Jacob Misiorowski just went nuclear on the mound, setting a Brewers franchise record by striking out the first 12 batters he faced — yes, 12 of the first 13 — in a dominant outing against the Rockies. He tied a rare MLB record for 11 Ks in the first four innings, all on his fastball, and only allowed one hit (a fly ball) before giving up a solo homer in the 5th. Despite that, he kept the Brewers up 3-1 through five innings, throwing just 83 pitches.
