A 22-year-old man, Deandre Neal, has been arrested in connection with a double homicide that occurred on August 10th. According to police, Neal walked into authorities and admitted to being involved, but remained silent until his lawyer arrived. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots followed by a car crash, spotting a bullet-riddled vehicle with an injured driver—and saw a person in all-black on an e-bike fleeing the scene, leaving the bike behind.
