- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York. They'll Mark sim
- 0:04Speaker 1: own show on seven tenor Hey, there's a lot going on,
- 0:12Speaker 1: a lot of Epstein's stuff swirling around here. That's pretty interesting.
- 0:15Speaker 1: We'll get to that. We'll get we'll get to Mom Donnie.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Tomorrow he meets with President Trump in the Oval Office.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Both sides acknowledge it was Mom Donnie that asked for
- 0:28Speaker 1: the meeting with President Trump. They'll meet in the Oval Office.
- 0:33Speaker 1: This is going to be very very interesting. Most likely
- 0:37Speaker 1: like you did with Zelensky. Cameras will be allowed in
- 0:40Speaker 1: there to watch this. They'll have a big discussion in
- 0:43Speaker 1: front of the cameras and then probably a private one.
- 0:47Speaker 1: So we'll get to that. We'll get to Jimmy Kimmel
- 0:50Speaker 1: and Trump at war again. Kimmel apparently has learned absolutely
- 0:57Speaker 1: nothing from his being thanked off the air, or he
- 1:01Speaker 1: just got even even cockier over it getting back on
- 1:04Speaker 1: the air. But he made up a whole bunch of
- 1:07Speaker 1: crap last night and just spewed it out on television. Now,
- 1:11Speaker 1: the one guy that's got no Epstein problem is Donald Trump,
- 1:15Speaker 1: because in two thousand and four he found out about
- 1:17Speaker 1: Epstein and the young girls threw him the hell out
- 1:20Speaker 1: of mar A Lago, banned him from the club, and
- 1:22Speaker 1: never spoke to him again. Everybody knows this. There were
- 1:26Speaker 1: witnesses to all of this. If you read the Epstein texts,
- 1:30Speaker 1: emails that have all come out, he acknowledges he hasn't
- 1:34Speaker 1: he hasn't spoken to Trump in a million years. Trump
- 1:38Speaker 1: said it was two thousand and four the last time
- 1:40Speaker 1: he spoke to him, and then cut him off, broke
- 1:42Speaker 1: up with him, got rid of him, never spoke to
- 1:44Speaker 1: him again. So for twenty one years Trump has had
- 1:48Speaker 1: nothing to do with Epstein. But during those twenty one years,
- 1:52Speaker 1: Democrats got themselves all tangled up with Epstein. They're very,
- 1:57Speaker 1: very very close to Epstein. Larry's has already had his
- 2:01Speaker 1: whole public life canceled as a result of his very
- 2:04Speaker 1: close relationship with Epstein. He got this crazy congresswoman who's
- 2:08Speaker 1: all tangled up with Epstein. But you could so if
- 2:11Speaker 1: these files come out, and looks like they will, and
- 2:14Speaker 1: it could be as soon as tomorrow night stuff starts
- 2:16Speaker 1: coming out, you're going to have a Democrats with a
- 2:20Speaker 1: huge problem. So Jimmy Kimmel goes on the air last
- 2:23Speaker 1: night and starts claiming that Donald Trump is terrified of
- 2:30Speaker 1: Hurricane Epstein that's coming to wipe him out. It was
- 2:34Speaker 1: an absolutely crazy thing to say. No, if you're a
- 2:36Speaker 1: Kimmel viewer, you're probably not that bright, so you're actually
- 2:41Speaker 1: believing all of this crazy nonsense that kim Old is
- 2:44Speaker 1: talking about. So there's Kimmel saying, Hurricane Epstein is going
- 2:49Speaker 1: to take down Donald Trump, It's going to wipe him out. Well,
- 2:52Speaker 1: the one thing you can see in all these Epstein files,
- 2:54Speaker 1: you know, his estate has already released all the texts,
- 2:58Speaker 1: not all of them, but a lot of the texts
- 3:00Speaker 1: and emails that they have, and there's one thing you
- 3:01Speaker 1: can see in those texts that there's no Donald Trump
- 3:05Speaker 1: for twenty one years. But there's a lot of Democrats.
- 3:07Speaker 1: He got this crazy congresswoman Plasket, who was so close
- 3:15Speaker 1: to Epstein that during congressional hearings where she was one
- 3:19Speaker 1: of the people on the committee that was going to
- 3:20Speaker 1: do the questioning, she sent Epstein a special video link
- 3:26Speaker 1: so that he alone could see the hearings live and
- 3:29Speaker 1: then text her things to say, coach her on what
- 3:34Speaker 1: to ask, and as the witnesses were talking before it
- 3:38Speaker 1: was going to come to her for questions. Epstein would
- 3:40Speaker 1: send her info and then she would be texting back, well,
- 3:43Speaker 1: what should I do with this guy? What should I
- 3:45Speaker 1: ask this guy? And it looks ridiculous. What is this congresswoman?
- 3:49Speaker 1: This is recently just before he just before he died.
- 3:53Speaker 1: What is she doing so close to Epstein texting back
- 3:56Speaker 1: and forth? This is after Epstein was convicted, This is
- 3:59Speaker 1: after Epstein was in prison. This was after Epstein is
- 4:03Speaker 1: a registered sex offender. Now this crazy Jamie Raskin, he's
- 4:08Speaker 1: that really left wing kook is defending Plasket, saying she
- 4:12Speaker 1: did nothing wrong.
- 4:13Speaker 2: They want to arrain her on some charges based on
- 4:16Speaker 2: a newspaper article that she did something lawful, however ill advised.
- 4:21Speaker 2: It may have been she took a phone call from
- 4:24Speaker 2: one of her constituents.
- 4:28Speaker 1: That's how they explained it. A constituent happened to call me.
- 4:32Speaker 1: First of all, it wasn't a phone call. She had
- 4:35Speaker 1: sent him a live link, a link so he could
- 4:37Speaker 1: watch the hearing live. It wasn't on television, special link
- 4:41Speaker 1: for him. And then she was texting back and forth
- 4:44Speaker 1: with them all during the hearings. So she's on CNN
- 4:47Speaker 1: last night with Wolf Blitzer and two CNN anchors. They're
- 4:50Speaker 1: gonna grill her about this, but it's totally corrupt CNN.
- 4:54Speaker 1: She's a Democrat, so they let her spew this ridiculous
- 4:57Speaker 1: explanation and they just nod like oppelheads whatever she says,
- 5:01Speaker 1: no matter how silly it is the excuse, They're just
- 5:04Speaker 1: nodding and nodding. Can you I menage if there's a
- 5:06Speaker 1: Republican I think they just nod. Listen to Plasket explain
- 5:09Speaker 1: why she was texting back and forth with Epstein.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Epstein had what property in the Virgin Islands?
- 5:15Speaker 4: Right?
- 5:15Speaker 5: Yes?
- 5:15Speaker 6: What was your relationship with Epstein?
- 5:17Speaker 4: So, Jeffrey Epstein was a constituent. He was a resident
- 5:21Speaker 4: of the Virgin Islands, lived there, I guess more than
- 5:24Speaker 4: half of the year because he was registered there. I
- 5:27Speaker 4: had received donations from him. After the last investigation came out,
- 5:33Speaker 4: which was after this texting. I gave any donations that
- 5:37Speaker 4: I previously received from them to women's organizations and did
- 5:42Speaker 4: not have any contact with him. But like many constituents,
- 5:45Speaker 4: individuals get your phone number, they text you about issues,
- 5:49Speaker 4: they speak with you. I have spoken with him about
- 5:53Speaker 4: issues that are relevant, things that are going on in
- 5:55Speaker 4: the Virgin Islands and elsewhere around the country.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Now again, these are two CNN idiots. It's Wolf Blitzer
- 6:00Speaker 1: and the woman, and they're just nodding. Uh huh. If
- 6:09Speaker 1: that were Republican, they would be all over her. But
- 6:12Speaker 1: they're just nodding. They don't say, wait a minute, what
- 6:15Speaker 1: other constituents have your phone number? Tell us some other
- 6:18Speaker 1: constituents that can text you live during hearings and give
- 6:21Speaker 1: you questions to ask. It's absolutely ridiculous. You have representative,
- 6:25Speaker 1: you have a congressman. Can you text them during the hearings?
- 6:29Speaker 1: Do they text you back? So the whole thing is ridiculous.
- 6:33Speaker 1: These Democrats are going to have a real problem. It's
- 6:35Speaker 1: going to come out that they're all tangled up with Epstein,
- 6:39Speaker 1: not just the Clintons, but all these people you didn't
- 6:41Speaker 1: know about. Hakim Jeffries is going to have an Epstein problem.
- 6:44Speaker 1: In fact, from now on, let's call him Hakim Jeffries Epstein.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Hakim Jeffries Epstein, he was apparently looking for. Epstein was
- 6:52Speaker 1: a big Democratic donator, donator, He's like ninety two percent
- 6:56Speaker 1: of his donations went to Democrats. Now he was in
- 7:00Speaker 1: the middle of New York City where it's mostly Democratic politicians,
- 7:04Speaker 1: but there's plenty of Republicans around, and they never went
- 7:07Speaker 1: near Epstein. He was a guy just right in checks
- 7:09Speaker 1: left and right. That Epstein was a good looking guy
- 7:13Speaker 1: and he I was gonna say charming, It wasn't that charming.
- 7:18Speaker 1: He just looked good, he dressed well, but he didn't
- 7:21Speaker 1: have that much personality. He just had a massive checkbook
- 7:24Speaker 1: and he just threw money at everybody, anybody and everybody.
- 7:28Speaker 1: He donated tons of money to your charity or campaign,
- 7:32Speaker 1: whatever you needed. So Democrats were all over this guy,
- 7:36Speaker 1: and one of them was Hakim Jeffries. His team going
- 7:38Speaker 1: to Epstein over and over asking for donations. Here's the
- 7:42Speaker 1: committee chairman comer on that.
- 7:45Speaker 7: Haquem Jeffries campaign was soliciting donations from Epstein. They called
- 7:50Speaker 7: Haquem Jeffries the Baroque of Brooklyn and that Hakem Jeffries
- 7:55Speaker 7: could have a private meeting with Epstein if Epstein wanted,
- 8:01Speaker 7: but they really wanted his full financial support.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Yeah, so the Hakeem Jeffreys team is begging Jeffrey Epstein
- 8:09Speaker 1: for donations, and they said, we'll take you to a
- 8:11Speaker 1: private dinner, you can meet him alone. You can have
- 8:14Speaker 1: private time. This is how Loja Hakeem Jeffries was back then.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Epstein never took him up, sent a check, but he
- 8:21Speaker 1: no interest in sitting down with him. But they all
- 8:24Speaker 1: have this problem, Chuck Schumer, Chuck Schumer's got a lot
- 8:26Speaker 1: of Epstein donations. How is he going to explain this?
- 8:29Speaker 3: This is not an invitation for Donald Trump to pick
- 8:32Speaker 3: and choose his version of the truth. This bill is
- 8:36Speaker 3: a command for the president to be fully transparent, to
- 8:39Speaker 3: come fully clean, and to provide full honesty to the
- 8:41Speaker 3: American people, even if he doesn't want to.
- 8:46Speaker 1: The Democrats have tried to respond to this. One of
- 8:51Speaker 1: them is that crazy Jasmine Crockett. So she put out
- 8:54Speaker 1: a big blockbuster bombshell that you know what, Lee he
- 9:00Speaker 1: Zelden took money from Jeffrey Epstein, the wonderful EPA chairman,
- 9:05Speaker 1: Lee Zelden from Long Island, Nice Lee Zelden, He took
- 9:10Speaker 1: money from Jeffrey Epstein. Jasmine Crockett released the news. Well,
- 9:17Speaker 1: turns out he did, but it wasn't that Jeffrey Epstein.
- 9:21Speaker 1: It was a doctor, Jeffrey Epstein who lives on Long Island.
- 9:24Speaker 1: You know, you never stop to think about this. It's
- 9:26Speaker 1: kind of a common name around here, Jeffrey Epstein. And
- 9:29Speaker 1: if you google it, there's four hundred Jeffrey Epstein's on
- 9:31Speaker 1: Long Island. So a guy named Jeffrey Epstein, doctor Jeffrey Epstein,
- 9:36Speaker 1: had sent a donation to Lee Zelden. But it wasn't
- 9:38Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein you're thinking about. Hey, you know, I
- 9:41Speaker 1: just realized these are other Jeffrey Epstein's. Hey, they must
- 9:44Speaker 1: have a real problem with this name. So Jasmine Crockett,
- 9:48Speaker 1: this imbecile. He's on CNN. She said it was Jeffrey
- 9:54Speaker 1: Epstein that gave the donation, and it was not the
- 9:57Speaker 1: same one. It was a different one. Now listen to
- 9:59Speaker 1: her double talk her way out of this stupid thing
- 10:02Speaker 1: she made. She won't admit she made a mistake. She
- 10:06Speaker 1: just words salads it.
- 10:07Speaker 8: You talked about Republicans taking money from a Jeffrey Epstein.
- 10:10Speaker 8: Here's what you said, who.
- 10:17Speaker 9: Also took money from somebody named Jeffrey Epstein. As I
- 10:21Speaker 9: had my team digg in very quickly, met Romney, the NRCC,
- 10:27Speaker 9: Lee Zelden, George bush Win, Red McCain.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Yes, she's getting this all wrong, totally wrong, totally wrong.
- 10:37Speaker 8: You mentioned Lezelden there, he's now a cabinet secretary. He
- 10:40Speaker 8: responded and said it was actually a doctor, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 10:43Speaker 8: who's a doctor that doesn't have any relation to the
- 10:45Speaker 8: convicted sex truncker. I'm fortunate for that doctor, but that
- 10:48Speaker 8: is to do it into a prior campaign of his.
- 10:51Speaker 8: Do you want to correct the.
- 10:51Speaker 10: Record on the people that I never said that it
- 10:54Speaker 10: was that Jeffrey Epstein, so that people understand when you
- 10:56Speaker 10: make a donation, your picture is not there to spring
- 11:00Speaker 10: this on us in real time. I wanted the Republicans
- 11:03Speaker 10: to think about what could potentially happen because I knew
- 11:06Speaker 10: that they didn't even try to go through the FEC.
- 11:08Speaker 10: So my team what they did is they googled, And
- 11:10Speaker 10: that is specifically why I said a Jeffrey Epstein. Unlike Republicans,
- 11:14Speaker 10: I at least don't go out and just tell lies
- 11:18Speaker 10: because it was not the same one. That's fine, But
- 11:20Speaker 10: when Lee Zelden had something to say, so she.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Goes on and on and on trying to claim she
- 11:24Speaker 1: didn't lie. And that's the dumbest excuse I've ever heard.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I didn't say it was the Jeffrey Epstein. I said
- 11:29Speaker 1: it was a Jeffrey Epstein. Well, it turns out none
- 11:32Speaker 1: of that's true. She's just said it's Jeffrey Epstein. So
- 11:35Speaker 1: they're going to have a huge problem when this comes out.
- 11:37Speaker 1: A lot of Democrats are going to be in big,
- 11:39Speaker 1: big trouble. But the point of this was Jimmy Kimmel
- 11:41Speaker 1: lying again to the audience, just out and out lying
- 11:44Speaker 1: to the audience that Hurricane Epstein Trump is bracing. It's
- 11:49Speaker 1: going to be the worst thing in the world. Trump
- 11:51Speaker 1: putting out all kinds of statements. Why does ABC News
- 11:54Speaker 1: keep fake news Jimmy Kimmel on the air? No talent,
- 11:58Speaker 1: poor ratings, It's a very good question to ask. Why
- 12:01Speaker 1: do TV syndicates put up with it? It's a very
- 12:04Speaker 1: good question. If the guy has no ratings, if he's
- 12:07Speaker 1: in the last place in very few viewers, and he's
- 12:10Speaker 1: lying all the time, why would you keep it on
- 12:12Speaker 1: the air? Why would you do it? It doesn't make
- 12:16Speaker 1: much sense. So, and if you're Kimmel, why would you
- 12:21Speaker 1: Is he lying, just out and out lying, or is
- 12:23Speaker 1: he that stupid that he actually believes this stuff? You
- 12:26Speaker 1: know a lot of these people believe this stuff. You
- 12:29Speaker 1: just keep saying over and over again, Trump Epstein, Trump Epstein,
- 12:32Speaker 1: Trump EPST, and they start to believe that there was
- 12:34Speaker 1: a connection between Trump and Epstein. They actually convinced themselves
- 12:37Speaker 1: of this. There's another thing going on right now about
- 12:40Speaker 1: there's all these fake polls being put out. You know,
- 12:42Speaker 1: they can really rig these public polls. They oversample democrats,
- 12:47Speaker 1: or they use the wrong demographics, or they don't use
- 12:50Speaker 1: likely voters, they use adults, which means you can pick
- 12:53Speaker 1: anybody you want, like you go to a protest rally,
- 12:56Speaker 1: do the survey there. But all these public holes are
- 13:00Speaker 1: coming out. Trump underwater in big trouble on the economy,
- 13:04Speaker 1: thirty eight percent. They still support him. That's it. And
- 13:08Speaker 1: if you read the stories are printing about these poles
- 13:12Speaker 1: inflation raging. Here's another one, inflation out of control. Inflation's
- 13:18Speaker 1: two point five percent. That's pretty good. Under Biden was
- 13:22Speaker 1: five percent, and one point it hit nine percent. There
- 13:24Speaker 1: was not a word about inflation. He's cut inflation in
- 13:28Speaker 1: half in just the first year that he took office,
- 13:31Speaker 1: second year eleven down even more. But they'll just keep
- 13:34Speaker 1: doing this stuff and printing these fake poles and printing
- 13:37Speaker 1: these outrageous headlines, and eventually people start to think there's
- 13:41Speaker 1: a huge inflation crisis that's out of control. Not the
- 13:43Speaker 1: case at all. So tomorrow Mabdani goes to the White
- 13:47Speaker 1: House to meet with President Trump. Now we'll see who's
- 13:51Speaker 1: on the couch with Trump. Will jd vanceby there? Will
- 13:54Speaker 1: he jump in a little bit of an attack dog
- 13:57Speaker 1: like he was with Zelenski? You know, sometimes Trump uses
- 14:01Speaker 1: him to do that good cop bad cop stuff. Who
- 14:04Speaker 1: will Mam Donnie bring with him? The one thing about Trump,
- 14:07Speaker 1: when he invites you to a meeting or invite you
- 14:08Speaker 1: to White House, a lot of times he'll say, you know,
- 14:10Speaker 1: you'll get these invitations. It'll say come to lunch, come
- 14:13Speaker 1: to the White House meetings, and bring whoever you want.
- 14:15Speaker 1: So I'm sure Mam Donnie got one of those. So
- 14:18Speaker 1: we'll see who goes with him. It'll be interesting to
- 14:21Speaker 1: see who he wants to be with him in the
- 14:24Speaker 1: Trump meeting. Trump has said, actually, where's the announcement here?
- 14:30Speaker 1: Even when he announced the whole thing on truth social
- 14:33Speaker 1: this is how he wrote it. Communist Mayor of New
- 14:35Speaker 1: York City zoron quame, Mam Donni has asked for a meeting.
- 14:39Speaker 1: We have agreed the meeting will take place Friday, November
- 14:42Speaker 1: twenty first details to follow, but he calls him communist
- 14:45Speaker 1: mayor of New York. He has said about him though,
- 14:50Speaker 1: he said the guy's got good political skills. He said
- 14:55Speaker 1: he's slick. He's a good talker. Now a couple of
- 14:59Speaker 1: inch and things are happening, you know, mom, Donnie is
- 15:02Speaker 1: starting to backtrack a lot. He's going to keep Jessica
- 15:06Speaker 1: Tish as the police commissioner. That's a good sign. And
- 15:10Speaker 1: this is not getting a lot of attention, but he's
- 15:12Speaker 1: quietly backtracking on a lot of stuff. Yesterday he did
- 15:15Speaker 1: say the NYPD should respond to domestic violence incidents. You know,
- 15:21Speaker 1: this is the one where he wanted the social workers.
- 15:24Speaker 1: So apparently this is part of the agreement with Jessica Tish.
- 15:26Speaker 1: He's now saying police should respond to domestic violence incidents
- 15:32Speaker 1: and he's kind of counting people. Well, that has not
- 15:34Speaker 1: been part of the proposal we put forward over there,
- 15:37Speaker 1: so he's backtracking on that now. Apparently in the meeting
- 15:39Speaker 1: with Tish, what did happen was he started to agree
- 15:43Speaker 1: on things with her. You know, we'll let the police
- 15:45Speaker 1: do what the police do. My crazy stuff about the
- 15:48Speaker 1: social workers and all that will do that separately in
- 15:50Speaker 1: another place, and he's going to create a Department of
- 15:53Speaker 1: Community Safety, so all his socialist, crazy left wing kookie
- 15:58Speaker 1: nonsense social workers handling, he'll do it in that department
- 16:02Speaker 1: and leave the NYPD alone. So that's good news. He
- 16:05Speaker 1: is backtracking a little. And you know, I've always been
- 16:08Speaker 1: saying maybe he's I mean, we think he's a con man.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Maybe he's been counting the left, you know, this whole
- 16:15Speaker 1: socialism stuff, because people are starting to notice he's begging
- 16:19Speaker 1: for money. He's got a transition, a team, a transition committee,
- 16:23Speaker 1: and you can donate to a transition. But he's raised
- 16:26Speaker 1: a million dollars for you know, a local New York
- 16:29Speaker 1: City transition. That's about all you need. But he's running
- 16:33Speaker 1: more ads all over social media everywhere, begging for more money.
- 16:37Speaker 1: This is after he's raised a million, which is more
- 16:39Speaker 1: than he's ever going to need. He's still begging for money,
- 16:43Speaker 1: telling supporters, you know, we got to please donate, we
- 16:47Speaker 1: need more. What happened to everything's going to be free?
- 16:51Speaker 1: So apparently this is ridiculous, out of control money begging
- 16:56Speaker 1: might be a sign of things to come. Maybe he's
- 16:58Speaker 1: just in there to get rich and prosper and who knows,
- 17:01Speaker 1: who knows what this guy's really up to. Hey, by
- 17:03Speaker 1: the way, his free bus is nonsense. If you look
- 17:06Speaker 1: at New York City buses as they are driving around,
- 17:09Speaker 1: when they open the doors, you know they have that
- 17:11Speaker 1: sign with the letter. You know, they can put up
- 17:14Speaker 1: whatever they wanted to say. Usually it says this bus
- 17:17Speaker 1: headed to one hundred and eighty nine. Most of these
- 17:20Speaker 1: buses now have to put up on that sign fair required.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Apparently these idiotic left wing democrats think it's already free,
- 17:28Speaker 1: so on the buses they have to put up this
- 17:30Speaker 1: sign fair required, Fair required. Hey, we'll take some calls.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Next eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is
- 17:37Speaker 1: the number eight hundred three to two one zero seven
- 17:40Speaker 1: ten in Mark on Demand by setting a preset for
- 17:44Speaker 1: his podcast on the iHeartRadio app. Now back to Mark
- 17:48Speaker 1: Simone on wor Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go
- 17:54Speaker 1: to uh Jacob in Queen's Jacob. How you doing?
- 17:58Speaker 6: Hey?
- 17:58Speaker 1: Good money A good.
- 18:01Speaker 11: Every time I moved in New York City, every apartment
- 18:04Speaker 11: I got, I got like you do five and ten
- 18:08Speaker 11: voter stuff for the people who used to live there.
- 18:10Speaker 11: This year they made it change, so they put a
- 18:12Speaker 11: barcode out. So it used to be if let's say
- 18:14Speaker 11: someone wants to vote on someone else's name, when it
- 18:16Speaker 11: used to be the paper mass that you would come
- 18:18Speaker 11: there and they would they would look up your name
- 18:21Speaker 11: in a book. You know, you have to memorize the
- 18:23Speaker 11: name now as a barcode, So they send out before election,
- 18:26Speaker 11: they actually send up a booklet with a barcode, and
- 18:30Speaker 11: you come there and they scan it and write away
- 18:31Speaker 11: the name and the address all populated. So you have
- 18:34Speaker 11: now a situation where we have millions of these booklets
- 18:38Speaker 11: being madiled to have before elections, and the people don't
- 18:41Speaker 11: even live there, and anybody can just go with all
- 18:43Speaker 11: these bookloats and vote. You don't even need to memorize
- 18:45Speaker 11: the name or anything.
- 18:46Speaker 1: And oh yeah, no, we have the world's sloppiest devoting
- 18:49Speaker 1: system here in New York City deliberately for a lot
- 18:51Speaker 1: of reasons. It allows for a lot of shenanigans to
- 18:54Speaker 1: go on. Let's go to Mike and Saint James, Mike,
- 18:57Speaker 1: how you doing good?
- 18:59Speaker 5: Walk? When they want to terminate a late nick comedian host,
- 19:05Speaker 5: don't they have to worry about paying him full length
- 19:09Speaker 5: of his contract.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Yeah, but the Kimmel's contract is just about up. They
- 19:14Speaker 1: did this with Colbert. His contract still goes till May,
- 19:16Speaker 1: so you got to pay off the last year. But
- 19:18Speaker 1: they don't mind doing that. You can pay him off.
- 19:22Speaker 1: But if he's causing you problems, if he's costing you
- 19:25Speaker 1: trouble with the FCC, if he's causing you trouble with sponsors, boycotts,
- 19:29Speaker 1: it's worth paying the guy off. Look at Megan Kelly.
- 19:31Speaker 1: How many times has she been paid off to leave early?
- 19:34Speaker 1: I think she's made a total of thirty millions getting
- 19:37Speaker 1: paid off by various networks to leave. It's a good
- 19:40Speaker 1: business to be and getting paid to leave. Let's go
- 19:43Speaker 1: to Mike in Florida. Mike, how you doing. Good morning, Mark, Yes, Mike.
- 19:48Speaker 5: Isn't it a little bit ironic that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 19:50Speaker 5: a resident of the Virgin Islands.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Well, he had an island that he bought somewhere. And
- 19:59Speaker 1: you've got to be really a bad guy if you
- 20:00Speaker 1: need to do it on an island, a private island.
- 20:03Speaker 5: So, you know, I wanted to say that I have
- 20:06Speaker 5: a friend and I hear pundit say that, you know,
- 20:08Speaker 5: why does Trump have to fight these personal battles, you know,
- 20:12Speaker 5: with Jimmy Kimmel or Mont whoever. And it's like, because
- 20:15Speaker 5: he's the only one who does it, his party doesn't
- 20:18Speaker 5: defend him the way the Democrat parties would defend any Democrat,
- 20:22Speaker 5: don't be Jasmine Crockett, you know the one, you know,
- 20:25Speaker 5: the you know. So it's like he's a it's a
- 20:28Speaker 5: one man war against his vast machine.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Uh yeah, now that's a good question. People ask all
- 20:34Speaker 1: the time, why does he just let go? They would
- 20:36Speaker 1: like every president to act like George W. Bush, who
- 20:39Speaker 1: was the same problem. The media went after him, fake news,
- 20:42Speaker 1: they hated him, and he was always very dignified and
- 20:45Speaker 1: formal and didn't respond. Yeah wait did to get him exactly.
- 20:49Speaker 1: So thanks for calling. You know, I don't know, most
- 20:54Speaker 1: of us can't behave like Trump. You just wouldn't do
- 20:56Speaker 1: it. It's too much. Who could who has the energy or
- 20:59Speaker 1: the thick skin to bead be like him all day night.
- 21:02Speaker 1: But that's the way he is. And again, it was
- 21:04Speaker 1: George W. Bush. And every comedian's attacking you, and they're
- 21:08Speaker 1: calling you dumb, and they're calling you a war criminal.
- 21:11Speaker 1: You know, you just act dignified, very polite, very formal.
- 21:14Speaker 1: But that's not Trump. Trump believes punchback. Every time anybody
- 21:18Speaker 1: comes out, you just punch whatever they do, punch back
- 21:21Speaker 1: twice as hard do it constantly seems like a lot
- 21:25Speaker 1: of effort and energy. And it seems to us, like
- 21:28Speaker 1: you said, who could behave like that? But but look
- 21:31Speaker 1: at Trump. The guy goes into real estate, becomes the
- 21:34Speaker 1: most famous real estate developer in the world. He's a
- 21:37Speaker 1: total amateur. When he goes into television, two minutes later,
- 21:40Speaker 1: he's got the number one show in television. He's a
- 21:43Speaker 1: total amateur. Goes into politics. How many times you've seen
- 21:46Speaker 1: an amateur try to run for governor, try to run
- 21:50Speaker 1: for mayor, or try to run for congress, total amateur.
- 21:53Speaker 1: They don't usually get anywhere. Trump total amateur. First time
- 21:57Speaker 1: he runs, he's President of the United States. Just like
- 21:59Speaker 1: that gets real. So and look at go back to
- 22:03Speaker 1: last year. The guy's indicted in four different cities, he's
- 22:07Speaker 1: convicted of six thousand felonies, he's shot at and despite
- 22:11Speaker 1: all that, he wins again he's president. So that whole
- 22:15Speaker 1: Trump method, that hold Trump behavior, Obviously it works. Obviously
- 22:20Speaker 1: you got to have the talent for it and the
- 22:22Speaker 1: thick skin for it. But he's made it work. Hey,
- 22:24Speaker 1: when we come back, the great economist Steve Moore will
- 22:27Speaker 1: give us the truth about the affordability crisis and all that,
- 22:32Speaker 1: and about Mom Donnie and his way of trying to
- 22:36Speaker 1: fix the affordability crisis, how bad it is. We'll get
- 22:39Speaker 1: to that next on seven to ten wor the Marks
- 22:42Speaker 1: Them Own show.
- 22:44Speaker 3: On seventen wor Well.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Steve Bore, the great columnist, best selling author. Make sure
- 22:50Speaker 1: you get his book, The Trump Economic Miracle, and of
- 22:52Speaker 1: course you'll see him all over television, and make sure
- 22:55Speaker 1: you go to his website. The greatest economists put this together.
- 22:58Speaker 1: It's Unleash prosperity dot com. Sign up for the daily briefing.
- 23:02Speaker 1: It's the best news and analysis. It's free. It'll come
- 23:06Speaker 1: right to your email every day. Just go sign up
- 23:08Speaker 1: for the hotline. Go to Unleash Prosperity dot com. Unleash
- 23:12Speaker 1: Prosperity dot com. Steve Moore, how you doing.
- 23:16Speaker 5: Hey, Mark, I'm doing well.
- 23:17Speaker 6: We got a pretty good job this morning. I was
- 23:19Speaker 6: surprised I was on with Maria this morning. I'm Maria
- 23:24Speaker 6: Rodoroma and at Jobs Report, came out and I draw
- 23:27Speaker 6: just dropped. It was a lot better than expected. We
- 23:29Speaker 6: had over one hundred thousand jobs and that was about
- 23:31Speaker 6: twice as many as we're expected, and so that was good.
- 23:35Speaker 6: And the wages were up for workers, which is really important.
- 23:39Speaker 6: And so you know, all the doom and gloom, I
- 23:42Speaker 6: don't know where it's coming from.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Well, I don't know what you were seeing. I was
- 23:45Speaker 1: watching Morning Joe, and apparently we have inflation raging. It's
- 23:48Speaker 1: out of control.
- 23:49Speaker 6: And you know, we have a report that we just
- 23:54Speaker 6: came out with at Unleashed Prosperity, and it's in our
- 23:56Speaker 6: hotline today. The eighty seven and a half percent of
- 23:59Speaker 6: the inflation that people are complaining about, eighty seven and
- 24:02Speaker 6: a half percent of it happened. I guess under what president?
- 24:07Speaker 1: That's too easy a question, Biden.
- 24:12Speaker 6: I mean, so if people are angry about prices, as
- 24:15Speaker 6: they should be, it's because inflation went through the roof
- 24:17Speaker 6: on Biden was president. And Trump is right about this.
- 24:19Speaker 6: He said, look, I inherited this mess. I didn't create it.
- 24:22Speaker 6: We didn't have any inflation under Trump's first term. Then
- 24:25Speaker 6: Biden comes in, and you know, prices go up by
- 24:27Speaker 6: twenty two percent, and now people are still angry about it,
- 24:30Speaker 6: and they're playing Trump and you know, Trump said he's
- 24:33Speaker 6: brought the inflation rate down. Now, prices are not falling,
- 24:36Speaker 6: but the inflation rate is falling a lot.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Uh, explain the difference. Prices are not down, but the inflation.
- 24:42Speaker 6: Yeah, so that people get confused about that. So the
- 24:45Speaker 6: inflation rate is, how is the rate of increase in prices? Yeah,
- 24:49Speaker 6: and the you know, the price level is you know,
- 24:52Speaker 6: the level prices, So you know, to bring prices down,
- 24:55Speaker 6: you'd actually have to have you know, negative inflation, you
- 24:58Speaker 6: have disinflation. We haven't had displace under Trump, but we
- 25:00Speaker 6: have had a much lower rate of inquiry. So the
- 25:03Speaker 6: average rate of inflation under Biden was about five percent
- 25:06Speaker 6: per year, and so far under Trump it's this this term,
- 25:10Speaker 6: it's been about a little under three percent. So that's
- 25:13Speaker 6: a big difference. And by the way, and Trump's first term,
- 25:16Speaker 6: the average inflation rate was two percent.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Yeah. Now you always said, I guess I would ask
- 25:22Speaker 1: you this all the time. If you guys, if Trump
- 25:25Speaker 1: takes office, how long before we can fix it? You said,
- 25:28Speaker 1: at least a year, year and a half. There's nothing
- 25:31Speaker 1: the president could have done in the first six months.
- 25:33Speaker 1: It would have been any different, we would have brought
- 25:35Speaker 1: it down anymore.
- 25:36Speaker 6: Is there. Well, you know, first of all, we don't
- 25:39Speaker 6: want we don't want negative inflation. We want we don't
- 25:42Speaker 6: want you know, prices falling because that's actually bad for
- 25:46Speaker 6: the economy. You want. What you want in a good
- 25:47Speaker 6: economy is stable prices, so that you know, the dollar
- 25:50Speaker 6: can buy today, what it can buy tomorrow, it could
- 25:52Speaker 6: buy yesterday. And so what Trump is giving us is
- 25:55Speaker 6: stable somewhat stable prices, not exactly.
- 25:57Speaker 1: And Biden, let it.
- 25:59Speaker 6: Biden had the biggest inflation since Jimmy curR.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Wow. Yeah, hit nine percent at one point.
- 26:07Speaker 5: Yep.
- 26:08Speaker 1: When the yellow screen about tariffs, if you put tariffs
- 26:10Speaker 1: on these companies, it's going to cause a big pricing.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Isn't raising corporate tax basically the same thing as a tariff,
- 26:17Speaker 1: Wouldn't they have the same exact effect.
- 26:20Speaker 6: Good point, you know. So it is true that if
- 26:22Speaker 6: you have a tariff on something like coffee beans, like
- 26:25Speaker 6: we did on Brazilian and Colombian coffee beans, that the
- 26:28Speaker 6: price of coffee may go up a little bit, and
- 26:30Speaker 6: it did. But by the same logic, if you reduce
- 26:34Speaker 6: the taxes on companies. That reduces inflation. So most of
- 26:39Speaker 6: what Biden trumps John, you look at the tax cut,
- 26:43Speaker 6: you look at the the reduction and the regulatory cost
- 26:47Speaker 6: on businesses. If you look at what's happening with it,
- 26:49Speaker 6: if you looked at the gas, well, you live there
- 26:51Speaker 6: in New York, so you're probably paying you know, three
- 26:54Speaker 6: to four dollars a gallon there, but most parts of
- 26:56Speaker 6: the country are now paying about two to eighty nine
- 26:59Speaker 6: a gallon. And it was its highest five dollars a
- 27:01Speaker 6: gallon under Trump, I mean under Biden.
- 27:04Speaker 1: So if you mount Donnie, you said, I'm gonna do
- 27:05Speaker 1: something about this affordability crisis. I'm going to increase taxes
- 27:08Speaker 1: on the corporations. That has got to be the worst
- 27:11Speaker 1: logic I've ever heard. Wouldn't that just get the.
- 27:13Speaker 6: Opposite exactly, because if you tax the companies, that's why
- 27:17Speaker 6: terrorists raise inflation, because because you put you know, those
- 27:21Speaker 6: costs all get passed on to the consumer. And by
- 27:23Speaker 6: that same logic, if you're going to have a higher
- 27:25Speaker 6: business tax and more regulation and all these new costs
- 27:28Speaker 6: on businesses, guess who's going to pay for that? The
- 27:31Speaker 6: consumer will?
- 27:32Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, You've studied this. If there is an affordability
- 27:35Speaker 1: crisis and you look around the country where it is,
- 27:38Speaker 1: it's located in the blue cities, isn't it.
- 27:41Speaker 6: Yeah, it's amazing, Yes, exactly right. So if you look
- 27:44Speaker 6: at the five states with the highest cost of living
- 27:47Speaker 6: where inflation is most out of control, it's New York,
- 27:50Speaker 6: New Jersey, Connecticut, California, and Massachusetts, Oh, and Illinois. So
- 27:55Speaker 6: there's six states with and then if you look at
- 27:57Speaker 6: the southern states, there's almost you know, those have much
- 28:00Speaker 6: much lower, you know, costs. So if you want a
- 28:03Speaker 6: lower cost of living and you're worried about affordability, you
- 28:07Speaker 6: might want to move to a red state. Hey look,
- 28:12Speaker 6: I'm not I know most people won't. But my point is,
- 28:14Speaker 6: what you don't want to do what you wanted. If
- 28:17Speaker 6: you're like out there advocating for policies, you don't want
- 28:20Speaker 6: to advocate the policies the Blue states have put into
- 28:22Speaker 6: effect because those are the kind of policies that raise prices.
- 28:26Speaker 6: When you raise taxes, you raise prices.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Yeah, so a guy like Mam Donnie seems to be
- 28:33Speaker 1: a very smart guy, seems to be a very bright guy.
- 28:37Speaker 1: So how could he not know that every time you
- 28:39Speaker 1: try these tactics, the socialist stuff, it always always always backfires.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Does he just not know that or does he know
- 28:46Speaker 1: it and doesn't care?
- 28:49Speaker 6: You know, it is the strangest thing what you're describing
- 28:52Speaker 6: is that some otherwise smart people. I was in California
- 28:56Speaker 6: this week Without Laugher, the godfather of the Laugher Curve,
- 29:00Speaker 6: and we were in southern California. We were talking about,
- 29:04Speaker 6: you know, the laughter curve. And then you know, when
- 29:07Speaker 6: you tax to get too high, you reduce the output
- 29:10Speaker 6: of goods and services, You people move away, et cetera,
- 29:12Speaker 6: et cetera. And we had all the evidence and people
- 29:15Speaker 6: were looking at us like, well, then why do we
- 29:17Speaker 6: have taxes so high here in California. I'm like, yeah,
- 29:19Speaker 6: now you're getting it. You know. So the idea that
- 29:22Speaker 6: you're going to raise tax on rich people and give
- 29:25Speaker 6: all this other stuff away for free in New York,
- 29:28Speaker 6: that's the Montominie, you know formula that is going to
- 29:32Speaker 6: lead to you know, as you know, it'll lead to
- 29:34Speaker 6: a lot of wealthy people leaving the city, and it
- 29:37Speaker 6: will lead to higher costs and post on everyone else.
- 29:40Speaker 6: So affordability is going to go down. It won't go up,
- 29:43Speaker 6: and by the way, things will be free. It's just
- 29:45Speaker 6: that when you go to the grocery store there won't
- 29:47Speaker 6: be a lot of it'll be like the old Soviet Union.
- 29:49Speaker 6: You know, bred is really cheap. Here's just we.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Don't have any Steve Moore here. See, we're gonna stump
- 29:55Speaker 1: you with this question. Can you name anything, any business,
- 29:57Speaker 1: any enterprise where it got cheaper when the government and
- 30:00Speaker 1: took it over, like exactly.
- 30:03Speaker 6: You know that this is this is a great point
- 30:05Speaker 6: you're making, Mark, which is that if you look at
- 30:07Speaker 6: the things that are really exploding costs, two of the
- 30:09Speaker 6: biggest items are tuition for college and high schools and
- 30:15Speaker 6: uh and of course healthcare. You know, healthcare is exploding.
- 30:18Speaker 6: We just got our statement. We're going to see a
- 30:20Speaker 6: thirteen percent increase in our premiums next year. Now, gee, wiz,
- 30:22Speaker 6: who runs the who runs the schools, and who runs
- 30:25Speaker 6: the healthcare system? Oh yeah, the government does.
- 30:29Speaker 1: So if you're trying to get the price down, you
- 30:31Speaker 1: have to get your costs down in the supermarket business.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Who would you trust more are John Katzmatidis or the
- 30:36Speaker 1: government to run it at a good point?
- 30:39Speaker 6: Yeah, exactly, And it's it is interesting because you know,
- 30:41Speaker 6: when you have competition, you know, prices fall, that's you know,
- 30:45Speaker 6: that's the beauty of the free market system. But when
- 30:48Speaker 6: government takes over an industry, you notice they create amopoly.
- 30:50Speaker 6: You know, I resont we hate monopolies except wait, we
- 30:53Speaker 6: don't like we like monopolies when the government runs them.
- 30:56Speaker 6: But these healthcare costs, I mean they're unbelievable. I mean
- 31:00Speaker 6: people I've had friends call me say the next year
- 31:02Speaker 6: there that they're premius to go twenty percent. And I'm
- 31:05Speaker 6: confused by that mark because it just seems like yesterday
- 31:08Speaker 6: Barack Obama sold us on the Affordable Care Act.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it's affordable. You need a subsidy, but it's affordable. Well,
- 31:17Speaker 1: great stuff. Everybody gets Steve Moore's book, The Trump Economic Miracle.
- 31:21Speaker 1: You'll learn a lot from that book. And this hotline
- 31:24Speaker 1: you put out every day. How long does that take?
- 31:26Speaker 1: That is the best briefing every day. Yeah.
- 31:28Speaker 6: And by the way, you know we were talking about
- 31:30Speaker 6: inflation that you know that doesn't go up in price
- 31:32Speaker 6: at all because it's free.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely, See, that's how you run something. It's free.
- 31:38Speaker 6: Some good things in life for free. Just go to
- 31:39Speaker 6: unleash prosperity dot Com and sign up and we will

- 32:28Speaker 1: from today, and I've already had the four Thanksgiving dinners,

- 32:46Speaker 1: Cranberry for everything, that's the second one. Actually, I had
- 32:50Speaker 1: a third one yesterday. Anyway, we'll be back after the news.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Jimmy Fayla will be with us in the next hour.
- 32:55Speaker 1: We got a lot to talk about. Oh, we'll get
- 32:57Speaker 1: to the Cheney funeral and more coming up on seven
- 33:00Speaker 1: ten wor
