9:04
SPEAKER_07: Uh we're gonna go over what some of the latest Diddy has responded to Jonathan Hay, and we're gonna react.
9:10
SPEAKER_07: I'm gonna react to one of our favorite YouTubers, Ticket TV, brought the news here last night of what Diddy answered to some of John Hay's accusation.
9:21
SPEAKER_07: If you don't know, uh John Hay uh uh has a a uh a lawsuit or a case against Diddy that's actually might be going criminal.
9:37
SPEAKER_07: Um thank you for the five dollar donation.
9:42
SPEAKER_07: Everybody show Enoch some love for showing me some love.
9:46

9:51
SPEAKER_07: Uh everybody say what thanks to Enoch.
10:03
SPEAKER_03: What is going on?
10:05
SPEAKER_07: Okay, and so back to Jonathan A.
10:08
SPEAKER_07: Everybody show Enoch some love for showing me some love.
10:10
SPEAKER_07: Thank you so much, Enoch.
10:12
SPEAKER_07: Now we are at 155.
10:16
SPEAKER_07: Well, what 145.
10:18
SPEAKER_07: My math is off.
10:19
SPEAKER_07: My bad.
10:20
SPEAKER_07: 145 left.
10:22
SPEAKER_07: We're closer to our goal.
10:24
SPEAKER_07: 145 to get.
10:26
SPEAKER_07: Thank you so much, Enoch.
10:28
SPEAKER_07: So, Jonathan Hay said that Diddy shoved his Diddy in his mouth, also through a semen riddled shirt that had notorious big on it.
10:42
SPEAKER_07: Very weird, very nasty story.
10:48
SPEAKER_07: Very weird, very nasty story.
10:52
SPEAKER_07: Uh, but we gotta talk about it.
10:54
SPEAKER_07: But anyway, so this lawsuit has gone criminal.
11:02
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, this lawsuit has gone criminal, possibly.
11:05
SPEAKER_07: Uh, the LA DA is uh reviewing it and seeing if they're gonna press charges on Diddy.
11:12
SPEAKER_07: They're even talking about a Rico chart.
11:14
SPEAKER_07: This shit is getting serious for the Diddler.
11:19
SPEAKER_07: This is getting serious for the Diddler.
11:22
SPEAKER_07: So we gotta figure it out.
11:29
SPEAKER_07: We gotta look into this.
11:33
SPEAKER_07: Now this going criminal, Diddler's changing the story, Enoch said.
12:00
SPEAKER_07: So there let's check it out.
12:03
SPEAKER_07: This is what this is what he's changed, this is going on.
12:06
SPEAKER_07: And this is why we're here today.
12:09
SPEAKER_04: Number three.
12:11
SPEAKER_04: Number thirty on your screen says, and this is why we're here today, because remember, Diddy found this paperwork before he found out that they were investigating him criminally.
12:27
SPEAKER_04: The LAPD and the LA Sheriff's Department.
12:31
SPEAKER_04: Read what he wrote.
12:35
SPEAKER_04: The plaintiff's calls of action for consent.
12:37
SPEAKER_04: This is consent.
12:39
SPEAKER_04: Number 30.
12:40
SPEAKER_04: Jonathan Hay's calls of action for false imprisonment, because Jonathan Hay accused Diddy of false imprisonment, saying, look, you held me against my will.
12:48
SPEAKER_04: That's false imprisonment.
12:50
SPEAKER_04: Basically kidnapping, right?
12:51
SPEAKER_04: Now listen to what Diddy said.
12:53
SPEAKER_04: Diddy says the plaintiff's calls for action for false imprisonment fails.
13:00
SPEAKER_04: He says because Jonathan Hay alleged, he thought Jonathan Hay consented to any alleged false imprisonment.
13:13
SPEAKER_04: Let me repeat that again.
13:15
SPEAKER_04: Did he say that Jonathan Hay, the man that's accusing him, the case out right now, is in the LAPD prosecutor's hands, and they go tell y'all whether they go file charges.
13:27
SPEAKER_04: Smash the like button if y'all come on in here, share the video, subscribe to the channel.
13:33
SPEAKER_04: Peep Gay, peep gang.
13:37
SPEAKER_04: Did he say that Jonathan Hayes calls for action for false imprisonment fails because Jonathan Hay consented to any alleged false imprisonment?
14:00
SPEAKER_04: Oh hey, this is crazy.
14:06
SPEAKER_04: Y'all finna y'all finna see.
14:08
SPEAKER_04: That's why I try to tell y'all this.
14:09
SPEAKER_04: Stay in the paperwork, nigga.
14:11
SPEAKER_04: Don't listen to you cabinet ass niggas trying to hate.
14:13
SPEAKER_04: Stay in the paperwork, nigga.
14:14
SPEAKER_04: Stay in the paperwork, right?
14:17
SPEAKER_04: Stay in the paperwork.
14:19
SPEAKER_07: Now he goes on to say there was We're gonna continue, but didn't I tell you way back when Diddy had to admit that some hanky panky went on between him and John Hay?
14:40
SPEAKER_07: When by saying that whatever he went through, whatever was going on, it was consensual, he wanted it, blah, blah, blah.
14:49
SPEAKER_07: Uh, and then he even saying that when Jonathan Hay said he was kidnapped or held against his will, remember Diddy and his legal team tried to say that it was what did they what was the wording?
15:12
SPEAKER_07: Uh it was consensual.
15:15
SPEAKER_07: No, no, no.
15:16
SPEAKER_07: It was a citizen's arrest.
15:20
SPEAKER_07: When Diddy, when Jonathan Hay came out with this with this lawsuit, and saying that he was that Diddy did all these strange things to him, forced his penis in his mouth, all type of crazy weird stuff, through uh pleasured himself in a shirt, a notorious big shirt, and threw it at him.
15:44
SPEAKER_07: Remember before, all the time Diddy would say, Hey, uh, this didn't, this didn't uh did this never happened, all the other accusations, he would come out and say, This person that I will be vindicated, and and his lawyers say Diddy never assaulted, sexually assaulted anybody, and blah blah blah.
16:06
SPEAKER_07: But for some strange, strange, strange, strange reason, when the Jonathan Haig situation came out, Diddy and his team didn't come out saying Diddy didn't do any sexual assault anybody, or he hasn't assaulted anybody.
16:24
SPEAKER_07: Uh didn't say it was a different reaction.
16:27
SPEAKER_07: And I and I told y'all, I said, that's this before they brought it to criminal.
16:32
SPEAKER_07: This before that they they were starting to look into criminal cases.
16:35
SPEAKER_07: Remember, I said, wait a minute, this might be a little more serious than Diddy than expected because of that.
16:44
SPEAKER_07: Remember, I said this before they started looking into it and saying it might be criminal, and the DA and the LADA started looking at it.
16:52
SPEAKER_07: And I said that because why would Diddy say, if Diddy had to say that they performed a citizen's arrest on him, that let me know that however it went, Jonathan Hay was held against his will because Diddy had to admit it and then tried to come up with an excuse.
17:16
SPEAKER_07: A citizen's arrest, your criminal ass and all your all your help doing all this illegal activity, y'all performing a lawful citizen's arrest on people.
17:33
SPEAKER_07: I don't know about that, and I didn't know I knew it was it was a red flag.
17:39
SPEAKER_07: There was a red flag that went up uh the minute that Diddy tried to say he performed a uh a law, a lawful citizen's arrest.
17:53
SPEAKER_07: I said, no, mm-mm.
17:55
SPEAKER_07: There wasn't no citizens, whatever it was, Diddy is admitting that some some foul, some foul shit went on, and admitting that he was held against his will.
18:03
SPEAKER_07: Now held against his will, what were they doing?
18:07
SPEAKER_07: Some is Diddy trying to say that he was held against his will and he wanted to be held against his will?
18:14
SPEAKER_07: Some freaky kinky dominatrix shit.
18:20
SPEAKER_07: It don't sound right, Grandma Kathy.
18:29
SPEAKER_03: It don't sound right.
18:50
SPEAKER_07: So it's definitely, it's definitely something to think about of why is Diddy it's gotta be somebody guilty, guilt he guilty of something to admit that he held this man against his will.
19:10
SPEAKER_07: Now he went from saying it was uh how can it, and this is another question, how can one one minute, how can Diddy say it was a lawful citizen's arrest, and then the next minute he's saying that he was he he agreed he wanted to be held against his will.
19:28
SPEAKER_07: Like what makes no sense.
19:31
SPEAKER_07: Let's continue with Tinker TV bringing this news to us live.
19:36
SPEAKER_04: No actual confinement.
19:38
SPEAKER_04: He says Jonathan Hay's calls of action for false imprisonment is barred because there was no actual confinement of Jonathan Hay, and therefore, no false imprisonment as a matter of law.
19:50
SPEAKER_04: So he's saying, look, I didn't falsely imprison this guy.
19:54
SPEAKER_04: You know what I'm saying?
19:55
SPEAKER_04: How could I falsely imprison somebody who wants to be there?
19:59
SPEAKER_04: This is his first rate now.
20:01
SPEAKER_04: Now 33 y'all right there in the middle.
20:04
SPEAKER_04: Y'all see it.
20:05
SPEAKER_04: Lawful citizens arrested.
20:09
SPEAKER_04: This is Diddy.
20:13
SPEAKER_04: The plaintiff's clause, he said, Jonathan pays clause of prison.
20:18
SPEAKER_04: For false imprisonment, did he citizens bull?
20:21
SPEAKER_04: Because any of the alleged conduct was done is a false.
20:29
SPEAKER_04: No, excuse me.
20:30
SPEAKER_04: Let me repeat that again.
20:31
SPEAKER_04: All my things wrong.
20:32
SPEAKER_04: The lawful citizens arrest, right?
20:34
SPEAKER_04: So did he is using that?
20:36
SPEAKER_04: This was lawful citizens arrest at first.
20:39
SPEAKER_04: This is a this is Diddy.
20:41
SPEAKER_04: This is what he's saying.
20:43
SPEAKER_04: The plaintiff Jonathan Hay, cause of action for false imprisonment is barred because any alleged conduct was done as a lawful citizen's arrest.
21:00
SPEAKER_04: So Diddy says any of right.
21:06
SPEAKER_04: Look at this now.
21:07
SPEAKER_04: The alleged conduct that was done, Diddy says it was a lawful citizen's arrest.
21:12
SPEAKER_04: That was in his original paperwork before he found out that the LAPD is involved.
21:23
SPEAKER_04: I'm showing y'all the paperwork.
21:25
SPEAKER_04: Wrong uncut.
21:27
SPEAKER_04: Wrong uncut.
21:29
SPEAKER_04: Right?
21:30
SPEAKER_04: Diddy, he contested every single action in this write-up.
21:37
SPEAKER_04: Y'all see it.
21:38
SPEAKER_04: Y'all see it.
21:41
SPEAKER_04: Right?
21:44
SPEAKER_07: Lance Rise on Coach Reeves.
21:46
SPEAKER_07: You want to have quarterbacks play.
21:47
SPEAKER_04: Uh but before look at all of it right here.
21:53
SPEAKER_04: Number forty-two.
21:56
SPEAKER_04: Number forty-two.
22:00
SPEAKER_04: Welcomed conduct.
22:01
SPEAKER_04: And this to that dude who be wearing them big suits with the hats on, running around screaming, stop boy! Yeah, you.
22:08
SPEAKER_04: I'm talking to you.
22:09
SPEAKER_04: You said that you ain't see no homosexual activity around Diddy.
22:14
SPEAKER_04: Sir, I'm showing you the paperwork, boy.
22:17
SPEAKER_04: I'm showing you his paperwork, boy.
22:21
SPEAKER_04: His paperwork, boy.
22:22
SPEAKER_04: See, you ignore these type of topics right here.
22:25
SPEAKER_04: You don't want this type of smoke, right here.
22:27
SPEAKER_04: You ignore these topics right here.
22:29
SPEAKER_04: I ain't seen nothing.
22:30
SPEAKER_04: I ain't heard about it.
22:31
SPEAKER_04: I'm showing you.
22:33
SPEAKER_04: I'm showing you.
22:36
SPEAKER_04: Number 42.
22:38
SPEAKER_04: Plaintiff's calls of action for violation.
22:41
SPEAKER_04: Welcome conduct, y'all.
22:44
SPEAKER_04: Plaintiff's Jonathan Hayes calls of action for violation of the civil code.
22:51
SPEAKER_04: Section 51.9, which is welcome conduct, is barred by the plaintiff, Jonathan Hayes, welcoming of the alleged conduct.
23:04
SPEAKER_04: Diddy says Jonathan Hay welcomed, giving him the home alone.
23:15
SPEAKER_04: It's in the paperwork, Playboy.
23:17
SPEAKER_04: It's in the paperwork.
23:19
SPEAKER_04: It's in the paperwork.
23:20
SPEAKER_07: So Diddy is essentially admitting to Jonathan Hay, I guess performing a blowjob on him.
23:41
SPEAKER_07: I don't even know what words you can say.
23:43
SPEAKER_07: I'm trying to talk around the algorithm.
23:46
SPEAKER_07: But allegedly Diddy is admitting, but he's saying Jonathan Hay wanted to give him head.
23:58
SPEAKER_07: And Jonathan Hay is saying Diddy forced him to give him head.
24:05
SPEAKER_07: What is going on?
24:10
SPEAKER_07: What has Diddy been doing all these years, man?
24:13
SPEAKER_07: And like we always say, look, whatever you whatever you want to do, whatever floats your boat, uh sexually, that's your business.
24:22
SPEAKER_07: The only the only the only shadiness comes into play when people hide and lie and and and and and deceive people as to what's going on.
24:39
SPEAKER_03: Literally saying what is going on.
24:54
SPEAKER_07: It is crazy to think that out of all after all these years, now it's all coming out that Diddy that all the rumors behind the scenes that everybody said people was lying about.
25:06
SPEAKER_07: Now Diddy has to admit.
25:17
SPEAKER_07: What is Diddy all these years people were saying Diddy was into stuff, Diddy would lie about it, now it's all coming out, and it's starting to just realize who cares if Diddy is gay or not gay or bisexual, whatever Diddy is.
25:34
SPEAKER_07: It's the fact that you can't trust a word Diddy says.
26:29
SPEAKER_04: Right?
26:30
SPEAKER_04: So y'all see it right there.
26:33
SPEAKER_04: Then he said that he welcomed that conduct, right?
26:37
SPEAKER_04: So it was welcome, mutual, right?
26:43
SPEAKER_02: Sex orally.
26:49
SPEAKER_02: Now let's keep going.
26:50
SPEAKER_02: Let's keep going.
26:52
SPEAKER_02: Right?
26:54
SPEAKER_02: Let's keep going.
27:00
SPEAKER_04: No services provided.
27:03
SPEAKER_04: Lack of relationship.
27:04
SPEAKER_04: So Diddy says, I didn't provide him a service.
27:11
SPEAKER_04: Let's read what Diddy said, right?
27:14
SPEAKER_04: Now remember, read, remember the allegations.
27:18
SPEAKER_04: Jonathan Hayes says that Diddy did a couple things.
27:23
SPEAKER_04: He yanked off in front of him, squeezed on that Biggie shirt, threw it at him, and then when he saw him again, he made him give him top.
27:36
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he made him put his nuts in his mouth.
27:38
SPEAKER_04: That's what he said.
27:40
SPEAKER_04: Right?
27:44
SPEAKER_04: Number 44.
27:47
SPEAKER_04: Diddy says that Jonathan Hay, the plaintiff's calls of action for a violation of Civil Code Section 51.9 fails as a matter of law, and that Jonathan Hay, the plaintiff, fails to establish the existence of a covered relationship under the statute as defendants were not providing.
28:12
SPEAKER_04: Let me repeat this again.
28:13
SPEAKER_04: Diddy says he, the defendant, wasn't providing any services to Jonathan Hay, the plaintiff.
28:22
SPEAKER_04: But rather, it was the complete and total opposite.
28:29
SPEAKER_04: He said that Jonathan Hay was providing a service to him.
28:35
SPEAKER_04: How y'all gonna stand behind this, bro?
28:38
SPEAKER_07: So, so as we can see there, Diddy is admitting that him, like Jonathan Hay and him had something going on.
28:48
SPEAKER_07: This is nasty stuff.
28:52
SPEAKER_07: But he is saying that it was consensual or saying that Jonathan Hay wanted to do it.
29:00
SPEAKER_07: And also saying that he didn't do anything to Jonathan.
29:03
SPEAKER_07: Jonathan did all the servicing.
29:09
SPEAKER_07: This industry is just I'm not even gonna say it's crumbling.
29:14
SPEAKER_07: It has crumbled.
29:17
SPEAKER_07: Uh Diddy and that whole era, it's crazy.
29:24
SPEAKER_07: That whole era is came crashing down, man.
29:33
SPEAKER_07: We don't know what the fuck to believe.
29:35
SPEAKER_07: And well, we know what to believe.
29:36
SPEAKER_07: We believe that they're nasty predatorial perverts.
29:40
SPEAKER_07: But Diddy has denounced and fought off all those rumors of him being extra with the sexuality and doing all types of strange things and different things and being bi or whatever it is.
30:01
SPEAKER_07: Like I said, do what you do, do whatever you want to do with yours, but the problem comes in when you lie and deceive people and and and and and and and have people thinking you one way, but you actually not.
30:18
SPEAKER_07: Now it's like, okay, we don't know what the fuck to believe.
30:21
SPEAKER_07: We can't believe anything you say.
30:23
SPEAKER_07: If you if you will lie about your sexuality, and pretty much you lie about anything, um, and that's the problem.
30:33
SPEAKER_07: Because like I said, these these uh Alec accusations have been out about Diddy since I've known about Diddy.
30:44
SPEAKER_07: Well, no, I won't say no.
30:45
SPEAKER_07: I didn't I didn't I found out just about Diddy probably in the early 2000s.
30:50
SPEAKER_07: Um in the 90s, of course, I didn't I didn't I didn't hear nothing.
30:53
SPEAKER_07: I thought Diddy was just a regular regular artist performing, dancing, you know, rapping, singing, whatever.
31:01
SPEAKER_07: Uh, and then it wasn't till like the early 2000s when I start when I start being in uh being in the industry, running around rapping and being in the circles, and I start being in different circles where I start getting the inside information.
31:18
SPEAKER_07: So that was like early, I would say like 2004, 5, 2006, like right up in there is when I learned I started learning about the Diddler and learning about this this uh alternative lifestyle that he had.
31:36
SPEAKER_07: Uh that he painted one picture to the public, but behind the scenes, he was the Diddler and doing different diddly things with his with his itty bitty diddy.
31:48
SPEAKER_07: And like I said, mind you, now I think about it, it's 2026.
31:53
SPEAKER_07: This was 20 years ago.
31:57
SPEAKER_07: 20 years ago, and a little even more than 20 years ago.
32:00
SPEAKER_07: Just think that's when I heard about it.
32:02
SPEAKER_07: But when I was when I was being told about what was going on, you gotta remember, diddy was they already knew.
32:10
SPEAKER_07: So we're talking about probably 30 years that Diddy just been going on, and he denied it and he hid it for as long as he could, and now with this case and him being in prison, and nobody's scared of Diddy anymore, nobody's scared about what he might say or do.
32:31
SPEAKER_07: We got all kinds of skeletons and shit that Diddy tried to lie about, it's all being talked about and put in the public now.
32:43
SPEAKER_04: And then he gets mad.
32:44
SPEAKER_04: Y'all niggas stand behind this stuff, bro.
32:46
SPEAKER_04: You know when I get up here and cook, nigga, it's presidential, baby.
32:51
SPEAKER_04: He said that he wasn't the one that was given the service, but it was in reverse.
33:02
SPEAKER_04: Do y'all not see this?
33:04
SPEAKER_04: I'm showing you this on paperwork.
33:07
SPEAKER_04: I'm showing y'all this on pre special label.
33:09
SPEAKER_04: I'm showing you on paperwork.
33:10
SPEAKER_04: I'm giving you the unadulterated paperwork.
33:16
SPEAKER_04: There is no question around his paperwork.
33:19
SPEAKER_04: He found it.
33:20
SPEAKER_04: This is before he found out that the LAPD was investigating him.
33:27
SPEAKER_04: So you can't even deny that Jonathan Hay was there.
33:31
SPEAKER_04: You can't deny that something happened.
33:34
SPEAKER_04: The only thing that's in question was was it consenting or not?
33:41
SPEAKER_04: Now hold on, y'all.
33:42
SPEAKER_04: Because I ain't finished yet.
33:44
SPEAKER_04: I ain't finished yet.
33:46
SPEAKER_04: I ain't finished yet.
33:48
SPEAKER_00: Right.
33:52
SPEAKER_04: Now severe or emotional distress.
34:04
SPEAKER_04: Number 45.
34:05
SPEAKER_04: Giddy says that the alleged acts that Jonathan Hay alleged on him as a defendant were not outrageous, not intentional or reckless, and that Jonathan Hay did not suffer severe emotional distress as a result of Giddy's alleged acts.
34:35
SPEAKER_03: Number 46, and this is the most diabolical of them all.
34:40
SPEAKER_04: You can't get around this.
34:42
SPEAKER_04: You can't beat this with a stick.
34:43
SPEAKER_07: Now listen to this one, y'all.
34:46
SPEAKER_04: Willful misconduct.
34:50
SPEAKER_04: Diddy say that based on information and belief, that Jonathan Hay deliberately, intentionally, and or wantingly, he said he wanted it, y'all.
35:07
SPEAKER_04: Read that right there.
35:09
SPEAKER_04: Read that right there.
35:11
SPEAKER_04: Based on information and belief.
35:16
SPEAKER_04: Diddy says that Jonathan Hay deliberately, intentionally, and or wantedly engaged in willful misconduct, knowing or appreciating the risk of harm may result, and therefore, Jonathan Hay cannot maintain this action to recover alleged damages, if any, that proximately resulted therefrom.
35:44
SPEAKER_07: So he's saying Jonathan Hay wanted it.
35:47
SPEAKER_04: Are you guys not understanding what um the words that are coming out of my mouth?
35:53
SPEAKER_07: This is gonna be a dangerous case for Diddy.
35:56
SPEAKER_07: Diddy better hope Jonathan Hay is lying.
36:02
SPEAKER_07: I just don't think Jonathan Hay is lying, though.
36:05
SPEAKER_07: Oh goodness gracious, bro.
36:07
SPEAKER_07: Oh man, bro.
36:09
SPEAKER_07: I don't think he's lying.
36:12
SPEAKER_07: Um, he already filed a police report before.
36:17
unknown: He goes on.
36:19
SPEAKER_03: This getting deep.
36:21
SPEAKER_03: He went for it all.
36:23
SPEAKER_03: Right?
36:25
SPEAKER_03: And for that dude with the big suits, who be walking around here screaming sidebar.
36:32
SPEAKER_04: Since you all in paperwork, like what?
36:35
SPEAKER_07: This is crazy work.
36:36
SPEAKER_04: Pick up this paperwork right here.
36:38
SPEAKER_04: Now, this was dated August 24th, 2026.
36:42
SPEAKER_04: That's very important.
36:43
SPEAKER_04: And Diddy's lawyers, attorneys, for defendant Sean Combs.
36:49
SPEAKER_04: Right here.
36:51
SPEAKER_07: Let's go to the comments.
36:53
SPEAKER_07: Uh Enoch says Jonathan not lying.
36:58
SPEAKER_07: Uh Sharon says Jonathan didn't want to be done like that.
37:02
SPEAKER_07: I agree.
37:08
SPEAKER_07: Gerald says crazy work.
37:12
SPEAKER_07: Hood psycho say morning.
37:18
SPEAKER_07: LA prosecutors.
37:23
SPEAKER_03: Against Diddy.
37:25
SPEAKER_04: And all these reports came out.
37:28
SPEAKER_04: As you guys can see the date right there, it's very small.
37:31
SPEAKER_04: But you can look it up yourselves.
37:34
SPEAKER_07: Somebody said Diddy is desperate.
37:37
unknown: 2026.
37:40
SPEAKER_07: What's up, Grandma Kathy said Diddy is desperate.
37:46
SPEAKER_07: Sharon said Diddy essayed Jonathan in New York and LA.
37:52
SPEAKER_07: April 24th.
37:55
SPEAKER_07: 2026.
37:57
SPEAKER_07: Now yeah, Diddy messed up on this one real bad, y'all.
38:04
SPEAKER_04: The report I showed you guys.
38:06
SPEAKER_07: It came out today.
38:10
SPEAKER_07: Nah, and they say because of this, Diddy is nervous.
38:16
SPEAKER_07: Why did they say he's running scared?
38:20
SPEAKER_04: Because ever since Diddy found out that the LAPD were investigating him on criminal charges.
38:34
SPEAKER_04: Because remember, everybody's asking, well, where's all the other charges at?
38:37
SPEAKER_04: The criminal stuff.
38:38
SPEAKER_04: Everybody was clowning because they didn't see it.
38:40
SPEAKER_04: Smash the like button.
38:41
SPEAKER_04: We should have all the likes up.
38:43
SPEAKER_04: Hit the like button by the way.
38:45
SPEAKER_04: You guys, and I break it down to y'all.
38:46
SPEAKER_04: Perfectly executed.
38:53
SPEAKER_04: What he got with says Jonathan Hay, that the LAPD was serious about this case.
39:04
SPEAKER_04: And that they had multiple charges that was presented to the prosecutor's office, the district attorney to see if they're going to go ahead and prosecute Diddy.
39:15
SPEAKER_04: Right.
39:20
SPEAKER_04: He then changed his statements.
39:24
SPEAKER_04: This is the news statements from Diddy's lawyers.
39:30
SPEAKER_04: Dated June the eleventh, 2026.
39:45
SPEAKER_04: And in the new statements.
39:49
SPEAKER_04: In the new statements.
39:51
SPEAKER_04: Best there is.
39:53
SPEAKER_07: Best there was.
39:55
SPEAKER_07: And best there.
40:03
SPEAKER_07: With the minor cases as well.
40:05
SPEAKER_07: Enoch said, plus the minor cases on top of it.
40:08
SPEAKER_07: Diddy is running scared in the prison.
40:11
SPEAKER_07: He knows there's a strong possibility that they are bringing criminal.
40:16
SPEAKER_07: If they bring criminal charges, if they bring criminal charges in LA, that's going to wipe Diddy out.
40:28
SPEAKER_07: If they bring criminal charges on this case in LA, that is going to wipe Diddy out.
40:36
SPEAKER_07: I guarantee it.
40:38
SPEAKER_07: That is all it's going to take.
40:42
SPEAKER_07: Criminal charges to come down the pipe.
40:47
SPEAKER_07: So we're going to have to stay tuned for that.
41:02
SPEAKER_07: This will be crazy.
41:05
SPEAKER_07: I think this case will have a worse outcome than Diddy for Diddy than that first case.
41:12
SPEAKER_07: I don't even think it's going to be close because this is going to be one person, a man who has his own career, his own life, his own everything.
41:24
SPEAKER_07: And apparently he's saying he has receipts of saying that he was basically raped by Diddy and forced and kidnapped.
41:33
SPEAKER_07: If they prove this shit, Diddy got hell to pay.
42:59
SPEAKER_07: First of all, in his receipts, because remember, we were going back and forth.
43:02
SPEAKER_07: Like, I wonder, is it video?
43:03
SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
43:04
SPEAKER_07: Is it a strong win?
43:06
SPEAKER_07: It's something where Diddy had to admit it.
43:10
SPEAKER_07: And we still don't know, but it's some it's a smoking gun out there somewhere.
43:15
SPEAKER_06: We were saying that, bro.
43:17
SPEAKER_07: Mm-hmm.
43:18
SPEAKER_07: We said that we we we we we said that we was like, nah, hold on.
43:25
SPEAKER_07: For Diddy to have to say it was a lawful citizen's arrest, which means somehow they held him against his will, like, or else they wouldn't admit that shit.
43:35
SPEAKER_07: And then to say it was consensual and blah blah blah.
43:40
SPEAKER_06: I just don't think if it was consensual, I just don't think Johnny uh the bruh, if it was realistically, bro, if it was consensual, we wouldn't what nobody make a big damn deal about it.
43:51
SPEAKER_07: Exactly.
43:52
SPEAKER_07: That's what I'm saying.
43:53
SPEAKER_07: It don't say what what are you gonna do?
43:55
SPEAKER_07: All this for some consensual shit.
43:57
SPEAKER_06: I just don't think something that you wanted, yeah.
44:00
SPEAKER_06: Like, no, that don't make sense, bro.
44:04
SPEAKER_06: Like, not at all.
44:05
SPEAKER_07: Police reports and all of that, and throwing his name under the bus.
44:08
SPEAKER_07: Like, like for him to come out and just if if Jonathan Hay was just completely lying, I just don't see it.
44:15
SPEAKER_06: Man, like shit.
44:16
SPEAKER_06: Like, that's what I'm saying.
44:17
SPEAKER_06: If that's something that you like, if that's something that you seek and that you looking for, you see it, you're gonna want to dub back, probably.
44:24
SPEAKER_06: Why would you compromise something you might want to dub back on?
44:27
SPEAKER_07: Right.
44:28
SPEAKER_07: And on top of it, it seemed like if it was consensual, you would have hella Diddy would have hella evidence to show it was consensual, whether it was text messages, whether it's video footage, whether it's something, you know, he would have some footage to show, like, nah, this is consensual.
44:44
SPEAKER_06: But this is what this motherfucker said.
44:46
SPEAKER_07: Look, he ain't got you don't got none of that.
44:49
SPEAKER_07: Because if it was out there, I don't even think Jonathan would even take it this far.
44:52
SPEAKER_06: If it's if it's if it's text if he had like an inclination, like, yeah, no, he he got a damn.
44:59
SPEAKER_06: I do remember when I said this, or he could have said he was confused or something, he wouldn't even be saying, like, no, he knows it ain't nothing.
45:09
SPEAKER_07: And Jonathan said he don't want a payment, he wants accountability.
45:14
SPEAKER_07: See, that hurts too.
45:15
SPEAKER_07: And that and see, that's what I'm saying.
45:16
SPEAKER_07: Another thing is now I I can't count John, I can't count his pockets, but um, it I I uh from what I hear about him, he seemed like he pretty self- you know, like he he okay, like he don't seem like he broke and you know, out here looking for money, like John.
45:34
SPEAKER_07: Right, you know what I'm saying?
45:34
SPEAKER_07: Look like he got his own career, his own shit.
45:38
SPEAKER_07: So that's another thing that makes it like this.
45:42
SPEAKER_07: Why would he lie?
45:42
SPEAKER_07: What he lying for?
45:44
SPEAKER_07: And he ain't asking for like he was never out for money.
45:47
SPEAKER_07: Because if he was, he would have got it, you know.
45:48
SPEAKER_06: He could have got he would have said he would have settled that and co he wouldn't have had the it would have just been cut cutting drugs, nice little settlement for him.
45:56
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, nice little settlement.
45:57
SPEAKER_07: He don't want that, he don't want that, and so when you add up all that, yeah, uh you know I said, Yep, he's a publicist, and he was a publicist for some famous people, too.
46:07
SPEAKER_06: So, yeah, he I think one he the publicist for Rihanna, too.
46:10
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I think it was so yeah, he's what's it tripping.
46:15
SPEAKER_07: He's yeah, he ain't tripping on no money, so that's why that's why this looks bad, bad for Diddy, and probably you gotta think when this was happening, diddy was in his uh sugar knight everybody scared of me moment time.
46:31
SPEAKER_07: So when it happened, I'm sure Jonathan, hey, diddy have so much power and and and and was out here.
46:38
SPEAKER_07: Probably thought Jonathan would never say nothing, or you know what I'm saying?
46:42
SPEAKER_07: Yep, and then with all this happening, it empowered Jonathan to be like, you know what, let me come out and speak and speak on this shit.
46:51
SPEAKER_06: Um this motherfucker tripping.
46:54
SPEAKER_06: Let me shut this down.
46:56
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, let me let me let me speak on this.
46:58
SPEAKER_07: He in jail, he his money low, you know what I mean?
47:01
SPEAKER_07: So it people ain't as scared, and that's what's dangerous about somebody with the type of power and clout and deviance type shit that did he have.
47:10
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, it's all good until you get caught with your pants down.
47:16
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, well, in his case, that shit was numerous times, huh?
47:19
SPEAKER_06: That's it.
47:20
SPEAKER_06: In his case, it was numerous times, yeah.
47:23
SPEAKER_07: And they seen that little micro joint, man, and and and once your pants down and everybody can come out the woodwork, and and now they feel empowered to say you did this, you did that.
47:33
SPEAKER_07: That's what that's why the same thing to R.
47:35
SPEAKER_06: Kelly, yeah.
47:37
SPEAKER_06: Once you get exposed, they was pouring in like like a motherfucking clown car.
47:44
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, look, look around.
47:45
SPEAKER_07: He was case, he was he had three, four cases to fight after he had life type shit.
47:52
SPEAKER_07: Man, remember they were shipping them in.
47:54
SPEAKER_07: You got a case in Chicago, you got a case in New York, another one it's like, and that's what's going on with Diddy, and that's why I said from the beginning he was gonna get more charges because I just know it's a hella skeletons out there, and now he is not in a position where ain't nobody worried about him, ain't nobody scared of him.
48:14
SPEAKER_07: And unfortunately for him, he did some shit allegedly to some people who actually got their life together.
48:23
SPEAKER_07: That's that's what you know.
48:24
SPEAKER_07: I mean, when it ain't somebody just looking for a handout, people look at it different, even down to that minor child actor who I would I want to know who that is.
48:33
SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah, that's man.
48:34
SPEAKER_06: They're gonna have to spill the beans over.
48:36
SPEAKER_07: Hey, chat.
48:38
SPEAKER_06: Where Gerald at Gerald.
48:40
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, the child actor, Gerald.
48:43
SPEAKER_06: Gerald knows he knows actor.
48:46
SPEAKER_07: Y'all give us some some put some suggestions in the chat.
48:49
SPEAKER_07: I can't put my finger on who that child actor is that suing Diddy for uh making him for sucking him off or whatever.
49:01
SPEAKER_07: It's the boy from Nickelodeon.
49:03
SPEAKER_07: Which boy?
49:04
SPEAKER_07: Thank you.
49:09
SPEAKER_06: Appreciate it.
49:09
SPEAKER_06: We need smoking guns.
49:11
SPEAKER_07: We need some names.
49:13
SPEAKER_06: Come on, you know what I mean, man.
49:15
SPEAKER_07: Said the black hair with glasses on Nickelodeon.
49:21
SPEAKER_07: Okay, hood, hood psycho said they might go get his name.
49:26
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, because I I want to know.
49:28
SPEAKER_07: I have no I don't think it's Orlando Brown.
49:34
SPEAKER_07: He been just too wild.
49:37
SPEAKER_07: He ain't even sat his ass down and did a uh a structured lawsuit.
49:41
SPEAKER_07: I don't know.
49:42
SPEAKER_07: But Gerald say Orlando Brown.
49:43
SPEAKER_07: I don't think it's Orlando Brown.
49:45
SPEAKER_06: What do you think?
49:46
SPEAKER_06: I don't, but you know, Gerald is a certified source, though.
49:49
SPEAKER_06: We can't Gerald got the crystal ball.
49:52
SPEAKER_06: We can't really question because questioning Gerald is above our pay grade.
50:00
SPEAKER_07: I think it was the one who played Jet Jackson.
50:04
SPEAKER_07: I think Hood Hood Psycho might buy though.
50:08
SPEAKER_07: What what they say?
50:10
SPEAKER_06: No, if he he talking about that uh if it was the oh uh boy that played uh Jet Jackson.
50:16
SPEAKER_06: Because remember, he had what's the name of Sil who?
50:20
SPEAKER_06: Uh the dude that played the famous Jet Jackson on the D.
50:23
SPEAKER_06: That was the Disney channel, though.
50:25
SPEAKER_06: That wasn't Nickelodeon.
50:27
SPEAKER_06: That was Disney?
50:28
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that was the Disney channel.
50:31
SPEAKER_07: Okay.
50:35
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, I remember that D Denise uh Wendy Williams told everyone about Diddy back in the 90s and he got her kicked off the radio.
50:43
SPEAKER_06: Yes, he had to go get on the radio in Philly or something.
50:45
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, I remember that.
50:49
SPEAKER_07: He unalived himself, so no calling him to the stand.
50:52
SPEAKER_07: Who unalived himself?
50:53
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, D, I remember that.
50:55
SPEAKER_07: And I do remember Wendy Williams being uh catching a lot of flat.
51:03
SPEAKER_07: Um, and and did he pressed up on her and everything about that shit.
51:10
SPEAKER_07: Gerald said he ain't no psychic.
51:16
SPEAKER_07: The psychic Gerald.
51:19
SPEAKER_07: But yeah, so who uh oh he possibly get he but uh the one guy uh or one person hood psycho getting that getting a name for us too.
51:27
SPEAKER_07: I want to know who that child actor is.
51:31
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, that's another one, like I said, did he got people who because I said even from what I'm hearing, I haven't heard who it is, but people said because a couple people said they couldn't say who it was and they knew who it was.
51:44
SPEAKER_07: Um, but they were saying that all they can say is that they ain't broke.
51:50
SPEAKER_07: So they ain't it, ain't somebody broke looking for a payday, it's an actual person who who, if they was lying, got probably more to lose from lying than to gain from winning, you know what I'm saying?
52:01
SPEAKER_07: So that's I just don't know who the fuck it is yet, though.
52:05
SPEAKER_06: Man, for real, it's really gonna take Justin, like Justin's gonna have to pop out and say what he got to say.
52:12
SPEAKER_06: Who is that?
52:13
SPEAKER_06: Uh Bieber.
52:15
SPEAKER_06: Oh, B.
52:16
SPEAKER_06: He's gonna have to pop out.
52:19
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
52:19
SPEAKER_06: I mean, he's cool and like he being cool, like he be cool, but he's gonna have to pop out eventually.
52:24
SPEAKER_06: Oh, okay.
52:25
SPEAKER_06: You're gonna have to cut the cut the head off the dragon, man.
52:28
SPEAKER_06: Cut the head off the snake.
52:29
SPEAKER_07: While we waiting for uh for uh Hood, the Hood PDA or whatever that name is to tell us who they who he thinks the uh child actor is.
52:40
SPEAKER_07: Uh yeah, they say he's 40 years old.
52:43
SPEAKER_07: Uh man, 50 Cent said, and this is this is a story going around.
52:51
SPEAKER_06: Man, what 50 talking about now, man?
52:53
SPEAKER_07: 50 talking about Floyd, he said.
52:55
SPEAKER_06: Man, speaking of 50, man, you did you you watch Raz and Canaan?
53:00
SPEAKER_07: No, I'm supposed to.
53:02
SPEAKER_06: Oh bruh, they out the gate with man, that first episode was crazy.
53:08
SPEAKER_07: For real?
53:09
SPEAKER_06: Crazy.
53:10
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, we supposed to be watching.
53:11
SPEAKER_07: I was supposed to, we supposed to already watch it.
53:12
SPEAKER_07: Um maybe I'll watch it tonight then.
53:14
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, man, I'm talking about crazy.
53:18
SPEAKER_06: Like, just man, just from as soon as it starts, because you know how it ended last season with uh with Kane having his uh mama, he had her at gunpoint and shit, and then you just heard the gun go off.
53:31
SPEAKER_06: It starts from there.
53:32
SPEAKER_06: And it it's roller coasters, man.
53:37
SPEAKER_06: And it's the final season, he done he done did his shit already.
53:41
SPEAKER_06: 50 knows how to do them series.
53:43
SPEAKER_06: For one episode, one fucking episode, I'm like, yeah, this season is gonna be dope.
53:47
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, this shit gonna be crazy.
53:49
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I got that.
53:50
SPEAKER_06: And then you know after the first episode, they be showing like this season on even looking at that shit.
53:56
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, man, yeah, 50 50.
53:58
SPEAKER_06: He's gonna have this shit go out with a bang.
54:00
SPEAKER_06: And then you know after that, the power origins coming up.
54:04
SPEAKER_06: So it's gonna be like the young Tommy and ghost.
54:08
SPEAKER_06: Right, right, right, right.
54:09
SPEAKER_06: That shit, that shit gonna be rough.
54:11
SPEAKER_06: Right.
54:12
SPEAKER_07: Let me let me, I'm glad somebody said so.
54:14
SPEAKER_07: Okay, Orlando Brown is 38, so it ain't Orlando.
54:19
SPEAKER_07: Who is this?
54:22
SPEAKER_07: Said, hey, why y'all don't expose the so white petty out there?
54:28
SPEAKER_07: It's a plot to keep brothers from uniting.
54:30
SPEAKER_07: Jay Hoover said black unity is the realest threat to America.
54:40
SPEAKER_06: Welcome to your for the your show.
54:41
SPEAKER_07: Welcome to the show for your first day.
54:43
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, we obviously know it's your first day.
54:47
SPEAKER_06: Got to got to know it, man.
54:49
SPEAKER_06: Got to know it.
54:50
SPEAKER_07: We we we literally talk about everybody up here.
54:53
SPEAKER_07: Everybody, everybody gets smoked.
54:54
SPEAKER_06: We don't go see Ellen DeGeneres.
55:00
SPEAKER_07: What can we what can we do white today?
55:01
SPEAKER_07: What can we do black today?
55:03
SPEAKER_07: What can no?
55:03
SPEAKER_07: We just the news comes through and we talk about what it was what's interesting to us and our in our community that supports us, not people like you who come in one day.
55:14
SPEAKER_07: You don't get to tell us what to talk about.
55:16
SPEAKER_07: The people who who suggest what we talk about, they be supporting us show after show after show for hundreds of shows.
55:23
SPEAKER_07: That's who get to say what we talk about, not anybody just popping in.
55:28
SPEAKER_07: You don't get to do that, you earn a word and and uh on this show.
55:34
SPEAKER_07: So uh like like like C Tuck said, thank you for your first show.
55:38
SPEAKER_07: Hopefully, you stay around a while and you'll earn some stripes to say what we should talk about.
55:43
SPEAKER_07: But we put in too much work and too much dedication to our craft and our work, um, for to let anybody who don't who haven't put in no work with us and supported us to have any suggestions about what we talk about, just to be honest.
55:57
SPEAKER_07: Um, but like I said, we don't go in here.
55:59
SPEAKER_07: Me and C Tuck don't be like, oh, what's some white people we could talk about tomorrow, or what's some black people we could talk about tomorrow?
56:06
SPEAKER_07: We just talk about the news as it comes and whatever we want to talk about.
56:11
SPEAKER_06: But no, we do we do talk, but just to inform you to ask you a question, we do talk about that.
56:17
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, we talk about everything.
56:20
SPEAKER_07: It ain't not it ain't nothing, no race, no gender that's safe.
56:24
SPEAKER_07: If you do some foul shit, you're gonna be talked about on the show.
56:29
SPEAKER_07: You're gonna say what we feel about it, and so are all all our all our people in the chat and whoever else.
56:35
SPEAKER_07: So thank you for the comment.
56:36
SPEAKER_07: Hope you hang around and be here for a while, then maybe down the line, maybe you can suggest some something to talk about, but you don't get to come in here one show one one time for five seconds and think you're gonna control the whole show.
56:49
SPEAKER_07: It don't work like that.
56:51
SPEAKER_07: Life don't work like that.
56:52
SPEAKER_07: That's the problem these days.
56:54
SPEAKER_07: People don't want to earn nothing, like like back in the day, it was earned this these days.
57:00
SPEAKER_07: A person you couldn't have been built something your whole back, your whole sweat and tears for four years grinding, and you got somebody like this who come in for two seconds, ain't never know nothing, ain't helped, and try to tell you what you should do with your platform.
57:20
SPEAKER_07: It ain't how it works.
57:22
SPEAKER_07: Moving right along.
57:27
SPEAKER_06: What Gerald say he says Trump had that big UFC event at the White House because he dying in August.
57:39
SPEAKER_06: He said he got that from a psyche.
57:42
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, look, hey, look, look, look, look at Sharon.
57:44
SPEAKER_07: We have talked about the white petty Epstein till we blew in the face, man.
57:51
SPEAKER_06: Ellen de generalist, everybody.
57:53
SPEAKER_07: If he is he white enough for us for anybody out there that want to know about what we we we beat Epstein to the ground.
58:01
SPEAKER_07: We still meant that the that that that the files ain't got exposed, man.
58:05
SPEAKER_06: Ash and culture, oh everybody.
58:07
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, ash and culture, uh Brian, Elon ass, Trump, every chance we get.
58:13
SPEAKER_07: Come on now.
58:14
SPEAKER_07: It ain't even about it.
58:16
SPEAKER_07: I don't even know how you can say that.
58:18
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, we talk about we talk about righteousness, man.
58:21
SPEAKER_06: Exactly.
58:22
SPEAKER_06: That's what we that's what we that's what we stand on.
58:25
SPEAKER_06: We stand on the square of righteousness.
58:28
SPEAKER_07: Black or white.
58:29
SPEAKER_07: We need to talk about it.
58:30
SPEAKER_06: And we and we and we get to the bottom of anything opposing that.
58:36
SPEAKER_06: They say Jay-Z next.
58:38
SPEAKER_07: I I like how I like what Elise said.
58:42
SPEAKER_06: Man.
58:45
SPEAKER_06: Grandma Kathy said we even talk about orange people.
58:48
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, yeah.
58:49
SPEAKER_07: We even talk about tell them, Kathy.
58:51
SPEAKER_07: We even talk about orange people, Kathy.
58:53
SPEAKER_07: It's like whatever.
58:54
SPEAKER_07: It's uh it's not about who cut, like we're talking about it all.
58:58
SPEAKER_07: Because when you do, when you do nail uh focus on particular colors, that's divisive.
59:06
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, so even coming like that is divisive.
59:09
SPEAKER_07: Like, don't just talk about what comes down the pipeline.
59:15
SPEAKER_07: That's it.
59:16
SPEAKER_07: Don't make it a color.
59:17
SPEAKER_07: Don't make it, oh, we gotta okay.
59:19
SPEAKER_07: Since today we talked about black people, we talked about Diddy, so tomorrow we gotta talk about white people.
59:26
SPEAKER_07: Like, come on, man.
59:27
SPEAKER_07: We that I could never do a show like that.
59:29
SPEAKER_07: That don't that don't even feel real.
59:32
SPEAKER_07: Whatever comes down the pipe, we talk about it.
59:34
SPEAKER_07: But I tell you this uh before we get out of here.
59:39
SPEAKER_07: Oh, so what I was saying before I was uh rulely interrupted by somebody who stopped in the show for two seconds and wanted control and think they could tell the whole what the whole show should talk about.
59:53
SPEAKER_07: Uh 50 Cent said Floyd Mayweather, he posted an article, Floyd Mayweather fessed facing felony charges for passing a bad check.
1:00:02
SPEAKER_07: And he said, Damn, champ, what the fuck is up?
1:00:05
SPEAKER_07: If you need some money, just call me.
1:00:07
SPEAKER_07: We could have kept this shit from getting so messy.
1:00:10
SPEAKER_07: Now the feds looking for you.
1:00:12
SPEAKER_07: Love you, bro.
1:00:13
SPEAKER_07: I'm not mad at you no more.
1:00:15
SPEAKER_07: Call me.
1:00:16
SPEAKER_07: And he posted it on his Instagram.
1:00:18
SPEAKER_07: And then everybody, even down the ESPN, damn posted about this$200,000 check that that Floyd wrote for uh for Rolex or uh Otomar Brigitte or some shit.
1:00:32
SPEAKER_07: It says Floyd Floyd Mayweather faces felony charges over a luxury watch.
1:00:39
SPEAKER_07: It's going down, man.
1:00:40
SPEAKER_07: What is going on with Floyd Mayweather?
1:00:44
SPEAKER_07: 50 on his ass, though.
1:00:46
SPEAKER_07: I tell you that, man.
1:00:46
SPEAKER_07: He he they they looking for him.
1:00:48
SPEAKER_07: He got he he he faces felony charges over this shit.
1:00:52
SPEAKER_07: And they talking about, I mean, you know, not to say he's gonna get no time, but they saying he could get some time for this shit.
1:01:04
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, so Floyd got some shit going on.
1:01:07
SPEAKER_07: They say the potential consequences if convicted of fraud is uh one to four years, but if he's convicted of the theft uh felony theft charge, which is the other charge, they're talking about that range from one to 20 years.
1:01:26
SPEAKER_07: So it's something serious, and also let's look out for that.
1:01:30
SPEAKER_07: But before we get out of here, I just want to say, man, I meant I wish they would have let Carmelo Anthony take the stand, man.
1:01:39
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, I wish they would have let him take the stand, man.
1:01:42
SPEAKER_07: Because like I've heard people say this before.
1:01:45
SPEAKER_07: Um, we hearing about everything except for um, we hearing from everybody except for him, man.
1:01:51
SPEAKER_07: And that's another thing.
1:01:53
SPEAKER_07: I don't know when you fearing for your life and you had to defend yourself, you got you gotta let the person take the stand.
1:02:03
SPEAKER_03: How can you defend for defend yourself and then end up getting damn near 40 years and never had a chance to say nothing?
1:02:18
SPEAKER_03: Never had a chance to say anything.
1:02:30
SPEAKER_07: It's just sad, bro.
1:02:31
SPEAKER_07: I wish he would have taken the stand so he could tell his side of the story and explain to him, explain to everybody what he was feeling.
1:02:40
SPEAKER_07: I I just think I don't know if that was if that was part of the setup.
1:02:45
SPEAKER_07: You know, we it's so weird.
1:02:46
SPEAKER_07: I don't know, but how the hell, and I don't care what's going on, he should have taken the stand, man.
1:02:53
SPEAKER_07: I mean they should have let him take the stand, or he should have, they shouldn't have kept kept him from not speaking, man.
1:02:58
SPEAKER_07: Or something like that, when your life on the line and you had to defend yourself, people gonna want to hear the jury gotta want to hear from you.
1:03:07
SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
1:03:07
SPEAKER_07: No, do you what do you think that was about?
1:03:09
SPEAKER_06: Do you think his lawyer was in a pocket?
1:03:15
SPEAKER_07: Yeah.
1:03:16
SPEAKER_06: So that was like that.
1:03:18
SPEAKER_06: Any lawyer will let you let the person take the stand.
1:03:29
SPEAKER_07: Well, hey, Gerald, the only thing is I I I I understand Gerald said I'm in Texas.
1:03:34
SPEAKER_07: That would have never worked out for him.
1:03:36
SPEAKER_07: Well, did this work out for him?
1:03:39
SPEAKER_07: Like, he basically got life.
1:03:43
SPEAKER_07: So I don't think it, I don't think it could have got no worse if he took the stand, but it just just and hopefully the appeal, whatever, but just to do have to do 35, just imagine having to do 35 years knowing that you never even got a chance to speak for yourself.
1:04:00
SPEAKER_07: If that you know, if like if the if he don't get a chance to do an appeal or whatever, or however that goes, I'm just saying, let's say the appeal don't work out, nothing don't work out.
1:04:10
SPEAKER_07: I'm just saying, as of what's going on right now, just imagine having to do 35 years, and in your mind you was defending yourself, and you never even got a chance to speak on your own behalf at all.
1:04:27
SPEAKER_07: Just think of the regret as you get older that's gonna that that that that can seep in.
1:04:32
SPEAKER_07: You know what I'm saying?
1:04:33
SPEAKER_07: Like, damn, I didn't even what if I would have talked?
1:04:36
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, it's like it's it's it's like he's gonna have to live with that regret until something changes around.
1:04:43
SPEAKER_07: Um, I I I I I I I uh taking the consideration for sure what you're saying, Gerald, you in Texas, I'm not so uh it may have been difficult, but I'm just looking at the regret end of it, and I'm being I'm being a Monday morning quarterback saying that him not speaking didn't work out either.
1:05:02
SPEAKER_07: So he got the full basically damn pretty much the full charge.
1:05:06
SPEAKER_07: So we do know that didn't work either, but um just to not have to live with so many crazy regrets.
1:05:13
SPEAKER_07: As he gets older, he's still a little boy now.
1:05:15
SPEAKER_07: As he gets older, if he's still in prison, if he if he's not able to get the appeal, the older he gets, the more he's gonna be pissed off that he wasn't able to speak for himself as he grow into a man.
1:05:26
SPEAKER_07: Um, so I just want to share that.
1:05:28
SPEAKER_07: I just was we never really spoke on that while we talked about.
1:05:31
SPEAKER_07: I'm like, man, I wish that he would have had a chance to uh speak for himself.
1:05:37
SPEAKER_06: Then yeah, Grandma Kathy, I did uh Elon had went, uh took SpaceX public.
1:05:46
SPEAKER_06: I R PO he became the first trillionaire.
1:05:49
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, and and and they say not really the world's first technically, because technically Massa Musa was, but if you're talking about president.
1:06:00
SPEAKER_06: Right, right.
1:06:01
SPEAKER_06: He's a he's a trillion he a trillionaire.
1:06:04
SPEAKER_07: And they say your first trillion is the hardest to make your next trillion easy.
1:06:11
SPEAKER_07: I know that's not the way they say it like that.
1:06:15
SPEAKER_07: First trillion is the hardest trillion to make, but after that, the next trillion is easy.
1:06:20
SPEAKER_07: They say they say he and then he could be the first quadrillion.
1:06:25
SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
1:06:30
SPEAKER_06: Like, bro, like you a trillionaire?
1:06:32
SPEAKER_06: Like, oh like what okay, so what are you like I get all that, so what are you doing with it?
1:06:37
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, yeah.
1:06:38
SPEAKER_07: And then and then just before we get out of here, you know the whole moon and Mars shit, man.
1:06:45
SPEAKER_07: Who fly?
1:06:45
SPEAKER_07: I that's too dangerous.
1:06:47
SPEAKER_07: I don't know how that's gonna even just become a thing.
1:06:51
SPEAKER_07: I ain't go you going to the moon and on some regular E-line shit or going to Mars, you touch.
1:06:56
SPEAKER_06: Man, if they if they get their shit together, if they get their shit together, I might try.
1:07:02
SPEAKER_06: I might try.
1:07:03
SPEAKER_07: I'm scared of that.
1:07:10
SPEAKER_07: Hey look, what if you what if you if you have a medical emergency up there on Mars?
1:07:15
SPEAKER_06: Man, you dope.
1:07:16
SPEAKER_06: Hey no shit, they better have a medical place on that motherfucker.
1:07:20
SPEAKER_06: See, they that's what I'm saying.
1:07:21
SPEAKER_06: They gotta have all that established healthcare, everything.
1:07:26
SPEAKER_06: Weaponry, we don't know what the fuck is coming from.
