- 0:00Speaker 1: I am a Sherry Mackie at his time right now
- 0:03Speaker 1: for us to go to God in prayer, and as
- 0:05Speaker 1: always I invite you to join along with me in prayer. Today.
- 0:11Speaker 1: I want to pray for those that may be dealing
- 0:13Speaker 1: today with a broken heart for whatever reason. Heavenly Father,
- 0:17Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus Christ, we come to you
- 0:20Speaker 1: on behalf of every wounded heart. You see the silent ache,
- 0:24Speaker 1: You see the guarded smile, You see the pain tucked
- 0:27Speaker 1: away behind strength. Lord, you know how a heart becomes wounded.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Some hearts are wounded by betrayal, trusts broken by someone
- 0:37Speaker 1: they never thought would hurt them. Some are wounded by abandonment,
- 0:42Speaker 1: a parent who left, a spouse who walked away, a
- 0:45Speaker 1: friend who disappeared. Some are wounded by rejection, not chosen,
- 0:50Speaker 1: not accepted, not valued. Some are wounded by harsh words
- 0:55Speaker 1: spoken in anger, but lingering for years. Some are wounded
- 0:59Speaker 1: by abuse, emotional, physical, spiritual abuse. Some are wounded by grief,
- 1:06Speaker 1: the death of a loved one, someone they deeply loved.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Some are wounded by disappointments, prayers that seem unanswered, dreams
- 1:14Speaker 1: that didn't unfold the way they hoped it would, Some
- 1:18Speaker 1: are wounded by church hurt, leadership, failure's judgment, hypocrisy where
- 1:24Speaker 1: they expected healing, And some are wounded by their own
- 1:28Speaker 1: regret mistakes they can't seem to forgive themselves for. Father,
- 1:33Speaker 1: you see it all, and your word reminds us that
- 1:37Speaker 1: you are near to the broken hearted, and that you
- 1:39Speaker 1: save those chrustian spirits. You're not intimidated by shattered pieces.
- 1:44Speaker 1: You are not overwhelmed by our emotional scars. You are
- 1:48Speaker 1: the mender of the broken hearts and the healer of
- 1:50Speaker 1: the wounded spirits. Lord, step into the places that still
- 1:54Speaker 1: throb with pain. Where there is betrayal, restore trust any
- 2:00Speaker 1: you where there's abandonment, Wrap them in your constant presence.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Where there's rejection, Remind them God they are chosen by you.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Where there are cruel words echoing in their minds, replace
- 2:12Speaker 1: them with your truth about who they are and whose
- 2:15Speaker 1: they are. Where grief lingers, comfort them with hop God.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Where shame has taken ruth uprooted with grace. Father, heal
- 2:23Speaker 1: the wounds we talk about, and definitely the ones we
- 2:26Speaker 1: never mentioned. Remove the bitterness that tries to grow around
- 2:30Speaker 1: the pain. Remove the fear that keeps walls up, removed
- 2:34Speaker 1: the numbness that form just to survive. Give them courage
- 2:38Speaker 1: to feel a give and give them strength to forgive.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Give them grace to release what they cannot change. Lord,
- 2:44Speaker 1: stish together what was torn, Restore joy where sorrow has
- 2:48Speaker 1: lingered too long. Breathe the life into places that felt
- 2:52Speaker 1: emotionally dead. Let them know, God, healing is not weakness.
- 2:56Speaker 1: It is surrender, and in surrender you do what only
- 2:59Speaker 1: you can do. We declare that this wound will not
- 3:03Speaker 1: define them. This chapter will not be the end of
- 3:06Speaker 1: their story. What try to break them will not bury them.
- 3:10Speaker 1: You are the God who reveals. You are the God
- 3:13Speaker 1: who restores. You are the God who heals. So God
- 3:16Speaker 1: touched every wounded heart today. Let peace replace pain, Let
- 3:20Speaker 1: hope replace heaven is, and let your love wash over
- 3:24Speaker 1: every sco Oh yes, God. And when the healing is complete,
- 3:28Speaker 1: let their testimony bring healing to someone else. In Jesus' name. Amen, Amen, Amen,
