  [SPEAKER_01]: I will say it's truly like exposure therapy with like anything, putting yourself in that uncomfortable position and being uncomfortable and feeling awkward and the more you expose yourself to those feelings, the easier it will get the next time and the next time and the next time but you have to keep practicing.
