Hardly Strictly Bluegrass drops its first artist lineup for this year’s free, three-day festival in Golden Gate Park, featuring Gillian Welch, David Rawlings, My Morning Jacket, and Old Crow Medicine Show. Kick off the festivities with a Steve Earle tribute on October 1st at The Masonic, benefitting Sweetwater Spectrum, headlined by Emmylou Harris, Jackson Browne, and Buddy Miller.
