- 0:00Speaker 1: I want to get into right. SHARE's gone wrong or right,
- 0:03Speaker 1: whether you're the right shair driver or you're the passenger.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Because someone sent me this video, I'm sorry.
- 0:09Speaker 2: I can't do it. Is the motion, the motion that's onpitch, sir.
- 0:13Speaker 2: I'm asking you to to vacate my car please.
- 0:17Speaker 3: I can't do it, no, sir.
- 0:20Speaker 1: So this video is from Valentina. She's a lyft driver.
- 0:23Speaker 1: She's on the phone right now there Valentina.
- 0:24Speaker 4: Good morning, Hi, good morning.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Hey, So what happened in this video?
- 0:28Speaker 1: Because you're a lift driver, right, but something happened in
- 0:30Speaker 1: this video and we'll post a video on our Instagram.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Johntay and Rich, So what happened in that video?
- 0:35Speaker 5: So?
- 0:36Speaker 2: I was picking a guy up and it was an
- 0:38Speaker 2: area in Los Angeles called Baldwin Hills. It was a
- 0:41Speaker 2: very prestigious and high high class neighborhood, and it happened
- 0:46Speaker 2: to be on like a kind of like a dead
- 0:48Speaker 2: end street. So when I picked him up, I was
- 0:50Speaker 2: facing towards the dead end and then I had to
- 0:53Speaker 2: go and turn turn around to come back to get
- 0:56Speaker 2: to the main street to take him home. But he
- 0:58Speaker 2: couldn't even get to the corner without throwing up. He
- 1:03Speaker 2: had to keep opening my door. I had to stop
- 1:05Speaker 2: and let him open the door so he could spit out.
- 1:08Speaker 2: And I believe that the motion of the car was
- 1:10Speaker 2: what was making him want to vomit.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Okay, so in the video, in the video, the back
- 1:15Speaker 1: door's open and he's sitting in there and you're telling
- 1:17Speaker 1: them to get out.
- 1:18Speaker 3: You can't do it anymore.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Yeah, that was when I on the third time, I
- 1:22Speaker 2: finally pulled over and said, you have to vacate my vehicle.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Clar and did he do it? Did he ever get out?
- 1:29Speaker 2: After about maybe five or six times with me telling him, sir,
- 1:34Speaker 2: you need to get out, Sir, please vacate my vehicle.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I just kept saying the same thing over and over again.
- 1:41Speaker 6: Isn't there some rules that you can't throw up in
- 1:43Speaker 6: a ride share car? You have to hear a lot
- 1:46Speaker 6: extra there is.
- 1:47Speaker 7: Right, Well, yeah, there's definite cleaning fees if you yack
- 1:50Speaker 7: in someone car.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Also like gross, Yeah, there's probably like a two hundred
- 1:54Speaker 2: and fifty dollars cleaning fee. But who's going to clean it?
- 1:57Speaker 7: Yeah? And what was so crazy about your video is
- 2:00Speaker 7: like his refusal'll get out? Like, if you're that wasted
- 2:03Speaker 7: or whatever your situation is, like, be respectful, hop out
- 2:07Speaker 7: the car, and then order another lift if it's that serious.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Yeah, I was telling him, look, shit it out, sober
- 2:15Speaker 2: up because I've been drunk like that before where motion
- 2:19Speaker 2: makes me want to throw up. But if I just
- 2:21Speaker 2: sit there in the fresh air, just let maybe like
- 2:25Speaker 2: have to be maybe an hour maybe more, and then
- 2:28Speaker 2: eventually you can get through a ride without one in
- 2:31Speaker 2: a voment. And he just didn't want to listen to me.
- 2:33Speaker 2: He just wanted to get home so bad. But if
- 2:35Speaker 2: I would allowed him to stay in my car, I
- 2:38Speaker 2: would have lost a whole night because he was one
- 2:40Speaker 2: of my first rides for the night, so I was
- 2:43Speaker 2: gonna go till like three am that day.
- 2:45Speaker 3: There's a lot of comments.
- 2:46Speaker 1: What's funny about the comments is here's one comment says,
- 2:49Speaker 1: this is crazy, Like why are you in the ride
- 2:51Speaker 1: share business if you're not ready to deal with the consequences.
- 2:53Speaker 1: That's the consequence of taking that kind of job. That's
- 2:56Speaker 1: what somebody said, right, Somebody else goes you all acting
- 2:59Speaker 1: like strangers up in your car something to be okay with.
- 3:03Speaker 6: It, to stand outside and throw up.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, if he would have thrown up in
- 3:13Speaker 2: my car. I would have not been able to finish
- 3:15Speaker 2: my shift, which I told you guys, I started that
- 3:18Speaker 2: was like five PM. I was going to go till
- 3:21Speaker 2: three two or three am, So I would not have
- 3:23Speaker 2: been able to make any money that night. I would
- 3:26Speaker 2: have my car would have had vomited it. I would
- 3:28Speaker 2: have had to clean the vomit up and then how
- 3:30Speaker 2: long do you think it would have taken for.
- 3:32Speaker 3: The smell of new car you have to move out
- 3:37Speaker 3: of your car.
- 3:38Speaker 7: Is there an option for you as a driver to
- 3:40Speaker 7: report a customer?
- 3:42Speaker 2: I did report him. I did report him. I let
- 3:45Speaker 2: the lift people know that I had to stop. I
- 3:48Speaker 2: had to end the ride. The reason why I filmed
- 3:51Speaker 2: it with my ray band glasses was because I needed
- 3:55Speaker 2: to protect myself. I needed to have evidence just in
- 3:57Speaker 2: case it when any worse than it got at that moment.
- 4:01Speaker 2: And so he did end up getting out of my car.
- 4:04Speaker 2: After you've seen how aggressive I had to start to become.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, hey, let me ask you this. So you're
- 4:08Speaker 1: a lift driver, uber driver in Los Angeles? Have you
- 4:11Speaker 1: ever picked up famous people?
- 4:13Speaker 5: Yes?
- 4:13Speaker 3: I have, really like who I have?
- 4:16Speaker 2: Well, the most famous his name was Big Baby dram Shelley. Yeah,
- 4:21Speaker 2: you know, he sings.
- 4:22Speaker 4: I think You're cute.
- 4:25Speaker 5: You're cute.
- 4:26Speaker 2: He sings that song. I love him. He's my favorite
- 4:28Speaker 2: singer and I picked him up in Burbank. He was
- 4:32Speaker 2: so cool. And I've picked up a lot of different
- 4:34Speaker 2: like agents or like models or just people that are
- 4:38Speaker 2: like in the maybe in the film industry. I haven't
- 4:41Speaker 2: necessarily picked up like fifty cents or anything like that.
- 4:44Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure you would hire black cars were.
- 4:47Speaker 3: You like what, I think You're cute. You're like, please
- 4:50Speaker 3: just don't puke.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Yeah, that should be my That should be my uber song.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it should be. Well, Valentina, thanks for jumping on
- 4:59Speaker 1: there with us. We to post your video if that's okay.

- 5:03Speaker 2: And I also want to let you know that even
- 5:04Speaker 2: though I'm a lift driver, I use my lift funds
- 5:08Speaker 2: to fuel.

- 5:28Speaker 6: ashy elbows.

- 5:33Speaker 2: sample if you get in my car.
- 5:36Speaker 1: All right, all right, Chase, so fine, We're on it.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Thanks Valentina. Michelle, you've got an uber story something uber
- 5:41Speaker 1: went wrong?
- 5:42Speaker 3: Or you driver? You passenger? What happened? Yeah?
- 5:45Speaker 4: I was a lift driver and I got a call, maybe.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Like eleven thirty pm, and I go into a young
- 5:52Speaker 5: group of kids and three girls get in my car
- 5:56Speaker 5: and a boy and they're like feeling drunk, they're feeling
- 6:00Speaker 5: they're hungry, so I take them to Jack in the
- 6:03Speaker 5: Box to get some food, and then we proceed to
- 6:06Speaker 5: take them to their house, and they lived in really
- 6:09Speaker 5: nice houses. I'm like, okay, they live at their parents' house.
- 6:12Speaker 4: They get out of the car, they're so grateful, Like
- 6:15Speaker 4: one girl comes around the window, thank you so much,
- 6:18Speaker 4: gives me twenty dollars cash, and then another girl comes
- 6:21Speaker 4: and it's like, thank you so much, you're awesome, tries
- 6:24Speaker 4: giving me more money. I was like, oh, your friend
- 6:26Speaker 4: already told me no, you could keep it, And I
- 6:29Speaker 4: was like, how old are you? Guys? They're all eighteen.
- 6:32Speaker 5: There was a bunch of young kids just having a time,
- 6:35Speaker 5: but luckily I was there to get them home.
- 6:38Speaker 7: Really please mom, he honey, is that you don't tell?
- 6:46Speaker 5: Oh?
- 6:46Speaker 3: I mean, I mean it does sound like had gone wrong.
- 6:50Speaker 3: That's multiple and.
- 6:53Speaker 5: They were they Yeah, they were safe. And there was
- 6:57Speaker 5: a lot of beautiful young girls and lucky with me
- 7:00Speaker 5: a female driver too.
- 7:04Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:04Speaker 5: I guess that one, right.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Are you still an uber driver?
- 7:08Speaker 7: No?
- 7:09Speaker 5: I did it a couple of times and then I
- 7:12Speaker 5: stopped doing it. But I mean I had a couple
- 7:15Speaker 5: of times, like I don't know this was allowed, but
- 7:17Speaker 5: I would have a little bunch of shooters and I
- 7:20Speaker 5: would just throw them like grab through and just randomly
- 7:23Speaker 5: throw them in my back seat. And then when I
- 7:25Speaker 5: had people at Old Town, I would be like, hey,
- 7:27Speaker 5: there's like random shooters around the car. If you could
- 7:31Speaker 5: find them, you could keep them. And often people would
- 7:35Speaker 5: be like, come party with us, or we're going to
- 7:37Speaker 5: an after party. But no, I didn't. I never went
- 7:40Speaker 5: out with them.
- 7:41Speaker 6: It sounds like the rive share service. Miss have a
- 7:49Speaker 6: great day.
