- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Good morning, good morning, good morning, Happy Wednesday friends, Thank
- 0:05Speaker 2: you for being here, Thanks for starting your day with us.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Ricky Soundchez has those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 4: The latest TikTok trend mayland a few creators on.
- 0:11Speaker 5: The app in jail.
- 0:13Speaker 4: So people thought that they were outsmarting the largest bank
- 0:15Speaker 4: in America, only to find out that they were actually
- 0:17Speaker 4: committing check fraud.
- 0:19Speaker 5: So the quote free money hack is.
- 0:22Speaker 4: What they were calling it, and involve people cashing bad
- 0:25Speaker 4: checks to Chase Bank for a lot of money and
- 0:28Speaker 4: using the partial credit allotted to them to withdraw the money,
- 0:32Speaker 4: hoping the bank wouldn't notice what they were doing. So,
- 0:34Speaker 4: for instance, you do a cash check into your own
- 0:36Speaker 4: bank account for maybe five thousand dollars, they would allot
- 0:40Speaker 4: a percentage of that for you to.
- 0:41Speaker 5: Use right away before it actually clears.
- 0:43Speaker 4: So say they let you have one thousand dollars from
- 0:46Speaker 4: the five thousand. People were immediately withdrawing that one thousand,
- 0:51Speaker 4: thinking for some reason that Chase Bank wouldn't realize that
- 0:55Speaker 4: they were actually getting one thousand dollars free.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Did do that? That's fraud, So Chase on.
- 1:00Speaker 4: It's everybody to know not to do this because like
- 1:02Speaker 4: Kevin just said, it is indeed check fraud and you
- 1:06Speaker 4: can go to prison for that, and the amount that
- 1:08Speaker 4: it has alauded to you will just come out negative
- 1:11Speaker 4: in your account because everything is a paper trail, it's
- 1:15Speaker 4: all technology. They know that you're taking the money out,
- 1:18Speaker 4: So don't try this.
- 1:19Speaker 5: Some people obviously believe.
- 1:20Speaker 4: That a few of them might have been skits and
- 1:23Speaker 4: like funny little things. Not all of them, though, people
- 1:26Speaker 4: were actually doing it, So please do not partake in
- 1:29Speaker 4: this TikTok trend. And you know it's spooky season, that
- 1:33Speaker 4: means there's lots of spooky season stuff happening. Fearfest at
- 1:36Speaker 4: Franklin Theater is set to return October fourth. They have
- 1:39Speaker 4: twenty movies set to play. Starts Friday, October fourth with
- 1:43Speaker 4: a classic hocus Pocus, It's gonna end on the thirty
- 1:45Speaker 4: first with Psycho and of course Halloween. In between those
- 1:49Speaker 4: showings you can catch other classics like my favorite Scream
- 1:53Speaker 4: Night Member before Christmas, Carrie.
- 1:55Speaker 5: The Adams Family.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Full lineup is available on their website and they're all
- 1:59Speaker 4: great movies if you want something to do with the
- 2:00Speaker 4: family or just want to get out and watch something
- 2:02Speaker 4: fun instead of sitting at home.
- 2:04Speaker 5: That's where you gotta go. Franklin Theater and Capri son.
- 2:07Speaker 4: I told you last week that caprisn was switching from
- 2:11Speaker 4: pouches to bottles after a food blogger posted about the switch.
- 2:14Speaker 4: But they want you to know that their pouches aren't
- 2:16Speaker 4: going anywhere, So this is what's gonna happen. They set
- 2:19Speaker 4: the record straight by posting on social media letting people
- 2:22Speaker 4: know that they would never disrespect the pouch, is what
- 2:25Speaker 4: they had said. But soon you're actually going to be
- 2:28Speaker 4: able to buy an entire palette of pouches at Walmart.
- 2:31Speaker 5: So a palette, hey totals over thirty eight hundred pouches.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Why why uh huh.
- 2:37Speaker 4: They're still making the bottles. They're going to roll them
- 2:39Speaker 4: out early next year. But those are a completely separate product.
- 2:42Speaker 4: They're trying to gear those towards adults. So the bottles
- 2:45Speaker 4: are supposed to be for adults. The pouches aren't going anywhere.
- 2:47Speaker 4: They're gonna do two different things, and you can get
- 2:50Speaker 4: palettes because who doesn't need thirty eight hundred pouches of capris.
- 2:54Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:56Speaker 4: need to know.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Ricky, it is impossible to puncture a pouch and not
- 2:59Speaker 2: have a little spillage.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Just yeah, a little bit for the homies there as
- 3:03Speaker 3: you that straw go Kevin.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Uh Hey, we have more Meghan Trainer tickets. She's here
- 3:08Speaker 2: next week. We are gonna get those. See you in
- 3:10Speaker 2: about ten minutes plus sound check Pats. You get to
- 3:13Speaker 2: see your sound check before the show. It's coming next
- 3:14Speaker 2: on the.
- 3:14Speaker 3: River one O seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach
- 3:17Speaker 3: and manow in the morning want to.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Have a cool experience with Meghan Trainer because that's what
- 3:21Speaker 4: we have as the first caller of the day. Not
- 3:23Speaker 4: only will you see Meghan Trainer at First Bangame Theater,
- 3:26Speaker 4: but you will also get passes to her exclusive pre
- 3:29Speaker 4: show soundcheck.
- 3:30Speaker 3: I love that we're doing this.
- 3:31Speaker 2: The sound check is just a private little counc You
- 3:33Speaker 2: get to watch her, you know, go through some songs
- 3:35Speaker 2: before the rest of the crowd gets there.
- 3:37Speaker 3: It's very intimate experience.
- 3:38Speaker 2: And yeah, we have that all week right now for
- 3:40Speaker 2: the first caller that I six one five, seven, three
- 3:42Speaker 2: seven nine one O seven. But before you get the tickets,
- 3:44Speaker 2: you're gonna have a very cool intimate experience with us.
- 3:47Speaker 2: A little small talk with Ricky, Zack and Mano in
- 3:49Speaker 2: the morning Call number one next Very Intimate.
- 3:53Speaker 3: One River, Ricky, Zach and Manow in the morning.
- 3:57Speaker 4: Good morning, Jonathan mcmcmanville. How are you doing this morning?
- 4:01Speaker 4: Are you on your way to work?
- 4:03Speaker 5: Now? I'm going home to enjoy breakfast?
- 4:05Speaker 6: Oh?
- 4:06Speaker 7: What's for breakfast?
- 4:07Speaker 1: Oh?
- 4:07Speaker 5: No yet?
- 4:08Speaker 8: Whatever's that?
- 4:10Speaker 7: Fair enough?
- 4:10Speaker 3: So are you getting off of work then? Oh I've
- 4:13Speaker 3: alreadyne but yes, okay.
- 4:15Speaker 2: But it's interesting that, like if you work overnight or something,
- 4:17Speaker 2: you still call it breakfast even though it's probably like
- 4:19Speaker 2: the last meal of your.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Day, just walking that it's just part of it.
- 4:23Speaker 9: Any time, anytime, Okay.
- 4:26Speaker 5: I mean we kind of have the same idea.
- 4:27Speaker 4: We wake up so early that our lunchtime sometimes ends
- 4:31Speaker 4: up being kind of like some people's breakfast time.
- 4:34Speaker 5: So I get it. The vibe makes sense. Jonathan.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Do you have any plans on September tenth?
- 4:40Speaker 5: Okay, Well, it looks.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Like you have plans now because you are the first
- 4:43Speaker 4: color of the day on one oh seven five the River.
- 4:45Speaker 5: So you're in tickets to Megan Trainer's.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Next Tuesday Night at First Bank Ampi Theater and in
- 4:51Speaker 2: addition to the ticket to get to watch her sound check,
- 4:53Speaker 2: which is a super cool experience.
- 4:56Speaker 4: It's gonna be really fun. You get to see everything
- 4:58Speaker 4: that they do like that no nobody else really gets
- 5:00Speaker 4: to see. It's kind of like a behind the scenes.
- 5:04Speaker 2: It's a little awkward that like when they make eye
- 5:06Speaker 2: contact with you. You know, it's just a private little concert.
- 5:09Speaker 3: You don't know where to look.
- 5:12Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, you'll be fine, very.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Positive, optimistic, Gallok, it's gonna be a great time. Enjoy
- 5:16Speaker 2: your breakfast and enjoy your day. Thank you for listening, buddy,
- 5:19Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Hang on.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Megan Trainer is all about that base. She's gonna love
- 5:22Speaker 2: Jonathan because of the deep boys. We're gonna have more
- 5:24Speaker 2: of those tomorrow. Sometimes the small talk not for everyone.
- 5:30Speaker 7: Kevin feels offended right now.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Well, you know, Kevin's favorite part of the day is
- 5:34Speaker 4: right here, right now doing a small talk. So I
- 5:36Speaker 4: get when he doesn't get the old for the excitement.
- 5:39Speaker 5: It makes him sad.
- 5:40Speaker 7: Don't be sad, Kevin still love Jonathan.
- 5:43Speaker 3: I'll take a.
- 5:43Speaker 6: Hook one five of the River.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Ricky, Zach and Mano.
- 5:47Speaker 4: In the morning, Zach spend some quality time with his
- 5:51Speaker 4: future in laws at Costco over the weekend and it
- 5:54Speaker 4: appears now that would you say, you regret it.
- 5:56Speaker 7: Zach, every single second of it.
- 5:58Speaker 4: It's Ricky Zachenman in the morning on one of seven
- 6:01Speaker 4: five the river. What exactly happened at Costco that now
- 6:05Speaker 4: you regret doing this?
- 6:06Speaker 7: Okay?
- 6:07Speaker 8: So they just opened a new Costco in Mount Juliet
- 6:09Speaker 8: and that's where his entire where my boyfriend's entire family lives.
- 6:12Speaker 8: So we were like, hey, let's go check out the
- 6:14Speaker 8: new Costco in Mount Juliet.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Zach is like a super Premium gold member status at Cosmo.
- 6:19Speaker 5: Just loves that.
- 6:20Speaker 7: Lay I love Costco.
- 6:21Speaker 8: So since they lived there, we were like, hey, let's
- 6:23Speaker 8: invite them since they've never been to Costco before. So
- 6:26Speaker 8: in my mind, I was prepared to walk up and
- 6:29Speaker 8: down every single aisle since they've never been to a
- 6:31Speaker 8: Costco before.
- 6:32Speaker 5: You gotta see everything. There's lots to see.
- 6:34Speaker 8: I did not realize it was going to be at
- 6:36Speaker 8: a glacial pace.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Like literally looking at every.
- 6:41Speaker 8: Single item and picking it up and reading the instructions
- 6:45Speaker 8: and all of the ingredients in the food aisles.
- 6:47Speaker 7: I was like, do we really have to do all
- 6:49Speaker 7: of this right now? Like you're allowed to walk and look.
- 6:51Speaker 8: You don't have to touch every single thing inside of
- 6:54Speaker 8: the store.
- 6:54Speaker 5: How long were you at the Costco for three hours?
- 6:57Speaker 5: Oh my?
- 7:00Speaker 7: It was miserable.
- 7:02Speaker 8: Like at first it was fine, I was like, cool,
- 7:03Speaker 8: I'll go get some pizza.
- 7:05Speaker 7: We can just walk around. And then we started like
- 7:07Speaker 7: looking at.
- 7:07Speaker 8: The eighty five and TVs and the dice and vacuum cleaners.
- 7:10Speaker 7: I'm like, none of you need any of this. Why
- 7:13Speaker 7: are we looking at this right now?
- 7:15Speaker 8: It was I was like going in in a very
- 7:18Speaker 8: good mindset of knowing that we're gonna go down every aisle.
- 7:20Speaker 8: I didn't realize it was literally gonna be at a
- 7:22Speaker 8: snail's page.
- 7:23Speaker 4: You tried to prepare yourself the best way that you
- 7:26Speaker 4: possibly could, and you still got let down by the
- 7:29Speaker 4: process I did.
- 7:31Speaker 8: And now I feel like I need a break from
- 7:33Speaker 8: Costco because I'm like traumatized by that experience.
- 7:36Speaker 5: Is your future in laws ruined Costco for you?
- 7:39Speaker 7: Maybe? Maybe?
- 7:41Speaker 3: Man, I pride myself on how fast I can shop.
- 7:44Speaker 2: I am basically playing Supermarket Sweep every time I go
- 7:46Speaker 2: get anything, just running through the aisles, So that would
- 7:49Speaker 2: be I would not be.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Okay with Kevin.
- 7:51Speaker 5: You have to do that because you're there every single day.
- 7:53Speaker 2: I do go to the grocery store every single day. Yeah,
- 7:55Speaker 2: because I said, we'll listen in my head.
- 7:57Speaker 5: No, that weird, dude.
- 7:59Speaker 3: It just takes me two minutes. Wed, dude, Zach.
- 8:01Speaker 5: Did they have a good time though? Did they enjoy Costco?
- 8:03Speaker 5: They become members?
- 8:04Speaker 8: They are not going to become members because I think
- 8:06Speaker 8: they can just use hours every time, And let.
- 8:08Speaker 3: Me tell you why, I am not going back with them.
- 8:11Speaker 5: But that also, yeah, that doesn't work.
- 8:13Speaker 6: No.
- 8:13Speaker 8: And this is also why I don't bring my boyfriend
- 8:15Speaker 8: a Costco because I'm like Kevin, I have a list,
- 8:18Speaker 8: I know exactly what everything is, what I need. I
- 8:20Speaker 8: get in and out in like twenty minutes. My boyfriend
- 8:23Speaker 8: was with his family. We spent over four hundred dollars
- 8:26Speaker 8: on things that we don't even need.
- 8:28Speaker 5: I'm also like you, floor Mats.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Did you did you go through this three hour Costco
- 8:35Speaker 4: experience with your future in laws and just smile the
- 8:37Speaker 4: entire time?
- 8:38Speaker 5: Were you a good sport about it?
- 8:39Speaker 7: I sure was so proud. I was until like halfway through.
- 8:43Speaker 8: Then I just left and went to different aisles and
- 8:46Speaker 8: grabbed what I needed instead of just like following them
- 8:48Speaker 8: around like a sad puppy dog.
- 8:50Speaker 5: Okay, I did well.
- 8:52Speaker 3: It's not for everybody. Sounds like a failed experiment.
- 8:54Speaker 5: Everyone has something with their in laws. Yeah, okay. If
- 8:57Speaker 5: this is your worst case scenario, I think you got it. Good.
- 9:00Speaker 7: Zech Yes, if they asked to go again, we're gonna
- 9:02Speaker 7: have to break up. That's the only solution.
- 9:05Speaker 6: Three days you need to know.
- 9:07Speaker 2: A bit past seven o'clock on this Wednesday morning, let's
- 9:09Speaker 2: make it a great day.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Thank you for starting with us. Rick, He's got those
- 9:12Speaker 3: three things.
- 9:13Speaker 4: I am so excited and happy for Sabrina Carpenter. She
- 9:16Speaker 4: deserves this so much. She has scored her first number
- 9:19Speaker 4: one album on the Billboard two hundred with Shortened Sweet.
- 9:22Speaker 4: She takes the number one slot with three hundred and
- 9:25Speaker 4: three hundred and sixty two thousand units, which just inched
- 9:28Speaker 4: out Travis Scott. He came in at number two with
- 9:31Speaker 4: one thousand units less for his album Days before Rodeo, so.
- 9:35Speaker 5: It was really close between the two of them.
- 9:37Speaker 4: She is also now the third woman in history to
- 9:41Speaker 4: simultaneously chart at least three songs on the Hot one
- 9:44Speaker 4: hundred top five. The other two were Taylor Swift and
- 9:47Speaker 4: Ariana Grande, so she's in good company. I'm very excited
- 9:50Speaker 4: for her. Congrats to Sabrina Carpenter, like I said, she
- 9:52Speaker 4: deserves it.
- 9:53Speaker 5: The album is amazing. Go listen to it if you
- 9:54Speaker 5: haven't yet.
- 9:55Speaker 4: And there is a website for all you Pumpkin spice lovers.
- 9:59Speaker 4: They want to pay somebody to taste tests every Trader
- 10:02Speaker 4: Joe's Pumpkin Spice product that they have in store, so
- 10:05Speaker 4: you'll have to try all the products, which can be
- 10:07Speaker 4: as little as thirty different products or as many as
- 10:09Speaker 4: sixty different products.
- 10:10Speaker 5: We don't know which ones are going.
- 10:12Speaker 4: To be out there this year just yet, because they're
- 10:14Speaker 4: slowly rolling them out, and you have from September thirteenth
- 10:18Speaker 4: through October six to try and review every single item.
- 10:22Speaker 4: You do have to apply for this opportunity. You can
- 10:24Speaker 4: make one thousand dollars if you're chosen. Go to finance
- 10:27Speaker 4: buzz dot com. If you love Pumpkins spice enough to
- 10:30Speaker 4: try that many Pumpkins spice items, Sixty just sounds outrageous
- 10:35Speaker 4: to me. I would never want Pumpkins spice again in
- 10:37Speaker 4: my life if I had tried sixty different products.
- 10:40Speaker 5: And Petitonics is coming to Nashville.
- 10:42Speaker 4: I know it seems kind of early to get in
- 10:44Speaker 4: the Christmas vibe, but they're going to take their Christmas
- 10:46Speaker 4: tour two bridge Stone Arena on December fifth. Tickets go
- 10:49Speaker 4: on sale this Friday at ten am, if you want
- 10:51Speaker 4: to grab them. I already know that I'm probably going
- 10:53Speaker 4: to get a text message from my fiance saying that
- 10:56Speaker 4: he wants to go. He loves Christmas, He's a little
- 10:58Speaker 4: Christmas lolf and I I'm just not a Christmas person
- 11:01Speaker 4: at all.
- 11:02Speaker 5: So we comprise.
- 11:03Speaker 4: So I'll probably be at Pentatonics as well. I'm Marie
- 11:06Speaker 4: Sanchez And those are the three things you need to know.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I hope that tour is a success for Pentatonic so
- 11:11Speaker 2: they can finally afford some instruments.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Now, wow, Kevin, Oh my god, the Dad Joe is
- 11:17Speaker 4: Let's play.
- 11:17Speaker 3: Sabrina Carpenter talked about her two seconds ago. I was
- 11:20Speaker 3: so proud of her that number one album. That's a
- 11:22Speaker 3: big deal for first number one. Please please please, I
- 11:25Speaker 3: want up seven five the River, Zax Fax.
- 11:27Speaker 9: Next one seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach and Mano.
- 11:30Speaker 1: In the Morning.
- 11:31Speaker 4: R Zach teaches something new in zachs Fax Ill one
- 11:33Speaker 4: of seven five the River.
- 11:35Speaker 8: With election season underway, you know how annoying all of
- 11:38Speaker 8: those texts are from the presidential candidates. Yeah, well, apparently
- 11:41Speaker 8: they are exempt from the do not Call list, so
- 11:44Speaker 8: you can literally not get off the list. Sorry, you're
- 11:47Speaker 8: gonna have to keep getting texts. It doesn't matter like
- 11:49Speaker 8: which political side you're on. They are exempt from the
- 11:52Speaker 8: do not call list.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Interesting, you can, however, block your uncle that keeps texting
- 11:57Speaker 2: you politics.
- 11:59Speaker 6: That is.
- 12:00Speaker 3: That's your fact of the day.
- 12:02Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Man in the morning on.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Ricky's Hot Take.
- 12:08Speaker 5: You guys ready for a good old fashioned hot take.
- 12:11Speaker 3: Always it's one of seven to five the River.
- 12:13Speaker 2: This has to do with your fiance aj Yes, and
- 12:15Speaker 2: what he was up to this weekend.
- 12:16Speaker 4: So this weekend he had two fantasy football leagues that
- 12:19Speaker 4: he was a part of this weekend that really just
- 12:22Speaker 4: messed with all of my Labor Day plans, Like my
- 12:25Speaker 4: Labor Day weekend revolved around.
- 12:27Speaker 5: His fantasy football leagues. And then I found out yesterday
- 12:31Speaker 5: that he has yet.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Another one Thursday night, which messed up original plans that
- 12:36Speaker 4: I had with him.
- 12:37Speaker 5: So fantasy leagues are just taking over my life.
- 12:40Speaker 3: So many Sorry, so many.
- 12:42Speaker 4: No, Kevin, but I think because he keeps messing up
- 12:46Speaker 4: my plans and because he had I had to rework
- 12:48Speaker 4: my entire Labor Day weekend around his fantasy football league,
- 12:52Speaker 4: that if he wins one of them, I think I
- 12:54Speaker 4: deserve half of what the earnings are, like what the
- 12:57Speaker 4: winnings are.
- 12:58Speaker 8: Okay, So my one question is why to allow his
- 13:00Speaker 8: plans to mess up your entire weekend. You're that dependent
- 13:03Speaker 8: on your fiance that you had to redo your entire weekend,
- 13:07Speaker 8: but you can't do anything without him.
- 13:08Speaker 4: The answer is, yes, we had plans of things that
- 13:11Speaker 4: we were going to do together, but then they had
- 13:13Speaker 4: to change because of his fantasy football league.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three, seven, nine one seven. Let's
- 13:17Speaker 2: get some opinions. Zach and I have ours, But is
- 13:20Speaker 2: Ricky and titled to half? Is she signing a fantasy
- 13:22Speaker 2: pre nup?
- 13:24Speaker 6: Yes?
- 13:24Speaker 3: Good question. Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine one
- 13:26Speaker 3: of seven. Who saw you on Ricky or aj Let us.
- 13:29Speaker 6: Know Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on one.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Seven five The Rivers Bhillie Eilish, It's one o seven
- 13:36Speaker 2: five the River.
- 13:36Speaker 3: A minute ago, Ricky shared a hot take.
- 13:38Speaker 2: It's Ricky against her fiance a Jane rescue her to
- 13:41Speaker 2: choose a side.
- 13:42Speaker 4: Well, he decided that he was going to do two
- 13:44Speaker 4: fantasy football leagues over the weekend, and it really rearranged
- 13:47Speaker 4: all of our Labor.
- 13:48Speaker 5: Day weekend plans and kind of messed me up.
- 13:50Speaker 4: So now I think that I deserve half of the
- 13:52Speaker 4: winnings if he wins one of these, Tammy and Bowling Green?
- 13:55Speaker 5: What do you think?
- 13:56Speaker 4: Do you think I deserve half of the winnings if
- 13:58Speaker 4: he wins one of these?
- 14:00Speaker 3: Did he know about all the plans that you had
- 14:02Speaker 3: for the weekend? He did, Indeed, I did, of course
- 14:06Speaker 3: you absolutely he made the choice.
- 14:10Speaker 4: To do the fantasy football knowing, knowing you.
- 14:13Speaker 6: Had all these plans.
- 14:15Speaker 3: So yeah, pay the price, dude.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Also, I mean it's kind of a different conversation, but
- 14:20Speaker 2: you guys are getting married, you're engaged.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Yes, I mean one would think you're entitled to half anyway.
- 14:25Speaker 5: Right, Oh that's a solid point, Kevin.
- 14:28Speaker 7: Yes, Well, I mean don't saying if what's mine is
- 14:32Speaker 7: mine and what yours is mine too all the time.
- 14:37Speaker 1: That's just how it goes.
- 14:40Speaker 5: Thank you so much for calling in. We appreciate you
- 14:42Speaker 5: for listening.
- 14:43Speaker 3: All right, have a great day you too, Thank you, Tammy.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Uh yeah, way, I mean you guy should at least
- 14:48Speaker 2: put the winnings toward the wedding or something.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Okay, well, maybe I want a new pair of shoes, Kevin,
- 14:52Speaker 4: and that's what I want to put the winnings towards.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Have you saved a single dime for this wedding yet?
- 14:57Speaker 5: A lot? A lot?
- 14:59Speaker 8: But did you have any idea about his fantasy football
- 15:01Speaker 8: league happenings or was it like last minute, Sorry, I
- 15:04Speaker 8: gotta leave.
- 15:05Speaker 5: I did know about the one.
- 15:06Speaker 4: The second one though, came up like two days prior,
- 15:09Speaker 4: about what time, what.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Day it was happening.
- 15:12Speaker 7: Okay, I don't feel like you deserve half. Why, I
- 15:15Speaker 7: just feel like you should.
- 15:16Speaker 8: It be that dependent on your significant other that you
- 15:18Speaker 8: have to the entire weekend you can do something without him.
- 15:21Speaker 5: Has nothing to do with being dependent. It has to
- 15:23Speaker 5: do with we had plans during the weekend.
- 15:25Speaker 4: I get it, and he decided that he was going
- 15:28Speaker 4: to do these fantasy football leagues and he said everything
- 15:31Speaker 4: was going to be fine, but it wasn't.
- 15:32Speaker 5: We had to rearrange everything.
- 15:34Speaker 4: It has nothing to do with being dependent. That's an
- 15:36Speaker 4: entirely separate issue.
- 15:37Speaker 7: No, I just feel like you still could have done
- 15:38Speaker 7: the plans without him.
- 15:40Speaker 5: The plans were supposed to be done together.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Well, I deserve some amount of.
- 15:44Speaker 5: Money for my mental stress.
- 15:47Speaker 7: I had to go wow, the mental stress. So you
- 15:49Speaker 7: deserve money. This is not going to be a good.
- 15:51Speaker 6: Marriage, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Good morning, Paul and Franklin. Welcome to one seven five
- 16:00Speaker 4: the River.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Hi, how are you?
- 16:02Speaker 5: I'm good? What do you think about this whole situation
- 16:05Speaker 5: that I got going on with my fiance?
- 16:06Speaker 4: Do I deserve half of his winnings from his fantasy
- 16:09Speaker 4: football league because he completely rearranged my whole Labor Day
- 16:12Speaker 4: weekend plans?
- 16:13Speaker 1: So I understand the frustration. But fantasy football is very
- 16:17Speaker 1: very important to guys. But it's it's a big deal.
- 16:22Speaker 1: An idea for the winnings that I did. One time
- 16:25Speaker 1: I won like seven hundred dollars in my league, got
- 16:28Speaker 1: on cash, gave it to my wife and said you
- 16:31Speaker 1: have to buy something for you, something for me, and
- 16:33Speaker 1: something for a complete stranger.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Oh that's very nice.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I love that it worked out for all of us.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Wow, I do think, I mean, I agree with you
- 16:42Speaker 2: a lot of guys take this very very seriously. But
- 16:45Speaker 2: all the guys have to understand if you're in a relationship,
- 16:47Speaker 2: it's a big time suck this time of year. And
- 16:50Speaker 2: I think that, yes, it is, okay, it's nice to
- 16:52Speaker 2: do something for your partner with those winnings.
- 16:54Speaker 6: I kind of like.
- 16:55Speaker 4: Paul's idea though that he just said, because the one
- 16:58Speaker 4: the pot is very big for his one fantasy league
- 17:00Speaker 4: where he's gonna make if he wins a couple hundred
- 17:04Speaker 4: bucks and if it ends up being that much. I
- 17:06Speaker 4: like the idea of you get a little something, I
- 17:08Speaker 4: get a little something. Maybe we give something to a
- 17:09Speaker 4: little stranger and they can make their day too.
- 17:11Speaker 5: I like this idea, Paul.
- 17:13Speaker 1: It's good, it works, it works out for everybody, and
- 17:15Speaker 1: then it keeps you invested in fantasy football moving forward.
- 17:19Speaker 6: Sure.
- 17:19Speaker 5: Yeah, so every time I get a little something, all right.
- 17:22Speaker 3: Paul, you'll be encouraging him to join more and more leaves.
- 17:26Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:27Speaker 5: I don't hate this idea.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Okay, thanks Paul.
- 17:31Speaker 5: He's right to the system. He knows exactly how to
- 17:34Speaker 5: make his wife interested in this is.
- 17:36Speaker 3: A smart man.
- 17:36Speaker 6: Yeah, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 17:40Speaker 4: On the River Chaperone's concert here in Nashville's already sold out,

- 19:21Speaker 2: just want to stop and say because what Ricky just
- 19:23Speaker 2: said really made me think. And I know I'm not
- 19:24Speaker 2: the only one.
- 19:24Speaker 3: That says it, but God time is just racing wild.
- 19:28Speaker 3: It's gonna be mid September and a.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Week what how all right, Katie, you heard the audio.

- 20:22Speaker 5: I don't believe you.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Promise.
- 20:24Speaker 5: Okay, we'll get my word.
- 20:26Speaker 3: It's going to be impossible. No one's gonna win these
- 20:27Speaker 3: sickets home.
- 20:28Speaker 5: Okay, don't make it impossible.
- 20:30Speaker 6: Three things you need to know.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Hey, let's go just after eight o'clock on this Wednesday morning.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things.
- 20:36Speaker 5: Talk to a Girl. She is getting her own podcast.
- 20:39Speaker 4: She will now host a show called Talk to a
- 20:42Speaker 4: obviously very clever under her Jake Paul's Better Company. So
- 20:46Speaker 4: the podcast is going to use Talk to a Girl's
- 20:48Speaker 4: humor and quote Southern charm.
- 20:50Speaker 5: For interviews and conversations.
- 20:52Speaker 4: According to the press release, first episode is going to
- 20:54Speaker 4: launch September tenth.
- 20:55Speaker 5: So it's right around the corner, and it looks like
- 20:57Speaker 5: hotel workers are on strike and they're going.
- 21:00Speaker 4: To expand that strike, so expect more and more people
- 21:04Speaker 4: to be out there in the streets. Hotel workers around
- 21:07Speaker 4: the country are expanding this strike after the union and
- 21:09Speaker 4: hotel companies failed to reach a contract deal. So around
- 21:13Speaker 4: ten thousand people hit the picket lines in places like
- 21:15Speaker 4: San Francisco, Seattle, Boston all during the Labor Day holiday,
- 21:20Speaker 4: and now workers in several other cities are going to
- 21:22Speaker 4: start striking as well. They're demanding better pay, increase staffing,
- 21:26Speaker 4: and better benefits of the hotel chains that are affected
- 21:29Speaker 4: include Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott, So just keep that in
- 21:32Speaker 4: mind when you're booking anything or if you have people
- 21:34Speaker 4: coming into town, because I don't know if it's going
- 21:36Speaker 4: to affect anything here.
- 21:37Speaker 5: In Nashville just yet.
- 21:39Speaker 4: And speaking of Nashville, Nashville's Dance Fest is happening this weekend,
- 21:44Speaker 4: So if you're looking to learn how to line dance
- 21:46Speaker 4: or anything like that, this is a great way to
- 21:48Speaker 4: get into it.
- 21:49Speaker 5: There's going to be concerts as well. This is right
- 21:51Speaker 5: up your alley if you like live music.
- 21:53Speaker 4: There's going to be dance workshops happening all weekend as
- 21:56Speaker 4: well as shows from people like Philip Phillips, Matt Stell, Tiger,
- 22:00Speaker 4: Willie Jones.
- 22:01Speaker 5: And Moore.
- 22:02Speaker 4: Tickets are available at their website National Dancefest dot com.
- 22:06Speaker 4: I did see a video and it looks like some
- 22:07Speaker 4: of the workshops happen on Broadway.
- 22:09Speaker 5: In the streets.
- 22:10Speaker 3: It's pretty cool, so it's pretty.
- 22:11Speaker 4: Large, it looks like a lot of fun if you
- 22:13Speaker 4: want to get yourself into something interesting and new and
- 22:16Speaker 4: different this weekend.
- 22:17Speaker 5: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things.
- 22:19Speaker 3: You need to know that's cool for all the people
- 22:20Speaker 3: that don't know how to dance.
- 22:22Speaker 2: I myself, I'm not in that camp, but it's cool
- 22:24Speaker 2: that everybody else has this opportunity.
- 22:26Speaker 5: Your dancers are scary.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Music from Teddy Swifts, Brina Carper and Blanquidity Too All
- 22:31Speaker 3: on the Way, Here's Chapel Roone kicking off and on
- 22:33Speaker 3: the Long Set on.
- 22:34Speaker 6: The River's Ricky is Zach and Manno in the Morning.
- 22:37Speaker 1: On the River.
- 22:39Speaker 4: What movie did you used to love that just does
- 22:42Speaker 4: not hold up anymore? It's one of seven five the River.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Kevin watched Freaky Friday with his family.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Yeah, do you have a lot of thoughts? I had
- 22:50Speaker 3: never even seen Freaky Friday. I just knew it was
- 22:52Speaker 3: one of those like old movies that everybody's seen.
- 22:54Speaker 6: You know.
- 22:55Speaker 3: It's Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis, so they swap
- 22:57Speaker 3: bodies and stuff. Man, there are a lot of issues
- 23:00Speaker 3: that movie, things that are.
- 23:01Speaker 5: Just would not be in a movie. I love Freaky Friday.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Well there was I mean, well, I thought the whole
- 23:06Speaker 2: thing with the Chinese restaurant was a little stereotypical and
- 23:08Speaker 2: just it wouldn't be in a movie today with the
- 23:10Speaker 2: way they were portraying certain characters. But then when this
- 23:13Speaker 2: teenage kid, Chad Michael Murray is trying to kiss Jamie
- 23:16Speaker 2: Lee Curtis. She's in her forties, she's getting married the
- 23:19Speaker 2: next day. He's in love with her. He's what sixteen
- 23:22Speaker 2: years old?
- 23:22Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 23:22Speaker 3: I just thought it was not strange.
- 23:25Speaker 5: He's eighteen. But it is strange.
- 23:28Speaker 6: How do you know that?
- 23:29Speaker 4: Because I've watched the movie multiple times over and over again.
- 23:33Speaker 3: I used to love that movie still though, him going
- 23:35Speaker 3: after the mom that was the part.
- 23:37Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Maybe I'm weird, maybe.
- 23:39Speaker 2: I'm too sensitive. Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 23:41Speaker 2: one oh seven.
- 23:42Speaker 3: What is that movie for you?
- 23:44Speaker 2: Maybe you have Freaky Friday opinions, But if there's another
- 23:46Speaker 2: movie that just doesn't hold.
- 23:47Speaker 3: Up what Rickey said, let us know what it is.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine one o seven.
- 23:52Speaker 9: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
- 23:57Speaker 9: river ur the weekend, Kevin watched Freaky Friday with his family,
- 24:00Speaker 9: and he realized that it just does not hold up
- 24:03Speaker 9: the same.
- 24:03Speaker 2: I was like holding my breath the whole time because
- 24:05Speaker 2: it was just all these little things they were saying
- 24:07Speaker 2: and doing and the relationship between the teenager and the
- 24:10Speaker 2: Oh no, it's just inappropriate.
- 24:12Speaker 4: It's where he's Zachavando in the morning on one O
- 24:14Speaker 4: seven five the River, Missy and Murphy's Borough.
- 24:17Speaker 5: Do you have a movie that you used to love
- 24:18Speaker 5: that just doesn't hold up anymore?
- 24:20Speaker 7: You gotta know it from the Hey you.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Guys, Goonies doesn't hold up. Goonies.
- 24:26Speaker 6: No.
- 24:26Speaker 7: I try to get my da kiss to watch it
- 24:29Speaker 7: and they're like, Mom, I'm not watching that. Look at
- 24:32Speaker 7: the quality.
- 24:34Speaker 1: I'm like, come on, it's a classic.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Oh that's heartbreaking.
- 24:38Speaker 6: I know.
- 24:39Speaker 5: I am just saying, Hey, you guys, people my age
- 24:43Speaker 5: that didn't know but you.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Knew, Yeah, Zach, Zach. You probably talked to Zach before
- 24:47Speaker 3: we grabbed you in the air here.
- 24:48Speaker 4: He doesn't know any real hey you guys, Yeah, he
- 24:51Speaker 4: doesn't know any movies.
- 24:52Speaker 5: I will say, though, like I know, Goonies is a classic.
- 24:55Speaker 5: I don't love it.
- 24:56Speaker 4: It wasn't a movie that I grew up loving. I
- 24:58Speaker 4: wasn't like super excited to watch it personally. I think
- 25:02Speaker 4: I just I was part of that cutoff, you know,
- 25:04Speaker 4: where I got to the point.
- 25:05Speaker 5: Where I was like, oh no, this is not for me.
- 25:06Speaker 7: That and the original color purple.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Oh why doesn't that hold up well?
- 25:11Speaker 7: Especially since they started the new one with their like
- 25:16Speaker 7: just destroyed the movie.
- 25:18Speaker 3: It just makes the old one look really old.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, all right, Missy, thank you so much for
- 25:23Speaker 4: hanging out with us and.
- 25:24Speaker 5: For calling in.
- 25:27Speaker 6: You.
- 25:28Speaker 2: And they are making a new Freaky Friday movie, so
- 25:30Speaker 2: I'm curious to see if it's just as inappropriate.
- 25:33Speaker 3: As the original.
- 25:33Speaker 4: I can't wait to see it because I loved the
- 25:35Speaker 4: original Freaky Friday.
- 25:36Speaker 2: When it came out, it went so much about your
- 25:38Speaker 2: REFI do you have any of those movies that don't
- 25:40Speaker 2: hold in, that don't hold up?
- 25:42Speaker 4: I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry. I love Adam Sandler,
- 25:46Speaker 4: and that movie when it first came out was not
- 25:48Speaker 4: my favorite movie by any means, but I was just
- 25:51Speaker 4: kind of like, okay whatever. I saw clips of it
- 25:54Speaker 4: because they happened to like rerun it recently on some
- 25:56Speaker 4: random channel that I was flipping through, and I was like, Wow,
- 26:00Speaker 4: this is just not app does not hold up?
- 26:04Speaker 3: Come a long way is society?
- 26:05Speaker 5: She's great.
- 26:06Speaker 4: I'm happy that we've come so far as a society
- 26:09Speaker 4: that that's like not okay anymore.
- 26:10Speaker 5: And I watch it, I go Ooh, you just crazed.
- 26:12Speaker 4: You're like ah, people said those things and wrote that
- 26:14Speaker 4: down on a piece of paper for other people to say.
- 26:17Speaker 5: That's bad.
- 26:18Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Everyone's excited for the football season. Fantasy football drafts have
- 26:26Speaker 4: already started. I had to deal with multiple with my fiance.
- 26:30Speaker 4: If you miss that conversation, go listen to it on
- 26:32Speaker 4: the podcast.
- 26:33Speaker 5: You can get it anywhere you like to podcast.
- 26:35Speaker 4: And this little girl, she has our daily double tap
- 26:37Speaker 4: today on one to seven, five of the River. She
- 26:39Speaker 4: is so excited for football season that she can't even
- 26:42Speaker 4: contain her excitement. She can't even explain just how excited
- 26:46Speaker 4: she is.
- 26:46Speaker 3: But she knows her favorite player.
- 26:47Speaker 5: Oh she does, indeed, And it's a lot of people's
- 26:49Speaker 5: favorite player after last year.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Yeah, here we go.
- 26:51Speaker 5: I think I am football.
- 26:54Speaker 7: You're excited for football?
- 26:56Speaker 3: Can you tell me what you like about football?
- 26:58Speaker 6: Or?
- 26:58Speaker 5: Thank you?
- 26:58Speaker 3: Who's playing football?
- 27:00Speaker 1: All right?
- 27:00Speaker 5: I know who's your favorite football player?
- 27:05Speaker 3: Oh care sick Taylor Swift? Of course your favorite player.
- 27:10Speaker 3: I like the answer to what do you like about football?
- 27:13Speaker 3: Or can you tell me what you like about football?
- 27:15Speaker 6: No?
- 27:15Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 27:15Speaker 5: I think that's a great response. It's so good, very polite.
- 27:18Speaker 5: She's had her boundary right there. Don't ask me questions.
