  [SPEAKER_00]: We are officially two weeks away from the Jacksonville Jaguar's first pick in the NFL draft, as James Lads don't put it for now.

  [SPEAKER_00]: For now, I do not think it's out of the realm of possibilities that the Jaguar is moving up back into the first round.

  [SPEAKER_00]: When you look at the trade value charts, it's not that crazy to think it could happen.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Like it's possible that could move 56.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And maybe a team really needs more draft capital.

  [SPEAKER_00]: and you have to give up 56, obviously, and maybe 124, just an idea, just an idea, not saying that it will happen, but it's possible, it's not outside the realm of possibilities.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He certainly did that because he was able to land at Miami and it up starting at Miami last year and I honestly, I mean, I could be wrong.

  [SPEAKER_00]: at Left Tackle played more this year at Left Tackle started all year for a team that made it to the national title game, did a really good job overall.

  [SPEAKER_00]: When you look at his numbers, which I always like to look at numbers for offensive tackles and offensive linemen in college, but you really got to evaluate the tape to really get a better idea.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, did that 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 games.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So, allowed less than a pressure a game on average.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The most pressures he gave up in a game was against Ohio State in the playoffs.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You know, Ohio State has some damn good football players.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I gave up four pressures in that game, but 15 pressures on the season, 98.6 efficiency in past pro.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You know, Jaguar is like those zero Sax guys.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And he's six foot nine and a quarter, 346 pounds, surprisingly small hands.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It's for an NFL player, for somebody who's six nine does not have the biggest hands, which is kind of surprising.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I know this is not the Jacksonville Jaguars run by Trent Balky anymore, but that's crazy.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So when you have that type of length, it can cover up some deficiencies for sure.

  [SPEAKER_00]: When you're six foot nine and a quarter, 346 pounds with 36 and a half-inch arms, that's gonna help you out.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The only real testing he did was the 40-yard dash, didn't do the bench press look.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Guys with arms that long, their bench press numbers, even if they're really strong or just not gonna be as impressive as, like if he had 33 and John 32 and John, he could probably knock out the bench press, no problem.

  [SPEAKER_00]: with that arm link that's just not going to be to his advantage, usually, you know, with these types of guys.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But he ran off 536 at 6 9 346, like 536 ain't great.

  [SPEAKER_00]: This is not like an Orlando Brown situation where like you see him and yeah, you can see that it's a little slow.

  [SPEAKER_00]: If you don't leverage, like he's incredibly tall, he's taller than everybody he's going up against.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But I do think the longer he was at Miami, the more I saw him trying to bend with his knees than with his waist, there's always going to be some waist bending with him because again he is so tall.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Using your knees more than your waist, it is obviously critical at the NFL level.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that he's trending in that direction.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And another thing is, again, went from Jukeau to Miami.

  [SPEAKER_00]: This was his first full-year starting at this level.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And he did a really good job.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Obviously got experience in 2024.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But I thought he did a good job at Miami.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think there's nastiness, there's just like, he'll put you in a prison cell.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's the fact that he's still 21 years old.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So it's not like this is an older prospect.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's a natural kind of ascendancy that you see going from Jukeau to Miami, learning more technique, getting more fundamental.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And again, being his size with his athleticism, it's gonna cover up a lot of issues.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I'd be into it if the Jaguar is wanted to go with Mark L. Bell.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of offensive tackles, offensive linemen, I like, but this would be fun.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I could see him 81 would surprise me a little bit, but that's the Jaguar second pick.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They're first picking the third round.

  [SPEAKER_00]: 81, little surprising, 88, 100.

  [SPEAKER_00]: If he was there at 124, those are all spots where I could see Mark L. Bell to the Jaguars

  [SPEAKER_00]: and I'm not saying he would be my number one guy on the offensive line for them in that range.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That's kind of like my guy here, but Mark L. Bell, I like his game a good bit.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know that he's playing guard, which I think Cage KC can play tackle or guard.

  [SPEAKER_00]: When you're just talking specifically tackle, yeah, I can see the vision there.

  [SPEAKER_00]: As a swing tackle, Jaguar is obviously not going to be drafting a starting tackle, at least, you know, Colvin and Landon's under contract through 2028, Anton Harris, and I think is someone they're building around.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So, could he maybe be a swing guard for you, like four position guy?

  [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe, maybe he could, not 100% sure about that.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I haven't seen him play guard,

  [SPEAKER_00]: Mark L. Bell, whether it's him or somebody else, I want the Jaguars.

  [SPEAKER_00]: With there, I would really like it if it lines up to where for James Ladson and Company, within their top five picks, which is 5681, 88, 100, and 124.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Within the first four rounds, if there's an offensive lineman that they really value, I would love to see that happen.
