Dolly’s Book Program Changes Lives | Butte News
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is transforming childhoods by sending free books to kids from birth to age five, sparking early literacy and opportunity. Started in 1995 after Dolly reflected on her father’s lack of access to books, the program has gifted nearly 400,000 books in Missoula County alone—where 70% of families are enrolled. Educators see the payoff: kids entering kindergarten better prepared. Now active in all 50 states and beyond, it’s a global movement proving that one book at a time can build a brighter future for every child. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli…
