- 1:12the world. Dubai, in particular, has emerged
- 1:16as an exemplary global model, adopting clean
- 1:19and renewable energy solutions and delivering
- 1:21high -quality projects that have now served as
- 1:24benchmarks for sustainability and innovation
- 1:27worldwide. The Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050
- 1:30and the Dubai Net Zero Carbon Emission Strategy
- 1:332050, which aim to provide 100 % of energy production
- 1:37capacity from clean sources by 2050, reflect
- 1:41Dubai's unwavering commitment to a sustainable
- 1:43green economy that balances economic growth with
- 1:47environmental stewardship. This vision is being
- 1:50realized by steadily increasing the share of
- 1:52clean energy in the energy mix, expanding solar
- 1:55energy projects, and integrating advanced technologies
- 1:58such as artificial intelligence, the Internet
- 2:01of Things, and energy storage solutions to enhance
- 2:04production efficiency and provide clean energy
- 2:06around the clock. 100 % clean energy capacity
- 2:11by 2050. At the heart of this monumental goal
- 2:14is a project of breathtaking scale. The Mohammed

- 2:36and support the UN's sustainable development
- 2:39goals. The solar park's total production capacity
- 2:42has reached 3 ,860 megawatts and will exceed
- 2:478 ,000 megawatts by 2030, compared to the original
- 2:50plan of 5 ,000 megawatts, reducing over 8 .5
- 2:55million tons of carbon emissions annually. Exceeding
- 2:598 ,000 megawatts. That's not just meeting a goal,
- 3:02it's smashing it. This incredible progress is
- 3:05built on a foundation of teamwork. The statement
- 3:08concluded with a powerful call for this collective
- 3:11spirit. On World Clean Energy Day, we reaffirm
- 3:15our commitment to continued investment in innovation
- 3:18and research and development, as well as to strengthening

- 3:29a comprehensive transition to clean energy and
- 3:33to building a more resilient and sustainable
- 3:35energy ecosystem that reinforces the UAE's leading
- 3:39role in advancing global climate action. Now,
- 3:43here's a question we'd like you to think about.
- 3:45As nations and cities achieve these massive,
- 3:48inspiring goals, what is the single most important
- 3:51role that individual citizens can play in accelerating
