tells the priest to stop trying to communicate with God

Saul forces the people into a terrible oath

Jonathon breaks the oath unknowingly

The people are so hungry that they sin against God

How the church sometimes acts like Saul
