Napier’s newest millionaire just won a cool $1 million in the first division Lotto after buying their ticket online — a life-changing windfall. Meanwhile, Powerball’s jackpot climbs to $10 million as no one hit it last night, and Strike Four rolls over with $400K up for grabs. Seventeen second division Lotto winners each cashed in $16,047, with four also scooping Powerball’s second division prize for over $20K. Winners were scattered nationwide — Whangārei, Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Greymouth, Canterbury, and Otago. Numbers drawn: 21, 24, 25, 9, 35, 13 — bonus 5, Powerball 8. Lucky you…
