- Mark Hayes (00:01.454) All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another exciting edition of Two Men in Black and White. We're just a couple of guys with streaming capability, looking at the state of the American decay in progress through the lens of the black and white communities. Danilus joins us now live from the beautiful confines of the Upper Hudson River Valley, where we both grew up and were raised. And Brock, I don't care where you're from. minus 10 degrees is cold. And if you're in Minnesota and you're out there protesting, my hat's off to you. Thank you for not putting up the bullshit and thank you for showing us how it's done. This is the blueprint for what America, for how America should be fighting back. Would you agree? BROCK GANELES (00:52.181) incredibly impressive turnout and performance by the people of Minneapolis. Surprised, happily surprised of how many people are out there on the streets. The tone of the event from the clips that I've seen. The fact, and I don't know how I totally missed this one. Mark Hayes (00:55.926) No doubt. Mark Hayes (01:06.773) Mm-hmm. BROCK GANELES (01:15.027) You'd been talking all week about how many corporations are based in the Minneapolis area. I'd forgotten Target is one of them. And the fact they went to Target and protested, there were protests there specifically at that headquarters, you know, to talk about the business community and telling Target to stop supporting ICE. But I think everything that's going on there today with the economic blackout and the people's show and bodies on Mark Hayes (01:23.802) yeah? BROCK GANELES (01:44.903) on the street, hugely impressive and I think should be inspirational for the rest of us and should be energizing for the rest of us on what really is gonna be need to be done everywhere and every time ice shows up. You know, we're gonna even amp it up more, but you know what? Most of us aren't gonna have to be out there at minus 10 degrees. Mark Hayes (01:51.361) Big time. Mark Hayes (02:06.781) Minus 10 exactly exactly so you know today was the day where we were having this historic General strike in the city of Minneapolis they asked people not to go to work to come out and protest people did exactly that and now it's spreading like wildfire This report I'm looking at now from What time is it East Coast time 540? They're saying 250 cities are logging on now to be up next to strike so You know, if we start shutting stuff down around the country, right, now those 83 billionaires are really gonna be pissed off. BROCK GANELES (02:37.781) Ooh! BROCK GANELES (02:47.637) Yeah, be interested to see the numbers on how many people actually didn't go to work. You know, that may take a little while to, you know, to figure out, right? That's just a hard calculation to do. But if the indication of how many people are on the street, you know, it's got to be 20,000, right? Could it be that many more? I don't know that meaning. It just looks like waves. Yeah, waves of people. mean, optically, it's just waves of. Mark Hayes (02:51.617) Yeah. Yeah. Mark Hayes (03:09.201) man, the pictures, it looked like it. Yeah. Yeah, I mean the other day... BROCK GANELES (03:16.891) Is I haven't seen ice's presence doesn't seem to be, you know, they seem to have, you know, avoided these crowds today. Not surprisingly, like I haven't seen conflicts. So it looks like ice stayed out of the way. Probably staying warm in their hotel room, you know, just cashing their cash in their paychecks. But maybe they didn't get to maybe they didn't get, you know, maybe they'll have trouble getting their quotas today. Mark Hayes (03:24.844) Yeah. Mark Hayes (03:30.281) Right. Mark Hayes (03:34.228) Yeah Well... Mark Hayes (03:41.854) And isn't that the irony of how much ICE resembles Trump's personality? mean, ICE is nothing but a bunch of bullies running around taking advantage of people who cannot defend themselves, right? I saw a story today where they used a five-year-old as bait. I mean, how disgusting a human being do you have to be to bait someone, right, with their five-year-old child? I mean, think about... Think about how Trump's personality absolutely mirrors what ICE is doing. And it'll make you sick to your stomach. It makes you see red. then again, Brock, let's get into it. We had a chance to defund them, right? And we had seven Democrats, seven blue cats vote for it. Why? I don't know why. BROCK GANELES (04:40.307) supposedly because they're worried about getting painted as anti law enforcement and they're in swing districts and you know, they had the quote look like then they're they're on the side of toughness, right? Which is just so wrong and they're just it just shows how backwards first of all to me how poor the leadership is in the Democratic Party and that's right now to me that Schumer Jeffries and Ken Martin the head of the party Mark Hayes (04:55.925) Yeah. BROCK GANELES (05:09.693) are just so weak because they just don't have that fundamental strength to be able to make a moral stance and say, know, ICE is wrong. And they don't have like the smarts or the moral fortitude to even differentiate between the two and be like, no, we're absolutely pro law enforcement. We're pro our police forces. ICE is not that ICE is a rogue white supremacy militia. Mark Hayes (05:09.95) Right. Mark Hayes (05:14.645) Right. BROCK GANELES (05:38.741) functioning at the behest of Trump's authoritarian regime. And if you can't differentiate those two, to me, you shouldn't even be in politics. to me, it's an absolute disgrace that seven Democrats crossed the line. We know it wouldn't really defunded ICE. It just wouldn't have given them more money now in a short period of time. But it was more about making the philosophical statement and drawing the line in the sand and making a Mark Hayes (05:48.266) Right. Mark Hayes (06:00.587) Right, right. BROCK GANELES (06:08.775) announcement to us, the rank and file us, the 20,000 Minneapolis on the street that our leadership is with us and they get it. And that ant ice is an enemy of the resistance. Totally frustrating day to be a Democrat. Mark Hayes (06:22.003) Right. Yeah, you know, no doubt, especially after the news comes out that a memo was obtained from the DHS saying that, we don't need a warrant to come in your house. Like, hold it now, we're living in a time of, where I thought we had search and seizure laws, right? We're vacating all of our civil liberties. right, to cater to ICE, right, which is a corrupt organization at best run by jackals making up lies against people who are here legally. We know that, I mean, the percentage of people with actual criminal records that they've grabbed is so minuscule that it makes this entire operation worthless in my estimation. What say you? BROCK GANELES (07:26.665) How can leadership not be able to differentiate between backing the blue that's out there to quote, protect and serve and functions by the rules of the United States Constitution and a rogue army that's masked marauders that are out there basically trampling the Constitution, not caring about the Fourth Amendment search and seizure, not caring about the First Amendment. Mark Hayes (07:41.022) Bye. BROCK GANELES (07:56.053) speech, second amendment, right to assembly. And they're playing by the, the, the Kavanaugh rule, which is they can, you know, detain anybody just based on the color of their skin. How is it that the leadership can't differentiate between those two and make a statement that shows support for one and resistance to another? So back to your point, it's absurd that we're allowing these mass marauders to function. Mark Hayes (08:17.833) Right. BROCK GANELES (08:23.975) outside the rules of our constitution. And it's lovely absurd that we can't message that and have the confidence that the American people won't get that message. They get it. They watch the visual of the five-year-old kid up against a police car with the ice agent holding his backpack because they lanked him away because they had to get his father so that they could hit their quota. Mark Hayes (08:27.323) Exactly. Mark Hayes (08:44.647) Right. Right. Mark Hayes (08:53.019) Right. Because it's all it's about. BROCK GANELES (08:53.489) It's so obvious. Yeah, the differentiation between the two constitutional rules. Rogue army, I mean. Mark Hayes (09:03.826) Right, right. I mean, it's pathetic at this point. You know, because these guys are pulling out all the stops just to hit their quota. It's a money thing for them. It's not a humanity thing. This is a, again, a mirror of Trump's personality, right? How much can I enrich myself? Let me go about it in that vein. And that's what's happening here. People are suffering. you know, so these guys can get an extra $5,000, $10,000 a month, whatever the bonus is. And that's taxpayer money. So the people that they are, you know, harassing and bum rushing are the ones paying their fucking salaries. I mean, how absurd is that in 2026 in the US of A, right? We are a shithole country, by the way. I don't know if anybody's put the label up, but we are a shithole country right now. BROCK GANELES (10:00.063) I love that. And now that that comparison that that ice reflects Trump, right? Because it's greed hitting the quotas and paid the bonuses, right? It's it's it's corruption, right? It's lawlessness. It's racism, right? It's like all it's cruelty. Like it's all these core qualities of Trump that make him such a horrendous human being, you know, personified. Mark Hayes (10:10.439) Yep. Mark Hayes (10:13.778) Through and through. Yep. Mark Hayes (10:23.826) of Trump. Yep. BROCK GANELES (10:29.769) in, you know, in essence, it's Trump's army. It's Trump's domestic army. And does, you know, the question back to you is does this stance by the people of Minneapolis generate a follow through that makes an impact? Mark Hayes (10:34.831) Exactly. Mark Hayes (10:51.848) It looks like it. mean, brah, how many days in a row is it going to be 10 below, right? Like, if it gets any warmer, there'll be even more people out there. So if it gets above zero, you may be able to add another 10, 15, 20,000 people out there to the mission. you know, think about, I don't know if you've ever been in 10 degree below zero weather. I have not on purpose. And I can't imagine being out there for any length of time. And these folks were out there marching, chanting. mean, they're dead serious. Now, Minnesotans know how to dress, but I don't know if there's any way appropriate to dress for 10 below. But they did it. But I think it will have an impact, especially when there's this kind of sacrifice. If they can get out there in 10 below, we can damn sure get out there in 45, 50 degree weather in the rest of the country. They're in Maine now. BROCK GANELES (11:38.879) Mm-hmm. Mark Hayes (11:50.672) ICE is in Maine, going door to door, know, ruining people's lives, making people miserable. Why? So you're gonna tell me in one of the whitest states in the country, you're gonna send in ICE for illegal immigrants, really? My son went to University of Maine, okay? I've been to the airports in Maine, I've driven through Maine, I've stopped at every gas station along, you know, highway, whatever it is, 95. you know, from Boston to Maine. You know, I've flown into Boston, driven to Maine. I haven't seen one illegal anything, unless the white people that have been helping me at all those different service stops are illegals. Okay? Exactly. BROCK GANELES (12:30.655) Mm-hmm. BROCK GANELES (12:35.189) illegal Swiss illegal Swiss immigrants. I saw a statistic. I think I saw the number that Maine is 98 % white is that feels right when you're there, right? Maybe 99 like surprises. 2%. So that's I mean, in essence, Minneapolis now is going to pass the baton to Maine and going to be like, okay, Portland, Maine, because I think that's where I Mark Hayes (12:45.179) Feels very white. Yeah. Mark Hayes (12:57.84) Right. BROCK GANELES (13:02.677) started right? Biggest city in the state, right? You know, is Maine going to come out and in numbers? Mark Hayes (13:03.141) Yeah. Yep. Yep. Mark Hayes (13:10.247) They've got to. They've got to, because again, the longer we let this go, the more we come to sensitize to it. And that can't be any way to live life when you're black or brown. I don't care what people say. We as black, because they're grabbing black folks now. We're seeing it. And especially if you're black with an accent, they're grabbing you. You may have been here your entire life, but because your family has an accent and because your family came from someplace else, they're snatching you up. And that is no way to live. And I saw an interesting YouTube video today where some of the high command from Germany. came to the University of Arkansas back in the 1930s to study segregation, to figure out how to implement it. See, think about that export, right? Nobody, well, South Africa, you know, was able to, you know, segregate as well as us. But nobody did it with the... I don't know that apartheid was as brutal as slavery, Jim Crow segregation here in the US, but we know how brutal it was here, right? So the fact that someone admired it and wanted to come over here and learn how to duplicate it, lets you know that we are the originators of the goddamn segregation movement. BROCK GANELES (14:48.211) Yeah, it's amazing. BROCK GANELES (14:55.827) Did you get any, did you get any sense of the dynamic of the crowd in Minneapolis? I mean, they're so bundled up and almost most of the videos I saw are pretty far away, but it did look prime. It did look very white. and I would get it. Somalis don't want to be out there. They're worried they'll get snatched. Mark Hayes (15:02.148) Yeah, I couldn't tell. Mark Hayes (15:07.609) Yeah. Mark Hayes (15:12.728) Right. BROCK GANELES (15:13.813) But I think, you know, I'm going to, we'll see. I'm going to have to spend more time on it tonight. But my guess is probably a predominantly white movement. And hopefully that is encouraging to the black community that the white community of Minneapolis would be out there, you know, primarily in support of their Somali neighbors, you know, who are the initial targets and maybe, you know, maybe Mark Hayes (15:30.019) Right. Mark Hayes (15:34.618) Right. BROCK GANELES (15:40.871) A portion, you know, a section of white America is starting to build some credibility with people of color that hopefully helps build the movement as we go into 2026. And we'll see there's similar white support of people of color in Maine. They're not coming to snatch the 98 percenters, right, of Maine, right? They're just they're targeting that 2 percent. Mark Hayes (15:47.362) Right. Mark Hayes (15:53.762) Right. Well. Mark Hayes (16:01.134) Right. Mark Hayes (16:04.761) No. Right, absolutely. And the fact that you are going to Maine, again, means you're going to someplace where you think it's going to be easy pickings. And again, remember, remember what 3,000 people a day adds up to, Brock. That's over a million people, right? No wonder you got business owners bitching and moaning about not being able to build a house because all my employees been snatched. What did you think was going to happen? What did you think was gonna happen when they started grabbing people off the street? I mean, it makes no sense. But when you look right at its origins, like we've been trying to do for the past year and some change, it's all rooted in racism. It's all rooted in the racist notion of this this thread through white America that is in fear. Like, I don't understand what white America is so afraid of in terms of having a more just, more fair, more culturally accepting society. I don't understand why that scares white folks. I really don't. BROCK GANELES (17:23.943) I don't know. mean, America's culture is accepting in some areas, right? Like we talk about like, right? Entertainment and sports and certainly like, like, let's just say, I hospitality, certainly in in how we eat, right? We're extremely diverse in how we eat. Who goes, who eats quote American food seven nights a week? Like, what would that even Mark Hayes (17:30.204) Sports? Mark Hayes (17:42.478) Sure. Mark Hayes (17:47.392) Nobody, American that I know. BROCK GANELES (17:49.299) Who would that be? Maybe burgers and ribs and, you know, steak and potatoes, right? Or McDonald's. But like, no one's doing that, right? We're eating pasta, we're eating Mexican food, we're Asian food. We're all over the place. We, especially in cities, right? But this is everywhere. Every town has a ton of options, right? Mark Hayes (17:56.42) Right. Mark Hayes (18:00.705) No. Mark Hayes (18:13.314) Yes! BROCK GANELES (18:14.197) It's one of the things we love about, wherever we live, right? We always brag about like what different food we have near us and how we're always eating something different. It's such a perk of America is that diversity of cuisine. I don't know. How do you do it as a way? How do you go into a Mexican restaurant, eat on taco Tuesday, have some margaritas and walk out to the parking lot and want them all fucking shipped out? Like how do you keep those two things in your head at the same time? Mark Hayes (18:20.387) Right. Mark Hayes (18:24.62) No doubt. No doubt. Mark Hayes (18:37.658) Right. Mark Hayes (18:43.501) Right, right. mean, it's the ultimate conundrum. How do you balance those two opposing notions and thoughts within your own head? mean, you have to be like Sybil with 16 personalities damn near to approach in that way. BROCK GANELES (19:06.709) It's just amazing. It's amazing. Mark Hayes (19:12.612) But again, Brock, you know, it all starts in the home. You and I were fortunate enough to have parents who didn't teach us to hate, who didn't teach us that just because someone or something is different means it's no good, right? Or it's evil. I mean, have you ever seen those tests that they do with the black and white dolls and they'll ask the little white child which doll is evil or which doll is bad and they always pick the brown one, right? Like it starts at home, right? Because We know the things that kids don't like, and I've said this before, I know you're getting tired of me saying it, kids don't like, you know, naps, broccoli, the end of recess, know, plain white rice, like those are the things that we as kids universally, you know, abhor. But if you put a kid down in a sandbox with another kid, they're gonna play, right? It's not until they're taught, right, to dislike. kids of other hues that they become hateful, just like the kid we saw in Tennessee, who the goalkeeper told the player on the other team, Donald Trump's gonna grab you and send you back where you came from. Where's he gonna send me to? Back to Franklin, Tennessee? Because that's where I came from. I live 30 minutes from here. What are you talking about? I'm just over here for a soccer game. Where's he gonna send me? You know, like, I mean, it's so patently ridiculous. And as a parent, you know, I don't know how you burden your child like that. Because, you know, most MAGA is a laughing stock today. That's why you have so many, that's why we're always so surprised at the voting results, right, Brock? Because people who are educated and racist will do their very best to try to hide it. There are so many of those people out here right now. We know that. because Donald Trump got 50.9 % of the vote, right? So we know that they're out here. They're just not wearing the red hats. BROCK GANELES (21:08.434) Yeah, exactly. BROCK GANELES (21:17.993) Yeah. And they're saying they're not racist and that's not what drove their vote. They're the ones talking about the economy and the border, right? As if, you know, then code wording everything. Yeah, we've been, we've been masters at it. and then, you know, we certainly get taught that all the way through school, right? And, know, white immigration is glorified and great stories like the Godfather and the Irish coming over gangs of New York and like the lawlessness and the, you know, Mark Hayes (21:25.514) Right, right. Right. Mark Hayes (21:35.755) Mm-hmm. BROCK GANELES (21:47.485) working your way up and working your way into society is glorified and people of color's immigration is, you know, is denigrated. And we just get taught that this is, this is our place and that, you know, we should, you know, dominate it. And the advantages come just on a daily by happenstance and quiet unannounced ways. And, you know, we expect that Mark Hayes (21:51.783) Mm-hmm. BROCK GANELES (22:17.843) that state of play to work its way through our whole lives. And no one ever wants to make room for anyone new. Donald Trump amped it. And then, and we were always sold that the others are, are scary. So it's always about crime and law enforcement all the way down to that fucking ice vote that seven Democrats made today, right? All because they're, they're afraid that Americans will. Mark Hayes (22:18.401) Right. Mark Hayes (22:25.856) Right. Mark Hayes (22:38.412) Yep. Yep. BROCK GANELES (22:45.205) be afraid and therefore we're constantly playing this fear game of, you know, who can get ahead of the fear mongering and not get caught on the wrong side of fear mongering. Mark Hayes (22:49.537) Right. Mark Hayes (22:52.994) Right. Right. And Brock, think about how Hollywood and Fox News and CBS News and these news gathering stations. You know, when I was in D.C., the Fox affiliate there started a show that focused on just the drug murders of the day. How many white mugshots do you think we had in that? Right. How many white victims? There were none. It was literally blackface, blackface, blackface, blackface news anchor. black face, black face, black face victim, know, perpetrator, police are looking for this black man, right? So think about how that resonates. Then you think about Hollywood, know, Denzel had never won an Oscar until he played an unscrupulous, filthy, dirty cop in training day. And then he gets one. And think about Halle Berry. She didn't get an Oscar. until she let Billy Bob toss her around on the screen like she was some, you know, prostitute or something. I mean, you know, the images that are depicted of us on television. And I remember back when I was working in Denver, there was a story that came out. I had gone to Cedar Rapids, Iowa for some training and they were showing us, you know, how this was affecting people. and the things that they thought they saw. So they did an experiment where a man ran into a classroom, grabbed a purse and ran out. And then they asked all the people sitting in the classroom to describe the perpetrator. Like 85 % of them said it was a black guy, right? And they may not have even had a good look, but they said it was a black guy. And purposely, it was a white man to see how Mark Hayes (24:54.272) biased people were toward, you know, the black male image. And, you know, and this stuff has not changed. Brock, we're still seeing enough. Why can black men only play gangsters and pimps on television? Right? We're much more than that. You know, we've we've never seen the stories about Ron McNair, the astronaut that died in one of the shuttle crashes. You know, there are so many great stories out here about African-American BROCK GANELES (24:57.514) Yeah. Yeah. Mark Hayes (25:24.437) You know, Dr. King, Malcolm X, they both died horrible, tragic deaths. But, you know, we're so willing to tell that story, you know? And, you know, Mississippi Burning is probably my favorite civil rights movie, you know, because it was told, you know, from a perspective where law enforcement was actually seeking justice for those who were trying to bring free and fair elections to the South. right, and to, you know, the segregated South. And, know, brought, you know, listening to my father tell me stories from the segregated South, like I would flat out ask him, how did you survive? How did you make it? Like, you know, me and my, you know, youthful ignorance, I would have gone over to the White Fountain to drink it just to see what happens, you know, and probably been lynched. But, you know, I mean, back then it was... the way it was. And again, I'm reminded of, you know, Mondami quoting Dr. King on Monday on King's holiday. What good is being able to sit at the lunch counter if you can't afford a burger? you know, so, and Brock, I know it sounds like we're repetitive, but all these things are interconnected, right? It's all one thread, yeah. BROCK GANELES (26:45.295) It's interconnected. I watched, as you're talking, I was thinking I watched that Elizabeth, smart documentary just popped up. Okay. So I watched the, I watched yesterday and it was like one of those classic cases, like, a white young white girl got kidnapped and it quote, captivated the nation. Right. Now. Mark Hayes (26:54.765) I almost turned that on the other night. I'm gonna watch that. BROCK GANELES (27:08.533) It's a crazy story. It's horrific. I'm glad she survived it, right? She's alive. That part of it's fantastic, which makes for an interesting story, but it captivated the nation, right? We all know her name. We all know the name of Gabby Petito, right? So, right? It just shows what lives we really value versus, know, watching like shows like Dark Wings, right? Where all these, there's all these stories about Native American women getting, you know, Mark Hayes (27:21.632) Yes? Mark Hayes (27:28.905) Right? BROCK GANELES (27:37.553) abducted and killed all the time, right? Never, never hear about it, right? You know, black girls in Atlanta, what's your name? A soul of dad did that whole documentary on that. like those stories get no airtime. It just, you know, it just shows which ones captivate America because we're shocked when it happens to a vivacious, energetic, beautiful, young, you know, what wealthy white girl is usually wealthy because that's Mark Hayes (27:37.812) Disappeared? Disappeared all the time. Yep. Mark Hayes (27:47.412) Yeah. Mark Hayes (27:57.354) Susan Smith, remember? white girl. BROCK GANELES (28:05.865) the way economics in America are, right? She lived in the great neighborhood, right? Mark Hayes (28:08.576) Right. John Benet Ramsey, another one. And don't forget Susan Smith, who alleged that a black man had taken her children, right, after she drove them into a lake. You know, remember her in South Carolina? Now, since you brought up the Elizabeth Smart documentary, I want you to watch Murder Has Two Faces, because that one is all about Lacey Peterson. Remember, another name we know, right? BROCK GANELES (28:21.02) yeah, this is- Mark Hayes (28:37.223) And at the same time, not too far away in California, if I remember correctly, there was another pregnant Latino woman who had gone missing and got literally zero coverage. Zero coverage, which tells you where the priorities of the news media lie. Right? And so check it. It is one of the most interesting documentaries I've seen in a long time. And I'm going to watch the Elizabeth Smart one too, because I just love the crime docs. you know. BROCK GANELES (29:12.409) Well, you know, it kind of gets me to thinking right, like the five year old in Minneapolis who, you know, became the photo of the day yesterday, right? Cause it was so appalling that a five year old was abducted, but it was a five year old kid of color, right? So, you know, does America really care about that kid in the same way as if it was like, you know, home alone kid? Mark Hayes (29:21.876) Mm-hmm. BROCK GANELES (29:41.589) you know, white kid in the good neighborhood. you know, yeah, we're appalled. They used a five-year-old as a pawn, but it was like, I don't know. There's at least 40 % of America, maybe, hopefully it's only 36 % of America now, that shrugged their shoulders at that. Eh, five-year-old kid, five-year-old black kid, what's he doing here? Cart him away. Mark Hayes (29:42.056) Right. Mark Hayes (29:49.48) But Brock, remember... Mark Hayes (29:57.373) Right. Mark Hayes (30:03.91) Right, he's probably here illegally. You know, he must have done something. My favorite line from one of our schoolmates when they saw the Rodney King. Yeah, he must have done something. BROCK GANELES (30:11.059) Must have done something. You know, now wake up to be wake up to be a criminal, grow up to be a criminal anyway. Let's get him out of here. Well, that is just the way, you know, that. Yeah, true. That's the way Trump thinks. That's the way ICE thinks. And it's the way hopefully only a third of America thinks at this point. But it's still scary when I see a Trump approval polls and there's still. Mark Hayes (30:18.04) Anyway, right. Very Trumpish. Mark Hayes (30:25.875) Yep. Mark Hayes (30:30.504) Yep. BROCK GANELES (30:37.589) 84 % of Republicans think that ICE is doing a good job or something like that. mean, I know some people are shocked that it's not a hundred percent. It's like, whoa, Republicans are turning against Trump on ICE. And it's like, wow, those numbers are still really high for a mass armed, barely trained racist militia that's, know, pissing on the constitution on their way to just banging down doors. Mark Hayes (30:50.13) Right. Mark Hayes (30:56.178) Gestapo. Yep. BROCK GANELES (31:04.487) and pulling people out and throwing them in concentration camps very often to die. That seems like a high number of people that are still approving ICE. Mark Hayes (31:10.163) Yeah. Mark Hayes (31:15.164) Right. Right. All right, big guy. BROCK GANELES (31:17.799) and seven Dems and seven Dems in the House of Representatives that want to throw more money at them because they're worried that if they don't that their voters will think that they're softies. To go full circle on where we started. Mark Hayes (31:34.246) Right. Hey, give me a quick hit before we get out of here. What do you got heading into the weekend? But I'll tell you this before we go. BROCK GANELES (31:40.295) Okay, Sinners, Sinners Oscar nominations. I know I haven't seen it yet. lot of nominations. Remember you and Irving gave me shit for not having seen Sinners? I told you I don't watch horror movies. I haven't seen one since that ghoul came out of the lake and what is it Friday the 13th and pulled the girl out of the boat like while the credits were rolling. Shocked me to this day. Mark Hayes (31:44.529) Racked it up? You haven't seen it? It's on your Amazon Prime. Mark Hayes (31:53.979) Yeah! Mark Hayes (31:58.861) It's a scary movie. Mark Hayes (32:03.727) yeah. You BROCK GANELES (32:09.813) I don't think I've watched a horror movie since. I'm like, why do I want to go somewhere and be scared? I'm like trying to like comfortable and relaxed. So no, I have not seen Sinners, but I applaud the like, think 14 Oscar nominations or something like that. So kudos. Mark Hayes (32:14.781) you I'm sorry. That's awesome. Mark Hayes (32:26.171) Yeah, that's huge. You know, I wasn't a fan of the movie. Like, I watched it a couple of times. You know, that genre is not my deal. But, you know, I did think that Michael B. Jordan played a hell of a part, man. He played a, you know, a twin. And that's gotta be hard. I mean, you know, he's like literally talking to himself, you know, while they're driving at a, and you're like, my God, this is one dude. Like... You know, technology behind it is insane that they could be standing there fighting each other and everything and be one person. So yeah, kudos to them. I'm glad that they came up with a bunch of nods Oscar wise, cause they didn't do anything. What was the last one? Golden Globes or? Yeah. So, all right. So before I let you get out of here, your boy is at it again. He's suing more people, the Trumpster. BROCK GANELES (33:17.171) The vlogs? Yeah. Mark Hayes (33:25.628) is suing JP Morgan Chase and Jamie Dimon for $5 billion. He's just a scam artist, bro. He wants Jamie Dimon to settle with him for $2.5 billion and say, hey, Donald, go away. Don't disclose the terms of our agreement. I mean, it's just a money grab for him. And he alleges that they closed his bank account for political reasons. Really, dude? We don't do that in America. BROCK GANELES (33:50.517) after Jan 6th, right? I mean, okay. Well, it'll be interesting to see if Diamond fights or rolls over. Mark Hayes (33:57.422) Right, right. I hope he fights and demands discovery because we BROCK GANELES (34:01.973) Of course I hope he fights, but I don't know, if history's a guide, he'll roll over like everyone else has in corporate America. Mark Hayes (34:09.157) Well, exactly. But remember how Epstein was caught up at JP Morgan Chase as well at a bunch of the... So the last thing either of those two clowns should want and why I think this is relevant is because if we start getting into discovery, there's going to be some checks written to Mr. Epstein. Yes, indeed. That will have to be explained. So let's see what happens. Yeah, but that's all I got for you, bro. BROCK GANELES (34:16.937) Yeah, well, we BROCK GANELES (34:27.199) Shit that might come out. Yeah. BROCK GANELES (34:39.113) Good stuff, Mark. Yeah, well, OK, it's going to be zero degrees overnight, so it might not be minus 10. It's going be zero degrees overnight. we got a big storm supposedly hitting on Sunday. Yeah, Atlanta, was going to ask. Atlanta's going to hit first, and then it's coming up to us on Sunday. So Atlanta probably gets it tomorrow, right? But you're not there, right? You're out of town. Beautiful. Smart decision. Mark Hayes (34:39.332) Otherwise have a great weekend. Yes, sir. Mark Hayes (34:51.033) Atlanta too. Mark Hayes (34:56.155) Yeah. Mark Hayes (35:00.02) Yeah, yeah, we're good. I'm good Yeah, Atlantis everywhere putting lemon pepper salt on the street You know, we made the lemon pepper hot wings famous People are using the lemon pepper to treat the streets BROCK GANELES (35:14.185) Yeah, that's best of luck Atlanta. Yeah, best of luck. He was just going to feel like two feet down there. Alright Mark, always a pleasure talking tomorrow. Mark Hayes (35:25.37) Yes sir, sounds good. Peace.
