- 0:03Yeah, let's talk about. I'll pull up Exter's Pyramid
- 0:05here. There you go.
- 0:07So at the very tip of This is silver.
- 0:11Why Silver is the very tip. You know what, folks?
- 0:14Is it possible that we've been lied to and that silver is
- 0:18actually more rare than gold? Talk to Vick's weird.
- 0:22Anyway, that's not good. That's conspiracy stuff.
- 0:24Let's just talk about facts. OK, so our constitution says
- 0:29only thing we're using as money is gold and silver.
- 0:33What is all this other crap? OK, base money bank.
- 0:36Are you seeing this, Ron? Yep, we can see it.
- 0:39Bonds. Corporate and municipal bonds.
- 0:42OK, non monetary commodities. Derivatives, Crypto currencies,
- 0:47crypto derivatives. And let's add another one.
- 0:50Synthetic derivatives. Yeah.
- 0:52OK. A synthetic derivative is a bet
- 0:54on a bet. A derivative derives its value
- 0:57from something else. So Ron, you and I are going to
- 1:00play blackjack. OK One of us is going to win and
- 1:03one of us is going to lose. You got a whole lot of friends.
- 1:05I have a whole lot of friends. OK.
- 1:07But we're each going to bet $100.
- 1:09You with me so far. Your friends are going to bet my
- 1:12friends that you're going to win.
- 1:14And my friends are going to bet your friends that I'm going to
- 1:17win. And they bet $100 million.
- 1:19There's a lot of them. You got a lot of friends, and so
- 1:20do I. That's what's called a
- 1:22derivative. Then you have the investors out
- 1:26there. Oh, hey, Ron's group's really
- 1:28good. We're going to bet that Ron's
- 1:30Group wins. Ted's really good.
- 1:32We're going to bet that Ted's Group wins.
- 1:34And then those two. OK, which are not you and I and
- 1:39not our friends, the people beyond our friends, our friend's
- 1:42friends. And they invest, say, a trillion
- 1:45dollars. You think I'm crazy?
- 1:47No, I'm not. Because the amount of
- 1:49derivatives being held by the banks far exceeds their
- 1:51capitalization. They're all the banks are
- 1:53busted. That's why you're showing that
- 1:55there's not enough M2 money supply to cover it.
- 1:57So anyway, let's get back to this.
- 1:59So what we're going to see is think of all this other stuff
- 2:02here as wax, and as this all melts down, it's going to melt
- 2:07down away from what it was and into what it should have been,
- 2:10which is silver and gold. My perspective on the extras
- 2:13pyram. And by the way, John Exter
- 2:15worked for the New York Federal Reserve.
- 2:18He only died like in 2006. So this is from a Federal
- 2:24Reserve member who developed this pyramid and argued in favor
- 2:28of it for years and years. But what's interesting to me is
- 2:32that the way I look at it is silver and gold at the bottom
- 2:35are real, right? We know that they're tangible.
- 2:37They're finite. Everything above it, above gold
- 2:41and silver are synthetic are make, believe, are based on
- 2:47confidence, which starts with the with the three letters CON
- 2:51con right. Which is why I like to say
- 2:54recently Ted, it kind of dawned on me like why has the United
- 2:58States Federal Reserve it. It seems to me that they're
- 3:01almost less of a bank and more of a public relations firm now
- 3:06and, and and that explains why, because they have to continue
- 3:10now with, you know, every week we have 10 Fed governors
- 3:13speaking, right? They have to continue with this
- 3:15messaging. Prop up the bond market is
- 3:17what's going on. And they talk it up so that the
- 3:20people that are holding the bonds don't dump them.
- 3:22And then the people that don't hold bonds want them, OK.
- 3:25But quite frankly, I think that ship has sailed.
- 3:28I want to say if if you do want to convert some of your paper
- 3:32that's being infinitely created into real metals, do yourself a
- 3:37favor. Check out Pimbex Pi MB E,
- 3:41xpimbex.com online bullion dealer.
- 3:45You know, it's where I get my silver, and many of the basement
- 3:50dwellers have joined me there, and I've had overwhelming
- 3:53positive response with everyone who's worked with Pembecks.
- 3:57If you want gold, silver, platinum, they have it all.
- 4:00Their prices are always the best, ultra competitive, their
- 4:04selections great, and their service is second to none.
- 4:07And of course, thank you to Fortuna Silver for sponsoring
- 4:11Ron's basement. You can learn more about them at
- 4:13fortunasilver.com and our friends at First Mining Gold.
- 4:18You can learn more about them at firstmininggold.com.
- 4:21When I look at that pyramid, you know everything synthetic above
- 4:25gold and silver, we don't need the whole thing to absolutely
- 4:28collapse to see a a big increase in the gold and silver price,
- 4:33even if just like you said, it starts to melt.
- 4:36That's a good analogy. Or I like to say, if a few of
- 4:39the bricks start to fall out of that pyramid, you know a few of
- 4:45the derivatives bricks, a few even just a little bit could
- 4:49result in a huge value or an event that could create a huge
- 4:54repricing for silver and gold for that matter.
- 4:59Figuratively, though, Can you imagine what the size of gold
- 5:03and silver would be like once these other fake derivatives of
- 5:07the dollar go away and meltdown into gold and silver?
- 5:10Because purchasing power never goes away, It shifts.
- 5:15OK, so we got this big bubble and they keep blowing it up and
- 5:20blowing it up and blowing up. OK, but inside that bubble
- 5:23again, the the bubble that's being blown is a small little
- 5:26bubble and that's the silver bubble.
- 5:28And there's only .5% in the silver and the gold physical
- 5:32bubble inside this big balloon. Do you follow me?
- 5:35Yes. So as the other purchasing power
- 5:38shifts from cryptocurrency's derivatives, non monetary, you
- 5:44get the picture right? Nonsense.
- 5:46OK, That purchasing power shifts into silver and gold.
- 5:52You are seeing an epic biblical battle going on right now.
- 5:56And I'm telling you, the cause of all this downstream issue is
- 6:01the global battle that's happening right now between
- 6:04Keynesian economics and Austrian monetary economics.
- 6:08It's being battled out, OK, and the BIS is going to lose, but
- 6:14what you're feeling right now, you're feeling the depth of all
- 6:16the tentacles that the BIS had throughout our society.
- 6:19And and there were two terms, I'll be honest that that that
- 6:23I'd heard so many times over the years myself, the difference
- 6:27between Keynesian economics and Austrian economics.
- 6:32Will you explain that to us for, for, for a novice economist, non
- 6:36MIT educated economist. Ted, if you will.
- 6:40I put my shoes on the way you do too.
- 6:42OK, Kansas economics is all about fractional reserve
- 6:45banking. OK, so that means that Ron puts
- 6:48$1000 into the bank. And if the if the reserve
- 6:52liquidity ratio is 10%, meaning that the bank can lend out 90%
- 6:56of that, that means that Ron's $1000 gets credit to him.
- 7:01But then that's given it a check for $900 to somebody else,
- 7:04they're going to borrow that, OK, They're going to borrow
- 7:06against this thousand and then that person can deposit another
- 7:1090% of that. If the reserve liquidity ratio
- 7:13is 10%, that's a little high. OK.
- 7:16So what I'm saying is that you can take $1000 deposit and
- 7:20create $10,000 liabilities against it.
- 7:22Do you follow me? Yep.
- 7:23Yep. So it's it's so it's it's almost
- 7:26to a certain degree if we if we refer back to the extras
- 7:30pyramid, it's a lot of the things that those synthetic
- 7:33things that that rest above the silver and gold base is that is
- 7:39that somewhat accurate? Yes, yes.
- 7:41And I'm not some savant or anything.
- 7:43This is, this is what happens in history.
- 7:45As a matter of fact, you look, the further you look back in
- 7:48history, the more clearly you can see the future.
- 7:52OK, Who was that? Yes, Sir.
- 7:56Winston Churchill said that. About this The further I look
- 7:59back in history, the more clear things become.
- 8:02Correct. Yes.
- 8:03Uh, huh. So look at these different
- 8:05currency notes. OK, look at this one.
- 8:08Look at this one. At some point in time, somebody
- 8:13exchanged their labor for these notes.
- 8:16OK, but who owns them now? And what?
- 8:18It's what's they're worth. OK, so let's ask another
- 8:22question, since all these Fiat currencies fail throughout
- 8:26history. All right?
- 8:27Is there a model by which they do fail?
- 8:30What do you think the answer is, Ron?
- 8:32Yes, yes, yes. So what I'm saying is is, is
- 8:38not, is, is not the opium or whatever you want to call it.
- 8:41It's not a guess, all right? It's what happens.
- 8:44The further you look back in the past, the more clearly you can
- 8:47see the future. OK?
- 8:49And if you don't hold it, you don't own it.
- 8:52Somebody does. Guess who?
- 8:54The .5% that own the medal. Look, folks, you're never got
- 8:58Ron. You're never going to need
- 9:00another chance like this ever again.
- 9:02Your parents, your grand, your great grandparents, your
- 9:05grandparents, your children, your grandchildren will never
- 9:08have this opportunity. We're seeing a shift back
- 9:11globally from Keynesian economics, fake Fiat currency
- 9:16running around the world right now to asset backed gold and
- 9:20silver. And of the two silver's, the
- 9:23much better buy because the silver mining ratios are and the
- 9:26paper ratios are out of whack. There's so much we can talk
- 9:30about because currently the paper ratio between silver and
- 9:33gold is like 90 to one. It comes out of the ground at
- 9:367:00 to 1:00, but there's more to that story.
- 9:39Of the seven to one that comes out of the ground, 60% is taken
- 9:42right off the market and used for consumption.
- 9:45So that would make the inverse of that or 2.8 units of silver
- 9:49to 1. So if you take an ounce of gold,
- 9:51say 2100 keeps math early, easy, OK, And silver is at 3 to one
- 9:56OK, you should see an ounce of gold, silver selling for
- 9:59$700.00. Not going to take very many
- 10:01people whatsoever to wake up and wipe out whatever supplies are
- 10:05there. You're going to find the demand
- 10:08for even sterling plate or silver plate to go to increase
- 10:12as well. They're going to use like,
- 10:14what's it called, electrolysis, to remove the silver from the
- 10:17substrate. So it's going to get to be that
- 10:20valuable and you are going to look back and say, Oh my gosh,
- 10:23you could have bought an American Silver Eagle for what,
- 10:2531 dollars? Good grief, folks.
- 10:27Can't you, man? It's money of your country.
- 10:32I I really do salute your genuine desire to help people.
- 10:38I know you worked a long time in the financial services industry
- 10:41and you kind of started to then learn about the value of of
- 10:44metal and the value of real money.
- 10:47Thank you so much. Folks, thanks very much.
- 10:50Hope you got something out of it.
- 10:51Let's do it again.
