- 1 00:00:23,480 --> 00:00:30,080 all right we got po pble coming up next 2 00:00:26,160 --> 00:00:33,000 along the same lines of opting out uh 3 00:00:30,080 --> 00:00:36,280 with perhaps even more some specific 4 00:00:33,000 --> 00:00:39,160 things you can do ways you can use 5 00:00:36,280 --> 00:00:41,399 technology kind of tricks of the trade 6 00:00:39,160 --> 00:00:42,879 how you could actually start to opt out 7 00:00:41,399 --> 00:00:45,640 kav take it away 8 00:00:42,879 --> 00:00:47,320 man thanks a for introduction good 9 00:00:45,640 --> 00:00:51,320 evening 10 00:00:47,320 --> 00:00:53,160 um so my name is pal before before I 11 00:00:51,320 --> 00:00:56,000 start maybe maybe I should follow the 12 00:00:53,160 --> 00:00:58,320 the previous presentation uh I'm really 13 00:00:56,000 --> 00:01:01,039 impressed of the idea of uh Freedom 14 00:00:58,320 --> 00:01:05,000 sales last year I Wasa Ed by some people 15 00:01:01,039 --> 00:01:07,560 from Portugal regarding Freedom Sals and 16 00:01:05,000 --> 00:01:10,720 maybe I should promote our project which 17 00:01:07,560 --> 00:01:13,439 is pretty similar like Freedom cells and 18 00:01:10,720 --> 00:01:15,840 it's called Pro pois who knows Pro po 19 00:01:13,439 --> 00:01:15,840 raise your 20 00:01:16,000 --> 00:01:21,600 hand okay okay so maybe you should know 21 00:01:18,840 --> 00:01:25,960 that like uh many years 22 00:01:21,600 --> 00:01:28,439 ago almost eight or n nine years ago in 23 00:01:25,960 --> 00:01:32,079 Czech Republic in prag with urai this is 24 00:01:28,439 --> 00:01:34,479 the right 10 years oh even 10 years so 25 00:01:32,079 --> 00:01:36,920 10 years ago we started a project uh 26 00:01:34,479 --> 00:01:41,439 with the name par Poes and we were like 27 00:01:36,920 --> 00:01:44,399 a crypto arches uh we were really influ 28 00:01:41,439 --> 00:01:47,360 influenced by the movement of Timothy C 29 00:01:44,399 --> 00:01:50,799 May at the same time like a 10 years ago 30 00:01:47,360 --> 00:01:55,600 we revealed a philosophy of one famous 31 00:01:50,799 --> 00:01:58,759 CCH philosopher V Benda and vasel Benda 32 00:01:55,600 --> 00:02:02,039 was a philosopher uh the he was the the 33 00:01:58,759 --> 00:02:04,960 member of chart CH 77 which was like a 34 00:02:02,039 --> 00:02:08,280 disident organization in 35 00:02:04,960 --> 00:02:11,440 Czechoslovakia uh during 70s in 36 00:02:08,280 --> 00:02:14,319 Czechoslovakia during 7 last century we 37 00:02:11,440 --> 00:02:16,760 we had a totalitarian communistic regime 38 00:02:14,319 --> 00:02:20,160 and in this communistic regime uh also 39 00:02:16,760 --> 00:02:23,599 in s many other many other countries and 40 00:02:20,160 --> 00:02:26,879 we used to call this U um 41 00:02:23,599 --> 00:02:29,200 these period of Czechoslovakia to be 42 00:02:26,879 --> 00:02:30,280 normalization and in that time it was 43 00:02:29,200 --> 00:02:32,599 really 44 00:02:30,280 --> 00:02:34,319 difficult impossible to pain the system 45 00:02:32,599 --> 00:02:38,519 to make the revolution to make the 46 00:02:34,319 --> 00:02:41,360 strike so so this philosopher B who was 47 00:02:38,519 --> 00:02:43,879 originally like mathematician uh he 48 00:02:41,360 --> 00:02:46,239 wrote like a very crucial document which 49 00:02:43,879 --> 00:02:48,519 is called Power police Manifesto and in 50 00:02:46,239 --> 00:02:52,000 this document police Manifesto he 51 00:02:48,519 --> 00:02:55,400 basically declared that we are not able 52 00:02:52,000 --> 00:02:58,040 to make political change and that's also 53 00:02:55,400 --> 00:02:59,959 what is just like really valid in these 54 00:02:58,040 --> 00:03:01,440 days like person personally I don't 55 00:02:59,959 --> 00:03:05,200 believe in any political 56 00:03:01,440 --> 00:03:06,560 change um because uh for example in that 57 00:03:05,200 --> 00:03:09,319 time it was impossible there was like a 58 00:03:06,560 --> 00:03:10,560 secret agents we call them like the ash 59 00:03:09,319 --> 00:03:15,120 which was like the Czechoslovakian 60 00:03:10,560 --> 00:03:17,879 version of kgp and so so so in that time 61 00:03:15,120 --> 00:03:19,680 nobody could trust no one because uh 62 00:03:17,879 --> 00:03:22,720 like the whole society was infiltrated 63 00:03:19,680 --> 00:03:26,239 by agents so this guy was thinking hell 64 00:03:22,720 --> 00:03:28,239 hey let's make par Society let's make 65 00:03:26,239 --> 00:03:30,280 par Society out of the government let's 66 00:03:28,239 --> 00:03:34,760 make par culture let's make 67 00:03:30,280 --> 00:03:39,400 education was free market so this this 68 00:03:34,760 --> 00:03:43,080 guy like almost 50 years ago like 45 69 00:03:39,400 --> 00:03:44,519 years ago he predicted like possibility 70 00:03:43,080 --> 00:03:47,920 of PE 71 00:03:44,519 --> 00:03:49,439 society and we were so impressed by uh 72 00:03:47,920 --> 00:03:53,040 by this this 73 00:03:49,439 --> 00:03:55,519 philosopher um that we we we realized 74 00:03:53,040 --> 00:03:57,159 that thanks to Technologies especially 75 00:03:55,519 --> 00:04:00,599 cryptocurrency like 76 00:03:57,159 --> 00:04:04,360 moo now finally in these days days we 77 00:04:00,599 --> 00:04:08,840 can embrace all this technology and make 78 00:04:04,360 --> 00:04:10,840 this PE Society technically feasible and 79 00:04:08,840 --> 00:04:13,519 that was that was the the one of the 80 00:04:10,840 --> 00:04:17,359 main reason why we decided to to start 81 00:04:13,519 --> 00:04:20,320 with par pois par pois in PR and uh 82 00:04:17,359 --> 00:04:22,000 later in Bratislava later in kosit and 83 00:04:20,320 --> 00:04:23,960 we also started like 10 years ago we 84 00:04:22,000 --> 00:04:26,600 started to organize the biggest Crypton 85 00:04:23,960 --> 00:04:29,039 aristic conference which is called hcpp 86 00:04:26,600 --> 00:04:31,080 which takes place every year in um in 87 00:04:29,039 --> 00:04:33,240 prag so this are like just beginning 88 00:04:31,080 --> 00:04:36,320 that you should know that there are many 89 00:04:33,240 --> 00:04:40,080 other movements to uh Freedom cells like 90 00:04:36,320 --> 00:04:42,759 for police and all of us or most of us 91 00:04:40,080 --> 00:04:46,080 are like Anarchist crypto 92 00:04:42,759 --> 00:04:48,280 Anarchist agorist so really really 93 00:04:46,080 --> 00:04:51,440 believe free markets and we really 94 00:04:48,280 --> 00:04:54,400 believe that uh our life is just too 95 00:04:51,440 --> 00:04:56,840 short to change the system globally and 96 00:04:54,400 --> 00:05:00,759 we and we we should dedicate all our 97 00:04:56,840 --> 00:05:02,440 like free time or all our life to to 98 00:05:00,759 --> 00:05:04,880 build a society with the same minded 99 00:05:02,440 --> 00:05:06,280 people similar minded people and that's 100 00:05:04,880 --> 00:05:09,759 what we what we're just doing and that's 101 00:05:06,280 --> 00:05:12,400 why we are here basically so this was 102 00:05:09,759 --> 00:05:15,160 just an introduction of something 103 00:05:12,400 --> 00:05:18,280 similar uh another important crucial 104 00:05:15,160 --> 00:05:22,280 thing uh what I believe is that for me 105 00:05:18,280 --> 00:05:23,919 and for most of you the the final goal 106 00:05:22,280 --> 00:05:27,400 is 107 00:05:23,919 --> 00:05:30,000 freedom and me personally I consider 108 00:05:27,400 --> 00:05:33,759 cryptocurrencies especially mon 109 00:05:30,000 --> 00:05:36,080 it's a great Liberation tool for me I 110 00:05:33,759 --> 00:05:38,840 started to use cryptocurrencies because 111 00:05:36,080 --> 00:05:41,960 cryptocurrencies and especially Modo uh 112 00:05:38,840 --> 00:05:43,520 was for me like Liberation tool and now 113 00:05:41,960 --> 00:05:46,199 what does it mean Liberation tool 114 00:05:43,520 --> 00:05:49,960 Liberation tool means that not only that 115 00:05:46,199 --> 00:05:52,120 nobody nobody uh can sees or can steal 116 00:05:49,960 --> 00:05:54,759 your cryptocurrencies but thanks to 117 00:05:52,120 --> 00:05:58,120 cryptocurrencies thanks to moreo you can 118 00:05:54,759 --> 00:06:00,960 be you can be Global you can use it 119 00:05:58,120 --> 00:06:03,319 globally for example now I I I paid 120 00:06:00,960 --> 00:06:05,600 something with mono and you can be 121 00:06:03,319 --> 00:06:08,039 flexible so so thanks to 122 00:06:05,600 --> 00:06:11,319 cryptocurrencies you can achieve these 123 00:06:08,039 --> 00:06:13,360 two two very important things 124 00:06:11,319 --> 00:06:17,000 flexibility and being 125 00:06:13,360 --> 00:06:19,599 Global and when you realize that you can 126 00:06:17,000 --> 00:06:22,560 be flexible and you can be Global you 127 00:06:19,599 --> 00:06:24,440 realize that uh usually it doesn't make 128 00:06:22,560 --> 00:06:28,199 sense to 129 00:06:24,440 --> 00:06:30,560 receive uh services from local providers 130 00:06:28,199 --> 00:06:33,240 for example from in specific region in 131 00:06:30,560 --> 00:06:36,919 your specific country and you realize 132 00:06:33,240 --> 00:06:38,960 that maybe it's a high time to 133 00:06:36,919 --> 00:06:41,240 decentralize different parts of your 134 00:06:38,960 --> 00:06:46,440 life different 135 00:06:41,240 --> 00:06:48,400 countries um so and that's that's the 136 00:06:46,440 --> 00:06:51,840 the the the main topic of my 137 00:06:48,400 --> 00:06:54,000 presentation so I defy the the term 138 00:06:51,840 --> 00:06:56,360 which is called Global opportunism is a 139 00:06:54,000 --> 00:06:59,680 bit provocative I like it but Global 140 00:06:56,360 --> 00:07:03,720 opportunities basically means that uh 141 00:06:59,680 --> 00:07:07,720 you basically find the best countries 142 00:07:03,720 --> 00:07:12,080 for example uh residency the best 143 00:07:07,720 --> 00:07:13,960 country uh for healthcare system the 144 00:07:12,080 --> 00:07:16,960 best country where you want to leave 145 00:07:13,960 --> 00:07:19,240 where you want to uh spend crypto if you 146 00:07:16,960 --> 00:07:21,680 still use bank accounts you can you can 147 00:07:19,240 --> 00:07:23,960 choose uh the country which you didn't 148 00:07:21,680 --> 00:07:27,800 sign CRS is called common reporting 149 00:07:23,960 --> 00:07:30,039 standards can have like more private uh 150 00:07:27,800 --> 00:07:33,039 privac forus bank account 151 00:07:30,039 --> 00:07:35,240 so and you should be a there is such 152 00:07:33,039 --> 00:07:37,759 option so me 153 00:07:35,240 --> 00:07:41,360 personally when I graise 154 00:07:37,759 --> 00:07:44,159 cryptocurrencies almost 10 years ago um 155 00:07:41,360 --> 00:07:48,680 it was basically start for me to realize 156 00:07:44,159 --> 00:07:51,199 that I can decentralize my life to 157 00:07:48,680 --> 00:07:54,159 different countries 158 00:07:51,199 --> 00:07:56,800 uh from personal perspective and also 159 00:07:54,159 --> 00:07:59,319 from my my my company perspective so 160 00:07:56,800 --> 00:08:01,960 basically I analyze the best countries 161 00:07:59,319 --> 00:08:04,960 work to create uh for example offshore 162 00:08:01,960 --> 00:08:08,240 company I became the permanent resident 163 00:08:04,960 --> 00:08:10,240 of Paraguay and Panama at the same time 164 00:08:08,240 --> 00:08:11,199 I'm I like to be like a Perman resident 165 00:08:10,240 --> 00:08:14,319 of 166 00:08:11,199 --> 00:08:16,639 uguay I I stopped being resident of 167 00:08:14,319 --> 00:08:19,159 Europe Union Europe Union is one of the 168 00:08:16,639 --> 00:08:23,080 biggest uh not only tax but also 169 00:08:19,159 --> 00:08:25,440 regulation hell uh I'm still citizen of 170 00:08:23,080 --> 00:08:28,000 Europe so basically this is the best 171 00:08:25,440 --> 00:08:31,879 combination if you can your citizen for 172 00:08:28,000 --> 00:08:33,240 example Europe Union or um or the US and 173 00:08:31,879 --> 00:08:35,279 at the same time you have the The 174 00:08:33,240 --> 00:08:37,440 Residency for example in Panama or in 175 00:08:35,279 --> 00:08:41,000 Paraguay just because these countries 176 00:08:37,440 --> 00:08:42,760 they have more for tax system uh which 177 00:08:41,000 --> 00:08:44,680 is which is called territorial taxation 178 00:08:42,760 --> 00:08:47,360 system which what basically means you 179 00:08:44,680 --> 00:08:51,800 have to pay taxes only from your local 180 00:08:47,360 --> 00:08:56,240 income or your worldwide income so so so 181 00:08:51,800 --> 00:08:59,560 basically this the fact that we can see 182 00:08:56,240 --> 00:09:02,839 around us that poon uh system or 183 00:08:59,560 --> 00:09:07,000 dystopian system is 184 00:09:02,839 --> 00:09:10,600 rising we also have like a so great 185 00:09:07,000 --> 00:09:12,399 opportunities to decentralize our 186 00:09:10,600 --> 00:09:14,519 different aspects of Our Lives to 187 00:09:12,399 --> 00:09:19,079 different countries and especially 188 00:09:14,519 --> 00:09:22,000 thanks to crypto like mono we can be uh 189 00:09:19,079 --> 00:09:27,640 we can be really flexible and 190 00:09:22,000 --> 00:09:27,640 Global and maybe that this is just go my 191 00:09:27,800 --> 00:09:32,519 presentation um 192 00:09:30,000 --> 00:09:35,120 yeah maybe maybe just next 193 00:09:32,519 --> 00:09:39,480 slide okay you probably know 194 00:09:35,120 --> 00:09:44,079 fctory uh and espanel the 195 00:09:39,480 --> 00:09:46,320 bandas okay just uh it means you deize 196 00:09:44,079 --> 00:09:48,440 your life personal economic life to many 197 00:09:46,320 --> 00:09:51,560 countries next 198 00:09:48,440 --> 00:09:55,480 slide this is how I how I did it 199 00:09:51,560 --> 00:09:55,480 personally so 200 00:09:57,079 --> 00:10:03,760 like yeah so you can see that uh my tech 201 00:10:01,200 --> 00:10:06,399 residents in Paraguay which is great sir 202 00:10:03,760 --> 00:10:08,320 if if I don't need to pay taxes uh from 203 00:10:06,399 --> 00:10:10,760 any income out of out of 204 00:10:08,320 --> 00:10:13,640 Paraguay uh for the doing business I use 205 00:10:10,760 --> 00:10:16,160 like a like a vibing company in the US 206 00:10:13,640 --> 00:10:17,959 you should know that the US US US is the 207 00:10:16,160 --> 00:10:21,680 the biggest 237 00:11:45,000 --> 00:11:48,760 channel gratuitous and 238 00:11:54,320 --> 00:12:00,120 Monero next slide 239 00:11:57,440 --> 00:12:04,320 please we have this slide okay next 240 00:12:00,120 --> 00:12:08,720 slide yeah so for example I'm going to 241 00:12:04,320 --> 00:12:12,399 to specify or to describe my personal 242 00:12:08,720 --> 00:12:14,600 scenario and U like a potentially like 243 00:12:12,399 --> 00:12:17,720 very economically and financially very 244 00:12:14,600 --> 00:12:20,839 Freer so I'm the perent tax resident of 245 00:12:17,720 --> 00:12:22,800 Paraguay so basically I'm traveling all 246 00:12:20,839 --> 00:12:25,560 the time I don't stay any in any country 247 00:12:22,800 --> 00:12:27,240 more than six months ex of Paraguay uh 248 00:12:25,560 --> 00:12:29,959 which means I don't have any cent of 249 00:12:27,240 --> 00:12:32,880 Interest out ofu 250 00:12:29,959 --> 00:12:35,560 I us uslc company for doing business out 251 00:12:32,880 --> 00:12:37,360 of the US so I have strictly non Us 252 00:12:35,560 --> 00:12:38,160 customer doing business business out out 253 00:12:37,360 --> 00:12:42,760 of the 254 00:12:38,160 --> 00:12:45,600 US uh which means that you tax tax duty 255 00:12:42,760 --> 00:12:47,560 of the US company is uh through the 256 00:12:45,600 --> 00:12:49,600 mechanism which is called PA through 257 00:12:47,560 --> 00:12:51,880 it's transformed to your tax residency 258 00:12:49,600 --> 00:12:54,279 of the owner owners of this company to 259 00:12:51,880 --> 00:12:55,399 Paraguay in this situation these taxes 260 00:12:54,279 --> 00:12:57,600 are 261 00:12:55,399 --> 00:13:00,279 um you don't need in this situation you 262 00:12:57,600 --> 00:13:02,839 don't need to declare or pay 263 00:13:00,279 --> 00:13:04,560 taxes I prefer using Monero for all 264 00:13:02,839 --> 00:13:05,720 payments one important information for 265 00:13:04,560 --> 00:13:09,680 you you should know when you when you 266 00:13:05,720 --> 00:13:12,320 use Monero is that uh it's quite easy to 267 00:13:09,680 --> 00:13:14,519 create offshore company anywhere you 268 00:13:12,320 --> 00:13:16,240 want the biggest problem is not to 269 00:13:14,519 --> 00:13:18,560 create the offshore company the biggest 270 00:13:16,240 --> 00:13:20,720 problem is to open bank account for this 271 00:13:18,560 --> 00:13:23,839 company for example you can quite easily 272 00:13:20,720 --> 00:13:25,600 create paman company but opening the 273 00:13:23,839 --> 00:13:28,279 bank account for your panaman compan is 274 00:13:25,600 --> 00:13:30,320 almost impossible trust me you know like 275 00:13:28,279 --> 00:13:35,760 that the banking industry in Panama is 276 00:13:30,320 --> 00:13:39,519 the most regulated so if you are able to 277 00:13:35,760 --> 00:13:42,199 to survive or stay out the traditional 278 00:13:39,519 --> 00:13:44,839 like a Fiat system traditional banking 279 00:13:42,199 --> 00:13:48,360 industry and you use your offshore 280 00:13:44,839 --> 00:13:50,160 company with mono the number of your 281 00:13:48,360 --> 00:13:52,880 possibilities where you can create the 282 00:13:50,160 --> 00:13:55,600 company or where you can do business 283 00:13:52,880 --> 00:13:57,759 significantly increases so I strongly 284 00:13:55,600 --> 00:14:00,240 recommend you not to use bank accounts 285 00:13:57,759 --> 00:14:01,839 if you can if you can for it not to use 286 00:14:00,240 --> 00:14:05,000 bank accounts and then you can really 287 00:14:01,839 --> 00:14:08,680 create the company in any offshore 288 00:14:05,000 --> 00:14:11,759 country you want and save save 289 00:14:08,680 --> 00:14:15,839 bureaucracy save 290 00:14:11,759 --> 00:14:18,399 taxes also you can use crypto cours for 291 00:14:15,839 --> 00:14:21,440 example and if you really need need the 292 00:14:18,399 --> 00:14:24,440 bank you should check the countries 293 00:14:21,440 --> 00:14:27,920 which did not sign CRS uh like like 294 00:14:24,440 --> 00:14:30,480 Georgia for example or Paraguay next 295 00:14:27,920 --> 00:14:34,360 slide please 296 00:14:30,480 --> 00:14:36,519 one important information uh digital L 297 00:14:34,360 --> 00:14:39,240 life or the life of global opportunities 298 00:14:36,519 --> 00:14:43,160 probably not for everybody but if 299 00:14:39,240 --> 00:14:45,000 freedom is important in your life being 300 00:14:43,160 --> 00:14:49,920 Global and flexible may be the best way 301 00:14:45,000 --> 00:14:53,639 to fulfill it so just do it and that's 302 00:14:49,920 --> 00:14:53,639 the message of my presentation thanks a 303 00:14:57,680 --> 00:15:01,240 lot 304 00:15:00,000 --> 00:15:03,279 all right all right thank you so much 305 00:15:01,240 --> 00:15:05,360 man that was fantastic we could take 306 00:15:03,279 --> 00:15:07,600 maybe like one one question we could do 307 00:15:05,360 --> 00:15:07,600 one 308 00:15:08,959 --> 00:15:13,759 question oh okay I did 309 00:15:15,759 --> 00:15:22,320 personal I like recently I I made my 310 00:15:19,920 --> 00:15:25,880 personal website which is called which 311 00:15:22,320 --> 00:15:28,759 is called opportunist do Global what 312 00:15:25,880 --> 00:15:31,639 easy and then I have a company uh that 313 00:15:28,759 --> 00:15:34,480 help that helps people to opt out the 314 00:15:31,639 --> 00:15:36,519 system and it name is also easy to 315 00:15:34,480 --> 00:15:39,639 remember it's called Liberation do 316 00:15:36,519 --> 00:15:43,319 travel that's 317 00:15:39,639 --> 00:15:46,160 all for people who are not exercising 318 00:15:43,319 --> 00:15:48,160 this for various reasons he's dug since 319 00:15:46,160 --> 00:15:50,600 he's so public like he's got family 320 00:15:48,160 --> 00:15:52,680 where he lives he stays Clos to what can 321 00:15:50,600 --> 00:15:56,759 we do to 322 00:15:52,680 --> 00:15:59,160 facilitate uh other people uh an ease of 323 00:15:56,759 --> 00:16:01,720 transition into so so BAS basically what 324 00:15:59,160 --> 00:16:05,319 can people who are not living globally 325 00:16:01,720 --> 00:16:08,199 do to strengthen this as an opportunity 326 00:16:05,319 --> 00:16:11,279 for others who choose to exercise 327 00:16:08,199 --> 00:16:13,000 it you can even if you stay at one place 328 00:16:11,279 --> 00:16:15,120 and in this situation you don't have 329 00:16:13,000 --> 00:16:17,880 like a tax benefits of like digital 330 00:16:15,120 --> 00:16:21,040 Lamas for or or you out the US citizens 331 00:16:17,880 --> 00:16:22,959 another option so basically like a slave 332 00:16:21,040 --> 00:16:25,560 um you can 333 00:16:22,959 --> 00:16:28,160 still you can still try to opt out of 334 00:16:25,560 --> 00:16:32,360 the system in many different areas like 335 00:16:28,160 --> 00:16:34,120 like uh speaker before me mentioned so 336 00:16:32,360 --> 00:16:37,040 uh especially you can you can keep your 337 00:16:34,120 --> 00:16:39,279 privacy you can use mono you can you can 338 00:16:37,040 --> 00:16:42,079 be out of this servone 339 00:16:39,279 --> 00:16:44,680 system um you can use still you can use 340 00:16:42,079 --> 00:16:48,600 benefits of Health tourism for example 341 00:16:44,680 --> 00:16:51,000 or Global H Insurance so there are many 342 00:16:48,600 --> 00:16:52,240 option not tax benefits but there are 343 00:16:51,000 --> 00:16:56,000 many other option you can still use 344 00:16:52,240 --> 00:16:58,800 offshore companies for example uh not 345 00:16:56,000 --> 00:17:02,360 because of taxes but because of like of 346 00:16:58,800 --> 00:17:05,880 R crusty for example 347 00:17:02,360 --> 00:17:08,959 so I saw I think it's B had a question 348 00:17:05,880 --> 00:17:11,360 his hand shot up I don't want to not let 349 00:17:08,959 --> 00:17:13,079 body speak thanks appreciate that my 350 00:17:11,360 --> 00:17:15,240 question was about um after the Panama 351 00:17:13,079 --> 00:17:17,559 papers in the oecd the organization for 352 00:17:15,240 --> 00:17:20,120 the economic cooperation development 353 00:17:17,559 --> 00:17:22,600 have you had a hard time doing corporate 354 00:17:20,120 --> 00:17:24,839 structure like BV different as one 355 00:17:22,600 --> 00:17:26,160 example BBI is like has all these 356 00:17:24,839 --> 00:17:27,439 requirements to operate corporately have 357 00:17:26,160 --> 00:17:29,240 you found it more difficult to operate 358 00:17:27,439 --> 00:17:31,799 corporations after Panama papers and 359 00:17:29,240 --> 00:17:35,160 oecd reforms that have happened 360 00:17:31,799 --> 00:17:38,080 lately wow very question very good 361 00:17:35,160 --> 00:17:40,240 question uh P papers especially for 362 00:17:38,080 --> 00:17:43,000 Panama was like a like a huge reputation 363 00:17:40,240 --> 00:17:47,640 Scandal for the whole Panama and other 364 00:17:43,000 --> 00:17:51,240 was also it was an excuse for 365 00:17:47,640 --> 00:17:56,440 uh big countries especially the US and 366 00:17:51,240 --> 00:17:59,559 France to force other countries to sign 367 00:17:56,440 --> 00:18:01,520 CRS so so most 368 00:17:59,559 --> 00:18:04,200 uh like the offshore countries or 369 00:18:01,520 --> 00:18:09,679 Caribbean countries uh even like 370 00:18:04,200 --> 00:18:13,600 including including Panama uh including 371 00:18:09,679 --> 00:18:17,320 um you mention what what country did you 372 00:18:13,600 --> 00:18:19,760 mention BBI I think I think even BBI was 373 00:18:17,320 --> 00:18:22,640 forced to sign CRS like in most 374 00:18:19,760 --> 00:18:24,159 countries so basically it means 375 00:18:22,640 --> 00:18:26,840 uh 376 00:18:24,159 --> 00:18:31,039 like CRS 377 00:18:26,840 --> 00:18:32,640 means be of privacy Financial privacy 378 00:18:31,039 --> 00:18:35,679 because these countries if you open the 379 00:18:32,640 --> 00:18:37,720 bank account uh as a foreigner they have 380 00:18:35,679 --> 00:18:40,960 to do like an automatic reporting to to 381 00:18:37,720 --> 00:18:44,200 your home countries uh so thanks to 382 00:18:40,960 --> 00:18:46,600 Panama papers many countries were it was 383 00:18:44,200 --> 00:18:51,080 used as a excuse they were forced to 384 00:18:46,600 --> 00:18:53,440 sign uh sign CRS and then many people 385 00:18:51,080 --> 00:18:59,799 who had their companies for example in 386 00:18:53,440 --> 00:19:03,640 Panama or or BBI they move their company 387 00:18:59,799 --> 00:19:06,799 where to the US of course that's really 388 00:19:03,640 --> 00:19:08,679 important to say because the US forced 389 00:19:06,799 --> 00:19:11,640 the other countries to sign CRS but the 390 00:19:08,679 --> 00:19:11,640 US never signed 391 00:19:12,000 --> 00:19:15,200 CRS that's 392 00:19:17,039 --> 00:19:21,559 all so for example it means if you are 393 00:19:19,720 --> 00:19:24,919 like a European uh 394 00:19:21,559 --> 00:19:28,400 Citizen and you open bank account in the 395 00:19:24,919 --> 00:19:32,880 US you have like a better like a privacy 396 00:19:28,400 --> 00:19:32,880 see like Pama for example 397 00:19:34,120 --> 00:19:38,840 question who had a question all right 398 00:19:36,440 --> 00:19:41,360 last question you're right just I want 399 00:19:38,840 --> 00:19:43,960 to add something because it seems that 400 00:19:41,360 --> 00:19:46,960 this lifestyle is for you know hippies 401 00:19:43,960 --> 00:19:49,440 who uh live with the backpack and don't 402 00:19:46,960 --> 00:19:52,880 have families so um many of us actually 403 00:19:49,440 --> 00:19:56,039 have families uh we also do business pav 404 00:19:52,880 --> 00:19:59,760 is a great entrepreneur I have 405 00:19:56,039 --> 00:20:03,480 a a lack of starting some companies and 406 00:19:59,760 --> 00:20:05,440 nonprofits with him so he employs people 407 00:20:03,480 --> 00:20:09,120 he he's actually a really good 408 00:20:05,440 --> 00:20:11,360 businessman so I just wanted to say uh 409 00:20:09,120 --> 00:20:16,360 that if you keep your eyes open and if 410 00:20:11,360 --> 00:20:19,280 you uh go uh like area of your life area
