- 0:14Speaker 3: We're not talking about Lassie.

- 0:17Speaker 3: The classiest Lassie.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Big Snoopy Go Double Jizzle. In your face to me
- 0:21Speaker 1: and in the place to be. And you're listening to
- 0:23Speaker 1: John Jay and Rich.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Wake your ass up.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Hello, good morning. John Jay and Rich can help you.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Hi. Hi. I have a weird rule at work that
- 0:33Speaker 3: y'all are just going to die about.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Okay. What's your weird rule?
- 0:38Speaker 3: Can't pee in your desk. I think that's a great rule.
- 0:42Speaker 3: In your desk?
- 0:43Speaker 1: Like, somebody actually did that?
- 0:46Speaker 4: Yes, yes.
- 0:47Speaker 2: So before I started working there, there was this guy
- 0:49Speaker 2: that worked there. Apparently, he would be drinking on the
- 0:53Speaker 2: job somehow, I suppose. And he was too lazy to
- 0:57Speaker 2: get up to go to the bathroom.
- 0:59Speaker 4: So they found out when he got fired and the
- 1:03Speaker 4: drawer was all squishing.
- 1:05Speaker 3: It makes sense. He must have done it a lot
- 1:07Speaker 3: of times for it to be an actual rule that
- 1:09Speaker 3: they had to lay it down.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Like, please don't be inside your desk.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:14Speaker 1: So I figured that was a pretty interesting one.
- 1:18Speaker 3: I've got to call him. Thank you.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Well, thank you for sharing that with us.
- 1:22Speaker 2: All right, y'all have a great day.
- 1:23Speaker 1: You too. Rich, speaking of today having to beat a
- 1:26Speaker 1: great day, what else is today? Today's national what?
- 1:28Speaker 3: I'm pretty excited about this one. National Double Cheeseburger Day. Winner!
- 1:33Speaker 3: It's also National Cheese Toast Day, National Linguini Day, National
- 1:40Speaker 3: Cream de Mint Day, which I only know that.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I feel like that's what my.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Parents would drink after a fancy dinner. National IT Professionals Day,
- 1:49Speaker 3: National Felt Hat Day, And National Tackle Kids Cancer Day,
- 1:55Speaker 3: which I love that, too. Those are your days today.
- 1:58Speaker 3: But National Cheeseburger Day, Double Cheeseburger Day, we should celebrate.
- 2:01Speaker 3: And from where?
- 2:02Speaker 4: In-N-Out, do you think?
- 2:03Speaker 3: Who's got the best double cheeseburger?
- 2:05Speaker 1: I could argue five guys. All right. Let's say hi
- 2:07Speaker 1: to Claudia. Claudia, what's up? Good morning. You're on the air.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Good morning. Well, you mentioned multiple times, John Jay, that
- 2:15Speaker 4: you were going to die in 2026. And I really
- 2:19Speaker 4: wanted to tell you that I actually, 30 years ago,
- 2:22Speaker 4: when I was 19, I went to a psychic, and
- 2:25Speaker 4: they predicted that I was going to die in 2026
- 2:27Speaker 4: before I have a chance to turn 50. And this November,
- 2:32Speaker 4: I'm going to turn 50 on November 2nd, so... I'm
- 2:36Speaker 4: kind of, you know, nervous about the prediction.
- 2:39Speaker 1: So you're in the same boat I'm in, I was in,
- 2:42Speaker 1: except mine was before my birthday 2020, and I passed it.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I'm here. I'm here, guys. So there's hope for you. Yeah.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Hopefully your psychic sucks like mine did. I don't know, Claudia.
- 2:55Speaker 3: It sounds like a curse to me. We heard the
- 2:57Speaker 3: witch laughing. Oh, no.
- 2:58Speaker 4: 30 years ago, I didn't pay attention. I was only 19.
- 3:02Speaker 4: 2026 was so far away, but now it's right here,
- 3:05Speaker 4: so we'll see.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Have you had a nice life so far?
- 3:09Speaker 4: Yes, I have.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Rich is getting us right into spooky season. Okay, so
- 3:14Speaker 1: when is your birthday? What's the exact date?
- 3:17Speaker 4: November 2nd.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Okay, so can someone check if that's a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday?
- 3:22Speaker 1: We've got to get Claudia on the line the day
- 3:24Speaker 1: after her birthday. It is a Monday. It's a Monday. Okay,
- 3:27Speaker 1: so we've got to talk to you Monday and Tuesday.
- 3:29Speaker 1: We'll talk to you the day of and then see
- 3:31Speaker 1: if you made it the next day. All right, Claudia.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Okay. Thank you.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Bye.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Bye. Yeah. The psychic I talked to. that cleared me.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I kind of want to get him back on. He
- 3:47Speaker 1: was great. He was great.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Right.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Great. In fact, what he said, I would take, if
- 3:52Speaker 3: I were you, I would take it for all it's worth.
- 3:54Speaker 3: He's like, you are now unstoppable is what he said.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I'm so glad you remember that because I was trying
- 3:59Speaker 1: to tell my wife that I couldn't remember what he said.
- 4:01Speaker 3: He said, I feel like now you are unstoppable. Now
- 4:04Speaker 3: I was thinking about that because it takes you so
- 4:06Speaker 3: long to get here because you're like working out before
- 4:08Speaker 3: the show and then you leave the show to go
- 4:09Speaker 3: work out.
- 4:10Speaker 1: And then you leave your workout, and then you go
- 4:12Speaker 1: work out. I'm a little obsessed with it right now.
- 4:14Speaker 3: A little?
- 4:15Speaker 1: I'm trying, yeah. But that's good. By the way, we're
- 4:17Speaker 1: giving away tickets to Disneyland every single day. And I
- 4:22Speaker 1: saw this information that I thought was really handy. It
- 4:26Speaker 1: was six things you should never do at a theme park. Never,
- 4:31Speaker 1: ever do these things at a theme park. So if
- 4:33Speaker 1: you win our tickets... We should probably make them sign
- 4:36Speaker 1: this waiver that they'll never do this. And by the way,
- 4:37Speaker 1: if this happens to you, if you're at the park
- 4:39Speaker 1: and you see someone do this, sometimes it kind of sucks.
- 4:41Speaker 1: What do you think is number one? What is one
- 4:43Speaker 1: of the top things you can never do at a
- 4:45Speaker 1: theme park? Don't take your shoes off.
- 4:47Speaker 3: No bare feet.
- 4:50Speaker 1: That's not on here, but that's interesting. Cut the line.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Cutting the line, number one. That's a good one. Good job, babe.
- 4:57Speaker 1: A group in line can let their one friend in,
- 4:59Speaker 1: but not vice versa. Yeah, that's true. Think about this
- 5:03Speaker 1: for a second. Another thing, stopping or turning abruptly in
- 5:06Speaker 1: a walkway.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 5:08Speaker 1: There's a video breaking down how people walk at Disneyland.
- 5:11Speaker 1: They just stop or they turn and then you, boom,
- 5:13Speaker 1: you bump into them. Making someone go on a ride.
- 5:16Speaker 1: This is supposed to be a fun day. If someone
- 5:18Speaker 1: doesn't want to go on the super duper looper, they
- 5:20Speaker 1: shouldn't have to.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I disagree.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I disagree. You're forcing someone to go.
- 5:23Speaker 2: On a ride? Yeah, I remember like clear as day
- 5:26Speaker 2: when Tower of Terror came out and my little brother
- 5:29Speaker 2: would not go on it and I bullied him onto
- 5:31Speaker 2: going on it.
- 5:32Speaker 3: And we had the best time.
- 5:33Speaker 2: We went like three times after.
- 5:33Speaker 1: How old was he?
- 5:34Speaker 2: We were like 10.
- 5:35Speaker 3: But look, you traumatized that poor child.
- 5:37Speaker 2: We're like best friends now. He loves me.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Well, yeah, he's afraid of you.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Because of that. Stockholm Syndrome. These are things you should
- 5:43Speaker 1: never do at a theme park. Being impatient. There are
- 5:46Speaker 1: people everywhere and everyone is waiting. You just have to chill.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Or don't go. Or don't go. Or don't go. Don't go.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Play heads up when you're sitting in line. Bring a
- 5:55Speaker 2: deck of Uno. You've got to come prepared if you're
- 5:57Speaker 2: going to Disney.
- 5:58Speaker 1: This is a big one, too. Blocking people's views, especially kids.
- 6:01Speaker 1: If you're tall, you can stand towards the back. I agree.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Getting disrespectful with park characters. This is a major no-no.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Most of these characters are beloved to the children of
- 6:10Speaker 1: the park. Be nice. Yeah, why are people getting mean
- 6:12Speaker 1: to Mickey?
- 6:13Speaker 2: A lot of the characters that are no longer characters anymore,
- 6:17Speaker 2: they're just whatever normal people, they do total breakdowns on
- 6:21Speaker 2: the situations that they went through. being cast members, which
- 6:24Speaker 2: I find so fascinating. Just like just random stories, working
- 6:28Speaker 2: with guests or whatever. Like they just give you, they
- 6:30Speaker 2: break down the wall and they tell you all about it.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Well, those are the top things to never do at
- 6:34Speaker 1: an amusement park. In fact, we've got Disney tickets every
- 6:36Speaker 1: single day this week. We'll be asking you for the
- 6:38Speaker 1: magic words in just a little bit. You got to
- 6:40Speaker 1: keep listening. It's John Jane Rich.
