- 0:19Oh, yes. That's right.
- 0:22Hear that music? I hope she'll do not and I'm
- 0:27definitely hearing things in the psychiatrist was absolutely
- 0:31correct, but that is the sound of late-night knots.
- 0:38Lying back in your bad, your hammock park, bench for every
- 0:43male, a those crazy unique thoughts that you have or not.
- 0:47So crazy, rather their late-night cons and try and
- 0:51welcome back to a real-deal Mania.
- 0:52Original podcast series, late-night silence.
- 0:56I am your late-night host. Who is actually light, believe
- 1:01it or not? It's in the title Dean Ryan.
- 1:04Tonight we have a New series that I'm starting.
- 1:07As I look into the alternate universe in.
- 1:11Also, the alternate society getting to Eastern philosophy
- 1:17medicines alternative philosophies that are practiced
- 1:21here domestically and abroad. We try to find and discover the
- 1:26answers that you're not pretty of knowing yet because the
- 1:30questions have yet to fill your mind, and that's what we're
- 1:33going to achieve here tonight. Anyways, welcome back everybody.
- 1:38And you could tell the producer to it.
- 1:41Yes, thank you. Yeah, it's welcome back,
- 1:44everybody. Tonight, we have a very unique
- 1:47show as I'm going to be welcoming 8 unit, gas job.
- 1:52Her name is, my name is Danielle Gore.
- 1:54Aiden. That's right.
- 1:55I didn't yell Gordon is not just any unique person.
- 1:58She is a, you would describe as the energy healer, which is a
- 2:03title I love. And, in fact, a title, I might
- 2:07start calling myself after tonight.
- 2:10Danielle is not just a energy, healer.
- 2:13She's also a card-carrying and yoga instructor Reiki master an
- 2:19akashic record practitioner In a cards player, which is
- 2:25incredible. I mean I lived in Vegas for
- 2:26three years. I love people that play cards
- 2:28and she's also an oracle. That's right.
- 2:32An oracle or going to get into all that and then I just was
- 2:35just buzzed right now and I just found out as well too and an
- 2:39unofficial self nutritionist and that's incredible.
- 2:44Because if there's a lot of connotation about individuality
- 2:47to all that and welcome to a night launch, the wonderful
- 2:52energy healer So Danielle Gordon.
- 2:55Danielle, thank you. I'm excited to be here.
- 3:00No, it's good. It's good to have you here at
- 3:02like McDonald's where we're going to go over and cover
- 3:05everything and nothing at all is a shame but you have quite a
- 3:08resume if I might add, and which I think we all do, and I think a
- 3:14lot of people, you know, maybe just haven't discovered all
- 3:19these talents in themselves in these other avenues.
- 3:23Because, you know, people are creatures of habits and routines
- 3:26but so, you know, kudos to you. Yeah, appreciate that.
- 3:32So what is an energy healer Danielle?
- 3:36Because I'm going to start off with that.
- 3:38I'm going to ask the tough questions, as you can ready.
- 3:41Let's do it. And I have my crystal I'm like
- 3:44levitating, I'm ready. Yes.
- 3:45Yeah, yes. Yes.
- 3:47What is an energy? Healer is it's quite
- 3:49fascinating. So the other titles actually
- 3:52time. Merge into the whole kind of
- 3:56Realm of energy healing. But energy feeling is really
- 4:00working within the chakra systems of the body helping
- 4:04people kind of reach that higher self and within the Journey of
- 4:09reaching that higher self from our experiences of life and
- 4:13relationships and conditioning. We take on things can be
- 4:18physically manifesting in the body.
- 4:20We can experience different emotions.
- 4:23Different thought patterns that are ingrained and energy work is
- 4:27using different modalities and such that you lifted and we'll
- 4:29go into a deeper. So let's just start, let's get
- 4:33into the the basics. Before we get into the
- 4:35specifics, then get into the ingredients of at all.
- 4:39So where are you from? And tell me a little bit about
- 4:42your journey. How did the energy healer come
- 4:45about? So I'm from Chicago, I travel
- 4:50quite a bit but from Chicago, went to school.
- 4:53University of Arizona, but aside from the four years there I've
- 4:56been in Chicago, I've always been drawn to different levels
- 5:02of spirituality, even as a young kid, not necessarily knowing the
- 5:07words of the terms. But I would always get
- 5:10Sensations or senses. I would be able to read, you
- 5:15know, the adults in my life. Their emotions overcome adapt or
- 5:18friends. If there was a subtle shift,
- 5:19I've always been in tune to different additives.
- 5:23She's intuitive empathic and path.
- 5:26Completely completely. Yeah, did you grow up in a
- 5:30religious house? I did not write Jewish my
- 5:35culture but it was never really enforced.
- 5:39I would say, it's definitely a little sex as my brothers had to
- 5:42get that bar mitzvah, judge my sister and I had a choice.
- 5:45I chose not to did you say it was sexist your brother.
- 5:53Did not have a choice. They had to get Barb inside my
- 5:55sister, and I had a choice, I try to finesse a party over the
- 5:59studying. Now, what does that, what does
- 6:01that mean? Because I've had, I've been to
- 6:05a, I think a Passover, one time I think it was okay, whatever,
- 6:09whatever it was, I had matzo-ball soup, I loved it.
- 6:11It certainly beats the one from Campbell's.
- 6:13The one in the can totally signed issue will get look at
- 6:18Campbell's later. Yeah.
- 6:20Yeah. What is your favorite soup?
- 6:21No, but What is, what does it mean to be more immense fun?
- 6:25Because I only have one Jewish friend.
- 6:29Well, he works here at Real Deal media and but he's from Canada
- 6:33and they're a little different up there, so you know, maybe you
- 6:36can educate me. What does that mean?
- 6:38You know what? I'll do my best, but I would
- 6:40say, I actually I don't really identify identify a spiritual
- 6:45Jewish by culture background, but I have a thing with
- 6:48organized religion, we can totally get into it but I don't
- 6:51really know too much about it. But in Judaism the bar mitzvah
- 6:55or the Bat Mitzvah is this rite of passage.
- 6:58So when boys turn 13, I believe. When girls turned 12, it's this
- 7:03coming into like manhood or Womanhood even though we know
- 7:07that 12 and 13 year olds are children.
- 7:09So that's a no. Yeah.
- 7:12You know another thing but there's you're supposed to read
- 7:14a portion of. Yeah.
- 7:15Right. But you read a portion of it the
- 7:17Torah which is. Yeah.
- 7:18Okay. Well you just like the Old
- 7:20Testament, right? Right.
- 7:22So, In my mind it was just it's just like one big party with
- 7:26with you know, festive foods and eateries.
- 7:29But you know what's weird though?
- 7:31Is like because you know there was a time when the I'm a lot of
- 7:37people and I've been around this because I've spoken like an
- 7:40antenna like conscious life expose for years, I've been
- 7:44around like, you know, guy a TV. I was in the studios that are
- 7:47for a while and run a lot of the people have a lot of, you know,
- 7:50contacts and colleagues that are I got and I went to like a guy
- 7:55TV function months and a lot of people said to me is that there
- 8:00are spiritual but not religious, you know.
- 8:02It's like, it's like a new, you know, it's a new term, which is
- 8:06great. But I have this like, weird
- 8:08thing because when I'm around spiritual people, I say, I'm
- 8:12religious, but not spiritual. And then when I'm around
- 8:15religious people, I say I'm spiritual but not religious and
- 8:19everything that comes from. Yeah, let's process that I'm
- 8:23trying to find out what is wrong with me, but I can't seem to
- 8:28find a happy median in the same applies politically to, like
- 8:33when I'm around liberals, I tend to lean a bit more conservative,
- 8:37but when I'm around conservatives, I did and lean a
- 8:39bit more liberal, maybe it might be just a real asshole.
- 8:46And I think I'm finding out So you know, drink to that.
- 9:00Yeah, I'm gonna grab my dear, I'll tell you that.
- 9:03Yes, yes, I'm drinking a Shiraz yellowtail from Australia.
- 9:08A part of my birthday wine, and thank you.
- 9:10Everybody who participated in that, who's helped celebrate my
- 9:1521st birthday and so anyways, yeah.
- 9:19So So I totally get that to in because I grew up Catholic,
- 9:24which is, you know, I'm not sure if that means because, you know,
- 9:29being a being a Catholic, you go to church, you know, Christmas
- 9:32Easter and that's about it and that's Catholic.
- 9:36But she kind of bypass that is that because your parents your
- 9:40parents, you know, we're a bit of the The Counter Culture of
- 9:45their parents and didn't want to enforce what was unfair,
- 9:47enforced on them. You think?
- 9:50It's interesting. I'm I think a little bit.
- 9:53I do think my parents, they like the tradition of it so the
- 9:57holiday dinners and it was incorporated in different ways
- 10:03so it definitely was present in times when like high holidays as
- 10:07your colleagues to pass over that high holiday when that
- 10:09would happen, it would feel like the house got more connected to
- 10:13Judaism, but Loosely actually in college I was a TA for a class
- 10:18called God Rap. Wait, Culture.
- 10:20And God. It's, yeah, well, the thing of
- 10:22expert on rap culture, rap culture, and God Rap culture,
- 10:27not comic culture comma God. Uh-huh.
- 10:31Okay, let me yeah, sign up for that right now.
- 10:34Hold on here, by, not forget, yeah, yeah, I don't remember
- 10:38much, but I was a TA for. So I've always been interested
- 10:42in the studying at different religions, but I've never been
- 10:46into the idea of a forced Just fix definitive, I must subscribe
- 10:52to this. I must pay this.
- 10:54I'ma go to this place sometime and I think it's such a way to
- 10:58manipulate in my opinion. I'm sorry.
- 10:59If everyone's people are watching this and not liking it
- 11:01but I yeah, yeah, the foundation I think is beautiful but where
- 11:07it's gone when the basket to the giving basket goes around.
- 11:11Yeah, the counter. That just to be fair the camera
- 11:13that Danielle is that forgiveness isn't free.
- 11:17It ain't cheap. You got to you got Pay a little
- 11:20bit to get that. Granted forgiveness.
- 11:22Do you think? I mean, that aspect the
- 11:26tradition connecting with family in the experiences in the
- 11:29community? I'm all for.
- 11:31I think that's beautiful. When I say I have a hard time
- 11:34with organized religion, I'm talking about the systematic
- 11:38measure the top top top, that's operating it.
- 11:41I think people in the community are beautiful.
- 11:44I respect it. I think if it serves someone all
- 11:48for it for me, I personally, it's just, it's the institution,
- 11:52it's the institution. So, and I'm going to come back
- 11:55to that. Just remember that word there.
- 11:57Mark, that down in your little Etch-a-Sketch.
- 12:01Do you think you're always searching for something?
- 12:03Because if there is ever a time people are searching for things
- 12:09answers. It's right now in this in the
- 12:11past three years. In this when I've coined a world
- 12:14war three, this plan dimmick, War the great question, I feel
- 12:19like on some level it always is taking place.
- 12:22I've always felt that I was about 10 years older than I was
- 12:26now at about 70 years older than I actually am.
- 12:29But I've always kind of felt A little bit more of an, I've
- 12:35always felt like I was an old soul.
- 12:37Like I wasn't as I'm playful and joyful, but there always was a
- 12:42more of a depth that I think I was looking for and searching
- 12:44for and again, as a kid and then in high school, you don't always
- 12:47have the words for it and it also would manifest in different
- 12:51ways. So, in high school, I started
- 12:53noticing, I would get panic attacks about dying.
- 12:55So, that's a heavy one. All the time, that it was like
- 12:58this really intense feeling that happened throughout College too.
- 13:01To got a little bit better but it was really, really intense
- 13:04for me. And I remember how it was right
- 13:07after. I graduated from college, I had
- 13:09like this panic attack and I kind of like looked up.
- 13:12I don't know who I'm looking at that, but I'm just like I can't
- 13:15do this. Like this is not, this isn't
- 13:17feel good, I can't keep spiral like this is not good and that
- 13:20night, I had this like Infinity of a dream where it was like
- 13:25when I'm serving when I'm helping people and I'm doing
- 13:29when I'm making a difference of some For it, that takes me away
- 13:33from this anxiety or the fearfulness.
- 13:36And I woke up kind of connected to this vision of want to help
- 13:40people like a good Steward around the world, a good Steward
- 13:44of sorts. I want to, I want to expand on
- 13:46that. You know what I've noticed too
- 13:47is a lot of people's Journeys is different as they, maybe there's
- 13:53a lot of people who are experiencing different
- 13:55realities, but we have a lot in common to more than we have
- 13:59just, you know, Frances. But, but if you're getting
- 14:05reality through a, you know, a propaganda is medium and a
- 14:13flawed philosophical Professor. Then you would think that we're
- 14:17living in the 1800s, and we are living in some of the most
- 14:23Draconian, you know, individuals around us all the time.
- 14:27You know, that's a dangerous proposition.
- 14:29What I'm saying is is a lot of people have not discovered when
- 14:34you did. And you may not know what you
- 14:36have discovered in. That's individuality because,
- 14:41you know, you hear about minorities this minorities gains
- 14:44mine order that this minority the greatest minority in the
- 14:47world and I've done the research is the individual.
- 14:50And that is the biggest threat to the power structure of
- 14:53control as the individual know. I had that's an interesting way
- 14:58to think about it in terms of minority because you're right.
- 15:01I there's a lot, I think one of the biggest things that were
- 15:05missing in our society is the skills to critically think.
- 15:10You know like you see people following the like the GPS,
- 15:13right? And you've taken this route, so
- 15:15many times. Do you have the GPS on?
- 15:17And, you know, you're supposed to turn left, turn left.
- 15:20Time's. The GPS is telling me to turn,
- 15:21right? And instead of listening to what
- 15:24you know, you know it's actually for yeah you are listening to
- 15:28this computer and then you know it's tells you to turn to the
- 15:30sheep and they go like this. Oh there's this is the lack of
- 15:32critical thinking that I think is right a component that we're
- 15:35missing, it's collectivism. It's collectivism by Design and
- 15:41its ideological subversion by Design and it's a long
- 15:46institutionalized. Player.
- 15:50How do you collectivize a culture?
- 15:52How do you collectivize a country?
- 15:54As a society is you do it there over time, you do it over time
- 15:58but you do it through the culture and once you do it
- 16:01through the culture, which is Upstream from politics, it's
- 16:04like the Salem. Witch Trials.
- 16:05Oh, she's a witch. She practices her wasn't sure if
- 16:14I was burned at the stake. Yeah.
- 16:19I mean I mean absolutely but here you talk about like it's
- 16:23getting filtered in through politics.
- 16:24It's happening on both sides and it's all coming down to one
- 16:29stream. You have the extremes of both
- 16:31sides but at the end of the day, you're getting collectiveness of
- 16:35each side of people who aren't thinking for themselves and
- 16:38they're just following down this path that they're being told.
- 16:41And essentially the path meets in the middle merges into my,
- 16:44everyone's just thinking them because people give their power
- 16:48Wayne power and control, right? When you when someone holds
- 16:52power and control the do anything in their power to hold
- 16:56that power. And so that's filtering
- 16:58different information. Key people in submissive state
- 17:01to keep people confused or upset or distracted.
- 17:05I mean, you mentioned about nutrition, I'm not officially a
- 17:08nutritionist, but I studied my own food and use food in my way.
- 17:11And that's one of the biggest things, keeping our society, you
- 17:15know, distracted. And and And because we're eating
- 17:19chemicals and things that are not used as fuel and it's all
- 17:24coming o, the FDA, it's all. It's all bullshit transparent.
- 17:27You're not insinuating. The FDA are you seeing the FDA
- 17:30doesn't have her best interest in art?
- 17:32Oh my God. I cannot stand for that.
- 17:37Oh my God. Yeah, I'm gonna cry, I'm gonna
- 17:39cry. It all comes back to keeping
- 17:42that power and control. So, if people are sick right
- 17:45there, physically sick, or food, that we're eating, is causing
- 17:48inflammation. Nation right disease happens in
- 17:50inflammation and we can talk about this in so many different
- 17:53ways. There's the physical
- 17:54inflammation of the body, there's information of our
- 17:56society, these happens inflammation.
- 17:59So the foods that we're eating their causing inflammation in
- 18:01our bodies, our bodies are becoming sick or minds are
- 18:04getting foggy because that's what happens, right?
- 18:06Inflammation is linked directly to depression.
- 18:09So now we're step, we want to move our energy levels are down.
- 18:11So all of these things, keep individuals in this sick
- 18:15isolated depressive state, which Angry people in power to stay in
- 18:20power because people don't have the energy to like really look
- 18:23at what's happening. And said, they're living in this
- 18:26fog of inflammation. That's one of the reasons cause
- 18:29for the foods that they're eating, you must feel the
- 18:32tension in Chicago because I certainly did, you know, a
- 18:36number of years ago, but it's definitely there.
- 18:39There are tremendous areas and neighborhoods that are
- 18:42dangerous. And, you know, yeah, like taking
- 18:44my dog right now when it's dark. Again, my I'm definitely alert,
- 18:47I'm not walking farts. Oh, There's elements that are
- 18:49dangerous. There's also its, I think you
- 18:52think the news has amped it up quite a bit.
- 18:56So when you live in Chicago least, you know, my friends,
- 18:59like, you don't necessarily live in a constant fearful State.
- 19:04This crime happened. Absolutely.
- 19:07But that's interesting about being an impact in the touch.
- 19:10I so I have a love-hate with Chicago and this is just like a
- 19:13personal thing. This is not even about crimes,
- 19:14is just an energetically, how I respond Chicago and I am The I
- 19:19an astrologer that I work with, we were looking at my birth
- 19:23chart and is called as a called Astro photography at 8:00?
- 19:27You used your birth chart and go, and go and move on.
- 19:30That's why I'm here, right? So use your you hear birds right
- 19:33with an astrology, and you put it on the map and you have
- 19:36different lines based on your road trip.
- 19:38So, birth chart would be, you know, most people know there's
- 19:40Sun Signs, so your horoscope, when your birthday is, but you
- 19:44actually have a whole birth chart.
- 19:46So when you were born, if you took a picture of This got it
- 19:48would be your birth chart and in your birth chart, you have every
- 19:52planet and based on when you were born at what time and
- 19:55location, the planets are in different Zodiacs will go.
- 19:59We can go deeper deeper into it. But my Saturn Line is running
- 20:03right through can progress. If I had, if I had like a little
- 20:05visual, it would make more sense but it's running right through
- 20:08it. And it's astrologer when she's
- 20:11reading my charge. She's like, she's like, try this
- 20:14hard for you and like, it is hard for me.
- 20:17And, you know, Modern astrology will call it like the grumpy
- 20:21grandfather, so it's Tucker energy.
- 20:23There's a lot of lessons that happen within Saturn, but it
- 20:28also rewards when you do the hard work.
- 20:30Yeah. So for me Chicago is difficult,
- 20:32but I so I used to be very involved with politics.
- 20:36And wouldn't, you know, huff, and puff and found myself like
- 20:39really going into a box and my mind and my thoughts were being
- 20:44altered like, okay. This is how I identify, but I
- 20:47don't really agree with this, but that must Not be.
- 20:48So they wouldn't so that they happened in college.
- 20:52Every time I like, is this transfer did that happen around
- 20:54the University of Arizona? Because that's usually when
- 20:57people, you know what? It actually happens.
- 20:59Post-college, accountable College.
- 21:02I got into, I mean, I got into feminism.
- 21:05I was always a feminist but I didn't have the term for it.
- 21:08I didn't know what it meant. And then I started taking a
- 21:11sociology major and started studying gender studies and
- 21:17yeah, We might we might have different opinions but we like
- 21:22that continues you you were really highly involved.
- 21:26I was I was highly involved. I was and then even when I
- 21:28wasn't highly involved at also was definitive of, this is how I
- 21:34identify. This is my email political
- 21:37identification and then I just kind of got tired of it because
- 21:41nothing was happening. And I'm like you know what?
- 21:45This just feels like bullshit like at the end of Of the day.
- 21:49No one is getting anything done on either side and it just feels
- 21:52like this, this theater like this theater.
- 21:56Exactly. You know, you have the glitter
- 21:58and the Sparkles and the production and all but nothing
- 22:01is actually happening. And so, I had I had to kind of
- 22:05pause, to be honest. I really, I don't watch the news
- 22:08anymore. I will read things.
- 22:10I try to stay up to date, but I do not watch the news.
- 22:13I'm really not involved khalili anymore, and this is where the
- 22:16naive perspective might come in. Focus more on my day-to-day
- 22:21interactions because I was getting so upset.
- 22:23We talked about anger earlier and how people are angry.
- 22:25I was being so angry, so angry nothing was getting done, and
- 22:30all these people are getting hurt.
- 22:31All these rights are being taken away and so much oppression is
- 22:34happening, but nothing is actually gotten.
- 22:36So all this anger was coming up but anger, anger static, and or
- 22:41stagnant? It just what is that?
- 22:43Jewish is harmful. It's poison.
- 22:44It's suffocating and I operate in a positive way and so So I've
- 22:48been focusing on, I stopped watching the news.
- 22:51I really start focusing on politics and now I focus on how
- 22:54to my day-to-day interactions with people.
- 22:56How can I leave each interaction with that person feeling better?
- 22:59I see why I'm saying this is because as we're talking about
- 23:01this I'm getting riled up thinking you know kind of going
- 23:04down that - like yeah mister I'm starting to sweat a little bit,
- 23:08I'm getting really scared. I'm sweating actually just hold
- 23:12on a second. Kind of but that is such a good
- 23:21but that like a somatic? Yes.
- 23:22Fine. How great?
- 23:24That is a question that passion completely.
- 23:26I want to add to what you're saying, and I want to touch upon
- 23:29the so many things to a lot of the people that are very angry
- 23:35when in regards to news politics, right?
- 23:38And are people who watch cable news that.
- 23:42I mean, when you say kilo Newton, you talking like black
- 23:45CNN, Fox Fox News. MSNBC CNN C-SPAN.
- 23:53But after trying to sleep, if you have trouble sleeping at
- 23:58home, put C-SPAN on inches, slowly phone away into your
- 24:03rapid eye movement, And Peter very carefully in delicately as
- 24:12I relaxed right now, actually, that's all I have to do.
- 24:15So we were screening a movie. We screen the movies for a
- 24:17members who are listening to this and my in or watching we
- 24:21screen the movie almost every other Saturday, you know, a
- 24:24couple times a month. And we were watching the other
- 24:26night or last weekend, Natural, Born Killers.
- 24:29I don't know if you've seen it, it's a film by Oliver Stone.
- 24:32What it was doing. And in portraying, when Oliver
- 24:35was trying to portray was the media sensation.
- 24:38Analyzing, you know, reality. And if you track it back in
- 24:45Timeline wise, to when that change happen is in the mid-90s,
- 24:50and when the mid-90s came, it brought us the o.j.
- 24:52Simpson trial, which is started the acceleration to 24-Hour news
- 24:56cycle. With that.
- 25:00Now you have competing news, you have competing who has the
- 25:03breaking story, who has the, the hottest news anchors, the best
- 25:07colors, the best timeline ticker that's given you, you know,
- 25:10everything how media in the news media in particular, it's
- 25:14designed to get a reaction from you.
- 25:17It's like designed to sensationalize a to get the
- 25:21ratings and that's what it's designed to do, rather than what
- 25:25we're doing here. But we're understanding of these
- 25:28things. So now you're disillusion with
- 25:31with the politics and you get into Reiki, which is the radius
- 25:36and ancient Japanese healing module, it's all about working
- 25:40with moving energy through the body.
- 25:42So it works with the seven chakras systems.
- 25:45Each chakra represents different elements of a person and their
- 25:50bean and based on how we're talking about like inflammation
- 25:53and experiences and things that can happen throughout our This
- 25:57yet blockages within our chakras, you could be working at
- 26:01a slower level a higher level, but we're feeling some kind of
- 26:05heaviness or dullness or separation from our higher self.
- 26:09So Reiki is about working with moving the energy through the
- 26:14body, the Reiki energy is this higher frequency.
- 26:17So you're tuning in to this higher frequency.
- 26:19So we know bones heal at a higher level of frequency.
- 26:23The rate the radio, for example is frequency that we can't see
- 26:26it. It's right, so there's energies
- 26:28that are happening, right? So a big thing is coming down to
- 26:32the root of it, where the anxiety is stemming from where
- 26:37it's connecting to, so it's going to depend on each person,
- 26:41but is a whole, I think anxiety depression, they're all symptoms
- 26:46of not feeling connected to your power, not feeling aligned to
- 26:50your higher self. And so, I think a lot of it is
- 26:54starting to do things that are Going to allow you to feel more
- 26:59like yourself or more attune to yourself.
- 27:02So, if you're someone who is working so much and you're
- 27:06disconnected from the relationships in your life and
- 27:10you're feeling anxious about that, it's first awareness of it
- 27:13and then making the subtle shifts to connect back into the
- 27:19things that are maybe pulling you away or intensifying
- 27:21anxiety. Now, sometimes Society can
- 27:24happen. A lot of times it happens.
- 27:25And we're disconnected from Where that's coming from.
- 27:28And so, I'm big movement, I teach yoga I work with move it.
- 27:31So a lot of times getting into movement.
- 27:34First is going to be the beautiful profound step that
- 27:40will eventually connect you to the suppressed emotions that are
- 27:44being stored in the body. So, physically opening and
- 27:47moving, I mean, we systematically, especially as
- 27:49women, we store a lot in our hips and so emotions and fears
- 27:54are sorts of when we start opening and doing poses.
- 27:57Pigeon pose which is a hip opener or like lizard can you
- 28:01display something? Maybe simple that people can do
- 28:04to maybe help release some of the anxiety and that tension and
- 28:10fear of the world, is there, something?
- 28:11Maybe that is simple that you can maybe display.
- 28:13I mean, I hate to put you on the spot and starting to work with
- 28:16the most. I've been timing actually going
- 28:17to be working with the hospital in Chicago and going into
- 28:22schools, and talking to students about using breath work and how
- 28:25to naturally calm the Nervous system.
- 28:28So Brass Shoe breath work is when breathing differently at
- 28:31different tempos? Or is there music on when you're
- 28:34breathing is a certain altitude? You have to be doing?
- 28:37That's actually okay to the physiological sensation.
- 28:56So we'll do a practice. Focusing on the hand, that's on
- 28:58your belly, I want you to start your, inhale from there, and I'm
- 29:01going to count to five, okay? So you're going to inhale for
- 29:04one, two, three, four, five - slowly exhale for 5, 4, 3, 2 1.
- 29:16So we'll do one, which I'll guide you through it a little
- 29:18bit. Just to explain what's Happening
- 29:20Here. I do have a question.
- 29:21Am I supposed to be exhaling for my nose?
- 29:24You're not for my mouth, you're not accepting about.
- 29:26They should be clear. What we call that in yoga is
- 29:34called Dharma. So that's called your Breath of
- 29:37Fire. That's actually going to create
- 29:39two called again. It's called the ID, Pune.
- 29:41Yeah. I think you got it.
- 29:43Yeah, bun on a. Okay, got it.
- 29:44Okay, let's read from your nose and exhale, okay, so you're
- 29:50going to inhale through your nose and then you're going to
- 29:53accept the out back through your mouth and you're going to,
- 29:55you're going to allow the breath to Double up.
- 29:57The pace. I already screwed up.
- 29:59I supposed to count to five. I'm supposed to come.
- 30:02I'll guide you, I'm here to guide you.
- 30:03That's why I'm here. It's a given because I can't,
- 30:06OK, I cant count. Okay, tell me one.
- 30:08Starting from the hand on your belly.
- 30:09Okay. So we're going to inhale for
- 30:11one, two, three, four, five, exhale, five, four, three, two,
- 30:21one, five the right killing me. Okay?
- 30:43So, your diaphragm is a muscle, that's right, below your lungs.
- 30:49So when you inhale from your belly, right, you breathe it in
- 30:52your belly. Expands, that's your diaphragm
- 30:54contracts in. So, it's flattening, so the
- 30:57Friends Latins, what does that allow for the lungs?
- 31:00Your lungs, have more space to breathe in.
- 31:02You're breathing in more oxygen, so when you're breathing in your
- 31:06breathing in more oxygen, the action is traveling up.
- 31:08It's actually going right to your brain.
- 31:10It's triggering your parasympathetic nervous system.
- 31:12So that's the part of your nervous system.
- 31:14That is the calm and the relax. We, we know our sympathetic
- 31:18nervous system is fight or flight.
- 31:20That's when the body is feeling a stress.
- 31:23It needs the adrenaline. Oxygen goes that hands.
- 31:26You need to fight either. Mind, right?
- 31:28But when you're breathing in from your belly, you're
- 31:30activating that parasympathetic nervous system that tells your
- 31:33body that you're okay. So, all the accident actually
- 31:36gets to go to your brain, you're thinking grade which allows you
- 31:40to think, clear? Well, physiologically your
- 31:42body's going. Oh, I'm relaxed, I'm safe.
- 31:44So the stress is dissipating, the shoulders are relaxing that
- 31:47you know it's the body is softening.
- 31:49So physiologically, you're starting to feel the relaxation
- 31:52and then your mind gets to connect back to it.
- 31:55So you're able to think more clearly.
- 31:57Exactly T clouds. Everything we don't exciting
- 32:00year, we feel it in our chest, right?
- 32:01Our hearts are should be. We're breathing up here.
- 32:03Everything's getting tight. Right.
- 32:05Why are we getting tight? Because we feel like we might
- 32:06have to fight with the run. We're in a triggered state.
- 32:09So we take a minute of breathing, you do five account
- 32:13of five in a count of five out, right?
- 32:16And how many times, how many, how many intervals do we do
- 32:19that? Do six rounds.
- 32:21So one little one minute, it's going to trigger that
- 32:25parasympathetic nervous system. The nervous system that says
- 32:28you're calm, you're safe. You're okay, so physiologic the
- 32:32body soften and relax and Saddles, and the mind gets us.
- 32:35Beautiful dose of oxygen, that helps clear.
- 32:40And now, you can start thinking logically, like, oh wait, I'm
- 32:42actually safe, what, why might be dressed out?
- 32:43What do I need to do to move forward versus a very heightened
- 32:47state of anxiety where you're not thinking, clearly, right?
- 32:50When you're in, when you're in survival mode, you're not
- 32:51thinking logically your lizard brain.
- 32:53You're thinking, how do I not die?
- 32:55You know, that's right. Yeah.
- 32:57Prune it and happens is when I'm running from the cops and
- 32:59happens all the time. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah.
- 33:03So when you're running from the cops telling me the minute hand
- 33:06on your heart, have your belly and hold on before you arrest
- 33:10me. Wait a second.
- 33:11Yeah, give me a second here. Hold on here to more intervals,
- 33:16so it's diaphragmatic. Breathing.
- 33:18The people who are watching and dinner listening to this.
- 33:22What you're actually witnessing tonight are two people.
- 33:27People who are in many sense, Perfect Strangers in a way, but
- 33:32who are actually hearing things about things, they may not know
- 33:35for the first time. And not necessarily requiring
- 33:39one to adopt it, but just being open and can heal and and
- 33:44countries. It's like a good party world
- 33:47bringing something different to the, you know, the food table
- 33:51here. So, anyway, I wanted to say
- 33:53that. Well, I think that's an
- 33:54important thing to say to. I think one of the biggest
- 33:57things is that we all stopped talking to each other.
- 34:00And there's so much attachment to, I must believe this to
- 34:03identify this way and what's missing is the actual human
- 34:07Janet and having that dialogue and knowing that people can have
- 34:11different beliefs and you can believe something and be okay to
- 34:14be like, oh, actually that that resonates with me, your that
- 34:17doesn't. And the light is the world can
- 34:20still continue. Even within the contradiction,
- 34:23you know, doesn't have to be so polarizing here, whatever WWII
- 34:27had this country, not had an open dialogue with like the
- 34:30Japanese. They would have never known
- 34:33like, hey, you don't have to put salt on your rice, you could
- 34:36just use soy sauce. Has different ideas and
- 34:39techniques and culture. Okay, so speaking of see that
- 34:41segue there as I go now to the Japanese akashic records, this
- 34:45is what they call in the business Danielle at segueing.
- 34:48We're cycling. That's right.
- 34:51That's right. The master of the segue.
- 34:53So let's get into this because you it's we're kind of rounding
- 34:57things up. I know it's late where you are
- 34:59over there and Iceland feels like it was a dark and notice
- 35:06the contrast to If you're all into symbolism, I'm in the dark.
- 35:10I'm like, the, the Prince of Darkness and she's in the
- 35:13lights. I'm the Fallen Angel.
- 35:18So let's get into this akashic records which initially, I
- 35:21thought, oh good, they have a new record company coming out.
- 35:24Have you heard the new artists on there?
- 35:28So tell me about what this is all about and then we'll kind of
- 35:34finish up with our birth charts. Now, we're going and we call it
- 35:37the We will work, right? We're going a little bit more.
- 35:38Whoo, whoo and Michael do. It's more spiritual.
- 35:40It's less tangible but the akashic records are and what is
- 35:45woo, really mean? Because who is writing this term
- 35:48all the time, the special can. I'm so glad you annoyed that I'm
- 36:04using it, but I A simplified shortcut.
- 36:08You know what? I think we should bring someone
- 36:10because I instantly regretted saying it after I said it good.
- 36:13I have a whole list right here that you never asked so I can
- 36:17bring it down. Yeah, she's I was hoping you
- 36:22would bring that up. Anyways, continue on the path of
- 36:25the akashic records, and please smell it too because I probably
- 36:30spelt it terribly wrong, right? But isn't the knows you're
- 36:32putting AF khac ice. Oh God.
- 36:37A cheating please, and no cheating place, and use it in a
- 36:42sentence. If you would akashic records,
- 36:46that's Arizona State, everybody. Then she went ahead as you do
- 36:49that, you know? Write them for.
- 37:08Yeah, anyways, akashic records. It's this opening of your souls
- 37:14Library, That's How we'll call it.
- 37:15So if you believe in past lives, I do.
- 37:18It's every life that you've ever lived.
- 37:20It's every life that you ever will live.
- 37:22It's this endless Soul, information, of why you are
- 37:28here. Like, like, like, like so
- 37:31families in the sense? Yeah, I've heard this term
- 37:34before and you're going to pass. The lives, which, which I tend
- 37:41to believe in, in a sense because I'm actively trying to
- 37:44get back to that past life. Because it's got to be much
- 37:47better than this present one, which we can do to get you there
- 37:52up. Would you please how much let me
- 37:55buy a ticket for that because what is currently developing now
- 37:59is, I was totally, they casted me wrong when I was auditioning
- 38:03in the universe. But so, yeah, you're getting
- 38:06into past lives. No.
- 38:07Listen, I've heard these things before.
- 38:09This is a philosophy. Also adopted by the Buddhist as
- 38:12well. They believe in reincarnation,
- 38:14in a sense and it goes into Eastern philosophy.
- 38:17And, you know, the modern Christian or, you know, maybe
- 38:23atheists or maybe Jew or pick it, current religion, probably
- 38:29won't subscribe to a Eastern philosophy.
- 38:32Just right off the bat. However, I will add that at
- 38:37Actually, Eastern medicine Eastern, Chinese medicines that
- 38:39are a lot of the cures for the average, you know, element of
- 38:43today. You know, you know, must I tell
- 38:46people about your shiitake mushroom abstract.
- 38:50His first sergeant. Yes.
- 38:52She lion's mane, it's an adaptogenic.
- 38:55I mean, I do a mushroom powder. Every time in my coffee every
- 38:58morning and adaptogenic helps your body deal with stress -
- 39:02it's just at the Eastern Eastern medicines are, you know, we
- 39:05should have a very open At Eastern philosophy.
- 39:08As well as all, I'm saying because Eastern medicines have
- 39:10been proven to work. So please continue any illness
- 39:19that we are naturally becoming sick too.
- 39:22There must be a natural remedy to it.
- 39:25That's my believe I'm a same thing with food.
- 39:27Like I think food can make us. I think we can heal our bodies
- 39:31through food, so if you're getting sick from something,
- 39:34there it is a natural, it's the gut bacteria.
- 39:37Via the got. Yeah, because he is, that's our
- 39:38second brain. Got two huge.
- 39:40Got house is huge, but yeah, it's if we're getting sick
- 39:43naturally, there has to be a natural remedy.
- 39:46It's coming from, it's coming. We're getting sick from the
- 39:49earth, you know, the like there's going to be a natural
- 39:52remedy. Now I'm at home, I like racial
- 39:53or things that are now mutated and stuff like that, but if it's
- 39:56an ailment of some sort that's natural, there's a natural
- 40:00remedy. I always used to tell people,
- 40:01you know, I'm a Libertarian because I don't know what's best
- 40:05for you. So I'm not going to pretend I
- 40:07know what's best for you because what's best for me, may not be
- 40:09best for you. I may love peanuts.
- 40:12You might die from peanuts. There you go.
- 40:14You know, you but I'm not going to mandate on then on you.
- 40:17And I think that's and I see this tombs.
- 40:19I'm glad you brought this up, although I might have brought it
- 40:22up. I don't know who did, but I see
- 40:24this in like the older generation the Baby Boomers and
- 40:27other is they put so much stock in power into their doctor
- 40:32because it's like, well, it's my doctor that's keeping me alive
- 40:35and sort of speak. And so, So any alternative idea
- 40:39narrative thought, isn't people of India, have the turmeric, and
- 40:44their diets, they're healthy. Yeah, this is all Eastern
- 40:47philosophy and medicines to continue a Danish.
- 40:50Well, both, but if you want to add black pepper, that's gonna
- 40:54be my my insight. You always want black pepper
- 40:56with that because it helps your body.
- 40:58Absorb the benefits in chimeric is one of the best things you
- 41:02can do. I mean, often, you know, when I
- 41:04have time to cook. Yeah, cook is much because
- 41:07Forget, I am cooking almost burned places down some so busy,
- 41:10but it's good for all sorts of things, but it also gets rid of
- 41:14the heavy metals yet the body, especially seniors.
- 41:17Well, the big Pharma stuff they have in the medicines, has heavy
- 41:20metals in it. Yes, causing Alzheimer's our
- 41:24leader. Yes, it's also amazing for
- 41:26Respiratory health, and it's the best for inflammation.
- 41:30Same with ginger and lemon alkalizing.
- 41:32I'm telling you, what we started with it.
- 41:34Inflammation is, is Deities batch like it's like a creep
- 41:40disease happens and inflammation.
- 41:43It's inflammation in the body disease happens, a societal
- 41:46inflammation State disease happens like disease grows and
- 41:50information. So we need to counter our
- 41:53environments externally internally by adding foods that
- 41:58are going alkalis are ourselves which brings us back to the
- 42:01balance. Th so we need the ginger and the
- 42:04lemon and the derivative we need all of that.
- 42:07And it's weird because I don't like ginger, but I love ginger
- 42:10ale. It's a weird relationship.
- 42:11I have a little different, you know what I mean?
- 42:14Like it's just, it's not my favorite but a but I'll do it.
- 42:17But you're absolutely right. Bring it in at a little lemon, a
- 42:20little Cayenne. You're incorrect.
- 42:23Huge immunity boost. Yeah.
- 42:25No, you're right. Because food is food is actually
- 42:28a health insurance. It is Healthcare and it's
- 42:30definitely well with that. Okay.
- 42:32So lastly here is we kind of closed off here before I just
- 42:36told Ali go off the rails of just nothingness but then again,
- 42:40it's late night thoughts, right? You know, it's like nine
- 42:43thoughts and you've been so gracious and I'll toast you for
- 42:46being such a good patriotic Chicago, which I should say as
- 42:53much as I'm not the biggest fan of Chicago because I got jumped
- 42:56by bouncers. You guys have incredible food
- 42:59every time I go there and you know I'm from Orange County,
- 43:06California. And we had a number of years
- 43:09ago, a Portillo's come to Orange County and I don't think it's
- 43:13the same they try to replicate it.
- 43:15So just want to say that because I there are parts of Chicago.
- 43:20I do like I mean seeing Wrigley Field was truly astonishing of
- 43:24always someone's dream of mine. Daniel you have been a really
- 43:30eye opener and a lot of things here.
- 43:32I think people are going to really try some of these things.
- 43:35I know I will and that's what it's all about.
- 43:38That's what late-night violence is all about, you know.
- 43:40Yeah, I love it. I'm fine.
- 43:42This is great. Yeah, it was it was good and it
- 43:44ended pleasantly and actually sets up a maybe part 2 in the
- 43:47future. But what's the best way in
- 43:50Heating in to find you? Follow you, someone wants to get
- 43:53in touch because I'll tell people.
- 43:54If they can always email Rodeo media.
- 43:57Info at real do, we need on TV, if you want to get in touch with
- 44:00Daniel Gordon, but is there a good way to maybe?
- 44:03Follow your efforts in your work?
- 44:05Yes, I met you can reach out to Ooh, email at Danielle Gordon
- 44:09healing at gmail.com, otherwise, I will me and social and

- 44:24sessions. I make myself available to what
- 44:29the needs are based on who's reaching out.
