  I think it's one of the coolest, smartest things that I've heard

  investors to love are Western investors.

  We love silver. We don't need the general

  sector because it is so small. We're like an elite.

  the Army. We are like the elite core of

  investors in the United States. But we're small.

  And because we're so small, it just takes, we're one or two

  percent. It just takes another one or 2%
