- 0:04Thank you for listening to de Pictures Media Radio. You rat you readything to
- 0:31me? Oh well, jus well not a bad I just see Sali Mass
- 1:18said, Welcome back everyone. I want you to meet an old friend of
- 1:38mine, Teresa Collins. She is the owner of a Blended Spirit wellness and
- 1:46academy Renounce, Psychic Reiki master, life coach, hypnotherapist, and mystic arts
- 1:53teacher. She is also a mama of two and she's been buried for over
- 2:00thirty years. She has written two books, including the successful Time to Shine
- 2:09Journal workbook available on Amazon, assisted in over sixty thousand healings in the last
- 2:19that decade, and taught hundreds in self and spiritual development the Nature and Fun
- 2:32Teacher. Teresa loves teaching in her academy in person, and you may find
- 2:38her on other places. Besides my podcast, she has been on several other
- 2:46podcasts and TV shows specializing in helping women through trauma and opening a whole new
- 2:54world of opportunities. You can work with her Wild One in her healing studio
- 3:02in Surrey, BC, which is very close to where our studio is.
- 3:09So why don't we welcome Teresa to the show As we find out how she
- 3:16does some of the work that she does, and we really want to focus
- 3:20on the healing women through trauma. Welcome to the show, Teresa. How's
- 3:59it going. Oh, it's wonderful. Thanks for having you the day.
- 4:02So I'm really I remember I remember blended spirit in the very beginning, in
- 4:09the wee stages of things right, and you've grown through leaps and bounds.
- 4:14So why in the world did you started to begin with again? Honestly,
- 4:18I started out of a pure need. My kids were really, really sick.
- 4:23I was born psychic. I could see when spirit was there. It
- 4:27kind of scared me, so I shut down. And then I was raised
- 4:30in a Catholic school, so I did feel spirit and that was not a
- 4:33pair of bit so I shut that down. And growing up I had kind
- 4:40of grew up on the wrong side of the tracks. So I had a
- 4:43team of guides and intuition that protected me. But it wasn't until my kids
- 4:46were in and out of children's hospital for four years that I realized I needed
- 4:50to activate my healer. And I'd like to say that I did it,
- 4:54but I kind of got my butt kicked. I was working for a lady
- 4:57who was doing readings, and we were at a tradeo and Calgary, and
- 5:01we were in the hot tub, actually in the hotel after the show,
- 5:03and a very powerful psychic basically stood up and told me to get my shit
- 5:08together, And about three hours later, she told me exactly what I needed
- 5:12to do to help myself and my family and the thousands and thousands of women
- 5:15that were waiting for me. So I came home and I began my Raiki
- 5:19journey. I took level one to three teacher training. I fell into different
- 5:26masters, and within six months, my kids got better and my son got
- 5:30off all the antipsychotics, and then my second one, I started to heal
- 5:33from depression, and lastly my husband got off for all his antique pressints and
- 5:40my family was starting to be whole and healed, and I was like,
- 5:43okay, what can I do now? So I did two hundred and fifty
- 5:46healings my first year, and I basically just gave my gift away. I
- 5:50just helped wherever I could, whoever needed me. And it wasn't long after
- 5:56that that I met you. Actually, Michael, I had just tapped into
- 6:00being in real business. I expanded from one room to two, and literally
- 6:05I just started saying thousands. I've done over six thousand healings since I started
- 6:12it. Just I opened the floodgates and the women that came. Okay,
- 6:17for those of you who out there who aren't into the woo woo, you're
- 6:21just gonna have the excuses for a little while. Okay, but on the
- 6:26woo woo. Okay, hold on a second before, don't you find that
- 6:29this isn't just woo, my friend, this is quantum, this is science.
- 6:31Oh, this is the biofield. This is a measurable thing. Oh
- 6:35I am just catching up with them, honey buns. Oh yeah, oh
- 6:40yeah, I totally totally agree with you. That's why I told Bill,
- 6:43did the pause your the hot little heels for a second and listen up right?
- 6:47Yeah, Because one thing that you did do for me was you said
- 6:55you were going to open the door for me to do something amazing. I
- 7:00don't know if you remember that, but I'm sorry I like to say to
- 7:04you, but honestly, I channeled my session, so I usually don't remember
- 7:08them after Yeah, it's all good, right, But but I've been but
- 7:15i've been podcasting, and we we we left the because you were on the
- 7:19on our radio show when we were on Yeah, we're on on radio,
- 7:28and we have since left the radio station and we have grown bigger because the
- 7:32radio, as it turned out, the radio station was keeping us small.
- 7:40And you and you're the one who said to do it, you know,
- 7:46in our session, in our conversation, I remember remember the tea, the
- 7:51coffee, the the tea, the cookies in the and all that, and
- 7:56and it was like, wow, well, I am happy to be part
- 8:01of your journey. That makes me so honestly, that feels my soul.
- 8:05That's why I do these things. Yeah. So it's like so cool to
- 8:07hear how you're growing and that you've helped like over six thousand people, you
- 8:11said, and we made Yeah, And honestly, that's an understandment. I
- 8:16see twenty plus a week. I see two groups. When I do trade
- 8:20shows, I see over one hundred and fifty people in two to three days.
- 8:24I honestly, I show up and show off wherever I can. Yeah.
- 8:28So, for those who aren't familiar with the science, there is a
- 8:33lot of science because spirit is energy and where the qualum physics actually comes in,
- 8:41right, Yeah, there's so many different layers. I mean, if
- 8:45you think about it. In grade four. We all learned everything with molecules
- 8:46and energy, so the science is not new. One of my favorite things
- 8:50to do is I have a lot of clients with Apple watches, and they
- 8:54have such measurable effects and their blood pressure and their heart rate and their sleep
- 8:58cycles. It just like you can see the actual results for an individual.
- 9:05It's basically what we're doing is we're just teaching your body what naturally is meant
- 9:11to do. It's naturally meant to heal. You cut yourself and your body
- 9:13heels. We just get in our way, and we get all stressed,
- 9:18and we get all that nastiness of anxiety and stuff, and KY just helps
- 9:22your body get back to its rest period where it can use the oxygen that
- 9:26brees to increase your circulation and lower your blood pressure and help you see things
- 9:31clearly. Yeah, very very cool stuff. Yeah. So really, we're
- 9:37just getting our own way, my friend. Yeah, Yeah, we just
- 9:41got to keep from tripping over ourselves. Right. Yeah, And I did
- 9:45too. I do this for a livery but I still did too. I
- 9:48see coaches myself. Well, you know, to be honest with you,
- 9:52Before before I started doing this, I was a little more skeptical about it,
- 9:56even though, like you said, I have the Catholic school background.
- 10:01Also is a I could I could feel and hear things and it wasn't cool,
- 10:07right then nuns would tell you that's not cool. Well, they taught
- 10:11you to be afraid, and there's nothing to be afraid of. It is
- 10:13truly where God is visiting us. Yeah. So and our creator himself is
- 10:20the ultimate energy, right, Yeah, he's one of the energies. Yeah,
- 10:26a lot of things going on. There's a lot of things going on.
- 10:30If you if you think about where you're sitting in that room, you
- 10:33know, there's so many layers and just looking at me, there's sixty thousand
- 10:37points of information that are going through. There's the things you see, the
- 10:39hear, you touch, you smell, and then there's a whole dimension happening
- 10:43beyond that. So it's like the radio waves and the you know move that
- 10:48the Wi Fi, the science is showing us that there's so much more than
- 10:52the I and there's just another level, another level of dancene with all the
- 11:01radio waves of Wi Fi all that sort of stuff. I like to tell
- 11:03people that it's all it's because we're all living in the light Hi, some
- 11:09of us, not all of us, not all of us anyway, one
- 11:16of your I shouldn't say favorite. But one of the things that I know
- 11:20you do a lot of work with is women who experience trauma and they're trying
- 11:26to get around that trauma and find find their way back to that success in
- 11:31that light. Yeah, and they're really not living in the lights. And
- 11:33that's why I say not all of us. Darkness is a very real thing,
- 11:37and it can creep in whether you have a million dollars in the bank
- 11:39or back to your name. It doesn't care if you're rich or not.
- 11:45It doesn't even care if you you're surrounded by people. If you are living
- 11:50in this darkness of trauma, it can just be a shadow that lives with
- 11:52you every day and until you actually look at it. And it's hard to
- 11:56look at my own, Oh my god, it's terrifying. And that's where
- 12:01I come in. I'll hold your hand through the darkness. I'll cry with
- 12:03you, I'll i'll battle the demons old space, and I'll believe in you
- 12:09more than you've never believed in yourself until you understand it's true. Yeah.
- 12:15Yeah, And you are good at holding space. Yeah, there's one of
- 12:22one of the talents that we have in common is like me sitting meat with
- 12:28the camera between between me and whoever I'm talking to and holding that space so
- 12:33you just feel comfortable to be you right, Yeah, and I love it.
- 12:39Thank you for showing up and showing up the way you do every day.
- 12:43And everybody needs needs to know that they can do that. Yeah,
- 12:48it takes too right, Like you know, we are meant to be connected.
- 12:52We're meant to reach out for help. As I said, I do
- 12:56this professionally, but I see five different people. I've healing, I have
- 13:00coaches, I have many people in my personal tribe at this level that help
- 13:05and assist me, so I can assist many more. We're meant to be
- 13:09together. So help you build the whole system that you have now. Consistency,
- 13:18persistence, stupidity, some days, pure imagination. Most things you see
- 13:24is a figment of my imagination. So I'll be wake up at three o'clock
- 13:30in the morning and think, oh, oh I can do that, I
- 13:31should do that, how can I do that? And then I start working
- 13:35with spirits and GUIDs and connections and people. I'll share share my vision with
- 13:39somebody and I'll be like, oh, yeah, I can help with that,
- 13:41and next thing you know, we're there, and it's like, gratefully,
- 13:46I've always had this deeper calling, but there's more and I and I
- 13:54would like to reach my full potential in this life. So what that means.
- 14:00It doesn't mean I don't have to be perfect. I just have to
- 14:03CNA and fill a need and bigger, better every day. So it's,
- 14:09uh, it comes from a core wound of actually being not enough, which
- 14:13is so funny because everybody's maybe watching hair feels not enough. But when you
- 14:18shift it into strength and you realize that that is really just the search,
- 14:22the seeking, the abundance of prosperity, the bigger, better, it's it's
- 14:28an incredible strength. Yeah, how did and how does that that part?
- 14:35Like? I do that consistency, consistency steps, I use technology, I
- 14:41make goals, I do dream words by I deal with a lot of the
- 14:48fear like I do a lot of my own healing. So if something scares
- 14:50me, it's usually because it's gonna be really big. So instead of running
- 14:54away, I tackle it. I see it, I hear it, I
- 14:56love it, I release it, and I in inspite of myself sometimes and
- 15:03in spite of outside opinion too, Like I haven't always been supported in my
- 15:07life, and I'm often so crazy and I say, yeah, I am
- 15:11crazy, but watch me do it. So it's okay to fail. It's
- 15:15okay to get messy, It's okay to try a thousand things. Uh,
- 15:20the important thing is to keep going. Yeah, it's failure really failure?
- 15:24Or is it just hey, I learned something? Oh no, I thought
- 15:26things up sometimes. Oh sorry, am I lad to say that? That?
- 15:31Sorry? Full out flatter my face failed? Those were but I when
- 15:39getting up part if if you if if you fell flat on your face and
- 15:45figure like like when you're learning to walk right, you felt flat on your
- 15:48face? Nearly broke your nose in the court has the advantage to kids having
- 15:54small noses, they don't break it nearly? Is easy? Yeah? No,
- 15:58I really? Is it reallyailure? But as you know, as I'm
- 16:00honest with myself, something's just felt not And that's okay because I learn and
- 16:07I shift and I grow and I don't get that. Yeah, see that's
- 16:10why I was getting it. You learned something right, like, so if
- 16:14you if you learn something, is it really failure? No? But you
- 16:18know, I think just being afraid of the word failure is what I really
- 16:22want to like portray here, because so many people are scared to fail and
- 16:26so they don't even bot to try, and and that really is the failure,
- 16:30right, That's is how do we how do we see see failure differently
- 16:37so that we're like, okay, all right, that didn't work. Let's
- 16:42brush it off, get back up again and get get a wiggle, go
- 16:47and a get and start moving along. You know you know what I mean,
- 16:49right, Yeah, it's honest evaluation and honestly it does come in that
- 16:53place of loving yourself and being okay with it. And it's a work in
- 16:59progress, right. You know, you're not going to have it overnight.
- 17:02It's just keep going. Then you can go to a job at job and
- 17:06mess it up sixty five times and you're still going to feel just as terrible.
- 17:10Or you can start your own business and mess it up and grow and
- 17:14learn and expand from that original that original event. Right, hang on one
- 17:19second. That to that thought, right, it's like, okay, let's
- 17:22be totally honestly, if you started your own business, you probably mucked it
- 17:26up like thousands of times more than he ever did as an employee. So
- 17:32yeah, well without getting fired, right, right, that fear being fired,
- 17:37the fear of that f right. You go in school and if you
- 17:41mess it up or you get it wrong, you're going to get an f
- 17:42You're going to get a red mark on your page. Your parents are going
- 17:45to be disappointed, and people are going to thick less of you. Right.
- 17:48We have all this this terrible childhood experience that we're trying to battle as
- 17:53grown ups. And it's okay because we're all battling it together. Right,
- 17:56we all experience that poor little letter It gets written in read and gets a
- 18:02bad name, right right, what I'm saying that's amazing, But I will
- 18:14say this much. It is like along the way, maybe you can agree
- 18:18with it with this one, right that. Okay, So I mucked some
- 18:22stuff up, but I had fun mucking it up, or I knew that
- 18:26that it was my It was me. It laid on my shoulders and I
- 18:30didn't have to worry about it being someone else. And I love that.
- 18:37And you've owned that freshure. Right. The key is to have fun now
- 18:40you're absolutely cracked, and also to own gonner bad you know, Yellow Blair.
- 18:45Let's tell you, and once you own it, that's when you can
- 18:48start controlling it. Yeah. Right, And you teach that sort of stuff
- 18:56too, don't you. I did choose that stuff, you fat? What
- 19:03what was the al along your path to success? In? Was it two
- 19:08books? Three books? Now I've read two books and designed two decks of
- 19:11cards, two of my own oracle sets? Yeah? Yeah? Along along
- 19:18that path is like it's a you've you stumbled, your tripped, it's like,
- 19:26and you've learned. It's like, is there anything that you would have
- 19:29changed? Well? I mean you can't. You can't say that. I
- 19:37probably would have changed some things with my kids before I took it on my
- 19:41healer. It would have been nicer if I had been a healer earlier.
- 19:45That's obviously because as a parent, you always want to do better for your
- 19:48kids. If I changed it, I wouldn't. They wouldn't be where there
- 19:52are now. And they're both spectacular humans, like, so shifting anything would
- 19:57change there now, and I absolutely or them. As far as what I'm
- 20:02doing for me, I can see like so many ways I can help women
- 20:07with traumas because I experienced it. I didn't read it in a book or
- 20:11I didn't take it in a course. I literally lived it, learned it
- 20:15found my own steps. I didn't have any teachers to teach me, or
- 20:18I don't hold me or to counsel me. So a lot of this is
- 20:22self taught that way, and I just and that's what I teach them,
- 20:26the five tools that I used, and then they picked the one that works
- 20:30for them. So I couldn't have got where I am unless I had experienced
- 20:33it all. Yeah, before we I'm going to ask you about the tools
- 20:37in a few minutes. What was your story of trauma? You know what,
- 20:45it's deep and it's personal. Do you want to hear you gotta come
- 20:48and see me, not even the cliff notes? Uh uh, what do
- 20:56you What do the tools look like? Then? Honestly, the first thing
- 21:00is breathe. You have it with you anytime, anywhere, and just the
- 21:07breath can change everything. You take a big breath in, you hold it
- 21:11and you exhale, and it just gives you that courage and strength to kind
- 21:15of manage anything that's coming up. It also works on like a scientific level
- 21:19with anxiety. It shifts your breath pattern, and when you get anxious,
- 21:25the first thing you do is hold your breath, so you're actually emotionally mentally
- 21:27stunting yourself. So if you find yourself in a situation where you're nervous or
- 21:33anxious, or you know, maybe it's just overwhelming or too vague, just
- 21:37breathe, right, just solid breathe. You could do it anytime, anywhere.
- 21:41You don't need any special skills and as long as you're breathing, you're
- 21:45good, right right, Yeah, that's my first one. I also a
- 21:49door journaling because that's my second book. I wrote a Time to Shine journal
- 21:53workbook, and I taught people how to journal and give them some ten steps
- 21:59to do it and then thirty days of prompts. Because it gives you that
- 22:02perspective, it gives you that separation, it gives you a clear understanding,
- 22:07it gives you power. Journaling is like one of my favorite tools. And
- 22:11of course meditation. I'm not sure if you've heard of this thing called meditation,
- 22:18but it is an amazing gift and it helps control of my monkeys.
- 22:23Right from a scientific level, it increases your brain health. And if you
- 22:27have somebody that meditates every day that's sixty, they can have the brain of
- 22:30a twenty six year old. So it increases the circulation, increases your immunity,
- 22:37your memory. It stops things like now and I don't want to speak
- 22:41to it because it's not confirmed, but it stops things like the brain clutter
- 22:45and the brain fog. Helps pople to measure their ADHD. There's been so
- 22:48many studies on how it really really just improves the quality of your life.
- 22:53Well, you're just giving giving people informations so they can go do their own
- 22:59looking into it. Yes, absolutely, I welcome you to invest in and
- 23:03all of those great rays mementation helps you. Yeah, so was that five?
- 23:11That part of me was that five? Already all you want? Five?
- 23:15Okay? So four is having a sense of faith, whether you believe
- 23:22in God, universe, or Allah or maybe just yourself, having a say
- 23:26sense faith is very, very very important. And number five is reaching out
- 23:32for helping you need it. So whether it's somebody to clean your house,
- 23:34or somebody to help you cut your grass, or maybe just somebody to help
- 23:37you the groceries in the lineup, seeing a professional, or just tapping into
- 23:44that community of friends that you have is definitely vital in your mental health.
- 23:48Yeah, well you know what I'm going to I'm going to speak to to
- 23:52the last two because the last two are very they've helped the tremendously. Right.
- 24:03Faith is is that thing that that you know, if you apply enough
- 24:07faith in love, that that you find tremendous heaps and heaps it of hope
- 24:14and and things just just kind of happen for you. Right. It's like
- 24:21I was saying this in an earlier conversation, uh today that one of my
- 24:26favorite sayings is believing is seeing Okay, because if you believe it, it'll
- 24:34it will appear. Yes, and humans have such ag with way around exactly
- 24:45a human struggle for sure. Yeah, it's like and there's a lot a
- 24:51lot of amazing, amazing things that we can do when we when we actually
- 24:55apply faith, right, Yeah, And if you want to take it just
- 25:00this point of view, because I know you said your viewers love the science.
- 25:03It's a quantum theory that what you focus on expands. So for an
- 25:08example, when you buy a red car, everybody all of a sudden has
- 25:11red cars, So it doesn't mean the blue cars went away. You're just
- 25:15focusing on the red cars. So when you shift that into focusing on where
- 25:19your life is grateful and where you where you again, have the light,
- 25:25I'm going to see more of it. But at the same time, if
- 25:27you're focusing on I'm having a rough day, You're going to see more reasons
- 25:30to have a rough day. Well, and see, there it is that.
- 25:34Remember how I said earlier that everybody should be living in the light and
- 25:38with all the signals and everything around it, we should we should be And
- 25:42there's the dark right there. Yeah, And it's funny because I have a
- 25:45little bit different perspective on the dark. I actually agnore the dark. Some
- 25:52of our greatest moments of genius come from our darkest times, so good and
- 25:59bad is kind of a judgment around it. And you have I mean,
- 26:03you have so many amazing figures that were so successful and they came from the
- 26:06darkest place of their lives. And if they didn't see that dark, if
- 26:10they didn't feel that bottom, they wouldn't be who they are today. So
- 26:14there really is a power in walking through the dark. Yeah, well I
- 26:19could that holds truth for going back to the whole quantum theory thing. Two
- 26:27of my my mentors and science of course, or Neil's Borr and Albert Einstein,
- 26:37and they kept pushing through even though everybody said, oh, which you
- 26:42guys were working. That's just absolutely no, it can't. Probably Isaac Newton
- 26:48already figured all that out even though we still had trouble stumbling blah blah blah.
- 26:52It's like what you're saying, just can't simply be and and lo and
- 27:00behold because of those two men's work. Look at what Look at the technology
- 27:06that we have. You're sitting what is it about ten miles away from me?
- 27:11Yeah, we're pretty close. We're pretty close, but we're not in
- 27:15the we're not in the same room. But through the through the through the
- 27:21the the musing of science that we're able to actually sit in the same room.
- 27:27Yeah, and it's so cool. How upposed we feel. I love
- 27:30it. Yeah, see, yeah, so it's really amazing. So that,
- 27:36but but it is so yeah, like the if we don't have the
- 27:41dark, we can't have the light either, right, correct, there's that
- 27:45theory if stars went shine right at all, if they work in the night.
- 27:49So it's a it's kind of a cool thing. And I think my
- 27:52I mean, really, when I help women with women talk about trauma is
- 27:56finding the balance, owning, owning those sides, right, loving all of
- 28:00you, loving the shadows, loving the good, the bad, the ugly,
- 28:06and just really really showing up whole right, allowing yourself to be that
- 28:11whole being that we've come here to be. Would you say that accepting that
- 28:18the trauma had it has happened, and that it's a part of you.
- 28:22And I'm not saying it isn't it isn't it isn't sad, or it isn't
- 28:32hurtful or any of that sort of stuff. But when you get down to
- 28:36that, if it hadn't happened, you wouldn't be the person you are.
- 28:38That you can find some gratitude in it happened. Yeah, Sometimes honestly something's
- 28:45just suck though. Like I work with women that have some really really really
- 28:48intense stories. My my specialty is trauma, so I have women that have
- 28:56gone through things that make you u a puke. There's no Sometimes there's just
- 29:00no gratitude to be found in that. There is a disconnection we can make,
- 29:04though, and there is releasing the charge of the emotion and the event
- 29:10so that it can just be something that happened, not something that rules your
- 29:14life. And that's the piece that we come from. I do understand the
- 29:18turning things into gratitude, and that's wonderful in most cases. But like I
- 29:25said, I'm a specialty and a really intense trauma and the complex PTSD and
- 29:30honestly, the women that I'm ready to give up and walk up the door.
- 29:33I can't tell you how many women who have said, yeah, yesterday,
- 29:36I was thinking about killing myself and they never think of it again once
- 29:40we're sorted. So it's an honor to be a part of that. Yeah.
- 29:45No, there there are some things that are evil. Honestly, there's
- 29:52no other way of putting it right. Yeah, you're trying to give a
- 30:00a diffused way of putting it, but no, yeah, there there are
- 30:06things that can happen that yeah, just yeah. But if you are watching
- 30:11this and you are one of less people that have experienced that, that deep
- 30:15darkness, and please know that there is a way through it. I can
- 30:19I can absolutely help you. You don't need to get you know, uh,
- 30:26towards towards towards the end the end of the show, and and and
- 30:30it won't be too many more minutes till we get to the part where I'm
- 30:33going to get make sure that you have enough information from Teresa that you can
- 30:37either contact her or contact somebody that is nearby you. They can help you.
- 30:44That's all possible, right, Teresa. Sure, make sure you reach
- 30:48out, Yeah, because there are there are some things that simply simply put
- 30:53in our human lives that are unforgivable. Challenge WI you, but you're right.
- 31:04Sorry, Yeah, I'm sorry. There's some stories out there that I
- 31:11just want people to know in any dealers and and my my idea with all
- 31:15of this stuff is just to show up where I'm needed. So if this
- 31:18aligns and you want to you want to hear more, please reach out.
- 31:22Let's hear more, Let's talk more. I do fifteen minute free chats,
- 31:26and it's amazing what we can shift and just that anybody amount of time.
- 31:30Yeah, yeah, And it's it never ceases to amaze me what some of
- 31:38the things that I've heard which I just couldn't simply broadcast because it's just too
- 31:47out there that it was like wow, and you made it through the through
- 31:53the other end. It's like theirs every day. Yeah, I love it.
- 32:01Here's a good question for you, because going back to that gratitude thing,
- 32:08and of course that expansive thing which you focus on is what you see
- 32:14more of right miracles. Yes, if you try to believe that sometimes it
- 32:24could be the even smallest thing to be surprised at the larger things that we
- 32:28might finds as miracles. So you want me to speak on miracles. I
- 32:36have ammals happening in my life every day, Yeah, because I only have
- 32:38miracles happy your life every day? Yeah I do. I have Spirit shows
- 32:43out that knocks my stops off on a regular basis, which is actually pretty
- 32:47cool. Though what I do I always got bored and all my other jobs
- 32:52I've done many, many, many careers, but this is the only thing
- 32:55I've ever done that every day surprises me. Whether it's a confirmation or a
- 33:01card or a ha moment or a download or a connection or an opportunity.
- 33:07I mean, I guess it depends what you think a miracle is. But
- 33:10I literally see Spirit and Creator in everything that I get to do, And
- 33:15to me, that's a miracle that I even found this position in life.
- 33:22Let's see there it is. There's there's our miracle. You know. It
- 33:31is some something's just simply making it out the for for some people, just
- 33:39making it out the door. That is a miracle. Yeah, you know,
- 33:44yeah, it really is. And I still wanted that. So yeah,
- 33:50and that's kind of what I what I was getting at. And you'd
- 33:52let right into it. Give me, give me an opportunity to tell a
- 33:58story. I love it, don't I love to share to going back to
- 34:04way back when when I first met you, you actually had a relationship podcast.
- 34:12No, it was it was you were doing it with somebody else.
- 34:15Yeah, Julie and I were doing some fun stuff. I don't think I
- 34:17was on relationships. It was about connections simwhere though, wait, oh my
- 34:22goodness, I've done so many amazing things. I also we also did a
- 34:25business group called Gold which was Goddesses of Light and Direction and we oh my
- 34:32goodness, I thousands and thousands of beautiful projects I've been co creating with people
- 34:37over the last decade. It's it's really amazing. Yeah. So it's it's
- 34:44like, because you still have that that that bounce in your personality. Yeah,
- 34:51And I was just coming up. I was just waking up. I
- 34:52was just feeling safe to be seen. Thank you for recognizing it there so
- 34:57early. Yeah, oh no, I was. I was kind of kind
- 35:00of a fan of it, you know, and then you know, stuff
- 35:07happens you got to go your own direction. And then and then something happened
- 35:13and in social media, all of a sudden it's like, hey, I
- 35:17know her how she do and we relive it and we reconnected. Yeah,
- 35:25and I found out that it's like you're still doing a lot of what which
- 35:32you used to help me with. Thank you. Yeah. I get to
- 35:37add to the skills all the time. That's that's great. And the nice
- 35:43thing about having the massive toolbox I have now there's always something I can help
- 35:46with. So really, depending on what level you're at, whether at the
- 35:51beginning, middle, or maybe even at the end, I help people leave
- 35:53this world as well, there's going to be a tool that we can pull
- 35:57out to assist. H Yeah, I do volunteer. I volunteer, volunteer
- 36:07my camera work and everything towards helping those those who are left. And I
- 36:16had the I can't I can't. Sorry, guys, I can't show show
- 36:21you this right off. But especially if if you're listening on the one the
- 36:24audio part of this, it's not gonna it's gonna happen to I'll be able
- 36:30to show to you. But I was at a Dove release and this woman
- 36:40was showered when she released her dove. She was showered, literally showered in
- 36:47white feathers. Wow. Yeah. I hunted her down like like like crazy,
- 36:55through through the organization and everything, and to make sure she got that
- 37:00photograph because I was like, you are supposed to have this photograph. I
- 37:06don't care how you get it printed, frame it, whatever you want to
- 37:09do, but you need to have this photograph because it's like someone wanted you
- 37:15to have this. Well, what a gift to capture it. Well done.
- 37:21Yeah. So, but it's like there's some some of the things that
- 37:27we do to help people, right yeah. Well, and really you're freezing
- 37:30time, you're freezing energy, you know, the information that you and are
- 37:36leading today and sharing this Kingdong to Echo for generations the thousands. What an
- 37:44amazing gift. So thank you for sharing and even inviting me to be on
- 37:47here today. I really really appreciate it. Well you accepted my invitation.
- 37:52Yeah. Yeah. It's a two way street. Yeah, I'm sure it
- 37:59takes to it. Yeah. Yeah, I don't even remember how we how
- 38:06we've actually first met aliable maybe yeah, and then a lot of really great
- 38:17people on that alignable. Actually it was a it's a little tiny networking group,
- 38:22but just has a really great solo. Yeah. I just I just
- 38:28remember getting getting invited over over to your house when you were first starting,
- 38:34and then I drove past it ten times. Did you work for finding me?
- 38:39Did they? Yeah? It's like that can be right. I love
- 38:46it. You know, somebody is somebody, somebody said, no, we're
- 38:52gonna we can work this. We're going to confuse him for a little bit,
- 38:53and then we'll let him in the door right there. You go.
- 38:57Yeah, you gotta really want it. It's gonna really want that's gonna so
- 39:01yeah, I finally wanted that. I just parked the car and I was
- 39:04just like, I'm gonna walk until I until I find it. And then
- 39:07I realized that I at that point I had parked right in front of your
- 39:10house. Well there you go. You were you were already there and you
- 39:15didn't even know. I was the determination right, It's like, oh no,
- 39:19he's determined enough here. And that's a great matter of part. So
- 39:24but it was a really really fun thing to actually meet up with you and
- 39:34to be able to hang out with you for a little while. So I
- 39:42want to those women who really need to to find you, need to find
- 39:50that that place and the reason that's the reason why I brought that up is
- 39:52that I drove past it ten times until I was just determined, I'm gonna
- 39:57find this and I went and I'm gonna going to meet Teresa because there's there's
- 40:04woman out there that they have that determination they need to find you. And
- 40:07it's like, how are they going to do that? And what is the
- 40:10message you did you have for them to help guide them to you? Right
- 40:15now? Really, I just if you've got an inclination, let's look into
- 40:20it. Right you can, I said, book a free chat on my
- 40:23website which is blended dash Spirit dot com or connects with you to find my
- 40:29details. But just like kind of dip the to ones see if it works
- 40:32for you. There's no pressure, right and like you said, it's fun.
- 40:37I deal with a lot of darkness. But we also laugh a lot,
- 40:40Like we have a really good time when we need sessions here, so
- 40:45you know, it's not like traditional healing where you maybe you've been in counselings
- 40:47for ten years and you cry every time and you feel like shit for a
- 40:51week. That's you're not going to get that here. When you come here,
- 40:53we laugh, we learn we build, we grow, and you leave
- 40:59spectacular, like you feel better than you ever thought you could every single session.
- 41:05So I don't do the dark deep healing crisis. I do the light
- 41:09and unfolding and unlocking. So if if you're ready for something different and you
- 41:15found this podcast story or this this radio or however you're finding us, it's
- 41:21meant for you, So tap in and see you see what it looks like.
- 41:27Cool and it is a blended dash Spirit dot com. Yeah, and
- 41:34you google Blend's Spirit, dude, you'll find me. I've got I've got
- 41:37eight presences online. I've got you can do ki healing near me, you
- 41:42can do counseling, chemotherapy. I massively invest in marketing and I've got well
- 41:47over sixty Google reviews now, so just google when the spirit can find me.
- 41:53Yeah, it's been awesome, Teresa. Thank you appreciate this time.
- 42:00Yeah, it flew past freshed than we thought. Yeah, do you want
- 42:05to do a card before I go? Sure? Yeah, okay, So
- 42:09one of the fun things I do are arcle cards, and these Queen the
- 42:15Moon arcle We're scaring at me the whole time we were talking, so I
- 42:17thought, maybe we'll do a card. So how it works is you asked
- 42:21me a question, they give you an answer. So do you have a
- 42:23question, Michael? Huh, do I have a question? We can do
- 42:32one for the viewers, or we can do one for you personally, except
- 42:36two, what do I do for one for me personally? Just to see
- 42:43how this goes? The I try it on. I love it. Let's
- 42:49see what is really burning in my mind right now as as as we're talking,
- 43:00and it has to has to do with with with family and family connections.
- 43:08Uh, coming coming closer to visit? Okay? Cool? Do you
- 43:15want to leave it a daughter? Do you want to get deeper? Let's
- 43:17leave it at that because I don't want to get it. Okay. So
- 43:22the card they showed up is beauty. Can you see this card? Yes?
- 43:28The funny thing about this card is if you flip it upside down.
- 43:31Uh huh, what do you see? Not really anything snow, but here
- 43:39we can see this beautiful face. So when we're talking about this family connections
- 43:43and the behind the scenes question you asked me, it's going to marginally depend
- 43:46on your perspective. So this is more in your power than you're giving it
- 43:52credit. And if you come from a place of you, obviously, and
- 44:00you're gonna see more beautiful things about it. If you come from in the
- 44:04place of connection, you'll see more of that. If you come from the
- 44:06place of annoyance, you can definitely see more of that. Mm hmm.
- 44:13There's an irritation there that I feel underneath the It's like a fizzle. Oh
- 44:17I could get into the irritation, but we will see that for for off
- 44:23air. So thank you for listening. Everybody. Please do click that subscribe
- 44:29button wherever you see it, and we really appreciate Teresa coming on the show
- 44:34and talking about how she actually does help people with with that trauma, and
- 44:40please do go and find her. It is blended dash Spirit dot com per
- 44:46Thank you. That's bad shoes. So I don't know, so I wish
- 45:20you go action. So what s this? He says, I reason should
