- 0:00Speaker 1: We could be on the verge of an ultimate black
- 0:02Speaker 1: Swan today. We'll break it down with you. A lot
- 0:04Speaker 1: of things happening over the weekend. I want to start
- 0:06Speaker 1: off with something that is very near and dear, and
- 0:10Speaker 1: the point is is that you guys should always make
- 0:14Speaker 1: sure on everything of what you're doing in terms of
- 0:17Speaker 1: especially on these wallets. This is a fake Ledger app
- 0:20Speaker 1: that was on the app Store. I know this is
- 0:21Speaker 1: the Apple App Store. A lot of people would say, well,
- 0:23Speaker 1: that's vetted all that. Just practice good hygiene anytime you're
- 0:27Speaker 1: downloading these kind of wallet things. If it is if
- 0:30Speaker 1: it is a Tangent wallet, when you get a brand
- 0:32Speaker 1: new Tangent wallet, you get a QR code that's how
- 0:34Speaker 1: you get the app, so you're going to know that's secure.
- 0:37Speaker 1: One of the things you want to do is jump
- 0:38Speaker 1: over to tangentm dot com. You can go to the
- 0:41Speaker 1: website tangum dot com and you'll be able to get
- 0:44Speaker 1: an order an actual hardware wallet. It's going to come
- 0:47Speaker 1: to your physical address. You're going to have that wallet
- 0:50Speaker 1: in your possession that's going to be able to get
- 0:53Speaker 1: you in and make sure that you have a secure
- 0:55Speaker 1: and listen. This works with banking apps. This is going
- 0:58Speaker 1: to work with crypto on banking apps in the future.
- 1:01Speaker 1: And what I'm saying is is all these kind of scenarios,
- 1:03Speaker 1: So check out tangum. Do your best to get in
- 1:06Speaker 1: self custody. It's one of the best things you can do.
- 1:08Speaker 1: All right, let's go into some things that were happening
- 1:12Speaker 1: over the weekend. One of the things that, of course
- 1:14Speaker 1: everybody's kind of pointing to is the sentiment of the market.
- 1:18Speaker 1: One of the things that kind of dictates the sentiment
- 1:21Speaker 1: of the market is the overall sentiment of consumers. This
- 1:24Speaker 1: is University of Michigan hitting back a sentiment score that
- 1:29Speaker 1: is lower than all the way back to nineteen fifty two.
- 1:33Speaker 1: We had a forty seven sixty right there. Look at
- 1:35Speaker 1: all these things that happened, the ninety ninety one recession,
- 1:38Speaker 1: the eighty one eighty two recession, the nineteen eighty recession,
- 1:42Speaker 1: none of which made the depth of where we are
- 1:45Speaker 1: right now in terms of consumer sentiment. That worries me.
- 1:49Speaker 1: It's the thing that I've consistently been talking about quite
- 1:51Speaker 1: a bit here on the show over the last really
- 1:54Speaker 1: eighteen months, is that sentiment is a concern. The other
- 1:56Speaker 1: thing that really concerns me, has always concerned me, is
- 1:59Speaker 1: going to be the side of it. But here is
- 2:01Speaker 1: another thing that I think people are looking for. The
- 2:04Speaker 1: market is absolutely desperate for some good news, and I
- 2:07Speaker 1: agree that it is. With everything that's going on in Iran,
- 2:11Speaker 1: with everything that happened over the weekend, we had JD
- 2:14Speaker 1: Vance failing on being able to get a deal. Now
- 2:18Speaker 1: you've got the US now blockading outside the blockade. All
- 2:23Speaker 1: of that I think boils down to just consumer sentiment
- 2:26Speaker 1: that continues to float negative. The other thing you have
- 2:29Speaker 1: to consider is, even though scams are all around, you know,
- 2:32Speaker 1: Crypto has their share of scams, it's a very small
- 2:35Speaker 1: market and overall, when you think about two and a
- 2:38Speaker 1: half trillion dollars, but right now eleven point four billion
- 2:41Speaker 1: and twenty twenty five the agency log one hundred and
- 2:44Speaker 1: eighty one thousand complaints. Now, if you compare this to FIAT,
- 2:49Speaker 1: it's a dwarf compared to what Fiat's is. But the
- 2:53Speaker 1: point is for it to have this level is still
- 2:57Speaker 1: a concern, and I think this is something that everybody
- 2:59Speaker 1: out there just due diligence, always, always, and in some
- 3:04Speaker 1: cases right now, it's just a matter of going into
- 3:07Speaker 1: the cornerstone of where crypto is and what I mean
- 3:09Speaker 1: by that, whether it's Bitcoin, ethereum, a handful of the
- 3:12Speaker 1: top ten tokens, those are really the ones that we
- 3:15Speaker 1: see more and more moving on. And of course, the
- 3:18Speaker 1: key here around all of this is going to be
- 3:20Speaker 1: centered around Clarity. Now Clarity Act. Many people are looking
- 3:24Speaker 1: at the timing here, and what it boils down to
- 3:27Speaker 1: is that the Senate floor has got to get this
- 3:29Speaker 1: thing passed, hopefully before what we will see most likely
- 3:34Speaker 1: as early May. And the reason is it's going to
- 3:37Speaker 1: go back to the House. If you remember the Genius Act,
- 3:40Speaker 1: that kind of exchange took a few weeks. Then it's
- 3:43Speaker 1: got to be able to get and signed and voted
- 3:45Speaker 1: on and then signed into law. And whether this all
- 3:48Speaker 1: boils down to a July fourth signing, which is where
- 3:52Speaker 1: I kind of anticipate that if we get this through,
- 3:54Speaker 1: it's going to happen. But the point is is timing
- 3:57Speaker 1: is now getting very very tight, much tighter than it
- 4:01Speaker 1: has been at any other point around Clarity. So we
- 4:04Speaker 1: are watching. The other thing that's been going on right now,
- 4:07Speaker 1: of course, is Trump's World Liberty FI is now making
- 4:12Speaker 1: what could be an FTX esque move, and that is
- 4:16Speaker 1: borrowing against its own crypto token. And we've seen this before, guys.
- 4:20Speaker 1: It is something that has been out there. Here's Justin
- 4:23Speaker 1: Sun kind of hitting on it. Whoever's hiding behind this
- 4:26Speaker 1: official account, step forward, identify yourself. What he's talking about
- 4:29Speaker 1: is the one issue that was freezing his funds, and
- 4:33Speaker 1: you kind of get into this statement right here, and
- 4:35Speaker 1: I think this is intriguing, and it says we can't
- 4:39Speaker 1: catch a break from looking like the most unserious industry
- 4:42Speaker 1: out there at world Liberty Fi blacklisted Justin Sun's supply,
- 4:46Speaker 1: who is their number one holder, printed billions of their
- 4:49Speaker 1: own tokens. We've seen this and then borrowed eighty million
- 4:52Speaker 1: in stable coins against it. The stable coin pool is
- 4:55Speaker 1: now at max liquidity borrowed, so those who wanted to
- 4:58Speaker 1: withdraw won't be able to, and then no one can
- 5:01Speaker 1: withdraw without suffering some big slippage here. So these are
- 5:05Speaker 1: the kind of things we have seen happen before in crypto.
- 5:09Speaker 1: So it is something if you go back into the
- 5:11Speaker 1: twenty twenty one cycle, you go back into twenty seventeen,
- 5:14Speaker 1: and even prior to that, you know there's been every cycle.
- 5:17Speaker 1: There's always been one of these major events. We may
- 5:21Speaker 1: be nearing one right now. When you go over to
- 5:25Speaker 1: the World Liberty Financial website, and I'm just gonna say,
- 5:28Speaker 1: right now, guys, is what are you doing? If you're
- 5:30Speaker 1: in WLFI, you should just exit, exit the token, no
- 5:35Speaker 1: reason to hold it or risk anything that has any
- 5:38Speaker 1: of these kind of drama that's going on. And that's
- 5:40Speaker 1: what's happening right now. This is the website, and it's
- 5:43Speaker 1: the about page. This is not what the about page
- 5:46Speaker 1: used to look like, but it looks like that now.
- 5:50Speaker 1: It used to look like this. This was the about page.
- 5:55Speaker 1: So as you can see, there are some interesting things happening. Now.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm not saying, hey, sure everybody changes their website, but
- 6:02Speaker 1: normally when you have major key executives and key investors
- 6:07Speaker 1: or key advisors, this is what you're looking at. And
- 6:11Speaker 1: I am very concerned. In time, I kind of see
- 6:13Speaker 1: those kind of situations playing out. And just remember this
- 6:17Speaker 1: guy right here, Chase Harrow. This is the guy that
- 6:19Speaker 1: was involved in the Logan Paul deal. And that was
- 6:22Speaker 1: in the NFT situation where Logan Paul took a big hit.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And I granted there's a lot of companies and people
- 6:29Speaker 1: within the industry that kind of go this direction of
- 6:32Speaker 1: you know, promising a lot of big advantages to some
- 6:36Speaker 1: of the big executives out there to put their name
- 6:38Speaker 1: on something. This is kind of the situation. I think
- 6:40Speaker 1: we're looking at World Liberty five and of course this
- 6:42Speaker 1: may end up in a very bad position. Here was,
- 6:46Speaker 1: of course, we're Liberty five's response to a lot of
- 6:48Speaker 1: the fud. Let's talk about the fud going around the
- 6:51Speaker 1: World Liberty five markets leading lending position. It's wrong. Here's
- 6:54Speaker 1: what's actually happening. Here's what he says right here are
- 6:57Speaker 1: they And this of course is really AI guys, this
- 7:00Speaker 1: is just AI making these kind of statements. We're one
- 7:02Speaker 1: of the largest suppliers in barrows on the World Liberty
- 7:05Speaker 1: five markets. Yes, we supply World libertfis collateral and borrowed
- 7:08Speaker 1: stable coins. Telling you right out there in the open,
- 7:12Speaker 1: this is as suspect as it gets for anybody that's
- 7:16Speaker 1: understanding where this can go. And I think this is
- 7:18Speaker 1: the thing that they're just simply saying it right out
- 7:21Speaker 1: there in the open. If anything happens right now, you
- 7:25Speaker 1: look at it. Here's the team is borrowing one hundred
- 7:27Speaker 1: and fifty million. This is USDC against four hundred million
- 7:31Speaker 1: World Liberty five on Dolomite and Dolomite. As you guys
- 7:34Speaker 1: have probably seen out there, this is where it gets
- 7:37Speaker 1: a little bit sketchy. So as you look at Dolomite,
- 7:40Speaker 1: remember too that the owner of Dolomite also the CEO
- 7:44Speaker 1: co founder of War Liberty Phi. This is where it
- 7:47Speaker 1: gets kind of crazy, and you can kind of see
- 7:49Speaker 1: the expansion that occurred right there as it starts to explode.
- 7:54Speaker 1: And now we are seeing this absolute ridiculous level of
- 7:58Speaker 1: to the point now where of course, as A said earlier,
- 8:00Speaker 1: you can't get even your own stable coins off of this,
- 8:04Speaker 1: and as I said earlier, get out of the World
- 8:07Speaker 1: Liberty five token right now. That's just I'm just gonna say,
- 8:09Speaker 1: I don't recommend it. It's one of those things. Why
- 8:12Speaker 1: are you in it? For what reason? There's many other
- 8:14Speaker 1: projects and things that you can invest in besides this.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Just anything that's got this kind of heat right now
- 8:20Speaker 1: is just not good. All right. So here was a
- 8:22Speaker 1: tweet that's kind of going into it around people who
- 8:26Speaker 1: were complaining. One of the guys that was complaining was
- 8:28Speaker 1: Justin's Sun himself, and he said, I've always been an
- 8:32Speaker 1: adamant supplier, supporter of President Trump, crypto friendly, early supporter
- 8:37Speaker 1: of the World Liberty five. But his, of course wallets
- 8:40Speaker 1: were frozen. And I think people are just saying, hey,
- 8:43Speaker 1: it is what it is. Listen, you didn't invest in
- 8:46Speaker 1: World Liberty five. You just bought a pardon the blow
- 8:49Speaker 1: is pure The below is purely air cover. That's the
- 8:52Speaker 1: statement what he was making there. That of course is
- 8:54Speaker 1: Corey from Swan Bitcoin. So as you can see a
- 8:57Speaker 1: lot of drama over the weekend around World Liberty five.
- 9:00Speaker 1: This starts heating up and could get bad if clarity
- 9:06Speaker 1: is not passed. If clarity is not passed, we could
- 9:08Speaker 1: see a drawdown in the market which would trigger a
- 9:11Speaker 1: liquidation event which would create a cascading royal cluster in
- 9:17Speaker 1: the industry itself, maybe three four x that of what
- 9:21Speaker 1: we saw even with FTX. So remember how FTX collapsed. Okay,
- 9:26Speaker 1: Alameda bared billions against FTT. That was ftx's own token.
- 9:31Speaker 1: So there you go. Or a Liberty five self referential
- 9:34Speaker 1: collateral using it to collateral hidden leverage this time not
- 9:39Speaker 1: hidden we know. And then of course the implosion happened,
- 9:42Speaker 1: and we all saw it after the fact. This you'll
- 9:45Speaker 1: be able to track literally out in the open as
- 9:48Speaker 1: things are happening market real time hit the difference FTX
- 9:52Speaker 1: hit it. This is happening in plain site, all right.
- 9:56Speaker 1: So I'm gonna bring up a tweet here that was
- 9:58Speaker 1: talking about the Drift proto call attack that just happened,
- 10:02Speaker 1: and two hundred and eighty five mili was sold from
- 10:04Speaker 1: Solana's biggest DeFi protocol twelve minutes. But it took eight
- 10:07Speaker 1: months for this to be socially engineered. And what I
- 10:11Speaker 1: mean by that is there was a process physical that
- 10:14Speaker 1: when people were using, hackers were using to try to
- 10:17Speaker 1: get to this data and what were essentially successful. The
- 10:22Speaker 1: Drift protocol was the number one perpse decks on Solana
- 10:26Speaker 1: and five hundred and fifty million total volume backed by
- 10:28Speaker 1: multi coin, so it had all the right people right
- 10:31Speaker 1: think about that right there, and remember April first, North
- 10:36Speaker 1: Korea's Lazarus group drained it twelve minutes, Circle did nothing
- 10:40Speaker 1: to pull it back. That's the big you know claim
- 10:43Speaker 1: in the industry that that should have happened. Many people
- 10:46Speaker 1: will argue that it's you know, not legal for them
- 10:48Speaker 1: to do it. Circle's kind of in a position. But
- 10:50Speaker 1: what I want to frame of reference this tweet to
- 10:54Speaker 1: is the fact if you kind of compare to what's
- 10:56Speaker 1: happening with World Liberty five, because there doesn't need to
- 10:59Speaker 1: be eight signatures for this to occur. There's one signature,
- 11:03Speaker 1: and justin Sun kind of put a bullseye on that
- 11:06Speaker 1: signature by the globe to go out and try to
- 11:09Speaker 1: figure out so social engineering attacks, etc. Could be on
- 11:13Speaker 1: their way to World liberty fire right now. And that's
- 11:15Speaker 1: really what it's going to boil down to. One thing
- 11:17Speaker 1: I want to jump to here. This of course, is
- 11:19Speaker 1: Jeremy Elair talking about this Circle defense. It's not freezing
- 11:22Speaker 1: hacked on USCC. And the reason was, as he said
- 11:25Speaker 1: right here, Circle argues that acting without legal authority risk
- 11:30Speaker 1: violating property rights, even if it means allows stole funds
- 11:33Speaker 1: to move. Point being is that Clarity will get all
- 11:36Speaker 1: of this resolved. And that is why again it is
- 11:40Speaker 1: one of the well, it is the most important thing
- 11:43Speaker 1: maybe in global finance right now that is happening when
- 11:46Speaker 1: you look at clarity, the one issue two major markets,
- 11:49Speaker 1: banking industry, crypto industry really boils down to yield, of course,
- 11:54Speaker 1: was answered in a report coming out of the White House.
- 11:57Speaker 1: If you saw the video last week, we show a
- 11:59Speaker 1: full breakdown of with that report came out with There
- 12:01Speaker 1: was a whole slew of economists, globally renowned economists as
- 12:05Speaker 1: well as universities that independently came to the result of
- 12:09Speaker 1: saying not going to have an effect on banks, don't
- 12:12Speaker 1: worry about Well, the ABA came out with their own
- 12:15Speaker 1: fuds saying that the CEA studied the wrong question on
- 12:18Speaker 1: stable coin yield and community banks. So they tried to
- 12:21Speaker 1: make a stab at it here which simply said the
- 12:24Speaker 1: question they should have answered, which they act fact did answer,
- 12:28Speaker 1: what is the lending and funding cost impact allowing yield
- 12:30Speaker 1: and stable coins to grow from today's scaled to a
- 12:33Speaker 1: much larger market, meaning you know, here we are at
- 12:36Speaker 1: the size we are now versus what's going to be
- 12:37Speaker 1: like when there's multi trillions out there in stable coins?
- 12:41Speaker 1: That was answered by this group. So the banks are
- 12:44Speaker 1: now down to their last wire. I think we're at
- 12:46Speaker 1: a point now. And remember this is also where over
- 12:49Speaker 1: the weekend we saw Brian Arns Armstrong somewhat concede saying
- 12:53Speaker 1: we need to go ahead and pass through. Almost every
- 12:56Speaker 1: major participant in the Clarity Act have also said we're
- 13:00Speaker 1: ready to go. It's likely that we're going to see
- 13:03Speaker 1: it coming very early this week to the Senate in
- 13:05Speaker 1: a markup, and that will be the next phase of
- 13:08Speaker 1: trying to get to the Senate floor for a vote.
- 13:11Speaker 1: But if we do not get this done, guys, it's
- 13:14Speaker 1: going to continuously lead to more problems in the industry.
- 13:18Speaker 1: This is a good example right here Bridge Polka Dot
- 13:21Speaker 1: just got exploited. Then you look at just what is
- 13:24Speaker 1: happening with kracking. They're Exchange now saying they're being extorted
- 13:29Speaker 1: by criminal group threatening release of videos showing internal systems.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And then you go back here. This is bit tenser.
- 13:34Speaker 1: We talked about this last week when I was had
- 13:36Speaker 1: tim on and this is where they pretty much stated it.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Right here, the Foundation unilaterally shut down three subnets in
- 13:44Speaker 1: halt revenue for Covenant AI without governance vote or transparent process.
- 13:48Speaker 1: If you're going to do a vote on or if
- 13:50Speaker 1: you're going to have these kind of organizations, you have
- 13:52Speaker 1: to have these votes go through. So it really boils
- 13:55Speaker 1: down to one thing. One thing is that Clarity has
- 13:58Speaker 1: got to make its way through, and it's got to
- 14:01Speaker 1: be through and to the President's desk for a signature.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Hopefully July fourth will be the date. And I agree
- 14:08Speaker 1: with Lummus here it needs clarity. Now, what's the worst
- 14:11Speaker 1: case scenario, the ultimate black swan. Well, you think about
- 14:15Speaker 1: all the things we just talked about, and you look
- 14:17Speaker 1: at the chart. I want to pull you back to
- 14:19Speaker 1: this date right here, which was November of twenty twenty two.
- 14:23Speaker 1: This is the FTX draw down. It was a thirty
- 14:25Speaker 1: percent draw down. This is on bitcoin. This was a
- 14:27Speaker 1: thirty percent draw down and it basically gave us the
- 14:30Speaker 1: bottom of bitcoin as sixteen to five. That's the kind
- 14:34Speaker 1: of pullback we could see. Imagine a thirty percent draw
- 14:38Speaker 1: down or worse if we compile all the things that
- 14:41Speaker 1: are happening in the industry right now, and that of
- 14:44Speaker 1: course happens if clarity doesn't go through. So you get it. Hopefully,
- 14:49Speaker 1: If you've been watching this long, you understand just how
- 14:51Speaker 1: important this is. We're going to be watching it very
- 14:53Speaker 1: closely this week. If you like this video, hit like
