The Expiry Date
While making lunch, I found myself hesitating over a packet of sliced cheese that was a couple of days past its expiry date. After trusting my own judgement instead of the label, I began wondering why we don't do the same with our lives. We often convince ourselves that we've missed our chance to change, create, or pursue a dream simply because we've reached a certain age. This episode explores the invisible deadlines we place on ourselves and reminds us that, unlike the food in our fridge, human potential doesn't come with an expiry date.
