- 0:01Speaker 1: We're back again around the show, episode one thirty three.
- 0:06Speaker 1: What it do We live from the studio?
- 0:09Speaker 2: Yeah, heard me?
- 0:10Speaker 1: Hey man, We've been messing around with different locations to
- 0:15Speaker 1: film a podcast. One thing led to another and now
- 0:20Speaker 1: with the homie AJ we got this dope space, you
- 0:23Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Got a nice little vibe, nice
- 0:26Speaker 1: little ambiance. Got a little area to cook up. But
- 0:29Speaker 1: there's a computer in here. There's like podcast equipment you
- 0:33Speaker 1: could stream in here. Obviously, you see. We got the
- 0:36Speaker 1: photography studio side of it.
- 0:38Speaker 3: Got the backdrop, got the equipment. I mean, we got
- 0:40Speaker 3: everything you need you need to create content in here.
- 0:43Speaker 3: We'll talk.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Yeah, man, we're definitely gonna drop details on this a
- 0:47Speaker 1: SAP probably by the time y'all hearing this. But it's
- 0:50Speaker 1: been a dope thing to see come together. It's been
- 0:54Speaker 1: It's something I talked about my wife too. We wasn't
- 0:56Speaker 1: even planning on talking about this, but when I talked
- 0:59Speaker 1: about it with my wife, she and I were kind
- 1:02Speaker 1: of like talking about how we've tried. I've tried to
- 1:05Speaker 1: do stuff like this in the past, you know what
- 1:07Speaker 1: I'm saying with different people. People I grew up with
- 1:10Speaker 1: things like that, and for one reason or another, it
- 1:13Speaker 1: always falls apart, you know what I'm saying. But it's
- 1:15Speaker 1: super dope when you're able to like lock in and
- 1:19Speaker 1: line up with people that are actually like moving the
- 1:21Speaker 1: way that you like to move, and you're able to
- 1:24Speaker 1: make stuff like this happened though, because like something that
- 1:28Speaker 1: I've been posting about and something I've been thinking about
- 1:31Speaker 1: is like you try to do stuff with like the
- 1:34Speaker 1: people you came up with, right, Yeah, it's always it's
- 1:37Speaker 1: always a thing of like you know, friends from high school,
- 1:40Speaker 1: people from your neighborhood. You know people that was around
- 1:43Speaker 1: when you was in your early twenties, you know them
- 1:45Speaker 1: real years when you was finding yourself out and stuff.
- 1:49Speaker 1: But it's not in the cars for everybody, Like for example,
- 1:53Speaker 1: like I even use you as an example, like I
- 1:55Speaker 1: see you got flicks with people y'all been friends since
- 1:57Speaker 1: high school, since before high school, like homies since y'all
- 2:00Speaker 1: was mad young, and y'all still link up on some
- 2:02Speaker 1: like super chill shit, some grown stuff, And I envy
- 2:06Speaker 1: that bro Like with there's like a lot of people
- 2:08Speaker 1: that like was real close to me that it's like
- 2:12Speaker 1: not even possible to do stuff like that.
- 2:14Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 2:15Speaker 1: So it's it's it's kind, but.
- 2:19Speaker 3: I wanted to attribute to that. I want to say,
- 2:23Speaker 3: there are people who were part of this group that
- 2:25Speaker 3: are no longer part of the group. And it's a
- 2:26Speaker 3: mind stack. It's not really the longevity of the friendships
- 2:31Speaker 3: at some point, it's the mind state that evolves with
- 2:34Speaker 3: you and the group you're in, and there's other people
- 2:38Speaker 3: in that group that just don't evolve in the same
- 2:39Speaker 3: mind state, you know what I mean. It's like, that's
- 2:41Speaker 3: why when you came to me at this, I didn't
- 2:44Speaker 3: look at it as like, oh, he just needs someone
- 2:49Speaker 3: to help him out with this. I thought of it,
- 2:50Speaker 3: how this, how can I turn this in an opportunity
- 2:53Speaker 3: for us? And then everything started clicking. There's people who
- 2:56Speaker 3: were asking me yo. I had people ask me forever,
- 3:00Speaker 3: I want to start a podcast, how do you do it?
- 3:03Speaker 3: What do you equipment do you use? And what do
- 3:04Speaker 3: you do with this? And when you do that, I'm like,
- 3:06Speaker 3: you know what, this is a perfect opportunity to set
- 3:08Speaker 3: people up to do what they want to do that
- 3:12Speaker 3: they know that we do, and we can set them
- 3:14Speaker 3: up in a perfect opportunity for that.
- 3:16Speaker 1: No in facts, and even like a lot of people
- 3:18Speaker 1: don't even have the space to even experiment and try
- 3:21Speaker 1: to do the stuff that they want to do, Like
- 3:22Speaker 1: you take advantage of that even like as far as
- 3:25Speaker 1: like as you get older in better positions and stuff
- 3:28Speaker 1: like even having room to do things Like I remember, bro,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I didn't have my own room until I moved out. Bro,
- 3:34Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Like I shared a room
- 3:35Speaker 1: my little brother until I was a grown you know,
- 3:38Speaker 1: grown high schooler dog. Like, until I moved out of
- 3:41Speaker 1: the house, I didn't have my own room, you know
- 3:42Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So it's like you take it. You
- 3:45Speaker 1: take that kind of stuff for granted, you know what
- 3:46Speaker 1: I'm saying, you.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Know, And that's what like we And then another thing
- 3:50Speaker 3: about this kind of industry, this content creation industry, is
- 3:55Speaker 3: like you want to try it out first. You don't
- 3:58Speaker 3: want to invest all your money and getting all this
- 4:00Speaker 3: stuff and try it out it doesn't work out for you.
- 4:03Speaker 3: So we want to provide the opportunity for you to
- 4:05Speaker 3: just try it out, try it out, and see if
- 4:08Speaker 3: this is something you really want to do before you
- 4:10Speaker 3: blow all your money at it. And I think that's
- 4:13Speaker 3: the best concept that we can provide for people. Is
- 4:16Speaker 3: this something that you dreamt of, that you had an
- 4:19Speaker 3: idea of that you want to try out? This is
- 4:22Speaker 3: we're providing the perfect opportunity for that, and you don't
- 4:25Speaker 3: have the resources to do all of that yourself. That's
- 4:29Speaker 3: what we're doing. And I think that's the best concept
- 4:32Speaker 3: that you brought to me that originally it clicked as
- 4:34Speaker 3: soon as you told me, and it clicked from the
- 4:37Speaker 3: people who've spoken to me about wanting to try this,
- 4:39Speaker 3: and I said that I think this is perfect facts.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Yo, speaking of resources dog, you know who had Hello
- 4:46Speaker 1: resources the mafia behavior Dog.
- 4:49Speaker 3: They even on your Mafia kick lately, yo.
- 4:52Speaker 1: So I've always been interested in that, right, Yeah. But
- 4:55Speaker 1: Netflix just dropped like three little mini series documentary about
- 5:00Speaker 1: mafia related stuff. Like the first one I watched, it
- 5:03Speaker 1: was about the mob in Philly and them kind of
- 5:07Speaker 1: like taking over the city. Then it was about the
- 5:10Speaker 1: Five Families in New York and how they got taken
- 5:13Speaker 1: down in like the seventies and eighties. And then the
- 5:17Speaker 1: third part is John Gotti, like is just focusing on him,
- 5:20Speaker 1: which he comes in right after the five Families get
- 5:25Speaker 1: taken down, and he's actually one of the ones that
- 5:27Speaker 1: they say killed one of the five family bosses to
- 5:31Speaker 1: take over and be basically down. So, Bro, I've always
- 5:36Speaker 1: you know, like I said, always been interested in this
- 5:38Speaker 1: seeing you know, read stuff about it, seeing stuff about it.
- 5:42Speaker 1: But dog Like, now that I'm older and I'm looking
- 5:45Speaker 1: at it from a different lens, Like, Bro, these dudes
- 5:48Speaker 1: was like up until recently, like really had their hands
- 5:51Speaker 1: in like some wild stuff. Like they had their hands
- 5:54Speaker 1: in like so much of the money in New York
- 5:57Speaker 1: at the time. Bro that if they did get taken
- 6:00Speaker 1: down in the seventies and eighties, who knows.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Where their reach would be right now?
- 6:06Speaker 1: And like, and it even opens another can of worms
- 6:08Speaker 1: that Like, who's to say that it doesn't have that reach?
- 6:12Speaker 1: You feel?
- 6:12Speaker 2: What I'm saying is.
- 6:14Speaker 3: We think it's history. We think that it's history. How
- 6:19Speaker 3: do we know that it's not still existing today and
- 6:22Speaker 3: it's just covered up a lot better than they think
- 6:24Speaker 3: they learned from.
- 6:25Speaker 1: It exactly, how we know they just learn from their
- 6:27Speaker 1: mistakes and say, hey, we're gonna move like this from
- 6:30Speaker 1: now on. There's a I think it was Blacklist, but
- 6:33Speaker 1: there was a show. I remember one of the guys
- 6:36Speaker 1: like he was like the head, crazy guy in charge
- 6:39Speaker 1: of everything, like the one that ran all the conspiracies
- 6:42Speaker 1: and stuff, and whenever they met with him, they would
- 6:44Speaker 1: meet on a canoe in the middle of the water, Bro,
- 6:47Speaker 1: because that's the only place where you can't be surveilled.
- 6:51Speaker 1: So like I thought about that, I'm like, Bro, I
- 6:53Speaker 1: wonder if dudes like that. That's the way that they're
- 6:56Speaker 1: meeting now, like only on the water, only discussing business.
- 6:59Speaker 2: There, you know what I'm saying.
- 7:01Speaker 3: And before we get into that, there's a little spot
- 7:05Speaker 3: in the center of the lake where the NBA players
- 7:07Speaker 3: met where they don't want any kind of attention around them.
- 7:11Speaker 3: That's kind of places like that still exist today.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Non facts, Bro, it is, And that's kind of like
- 7:18Speaker 1: what you were touching on earlier, Like we make it,
- 7:21Speaker 1: we make it feel like it's so long ago, and
- 7:23Speaker 1: they got taken down, but it's like, Bro, they really
- 7:26Speaker 1: just indicted and arrested a few people, And there was
- 7:29Speaker 1: even one of the Philly one of the duns in Philly.
- 7:32Speaker 1: The jury didn't convict him of any of the violent crimes,
- 7:35Speaker 1: so he only did eleven years and he got out
- 7:37Speaker 1: and he's.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Still out to this day.
- 7:38Speaker 1: The FBI is still surveiling him.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Bro, Like, who's to say that he ain't involved in stuff?
- 7:43Speaker 2: And he's just a lot smarter about it, you know
- 7:45Speaker 2: what I mean? No, it's crazy, man.
- 7:47Speaker 1: And one of the reasons they came up again also
- 7:51Speaker 1: is because it's been in the news again with this
- 7:55Speaker 1: Chauncey Billups and Terry Roseier.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Well, Terry Rozier think.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Is not necessarily connected to the Mason. Uh what's his name,
- 8:03Speaker 3: James Mains. I think he played with Lebron and the Cavs.
- 8:06Speaker 3: He's the one who's involved with Chauncey Billups Rosier. He's
- 8:10Speaker 3: part of the gambling. Yeah, gambling thing.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Yeah, Bro, it's insane. Bro, it's insane. But now everybody
- 8:18Speaker 1: kind of knows the story. But I'll, you know, touch
- 8:21Speaker 1: on it a little bit.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Ao. They had these set up.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Poker games where they were using like kind of like
- 8:27Speaker 1: sophisticated technologies.
- 8:28Speaker 3: See through glasses, the tables will reflect what cars were
- 8:32Speaker 3: coming out, rigged card decks, like they were elaborate with
- 8:37Speaker 3: the way they and and that kind of got deep
- 8:40Speaker 3: into it. So what it what it came down to
- 8:42Speaker 3: was is that And I don't know why Chauncey Billis
- 8:46Speaker 3: was involved. I don't even know. You know, he's guilty
- 8:48Speaker 3: or innocent. Every everybody is innocent until proven guilty in
- 8:51Speaker 3: the court of law. But what it came down to
- 8:55Speaker 3: was he was the one that brought the people into
- 8:57Speaker 3: those gambling rings. He gave it the legitimacy because it's
- 9:00Speaker 3: like they go to Chelsea Phillips, they call him the
- 9:02Speaker 3: face yep. So it's like you're you're running the mill
- 9:05Speaker 3: dude who loves playing poker. Oh you get an invite
- 9:09Speaker 3: to play poker with Chauncey Billups and some NBA players,
- 9:13Speaker 3: I'm gonna go.
- 9:14Speaker 1: These old podcasts from like, well not old, but like
- 9:16Speaker 1: from like twenty twenty three have been starting to pop up.
- 9:19Speaker 2: I don't know if you've been seeing the clips.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Oh yeah, he was on what's his name? Oh, A
- 9:25Speaker 3: coltes kicker Pat McAfee.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Oh yeah yeah.
- 9:28Speaker 1: These old clips are these dudes that are professional poker
- 9:31Speaker 1: players that were talking about basically playing in games like this.
- 9:35Speaker 3: He said Chauncey Billups name.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Yep, literally saying that like it was clear that these
- 9:39Speaker 1: people weren't that good at poker to just be cleaning
- 9:42Speaker 1: everybody out like that. It was clear that it was cheating,
- 9:45Speaker 1: but it's like the people involved with what are you
- 9:47Speaker 1: gonna say?
- 9:47Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 9:49Speaker 3: I think the way they made it feel. And like
- 9:51Speaker 3: you said that professional poker came up Pat McAfee two
- 9:54Speaker 3: years ago and said that Chauncey Billips was involved, and
- 9:57Speaker 3: he got thing. He's like, no, this is rigged because
- 10:00Speaker 3: like you said, they got running the mill players who
- 10:01Speaker 3: just want to come and play poker with famous people
- 10:04Speaker 3: and they'd win, and it's like, oh, this guy just
- 10:07Speaker 3: got lucky.
- 10:09Speaker 1: And then what was that you said earlier about the
- 10:11Speaker 1: families that are involved.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Yeah, there's there's it's tied to five families. Four families
- 10:17Speaker 3: are actually getting indicted and they're trying to get the
- 10:21Speaker 3: last one and there's actually thirty four other players involved
- 10:26Speaker 3: or people in the in the NBA organization that they're
- 10:30Speaker 3: trying to get everybody to crack facts.
- 10:33Speaker 1: And they're talking about it's one of the dudes was
- 10:37Speaker 1: involved with them is involved with the Black Mafia family too,
- 10:39Speaker 1: so like they're bringing that element into it, and Bro
- 10:42Speaker 1: like to kind of like put on my tenfoil hat.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Bro.
- 10:46Speaker 1: I feel like this this has started coming out because like,
- 10:50Speaker 1: you know Trump has a thing with the NBA. Bro.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, the NBA is always trying he does, and
- 10:56Speaker 1: the whole league are like very vocal about Like at
- 11:00Speaker 1: one point they were like the whole league damn. Near
- 11:02Speaker 1: was like anti Trump, you know what I'm saying, And
- 11:04Speaker 1: I know he ain't forget about that, Bro. And the
- 11:06Speaker 1: way that the season starts, Bro, And as soon as
- 11:10Speaker 1: the season starts, they wait to show Cheulcey Phillips on
- 11:13Speaker 1: the bench first, and then they're like, bam, bro.
- 11:16Speaker 3: He has the head of the FBI in his pocket.
- 11:19Speaker 3: What's his name, kych Ptel, he has him in his pocket.
- 11:23Speaker 3: He's a guy who's running this whole investigation. It's not
- 11:26Speaker 3: the NBA. The NBA has a certain leverage to question things,
- 11:31Speaker 3: but then it's an FBI investigation.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Facts.
- 11:35Speaker 3: So, like we were talking about earlier wires, tapped surveillance,
- 11:40Speaker 3: this shit that's been going on for years, and that
- 11:43Speaker 3: they finally like we said that Pat McAfee was two
- 11:47Speaker 3: years ago, and now they're like, oh, we got enough
- 11:50Speaker 3: evidence to put you in handcuffs after your game and
- 11:54Speaker 3: take you to jail. That's how much they have to
- 11:58Speaker 3: have credible evidence. It says, we have a two years
- 12:02Speaker 3: worth of evidence. It says you did this and we
- 12:05Speaker 3: got you, and now who else can we get?
- 12:08Speaker 2: Bro?
- 12:08Speaker 1: That's this is kind of unrelated, but related. That's an
- 12:11Speaker 1: insane thing that I thought about when watching The Mafia
- 12:14Speaker 1: thing like the way these dudes was getting bugged, and
- 12:17Speaker 1: it's like, Bro, like you literally have to think, like
- 12:20Speaker 1: they could be listening to me at any moment, Bro,
- 12:23Speaker 1: And Yo, they had one of the dudes, no matter
- 12:26Speaker 1: of fact, it was I think it was. I think
- 12:28Speaker 1: it was Gotti. I'm not one hundred percent sure, but
- 12:31Speaker 1: they had him on a wire. He got out of
- 12:34Speaker 1: court after he beat the case, went to the spot
- 12:37Speaker 1: and was talking on another wire about damn. I can't
- 12:40Speaker 1: believe they taught me on that wire. I gotta be
- 12:43Speaker 1: tightened up from now on. Like, Yo, they got him
- 12:45Speaker 1: on the wire again, like because they ended up bugging
- 12:49Speaker 1: another spot of his. It's like, dog, that gotta be
- 12:52Speaker 1: wild being in court and here in a conversation you had,
- 12:55Speaker 1: like like you know two years ago that you thought
- 12:58Speaker 1: you were just talking to your homie and in the
- 13:00Speaker 1: kitchen or something, and then now they just put it
- 13:03Speaker 1: in front of the world to see, like what'd you
- 13:05Speaker 1: say here?
- 13:06Speaker 2: Really like And.
- 13:07Speaker 3: As we kind of mentioned earlier in a personal conversation,
- 13:11Speaker 3: we said, like, how many movies do we watch where
- 13:14Speaker 3: this shit happens?
- 13:15Speaker 1: Oh? Yeah, facts? That was another thing I have mentioned. Bro,
- 13:18Speaker 1: you watch these like shows like Sopranos, the movies like
- 13:22Speaker 1: Good Fellas, the Scorsese flicks.
- 13:24Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 13:25Speaker 1: And you're like, Bro, they making these guys look crazy. Bro,
- 13:30Speaker 1: when you hear them wiretaps and watch the footage that
- 13:33Speaker 1: they have of these mafia dudes, they be acting damn
- 13:36Speaker 1: near exactly like how they're doing the shows.
- 13:38Speaker 3: It was influenced by realism, and that's why they don't
- 13:41Speaker 3: ever say based on the true story, But all that
- 13:44Speaker 3: is based on the true story, Like these are how
- 13:47Speaker 3: these mafia families really act, how they conduct themselves.
- 13:51Speaker 2: It's really crazy. Yeah, it's insane, bro.
- 13:53Speaker 1: And it's like one of those things too that like
- 13:55Speaker 1: I definitely could believe it's still around.
- 13:57Speaker 2: It has a place, a.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Big hand, But they got to be so that Chauncey
- 14:01Speaker 3: Billups shows it.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Yep, that shows it.
- 14:03Speaker 3: They're running a gambling ring in eleven states with NBA players.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Chauncey Billups has a seven million dollar contract Frozen's assets,
- 14:12Speaker 3: so he'll never get to see that. I don't know
- 14:15Speaker 3: if Jordan Mason something I can't remember.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Anthony Mason, no, no, no, James Jones was it?
- 14:21Speaker 3: No? No, no, no no.
- 14:23Speaker 1: The name is escaping me too.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Yeah, but he's been involved with it for years, and
- 14:29Speaker 3: they've been doing this for years. They've been under surveillance,
- 14:33Speaker 3: they've been investigated, and they said just two players that
- 14:36Speaker 3: they know for sure they have evidence on and not
- 14:40Speaker 3: enough to lock them up, and that that is what's
- 14:44Speaker 3: really crazy.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Yeah, Bro, it's it's definitely some wild stuff man. Like
- 14:51Speaker 1: I said, it's just crazy. How yeah that third dude right,
- 14:55Speaker 1: how the how the mafia tie is come in to play?
- 14:59Speaker 1: And like like you were saying, bro, like they still
- 15:01Speaker 1: got their hand in like multi million dollar things now
- 15:04Speaker 1: And that's just like one of the things we found
- 15:05Speaker 1: out about.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Like, so who knows what else was going on?
- 15:08Speaker 3: Bro?
- 15:08Speaker 1: Yeah, And I would definitely recommend those documentaries, bro.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Fierce City.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I don't remember what the other one's called, but it
- 15:17Speaker 1: says something about Philadelphia versus the Mafia, and then the
- 15:20Speaker 1: other one is Gotti Bro, crazy Dog.
- 15:22Speaker 3: I do want to touch on the gambling thing too.
- 15:25Speaker 3: There's a specific thing, a specific point that I want
- 15:27Speaker 3: to bring up that there's people like what was his
- 15:33Speaker 3: name the referee who was rigging, Tim Donahue. He was
- 15:37Speaker 3: rigging the game. Now it is down the players, players
- 15:40Speaker 3: are rigging the games. Is the NBA becoming WWE?
- 15:46Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I think it's kind of like how it's always been
- 15:48Speaker 1: with sports, and that ties perfectly into something you had
- 15:52Speaker 1: mentioned before. Pete Rose Bro Like they got Bro. They
- 15:57Speaker 1: crucified Pete Rose Dog.
- 15:59Speaker 3: He had to. That's the word I was looking for.
- 16:01Speaker 3: They crucified Pete Rose.
- 16:03Speaker 1: And he had to kind of speaking of WW two
- 16:05Speaker 1: because also ties in like he had a resurgence going
- 16:07Speaker 1: to WWE, because they welcomed him with open arms, like
- 16:10Speaker 1: he was a good performer there.
- 16:12Speaker 3: In the Hall of Fame.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Still not in the Hall of Fame.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Bro still didn't bet on anything, like he was betting
- 16:18Speaker 1: on his team Bro. Like it wasn't like he was
- 16:20Speaker 1: saying we're gonna throw the game or anything like that.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Like it's kind of crazy Dog, And it's one of
- 16:25Speaker 1: those things where it's like it's a real shame that
- 16:28Speaker 1: he's not in the Hall of fame that they talk
- 16:29Speaker 1: about him the way they do when they taking all
- 16:31Speaker 1: these sponsorships they had that they were talking about that
- 16:35Speaker 1: Chauncey billupsting on Sports Center and they and I mean
- 16:38Speaker 1: on first take, and they had the ESPN bet banner
- 16:41Speaker 1: at the bottom that's while they were.
- 16:42Speaker 3: Talking about it, like pregame provided by DraftKings, the player
- 16:46Speaker 3: of the game provided by FanDuel, Hard Rock Bet, and
- 16:49Speaker 3: like ESPN is blasting odds odds of over one touchdown,
- 16:54Speaker 3: odds of the game going over, odds of Lebron scoring
- 16:57Speaker 3: twenty points. Like it's riddled with gambling, and you think
- 17:01Speaker 3: they're not going to take a little bit of advantage
- 17:03Speaker 3: of that.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Now, Yeah, it's crazy, bro, It's crazy, man. But man,
- 17:08Speaker 1: speaking of problems with the law man, we're gonna take
- 17:11Speaker 1: a little detour here. But something that surprised me. But like,
- 17:15Speaker 1: I'm curious to hear what you think about it, bro.
- 17:17Speaker 1: So it comes out a couple of days ago that
- 17:21Speaker 1: Cameron suing j Cole basically for not keeping up his
- 17:26Speaker 1: end of the deal.
- 17:27Speaker 2: They had a handshake deal.
- 17:28Speaker 1: From what it sounds like, they had like a handshake
- 17:30Speaker 1: deal where Cameron will do a verse for one of
- 17:33Speaker 1: j Cole's projects.
- 17:34Speaker 3: He took the whole sample I'm ready.
- 17:36Speaker 2: He took that I'm ready.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I'm ready, he got on it, and the payback, I mean,
- 17:42Speaker 1: how they were gonna make it makes meet with that
- 17:45Speaker 1: deal was Cole was either going to give him a
- 17:48Speaker 1: verse or do an interview on his show is what
- 17:51Speaker 1: it is. So Cameron said that for two years, Cole
- 17:54Speaker 1: was kind of like pump faking him, I'm not available,
- 17:57Speaker 1: and then he just said it suing.
- 18:01Speaker 2: What do you think about that, bro?
- 18:03Speaker 3: I think when Cole came out with a mix Safe
- 18:05Speaker 3: and I was the same mixtape where he came out
- 18:07Speaker 3: with the Kendrick disc, Yeah right, yeah, I'll give both sides.
- 18:14Speaker 3: I'm gonna give both sides. I wanna play both sides.
- 18:15Speaker 3: So I think Cam wanted kind of the heat that
- 18:21Speaker 3: came off that mixtape to follow up with Cole either
- 18:26Speaker 3: doing the verse or doing the show. So come off
- 18:29Speaker 3: the heat of your mix Safe doing that. I think
- 18:31Speaker 3: Cole didn't. I think he wanted to stay in the tuck.
- 18:36Speaker 3: He wanted to chill. He wanted all that to die down.
- 18:38Speaker 3: So He's like, I want to give it time to
- 18:40Speaker 3: die down before I come back on the scene or
- 18:43Speaker 3: something like that when I just took So.
- 18:46Speaker 1: You think maybe he didn't want to do interviews and
- 18:49Speaker 1: kind of be out there during the Kendrick.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think he didn't want to do it.
- 18:53Speaker 3: I don't think he wanted to do it or that.
- 18:54Speaker 3: I think Cole didn't want to do it at that time,
- 18:57Speaker 3: and I think Cam wanted it at that time.
- 18:59Speaker 2: I get what you're saying.
- 19:00Speaker 3: That's what I think it happened. Okay, that's my opinion
- 19:02Speaker 3: on it.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know, Bro, I'm kind of playing Devil's advocate.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Bro.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It's like Cam, So I'm thinking about it like this,
- 19:12Speaker 1: j Cole approaches him about this, I'm assuming because Cam
- 19:15Speaker 1: is not asking him to be on the project or
- 19:17Speaker 1: to rap with him. So Jake Cole approached Cam, Cam
- 19:20Speaker 1: not even rapping at that time, you know what I'm saying,
- 19:22Speaker 1: Like he will and it is what it was exactly.
- 19:26Speaker 1: He wasn't even trying to put out new music, nothing
- 19:29Speaker 1: like that. Like, so he's probably thinking, dang, bro, like
- 19:32Speaker 1: if you're going to drag me to the studio and
- 19:33Speaker 1: get me rapping and this and that, it better be
- 19:37Speaker 1: worth my while. You know what, I'm saying, especially not
- 19:39Speaker 1: paying me, especially if you're gonna do it on a
- 19:41Speaker 1: handshake deal like trading goods type thing. And Bro two
- 19:45Speaker 1: years later Camp fifty, Bro, you know what I'm saying,
- 19:48Speaker 1: like he because I was reading that, a couple of
- 19:51Speaker 1: people said it online. I've seen it on threads. I
- 19:54Speaker 1: think the producer Jake One was talking about it on
- 19:57Speaker 1: threads if I remember correctly who it was, Basic saying
- 20:00Speaker 1: like like he's had that happen to him before a
- 20:05Speaker 1: lot of times, but he never suited nobody because that
- 20:07Speaker 1: would be career suicide. But the kind of thing with
- 20:10Speaker 1: with that is like, Bro, Cameron is not trying to
- 20:13Speaker 1: put out more music and the album get more verses
- 20:15Speaker 1: from people.
- 20:15Speaker 2: He don't care. Bro, if he.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Ruins his artist's name by this by suing j Cole,
- 20:22Speaker 1: he's a legacy artist.
- 20:23Speaker 2: He ain't gonna drop no more hits.
- 20:24Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying freestyles on the show exactly
- 20:27Speaker 1: so I could And Bro, Like the other thing I
- 20:31Speaker 1: thought about that was so funny, like we're hearing people's
- 20:33Speaker 1: takes is like people want you to be grown until
- 20:37Speaker 1: you do grown things like what did you want him
- 20:40Speaker 1: to do? Get Jim Jones and go get j Cole
- 20:43Speaker 1: a weggie bro, Like they're grown men.
- 20:45Speaker 3: Bro.
- 20:46Speaker 1: He's not gonna like, he's not gonna just take the
- 20:49Speaker 1: Ellen stride and he's not gonna like, come on, come
- 20:51Speaker 1: at him on some street stuff.
- 20:52Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 20:54Speaker 1: He's gonna do what anybody in business does does that.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Maybe it just lets Jay Cole on, he's serious. They
- 21:01Speaker 1: can talk on the side, yo, you know. And I
- 21:03Speaker 1: think that's that's a perfect point.
- 21:05Speaker 3: It's because back then Cam was like, all right, I'm
- 21:09Speaker 3: going to get the money where the money comes. And
- 21:11Speaker 3: now where he has the money and he has the platform,
- 21:14Speaker 3: he wants to collect and he's like, whoever owes me,
- 21:18Speaker 3: I'm gonna collect. And he have means to collect more
- 21:21Speaker 3: than violence.
- 21:22Speaker 1: And what he's asking, bro, he he don't necessarily want
- 21:26Speaker 1: the verse. I think he even said it. He didn't
- 21:27Speaker 1: really care for the verse. He would rather have him
- 21:29Speaker 1: on the show. But being on the show, as you
- 21:32Speaker 1: in your house in front of you know, you set
- 21:35Speaker 1: up a little camera or whatever, and that's it.
- 21:36Speaker 3: But I'm telling you this lawsuit or not, Ja Cole's
- 21:41Speaker 3: on never coming on the show.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 21:43Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I think with this news, Jacole will ever come on
- 21:47Speaker 3: the show again.
- 21:48Speaker 1: I think they would go I think that would I
- 21:50Speaker 1: think he would come on the show and they would
- 21:51Speaker 1: talk about the situation and then talk about some sports
- 21:54Speaker 1: or something. J Cole. I can see it because Ja
- 21:56Speaker 1: Cole is very level headed and Cam is.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Too, and it ain't them working.
- 22:00Speaker 3: He's an athlete. He played he played ball overseas.
- 22:02Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.
- 22:03Speaker 1: I think they'll air it out and then talk about
- 22:06Speaker 1: some hoops or something like that, you know what I mean.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I could see it, Bro, I really could. But yeah,
- 22:11Speaker 1: Man keeping it in the world of music.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Man.
- 22:14Speaker 1: They had that Gucci Man interview on The Breakfast Club
- 22:18Speaker 1: like a week or so ago, maybe maybe almost two
- 22:20Speaker 1: weeks ago.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Yeah, it was like a week and a half ago.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, like a week and a half, and it
- 22:24Speaker 1: was it was It was dope to see man because
- 22:26Speaker 1: kind of on the same subject to Cam and being
- 22:29Speaker 1: grown and stuff, it's like the same thing with Gucci.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Everybody want to say he's a clone just because he's
- 22:35Speaker 1: grown now, you know what I'm saying, Like he's grown matured.
- 22:39Speaker 2: He even was.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Saying like on the show, Like, Bro, he go to
- 22:41Speaker 1: sleep now at eight o'clock, nine o'clock, you know, he'd
- 22:44Speaker 1: just be with his kids, hand on his business. He's
- 22:46Speaker 1: not doing no drugs, you know what I'm saying. He
- 22:50Speaker 1: was diagnosed as a schizophrenic. So that was kind of
- 22:53Speaker 1: crazy to hear on the show. Like just the way
- 22:57Speaker 1: they were describing the episodes, Like sometimes like his wife
- 23:01Speaker 1: was saying that she could kind of like see signs,
- 23:03Speaker 1: like little things that were like cused that he was
- 23:06Speaker 1: having an episode, or you know, if he hadn't had
- 23:09Speaker 1: his medicine in a little while or whatever the case,
- 23:11Speaker 1: and then she would like put like these certain measures
- 23:14Speaker 1: in place to make sure like there was no crash
- 23:17Speaker 1: out and exactly and bringing them back. And it's kind
- 23:20Speaker 1: of wild, bro, Like just thinking about something he said
- 23:24Speaker 1: that really like made me really think how No, No,
- 23:30Speaker 1: he didn't say it. Kim Kardashian said it about Kanye.
- 23:36Speaker 1: They but he said the same thing. He and his
- 23:38Speaker 1: wife said the same thing too. Basically when they would
- 23:43Speaker 1: have their episodes and they weren't in their right mind,
- 23:46Speaker 1: they would start trying to give stuff to their homebes
- 23:48Speaker 1: gold chains, cars, you know, just when they were having
- 23:54Speaker 1: an episode, they would just basically crash out, and the
- 23:57Speaker 1: people around them was just like cool with it, especially
- 24:01Speaker 1: when it would give them a benefit. Like if your
- 24:03Speaker 1: homie's crashing out in his crash out includes giving you
- 24:05Speaker 1: a Lamborghini, how real are you? You know what I'm saying.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Are you gonna say, hey, man, don't give me your Lamborghini?
- 24:12Speaker 1: You having a moment right now? You know what I'm saying.
- 24:14Speaker 1: You would think anybody's gonna think like that, But when
- 24:17Speaker 1: you hear two stories from two different people that they
- 24:20Speaker 1: each had like three to five Lamborghinis each. They all
- 24:24Speaker 1: they gave them to all their friends, and all their
- 24:26Speaker 1: friends just took them. Like, Bro, how do you even, like,
- 24:29Speaker 1: as a grown man, like take something like that from
- 24:33Speaker 1: somebody that's like clearly suffering and you just go about
- 24:37Speaker 1: your day. Bro.
- 24:38Speaker 3: No, That's what I took away from it the most.
- 24:41Speaker 3: Like if I was actually close to somebody like these
- 24:43Speaker 3: people were close to Gucci and you give me something
- 24:46Speaker 3: like that, I would question you, like why are you
- 24:49Speaker 3: doing this? Like there's got to be something wrong with
- 24:52Speaker 3: you for you to just giving up all these almost
- 24:54Speaker 3: millions of dollars, Like there's something wrong, Like why are
- 24:58Speaker 3: you doing this and knowing ever question.
- 25:00Speaker 1: That not facts. It's brou something that like we already know,
- 25:04Speaker 1: but a lot of people they take too long to realize, bro.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Is that there's not it's it's super hard to get
- 25:12Speaker 1: around a lot of real people, bro. Like it's super
- 25:15Speaker 1: hard to like get into like a community where everybody
- 25:21Speaker 1: that you interact with, nobody's trying to take advantage of you.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Everybody got your best interest and they're all doing their
- 25:27Speaker 1: own thing and focus taking advantage and they're they're on
- 25:31Speaker 1: their thing. They're not hinging on you for anything, you
- 25:33Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Like it's different when like somebody's
- 25:37Speaker 1: hitting you up every day trying to make a move,
- 25:38Speaker 1: But you have to be part of the move, you
- 25:40Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. If it's the best when you
- 25:44Speaker 1: can kind of everybody just has their path and you
- 25:47Speaker 1: can help each other whenever, whenever it overlaps and makes sense,
- 25:50Speaker 1: it happens, you know what I'm saying.
- 25:51Speaker 3: No, that's rough, man, And like that's why it's not
- 25:54Speaker 3: really if that person is down and now and like
- 25:58Speaker 3: oh yeah I need this these jewels or this lambeau
- 26:01Speaker 3: because I need to take this money and do some
- 26:03Speaker 3: with it. They probably fine, but they're like, Yo, I'm
- 26:07Speaker 3: taking this. Yeah, this motherfucker giving me all this money
- 26:10Speaker 3: for no reason, I'm taking it. Those aren't genuine people,
- 26:14Speaker 3: And I've been taking advantage like that in my life.
- 26:17Speaker 3: People think like, oh, he got it, he could pay
- 26:20Speaker 3: for it. Well still to this day, I know if
- 26:23Speaker 3: my homie got me, and I know he got it,
- 26:26Speaker 3: and it's not put in a dant in his budget
- 26:28Speaker 3: and he buys me wings? How much with them wings?
- 26:30Speaker 3: I'm gonna cash abut for fifteen dollars for those wings.
- 26:33Speaker 3: It's just the principle. And there's people like that who
- 26:36Speaker 3: just don't hold that principle against people, and that, unfortunately
- 26:39Speaker 3: for Gucci, is who he had around him.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Man, it takes longer to rebound from stuff like that
- 26:45Speaker 1: when you're not in your right mind and the people
- 26:48Speaker 1: around you are like not able to be like a
- 26:50Speaker 1: barometer for that, you know what I'm saying. They're just
- 26:53Speaker 1: like even his lady was talking about like some of
- 26:55Speaker 1: his homies that will call her like, hey, man, like
- 26:59Speaker 1: I gave him some weed, but you know he really
- 27:01Speaker 1: needed it.
- 27:01Speaker 2: It's like, bro, if you know he's gonna.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Have a crazy episode, yo, shout out to her not
- 27:07Speaker 1: facts hearing the ship that she had to go.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Through and still going through down.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Yeah, and hold him down to the point where he
- 27:15Speaker 3: was telling you that I don't even like you, and
- 27:18Speaker 3: she said, guess what, I'm here, so you got you
- 27:21Speaker 3: ain't got. I'm you're gonna deal with me. And if
- 27:23Speaker 3: it wasn't I think if it wasn't right, And that's
- 27:25Speaker 3: why like having some even a partner like that, because
- 27:28Speaker 3: if you have all, if you have your honorage like that,
- 27:31Speaker 3: if you don't have.
- 27:31Speaker 1: A party and exactly imagine if his if his girl
- 27:35Speaker 1: was like his boys, bro, Bro, he would have been
- 27:37Speaker 1: cooked dog.
- 27:38Speaker 2: He would have been cooked bro.
- 27:40Speaker 1: But yeah, man, we definitely have to mention how we
- 27:44Speaker 1: got And this is the first time I'll be able
- 27:46Speaker 1: to use this phrase dog.
- 27:47Speaker 2: So I'm a real hip right now.
- 27:49Speaker 3: Bro.
- 27:49Speaker 1: We got we got ratio, man, we got cooked.
- 27:53Speaker 2: We got cooked dog.
- 27:54Speaker 1: We put out that clip talking about and look, man,
- 27:59Speaker 1: I want to I want to even though we put
- 28:00Speaker 1: out the clip in it's full context afterwards, right, I
- 28:03Speaker 1: still want to like elaborate because I'm not gonna lie.
- 28:07Speaker 3: We got cooked.
- 28:08Speaker 1: But there was a good little percentage of people that
- 28:10Speaker 1: was like, I know what you mean, and I agree
- 28:12Speaker 1: you saw.
- 28:13Speaker 3: There was people that was like seventy thirty.
- 28:15Speaker 1: No, it was more than it was like eighty twenty, bro,
- 28:18Speaker 1: if not ninety ten. To be honest, Bro, oh cook cook.
- 28:23Speaker 3: You know I was giving us. I was giving this
- 28:25Speaker 3: a little candy cat.
- 28:26Speaker 2: No, no, no, we got cooking.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Bro. But I stand on my original point, Bro, And
- 28:32Speaker 1: somebody actually wrote in the comments a point that I
- 28:35Speaker 1: thought about after.
- 28:36Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, that does make a lot of sense.
- 28:38Speaker 1: And I didn't say this originally, but to strengthen my argument, BRO,
- 28:45Speaker 1: shows that come after great shows like that, they saw
- 28:49Speaker 1: the blueprint.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Yeah they're seeing Okay, this is what they did.
- 28:53Speaker 3: This was hilarious.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Xyz.
- 28:56Speaker 1: They had a big budget and they were able to
- 28:59Speaker 1: take that blueprint and just go crazy.
- 29:03Speaker 3: Let's say what it is and let's just say what
- 29:07Speaker 3: let's let's lay down what it really is. The clip
- 29:10Speaker 3: that was generated for us Yo.
- 29:12Speaker 2: I want to Yo. I'm glad you said, but we
- 29:14Speaker 2: haven't said what it's about yet.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:16Speaker 1: So basically last week we were talking about how Chappelle's
- 29:22Speaker 1: show and Key and Peele actually we weren't even going
- 29:25Speaker 1: to talk about those the shows period. We were just
- 29:28Speaker 1: talking about a top top ten list of TV shows.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Key and Peele was on the list, number six on
- 29:35Speaker 1: the top ten five season TV shows. And then I
- 29:39Speaker 1: said that Key and Peele, watching it all the way through,
- 29:43Speaker 1: it had more laughs. So from just a peer laughs
- 29:47Speaker 1: point of view, I thought Key and Peele had more
- 29:50Speaker 1: of that than.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Chappelle's iconic character is not.
- 29:55Speaker 1: And I'm not even saying that that they were funnier.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I'm just saying through the life of the show, and
- 30:00Speaker 1: they have five seasons compared to Chappelle's really only had
- 30:03Speaker 1: two because the third season was just the Comedy Central
- 30:06Speaker 1: one that was his name. Charlie Murphy and Donnelle Rollins hosted,
- 30:10Speaker 1: so it wasn't even really something that Dave necessarily did.
- 30:13Speaker 1: It was like leftover skits. Plus they were still working
- 30:15Speaker 1: through it, you know.
- 30:17Speaker 2: But basically they.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Have five seasons and you still see every day clips
- 30:22Speaker 1: of Key and p will pull up on TikTok that
- 30:23Speaker 1: you haven't seen bro and they're funny.
- 30:25Speaker 2: You're like, dang, did they come out with a.
- 30:27Speaker 3: New None, not as much as we see a Chapelle's
- 30:29Speaker 3: show exactly, but that doesn't justify one being better the other.
- 30:33Speaker 3: We're just saying that the longevity of.
- 30:36Speaker 1: It, the longevity and anything that builds on the pass
- 30:39Speaker 1: is going to be better, Bro, the same way it
- 30:42Speaker 1: was Richer prior than Eddie Murphy was better than Richard Pryor.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Then you have people like you know, Chris Rock, the
- 30:50Speaker 1: early nineties comedians.
- 30:51Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, stay off shows, Family Guy
- 30:54Speaker 3: off the Simpsons exactly exactly what I mean to this day,
- 30:58Speaker 3: I laughed more in Family Guy in the Simpsons.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Yep, because they improved on the formula. They didn't have
- 31:03Speaker 1: a bigger impact culturally, you know, they didn't.
- 31:06Speaker 3: They want Family Guy universal is the Simpsons ride. We're
- 31:10Speaker 3: not talking about that. What are you still laughing at
- 31:12Speaker 3: today versus the other?
- 31:15Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 31:15Speaker 3: And the clip.
- 31:18Speaker 1: And I wanted to say that, Bro, because we was
- 31:21Speaker 1: a service that basically just AI generates clips and like
- 31:25Speaker 1: will edit them after. If they don't they don't do
- 31:27Speaker 1: a really good job, but most of the time they
- 31:29Speaker 1: put together the clips pretty well. That was the number
- 31:32Speaker 1: one suggested clip, Bro, And it started it halfway through
- 31:35Speaker 1: our conversation.
- 31:36Speaker 3: And you said, you knew that was gonna happen.
- 31:38Speaker 2: I knew he was gonna get cooked.
- 31:40Speaker 1: But it's like, Bro, that's what people want us talk about,
- 31:43Speaker 1: That's what people want to see, That's what people want
- 31:45Speaker 1: to talk about. They they're not going to care about
- 31:47Speaker 1: that clip unless they're like, oh, bro, like these dudes
- 31:51Speaker 1: are wilding. And then the people that actually rock with us,
- 31:53Speaker 1: that actually heard what we said or like actually went
- 31:56Speaker 1: and dug and saw the episode and was like, Okay,
- 31:58Speaker 1: even if you don't agree, that's cool. But it wasn't
- 32:02Speaker 1: no point that y'all thought it was.
- 32:03Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 32:04Speaker 3: That clip got taken out of content. And if you
- 32:06Speaker 3: don't want to watch the entire thing, we get it,
- 32:08Speaker 3: but watch the entire conversation so you get the context
- 32:12Speaker 3: of it, non facts, and then you understand it more.
- 32:14Speaker 3: It was just that part of the conversation sound, and
- 32:17Speaker 3: that happens to a lot of people, not facts. That
- 32:20Speaker 3: is what happens generally in media all the time.
- 32:23Speaker 1: You remember in the office when Andy was playing banjo on
- 32:27Speaker 1: YouTube and people will send them mad comments and he
- 32:29Speaker 1: would go insane. Bro, Yo, if you react like that,
- 32:33Speaker 1: you cook. Because people are just ruthles, bro, especially.
- 32:35Speaker 2: When they're no phase, no name, Bro.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Exactly what happens. Hey, but we take it. We'll keep
- 32:41Speaker 3: taking it, Ao, yo, you know what I'm saying. That's
- 32:43Speaker 3: what we put this out. We're giving our opinions. We're
- 32:45Speaker 3: not saying we're right. My podcast mics aren't giving out
- 32:49Speaker 3: for free. They're not cheap. This is really expensive equipment,
- 32:52Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying. But we're going to give
- 32:54Speaker 3: our opinion. You can disagree with us, get in the comments,
- 32:57Speaker 3: disagree with us, and we'll chat with you that. That's
- 33:00Speaker 3: the whole purpose of while we're recording. We're not recording
- 33:02Speaker 3: and say we're right everybody else is wrong.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Somebody, somebody said something along the lines that like they
- 33:09Speaker 1: knew I would have a take like that because I
- 33:11Speaker 1: looked like a latino Kenny G.
- 33:13Speaker 3: No, he's saying, like you look like a latino. Uh
- 33:17Speaker 3: uh the key no.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that was another one. There was a guy
- 33:24Speaker 1: that said little like latino Kenny G. And then another
- 33:26Speaker 1: guy was like, he's only saying that because he looks
- 33:28Speaker 1: like Mom Keegan, Michael kee and Michael Yeah.
- 33:32Speaker 3: Bro, people are crazy though he laughed. Though we laughed.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Yeah fact, but yeah, man, since we got aj here, man, yo,
- 33:43Speaker 1: I was hooping a few weeks ago, right pulled my
- 33:46Speaker 1: my calf right, and then ajb skateboarding, Like I randomly
- 33:50Speaker 1: found out because I saw he was sharing some skateboarding
- 33:52Speaker 1: stuff in his story.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Bro.
- 33:53Speaker 1: And sometimes when we come to work on the studio
- 33:55Speaker 1: or whatever, there's a dope skate park down the street.
- 33:57Speaker 2: She said here, you want to go skating? I was like, uh,
- 34:00Speaker 2: we went, Bro.
- 34:01Speaker 1: I hadn't been in like probably like three or four
- 34:04Speaker 1: months skating, right, And this is like a mad, intimidating
- 34:08Speaker 1: skate park.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Bro, It's like super nice.
- 34:10Speaker 3: Mad big Yo.
- 34:12Speaker 2: We pull up.
- 34:12Speaker 1: There's seventy five hundred people there. Bro, there's mad people
- 34:17Speaker 1: at that bitch dog. There was people skating people on
- 34:20Speaker 1: the side standing there. I'm like, Bro, damn Bro, and
- 34:25Speaker 1: my my my calf's all tight.
- 34:28Speaker 2: I'm like, damn Bro.
- 34:29Speaker 1: I'm literally thinking in my head like, Bro, I could
- 34:31Speaker 1: I could pull my my out, you know, I could
- 34:33Speaker 1: tear a cl here, Bro. I could end up like
- 34:35Speaker 1: Kevin Durant or some shit. I was dumb shug, Bro.
- 34:38Speaker 3: If you don't bail, you had to bail cool no facts.
- 34:40Speaker 1: If AJ wouldn't hype me up, I wouldn't even have
- 34:43Speaker 1: like rode through the rams or nothing.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Bro.
- 34:45Speaker 3: I was.
- 34:46Speaker 1: I was able to, you know, ride through and not
- 34:48Speaker 1: falling nothing.
- 34:48Speaker 3: Dog.
- 34:49Speaker 2: But man, I'm not gonna lie with shook.
- 34:51Speaker 3: Bro.
- 34:52Speaker 2: When I went home, Bro, I was talking to my
- 34:53Speaker 2: wife about it. I'm like, Yo, we.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Pulled up there, and I told her that that same
- 34:58Speaker 1: story is just mentioned, y'all. Was I said, a little
- 35:02Speaker 1: more animated and with more explicive when I tell her
- 35:04Speaker 1: to my wife. But she was cracking up, bro, because
- 35:08Speaker 1: she knows how I am too, like with heights and stuff.
- 35:10Speaker 3: And Bro, if there was no one there, it would
- 35:12Speaker 3: be different.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Yeah, if there was no one there, I might have
- 35:14Speaker 1: tried a couple tricks and see where I was at.
- 35:16Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 35:17Speaker 1: But Dog, that thing was insane, Bro, insane. But the
- 35:22Speaker 1: skate park is super dope, and we went back another time.
- 35:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna take my little brother there because my little
- 35:27Speaker 1: brother be skating too, and we're gonna link up. Actually,
- 35:31Speaker 1: this weekend we're going to the Eustess one, me and
- 35:33Speaker 1: my brother because I'm passing by my mom to drop
- 35:35Speaker 1: off my son there. Me and my brother gonna check
- 35:37Speaker 1: it out. But yeah, man, I've been. I've been back
- 35:41Speaker 1: on my stretching heavy to yoga, man, because I'm like,
- 35:44Speaker 1: bro at this point, brou Like that's the thing like
- 35:48Speaker 1: I used to play.
- 35:49Speaker 2: I used to play ball when I was in high school, heavy, right,
- 35:52Speaker 2: And then you.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Would always pull up to the parks or wherever, and
- 35:54Speaker 1: you would see the older dudes hooping and like they
- 35:58Speaker 1: always had like a big gonna went hard to a
- 36:00Speaker 1: certain limit, and then they don't give no effort.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Right.
- 36:03Speaker 1: And when you're young, you see that and you piss.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Bro.
- 36:06Speaker 1: You're like, y'all'm out here hooping and you're over here
- 36:08Speaker 1: giving seventy five percent.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Bro, Like I'm trying to hoop for real. I get it.
- 36:13Speaker 3: Now. I play softball, you know you use on a
- 36:17Speaker 3: softball team. I play catcher. I do my thing, and
- 36:21Speaker 3: there's some players that come to home base and I
- 36:25Speaker 3: know that I'm a collide with somebody. I ain't going
- 36:28Speaker 3: for that ball, bro.
- 36:29Speaker 2: Now you feel me, bro, because like Bro.
- 36:30Speaker 3: I'm not gonna go have first collide body to body
- 36:33Speaker 3: with somebody at forty one years old.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Sorry, chiefha, I'm gonna look with an acl tear.
- 36:38Speaker 2: I'm taking my daughter.
- 36:39Speaker 3: I pay to play, y'all even pay me to play.
- 36:42Speaker 2: I pay to play.
- 36:43Speaker 3: You think I'm mucha sacrifice my body for one run out?
- 36:48Speaker 3: For real? Kick me off the team if y'all want.
- 36:50Speaker 3: I ain't doing.
- 36:50Speaker 1: That, I'm telling you, bro. That's one of them things
- 36:52Speaker 1: that when you get older you get it. Like when
- 36:54Speaker 1: I was younger, like even like something like when I
- 36:56Speaker 1: was younger, I used to say, brother, there's no way
- 36:57Speaker 1: I'll ever get to a point where I'll start playing ball.
- 36:59Speaker 3: Bro, you got it.
- 37:01Speaker 1: I just started playing ball after like five years, like
- 37:03Speaker 1: a couple months ago, bro, Like it really just be happening.
- 37:06Speaker 3: Bro.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Like you think as a kid, you got it all
- 37:08Speaker 1: figured out. Fuck no, Bro, you you an idiot that
- 37:12Speaker 1: bro that time thing dog Like somebody that's like like
- 37:16Speaker 1: obviously this ain't like an exact you know whatever. But
- 37:21Speaker 1: somebody that's thirty that's an idiot. Like just as far
- 37:25Speaker 1: as life goes, is going to have a better goal
- 37:28Speaker 1: of it than somebody that's eighteen, that's like.
- 37:29Speaker 2: You know, the smart guy.
- 37:30Speaker 3: And what I tell everybody, what everybody older than me
- 37:33Speaker 3: told me, once you hit mid thirties, once you cross
- 37:37Speaker 3: that line between thirty four to thirty five, everything in
- 37:40Speaker 3: your body matters after that because nothing recovers like you
- 37:44Speaker 3: ever did before, and then you don't find out until
- 37:48Speaker 3: you mess some up. You pull some pop a kav muscle,
- 37:52Speaker 3: get a big bruise on your thing.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I don't like how you do the animation just now, Bro,
- 37:57Speaker 1: you look like you was about to pop that thing.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Dog.
- 37:59Speaker 3: I don't know. I pop both my camera. I pop
- 38:01Speaker 3: a lot more than that. I'm just saying, like, everything pops,
- 38:05Speaker 3: elbows pop, shoulders, facts, neck pops, everything pops out of place.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Every time I walk by my wife.
- 38:12Speaker 1: She says fake ass knees every time, Bro, because them
- 38:15Speaker 1: should just be clicking.
- 38:16Speaker 3: I was showing my wife would work out. I was like,
- 38:17Speaker 3: I did this. My knee crack both times. I was
- 38:20Speaker 3: so cracks. She's like, oh, yeah, I didn't crack when
- 38:22Speaker 3: I was like, yoh, shut up, don't worry fas bro.
- 38:24Speaker 1: But yeah, man, that's pretty much all we had on
- 38:28Speaker 1: the docut for this week.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Man.
- 38:30Speaker 1: I've been super excited with the progress.
- 38:31Speaker 2: We've been having here in the studio. Bro.
- 38:33Speaker 1: I'm excited to have this space, like just just to
- 38:36Speaker 1: be able to have like a home away from home
- 38:38Speaker 1: and even like just get creative and get some content done.
- 38:41Speaker 1: It's going to be super clutch, bro. I can't wait
- 38:43Speaker 1: till this joint is like completely done and everybody gets
- 38:46Speaker 1: in and out of here a yo.
- 38:48Speaker 3: But honestly, that's what I love about this podcast. You know,
- 38:51Speaker 3: I had a podcast in twenty seventeen and I stopped
- 38:55Speaker 3: for four or five years until you asked me to
- 38:58Speaker 3: come on this one. And hey, yo, hey, hey, that's crazy,
- 39:04Speaker 3: that's crazy. That's a good one though. But we do
- 39:07Speaker 3: this because we just enjoy doing it. And in fact,
- 39:11Speaker 3: if you have that in you, we're going to provide
- 39:13Speaker 3: the resources to allow you to do that, and we're
- 39:16Speaker 3: gonna tell you how you can contact us, tell you
- 39:19Speaker 3: how we can give you everything you need just to
- 39:21Speaker 3: come in here and do something you really enjoy to do.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Now, facts for sure, man, Like I said, but by
- 39:28Speaker 1: the time this drops, you'll be seeing some stuff on
- 39:30Speaker 1: the page with some information about it. And we've been
- 39:33Speaker 1: talking behind the scenes and teasing a little on the podcast,
- 39:36Speaker 1: like a couple of things that we've been wanting to
- 39:38Speaker 1: add to the show as far as different elements go.
- 39:40Speaker 1: And now that we have this space, it's something that's happen,
- 39:43Speaker 1: super doable, and it's gonna happen very soon asap. You're
- 39:47Speaker 1: going to see some people that was on here before
- 39:50Speaker 1: come back for certain things. You know, we're gonna run
- 39:53Speaker 1: back some interviews now that we have a dope space
- 39:55Speaker 1: where we could do it in person and just add
- 39:57Speaker 1: a different element.
- 39:58Speaker 3: We might not be talking, might be someone singing, might
- 40:00Speaker 3: be something rapping, might be he jas steel me.
- 40:02Speaker 1: So you'll need a lot, a lot of YouTube lost time. Yeah,
- 40:05Speaker 1: we're gonna make a happen. Cabin, Stay Butter, stay it.
