- 0:18Speaker 1: your family. Father God, in the mighty, matchless, and powerful
- 0:22Speaker 1: name of Jesus, we come before you today lifting up
- 0:26Speaker 1: our families to you. Lord, some of us are dealing
- 0:28Speaker 1: with situations inside our own homes that we don't know
- 0:32Speaker 1: how to fix. We're dealing with disagreements. We're dealing with misunderstandings.
- 0:36Speaker 1: We're dealing with broken relationships, rebellious children, and family members
- 0:41Speaker 1: who Amen. Amen. Amen. that there are some things that
- 1:05Speaker 1: we cannot change by arguing, by pleading, by threatening or
- 1:08Speaker 1: trying harder. God, we need you. Father, we lift our children,
- 1:12Speaker 1: our babies, our teenagers, our young adults, and even our
- 1:15Speaker 1: grown children up to you. When they rebel against our guidance,
- 1:20Speaker 1: when they make choices that break our hearts, and when
- 1:22Speaker 1: they travel down paths that put our future or their
- 1:25Speaker 1: future at risk, please, God, you intervene. Your word declares
- 1:29Speaker 1: in Isaiah 54, 13, that our children shall be taught
- 1:32Speaker 1: of the Lord and great shall be their peace. So, Father,
- 1:35Speaker 1: teach them. Reach them in places we cannot reach. Speak
- 1:39Speaker 1: to their hearts when they refuse to hear our voices.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Give them discernment, God, to recognize dangerous situations, wisdom to
- 1:46Speaker 1: make better decisions, and courage to walk away from influences
- 1:49Speaker 1: that are leading them in the wrong direction. Lord, protect

- 2:10Speaker 1: them find healthy ways to express their pain. And Father,
- 2:15Speaker 1: Work on us as parents too. Grandparents, give us wisdom
- 2:19Speaker 1: to know when to speak and when to listen, when
- 2:22Speaker 1: to correct and when to comfort, when to establish boundaries
- 2:25Speaker 1: and when to extend grace. Oh God, help us with
- 2:28Speaker 1: love without compromising what's right. Show us how to remain
- 2:32Speaker 1: firm without becoming harsh and how to offer guidance without
- 2:36Speaker 1: allowing fear to control our decisions. Lord, heal the wounds
- 2:40Speaker 1: between parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren. Restore communication where
- 2:46Speaker 1: there's been silence. Rebuild trust where it's been broken and
- 2:49Speaker 1: soften hearts that have become hardened by anger and disappointment. Oh, God,
- 2:54Speaker 1: we pray for marriages under pressure, siblings who refuse to
- 2:57Speaker 1: get along, relatives divided by old offenses, and families struggling
- 3:02Speaker 1: to forgive one another. God, break the cycle of bitterness
- 3:05Speaker 1: and pride and resentment and generational dysfunction. Teach us to
- 3:09Speaker 1: apologize when we're wrong. Teach us, God, to forgive when
- 3:12Speaker 1: we've been hurt. Oh, God, and protect. one another's dignity
- 3:16Speaker 1: even when we disagree. Oh, Father, we declare that conflict
- 3:20Speaker 1: will not have the final word in our families. We
- 3:23Speaker 1: will continue to pray. We will continue to love wisely.
- 3:27Speaker 1: We will continue to establish healthy boundaries and trust you
- 3:31Speaker 1: with the people we cannot control. Lord, bring peace to
- 3:34Speaker 1: our house, healing to our relationships and wisdom, to our
- 3:37Speaker 1: parenting and restoration, God, to our families. In the name
- 3:42Speaker 1: of Jesus, amen, amen, and amen.
