- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to jasonnew Land dot com. My name's
- 0:08Speaker 1: Jason new Land. Please only listen when you can safely
- 0:14Speaker 1: go your eyes. There's nothing for you to do. I'm
- 0:24Speaker 1: just gonna whisper in your ears. I'm kind of relax.
- 0:34Speaker 1: We're gonna feel sleepy because of whispering activates that part
- 0:46Speaker 1: of your brain that knows, that recognizes it's time to
- 0:56Speaker 1: let go. It's time.
- 1:04Speaker 2: To let go.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Of everything because there's nothing to think about, nothing to
- 1:16Speaker 1: be concerned with. When you relax deeply, you take a break,
- 1:26Speaker 1: you step back from that stuff. You give yourself permission
- 1:35Speaker 1: to rest because you deserve this opportunity to feel more relaxed.
- 1:52Speaker 1: And as you focus on your mind, noticing what kind
- 2:02Speaker 1: of thoughts are going on there, maybe being aware of
- 2:12Speaker 1: the speed of the thoughts, and perhaps my voice is
- 2:24Speaker 1: much slower than the speed of the maybe your internal dialogue.
- 2:39Speaker 1: So maybe there's an idea you could start to match
- 2:46Speaker 1: your own internal chatter with mine, or my internal chatter.
- 3:00Speaker 1: But my voice, now, there's no way you'd know what
- 3:10Speaker 1: my internal chatter was like as there Really, I'll be honest,
- 3:15Speaker 1: there's not much going on inside my head. It's almost
- 3:20Speaker 1: like my internal voice is my external voice. It's the
- 3:26Speaker 1: same the same speed, which means I'm probably very slow.
- 3:42Speaker 1: But as your internal voice slows down, maybe to the
- 3:48Speaker 1: speed of my voice, it may feel unusual to start with.
- 4:00Speaker 1: It may even be a bit annoying if you're not
- 4:06Speaker 1: used to it. And I understand that at times you
- 4:15Speaker 1: wouldn't want to be thinking this slowly, But this is
- 4:25Speaker 1: a time when you're relaxing and when you're ready to
- 4:36Speaker 1: just drift off. A nice, slow, soft voice can be
- 4:57Speaker 1: more conducive to relaxing your body, because when you're mind
- 5:16Speaker 1: feels more relaxed, your body feels more relaxed, and in turn,
- 5:34Speaker 1: when your body feels relaxed, your mind also feels more relaxed.
- 5:50Speaker 1: It goes full circle. It's quite a good positive thing.
- 5:59Speaker 1: More relaxed you feel, the more relaxed you feel. Continuing,
- 6:09Speaker 1: Sometimes you may not even be aware of just how
- 6:17Speaker 1: much you need this relaxation.
- 6:24Speaker 3: In your life.
- 6:29Speaker 1: You may not have been aware or even cared in
- 6:35Speaker 1: the past the benefits that you gain from allowing the
- 6:48Speaker 1: muscles in your body to listen to my voice and
- 6:55Speaker 1: let go of all that stress, let go of that tension,
- 7:10Speaker 1: and you don't have to try and do anything, just
- 7:15Speaker 1: allow it to occur naturally, just by listening to my voice,
- 7:29Speaker 1: almost as if the energy from my voice is just
- 7:35Speaker 1: spreading through your body, through your face into the top
- 7:45Speaker 1: of your head, moving all the way down, relaxing every
- 7:55Speaker 1: single muscle and your face, your eyes, your joe, your mouth, tongue,
- 8:15Speaker 1: your neck, shoulders and arms, your hands and fingers, chest
- 8:29Speaker 1: and stomach, your back, your hips, your buttocks and grind,
- 8:45Speaker 1: your legs and your feet and toes, or relaxing in
- 8:55Speaker 1: their own way and in their own time because there's
- 9:03Speaker 1: no pressure, there's no effort involved. It's just you and me,
- 9:18Speaker 1: and I'm the one doing the talking, you're the one.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Listening.
- 9:29Speaker 1: And even though you're listening, you may start to notice
- 9:37Speaker 1: that your mind begins to drift. Not because I'm extremely boring,
- 9:49Speaker 1: because obviously I'm super exciting to listen to. That just
- 9:57Speaker 1: seems to be something that it happens when your mind
- 10:04Speaker 1: relaxes deeply, when the muscles of your eyes relax deeply,
- 10:22Speaker 1: when you joe relaxes deeply, when you're down.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Relais deb.
