A heartbreaking crash in Long Neck, Delaware, claimed the life of 86-year-old William Wonchoba after his Ford Explorer clipped a northbound Chrysler Pacifica at a stop sign. The collision trapped one driver and sent Wonchoba to the hospital, where he died days later on August 23.
