Did you know that your body naturally follows the direction of your eyes? If you’re walking, running, riding a bike or driving a car, it’s important that you keep your eyes in front of you. If you don’t you can easily get off track and you can get yourself into trouble by running into something. We can say that prayer is like the eyes of the heart. The directions of our prayers show the direction of our hearts. That is why it’s important that we learn to fix our prayers on the Heavenly Father, to look up and see him.
