A tragic murder in Nampa: 19-year-old Aliyah Ramirez, a devoted mother of a 10-month-old, was fatally struck by 18-year-old Alissa Huerta in what authorities believe was an intentional act after a dispute. Huerta has been charged with first-degree murder. Friends and family gathered for a candlelit vigil Tuesday night, honoring Aliyah’s kindness and spirit, with one close friend calling the act “murder” and expressing shock.
