- 0:08Hey, good morning everyone. This is Michelle Hughes from Ageless and Timeless.
- 0:12Today I have a very special guest with me. Her name is Claire Morrow,
- 0:18and Claire is from Dallas, Texas, and she is what's called an
- 0:22IFBB, which is the pro the name for people who have made the pro
- 0:28athlete. It's called what's the standford again, Claire? International Federation of Bodybuilders.
- 0:36Oh, there we go, International Federation of Bodybuilders i FBB. In
- 0:40case anyone wants to know what that means. And you know, everyone that
- 0:45watches my podcast knows that we are featured not only on United Broadcast Network,
- 0:51but also on Muscle and Fitness. So we're writing you in your alignment there,
- 0:57Claire, And just so you know, we are still trying to arrange
- 1:00for you and I to be on a Muscle and Fitness show. So anyway,
- 1:07I just want to preface our interviewed discussion with a little introduction about you.
- 1:14So in my experience in my lifetime, I've met a lot of very
- 1:19highly motivated and very entrepreneurial and very just you know, exciting inspirational people.
- 1:26I've been very, very lucky to have been an entrepreneur since I was very
- 1:30young and in the business world. But I have to say that I have
- 1:36never seen the example of motivation to the nth degree extent of what I see
- 1:44with Claire. So we're going to flash some pictures of what Claire used to
- 1:48look like before she got became enlightened and decided she was had a goal.
- 1:55I made a big goal, and that she was going to pursue that goal.
- 1:59And that was about what fifteen years ago, right, forty two?
- 2:01Age forty two, So actually that's only about eight years ago, right,
- 2:06you're almost fifty. Yeah, so I'm fifty one now, So it was
- 2:10just about nine and a half years ago when I said, okay, so
- 2:14we're almost happy decade. However, when did you actually start seeing the changes
- 2:20after you made your commitment with your husband Randy to become an IFBB pro.
- 2:28So when you first start your fitness journey, the fat loss is not necessarily
- 2:31the hard part. It's more if you're trying to build muscle, that takes
- 2:35longer. So I, to be really honest, I noticed but lifting up
- 2:40after about eight weeks, I could just like I couldn't see my butt cheeks
- 2:44from the front. Yeah, you know what I mean. So that was
- 2:49one of the first things I noticed, and that can take you know,
- 2:51eight weeks depending on where you're starting from. Right. So I had already
- 2:54lost some weight when I started bodybuilding, and I didn't like the way I
- 2:59look. I looked that I had no muscle tone. I was, you
- 3:01know, when muscle was dawne because I didn't do it right when I began,
- 3:06and I ended up skinny fat. So that's what led me to bodybuilding
- 3:09and saying, Okay, well now I have a little loose skin and I
- 3:12want to fill let out with muscle. And that's exactly what I did.
- 3:14So, you know, the timeline I tell people not to worry about because
- 3:16the time is going to pass anyway, huh. You know, so don't
- 3:20worry about how long it's gonna take. And everybody's journey is going to be
- 3:23very, very different. So mine probably took about six months to work has
- 3:27really see some good muscle coming in. But like I think, everybody's going
- 3:30to be different. So if there's somebody you know, heavier than I was,
- 3:34it's going to take them a little bit longer to you know, see
- 3:36the muscle. No but you You and Randy both lost over fifty pounds so
- 3:42yeah, yeah, in the in the in the background, I'm seeing now
- 3:46your your book Fluffy Too Fit, which I think is such a great title.
- 3:51You can see that before and after, which will will even give you
- 3:54some more photos to inspire you today on what Claire has accomplished. But there
- 4:00she is in the background before and here she is in the front foreground after,
- 4:05and of course you can see here right now here on the screen to
- 4:10prove that those photos are in fact indeed accurate. So okay, so you
- 4:15did lose an inordinate amount of pound weight? So what was the secret to
- 4:23just that? Forget the muscle for a moment, just let's talk about weight
- 4:27loss, because a lot of people, you know, they want to just
- 4:30get the pounds off first, then they'll worry about the muscle. I know
- 4:32that's not always the best way, but I think some people just getting the
- 4:39encouragement of losing the inches around their different parts of their body and actual pounds
- 4:46on the scale if that's going to be the way they measure. So how
- 4:49did you ever get to go from fifty for fifty five pounds? Let's say,
- 4:56Well, it's diet, and I know a lot of people don't want
- 4:59to that but it's the absolute trick. I always tell people I'm nobs.
- 5:03I'm going to put it out there and tell you exactly how to do it,
- 5:05and it is eighty percent diet to see results. The rest of it
- 5:09is walking ten thousand steps a day. That's really important. You know,
- 5:13people think, oh, I need to do all this cardio. No,
- 5:15we learn the most calories with our all day activities, So make sure you
- 5:19get pay steps in a day. I'm telling you. I'm telling you our
- 5:21all day activity is where we learn the most calories. But the most important
- 5:26thing is your diet, eating whole natural foods, especially if you're over age
- 5:29thirty five. Because our digestions look down, our liver prositting of foods slows
- 5:32down. We just can't eat the same crap we used to when we're twenty
- 5:35and thirty years old. And my right, girl, So when as you
- 5:39get older, that's why, because our digestions look down and our liver flow
- 5:43down and we get hormonal imbalances. We'll get into that and I'm sure,
- 5:46yeah, yeah. Once those puzzle pieces come together, that's when you'll start
- 5:50to see the result. And keeping your protein high too, well, protein
- 5:55is a subject I wanted to spend a little time on because that's so critical
- 5:59to any kind of muscle building and of course even to the weight loss.
- 6:03So okay, so let's just take a sample of a day, a typical
- 6:08day, so people understand it's not that difficult, and we shouldn't really call
- 6:13it a diet, it's a lifestyle because diet suggests something temporary, and yeah,
- 6:18there are many diets out there, and there are many failures with diets,
- 6:23So let's go to the let's use the nomenclature of of lifestyle because this
- 6:30is going to be a forever thing, and obviously it is for you.
- 6:32You've been doing it now for this many years and you're not going to You're
- 6:36not going to change now. You you found nirvana in your lifestyle. So
- 6:43so let's just take a typical day. So if you were eating in your
- 6:46program, what would be the typical diet for that day? Just give us
- 6:51some samples of what you think the menus could be. So basically, you
- 6:59know, are you still there? Yeah? Okay. I my advocate for
- 7:02natural foods mostly, so you know, my diet is going to be maybe
- 7:06a little bit different than somebody else's, but my typical food is like steel
- 7:10cut oat meal that's gluten free in the morning with either protein in it or
- 7:14egg whites with one whole leg. You know, something like that would be
- 7:16my breakfast. I've been to eat four to five times per day. Your
- 7:21port and sizes depend on your own personal macros and allow to know that confuses
- 7:26people too, so we can get into that later. So you know that's
- 7:29how you determine your portan sizes. But you know, the more times a
- 7:31day to eat, the smaller your portion sizes you're going to be. So
- 7:35when for me, because I like to keep it much on me, I
- 7:39eat five five times a day or so. So my next meal would be
- 7:43my pre workout meal, which would be chicken that I cook in a crock
- 7:46pot and I put mustard with it or gecy sugar free sauce something like that,
- 7:49and sweet potatoes that I air fried. So that would be and I
- 7:51eat at about an hour before I go lift and work out, and then
- 7:56when I'm done, I eat something like her key Shepherd's pie, which is
- 7:59my absolute favorite, let's give book workout meal, and usually my meals are
- 8:03strut about three hours of hard favorite thing. My next meal is probably just
- 8:07a snack like a little protein or something. I make a really good protein
- 8:11pudding with the protein that I love demotion is, so I use that and
- 8:16maybe a rice cake or something, and then dinner, I do a big
- 8:18salad with my wholemade honey mustard dressing, which I do have in my cookbook.
- 8:22By the way, zero calories. You heard me right, zero calories.
- 8:24It's good. So I put that on my salad and then I also
- 8:28have either tino with it or take it with it, or I do the
- 8:31turkey shepherds pie without starchy carbs. So I generally don't eat a lot of
- 8:35starchy cards at night. And then I usually finished eating my you know foods
- 8:39three hours before bad give or take two with the most wow, because a
- 8:46lot of people would find that if you eat that many times a day,
- 8:48you're gonna be gain weight. But so what's the science behind that that you
- 8:54can say you're not a person could subscribe to that five times a day program
- 9:00as long as they're working out right. No, it's not even that.
- 9:03It's the total amount of calories that you eat. So you know, people
- 9:07that unless you're insulin resistant or diabetic, you don't have to worry about fasting
- 9:11or any of that. I don't fast, No, you don't need to.
- 9:13It's the total amount of calories. So if you are eating too many
- 9:16calories, you're going to gain weight. If you're eating in a calorie deficit,
- 9:20which is where you are burning more calories than you're taking in, you're
- 9:24going to lose weight. It's just a simple equation really. Now there are
- 9:28some factors that come into this, insulin resistance, diabetic, but you still
- 9:33have to be in a calorie deficent and hormonal imbalances, which we'll get into.
- 9:37So those make a being different, you know, with with you know
- 9:39a little bit of play in those factors. But you know the number one
- 9:43king on losing fat losing weight is going to be your food, your calorie
- 9:48define set. Okay. So I love that you've gone over them in a
- 9:52very efficient way. And there's room in there for snap for not for snaps
- 9:58for sweets, which a a lot of people have trouble with giving up their
- 10:03sweet choose. So let's talk about what you do in your program to allow
- 10:07for a sweet choose. Yeah. Absolutely, So you know it's not like
- 10:11you can't ever cheat again. You know, people think, oh, I'm
- 10:13on a diet. I gotta eat weeds and berries to lose weight. It's
- 10:16just not true. You know, you can do like one sheet meal a
- 10:20week or something like that. But I generally I eat chocolate every single day
- 10:24and I get away with it because I've learned how to make those foods healthier
- 10:30and benefit me. Like I can make a healthy pizza, I can eat
- 10:33that every day as one of my meals if I want to. It's two
- 10:35hundred calories for the whole pizza. I can chocolate pudding or homemade nutella,
- 10:41and yes, it's good. That has protein and it's still within my macro
- 10:45calorie windows. Right. So you know that's how you eat chocolate every day
- 10:48and get away with it. You just I've learned, and that's why I
- 10:50wrote my cookbook because so many people are lost as to how do I eat
- 10:54my favorite foods and still stay on track and not feel guilty after eating it.
- 11:00Well, not that I want to give a plug for lilies, but
- 11:01you mentioned in your book, and I've got three quarters of the way through
- 11:05Fluffy to Fit, and I've I've definitely looked at your entire cookbook, which
- 11:11is the companion to your book, So if anyone's interested, we can flash
- 11:16that over the screen so that you can purchase Claire's book and cookbook. But
- 11:22I noticed that you mentioned lilies, and I swear by lilies because it's dark.
- 11:28Chocolate is full of ris ver trol, which is a nutrient that a
- 11:33lot of people don't realize. It's very anti aging. And also it's a
- 11:37sweet, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a sugar sweet. So they
- 11:43sweeten with I think it's with stevia, right, And so stevia is a
- 11:48natural fruit, so you're not getting the artificial chemicals of sugar. So if
- 11:54anyone's interested lilies, you can buy it on I buy it on Amazon.
- 11:58You get through three bags of it so last you for a long long time.
- 12:03So that's one chocolate. And then I also find I take unsweetened coconut
- 12:11and the chips. The chips I buy again on Amazon. And then if
- 12:15you mix the coconut with the chips, and you don't even have to make
- 12:18a cookie or anything like that, just use that as like a little dessert
- 12:24and just mix it together. And sometimes I'll put in like mulberries, dried
- 12:28mulberry something to give it a little more body. But you know, you
- 12:31know, it's so simple. I mean, all of these things that Claire
- 12:35suggests in her cookbook are meant to be for people like us that are very
- 12:39busy and that don't have a lot of time, but want to prep a
- 12:43little bit in order to be prepared. So there's not you're not caught what's
- 12:50the word, You're not caught, you know, unprepared because you're busy and
- 12:54you don't have time, so you go and eat something unsavory like fast food.
- 13:00These podcast is brought to you by Jemetria Products. Jemetria is based in
- 13:05Carlsbad, California, and they manufacture ultra high quality dietary supplements using g QI
- 13:13technology. G as you probably know, is the energy that runs throughout our
- 13:20bodies and is the basis of Chinese medicine. Use the code ageless and get
- 13:24twenty percent off your order. I highly recommend Jametria's products. I personally use
- 13:31the complete aminos, the heart gems, and the Methusela life which is an
- 13:37RNA and DNA subling will spray. The website to go to is www dot
- 13:46Jemetria dot com, slash g QI hyphen technology and there you'll find out more
- 13:54about this fascinating company, their products and the technology. So okay, so
- 14:00let's go back to the the the other part of this, which is so
- 14:05we talked about nutrition, which okay, So that's the bottom line is nutrition
- 14:11is your food is your medicine. And if you don't recognize that, you
- 14:16have to make adjustments to your diet. Just pick up Claire's book and you
- 14:20will be condens So okay, so we have nutrition. So what's the next
- 14:26step. So obviously, like I mentioned before, getting ten k steps in
- 14:28a day so that you're burning you know, burning more energy that way.
- 14:31That can be taking your kids to the mall, taking your dogs for a
- 14:35walk, you can be anything, just moving around right, not sitting.
- 14:39I mean that's why so many people gain weight during COVID because they were sitting
- 14:41watching Netflix allday, which you know, that's all we had to do back
- 14:45then because it was we were all locked in the house, right, So
- 14:48that's really important to you. Now. Lifting weights is the best thing you
- 14:50can do for your body. And I'm going to tell you why, especially
- 14:52as you get older. We lose eight percent of our muscle every decade over
- 14:56the age of forty until we get to seventy and minutes something like fifteen.
- 15:00Incent that's a lot, and that explains a lot because when you see these
- 15:03older men and women that are hunched over walking around, you know they can't
- 15:07walk, they fall down easily. I don't want to be that person.
- 15:09So try to keep muscle on you build muscle as you get older. It
- 15:13also helps you our joints, if you have our right as it's going to
- 15:18help you, believe it or not. At the strengthens your tendons so that
- 15:20you don't fall. The muffle is the glue that keeps the body together.
- 15:22In my opinion, don't know the muffle as you can. I'm not saying
- 15:26you have to be a competitor like like my crazy, but but try to
- 15:31keep muscle on you for that reason so they don't brail. How do you
- 15:37measure your muscle? I mean, how do you know that you're actually gaining
- 15:41muscles when you're particularly as you're losing weight. Yeah, so that's an easy
- 15:46one, and I do recommend people lift weights as they're losing weight. Also,
- 15:48you're not gonna get You're not gonna look like a man. You're just
- 15:52gonna look like a badass with a fit at Okay, my friends, that's
- 15:56good. Okay. There's several ways you can do it. Number one,
- 16:02obviously, take pictures. The scale is not accurate, it's going to be
- 16:03up and down and all over the map. Take your measurements. That helps.
- 16:07But there's also something called a dexter scan that's really the most accurate way.
- 16:11Most big cities have a dexa scan somewhere in bodies. My next choice,
- 16:15but makes you get one that you stand on that's really like a doctor's
- 16:19office. Sometimes you'll find them. Wellness doctors have them so that you can
- 16:25measure where you're at. Now, the key with that is doing it at
- 16:26the same time of day, because you know they're not person accurate, but
- 16:30to trajectory will be accurate. So let's say the first week you go in
- 16:36and you have and you're on an in body and you have fifty eight on
- 16:38the muscle and you're twenty eight body fat. Right the next week, you
- 16:42go in at the same time of day and you have seven body fat and
- 16:45you're you know, fifty eight point nine on the muscle. That's how you
- 16:49know you look at the trajectory of it. Okay, but it is true.
- 16:53And that's by the way, for everybody who's watching. In Body is
- 16:57an actual name of a company that does do the body fat measurement. And
- 17:03you do it on a scale, like you know, you go into doctor's
- 17:07office and get on the so called scale. It tells you everything your water
- 17:11weight, your muscle mass you're a lean lean muscle mass, your body fat,
- 17:18your actual weight, which as Claire just mentioned, you know, don't
- 17:22pay attention to the real the old fashion scale, because you will be shocked
- 17:30because if you gain muscle, you're going to gain pounds and you're going to
- 17:33feel discouraged if you see the pounds going up. What you need to focus
- 17:37on, as Claire said, is the inches and if you're if you're clothes,
- 17:42if your genes that didn't fit you before you started, yeah, are
- 17:47now starting to feel loose. You know, girl and guy, you are
- 17:52doing the right thing. So so pay attention to your clothes and your inches,
- 17:56not to your actual body weight. Uh so you don't get discouraged,
- 18:02right, Okay, So that's the dbody So and then the dex of scan
- 18:06is a little more sophisticated, a little more you know, you have to
- 18:10make an appointment. Go to a lab that has has you know, the
- 18:15the the dex of scans where you know they're a little more rare, but
- 18:18you can find them because I go to one in Santa Monica every time I'm
- 18:23in LA. Every year I go back for my well, I shouldn't say
- 18:27that, actually I went. I took me three years to do between them.
- 18:30But anyway, the good news when I did mind was they said there
- 18:34were no changes from twenty eighteen to twenty twenty three, so it was five
- 18:40years. And that is what you're looking for. You want to get a
- 18:45baseline, right Claire, and then and then and then, and make sure
- 18:48you don't be as slow about getting a new one maybe every one, well
- 18:52maybe every one or two years, Claire. Is that is that? Yeah?
- 18:56You know, if you're looking wins regularly, I would try to do
- 18:59one, gosh, a couple of months. But you know what I do.
- 19:03What I have. I have a small in body, the smallest one
- 19:04they make at home. So when I get up in the morning, I
- 19:07go pay and then I use that thing once a week. Right, Yeah,
- 19:11it takes your way to takes your muffle. So you can kind of
- 19:15have an idea and if you do that once a week, every week,
- 19:17you can see which direction you're going, so that's can't be they have at
- 19:19home. That way, you don't have to make an appointment. You can
- 19:22find them on Amazon. I actually have an Amazon Favorites page and my I'm
- 19:26so used to thank Lincoln Bio's it's weird on this. But on my social
- 19:30media pages, I have a an Amazon face page. I'll never share anything
- 19:34with anyone. I don't use myself anyway. I have one on there,
- 19:37and it's really good. I love that thing and it tells me it's not
- 19:41like one hundred percent accurate, as it's a little bit like the body cut
- 19:45is always going to be a little fire than you actually are. But it's
- 19:47the trajectory that we're looking at. So are you are there any other Well,
- 19:52let's talk about your Amazon page for a moment, because obviously those little
- 19:55tools and tricks that you recommend there are very important. So let's tell people
- 20:00how they can go find it if they want to look there. Because I
- 20:03want to go look there. I know I did when I first spoke with
- 20:06you a month or show ago, but I definitely want to go back there
- 20:11because that's really helpful. I mean, you're you're the pro and you're telling
- 20:15us some of the tricks of the trade. So what what's that page?
- 20:18And how can people go there? So if you're on Amazon, just starts
- 20:22my name Claire Morrow c l A R E M O R O W.
- 20:26Don't spell my name with an I. My mom had to be difficult and
- 20:27she's spelled it without bi right, okay, But the best thing to do
- 20:32if you're on Instagram or TikTok, my name there is Claire Morrow underscore,
- 20:36I have phoebe pro Again, don't spell my name with an I, and
- 20:38then just go to my Lincoln bio and everything is there. But yeah,
- 20:42like if you're moving your hair or pumpkin seed will help fight the DHD that
- 20:45happens to it as we get older. This is all my hair. By
- 20:49the way, I don't have hair extensions. Wow, that's great, people,
- 20:55How get you here that long? If you're ready on my pumpkin seed
- 20:56oil, men's brow gain, not the women's. The men's its stronger.
- 21:00My dermatologists recommended that a long time ago. What's the best thing ever?
- 21:03So things like that, and it's also PRP for hair loss. So if
- 21:07you have like a nermatology for you. I've done that several times, and
- 21:11I'm telling you what that process does. Naturally, it's a natural process.
- 21:15They draw your blood, they spin it down to get the plate liquorde plasma
- 21:18out of it, and then they inject your little scalp ject you know where
- 21:21you're losing your hair. What it does is it sends your hair follicles into
- 21:23a growth phase so they don't die and they start growing back and you get
- 21:27regrow your hair at it wards the guitar. I am so glad you are
- 21:32mentioning hair loss because I have been reading on the internet more and more advertisements
- 21:37for neutrofoils or I don't know three, three or four different ones that they
- 21:41and honestly, I think the best is what you're talking about is to do
- 21:45it with well pumpkin seed or even rosemary oil. Yeah, what you need
- 21:49to do at night before you're going to wash your hair because it is greasy.
- 21:55So but if you put it in your scalp and just sleep with it
- 21:57and then wash your hair the next I think that's a good way. And
- 22:00then this DHT, A lot of people don't know what that is. Can
- 22:03you just give a little explanation of why DHTU impedes hair grows. Yeah,
- 22:11and that could be caused from many things. But I'm on HRT myself and
- 22:15ladies, we have testosterone in our systems, just like MENDU, and it
- 22:18starts to decline as we get older, but sometimes we get we formed.
- 22:22We get DHD in the forms in our body and it, you know,
- 22:26affects your hair follicles and that can be a cause of hair loss. It
- 22:29can also be from your thyroid. So if you're I'm going to mention this,
- 22:32If ladies, please listen to me closely. If you're having any of
- 22:36these symptoms, hair loss, belly fat you've never had before. You can't
- 22:40lose weight no matter what you do. We can't eat those things things you
- 22:44could when you were twenty and thirty years old. None of us can.
- 22:45To be honest. You can't sleep at night, you're having hot flashes,
- 22:48you're waking up at v AM. What the heck is not about? Right?
- 22:52Low energy, low libido, itching and bloating. Any of those symptoms
- 22:57are hormone and lumb balance symptoms. And got to get to hormones checked.
- 23:00And I'm going to be about this don't go to a GP or an ob
- 23:03gyn, for the love of baby Jesus, they do not specialize in hormones.
- 23:08You need a wellness or HRT doctor for this. I'm a wellness coach,
- 23:11so I work with some of the best doctors around and I've been doing
- 23:15this a long time, so I know just from hearing women say I went
- 23:18to my GP and they wouldn't test me, or they do test you and
- 23:21they say you're within normal ranks. Well, there's a big difference between normal
- 23:23and optimal, and the wellness doctors will look at the number yeah a little
- 23:27more closely and tell you. So if you need a good doctor, look
- 23:30for a wellness doctor in your area. If you don't have one because maybe
- 23:33in a small town, or you want them to use mine. Mind,
- 23:37you tell a medicine anywhere in the US, and if you need their information,
- 23:40send me a message on Instagram. I will get back to you and
- 23:41give you their information. That's so great, Yeah, because you're so right
- 23:47that they when you go to an allopathic doctor, they they forget I've said
- 23:52this many times on my podcast, but they don't even consider hormones and hormones
- 23:56of the super Highway of your body, and it's really your ground level first
- 24:00step to knowing your overall health, because if your hormones are out of balance,
- 24:07you will never feel like you've achieved good health. So and oftentimes,
- 24:14you know, they say the blood is not the best indicator, but it
- 24:18is a start. And the reason they say that blood is not the best
- 24:22indicator is because the blood is a prick, it's a point in time.
- 24:26And like, for example, with cortisol, you know, we both know
- 24:29cortisol can fluctuate during the day depending on your stress level. So if you
- 24:33do your blood while you're fasting in the morning, the cortisol is probably going
- 24:37to be in normal range. But hey, by five o'clock after a full
- 24:41day of challenges and stresses, you could have a very different outlook on your
- 24:47adrenal glands and which makes which makes your cortisol. So things like that,
- 24:51And so Claire is right. So what's your Instagram address for people who want
- 24:56to go there to look for those recommendations on wellness doctors. Yeah, so
- 25:02it's at Claire's c l A R E Morrow m O R R OW Underscore
- 25:07I F B B Prep. So I'm sure, I'm sure you guys can
- 25:11flash it on the screen as well. Yeah, but if you have any
- 25:15questions or you know, for me, or I'll be glad to help you.
- 25:18This is what I love, you know. I think we're all here
- 25:19to help people, and that's just what I feel like my purpose in life
- 25:22is to help people as much as like, well, I think, yeah,
- 25:26I was gonna say, I think this is something that everyone should admire.
- 25:30You know, it's one thing to achieve and through your own goal,
- 25:33meet your goals and motivation to be the best version of yourself, so to
- 25:37speak. And then the next step is really reaching out like you're doing,
- 25:44to try to connect with others that are struggling, because not everybody has your
- 25:48level of motivation, but they can be a lot of people need just need
- 25:53leadership, they need inspiration. So I would encourage people to look, uh,
- 26:00if you want it, don't get discouraged when you look at what Claire
- 26:03is now, because if you look at where she was and how where she
- 26:07came from, you're going to see that this trajectory is achievable. And you
- 26:11know, they say what you believe, you kind of achieve, and Claire
- 26:15believed not right away in the beginning you were doubtful and insecure, but and
- 26:22over time you started to have little achievements and those little achievements became the network
- 26:30connecting you to the next achievements. So anyway, so everybody should be inspired
- 26:36by other people's achievements and then learn from them. So Claire is offering this,
- 26:41and I think it's amazing that you're out there as a resource, Claire,
- 26:45and also your your recipes in your in your cookbook and also online.
- 26:48I think you give some of them online. All all my stuff on my
- 26:53TikTok Instagram YouTube is a big one too, which my name is the same
- 26:57everywhere you go. You know a lot of these trainers, and I'm a
- 27:02fitness coach. I do online coaching, but I give a lot of information
- 27:04away for free because I don't care. I'm not going to get keep a
- 27:07lot of these people. Look, I got it, I get it.
- 27:10We all got to make a living, we all got to eat. I
- 27:11understand that. But you know, I don't take key. I tell you
- 27:15exactly what this is like. And I'm nobs too, so and it's as
- 27:21crazy on my post too, but in a fun way. Well, by
- 27:23the way, going back to the DHD I just forgot to mention. So
- 27:30one is the ways, So DHD is really a bad guy. Okay,
- 27:33you don't want too much DHD and you actually, as a woman, we
- 27:37can take saw a palmetto or even across state across state formula, which seems
- 27:44a little weird when you when you buy it and you start taking it.
- 27:47Why am I taking what a man would take? However, I do want
- 27:51to say that doctor Elizabeth Yareth, when she was on my podcast about a
- 27:55month ago, she made a very good pint. And I've noticed this too.
- 27:59The DHD when you take it internally as a supplement will lower your testosterone.
- 28:04So I don't know if you knew that, Claire, but I saw
- 28:08that in my latest blood work, and I said, what the heck?
- 28:11I always have the highest women's testosterone count. And my doctors always say,
- 28:17don't you know the good doctors, the natural pathic and the regenerative doctors will
- 28:22always say, don't pay attention to what you see on those bloodgets that it
- 28:26says high because high, like you said, optimum and high are different.
- 28:33High is their range based on women of that age group that they think is
- 28:40normal. But yet that can be totally wrong. For you. So anyway,
- 28:44I noticed that in my latest blood work that my testosterone had fallen.
- 28:48I didn't feel any differently by the way. You know, testosterone helps you
- 28:52to build muscle, it helps with your libido, it helps you to feel
- 28:57energy levels. You know, it's it's it's really good for women to have
- 29:03a healthy testosterone counter just like men should have estrogen. Not too much.
- 29:08So anyway, just cut to the chase on that be prepared that if you're
- 29:12taking DHT, which I did because I wanted to. My hair has always
- 29:18been very fine and I just wanted to be sure I didn't get too much
- 29:22thinning of hair. And I see a difference with the DHT. I haven't
- 29:26done the rogue gain, I guess because it's a chemical. But it's it's
- 29:30finestra, right, isn't that the name of the name for the hair growth
- 29:36femist blocks. Yeah, too much you want to call at DHD, but
- 29:45you don't want so much that your hair starts calling him. Yeah, exactly.
- 29:48So anyway, if you look up online our player's site how to grow
- 29:53hair growth, she'll give you that little recipe for hair growth. But pumpkin
- 29:57seed oil and and rosemary oil are two of the oils that definitely affect hair
- 30:03growth. And you don't really need to buy all those expensive hair growth products
- 30:07because that's all they that's the stuff they have in them. So just do
- 30:11it. I would say, do it yourself and and uh and then take
- 30:15you know some DHT supplementation, DHD blockers, I should say, our hair
- 30:18growth uh improvement. There are a couple online that I like. So okay,
- 30:25so we got the hair growth. Now let's go back to the hormones.
- 30:27Okay, because that's hormones is such an important subject. So what if
- 30:33your hormones are out of balance? What do you recommend people do? I
- 30:37mean, obviously we're not going to be taking I hope you're not going to
- 30:41be taking horses urine. So so so what is your what is your program
- 30:48for Let's just say, you know, overall hormone balance. So my recommendation
- 30:55when I get a client or somebody who wants a consult, you know,
- 30:57I'll tell me you need to get them checks. You need to go get
- 31:00your blood like you're infasted with a Walmus specialist. I can read the hormone
- 31:03levels pretty well as well. But my docs are really good too, So
- 31:07that's the first thing, because everybody's going to be different. My cribry maybe
- 31:11a mess, but yours may be fine. You see what I mean From
- 31:12what you need, Jeremy, When you're getting into your mid to late forties,
- 31:18our estrogen starts to drop. And when you're start drop and start getting
- 31:22hot classes, you know symptoms you've never had before, like belly fat out
- 31:26of nowhere. Now that can even start early is thirty five, believe it
- 31:30or not, so all those symptoms that I mentioned earlier, belly fat,
- 31:33can't, weight, hair loss, low energy, low labido, brainfall.
- 31:37That's another one that is related to low test costruone and usually the first few
- 31:41things to start going haywire. Our hormones go haywire. Is your dibray can
- 31:45be it, and your progesterone and your test optam those in the first three
- 31:49after then comes a little bit later usually and your mid to late forties.
- 31:52And if you don't get it under control. And I'm not trying to scare
- 31:56anybody, it's just a fact it can cause belly fatsk Estrogen is produced in
- 32:01our fat cells, so it starts to blow. Your body starts going WHOA
- 32:06wait a minute, what's going on here. It starts producing more fat cell
- 32:08in an effort to produce more estrogen, but it backfires and we end up
- 32:12with all the cell like bat out of nowhere, even though your diet exocides
- 32:15has not changed. Yeah, and your your body is still left going okay,
- 32:20well, now we have no estrogen. So for myself, I'm fifty
- 32:22one and full blown menopause and happen for a year or so. I'm on
- 32:25everything you can think of, because you know I'm not gonna I want my
- 32:30body running on eight cylinders, not five, right, So of your hormones,
- 32:34with the wiring in your body that controls absolutely everything from your hair for
- 32:37your you know, losing weight, all of those symptoms I just mentioned.
- 32:40So you want your car running really really well, your body's in ferrari.
- 32:44You want to tire. So I have no estrogen, so I take the
- 32:47atroten. I take protect roon beause I have none of that either. None
- 32:51of us do over fifty small amount of test sauscone because I need that too
- 32:54for like you said, muscle building, brain, fag libido and yeah,
- 33:00energy too, so I take that one as well. I also do cut
- 33:02tipe, but we'll get into it a little bit as well. Yeah,
- 33:05I want to I want to go. I want that's my next subject.
- 33:07But you haven't mentioned DA and that's also a very important one. And you
- 33:12can take DHA sublingual if you want to take I take all my hormones bioidentical,
- 33:19either in creams or trophies and trokeys. Means that you're going to take
- 33:23it under the tongue, but it's going to go right into your bloodstream.
- 33:27So I used to take progest your own capsules, but then I said,
- 33:30you know what that means? I have to digest them. So means I
- 33:35have to go through the you know, the acid of the stomach and all
- 33:37that. So I thought, I'm probably getting a lot more effectiveness out of
- 33:42my hormones if I do them all as as either sublingual or or. I
- 33:49wouldn't recommend the patches. I hear that there's some controversy over the patches.
- 33:53So anyone that's women that are listening, Uh, the first thing you need
- 33:59to do when you finish this podcast is make an appointment. If you haven't
- 34:02already seen a wellness specialist or an endochronologist, somebody who understands female hormones and
- 34:09is a more regenerative approach rather than the allopathic. Allopathic means they're going to
- 34:15prescribe medicines that are chemicals. We're looking for the ones that are going to
- 34:21be natural to your body. You can even buy estrogen as a cream comes
- 34:25from Yams. I just bought the progesterone cream and the estrogen creame just to
- 34:30have as a backup in case, you know, I needed some little extra
- 34:34boost. So you can have those on hand. But again, the baseline
- 34:38is to get your tests right. Yeah, and you're right, you're right
- 34:43about going now. I don't even like endochronologists because I've had some women say
- 34:45they made that I was normal when I wasn't. So. Wellness doctor even
- 34:50some neracastle are very good. So look for a wellness doctor would be my
- 34:53advice. But bioodemical hormones is what you're talking about, and what does that
- 34:58mean? Biodemical it's what your own body does, and it comes plants most
- 35:02often now. Also, HRT does not cause cancer. That's a big old
- 35:07man. When they first started HRT, like when mom my mom was take
- 35:12was trying to take it or whatever they used to make it from horthyurin like
- 35:15you said earlier time. Yeah, yeah, and that was causing a problem,
- 35:19so they don't see that anymore. Ladies, please don't think you're going
- 35:21to get a cancer from it. If you've had cancer, you know that,
- 35:23then you want to consult with the doctor on that. Yeah, it
- 35:28does not cause cancer, so I want to make sure that's clear. Yeah,
- 35:30and HRT's cancer hormone replacement therapy in case questioning with that. Man.
- 35:37Okay, so let's just say your hormones getting balanced. Okay, this is
- 35:43our like first milestone. We've got our hormones and balance. We're losing some
- 35:49weight in terms of the inches and the way our clothes are fitting, and
- 35:53we're feeling like we're starting on a pass of a real journey of positive comes.
- 36:00Then there's these other levels that we haven't gotten to the gym yet.
- 36:05I want to want to get to that workout part of it. Then I
- 36:07also want to talk about peptizes because that's been a subject on my podcast for
- 36:13several different weeks now that we've had guests who are experts in that, but
- 36:17Claire and I both know and we've we've had firsthand experience with certain peptizes that
- 36:24help with weight loss and the help with muscle building. So okay, so
- 36:29first, let's go to the gym. Okay, So when let's just say
- 36:32someone's never really known how to work out at a gym, how would you
- 36:37guide them when they get there. What's the first thing they should do,
- 36:42What are some of the weights that they should be lifting, and what level
- 36:45should they start with? I know it depends on the person, but try
- 36:49to give us a little bit of a tutorial on our first visit to the
- 36:53gym. Even if the gym is in your home and you don't have all
- 36:59the equipment, if where do you want to start? So let's go from
- 37:02there? Clear? Okay, First things first, if you can afford a
- 37:06good trainer, find a good body building trainer that's older, that's dealt with
- 37:09injuries, that would be a good place to start in the sense that they
- 37:12can teach you how to lift properly. If you can't afford that, or
- 37:15don't have time for that, or whatever the case may be. When you
- 37:16birtht get to the gym, you want to walk on a treadmill for about
- 37:19five or ten minutes just to get blood blow. You're not doing party games
- 37:22first, and I'm explain why in a moment. So, and then you
- 37:25want to flit up your body parts, so do everybody part once a week.
- 37:29So do your shoulders once a week, your arms once a week.
- 37:31You're back once a week, your legs once a week, your glutes once
- 37:35a week. Okay, I usually told my quads from my hamstrings and glutes.
- 37:40You know. That's that's a whole another thing I can send you because
- 37:43I can give you a free gift of a training plan, a training split
- 37:46if you dm me on Instagram, I will certainly be glad to send you
- 37:51one along with the fitness guide. So that's what you need to do.
- 37:53And then don't work out for longer than forty five minutes to an hour lifting
- 37:58I needn't really include the walking though, So walk for ten minutes, get
- 38:02your blood blow. It takes about seventeen minutes for your body to get into
- 38:07thermogenesis, which is the fat burning zone. So you've ever noticed when you
- 38:09start working out about ten minutes of teen minutes in, you start getting out
- 38:14of breath more. And that's why, because your body starts turning and burning
- 38:17some calories. It's awesome. So that's why you don't want to do a
- 38:21cardio worth because you want to save your strength for your lift number one.
- 38:23Number two, that heart rate that you already have, going take it into
- 38:28your cardio like twenty minutes after. You want to do about twenty minutes to
- 38:30start with post lifting, and you'll get a lot more calorie burn out of
- 38:35it. So many people do cardio worth and that's the wrong way round to
- 38:37do it. And that's why absolutely, you know you're so right because most
- 38:40of the trainers when you go to the gym, they want you to get
- 38:45on the cardio first. So this is definitely a difference from what you most
- 38:51people here when they're working with a trainer. Yeah, well if they tell
- 38:54you that they're wrong, Yeah, they just want you to warm up and
- 38:59that's different. You know, you just mean you can get on elliptical.
- 39:00I tend to walk on a treadmill just for five ten minutes just to get
- 39:04blood blow and then I go and then I go hit it for forty five
- 39:07minutes to an I usually train for an hour, but some people don't have
- 39:09time. And before Fiven is totally funny. Just make sure set your body
- 39:13parts full body workouts do not are not affected. They're not. Let me
- 39:16tell you why. If you do your upper body and your lower body at
- 39:20the same time, you get to take forever to recover from that number one
- 39:22especially, and it's not effective because you cannot train the body parts as effectively
- 39:29and get around to everything that you need to get around to. For example,
- 39:31your shoulders. You've got to train the front of your shoulders, the
- 39:34side of your shoulders, in the back of your shoulders or you're gonna look
- 39:36really saving, right, So you need to do that in one workout,
- 39:40or you can cut it up and do back and reard doubt anyway, that's
- 39:44a whole another that's a whole another thing. But you see what I'm more
- 39:46I'm going with that. So make sure that you're not doing whole body workouts
- 39:51because they're just not effective and that's why you can't recover as quickly and you
- 39:54can't get an effective of a workout in the muscle on the muscle group.
- 40:00Okay, so so we're talking five days a week, then yeah, I
- 40:05would you fight now, forty five is fine, you can get you know,
- 40:07effective muscle building. Forty five six to seven is probably too much.
- 40:12If you're over forty to be yes. Yeah, And I think we're talking
- 40:15mostly in our audience to over forty, but if anyone is under forty,
- 40:21congratulations. But you're going to get there someday, so this will all this
- 40:24will be helpful to you. But of course you can, you know,
- 40:29gauge it to your own age you're chronologically Sometimes your chronological age is very different
- 40:36from your biological age, so that's a whole other subject for another time.
- 40:38But you know, you might be forty, but actually biologically you might be
- 40:45twenty five because your Morgan's and your measurements are are much younger. So,
- 40:53uh, we we've been talking about that. A number of different of our
- 40:57guests have testing for biological versus chronological aging. So yeah, so that's a
- 41:02whole segue. But let's just assume your chronological age is forty or a higher
- 41:07and this this program is what Claire is recommending. Okay, So so so
- 41:15this is the five day program with different body parts each day for how long
- 41:22one hour? Is what you're saying. And how do people know what machines
- 41:27to use? That's where it gets a little bit tricky. In my book,
- 41:31I have a whole workout series in the back of the book telling you
- 41:36what to do as far as which body parts. But you know, for
- 41:38like shoulders, for example, you want to make sure you're doing side raises
- 41:42and front raises and you know, things like that. You can use tables,
- 41:46you can use gumbbells. There's there's so many variations. Machines tend to
- 41:51be a little bit safer probably for those who don't know quite know what they're
- 41:54doing. Yes, for example, you're going to get on a chest press,
- 41:57I would recommend a machine chest press over using dumb bells at first,
- 42:00you know, until you a little bit stronger. Now with the trainer,
- 42:05you want to use dumb bells because that when you do a test press for
- 42:08example, you know, let's say you're doing an incline chest press like this,
- 42:14using dumb bells, you're using your stabilizer muscles. More so, what
- 42:16machine you're fixed, right, So you're stabilizer muscles is what you're going to
- 42:21be using. More on on with dumbells and stuff. M Okay. So
- 42:25so this is where hopefully having a trainer, if you can afford that is
- 42:31the good good way describe because they'll show you which ones. But if you
- 42:37if you don't, usually I find in a gym, if you ask whoever
- 42:40there is there questions like I don't really understand what machines, what what machines?
- 42:47Which part body part? This machine is going to affect? And usually
- 42:51they have pictures anyway, right, yeah, the machine, right, so
- 42:54you can look and see where it's going to impact. So okay, So
- 42:59now moving on to that, how long do you think it takes for a
- 43:05person of normal let's say, let's say forty five, just pick an arbitrary
- 43:09and age, how long would it take before they are a normal person of
- 43:15average weight who's not you know, into the obesity category would start to see
- 43:21some changes. Two months? Yeah, two months, two months for sure.
- 43:27You know, you'll start to notice a little bit in four weeks,
- 43:29and then everybody else will start to notice in about eight. Ways if it
- 43:32takes diligent Now you've got to keep your your nutrition on point. You know,
- 43:37time, patience, and consistency as the best at mintance. You don't
- 43:39give up too soon when your results are right around the corner, you know,
- 43:44you know, you just don't give up on yourself. And then like
- 43:46that, anybody can do this at any age. I started at forty two.
- 43:49I'm now fifty one. My husband started at sixty keep now seventy and
- 43:52looks like a bricksheit house. Part of my friends. But that's what built
- 43:58it looked really really well, really really good, So it doesn't matter.
- 44:00There's a lady on Instagram that started in her seventies and she's now like seventy
- 44:05eight and looks incredible. So you can transform your body now you keep going
- 44:08with it. And you know, I saw a girl lose one hundred pounds
- 44:12in a year and go from really fluffy, pretty much obese, to competing
- 44:17as a wellness competitor. And I mean she completely kind of like my picture
- 44:22here, completely changed your fight. It took me longer because I made too
- 44:24many mistakes. At first. I was overtraining, and there's something I want
- 44:28to touch on. Don't overtrain. Your body thinks so much. That's why
- 44:30I five times for a week. Anyway, So this can be done,
- 44:35like it said, depends on how much you know, how far you have
- 44:37to go, and as far as the time. Those people always oh it's
- 44:39gonna take too long, Well what are you worried about? Time is gonna
- 44:43pass anyway. This yeah, good point, somebody does it resonated with me
- 44:51right, and and so I know in your book you said you were inspired
- 44:54to start this whole program by one woman. Is that woman still in your
- 44:59life? Do you se? Oh, she must be amazed at what she's
- 45:02seen and she was your inspiration. Yeah. So in my book I wrote
- 45:07about this. But when I first started, I had lost my weight,
- 45:10but I was real skinny, fat, and I want. I saw this
- 45:13girl lifting. She was doing pool downs and her back was just and I
- 45:16was like, I want to look like that. How did that happen?
- 45:20That was awesome right, every part in her body and she was a competitor.
- 45:23So it was Randy and her friend. I can't remember her friend name,
- 45:27and I don't see her very often, but Dana. It was Dana
- 45:30because I saw Dana and the grocery story the day. Anyway, Randy became
- 45:32my coach later on. But you know, I asked her. I went
- 45:37up to her, and I've never met a stranger. I'm not afraid to
- 45:37go up to anybody. I'm like a giant lab I'll come out to you,
- 45:40you know, and talk to you. I wanted her up on your
- 45:42face or anything, but you know, I'll be like I was like ready
- 45:45or I was like, you know, I asked her how old are you,
- 45:47and you know, introduced myself. She goes and she was two years
- 45:50longer than me, and I was just like, wow, that's awesome,
- 45:52So this could be done. You know, I didn't even think that was
- 45:54a thing. I didn't think it could be done over the age of forty
- 45:58at the time and wasting. I think I was moarting one at that time.
- 46:01And I said, oh, no, you can double it, da
- 46:05And she sent me this meme that very day, and it was so sweet
- 46:08and it said something to the effective a year from now, you'll be glad
- 46:13you started today. And I still have that mean that she said. I
- 46:15love that. Oh, everybody write that down. A year from now you
- 46:21will be glad you started today. Yes, that is such a great quote.
- 46:25I love it. Go ahead, everybody should write that down right now.
- 46:29I agree. Yeah, okay, but we only have a few minutes
- 46:32left. I want to hear about the peptide, so let's just go over.
- 46:37First of all, established that peptides are are safe. They are amino
- 46:43acids. They are maybe in your body, but as you get older,
- 46:45you lose the ability to make some of these things. Just like human growth
- 46:50hormone is one of the ones we haven't really touched on. But as everybody
- 46:52knows with all the controversy over h H in the in the sports world,
- 47:00it can have its downsides and controversial effects. So these horns, these peptides
- 47:08are not HDH. They are from our own body and their amino acids,
- 47:15so they help to stimulate the various glands that make those peptides activated in your
- 47:23body. So let's start there so everybody knows. We're not advocating doing anything.
- 47:28They are available from. Again, as Claire very clearly tells you over
- 47:32and over again, do not go and buy these online and on the internet.
- 47:38There's a lot of hoax fake ones. Go to a wellness doctor and
- 47:43get a prescription that and they guide you with the levels that you need to
- 47:49take for your body. They're compounded at a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy,
- 47:55And yes, there are places that are legitimate and I think you Claire mentioned
- 48:00a couple of them where you know they're effications, right the purveyors. So
- 48:06I'm not saying absolutely no, but I'm saying you're safer if you can take
- 48:10these peptides under the supervision of a doctor, just like you're going to do
- 48:16your hormones. So let's start there. Okay, so basic, let's start
- 48:22with gross hormone. How what is your favorite peptide to stimulate your pituitary gland
- 48:30for activating gross hormone which activates your muscle mass. Of course, everybody knows
- 48:37how important gross hormone is. And by the way, gross hormone is very
- 48:40difficult to measure. You can do it in your blood with a test called
- 48:45IgG. Unfortunately, it's an indirect test, so even if you have the
- 48:52IgG test, it may not be totally accurate. So it is one of
- 48:55the glitches about gross hormone. You can tell by looking at your salary.
- 49:00Look at Claire. You know she's got obviously incredible muscle tone, and that
- 49:06means she's got a you know, pretty high level of growth hormone going there.
- 49:09So go ahead and tell us which ones do you think are the right
- 49:13ones. I'll be happy to tell you what I take too, because you
- 49:15know, I think you'll help people. So there's so many out there.
- 49:19Where do you start? So there's an older one Kurt helped Sir Morland.
- 49:22That one is really good and it works for twenty four hours, so you
- 49:25only have to do as a tiny little needle. You guys, don't get
- 49:28scared. It's like a tiny little baby needle that do. It's a it's
- 49:31a it's a diabetic needle, so it has tiny little it's like a little
- 49:36prick. You don't feel. Yeah, So that one's a good one.
- 49:40On the downside to that one, you can hold a little bit of water
- 49:43from it and unlatched a little bit about the way, just real quick when
- 49:45you first get on HRT. Don't panic if the scale goes up at first.
- 49:49Yeah, you have to get used to the hormone. And it takes
- 49:51me week before that to settle down. It doesn't go away. I want
- 49:54to make sure I say that, because yeah, it's water. Calm down.
- 49:59You're gonna lea okay anyway. So that's the moreland. That one stimulates
- 50:02your putuitary gland because our protulitary gland goes come fuot as we get older.
- 50:07The other one that I liked, it doesn't make the whole water. But
- 50:09you have to do the shop like the day, or you can do it
- 50:13once today, but it doesn't last as angus to woman. And that one
- 50:15is c JC twelve ninety five mixed with ipom Morland. Those people combinations are
- 50:20very good. By the way, I've done a full video on this on
- 50:22my YouTube, Claire Tomorrow, I have tob pro on YouTube if you want
- 50:24to look at that anyway, good next that, Wait, let's drop there
- 50:30for a second, because you know what you're saying. These names and a
- 50:31lot of people don't are not unfamiliar. So this is going to be a
- 50:36follow up. This is like your homework. Everybody who's listening and viewing go
- 50:40on Claire's site and and it's save it again Claire. Uh So, my
- 50:46YouTube is Claire Marrow c l A R E M O R R O w
- 50:52I f BB pro. The only difference between you Cube and Instagram is there's
- 50:55no underscore. Okay, my other one, I believe you pro. And
- 51:00then once you're there, do you have to type in peptides as a way
- 51:05to get to your that particular media now because it's it was a racist one,
- 51:10so it's going to be at the top. Okay, Okay, okay,
- 51:14So twelve ninety five with Ipra Morella and that's the one I take.
- 51:21Yeah, okay, so what's the next one? TESTI Morland. Now,
- 51:23this one is a little harder to find, and and I do have you
- 51:28know, yes, you want to get these through a wellness doctor, but
- 51:30I do have another good source as well that I've tepted the peptides myself and
- 51:34they're good quality. So okay, you want this information, reach out to
- 51:37me on Instagram. I will answer you at Claire Morrow and before I believe
- 51:40you bro Okay, Okay, TESTI Morland is awesome because it actually helps with
- 51:45belly fat, believe it or not. And now twenty four hours. I
- 51:47love that one. But it is harder and it's a lot more expensive,
- 51:52right the testiman, none of you you're cheat, not gonna lie, but
- 51:57they do want Yeah, but say that's one they do last a month.
- 52:00And if you do the injections regularly, and some people you know don't,
- 52:06don't do it as every every single day, but to make them work,
- 52:08you really should do them as as prescribed. So yeah, so, tess
- 52:12TESSI Morlan is harder to get in California particularly, and more expensive, but
- 52:19I've heard from several doctors that it's one of the very best. Yeah,
- 52:23I would there for absolutely, it's a good one. I still have I
- 52:28still take I take that one right now. Actually the doctor here in Texas
- 52:31gets it for me, and it's good. It's actually make it with ipomorland,
- 52:35which you can combine them. You can do more than one one together,
- 52:39Like, yeah, you can do stuff all together. But if you
- 52:43have questions, I'm happy to answer. Now. Those are the three that
- 52:45I like for stimulating your procuitary gland, helping you heal up, getting your
- 52:50skin, your your nails, and hear everything to work better. Those are
- 52:52my three fags. Now there's another one called Mozi, and I talk about
- 52:55this one a lot because it is phenomenal. Not everybody's familiar with tries to
- 53:00em a tide ozmpe semi blue tide. That's also what pep tide. But
- 53:04the side effects I'm that sucker is so severe with a lot of people growing
- 53:07up. And my client's wanting to try it, and I'm like, not
- 53:10until I try it, let me just see what it's done to my body.
- 53:13And I'm like, okay, I'm doing this. Um, I don't
- 53:16want to do And I knew because I'm sensitive, I knew what was gonna
- 53:20happen. I knew up for three days. I like I'm just day raw
- 53:22fish. My husband was like, what did you just eat? Like,
- 53:23I'm sorry, I feel recommend that one. It's going to take your muscle.
- 53:29It does not discriminate between much between fat and muscle. So just be
- 53:34careful with that one if you're if you're really obesie, yes it's going to
- 53:36help you, but the side effect are awful. Anyway, the alternative to
- 53:38that is not SI like helps with your mitochondria. It helps control your blood
- 53:44sugar and it also helps osteoporosis. And the bonus for this one, if
- 53:49you do lift weights, it suppresses your myostatin by about forty percent, maybe
- 53:53even more so. Your miyostatin is naked governor that you know. Basically,
- 54:00this is how much muscle you can build, no matter what you did.
- 54:02Your genetic governor, right, that's your miostat. And so if it reduces
- 54:07your miostat and you can build more muscle, it's a beautiful thing when you're
- 54:09trying to build the flash. Now, one day, one day I did
- 54:15want to say it, by the way, for everybody, it's m ot
- 54:19dash C not C. I know she Claire set it fast and a lot
- 54:23of people aren't familiar with that. But anyway, I did hear from one
- 54:28person, have a lot of respect for that. Her friend was on it.
- 54:30I'm on it too, but I don't have this reaction. But maybe
- 54:35I do, and I do don't even know it. But anyway, she
- 54:37said her friend told her that she had an increase in her appetite. Is
- 54:42that something you've heard by anyone or because of course everybody knows ozempic and we're
- 54:46go Vi and Monrovia, Monrovia or whatever those three. You know, you
- 54:51just lose your appetite and you don't can't eat very much. You know you're
- 54:55you're gonna lose weight. So but apparently, like I feel different. I
- 55:00don't have any appetite suppression on MATSI, but I do think it must be
- 55:06doing some good things. That's why I think I have not noticed that at
- 55:10all. And you know, I know when I get extra hungry. But
- 55:14now there's two more that I'm gonna mentioned here in a moment. But last
- 55:19year, when I went to compete, I was fifty and I hadn't competed
- 55:22in two years, and I was in full low menopaspil. I didn't know
- 55:24what it was in for. It took me for ever to get to stagewaight,
- 55:28which is hard when you're already fairly lean to get to Super League.
- 55:32Did here when I leaned down from my vacake and I got dang near stageweight.
- 55:36And I did in half the time using Matzi. The only difference was
- 55:39I didn't no extra cardio. My meals are exactly the same. The only
- 55:44difference was I put in Matzi. Testa fencine and five aminos. Now,
- 55:46let's talk about testa fencing and five aminos and what they do, because those
- 55:51are really cool, and those two are pills. Matt thieves are shot,
- 55:52but testa fencine and five aminos are pills. And I do talk about I'm
- 55:58sorry about soccer. That's okay. Yeah, So testa finasine does help you
- 56:02use that helps with like polysis. It also does have an appetite suppress and
- 56:07component to it, so you know it works really really well. You take
- 56:10it in the morning, fafted. And then five aminos is really cool and
- 56:15you can look these up if you want to and do the research. Ask
- 56:19me, I think I have it in that peptide video. Technically they're not
- 56:22peptites, but they're in that family anyway. So five aminos helps your body
- 56:28not produce more fat cells. It's crazy. Now that doesn't mean like a
- 56:32whole, right, it just means going to help you and aid you.
- 56:37So those three things I put into my regiment this year, I shred it
- 56:39out in twelve weeks. It took me foremath to do it last year.
- 56:43Will hey, Claire, I just got flash that our time is episode.
- 56:49I just want to quickly say there's one more that we need to say,
- 56:52and then we're gonna have to shay goodbye. And that is of course the
- 56:57GHK to see you towards this skin so so real quickly like when one thirty
- 57:02seconds, tell us about that one and then we have to sign off.
- 57:07Hu. That is awesome for your hair, skin, nails. I take
- 57:09it as well as a cream. It also comes in a shot. Wellness
- 57:13doctors can give it to you or you can get it from the company.
- 57:15That's the other company I recommend. Anyway, it's great. It will help
- 57:20you with your you know, making your skin beautiful, your hair, all
- 57:22the things. It's a great, great, great PETI there's another one called
- 57:25AOD that's really good for fat wall Oh yeah, and I forgot the ao
- 57:29D. I take that as a trophy, but you can take it as
- 57:31an injection. So there you have it, everybody. Wow, what a
- 57:36day, What an amazing amount of information we've just condensed into fifty five minutes.
- 57:42So Claire, thank you, thank you, thank you, and I
- 57:45know you will hear from many of our guests. You know, there isn't
