- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: California election officials just got caught and what was discovered scattered along the side of a road could make their situation even worse.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: But when we connect everything that's happening, there's a stunning twist that the Democrats
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: never saw coming.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: Stick them at the very end of this video because the very system Democrats want celebrated as their electoral secret weapon may now be blowing up in their faces and the numbers coming in from several critical battleground states are absolutely brutal.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: You are not going to want to miss this.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your Patre professor here to help you make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis you're not going to get anywhere else.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: So make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: The Trump Justice Department has just delivered a stunning ultimatum to California election officials.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: review a federal list of suspected non-citizen voters within 48 hours or prepare for massive emergency legal action.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_00]: According to letters first reported by Reuters, acting deputy attorney General Trent McCottar, notified California's Secretary of State and the Los Angeles County registrar that the federal government had indeed identified a number of people who it
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: non-citizens who were sent vote by mail ballots.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_00]: The letters did not publicly disclose how many names were flagged, and the Justice Department is not merely asking California to look at those names sometime after the election.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_00]: It is demanding immediate action now, and they have 48 hours to comply.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_00]: Officials were instructed to withhold ballots from anyone on that list,
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: and to segregate return ballots associated with those names whose citizenship could not be confirmed.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: Those ballots would then be held apart and not counted until eligibility had been decisively determined.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: The Justice Department warned
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: that if California failed to implement the requested procedures before the 48-hour deadline, the federal government would have no choice but to seek emergency relief from a court and begin the process of bringing California officials to justice.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: And then, as if things could not possibly go more wrong for these California election officials right in the middle of this federal showdown,
- 2:53[SPEAKER_00]: We find out that mail-in ballots have been discovered scattered along a road in San Diego County.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: Election mail was discovered lying along the side of Lake Wolford Road near the valley center S. Condito area.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: A citizen photographed the scene, but deliberately avoided touching the materials.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: Then drove to the sheriff's office, reported what he had seen.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: Deputies arrived later that day, but the election mail was already gone.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: As it turns out, another driver had collected it and delivered it to the Valley Center post office.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: The San Diego County red straw voters later confirmed exactly what had been covered.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: There were 12 unvoted and unfilled male ballot packets.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_00]: along with 14 voter information pamphlets that were intended for addresses in Palma County and Valley Center.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: Those are two conservative communities.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: They're part of California's politically conservative leaning inland.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: The Postal Service said the materials were ultimately redelivert but the obvious question remains, how did they end up on the side of the road in the
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: According to eyewitnesses, there were no ordinary letters and packages scattered along with them.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: So the material they saw consists of solely of ballots and voter guides only.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: So that suggests that they were singled out, deliberately singled out and thrown from a vehicle.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now, unfortunately, we know something like this is not merely some
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: one off here because federal prosecutors recently arrested a former post a worker in Utah for allegedly dumping over 300 mail-in ballots in a dumpster.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: Damon Matai C. E. A 34-year-old former U.S.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service carrier was indicted by federal grand jury on September 16.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: Prosecutors alleged on June 3rd C. E. was entrusted with delivering mail to at least 300 residents of
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: Eagle Mountain, which again is a conservative community, including ballots for Utah's June 23rd primary election.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_00]: But instead, he discarded the ballots in a dumpster located in the church parking lot.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now notice the pattern here.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: So in Utah, hundreds of ballots allegedly failed to reach conservative voters, voters in a reliably Republican community because of the actions of one post to employee.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: in California dozens of ballot packets destined for two conservative communities, somehow end up scattered alongside a road with authority still trying to determine why.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: And in Los Angeles, the Justice Department says people at police may be non-citizens were automatically sent vote by mail ballots.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: What's so key here gang is these are not
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: Together, they expose the obvious vulnerability of mail-in voting.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_00]: Mail-in voting depends on upon a long chain of custody.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: And there's serious room for error in that chain.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: There were several links.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: that can break down and dilute, contaminate the vote.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: We saw it in 2024, actually my own backyard and Lancaster Pennsylvania, you may remember this.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: Lancaster County officials received two large batches.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is again back in 2024, containing approximately 2,500 voter registration applications near the registration deadline.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: Election workers flag forms featuring suspiciously similar handwriting.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_00]: questionable signatures in accurate addresses in identification information that could not be verified.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: So in October of last year, the Pennsylvania Attorney General announced criminal charges against six street canvassers who were charged with offenses including forgery, tampering with public records, unsworn falsification, and violations of Pennsylvania election law.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: One was also charged with identity theft.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: So this is a very serious issue.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: But ironically, it seems
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: That it's all for not for the Democrats.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: I kid you not not only are all these schemes actually getting caught But mail-in ballots, which used to be the Democrats secret weapon If the early voting for these mid-terms that we're seeing right now is teaching us anything those mail-in ballots are actually Blowing up in the Democrats faces wait until you see this
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: Most people don't know this, but the older we get, the less we hold on to heat.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: So imagine being stranded in a broken down car in the middle of the night and having a walk for help, a rainstorm, even in the summer could mean hypothermia.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: Having this tiny orange bag in your glove box could be the difference between life and death for you or your loved one.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone always wants to know, what the heck is this?
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: What is in this tiny orange bag that could protect me and my family from hypothermia in a situation like that?
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: I kid you not, this is a full size, heat reflective emergency sleeping bag that actually fits in the palm of your hand.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: I've literally never seen anything like this.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's absolutely amazing and you heard that right.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's an emergency thermal sleeping bag that can keep you warm down to Arctic temperatures.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's waterproof, it's windproof, and bright orange so you're easy to spot in a disaster.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: Emergency experts recommend having one of these on hand for every member in your family.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's a no-brainer survival tool that gives your loved ones a real edge in a disaster and you piece of mind knowing that there's a safety net for them in a crisis.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: You won't find these in any stores, the technology that goes into these smart little bags isn't wildly available.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: Sierra Modra created this emergency sleeping bag to be small enough to fit in your pocket, your glove box, your junk drawer, your go bag,
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: They wait 10 times less than a typical sleeping bag, but there's seven feet long, three feet wide, so they'll fit anyone.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now a typical sleeping bag costs you up around 200 bucks, but even though these are more technologically advanced and more compact,
- 9:16[SPEAKER_00]: you're going to spend a fraction of that to get your hands on one of these today because this week Sierra Mondrae has to clean out their warehouse before new shipment arrives.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: So they're giving everyone a chance to stock up on Sierra Mondrae's emergency sleeping bag and marking these down over 59% get your family ready today and save a bundle before the
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: The 10 pack ships free doubling up your savings.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: So like I said before, gang, these aren't available in any stores or big box retailers and the only place you can get this warehouse clean out deal is if you click the link below.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: Click that link.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: Get ready for the fall and winter months now.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: Also, enjoy free shipping on top of the 59% savings.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_00]: Get your Christmas shopping done early.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: Click on that link below right now.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_00]: The numbers are coming in and they are brutal for the Democrats.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if you want to know where Democrat enthusiasm may stand going into November, look at the male and ballot numbers right now because male voting has been a clear measure of Democratic participation in recent elections.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_00]: And right now, those numbers are down.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm talking way down for the midterms with roughly three weeks remaining.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_00]: Mailing ballot requests were running below their comparable 2022 levels in every one of the fine states reporting this data.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: They're down in astonishing 50% in Georgia.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_00]: They're down 32% North Carolina, 18% Wisconsin, 10% in Maine, and 7% in Pennsylvania.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the part that should terrify Democrats.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: Wherever party registration is available, their decline is far worse than the Republicans who come out in mass historically on election day.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: Remember early mail-in ballot harvesting as it were is the Democrats.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: playbook for elections for Republicans it tends to be election day, but more and more Republicans as I know we're going to vote early, we're going to bank our votes and we're going to dilute the margins that the Democrats are able to rack up going into election day.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_00]: So in North Carolina, requests fell among both parties, but Democrat requests collapsed 42% as compared with just 19% among Republicans.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: In Pennsylvania, Democrat requests drop 14% while Republican requests actually rose 18%.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: Now just to be clear,
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: mail ballot requests are not the same as turnout.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_00]: Democrats could still vote early in person or show up on election day.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: So these these numbers can change, but as an indicator, this is hardly the blue wave surge that Democrats are promising.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, we're getting in person early vote data already now coming in, especially out of Ohio and Georgia.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: And guess what?
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: It's way way down, it's down from 2024, it's down from 2022 norms, both in terms of volume or in terms of percentage of the vote, and what seems to be happening, we'll talk more about this tomorrow in our live stream Friday broadcast.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_00]: But bottom line, what seems to be happening is it looks as if black voters and young voters voters under 30 are basically just checked out
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: Um, the under 30 vote right now is we speak as little more than 5% of early voting this far.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: 5%.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's the most reliably outside of the black vote.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: That's the most reliably, uh, Democrat voting block.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: And there's simply no way that the Democrats get a massive blue wave in the absence of those two constituencies, at least in terms of them not showing up in the numbers they need to outvote the 65 and older crowd, the boomer crowd that's overwhelmingly voting Republican this year and they're coming out around 50% of the electorate right now.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_00]: So what this means is that this drop in the Democrat vote is not simply because they don't trust mail-in voting anymore after the Trump administration puts so many restrictions on at or at least tried to via the U.S.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's one of the excuses that Democrats are falling on.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats don't trust the U.S.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service under the Trump administration.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: So they're just waiting to vote in person.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: But now we're getting in person.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: early vote data coming in and it's no different than the mail in vote.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_00]: Democrats are struggling to get out their vote in both mail and in person.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: And one of my theories is to why.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: is because voter registration shifts, they've lost 2.4 million voters between 2020 and 2024, and they've lost another million cents.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_00]: Voter registration shifts, voter roll purges and mass deportations.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_00]: Have you raised millions of voters in the Democrat to voter rolls?
- 14:37[SPEAKER_00]: Again, I don't, well, it has, but I'm gonna say that's a theory as to why
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: They're not showing up because they're not there anymore.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: We saw 4 million Democrats disappear in 2024's compared to 2020.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: And we may be seeing millions more disappear here.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: We'll have to see.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: Until then, the shenanigans appear to continue, at least in California.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_00]: But the good news is that they're getting caught.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: And even better news is that there appears to be no amount of shenanigans that can save the Democrats
- 15:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now that's good coffee.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: Something big is brewing for coffee lovers who want their morning cup to support a cause.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_00]: They believe in, I can't share the details yet.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: But you'll want to be here when we do.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: Stay tuned, gang.
