- 0:08Speaker 1: Schedule advice for sure spice. It's time he Lo lo
- 0:14Speaker 1: lo lo lower lower lower lo. Welcome to the Naughty
- 0:17Speaker 1: but Nice Arm your house to Rob Shooter. It's Thursday. Normally,
- 0:20Speaker 1: our dear friend Mark Lupa joins us every Thursday. He's
- 0:23Speaker 1: not here today and it's entirely my fault. If you're
- 0:25Speaker 1: listening to this early in the morning, you might also
- 0:28Speaker 1: hear me on the Elvis Da Rancho. I got booked
- 0:31Speaker 1: on Elvis's show this morning, very very early, to talk
- 0:35Speaker 1: about my new book, my novel that's coming out in
- 0:38Speaker 1: just a few weeks, not months anymore, just a few weeks.
- 0:40Speaker 1: The Daily Mail did a big, big story yesterday today.
- 0:44Speaker 1: I'm really really happy with you. You never know how
- 0:46Speaker 1: it's gonna go. I'm a reporter, I've done this for
- 0:50Speaker 1: a living.
- 0:50Speaker 2: You can do an interview and then sometimes it doesn't
- 0:54Speaker 2: quite turn out as you expected. But the Daily Mail
- 0:57Speaker 2: it's delicious. Thank you, thank you, thank you. That's going
- 1:00Speaker 2: to help sell some books. And Elvis again today, Ah,
- 1:04Speaker 2: thank you. I'm the luckiest guy in the world. And
- 1:06Speaker 2: Naughties I.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Have you too. What more could anybody ask for? Okay,
- 1:10Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends,
- 1:14Speaker 1: it is tea time. So yesterday Savannah Guthrie broke down
- 1:18Speaker 1: in tears, saying, quote we are in agony over her
- 1:21Speaker 1: mom's disappearance. Savannah sat down with Hoder just two days
- 1:25Speaker 1: ago to record this really emotional interview that is airing
- 1:28Speaker 1: today and tomorrow on the Today Show. Savannah could barely
- 1:32Speaker 1: hold it together and you can feel every second of it.
- 1:36Speaker 1: In her first interview since her mother, Nancy vanished, the
- 1:41Speaker 1: Today Show anchor sobbed through the unimaginable pain, admitting the
- 1:47Speaker 1: past fifty three days have been quote unbearable. She added
- 1:52Speaker 1: quote we are in agony, she pleaded. Her voice was
- 1:56Speaker 1: shaking as she begged for answers and for somebody, anybody
- 2:01Speaker 1: to come forward. Behind the composed smile is a daughter
- 2:08Speaker 1: haunted by dark, dark thoughts, waking up in the middle
- 2:12Speaker 1: of the night and imagining the terror that her mother
- 2:15Speaker 1: and they have faced. And yet still Savannah refuses to
- 2:19Speaker 1: look away because this isn't just there a headline. No,
- 2:23Speaker 1: it's a nightmare with no ending, and right now all
- 2:26Speaker 1: she wants is her mom home. It is a really touching,
- 2:29Speaker 1: a really beautiful or really brave interview check it out
- 2:33Speaker 1: online today. You'll see clips everywhere. I've watched some of
- 2:38Speaker 1: it and it's just it's almost too much to watch
- 2:40Speaker 1: it once. I don't know how she sat down and
- 2:42Speaker 1: did this interview. It's interesting that she did it with
- 2:44Speaker 1: Hoda and not Craig. Craig is the co host of
- 2:48Speaker 1: the Today Show, so she sat down with Hoda, not Craig.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Some people are saying, what does that mean? Is Hoda
- 2:53Speaker 1: coming back to the show full time? Remember she stepped
- 2:57Speaker 1: away several months ago to spend more time with her
- 2:59Speaker 1: children and to launch her health app, a Wellness app
- 3:03Speaker 1: Joy one oh one. It hasn't been quite as well
- 3:05Speaker 1: as she had hoped, and Sir Hoda has been filling
- 3:08Speaker 1: in while Savannah has been away on this unimaginable, unimaginable
- 3:14Speaker 1: trauma tragedy. And so now we do know. We reported
- 3:18Speaker 1: it first that Savannah will be returning to the show. Initially,
- 3:22Speaker 1: there were some reports that Savannah would never go back.
- 3:25Speaker 1: That is absolutely not true. Nancy was Savannah's number one fan,
- 3:30Speaker 1: her biggest cheer leader. Savannah did not start her career
- 3:34Speaker 1: at the Today Show. She started on local TV and
- 3:36Speaker 1: she had to get up early, and she got really
- 3:38Speaker 1: rotten shifts in little, small stations, and she learned her craft,
- 3:42Speaker 1: and from there she went all the way to the
- 3:45Speaker 1: Today Show, the number one morning show, and nobody could
- 3:48Speaker 1: be more proud of her than her mom. Nancy says,
- 3:50Speaker 1: she is definitely not stepping away from that. It's amazing
- 3:53Speaker 1: too that somehow, amongst all this tragedy, amongst all this trauma,
- 3:59Speaker 1: she's managed to find a way to keep going. She
- 4:02Speaker 1: credits God with that. She said, She's holding God's hand
- 4:06Speaker 1: and He's keeping her going. Also to we know the
- 4:09Speaker 1: supporter of fans and people who were not fans but
- 4:13Speaker 1: just think this is just awful. We all do. We're
- 4:16Speaker 1: all with Savannah, which brings us to our whole question
- 4:20Speaker 1: of the day. Savannah breaks down in tears on the
- 4:25Speaker 1: Today Show, her first interview since her mom went missing.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Are you surprised that she's doing this?
- 4:31Speaker 2: Sore?
- 4:31Speaker 1: You're surprised that she is giving an interview? It's such
- 4:34Speaker 1: a hard one, isn't it? Because she is a public figure.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I can't imagine I can't imagine inviting a camera crew
- 4:41Speaker 1: into my life. I can't imagine that moment and having
- 4:44Speaker 1: somebody there asking me questions. I'm not sure I could
- 4:47Speaker 1: do this. But at the same time, I realize that
- 4:50Speaker 1: today's show is a business as well as her family.
- 4:53Speaker 1: They keep telling us that, but it is a business,
- 4:55Speaker 1: and they are looking to get Savannah back. And how
- 4:58Speaker 1: does that show even take place when she returns? Is holder? There?
- 5:03Speaker 1: Is it just Craig and Savannah. They are thinking about
- 5:05Speaker 1: all this, all these logistics right now. They're the smartest
- 5:08Speaker 1: show in the world. They have some of the best
- 5:09Speaker 1: producers working there, and these are real questions going on internally.
- 5:13Speaker 1: What's that show look like? How does Savannah talk about?
- 5:16Speaker 1: This is the whole show four hours about Nancy?
- 5:19Speaker 2: No?
- 5:19Speaker 1: Can she do a frivolous segment? Can she do a
- 5:22Speaker 1: cooking segment or a fashion segment? Maybe not so. I
- 5:26Speaker 1: think they're gonna ease Savannah in very very carefully, very
- 5:30Speaker 1: very thoughtfully. I think she's there to do a job.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It is a news show, but she now is part
- 5:35Speaker 1: of the news. It's wild when you become the story.
- 5:39Speaker 1: A really touching interview breaks your heart. Hey, go vote
- 5:43Speaker 1: on our poll. Go to our Twitter page at Naughty
- 5:46Speaker 1: Nizer rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and Mis.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Sure to check back tomorrow. To hear your results. Okay,
- 5:53Speaker 1: moving along, Alan Richson's shocking bodycam footage reveals how the neighbor,
- 5:59Speaker 1: how that fight turns so nasty. So Alan's quiet neighborhood
- 6:04Speaker 1: just became a war zone and it's all caught on camera.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Newly released body cam from Alan shows the footage before
- 6:11Speaker 1: the moment the Reacher star clashed with his neighbor and
- 6:15Speaker 1: it spiraled quickly out of control. What began as a
- 6:18Speaker 1: heated argument over motorcycle riding quickly escalated into something far
- 6:23Speaker 1: more violent. A neighbor allegedly blocked Alan in the street
- 6:28Speaker 1: and pushed him twice. That's when things exploded. Alan is
- 6:32Speaker 1: seen knocking them into the ground and then delivering a
- 6:36Speaker 1: flurry of kicks and punches in a shocking at perst.
- 6:40Speaker 1: And it's all caught on tape while his children were there.
- 6:43Speaker 1: They were watching this. So now we do have that footage,
- 6:46Speaker 1: that body camera from Alan. It gives a new angle
- 6:49Speaker 1: to this. I think we have to see these tragic,
- 6:52Speaker 1: awful incidents from as many different angles as possible. Nevertheless,
- 6:57Speaker 1: even if the neighbor was wrong, even if the name Babor,
- 7:00Speaker 1: shouldn't have said anything, shouldn't have gone into the streets.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Shouldn't shouldn't have stopped him. All of that I can
- 7:05Speaker 1: give you. Even even if that that shouldn't have happened.
- 7:08Speaker 1: What happened next shouldn't have happened too to beat somebody.
- 7:12Speaker 1: We've seen the video. He gets punched in the head
- 7:15Speaker 1: three four times. So there is more to this story.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Thank you naughtie's who have contacted me and pointing that out,
- 7:21Speaker 1: and also too, Donna sloppy Donnie. I love Donnie. Donnie
- 7:25Speaker 1: got a little fact wrong. I know Donnie got it wrong,
- 7:29Speaker 1: and so thank you to all the noughties for pointing
- 7:32Speaker 1: it at. Donnie said that Justin Hartley was on the
- 7:37Speaker 1: show Reacher. He's not. Justin is on a CBS show
- 7:42Speaker 1: called Tracker. So Donay, I'm going to have to send
- 7:46Speaker 1: you to the Tower of London for a week as punishment.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Once again, Noughtis. I really do appreciate it. There's no
- 7:51Speaker 1: criticism here. It's really helpful. I love it when you
- 7:54Speaker 1: contact me. If you do want to contact with me,
- 7:56Speaker 1: let me give you the best email, the Naughty Gossip
- 7:59Speaker 1: at aol dot com. The Naughty Gossip at aol dot com.
- 8:03Speaker 1: That's my email. So if you want to send me
- 8:04Speaker 1: a note, please do so. I answer as many as
- 8:08Speaker 1: I can. Okay, moving forward. Anchor Liz Chow, who is
- 8:12Speaker 1: on ABC, demands that her ex turns over records as
- 8:17Speaker 1: their divorce turns really ugly. So Liz isn't playing nice
- 8:21Speaker 1: any longer. This divorce is getting really messy. She's asking
- 8:24Speaker 1: a Connecticut court to force her estranged husband, Josh Elliot.
- 8:30Speaker 1: He's so handsome, remember Josh on GMA. He was on
- 8:33Speaker 1: GMA and then he left, went to CBS and now
- 8:35Speaker 1: I'm not quite sure what he's doing, but he's still very,
- 8:37Speaker 1: very handsome. While he married Liz and they're getting divorced,
- 8:40Speaker 1: and she has demanded financial and travel records. Can you
- 8:44Speaker 1: imagine claiming he's refusing to fully cooperate. Oh dear, dear, dear.
- 8:51Speaker 1: We're talking credit card statements, income details, flights, hotels. Why
- 8:56Speaker 1: because behind the scenes, suspicion is swirly pass flings maybe
- 9:02Speaker 1: coming to a surface. She wants the receipt. She wants
- 9:05Speaker 1: to know if he's had any romantic relationships while they
- 9:09Speaker 1: were still married. Josh is pushing back, saying this is harassment.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I got to omit a while ago. I think before
- 9:16Speaker 1: he was married to Liz. I went to a party,
- 9:18Speaker 1: a private screaming. It was quite a fancy event. I
- 9:22Speaker 1: think it was at William Morris or CIA, one of
- 9:23Speaker 1: those big agencies private screening. Josh ended up making out
- 9:28Speaker 1: with my date. I took a friend of mine to
- 9:31Speaker 1: the screening. I wanted to introduce it to the big agents,
- 9:35Speaker 1: all these fabulous people in show business. All she met
- 9:38Speaker 1: one in show business and his name was Josh, and
- 9:40Speaker 1: they were kissing, kissing, kissing, kissing. Also too. I have
- 9:44Speaker 1: another friend, a really really pushy and I mean that
- 9:47Speaker 1: in the nicest possible way, but a real, really ambitious,
- 9:50Speaker 1: young tabloid reporter who really wanted to be on TV,
- 9:53Speaker 1: really wanted to make it big, and so she reached
- 9:55Speaker 1: out or he reached out, I'm not quite clear, to
- 9:57Speaker 1: one another on Instagram, on social media. They DMed and
- 10:01Speaker 1: then they went for a drink after he saw her photo.
- 10:04Speaker 1: She's not only a great gossip reporter, she's really really
- 10:08Speaker 1: pretty A judged Oh we liked that, so he gave
- 10:12Speaker 1: her wink wing a little bit of advice. Moving along,
- 10:19Speaker 1: Usher is shutting down that justin Bieber Drama, Remember we
- 10:23Speaker 1: reported that there was a confrontation at Beyonce's Oscar party. Well,
- 10:27Speaker 1: now the R and B and Star is saying that
- 10:29Speaker 1: it's overblown. He didn't say it didn't happen. So, according
- 10:32Speaker 1: to de Bratt, who spoke directly to Usher, the moment
- 10:36Speaker 1: was nothing more than a conversation taken out of contact.
- 10:39Speaker 1: He's saying no fine, no few, and no bad blurn.
- 10:41Speaker 1: In fact, Insiders insists the two have nothing but love
- 10:44Speaker 1: for one another. Not exactly what I'm hearing. There was
- 10:49Speaker 1: a confrontation at this party. If you remember, Justin Bieber
- 10:54Speaker 1: really looked up to Usher. Usher was his mentor. Usher
- 10:56Speaker 1: brought him into this world of music. Usher introduced him
- 11:00Speaker 1: to Diddy, say no more. Justin feels as if nobody
- 11:03Speaker 1: looked after him when he was a young kid. He
- 11:05Speaker 1: was a teenager, knew in the music business, and nobody
- 11:09Speaker 1: there was looking at for his interest. Now is a father,
- 11:13Speaker 1: he's adult man. He's looking back. You look back on
- 11:16Speaker 1: your life and you think, oh my goodness, why did
- 11:18Speaker 1: nobody'd help, Why did nobody tell me? You didn't know?
- 11:22Speaker 1: You were so young, you were so naive, you were
- 11:24Speaker 1: so innocent, And so there is tension there talking of Usher,
- 11:29Speaker 1: and did he make him matters worse? Usher has just
- 11:31Speaker 1: defended did he He did an interview where he talks
- 11:34Speaker 1: about did his legacy and argued that his legacy and
- 11:37Speaker 1: music were still amazing. This is a very complicated story
- 11:42Speaker 1: he's trying to tell here. So what he's doing is Usher,
- 11:46Speaker 1: in a rather unsophisticated way, is going after the Man Act.
- 11:49Speaker 1: This is what Diddy was brought up on charges and
- 11:52Speaker 1: ultimately convicted for many Many people, particularly in the black community,
- 11:57Speaker 1: think this is a very very racist law, and so
- 11:59Speaker 1: Usher is definitely leaning into that. There are people out
- 12:03Speaker 1: there who really want to hear what Usher has to
- 12:05Speaker 1: say about this. I wish it was a different format.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I'm not sure that these short interviews, these clips that
- 12:11Speaker 1: pop up on TikTok and and Instagram is the way
- 12:14Speaker 1: or in the place to discuss it. But there's gonna
- 12:17Speaker 1: be a lot of news to do about Usher. Okay, quickly,
- 12:20Speaker 1: before we get a break. Vince Vaughan is blasting the
- 12:22Speaker 1: late night shows, saying they're too political and not funny anymore.
- 12:25Speaker 1: So Vince isn't laughing, and he's making clear why the
- 12:30Speaker 1: wedding crashers. I love that moment. Star took aim at
- 12:34Speaker 1: Late night TV, accusing the hosts of turning comedy into
- 12:38Speaker 1: a political lecture. Ooh. According to Vince Vaughan, the shift
- 12:44Speaker 1: didn't just change the tone, but it killed all the
- 12:46Speaker 1: fun that can be true. He said, feels like there's
- 12:49Speaker 1: an agenda there now, and his urgent audiences to tune
- 12:53Speaker 1: out because it no longer feels authentic, and he did
- 12:56Speaker 1: not back down. He compared watching modern talk show to
- 13:00Speaker 1: be stuck in a class you never signed up for,
- 13:03Speaker 1: scolded instead of entertained. We made a policy very very
- 13:07Speaker 1: early on during this podcast that we were an entertainment show.
- 13:11Speaker 1: We're here at giggle to laugh, to gossip like friends.
- 13:15Speaker 1: We are friends for twenty minutes every day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- 13:20Speaker 1: We don't get into politics whenever we get near it. Oh,
- 13:24Speaker 1: I don't like it. I know you're not here to
- 13:27Speaker 1: talk about politics. We're all allowed to be political, we're
- 13:30Speaker 1: we're all all allowed to have our voice, but you
- 13:34Speaker 1: have to know where to use this. And I think
- 13:36Speaker 1: I'm with Vince here. Those entertainment shows have become very
- 13:40Speaker 1: difficult to watch now. Sometimes you want to tune it
- 13:43Speaker 1: all out, don't you and just listen to a great singer,
- 13:46Speaker 1: hear a great interview of the celebrity, have a good laugh.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Hopefully you can find that here on the Naughty but
- 13:52Speaker 1: Nice Show. Okay, we're going to take a quick break.
- 13:56Speaker 1: It will be a quick one. Now. I know these
- 13:57Speaker 1: adverts can be a little bit annoying. I'm saying it
- 14:00Speaker 1: gently because I need the advertisers. I love the advertisers.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Let me remind everybody, including myself, that these advertisers allow
- 14:07Speaker 1: me allow us to bring you this podcast totally free
- 14:11Speaker 1: of charge. There's no subscription fee, there is no fee
- 14:14Speaker 1: to the podcast, and we can do it because.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Of our advertisers.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Okay, we'll be back in just a minute. Welcome back
- 14:22Speaker 1: to the Naughty but Nish. I'm your heat from you
- 14:24Speaker 1: to he Liz, get to the polls dot but or
- 14:27Speaker 1: just sing along Billy Ray siras skipped there, Hannah Montana
- 14:31Speaker 1: twentieth anniversary premiere. Should he have be tended? Come on,
- 14:35Speaker 1: he's just making up with Miley. They're just starting to
- 14:38Speaker 1: have their relationship again. He wasn't there. He was in Nashville,
- 14:41Speaker 1: they said in the recording studio, which means he could
- 14:44Speaker 1: have been there. He could have been there. You change
- 14:47Speaker 1: your schedule. It's your daughter's twentieth anniversary of a program
- 14:51Speaker 1: that made her a star. Billy was on this show,
- 14:54Speaker 1: and so why wasn't he there? Should he have been there?
- 14:56Speaker 1: Ninety percent or that's whopping, ninety percent said yes he should. Okay,
- 15:01Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's Paul. Go to a
- 15:05Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or at Facebook page
- 15:09Speaker 1: which is Naughty Gossip, and be sure to chip back
- 15:12Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results. And now, oh, it's time
- 15:16Speaker 1: for and nicest of the day. Oh, and nicest of
- 15:20Speaker 1: the day is barritt Man alone. My friend, my husband's
- 15:23Speaker 1: collaborator and dear dear friend, is talking about his health
- 15:28Speaker 1: battle on the cover of People magazine. It's a beautiful story,
- 15:32Speaker 1: a beautiful image. The eighty two year old music legend,
- 15:36Speaker 1: let's be clear, he's a legend, revealed that he was
- 15:38Speaker 1: diagnosed with stage one one cancer in November, a really
- 15:42Speaker 1: shocking result. Now, thank goodness, he is cancer free. But
- 15:46Speaker 1: he talked about what it was like when he heard
- 15:47Speaker 1: that scary sea word and then the surgery that followed.
- 15:51Speaker 1: He said it really rocked him. He calls the experience
- 15:55Speaker 1: a nightmare. Just a personal note here. Barry is doing
- 15:59Speaker 1: much better and we can't wait to see him back
- 16:01Speaker 1: on stage that first concert that he does. I'm going
- 16:04Speaker 1: to be said in front row, screaming, having my glow
- 16:08Speaker 1: stick in the air, loving, loving, loving Barry back. I
- 16:12Speaker 1: don't talk about Barry very often on this show, but
- 16:15Speaker 1: I think today it's the right thing to do. We've
- 16:18Speaker 1: missed you, Barry, Welcome back, and now and naughty is
- 16:22Speaker 1: the day. Naughty, Naughty Taylor Frankie Paul, who I'm just
- 16:26Speaker 1: sick of. I didn't know anything about her until a
- 16:29Speaker 1: couple of weeks ago. Now I just got She's everywhere.
- 16:32Speaker 1: So now there's a new domestic violence probe as her
- 16:35Speaker 1: world collapses, the reality star is under investigation for a
- 16:39Speaker 1: third did you hear that right? One? Two, three third
- 16:42Speaker 1: alleged domestic violence incident involving her ex Dakota As authorities
- 16:47Speaker 1: review disturbing claims tied to a twenty twenty four fight.
- 16:53Speaker 1: This is not going away. The shocking video sent her
- 16:57Speaker 1: career into free fall. She lost the Bachelor, She's probably
- 17:00Speaker 1: gonna lose the Mormon Wives. Can that show go on
- 17:03Speaker 1: without it? They're currently on hiatus. Some people are saying
- 17:07Speaker 1: that the Bachelorette will ultimately air. It will not. It's over,
- 17:10Speaker 1: It's never ever gonna air. I'm not sure she's coming
- 17:14Speaker 1: back from this. She didn't have to give her money back,
- 17:16Speaker 1: though she had about two hundred, two hundred and fifty
- 17:18Speaker 1: thousand for being the bachelorette, more than other bachelorettes, because
- 17:21Speaker 1: she was so high profile. They picked her because people
- 17:24Speaker 1: knew her from the Mormon Wives. I didn't maybe you didn't.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Some people did. And the other problem ABC have. She
- 17:32Speaker 1: has the receipts, She knows everything, and they know everything too.
- 17:36Speaker 1: They cannot claim they did not know. All these incidents,
- 17:40Speaker 1: all these horrible allegations a public record. We might be
- 17:44Speaker 1: seeing the videos for the first time, but don't be mistaken.
- 17:47Speaker 1: ABC knew. So the least they can do is give
- 17:51Speaker 1: her that money to go away, because if they didn't,
- 17:53Speaker 1: if they're trying to get their money back, there might
- 17:55Speaker 1: be an even bigger, bigger lawsuit and naughtyust of the day.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Then with a moment of rub, you get a rubbing,
- 18:02Speaker 1: and rub you get a rub your rub. Take your
- 18:04Speaker 1: happiness back, one small winner at a time. Write it down,
- 18:08Speaker 1: not in your head on paper. Write a list of
- 18:10Speaker 1: everything that makes you feel really good, the small things,
- 18:13Speaker 1: the real things, the things you've been too busy to notice.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Maybe it's coffee and silence so I love that. Maybe
- 18:20Speaker 1: it's a long walk. I love a walk. Maybe it's
- 18:21Speaker 1: walking your dog. Maybe it's calling a friend what's better
- 18:24Speaker 1: than that. Maybe it's music that shifts your mood. I
- 18:26Speaker 1: was listening to early Madonna from the eighties and I
- 18:29Speaker 1: loved it. Today it really made me smile. So here's
- 18:32Speaker 1: our new rule. At least once a day, do one
- 18:35Speaker 1: of those things. Look at that list. I hope it's
- 18:37Speaker 1: a long list, but if it's a short list, that
- 18:38Speaker 1: doesn't matter. Do those things that make you happy every
- 18:42Speaker 1: single day. You don't need a life overhaul. Everything doesn't
- 18:45Speaker 1: need to change. You need proof that joy is available
- 18:49Speaker 1: daily and it's within reach. So stop waiting for the
- 18:52Speaker 1: big fix. It's not coming. Momentum builds from small promises
- 18:57Speaker 1: that you keep. Make a list one thing, and then
- 19:01Speaker 1: tomorrow do it again. That's how you change your life.
- 19:06Speaker 1: That's how you become happier. It really works when people
- 19:10Speaker 1: ask me why am I so happy? Rob, I'm not
- 19:13Speaker 1: always happy, but most of the time I am, and
- 19:15Speaker 1: I'm really honest about it. I said, I make time
- 19:17Speaker 1: for happiness in my day. It does not happen by accident.
- 19:20Speaker 1: When we were children, all those fun moments were created
- 19:23Speaker 1: for us, playdates, school friends, after school, all that stuff
- 19:28Speaker 1: was put together for us. As we get older, we
- 19:30Speaker 1: stop putting happiness in our lives. I schedule happiness in
- 19:34Speaker 1: my life every single day, and I want you to
- 19:37Speaker 1: do it too. One of the things that makes me
- 19:39Speaker 1: the most happy is our twenty minutes together every single day.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to The Naughty but
- 19:44Speaker 1: Nice with Rob and Naughtisia. You're the co host the day.
