  burning
• 0:28
  brightly.
• 0:28
  Today,
• 0:29
  we're
• 0:29
  going
• 0:29
  to
• 0:29
  talk
• 0:30
  about
• 0:30
  something
• 0:30
  that
• 0:30
  is
• 0:31
  really
• 0:31
  hard
• 0:31
  to
• 0:31
  grasp,
• 0:32
  unless
• 0:33
  you've
• 0:33
  been
• 0:33
  doing
• 0:33
  some
• 0:33
  life
• 0:34
  coaching
• 0:34
  for
• 0:34
  a
• 0:34
  while,
• 0:34
  but
• 0:35
  I'm
• 0:35
  excited
• 0:35
  to
• 0:35
  teach
• 0:35
  you
• 0:35
  this
• 0:36
  concept
• 0:36
  because
• 0:36
  it
• 0:36
  really
• 0:37
  is
• 0:37
  a
• 0:37
  game
• 0:38
  changer
• 0:38
  when
• 0:38
  it
• 0:39
  comes
• 0:39
  to
• 0:39
  accomplishing.
• 0:40
  Anything
• 0:40
  you
• 0:41
  want
• 0:41
  in
• 0:41
  life,
• 0:41
  building
• 0:42
  a
• 0:42
  business.
• 0:43
  Any
• 0:43
  goal
• 0:44
  that
• 0:44
  you
• 0:44
  can
• 0:44
  possibly
• 0:44
  come
• 0:45
  up
• 0:45
  with
• 0:45
  this
• 0:45
  concept
• 0:46
  will
• 0:46
  help
• 0:46
  you
• 0:46
  get
• 0:46
  there
• 0:46
  faster.
• 0:47
  So
• 0:47
  in
• 0:48
  order
• 0:48
  to
• 0:48
  explain
• 0:48
  it,
• 0:48
  let
• 0:48
  me
• 0:48
  start
• 0:49
  with
• 0:49
  one
• 0:49
  of
• 0:49
  my
• 0:49
  favorite
• 0:50
  analogies.
• 0:51
  That
• 0:51
  I
• 0:51
  use
• 0:52
  to
• 0:52
  help
• 0:52
  people
• 0:52
  understand
• 0:52
  the
• 0:53
  power
• 0:53
  of
• 0:53
  their
• 0:53
  mind
• 0:54
  and
• 0:54
  of
• 0:54
  coaching.
• 0:55
  And
• 0:56
  of
• 0:56
  these
• 0:56
  stories
• 0:56
  that
• 0:56
  we
• 0:56
  tell
• 0:57
  ourselves.
• 0:58
  I
• 0:58
  like
• 0:58
  to
• 0:58
  tell
• 0:58
  people
• 0:58
  to
• 0:59
  think
• 0:59
  of
• 0:59
  their
• 0:59
  brain,
• 0:59
  like
• 1:00
  a
• 1:00
  computer.
• 1:01
  Because
• 1:01
  it
• 1:01
  really
• 1:01
  is.
• 1:02
  Your
• 1:02
  brain
• 1:02
  is
• 1:02
  a
• 1:02
  massively
• 1:03
  powerful
• 1:03
  machine
• 1:04
  with
• 1:04
  an
• 1:05
  operating
• 1:05
  system
• 1:06
  that
• 1:06
  runs
• 1:06
  programs
• 1:07
  and
• 1:07
  those
• 1:08
  programs
• 1:08
  are
• 1:08
  thoughts
• 1:09
  or
• 1:09
  stories,
• 1:09
  right?
• 1:10
  Sometimes
• 1:12
  our
• 1:12
  operating
• 1:12
  system
• 1:13
  falls
• 1:13
  prey
• 1:13
  to
• 1:14
  viruses,
• 1:14
  just
• 1:15
  like
• 1:15
  a
• 1:15
  computer.
• 1:15
  And
• 1:15
  these,
• 1:16
  we
• 1:16
  call
• 1:16
  thought
• 1:17
  errors.
• 1:17
  So
• 1:18
  when
• 1:18
  the
• 1:18
  programs
• 1:18
  do
• 1:18
  not
• 1:19
  function
• 1:19
  properly,
• 1:19
  it's
• 1:20
  because
• 1:20
  you
• 1:20
  have
• 1:20
  a
• 1:20
  virus,
• 1:21
  you
• 1:21
  have
• 1:21
  a
• 1:21
  thought
• 1:22
  error
• 1:22
  going
• 1:22
  on
• 1:22
  in
• 1:22
  there.
• 1:23
  And
• 1:23
  if
• 1:24
  you
• 1:24
  have
• 1:24
  ever
• 1:24
  tried
• 1:25
  to
• 1:25
  work
• 1:25
  on
• 1:25
  a
• 1:25
  computer
• 1:26
  that
• 1:26
  is
• 1:26
  old
• 1:26
  or
• 1:27
  outdated,
• 1:28
  Or
• 1:28
  chock
• 1:28
  full
• 1:28
  of
• 1:28
  viruses.
• 1:29
  You
• 1:29
  know,
• 1:29
  it's
• 1:30
  almost
• 1:30
  impossible
• 1:31
  to
• 1:31
  get
• 1:31
  anything
• 1:32
  to
• 1:32
  function
• 1:32
  properly.
• 1:33
  You
• 1:33
  can't
• 1:33
  send
• 1:33
  an
• 1:33
  email.
• 1:34
  You
• 1:34
  can't
• 1:34
  write
• 1:35
  a
• 1:35
  document.
• 1:36
  is
• 1:36
  really,
• 1:36
  really,
• 1:36
  really
• 1:37
  hard
• 1:37
  to
• 1:37
  get
• 1:37
  a
• 1:37
  computer
• 1:37
  to
• 1:38
  function.
• 1:39
  If
• 1:39
  it's
• 1:39
  full
• 1:39
  of
• 1:39
  these
• 1:40
  errors,
• 1:40
  just
• 1:41
  like
• 1:41
  our
• 1:41
  brain.
• 1:42
  So
• 1:42
  if
• 1:43
  your
• 1:43
  life
• 1:43
  sometimes
• 1:44
  feels
• 1:44
  like
• 1:44
  this
• 1:45
  feels
• 1:45
  a
• 1:45
  little
• 1:45
  bit
• 1:45
  broken
• 1:46
  or
• 1:46
  really
• 1:46
  overwhelming,
• 1:47
  or
• 1:47
  like
• 1:47
  it's
• 1:48
  falling
• 1:48
  apart
• 1:48
  everywhere,
• 1:49
  then
• 1:49
  it
• 1:49
  probably
• 1:50
  means
• 1:50
  that
• 1:50
  your
• 1:50
  central
• 1:51
  processing
• 1:51
  unit,
• 1:51
  your
• 1:51
  CPU.
• 1:52
  Is
• 1:53
  full
• 1:53
  of
• 1:53
  thought
• 1:54
  errors.
• 1:55
  venture
• 1:55
  to
• 1:55
  say
• 1:56
  the
• 1:56
  vast
• 1:56
  majority
• 1:56
  of
• 1:56
  the
• 1:56
  world
• 1:57
  does
• 1:57
  not
• 1:57
  really
• 1:58
  truly
• 1:58
  understand
• 1:59
  the
• 1:59
  power
• 1:59
  of
• 1:59
  our
• 1:59
  mind.
• 2:00
  Or
• 2:00
  the
• 2:00
  fact
• 2:01
  that
• 2:01
  harnessing
• 2:01
  it
• 2:01
  is
• 2:02
  the
• 2:02
  key
• 2:02
  to
• 2:02
  success
• 2:03
  in
• 2:03
  literally
• 2:04
  every
• 2:04
  avenue
• 2:05
  of
• 2:05
  life.
• 2:06
  Every
• 2:07
  avenue.
• 2:08
  Understanding
• 2:08
  how
• 2:08
  to
• 2:08
  harness
• 2:09
  the
• 2:09
  power
• 2:09
  of
• 2:10
  our
• 2:10
  mind
• 2:10
  will
• 2:10
  help
• 2:10
  us
• 2:10
  succeed
• 2:11
  in
• 2:12
  anything
• 2:12
  we
• 2:12
  want
• 2:13
  to
• 2:13
  do.
• 2:14
  But
• 2:14
  instead
• 2:14
  of
• 2:15
  learning
• 2:15
  more
• 2:15
  about
• 2:15
  our
• 2:16
  mind,
• 2:16
  what
• 2:16
  we
• 2:16
  all
• 2:17
  want
• 2:17
  to
• 2:17
  do
• 2:17
  is
• 2:18
  just
• 2:18
  figure
• 2:18
  out
• 2:19
  the
• 2:19
  tricks
• 2:19
  for
• 2:20
  getting
• 2:20
  what
• 2:20
  other
• 2:20
  people
• 2:20
  have.
• 2:22
  We
• 2:22
  want
• 2:22
  to
• 2:22
  know
• 2:22
  how
• 2:23
  that
• 2:23
  person
• 2:23
  lost
• 2:24
  all
• 2:24
  the
• 2:24
  weight.
• 2:24
  We
• 2:24
  want
• 2:25
  to
• 2:25
  know
• 2:25
  how
• 2:26
  they
• 2:26
  make
• 2:26
  all
• 2:26
  that
• 2:27
  money
• 2:27
  or
• 2:27
  how
• 2:28
  they
• 2:28
  learned
• 2:28
  to
• 2:28
  stop
• 2:29
  yelling
• 2:29
  at
• 2:29
  their
• 2:29
  kids
• 2:29
  or
• 2:29
  how
• 2:30
  they
• 2:30
  keep
• 2:30
  their
• 2:30
  house.
• 2:30
  So
• 2:30
  clean.
• 2:31
  We
• 2:31
  think
• 2:32
  that
• 2:32
  if
• 2:32
  we
• 2:32
  can
• 2:32
  just
• 2:32
  find
• 2:32
  the
• 2:33
  right
• 2:33
  book
• 2:33
  or
• 2:33
  podcast
• 2:34
  or
• 2:34
  training
• 2:35
  program
• 2:36
  or
• 2:36
  guide,
• 2:37
  then
• 2:37
  we'll
• 2:37
  be
• 2:37
  able
• 2:38
  to
• 2:38
  also
• 2:38
  do
• 2:38
  all
• 2:39
  the
• 2:39
  things
• 2:39
  that
• 2:39
  we
• 2:39
  haven't
• 2:39
  figured
• 2:40
  out
• 2:40
  how
• 2:40
  to
• 2:40
  do
• 2:40
  yet
• 2:40
  that
• 2:40
  we
• 2:40
  see
• 2:40
  other
• 2:41
  people
• 2:41
  doing.
• 2:41
  So
• 2:41
  miraculously.
• 2:43
  But
• 2:43
  in
• 2:43
  reality,
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  how
• 2:45
  matters
• 2:46
  very
• 2:46
  little.
• 2:47
  Here's
• 2:47
  another
• 2:47
  metaphor
• 2:48
  that
• 2:48
  will
• 2:48
  help
• 2:48
  explain
• 2:48
  it
• 2:48
  a
• 2:48
  little
• 2:49
  bit
• 2:49
  more.
• 2:49
  I
• 2:50
  want
• 2:50
  you
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  think
• 2:50
  about
• 2:50
  going
• 2:51
  on
• 2:51
  a
• 2:51
  road
• 2:51
  trip.
• 2:52
  The
• 2:52
  how
• 2:53
  that
• 2:53
  you're
• 2:53
  looking
• 2:53
  for
• 2:54
  is
• 2:54
  your
• 2:54
  route,
• 2:55
  which
• 2:55
  you
• 2:56
  need
• 2:56
  to
• 2:56
  have
• 2:56
  a
• 2:56
  route.
• 2:56
  Right.
• 2:57
  But
• 2:57
  you
• 2:57
  can
• 2:57
  actually
• 2:58
  take
• 2:58
  any
• 2:58
  number
• 2:59
  of
• 2:59
  routes
• 2:59
  and
• 3:00
  still
• 3:00
  get
• 3:00
  there.
• 3:01
  You
• 3:01
  could
• 3:01
  go
• 3:01
  north,
• 3:01
  you
• 3:02
  could
• 3:02
  go
• 3:02
  south
• 3:02
  east,
• 3:03
  you
• 3:03
  could
• 3:03
  go
• 3:03
  west
• 3:03
  one
• 3:04
  might
• 3:04
  take
• 3:04
  you
• 3:04
  a
• 3:04
  little
• 3:04
  longer.
• 3:04
  What
• 3:05
  might
• 3:05
  require
• 3:05
  a
• 3:05
  little
• 3:05
  bit
• 3:06
  more
• 3:06
  work,
• 3:06
  a
• 3:06
  little
• 3:06
  bit
• 3:06
  more
• 3:06
  gas,
• 3:07
  but
• 3:07
  you
• 3:07
  will,
• 3:07
  get
• 3:08
  there
• 3:08
  any
• 3:08
  number
• 3:08
  of
• 3:08
  ways.
• 3:09
  But
• 3:10
  your
• 3:10
  belief
• 3:10
  or
• 3:11
  even
• 3:11
  your
• 3:11
  lack
• 3:11
  of
• 3:12
  belief
• 3:12
  is
• 3:12
  effectively
• 3:13
  your
• 3:13
  cars
• 3:14
  engine.
• 3:15
  So
• 3:15
  you
• 3:16
  can
• 3:16
  have
• 3:16
  the
• 3:16
  best
• 3:17
  route
• 3:17
  on
• 3:18
  planet
• 3:18
  earth
• 3:18
  for
• 3:18
  getting
• 3:18
  from
• 3:19
  point
• 3:19
  a
• 3:19
  to
• 3:19
  point
• 3:19
  Z.
• 3:20
  But
• 3:20
  if
• 3:20
  you
• 3:20
  have
• 3:20
  no
• 3:20
  engine
• 3:21
  in
• 3:21
  your
• 3:21
  car,
• 3:21
  you're
• 3:22
  not
• 3:22
  going
• 3:22
  anywhere.
• 3:23
  And
• 3:24
  you're
• 3:24
  just
• 3:24
  going
• 3:24
  to
• 3:24
  sit
• 3:24
  and
• 3:24
  look
• 3:25
  at
• 3:25
  that
• 3:25
  route
• 3:25
  and
• 3:25
  just
• 3:25
  think,
• 3:25
  gosh,
• 3:26
  well,
• 3:26
  This,
• 3:27
  one's
• 3:27
  not
• 3:27
  working
• 3:27
  for
• 3:27
  me.
• 3:28
  Let
• 3:28
  me
• 3:28
  ask
• 3:28
  Susie
• 3:29
  down
• 3:29
  the
• 3:29
  street,
• 3:29
  how
• 3:30
  she
• 3:30
  got
• 3:30
  there.
• 3:30
  Maybe
• 3:31
  her
• 3:31
  rat
• 3:31
  will
• 3:31
  be
• 3:31
  better
• 3:32
  for
• 3:32
  me.
• 3:32
  But
• 3:33
  that
• 3:33
  one
• 3:33
  doesn't
• 3:33
  work
• 3:33
  either
• 3:33
  because
• 3:34
  you
• 3:34
  have
• 3:34
  no
• 3:34
  engine
• 3:35
  or
• 3:35
  your
• 3:35
  engine
• 3:36
  is
• 3:36
  mediocre
• 3:37
  at
• 3:37
  best.
• 3:37
  That
• 3:38
  is
• 3:38
  the
• 3:38
  power
• 3:38
  of
• 3:39
  our
• 3:39
  mind.
• 3:39
  The
• 3:39
  thoughts
• 3:40
  that
• 3:40
  we
• 3:40
  think
• 3:40
  about
• 3:41
  our
• 3:41
  journey
• 3:41
  and
• 3:41
  our
• 3:42
  destination.
• 3:43
  Is
• 3:43
  what
• 3:43
  will
• 3:44
  determine
• 3:44
  whether
• 3:44
  or
• 3:44
  not
• 3:45
  we
• 3:45
  get
• 3:45
  there.
• 3:45
  I
• 3:45
  know
• 3:46
  that
• 3:46
  sounds
• 3:46
  really
• 3:48
  mysterious
• 3:49
  and
• 3:49
  almost
• 3:50
  too
• 3:50
  good
• 3:50
  to
• 3:50
  be
• 3:50
  true,
• 3:50
  like,
• 3:51
  because
• 3:51
  if
• 3:51
  our
• 3:52
  success
• 3:52
  or
• 3:52
  failure,
• 3:53
  all
• 3:53
  depends
• 3:53
  on
• 3:53
  our
• 3:54
  thoughts,
• 3:54
  then
• 3:54
  we
• 3:54
  should
• 3:55
  be
• 3:55
  able
• 3:55
  to
• 3:55
  change
• 3:55
  it
• 3:55
  and
• 3:56
  find
• 3:56
  success.
• 3:56
  Right.
• 3:57
  And
• 3:57
  that's
• 3:57
  exactly
• 3:58
  true,
• 3:58
  but
• 3:58
  we
• 3:59
  like
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  think
• 3:59
  that
• 3:59
  real
• 4:00
  best
• 4:00
  path
• 4:01
  for
• 4:01
  us
• 4:01
  lies
• 4:02
  outside
• 4:02
  of
• 4:02
  us
• 4:02
  somehow.
• 4:03
  let's
• 4:03
  use
• 4:03
  the
• 4:03
  example
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  getting
• 4:04
  in
• 4:05
  shape
• 4:05
  or
• 4:05
  losing
• 4:05
  weight.
• 4:05
  This
• 4:05
  one's
• 4:06
  a
• 4:06
  pretty
• 4:06
  cut
• 4:06
  and
• 4:06
  dry
• 4:07
  one.
• 4:07
  I
• 4:07
  love
• 4:07
  using
• 4:07
  this
• 4:07
  as
• 4:07
  an
• 4:07
  example.
• 4:08
  We
• 4:09
  can
• 4:09
  get
• 4:09
  in
• 4:09
  shape
• 4:10
  any
• 4:10
  number
• 4:10
  of
• 4:10
  ways
• 4:11
  we
• 4:11
  can
• 4:11
  cut
• 4:11
  some
• 4:11
  calories.
• 4:12
  We
• 4:12
  can
• 4:12
  lift
• 4:12
  weights,
• 4:13
  we
• 4:13
  can
• 4:13
  do
• 4:14
  intermittent
• 4:14
  fasting
• 4:15
  or
• 4:15
  work
• 4:16
  with
• 4:16
  a
• 4:16
  personal
• 4:16
  trainer.
• 4:17
  We
• 4:17
  can.
• 4:17
  many
• 4:17
  different
• 4:18
  ways
• 4:18
  to
• 4:18
  get
• 4:18
  to
• 4:19
  the
• 4:19
  same
• 4:19
  destination
• 4:20
  of
• 4:20
  losing
• 4:20
  fat
• 4:20
  gaining
• 4:21
  muscle.
• 4:22
  But
• 4:22
  how
• 4:22
  many
• 4:23
  thousands,
• 4:23
  maybe
• 4:23
  millions,
• 4:24
  probably
• 4:24
  millions
• 4:25
  of
• 4:25
  people
• 4:25
  want
• 4:25
  to
• 4:26
  get
• 4:26
  in
• 4:26
  shape
• 4:26
  and
• 4:26
  never
• 4:27
  actually
• 4:27
  do
• 4:27
  it.
• 4:29
  Is
• 4:29
  it
• 4:29
  because
• 4:29
  they
• 4:29
  don't
• 4:29
  know
• 4:29
  how.
• 4:31
  No,
• 4:31
  I
• 4:31
  don't
• 4:31
  think
• 4:31
  so.
• 4:32
  I
• 4:32
  don't
• 4:33
  think
• 4:33
  we
• 4:33
  don't
• 4:33
  know
• 4:33
  how
• 4:34
  to
• 4:34
  do
• 4:34
  it.
• 4:34
  It's
• 4:35
  because
• 4:35
  we
• 4:35
  lack
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  belief.
• 4:37
  Now
• 4:37
  consciously
• 4:38
  we
• 4:38
  might
• 4:38
  be
• 4:38
  telling
• 4:39
  ourselves,
• 4:39
  no,
• 4:39
  I
• 4:39
  believe
• 4:40
  I
• 4:40
  can
• 4:40
  do
• 4:40
  it.
• 4:40
  I've
• 4:40
  done
• 4:40
  it
• 4:40
  before
• 4:41
  I
• 4:41
  can
• 4:41
  do
• 4:41
  it
• 4:41
  again.
• 4:42
  But
• 4:42
  something
• 4:42
  goes
• 4:43
  wrong.
• 4:43
  There's
• 4:43
  a
• 4:43
  thought
• 4:44
  air
• 4:44
  coming
• 4:44
  up
• 4:44
  for
• 4:44
  us
• 4:45
  somewhere.
• 4:45
  Maybe
• 4:45
  it's
• 4:46
  after
• 4:46
  we've
• 4:46
  lost
• 4:46
  the
• 4:46
  first
• 4:47
  five
• 4:47
  pounds,
• 4:47
  we
• 4:47
  start
• 4:48
  to
• 4:48
  coast
• 4:48
  a
• 4:48
  little
• 4:48
  bit,
• 4:49
  or
• 4:49
  maybe
• 4:49
  it's
• 4:49
  any
• 4:50
  time.
• 4:50
  Potato
• 4:51
  chips
• 4:51
  shop
• 4:51
  at
• 4:51
  a
• 4:51
  party,
• 4:52
  a
• 4:52
  thought
• 4:52
  error
• 4:52
  comes
• 4:53
  in
• 4:53
  and
• 4:53
  tells
• 4:53
  us,
• 4:53
  oh,
• 4:54
  I
• 4:54
  deserve
• 4:54
  that.
• 4:54
  And
• 4:54
  I
• 4:55
  go
• 4:55
  binge
• 4:55
  on
• 4:55
  potato
• 4:56
  chips
• 4:56
  and,
• 4:56
  and
• 4:56
  lose
• 4:57
  all
• 4:57
  my
• 4:57
  progress.
• 4:58
  Right?
• 4:58
  So
• 4:59
  there
• 4:59
  is
• 4:59
  a
• 4:59
  thought
• 4:59
  error
• 5:00
  somewhere
• 5:00
  that
• 5:00
  is
• 5:00
  not
• 5:01
  allowing
• 5:01
  us
• 5:02
  to
• 5:02
  get
• 5:02
  from
• 5:02
  point
• 5:02
  a
• 5:03
  to
• 5:03
  point
• 5:03
  Z.
• 5:04
  We
• 5:04
  have
• 5:04
  to
• 5:04
  figure
• 5:05
  out
• 5:05
  what
• 5:05
  it
• 5:05
  is
• 5:05
  and
• 5:06
  we
• 5:06
  have
• 5:06
  to
• 5:06
  fix
• 5:07
  it.
• 5:08
  the
• 5:08
  next
• 5:08
  time
• 5:08
  you
• 5:09
  are
• 5:09
  wondering.
• 5:10
  Exactly
• 5:10
  how
• 5:11
  to
• 5:11
  reach
• 5:11
  a
• 5:11
  goal
• 5:12
  that
• 5:12
  you're
• 5:12
  trying
• 5:12
  to
• 5:12
  accomplish.
• 5:13
  I
• 5:13
  want
• 5:13
  you
• 5:13
  to
• 5:13
  stop
• 5:13
  for
• 5:14
  just
• 5:14
  a
• 5:14
  minute.
• 5:14
  Stop
• 5:14
  Googling,
• 5:15
  stop
• 5:16
  planning,
• 5:16
  stop
• 5:17
  researching,
• 5:17
  stop
• 5:17
  asking
• 5:18
  around.
• 5:18
  And
• 5:19
  just
• 5:19
  for
• 5:19
  a
• 5:19
  second,
• 5:19
  remind
• 5:20
  yourself
• 5:20
  that
• 5:20
  the,
• 5:20
  how.
• 5:21
  Is
• 5:22
  to
• 5:22
  believe.
• 5:24
  I
• 5:24
  know
• 5:24
  that
• 5:24
  sounds
• 5:24
  like
• 5:24
  a
• 5:24
  funny
• 5:24
  sentence,
• 5:25
  but.
• 5:25
  It
• 5:26
  is
• 5:26
  truth.
• 5:27
  The
• 5:27
  how
• 5:27
  to
• 5:27
  get
• 5:27
  from
• 5:28
  here
• 5:28
  to
• 5:28
  there
• 5:28
  is
• 5:29
  to
• 5:29
  just
• 5:30
  believe
• 5:30
  you
• 5:30
  can,
• 5:31
  and
• 5:31
  then
• 5:31
  work
• 5:31
  on
• 5:31
  the
• 5:31
  thoughts
• 5:32
  that
• 5:32
  come
• 5:32
  up
• 5:32
  that
• 5:32
  tell
• 5:32
  you
• 5:32
  that
• 5:32
  you
• 5:33
  can't.
• 5:33
  Because
• 5:34
  it's
• 5:34
  not
• 5:35
  enough
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  just
• 5:35
  decide
• 5:36
  to
• 5:36
  believe
• 5:36
  one
• 5:37
  day.
• 5:37
  And
• 5:38
  everything
• 5:38
  falls
• 5:38
  into
• 5:38
  place.
• 5:38
  You
• 5:39
  have
• 5:39
  to
• 5:39
  work
• 5:39
  on
• 5:39
  it
• 5:40
  every
• 5:40
  single
• 5:41
  day.
• 5:41
  And
• 5:41
  I
• 5:41
  would
• 5:42
  argue
• 5:42
  every
• 5:42
  hour
• 5:43
  of
• 5:43
  every
• 5:43
  day.
• 5:44
  Especially
• 5:44
  if
• 5:45
  it's
• 5:45
  something.
• 5:45
  Uh,
• 5:46
  loss,
• 5:46
  where
• 5:46
  you
• 5:46
  are
• 5:47
  going
• 5:47
  to
• 5:47
  be
• 5:47
  working
• 5:47
  on
• 5:47
  it
• 5:48
  all
• 5:48
  day
• 5:48
  long,
• 5:49
  managing
• 5:49
  those
• 5:49
  urges,
• 5:50
  right?
• 5:50
  sure
• 5:50
  that
• 5:50
  you
• 5:51
  were
• 5:51
  eating
• 5:51
  and
• 5:51
  exercising
• 5:52
  the
• 5:52
  way
• 5:52
  you'd
• 5:52
  like
• 5:52
  to,
• 5:53
  but
• 5:53
  even
• 5:53
  your
• 5:53
  business,
• 5:54
  even
• 5:54
  if
• 5:54
  you
• 5:54
  only
• 5:54
  work
• 5:54
  on
• 5:54
  it
• 5:54
  a
• 5:55
  few
• 5:55
  hours
• 5:55
  a
• 5:55
  day,
• 5:56
  you're
• 5:56
  going
• 5:56
  to
• 5:56
  need
• 5:56
  to
• 5:56
  be
• 5:56
  working
• 5:57
  on
• 5:57
  those
• 5:57
  thoughts
• 5:57
  all
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  time,
• 5:59
  because
• 5:59
  those
• 6:00
  poisonous
• 6:00
  ones
• 6:00
  will
• 6:01
  try
• 6:01
  to
• 6:01
  work
• 6:01
  their
• 6:01
  way
• 6:02
  into
• 6:02
  your
• 6:02
  brain.
• 6:03
  And
• 6:03
  they'll
• 6:03
  just
• 6:03
  take
• 6:03
  a
• 6:03
  backseat
• 6:04
  back
• 6:04
  there
• 6:04
  and
• 6:04
  start
• 6:04
  being
• 6:05
  the
• 6:05
  mean
• 6:05
  girl
• 6:05
  in
• 6:05
  your
• 6:05
  head
• 6:06
  and
• 6:06
  telling
• 6:06
  you
• 6:06
  how
• 6:06
  you
• 6:06
  can't
• 6:07
  do
• 6:07
  it.
• 6:07
  Meanwhile,
• 6:08
  you're
• 6:08
  thinking,
• 6:08
  well,
• 6:08
  I
• 6:08
  just
• 6:08
  don't
• 6:09
  have
• 6:09
  the
• 6:09
  right
• 6:09
  path.
• 6:10
  I
• 6:10
  just
• 6:10
  don't
• 6:10
  have
• 6:10
  the
• 6:10
  right
• 6:11
  guide
• 6:11
  or
• 6:11
  the
• 6:11
  right
• 6:11
  course
• 6:12
  or
• 6:12
  the
• 6:12
  right,
• 6:12
  whatever.
• 6:12
  No
• 6:13
  it's
• 6:13
  because
• 6:13
  the
• 6:13
  mean
• 6:13
  girl
• 6:14
  is
• 6:14
  in
• 6:14
  the
• 6:14
  back
• 6:14
  of
• 6:14
  your
• 6:14
  head
• 6:14
  telling
• 6:15
  you
• 6:15
  that
• 6:15
  you
• 6:15
  can't
• 6:15
  do
• 6:15
  it.
• 6:16
  So
• 6:16
  watch
• 6:17
  out
• 6:17
  for
• 6:17
  those
• 6:17
  thought
• 6:17
  errors,
• 6:18
  those
• 6:18
  viruses.
• 6:19
  So,
• 6:19
  what
• 6:20
  does
• 6:20
  this
• 6:20
  sentence
• 6:20
  mean?
• 6:20
  What
• 6:21
  does
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  term,
• 6:22
  the,
• 6:22
  how
• 6:22
  is
• 6:22
  to
• 6:23
  believe?
• 6:23
  What
• 6:23
  does
• 6:23
  that
• 6:23
  mean?
• 6:24
  It
• 6:24
  means
• 6:25
  that
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  route
• 6:26
  you
• 6:26
  need
• 6:26
  to
• 6:26
  take
• 6:27
  for
• 6:27
  this
• 6:27
  goal
• 6:27
  will
• 6:28
  present
• 6:28
  itself.
• 6:29
  Once
• 6:29
  you
• 6:29
  start
• 6:30
  driving.
• 6:31
  Can
• 6:31
  you
• 6:31
  imagine
• 6:31
  if
• 6:31
  your
• 6:32
  apple
• 6:32
  or
• 6:32
  Google
• 6:33
  maps?
• 6:34
  Didn't
• 6:35
  show
• 6:35
  you
• 6:35
  how
• 6:35
  to
• 6:35
  get
• 6:35
  there
• 6:36
  until
• 6:36
  you
• 6:36
  actually
• 6:36
  put
• 6:37
  the
• 6:37
  car
• 6:37
  in
• 6:37
  drive
• 6:37
  and
• 6:37
  started
• 6:38
  going.
• 6:39
  This
• 6:39
  is
• 6:39
  kind
• 6:39
  of
• 6:39
  how
• 6:40
  building
• 6:40
  a
• 6:40
  businesses
• 6:41
  without
• 6:42
  the
• 6:42
  belief
• 6:42
  though,
• 6:42
  you're
• 6:43
  effectively
• 6:43
  done
• 6:43
  in
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  water.
• 6:44
  You're
• 6:44
  just
• 6:44
  sitting
• 6:44
  there
• 6:44
  wondering,
• 6:45
  well,
• 6:45
  where
• 6:45
  do
• 6:45
  I
• 6:45
  go?
• 6:46
  And
• 6:46
  how
• 6:46
  do
• 6:46
  I
• 6:46
  get
• 6:46
  there?
• 6:47
  But
• 6:47
  you
• 6:47
  can't
• 6:47
  even
• 6:47
  take
• 6:48
  a
• 6:48
  step
• 6:48
  forward
• 6:48
  because
• 6:48
  you're
• 6:49
  terrified.
• 6:49
  You're
• 6:49
  petrified.
• 6:50
  You
• 6:50
  don't
• 6:50
  have
• 6:50
  the
• 6:51
  thoughts
• 6:51
  necessary
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  move
• 6:52
  you
• 6:52
  forward.
• 6:53
  You
• 6:53
  are,
• 6:53
  on
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  road
• 6:54
  without
• 6:54
  an
• 6:54
  engine
• 6:54
  and
• 6:54
  you're
• 6:55
  not
• 6:55
  going
• 6:55
  to
• 6:55
  make
• 6:55
  much
• 6:55
  progress.
• 6:56
  The
• 6:56
  fact
• 6:57
  of
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  matter
• 6:57
  is,
• 6:57
  and
• 6:58
  the
• 6:58
  truth
• 6:58
  of
• 6:58
  it
• 6:58
  all
• 6:58
  is
• 6:59
  that
• 6:59
  no
• 6:59
  one
• 7:00
  knows
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  path
• 7:00
  for
• 7:00
  you
• 7:01
  to
• 7:01
  build
• 7:01
  a
• 7:01
  business.
• 7:02
  Or
• 7:02
  to
• 7:02
  get
• 7:02
  to
• 7:03
  any
• 7:03
  result
• 7:03
  in
• 7:03
  your
• 7:04
  life,
• 7:04
  except
• 7:04
  for
• 7:04
  God.
• 7:05
  And
• 7:05
  I
• 7:06
  highly
• 7:06
  recommend
• 7:06
  asking
• 7:07
  him
• 7:07
  where
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  start
• 7:08
  on
• 7:08
  whatever
• 7:08
  you're
• 7:08
  working
• 7:09
  on.
• 7:09
  But
• 7:09
  in
• 7:09
  reality,
• 7:10
  no
• 7:10
  other
• 7:10
  guide
• 7:11
  or
• 7:11
  guru
• 7:11
  will
• 7:12
  have
• 7:12
  the
• 7:12
  path
• 7:12
  that
• 7:13
  you're
• 7:13
  supposed
• 7:13
  to
• 7:13
  take.
• 7:14
  No
• 7:14
  one
• 7:14
  will
• 7:14
  know.
• 7:15
  They
• 7:15
  will
• 7:16
  know
• 7:16
  which
• 7:16
  one
• 7:16
  they
• 7:16
  took
• 7:17
  and
• 7:17
  they
• 7:17
  will
• 7:17
  tell
• 7:17
  you
• 7:17
  about
• 7:18
  it
• 7:18
  all
• 7:18
  the
• 7:18
  time,
• 7:18
  because
• 7:19
  they'll
• 7:19
  probably
• 7:19
  try
• 7:19
  to
• 7:19
  sell
• 7:19
  you
• 7:19
  something.
• 7:20
  And
• 7:20
  they'll
• 7:20
  say,
• 7:20
  take
• 7:20
  the
• 7:20
  path
• 7:21
  I
• 7:21
  took,
• 7:21
  this
• 7:21
  is
• 7:22
  the
• 7:22
  best
• 7:22
  way
• 7:22
  to
• 7:22
  do
• 7:22
  it.
• 7:22
  It
• 7:22
  was
• 7:23
  so
• 7:23
  simple.
• 7:23
  I
• 7:23
  made
• 7:23
  six
• 7:24
  figures
• 7:24
  in
• 7:24
  five
• 7:24
  seconds,
• 7:25
  blah,
• 7:25
  blah,
• 7:25
  blah.
• 7:26
  They'll
• 7:26
  maybe
• 7:26
  even
• 7:27
  share
• 7:27
  their
• 7:27
  client's
• 7:27
  paths.
• 7:28
  Oh,
• 7:28
  this
• 7:28
  was
• 7:28
  so
• 7:29
  easy.
• 7:29
  She's
• 7:29
  a
• 7:29
  mom
• 7:30
  and
• 7:30
  she
• 7:30
  did
• 7:30
  it.
• 7:30
  You
• 7:30
  can
• 7:30
  do
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  same
• 7:31
  thing.
• 7:32
  But
• 7:32
  I
• 7:32
  promise
• 7:33
  you
• 7:33
  that
• 7:33
  none
• 7:33
  of
• 7:33
  those
• 7:33
  paths
• 7:34
  will
• 7:34
  be
• 7:34
  yours.
• 7:34
  They
• 7:34
  might
• 7:34
  look
• 7:35
  similar,
• 7:35
  but
• 7:35
  they're
• 7:36
  not
• 7:36
  going
• 7:36
  to
• 7:36
  be
• 7:36
  the
• 7:36
  same
• 7:36
  as
• 7:36
  yours.
• 7:38
  Only
• 7:38
  you
• 7:38
  will
• 7:38
  know
• 7:38
  which
• 7:39
  one.
• 7:39
  Is
• 7:40
  yours.
• 7:40
  And
• 7:40
  unfortunately,
• 7:42
  You
• 7:42
  will
• 7:42
  only
• 7:43
  know
• 7:43
  once
• 7:43
  you've
• 7:43
  taken
• 7:44
  it.
• 7:45
  I
• 7:45
  still
• 7:45
  don't
• 7:45
  know
• 7:46
  the
• 7:46
  path
• 7:46
  to
• 7:46
  get
• 7:47
  me
• 7:47
  to
• 7:47
  making
• 7:47
  a
• 7:47
  million
• 7:47
  dollars.
• 7:47
  Cause
• 7:48
  I
• 7:48
  haven't
• 7:48
  done
• 7:48
  it
• 7:48
  yet.
• 7:49
  But
• 7:49
  I
• 7:49
  know
• 7:49
  the
• 7:50
  path
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  get
• 7:50
  me
• 7:50
  this
• 7:51
  far.
• 7:51
  So
• 7:51
  I'm
• 7:51
  going
• 7:51
  to
• 7:51
  keep
• 7:52
  doing
• 7:52
  some
• 7:52
  of
• 7:52
  the
• 7:52
  same
• 7:52
  things
• 7:53
  and
• 7:53
  I'm
• 7:53
  gonna
• 7:53
  tweak
• 7:53
  the
• 7:53
  things
• 7:54
  that
• 7:54
  don't
• 7:54
  work.
• 7:55
  Now
• 7:55
  I
• 7:55
  will
• 7:55
  admit,
• 7:56
  I
• 7:56
  will
• 7:56
  fully
• 7:56
  admit.
• 7:57
  Full
• 7:57
  transparency
• 7:58
  here.
• 7:58
  This
• 7:58
  is
• 7:59
  one
• 7:59
  of
• 7:59
  my
• 7:59
  greatest
• 7:59
  struggles.
• 8:00
  I
• 8:00
  am
• 8:00
  a
• 8:00
  great
• 8:01
  learner
• 8:01
  and
• 8:01
  I
• 8:01
  love,
• 8:02
  love,
• 8:02
  love
• 8:03
  to
• 8:03
  read
• 8:03
  and
• 8:03
  absorb
• 8:04
  information.
• 8:04
  I'd
• 8:04
  love
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  hear
• 8:05
  how
• 8:05
  others
• 8:05
  built
• 8:05
  success.
• 8:07
  But
• 8:07
  I
• 8:07
  often
• 8:07
  struggle
• 8:08
  to
• 8:08
  remember
• 8:08
  that
• 8:09
  my
• 8:09
  internal
• 8:10
  stories,
• 8:10
  my
• 8:10
  narrative
• 8:11
  for
• 8:11
  my
• 8:11
  own
• 8:11
  life
• 8:11
  is
• 8:12
  what
• 8:12
  determines
• 8:12
  my
• 8:12
  success.
• 8:13
  Not
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  path.
• 8:15
  I
• 8:15
  sometimes
• 8:15
  forget
• 8:16
  to
• 8:16
  check
• 8:16
  my
• 8:16
  engine,
• 8:17
  make
• 8:17
  sure
• 8:17
  I
• 8:17
  have
• 8:18
  gas,
• 8:18
  make
• 8:19
  sure
• 8:19
  that
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  oil
• 8:19
  is
• 8:19
  fresh.
• 8:20
  And
• 8:20
  instead,
• 8:21
  I
• 8:21
  just
• 8:21
  want
• 8:21
  to
• 8:21
  study
• 8:22
  the
• 8:22
  map
• 8:22
  all
• 8:23
  day
• 8:23
  long.
• 8:24
  But
• 8:24
  the
• 8:24
  engine's
• 8:25
  not
• 8:25
  getting
• 8:25
  me
• 8:25
  anywhere
• 8:25
  because
• 8:26
  it's
• 8:26
  busted
• 8:27
  down
• 8:27
  or
• 8:27
  it's
• 8:28
  just
• 8:28
  working
• 8:28
  at
• 8:29
  half
• 8:29
  capacity.
• 8:29
  Cause
• 8:29
  my
• 8:30
  brain
• 8:30
  is
• 8:30
  not
• 8:31
  being
• 8:31
  taken
• 8:31
  care
• 8:31
  of.
• 8:31
  One
• 8:32
  of
• 8:32
  the
• 8:32
  main
• 8:32
  reasons
• 8:32
  that
• 8:33
  I,
• 8:33
  that
• 8:33
  I
• 8:33
  became
• 8:33
  a
• 8:34
  life
• 8:34
  coach,
• 8:34
  because
• 8:34
  I
• 8:34
  knew
• 8:35
  that
• 8:35
  I
• 8:35
  needed
• 8:35
  help.
• 8:36
  Making
• 8:36
  sure
• 8:36
  that
• 8:37
  that
• 8:37
  engine
• 8:37
  was
• 8:37
  running
• 8:37
  smoothly,
• 8:38
  that
• 8:38
  my
• 8:38
  brain
• 8:38
  was
• 8:39
  doing
• 8:39
  the
• 8:39
  job
• 8:39
  it
• 8:39
  needed
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  do.
• 8:41
  Now,
• 8:41
  this
• 8:42
  is
• 8:42
  actually
• 8:42
  why
• 8:43
  there
• 8:43
  are
• 8:43
  so
• 8:43
  many
• 8:44
  successful
• 8:44
  life
• 8:44
  coaches.
• 8:45
  It's
• 8:45
  not
• 8:45
  because
• 8:46
  life
• 8:46
  coaching
• 8:46
  is
• 8:46
  so
• 8:46
  easy
• 8:47
  to
• 8:47
  be
• 8:47
  successful
• 8:47
  at
• 8:47
  or
• 8:48
  because
• 8:48
  they're
• 8:48
  all
• 8:48
  just
• 8:48
  so
• 8:48
  talented.
• 8:49
  It's
• 8:49
  because
• 8:50
  they
• 8:50
  all
• 8:50
  understand
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  power
• 8:52
  of
• 8:52
  their
• 8:52
  minds.
• 8:53
  And
• 8:54
  those
• 8:54
  who
• 8:54
  go
• 8:54
  on
• 8:55
  to
• 8:55
  create
• 8:56
  these
• 8:56
  massive
• 8:56
  businesses
• 8:56
  and
• 8:57
  help
• 8:57
  so
• 8:57
  many
• 8:57
  people
• 8:57
  and
• 8:57
  make
• 8:58
  a
• 8:58
  bunch
• 8:58
  of
• 8:58
  money
• 8:58
  do
• 8:59
  so
• 8:59
  because
• 8:59
  they
• 8:59
  have
• 9:00
  managed
• 9:00
  their
• 9:00
  mind
• 9:01
  and
• 9:01
  created
• 9:01
  the
• 9:02
  right
• 9:02
  narrative
• 9:02
  to
• 9:02
  get
• 9:03
  them
• 9:03
  to
• 9:03
  where
• 9:03
  they're
• 9:03
  trying
• 9:03
  to
• 9:03
  go.
• 9:04
  Now
• 9:04
  let's
• 9:05
  talk
• 9:05
  for
• 9:05
  a
• 9:05
  second.
• 9:05
  About
• 9:06
  how
• 9:06
  hard
• 9:06
  it
• 9:06
  is
• 9:06
  to
• 9:06
  believe
• 9:07
  that
• 9:08
  you're
• 9:08
  going
• 9:08
  to
• 9:08
  get
• 9:08
  there.
• 9:09
  If
• 9:09
  you
• 9:09
  were
• 9:09
  trying
• 9:09
  to
• 9:09
  build
• 9:10
  something
• 9:10
  you've
• 9:10
  never
• 9:10
  built
• 9:11
  before,
• 9:11
  like
• 9:11
  a,
• 9:11
  like
• 9:11
  a
• 9:12
  business
• 9:12
  that
• 9:12
  doesn't
• 9:12
  exist
• 9:12
  yet.
• 9:13
  You're
• 9:14
  going
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  have
• 9:15
  a
• 9:15
  pretty
• 9:15
  common
• 9:15
  issue
• 9:16
  with
• 9:16
  believing
• 9:17
  in
• 9:17
  this
• 9:17
  future
• 9:17
  version
• 9:17
  of
• 9:17
  yourself,
• 9:18
  right?
• 9:18
  You're
• 9:18
  going
• 9:18
  to
• 9:18
  look
• 9:18
  forward
• 9:19
  and
• 9:19
  see
• 9:19
  yourself
• 9:19
  there
• 9:20
  making
• 9:21
  money
• 9:21
  and
• 9:21
  being
• 9:21
  successful
• 9:22
  and
• 9:22
  helping
• 9:22
  people
• 9:23
  and
• 9:23
  having
• 9:23
  this
• 9:23
  amazing
• 9:23
  business
• 9:24
  that,
• 9:24
  that
• 9:24
  works
• 9:25
  perfectly
• 9:25
  around
• 9:25
  your
• 9:25
  family.
• 9:26
  But
• 9:27
  because
• 9:27
  that
• 9:27
  version
• 9:28
  of
• 9:28
  you
• 9:28
  doesn't
• 9:28
  exist
• 9:29
  yet,
• 9:29
  there's
• 9:29
  no
• 9:29
  evidence
• 9:30
  of
• 9:30
  it
• 9:30
  yet.
• 9:31
  It's
• 9:31
  going
• 9:31
  to
• 9:32
  be
• 9:32
  trickier,
• 9:33
  for
• 9:33
  example,
• 9:33
  when
• 9:34
  I
• 9:34
  want
• 9:34
  to
• 9:34
  go
• 9:34
  out
• 9:34
  and
• 9:34
  run
• 9:35
  a
• 9:35
  5k
• 9:35
  race,
• 9:36
  it
• 9:36
  requires
• 9:36
  very
• 9:36
  little
• 9:36
  belief
• 9:37
  from
• 9:37
  me
• 9:37
  because
• 9:37
  I've
• 9:37
  done
• 9:38
  num
• 9:38
  of
• 9:38
  them.
• 9:39
  And
• 9:39
  they
• 9:39
  don't
• 9:39
  require
• 9:40
  much
• 9:40
  training
• 9:40
  from
• 9:40
  me
• 9:40
  at
• 9:41
  all
• 9:41
  because
• 9:41
  I'm
• 9:41
  a
• 9:41
  pretty
• 9:41
  regular
• 9:42
  runner.
• 9:42
  So
• 9:42
  do
• 9:42
  I
• 9:42
  have
• 9:43
  to
• 9:43
  sit
• 9:43
  and
• 9:43
  do
• 9:43
  a
• 9:43
  lot
• 9:44
  of
• 9:44
  thought
• 9:44
  work
• 9:44
  about
• 9:44
  whether
• 9:44
  or
• 9:44
  not
• 9:45
  I
• 9:45
  can
• 9:45
  do
• 9:45
  a
• 9:45
  5k?
• 9:45
  No,
• 9:46
  I
• 9:46
  don't.
• 9:46
  I
• 9:46
  just
• 9:46
  go
• 9:46
  do
• 9:46
  it.
• 9:47
  But
• 9:48
  building
• 9:48
  a
• 9:48
  business
• 9:49
  is
• 9:49
  different.
• 9:49
  Now.
• 9:50
  Again,
• 9:50
  the
• 9:51
  businesses
• 9:51
  I've
• 9:51
  built
• 9:51
  so
• 9:51
  far
• 9:52
  and
• 9:52
  the
• 9:52
  progress
• 9:52
  I've
• 9:52
  made
• 9:53
  so
• 9:53
  far
• 9:53
  also
• 9:53
  requires
• 9:54
  very
• 9:54
  little
• 9:54
  belief.
• 9:54
  I
• 9:54
  know
• 9:55
  I
• 9:55
  can
• 9:55
  get
• 9:55
  there
• 9:55
  cause
• 9:55
  I
• 9:55
  already
• 9:56
  did.
• 9:56
  So
• 9:56
  that
• 9:57
  evidence
• 9:57
  is
• 9:57
  what
• 9:57
  our
• 9:57
  brain
• 9:58
  is
• 9:58
  looking
• 9:58
  for
• 9:58
  in
• 9:58
  order
• 9:59
  to
• 9:59
  believe.
• 10:00
  But
• 10:00
  unfortunately
• 10:01
  we
• 10:01
  have
• 10:01
  to
• 10:02
  learn
• 10:02
  to
• 10:02
  believe
• 10:02
  without
• 10:03
  the
• 10:03
  evidence.
• 10:04
  If
• 10:05
  you
• 10:05
  want
• 10:05
  to
• 10:05
  be.
• 10:06
  Uh,
• 10:06
  super
• 10:07
  successful
• 10:07
  six-figure
• 10:08
  business
• 10:08
  owner,
• 10:08
  but
• 10:08
  you
• 10:08
  haven't
• 10:09
  done
• 10:09
  it
• 10:09
  yet.
• 10:09
  You're
• 10:10
  going
• 10:10
  to
• 10:10
  lack
• 10:10
  that
• 10:10
  confidence
• 10:11
  because
• 10:11
  there's
• 10:11
  no
• 10:12
  evidence
• 10:12
  yet.
• 10:13
  Now
• 10:13
  Brooke
• 10:13
  Castillo,
• 10:14
  the
• 10:14
  owner
• 10:14
  of
• 10:14
  the
• 10:14
  life
• 10:15
  coach
• 10:15
  school
• 10:15
  reminds
• 10:16
  us
• 10:16
  that
• 10:16
  they're
• 10:16
  actually
• 10:16
  two
• 10:17
  different
• 10:17
  kinds
• 10:17
  of
• 10:17
  confidence.
• 10:18
  Regular
• 10:19
  confidence
• 10:19
  comes
• 10:20
  after
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  experience
• 10:21
  and
• 10:21
  the
• 10:21
  competence
• 10:22
  are
• 10:22
  developed.
• 10:22
  So
• 10:23
  So
• 10:23
  once
• 10:23
  I've
• 10:23
  done
• 10:23
  something
• 10:24
  in
• 10:24
  a
• 10:24
  certain
• 10:24
  way,
• 10:25
  I
• 10:25
  have
• 10:25
  the
• 10:25
  confidence.
• 10:25
  I
• 10:25
  can
• 10:26
  do
• 10:26
  it
• 10:26
  again,
• 10:26
  cause
• 10:26
  I've
• 10:26
  already
• 10:26
  done
• 10:26
  it
• 10:27
  once
• 10:27
  I
• 10:27
  have
• 10:27
  the
• 10:27
  evidence
• 10:27
  for
• 10:28
  it.
• 10:28
  Self-confidence
• 10:30
  however,
• 10:30
  is
• 10:30
  the
• 10:30
  other
• 10:30
  kind.
• 10:31
  And
• 10:31
  self-confidence
• 10:32
  is
• 10:32
  the
• 10:32
  belief
• 10:33
  that
• 10:33
  regardless
• 10:34
  of
• 10:34
  what
• 10:34
  we're
• 10:34
  trying
• 10:34
  to
• 10:34
  do,
• 10:35
  we
• 10:35
  have
• 10:35
  the
• 10:35
  power
• 10:35
  to
• 10:36
  do
• 10:36
  it
• 10:36
  because
• 10:36
  we
• 10:36
  are
• 10:36
  amazing
• 10:37
  capable
• 10:37
  people.
• 10:38
  We
• 10:38
  don't
• 10:38
  have
• 10:38
  to
• 10:39
  have
• 10:39
  the
• 10:39
  evidence
• 10:39
  that
• 10:39
  we
• 10:39
  can
• 10:40
  do
• 10:40
  this
• 10:40
  particular
• 10:40
  thing,
• 10:41
  because
• 10:42
  we
• 10:42
  just
• 10:42
  believe
• 10:42
  in
• 10:42
  ourself.
• 10:43
  And
• 10:43
  that
• 10:43
  one
• 10:43
  is
• 10:43
  a
• 10:44
  little
• 10:44
  bit
• 10:44
  harder
• 10:44
  to
• 10:44
  grasp.
• 10:45
  Our
• 10:45
  brain
• 10:46
  has
• 10:46
  zero
• 10:46
  evidence.
• 10:47
  It
• 10:48
  looks
• 10:48
  around
• 10:48
  and
• 10:48
  goes.
• 10:48
  Yeah,
• 10:49
  but
• 10:49
  you
• 10:49
  haven't
• 10:49
  done
• 10:49
  it
• 10:49
  yet,
• 10:49
  but
• 10:49
  you
• 10:49
  haven't
• 10:50
  done
• 10:50
  it
• 10:50
  yet.
• 10:50
  We
• 10:50
  haven't
• 10:50
  done
• 10:51
  it.
• 10:51
  And
• 10:51
  you
• 10:51
  have
• 10:51
  to
• 10:51
  just
• 10:52
  rationally
• 10:52
  say,
• 10:53
  I
• 10:53
  know
• 10:53
  brain,
• 10:53
  I
• 10:54
  know
• 10:54
  we
• 10:54
  haven't
• 10:54
  done
• 10:54
  it,
• 10:55
  but
• 10:55
  I
• 10:55
  know
• 10:55
  we
• 10:55
  can.
• 10:56
  I
• 10:56
  have
• 10:56
  self
• 10:57
  confidence
• 10:57
  in
• 10:57
  my
• 10:57
  abilities
• 10:58
  and
• 10:58
  in
• 10:59
  God's
• 10:59
  ability
• 10:59
  to
• 10:59
  lead
• 11:00
  me
• 11:00
  there
• 11:00
  that
• 11:00
  I
• 11:00
  know
• 11:01
  we
• 11:01
  can
• 11:01
  do
• 11:01
  it.
• 11:01
  Just
• 11:02
  sit
• 11:02
  tight.
• 11:03
  Don't
• 11:03
  be
• 11:03
  too
• 11:03
  nervous.
• 11:03
  We're
• 11:04
  getting
• 11:04
  there.
• 11:04
  Okay.
• 11:05
  Now
• 11:05
  I
• 11:05
  will
• 11:05
  say
• 11:05
  that
• 11:06
  everyone
• 11:06
  of
• 11:07
  us
• 11:07
  are
• 11:07
  ready
• 11:07
  does
• 11:08
  have
• 11:08
  some
• 11:08
  evidence
• 11:09
  for
• 11:09
  self-confidence.
• 11:10
  It
• 11:10
  just
• 11:10
  might
• 11:10
  not
• 11:10
  be
• 11:11
  in
• 11:11
  the
• 11:11
  same
• 11:11
  realm
• 11:11
  of
• 11:12
  things.
• 11:12
  So
• 11:12
  for
• 11:13
  example,
• 11:13
  let's
• 11:13
  say
• 11:13
  I
• 11:13
  decided
• 11:14
  to
• 11:14
  run
• 11:14
  a
• 11:14
  marathon.
• 11:15
  I've
• 11:15
  never
• 11:15
  done
• 11:15
  that
• 11:15
  before,
• 11:16
  but
• 11:16
  I
• 11:16
  have
• 11:16
  run
• 11:16
  these
• 11:16
  five
• 11:17
  Ks.
• 11:17
  So
• 11:17
  I
• 11:18
  could
• 11:18
  remind
• 11:18
  myself,
• 11:19
  well,
• 11:19
  you
• 11:19
  have
• 11:19
  evidence
• 11:20
  that
• 11:20
  you
• 11:20
  know
• 11:20
  how
• 11:20
  to
• 11:20
  run,
• 11:20
  you
• 11:21
  know,
• 11:21
  how
• 11:21
  to
• 11:21
  follow
• 11:21
  a
• 11:21
  training
• 11:22
  program
• 11:22
  and
• 11:22
  get
• 11:22
  there.
• 11:22
  You
• 11:23
  did
• 11:23
  that
• 11:23
  for
• 11:23
  the
• 11:23
  first
• 11:23
  5k,
• 11:24
  whenever
• 11:24
  that
• 11:24
  was
• 11:24
  years
• 11:25
  ago.
• 11:26
  I
• 11:26
  want
• 11:26
  you
• 11:26
  to
• 11:27
  go
• 11:27
  into
• 11:27
  your
• 11:27
  life
• 11:28
  and
• 11:28
  find
• 11:28
  evidence
• 11:29
  of
• 11:30
  things
• 11:30
  that
• 11:30
  you
• 11:30
  have
• 11:30
  accomplished
• 11:31
  well,
• 11:31
  in
• 11:31
  the
• 11:31
  past,
• 11:32
  when
• 11:32
  have
• 11:32
  you
• 11:32
  done
• 11:32
  something
• 11:33
  really
• 11:33
  hard?
• 11:34
  Or
• 11:34
  something
• 11:34
  scary
• 11:35
  or
• 11:35
  something
• 11:35
  that
• 11:35
  others
• 11:36
  would
• 11:36
  balk
• 11:36
  at
• 11:37
  and
• 11:37
  think,
• 11:37
  oh
• 11:37
  my
• 11:38
  gosh,
• 11:38
  I
• 11:38
  can't
• 11:38
  believe
• 11:38
  you
• 11:38
  did
• 11:38
  that.
• 11:39
  But
• 11:39
  to
• 11:39
  you,
• 11:39
  it
• 11:40
  was
• 11:40
  not
• 11:40
  a
• 11:40
  big
• 11:40
  deal
• 11:40
  because
• 11:40
  it
• 11:40
  was
• 11:40
  something
• 11:41
  you
• 11:41
  loved
• 11:41
  something
• 11:41
  you
• 11:41
  were
• 11:42
  really
• 11:42
  interested
• 11:42
  in.
• 11:42
  Something
• 11:43
  you
• 11:43
  worked
• 11:43
  hard
• 11:43
  at.
• 11:44
  What
• 11:44
  do
• 11:44
  people
• 11:45
  compliment
• 11:45
  you
• 11:46
  on?
• 11:46
  What
• 11:46
  is
• 11:46
  your
• 11:46
  superpower?
• 11:48
  Where
• 11:48
  have
• 11:48
  you
• 11:48
  succeeded
• 11:49
  where
• 11:49
  others
• 11:49
  have
• 11:50
  not.
• 11:50
  That
• 11:51
  is
• 11:51
  evidence
• 11:51
  that
• 11:52
  you
• 11:52
  have
• 11:52
  self-confidence
• 11:53
  again,
• 11:53
  it
• 11:53
  might
• 11:53
  not
• 11:53
  be
• 11:53
  in
• 11:54
  the
• 11:54
  same
• 11:54
  area.
• 11:55
  You
• 11:55
  might
• 11:55
  be
• 11:55
  trying
• 11:55
  to
• 11:55
  build
• 11:55
  a
• 11:55
  business
• 11:56
  right
• 11:56
  now,
• 11:56
  and
• 11:56
  you
• 11:56
  don't
• 11:56
  have
• 11:56
  any
• 11:57
  experience
• 11:57
  with
• 11:57
  that,
• 11:58
  but
• 11:58
  you
• 11:58
  have
• 11:58
  experienced
• 11:59
  being
• 11:59
  an
• 11:59
  amazing
• 11:59
  mom.
• 12:00
  Or
• 12:00
  running
• 12:01
  a
• 12:01
  PTA.
• 12:02
  Or
• 12:02
  serving
• 12:03
  at
• 12:03
  church,
• 12:03
  you
• 12:04
  have
• 12:04
  experienced
• 12:05
  that.
• 12:05
  You
• 12:05
  can
• 12:05
  draw
• 12:05
  that
• 12:05
  self-confidence
• 12:06
  from,
• 12:06
  it's
• 12:06
  just
• 12:06
  going
• 12:06
  to
• 12:06
  look
• 12:06
  a
• 12:07
  little
• 12:07
  bit
• 12:07
  different.
• 12:08
  Now,
• 12:08
  if
• 12:08
  you
• 12:08
  struggle
• 12:09
  to
• 12:09
  answer
• 12:09
  any
• 12:09
  of
• 12:09
  these
• 12:09
  questions,
• 12:10
  like
• 12:10
  what
• 12:10
  people
• 12:10
  compliment
• 12:11
  you
• 12:11
  on
• 12:11
  or
• 12:12
  what
• 12:12
  your
• 12:12
  superpower
• 12:12
  is,
• 12:13
  then
• 12:13
  I
• 12:13
  want
• 12:13
  you
• 12:13
  to
• 12:13
  start.
• 12:14
  Building
• 12:15
  some
• 12:15
  evidence
• 12:15
  of
• 12:15
  your
• 12:16
  power
• 12:16
  to
• 12:16
  accomplish
• 12:17
  things.
• 12:18
  Go
• 12:18
  try
• 12:18
  something
• 12:19
  hard,
• 12:19
  go
• 12:19
  do
• 12:20
  something
• 12:20
  different.
• 12:20
  If
• 12:20
  you're
• 12:20
  already
• 12:20
  working
• 12:21
  on
• 12:21
  a
• 12:21
  business,
• 12:21
  you
• 12:21
  can
• 12:21
  start
• 12:22
  there,
• 12:22
  but
• 12:23
  just
• 12:23
  start
• 12:23
  journaling
• 12:23
  about
• 12:24
  these
• 12:24
  little
• 12:24
  things
• 12:24
  that,
• 12:24
  you
• 12:24
  know,
• 12:25
  you
• 12:25
  can
• 12:25
  do.
• 12:26
  Even
• 12:26
  when
• 12:26
  they're
• 12:26
  hard
• 12:27
  for
• 12:27
  So
• 12:27
  start
• 12:27
  writing
• 12:28
  it
• 12:28
  down,
• 12:28
  put
• 12:28
  it
• 12:28
  in
• 12:28
  a
• 12:28
  journal
• 12:29
  and
• 12:29
  then
• 12:29
  gradually
• 12:29
  build
• 12:30
  up
• 12:30
  from
• 12:30
  there.
• 12:31
  If
• 12:31
  you
• 12:31
  are,
• 12:32
  let's
• 12:32
  say
• 12:32
  really
• 12:32
  good
• 12:33
  at
• 12:33
  drinking
• 12:33
  enough
• 12:33
  water
• 12:34
  in
• 12:34
  the
• 12:34
  day.
• 12:34
  The
• 12:35
  next,
• 12:35
  I
• 12:35
  want
• 12:35
  you
• 12:35
  to
• 12:35
  work
• 12:36
  on
• 12:36
  believing
• 12:36
  that
• 12:36
  you
• 12:36
  also
• 12:37
  have
• 12:37
  the
• 12:37
  power
• 12:38
  to
• 12:38
  build
• 12:38
  a
• 12:38
  really
• 12:38
  cool
• 12:39
  email
• 12:39
  list,
• 12:39
  full
• 12:40
  of
• 12:40
  people
• 12:40
  who
• 12:40
  are
• 12:40
  interested
• 12:41
  in
• 12:41
  what
• 12:41
  you
• 12:41
  have
• 12:41
  to
• 12:41
  offer.
• 12:42
  Or
• 12:42
  whatever
• 12:42
  else
• 12:43
  your
• 12:43
  next
• 12:43
  business
• 12:43
  goal
• 12:43
  is.
• 12:44
  Right.
• 12:44
  So
• 12:44
  use
• 12:44
  the
• 12:45
  confidence
• 12:45
  you
• 12:45
  have
• 12:45
  in
• 12:45
  some
• 12:46
  areas
• 12:46
  of
• 12:46
  life
• 12:47
  to
• 12:47
  give
• 12:47
  you
• 12:47
  a
• 12:47
  little
• 12:47
  boost
• 12:48
  into
• 12:48
  your
• 12:48
  business
• 12:49
  area
• 12:49
  of
• 12:49
  life.
• 12:50
  Even
• 12:51
  if
• 12:51
  they
• 12:51
  have
• 12:51
  nothing
• 12:51
  to
• 12:51
  do
• 12:51
  with
• 12:51
  each
• 12:52
  other,
• 12:52
  if
• 12:52
  you
• 12:52
  can
• 12:52
  succeed
• 12:53
  at
• 12:53
  one
• 12:53
  thing,
• 12:53
  you
• 12:53
  can
• 12:53
  succeed
• 12:54
  at
• 12:54
  another.
• 12:55
  So
• 12:55
  basically
• 12:55
  what
• 12:56
  I'm
• 12:56
  saying
• 12:56
  is
• 12:56
  borrow
• 12:57
  belief
• 12:57
  from
• 12:57
  other
• 12:57
  areas
• 12:58
  of
• 12:58
  your
• 12:58
  life,
• 12:58
  if
• 12:58
  you
• 12:58
  need
• 12:58
  to,
• 12:59
  but
• 12:59
  start
• 13:00
  believing
• 13:00
  in
• 13:00
  your
• 13:00
  ability
• 13:01
  to
• 13:01
  do
• 13:01
  this
• 13:01
  thing.
• 13:02
  Okay,
• 13:02
  let
• 13:02
  me
• 13:02
  share
• 13:02
  a
• 13:03
  story
• 13:03
  with
• 13:03
  you
• 13:03
  guys
• 13:03
  really
• 13:04
  quickly.
• 13:04
  Uh,
• 13:05
  when
• 13:05
  I
• 13:05
  was
• 13:05
  a
• 13:05
  young
• 13:05
  mom,
• 13:06
  I
• 13:06
  think
• 13:06
  I
• 13:06
  was
• 13:06
  pregnant
• 13:06
  with
• 13:07
  maybe
• 13:07
  my
• 13:07
  second
• 13:07
  or
• 13:07
  third
• 13:07
  baby.
• 13:08
  I
• 13:08
  decided
• 13:09
  that
• 13:09
  I
• 13:09
  was
• 13:09
  going
• 13:10
  to
• 13:10
  look
• 13:10
  into
• 13:10
  starting
• 13:10
  a
• 13:11
  clothing
• 13:11
  boutique,
• 13:11
  which
• 13:12
  spoiler
• 13:12
  alert
• 13:13
  I
• 13:13
  didn't
• 13:13
  end
• 13:13
  up
• 13:13
  doing
• 13:13
  for
• 13:14
  another
• 13:14
  about
• 13:14
  15
• 13:15
  years.
• 13:15
  But
• 13:15
  at
• 13:16
  that
• 13:16
  time
• 13:16
  I
• 13:16
  thought
• 13:16
  it
• 13:16
  was
• 13:16
  the
• 13:16
  right
• 13:17
  time.
• 13:18
  And
• 13:18
  so
• 13:18
  I
• 13:18
  learned
• 13:19
  that
• 13:19
  I
• 13:19
  needed
• 13:19
  a
• 13:20
  business
• 13:20
  license
• 13:21
  and
• 13:21
  then
• 13:21
  I
• 13:21
  needed
• 13:21
  to
• 13:21
  go
• 13:22
  to
• 13:22
  a
• 13:23
  market,
• 13:23
  uh,
• 13:24
  fashion
• 13:24
  market
• 13:25
  in
• 13:25
  order
• 13:25
  to
• 13:25
  start.
• 13:26
  Purchasing
• 13:26
  things
• 13:26
  wholesale
• 13:27
  so
• 13:27
  that
• 13:27
  I
• 13:27
  could
• 13:27
  sell
• 13:27
  in
• 13:28
  my
• 13:28
  boutique.
• 13:29
  The
• 13:29
  closest
• 13:29
  fashion
• 13:29
  market
• 13:30
  was
• 13:30
  in
• 13:30
  Las
• 13:30
  Vegas.
• 13:31
  And
• 13:31
  so
• 13:31
  I
• 13:32
  got
• 13:33
  a
• 13:33
  hotel
• 13:33
  room.
• 13:34
  I
• 13:34
  hopped
• 13:34
  in
• 13:34
  my
• 13:34
  car
• 13:35
  and
• 13:35
  I
• 13:35
  drove
• 13:35
  to
• 13:35
  Las
• 13:35
  Vegas
• 13:36
  to
• 13:36
  this
• 13:36
  massive
• 13:36
  fashion
• 13:37
  market.
• 13:38
  And
• 13:38
  if
• 13:39
  you're
• 13:39
  not
• 13:39
  in
• 13:39
  the
• 13:39
  industry,
• 13:39
  you
• 13:39
  probably
• 13:40
  don't
• 13:40
  know
• 13:40
  that
• 13:40
  these
• 13:40
  fashion
• 13:41
  markets
• 13:41
  are
• 13:41
  ridiculously
• 13:42
  overwhelming.
• 13:43
  Think
• 13:44
  about
• 13:44
  your
• 13:45
  most
• 13:45
  massive
• 13:46
  shopping
• 13:46
  spree.
• 13:47
  And
• 13:47
  multiply
• 13:48
  it
• 13:48
  by
• 13:48
  a
• 13:48
  hundred.
• 13:49
  There
• 13:49
  are.
• 13:50
  Acres
• 13:51
  and
• 13:51
  acres
• 13:52
  of
• 13:52
  clothing
• 13:53
  available
• 13:53
  to
• 13:53
  purchase
• 13:54
  wholesale.
• 13:54
  Every
• 13:55
  style
• 13:55
  under
• 13:55
  the
• 13:55
  sun,
• 13:56
  every
• 13:56
  color,
• 13:57
  every
• 13:57
  size.
• 13:58
  It
• 13:58
  is
• 13:58
  extremely,
• 13:59
  extremely.
• 14:00
  Overwhelming.
• 14:01
  I
• 14:01
  had
• 14:01
  no
• 14:02
  idea
• 14:02
  what
• 14:02
  to
• 14:02
  expect
• 14:03
  and
• 14:03
  I
• 14:03
  went
• 14:03
  by
• 14:03
  myself.
• 14:04
  I
• 14:05
  was
• 14:05
  really
• 14:06
  excited
• 14:06
  about
• 14:07
  this
• 14:07
  venture.
• 14:08
  But
• 14:08
  I
• 14:08
  was
• 14:08
  also
• 14:09
  terrified.
• 14:09
  I
• 14:09
  had
• 14:10
  no
• 14:10
  idea
• 14:10
  even
• 14:10
  how
• 14:11
  to
• 14:11
  purchase
• 14:11
  wholesale.
• 14:12
  I
• 14:12
  knew
• 14:12
  that
• 14:12
  I
• 14:12
  was
• 14:12
  there
• 14:13
  legally.
• 14:13
  Like
• 14:14
  I
• 14:14
  signed
• 14:14
  up
• 14:14
  and
• 14:14
  got
• 14:15
  my
• 14:15
  license
• 14:15
  and
• 14:15
  did
• 14:15
  everything
• 14:15
  I
• 14:15
  needed
• 14:16
  to
• 14:16
  do,
• 14:16
  but
• 14:16
  I
• 14:16
  didn't
• 14:17
  know
• 14:17
  how
• 14:17
  it
• 14:18
  worked.
• 14:18
  And
• 14:18
  I
• 14:18
  didn't
• 14:19
  know
• 14:19
  if
• 14:19
  there
• 14:19
  was
• 14:19
  a
• 14:19
  minimum
• 14:19
  purchase.
• 14:20
  I
• 14:20
  didn't
• 14:20
  know
• 14:21
  how
• 14:21
  many
• 14:21
  of
• 14:22
  each
• 14:22
  size
• 14:22
  I
• 14:22
  would
• 14:23
  get.
• 14:23
  I
• 14:23
  didn't
• 14:23
  know
• 14:24
  when
• 14:24
  things
• 14:24
  would
• 14:24
  be
• 14:24
  delivered.
• 14:25
  I
• 14:25
  didn't
• 14:25
  I
• 14:25
  just
• 14:25
  didn't
• 14:26
  know
• 14:26
  all
• 14:26
  the
• 14:26
  ins
• 14:26
  and
• 14:26
  outs
• 14:26
  of
• 14:27
  the
• 14:27
  industry.
• 14:28
  And
• 14:28
  so
• 14:28
  what
• 14:28
  did
• 14:28
  I
• 14:28
  do?
• 14:29
  I
• 14:29
  wandered
• 14:29
  the
• 14:30
  market
• 14:30
  for
• 14:30
  two
• 14:30
  days
• 14:31
  and
• 14:31
  spoke
• 14:31
  to
• 14:32
  no
• 14:32
  one.
• 14:33
  Not
• 14:33
  a
• 14:33
  single
• 14:34
  human
• 14:34
  being.
• 14:35
  I
• 14:35
  just
• 14:35
  wandered
• 14:35
  around
• 14:36
  and
• 14:36
  looked
• 14:36
  at
• 14:36
  all
• 14:36
  the
• 14:36
  things
• 14:37
  and
• 14:37
  thought,
• 14:37
  gee.
• 14:39
  Maybe
• 14:39
  if
• 14:39
  I
• 14:39
  was
• 14:40
  more
• 14:40
  courageous,
• 14:40
  I
• 14:40
  could
• 14:40
  ask
• 14:40
  somebody.
• 14:42
  I
• 14:42
  purchased
• 14:42
  the
• 14:42
  wholesale
• 14:43
  and
• 14:43
  what
• 14:44
  to
• 14:44
  do
• 14:44
  next.
• 14:44
  And
• 14:44
  you
• 14:45
  guys
• 14:45
  I'm
• 14:45
  ashamed
• 14:45
  to
• 14:45
  say
• 14:46
  I
• 14:46
  came
• 14:46
  home
• 14:46
  from
• 14:46
  that
• 14:46
  trip
• 14:47
  and
• 14:47
  I
• 14:47
  did
• 14:47
  nothing.
• 14:48
  To
• 14:49
  accomplish
• 14:49
  that
• 14:49
  dream.
• 14:50
  Nothing.
• 14:50
  I
• 14:50
  was
• 14:50
  too
• 14:51
  scared.
• 14:52
  I
• 14:52
  didn't
• 14:52
  bother
• 14:53
  pulling
• 14:53
  somebody
• 14:54
  aside
• 14:54
  and
• 14:54
  saying,
• 14:54
  Hey,
• 14:54
  can
• 14:55
  you
• 14:55
  tell
• 14:55
  me
• 14:55
  how
• 14:55
  this
• 14:55
  works
• 14:56
  or
• 14:56
  Googling
• 14:57
  it?
• 14:57
  And
• 14:57
  I'll
• 14:58
  tell
• 14:58
  you
• 14:58
  why,
• 14:58
  because
• 14:59
  my
• 14:59
  brain
• 15:00
  was
• 15:00
  already
• 15:00
  convinced
• 15:01
  it
• 15:01
  wouldn't
• 15:02
  work.
• 15:02
  And
• 15:03
  so
• 15:03
  I
• 15:03
  just
• 15:03
  self-sabotage,
• 15:04
  I
• 15:04
  just
• 15:05
  walked
• 15:05
  around
• 15:05
  looking,
• 15:06
  wishing
• 15:07
  being
• 15:07
  wistful
• 15:08
  thinking.
• 15:08
  Well,
• 15:09
  maybe
• 15:09
  if
• 15:09
  somebody
• 15:10
  walks
• 15:10
  up
• 15:10
  to
• 15:10
  me
• 15:10
  and
• 15:10
  says,
• 15:11
  aren't
• 15:11
  you
• 15:11
  interested,
• 15:12
  let
• 15:12
  me
• 15:12
  tell
• 15:12
  you
• 15:12
  how
• 15:13
  to
• 15:13
  get
• 15:13
  this
• 15:13
  started.
• 15:14
  Isn't
• 15:15
  that
• 15:15
  silly,
• 15:16
  but
• 15:16
  but
• 15:16
  now
• 15:16
  looking
• 15:17
  back,
• 15:17
  understanding
• 15:17
  how
• 15:17
  the
• 15:18
  brain
• 15:18
  works.
• 15:18
  I
• 15:18
  know
• 15:18
  exactly
• 15:19
  why
• 15:19
  I
• 15:19
  did
• 15:19
  that.
• 15:19
  It
• 15:20
  was
• 15:20
  because
• 15:20
  I
• 15:20
  didn't
• 15:21
  believe
• 15:21
  I
• 15:22
  could.
• 15:23
  If
• 15:23
  I
• 15:23
  had
• 15:23
  had
• 15:23
  the
• 15:23
  belief
• 15:24
  I
• 15:24
  would
• 15:24
  have
• 15:24
  let
• 15:24
  hell
• 15:25
  or
• 15:25
  high
• 15:25
  water
• 15:25
  come
• 15:26
  between
• 15:26
  me
• 15:27
  and
• 15:27
  purchasing
• 15:27
  the
• 15:27
  things
• 15:27
  I
• 15:27
  needed
• 15:28
  to
• 15:28
  purchase
• 15:28
  to
• 15:28
  start
• 15:28
  my
• 15:28
  boutique.
• 15:29
  But
• 15:29
  I
• 15:29
  just
• 15:29
  wandered
• 15:30
  around
• 15:30
  wishing
• 15:31
  that
• 15:31
  I
• 15:31
  had
• 15:31
  more
• 15:31
  courage,
• 15:32
  wishing
• 15:32
  that
• 15:33
  I
• 15:33
  had
• 15:33
  more
• 15:33
  belief.
• 15:34
  Wishing
• 15:34
  that
• 15:34
  it
• 15:34
  was
• 15:34
  going
• 15:35
  to
• 15:35
  work
• 15:35
  out
• 15:35
  for
• 15:35
  me.
• 15:35
  And
• 15:35
  it
• 15:36
  didn't
• 15:36
  because
• 15:36
  I
• 15:36
  didn't
• 15:37
  believe
• 15:37
  it
• 15:37
  could.
• 15:38
  So.
• 15:39
  Let
• 15:39
  this
• 15:39
  be
• 15:40
  a
• 15:40
  lesson
• 15:40
  to
• 15:40
  you.
• 15:40
  You
• 15:41
  do
• 15:41
  not
• 15:41
  need
• 15:42
  more
• 15:42
  business
• 15:42
  tips.
• 15:43
  Those
• 15:43
  will
• 15:44
  come
• 15:44
  in
• 15:44
  time.
• 15:44
  You
• 15:45
  obviously
• 15:45
  need
• 15:45
  to
• 15:45
  know
• 15:46
  something
• 15:46
  about
• 15:46
  billing
• 15:47
  visits.
• 15:47
  I
• 15:47
  needed
• 15:47
  the
• 15:47
  knowledge
• 15:48
  of
• 15:48
  how
• 15:48
  to
• 15:48
  purchase
• 15:49
  the
• 15:49
  wholesale
• 15:49
  pieces,
• 15:50
  but
• 15:50
  I
• 15:50
  had
• 15:51
  to
• 15:51
  believe
• 15:51
  first.
• 15:52
  And
• 15:52
  then
• 15:52
  I
• 15:52
  was
• 15:52
  going
• 15:52
  to
• 15:52
  go
• 15:52
  out
• 15:52
  and
• 15:52
  find
• 15:53
  that
• 15:53
  knowledge.
• 15:54
  It's
• 15:54
  your
• 15:54
  mind
• 15:55
  stopping
• 15:55
  you?
• 15:55
  Not
• 15:56
  your
• 15:56
  lack
• 15:56
  of
• 15:57
  logistical
• 15:57
  steps.
• 15:58
  It's
• 15:58
  not
• 15:58
  because
• 15:58
  you
• 15:58
  don't
• 15:58
  know
• 15:59
  how
• 15:59
  how
• 15:59
  will
• 16:00
  come
• 16:00
  once
• 16:01
  your
• 16:01
  brain
• 16:01
  is
• 16:01
  ready.
• 16:02
  So
• 16:02
  So
• 16:03
  if
• 16:03
  you're
• 16:03
  ready
• 16:03
  for
• 16:03
  some
• 16:03
  help
• 16:04
  to
• 16:04
  turn
• 16:04
  on
• 16:04
  that
• 16:04
  engine
• 16:05
  of
• 16:05
  that
• 16:05
  crazy
• 16:06
  powerful.
• 16:07
  Brain
• 16:07
  that
• 16:07
  you
• 16:07
  have
• 16:08
  schedule
• 16:08
  a
• 16:08
  free
• 16:08
  call
• 16:09
  with
• 16:09
  me.
• 16:09
  We'll
• 16:09
  talk
• 16:09
  We'll
• 16:09
  talk
• 16:10
  to
• 16:10
  you
• 16:10
  next
• 16:10
  week,
• 16:10
  friends.
• 16:10
  Bye.
• 16:11
  Bye.
