- 2:57Speaker 1: did everyone shower this morning? You look great. You look phenomenal.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Thank you for being here. Okay, let's get into what
- 3:03Speaker 1: the hell is going on in California. It's another crazy
- 3:08Speaker 1: day in California. Now, there is some disagreement among the
- 3:12Speaker 1: election assessors right now about who has made it through
- 3:15Speaker 1: to the final round in the gubernatorial race. But let
- 3:18Speaker 1: me give you the New York Times count, because that's
- 3:21Speaker 1: what we've been looking at each day here on the program.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Here's what the New York Times says as of this morning,
- 3:25Speaker 1: the gubernatorial primary. They say Javier Becerra is a lock
- 3:29Speaker 1: to make it to the general election. But Steve Hilton
- 3:33Speaker 1: still trailing at number two here, according to this data.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Let me tighten it up so you can see it.
- 3:38Speaker 1: They're at 25.1 percent right now. And then Tom Steyer
- 3:41Speaker 1: is 22.4 percent. Now, I'm looking at a checkmark next
- 3:45Speaker 1: to Javier Becerra's name. They should add a checkmark next
- 3:48Speaker 1: to Steve Hilton's name as well. Decision Desk HQ, another
- 3:51Speaker 1: election assessor, has said that Steve Hilton does move on
- 3:56Speaker 1: to the final round now. 83% of the votes are in.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Just 83% after a week. It's been a full week now.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And just 83% are in. That means Javier Becerra, Steve
- 4:07Speaker 1: Hilton are both moving on to the November election. That
- 4:10Speaker 1: is great news. That's wonderful news that Californians will have
- 4:13Speaker 1: a real alternative here. to the idiocy of the Democrats
- 4:17Speaker 1: who continue to wreck the state. Now, don't underappreciate the
- 4:21Speaker 1: extent to which California can rig the general election and
- 4:23Speaker 1: you can have all sorts of chaos there, obviously. But
- 4:26Speaker 1: in the meantime, a glimmer of hope here that there
- 4:29Speaker 1: could be a better path and California could be made
- 4:31Speaker 1: great again. Steve Hilton and Javier Becerra will square off
- 4:34Speaker 1: now in November. Good news there. Meanwhile, in the mayoral contest, well,
- 4:41Speaker 1: it's a shitty story. Karen Bass and Nithya Raman- are
- 4:46Speaker 1: the top two. They're destined now for the general election.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Spencer Pratt falling into third place. And according to all
- 4:54Speaker 1: of the available assessments, including Common Sense, just watching at California,
- 4:58Speaker 1: they're still ramming votes in as of today. You think
- 5:01Speaker 1: those are going to help Spencer Pratt? There's going to
- 5:03Speaker 1: be some late break for Spencer Pratt with all of
- 5:05Speaker 1: the ballots that they're still accepting up to today? It's insanity.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Spencer got robbed. Spencer got robbed. And that's what I
- 5:17Speaker 1: want to talk about with you now. How is it
- 5:19Speaker 1: that California does all of this? Now, there's a lot
- 5:23Speaker 1: of explanations for this. And for those of you who
- 5:25Speaker 1: live in California, you are far too accustomed with it.
- 5:28Speaker 1: If you know somebody who's ever lived in California, my
- 5:31Speaker 1: buddy Larry O'Connor, for instance, he used to live in California.
- 5:33Speaker 1: He said he's still getting notifications that his ballot has
- 5:35Speaker 1: arrived at his address.
- 5:38Speaker 2: What?
- 5:39Speaker 1: His ballot never arrived at his address. He lives in Maryland.
- 5:42Speaker 1: His ballot didn't arrive in Maryland. So his ballot arrived
- 5:45Speaker 1: at some house in California. Did whoever received it fill
- 5:49Speaker 1: it out? It's madness. Lots of people who used to
- 5:54Speaker 1: live in California still receiving ballots, either to their actual
- 5:57Speaker 1: home address where they live now or back in California
- 5:59Speaker 1: to an old address. These things just keep showing up.
- 6:04Speaker 1: They just keep sending them out. And are we to
- 6:06Speaker 1: believe that everybody is being honest and only filling out
- 6:09Speaker 1: a ballot with their name on it when they actually
- 6:11Speaker 1: reside in California? The answer to that is obviously no.
- 6:16Speaker 1: There are hijinks afoot, no question. Mickey Kaus used to
- 6:20Speaker 1: work with me many years ago. Mickey Kaus has an
- 6:24Speaker 1: interesting summary. He's a Californian. He's a Californian. He writes
- 6:29Speaker 1: the following on X. He goes, for those dismissing the
- 6:33Speaker 1: possibility of fraud in California's vote, please remember that key
- 6:36Speaker 1: protections that we are told are built into the law
- 6:39Speaker 1: turn out to be vaporous in practice, meaning meaningless. You
- 6:44Speaker 1: need to sign it, they say. A mark or a
- 6:48Speaker 1: slash will do. That's true. You can draw a happy
- 6:50Speaker 1: face directly on the signature line, and that would count
- 6:54Speaker 1: in California. You could do a little doodle. You could
- 6:56Speaker 1: do a skyline. You could draw a palm tree. That's
- 6:59Speaker 1: a signature in California. What's the point of a signature
- 7:03Speaker 1: space if it doesn't in any way authenticate that you
- 7:06Speaker 1: are who you say you are? What is this? You know,
- 7:11Speaker 1: signature verification, which is already a crappy art form. Of
- 7:14Speaker 1: course they should. Signature verification is idiocy. Signature verification is moronic.
- 7:19Speaker 1: And here's why. You're going to trust some rando to
- 7:24Speaker 1: do a signature match as they stare at a ballot
- 7:26Speaker 1: and the signature that's on file? Eh, good enough. You
- 7:30Speaker 1: know what that leads to? Sometimes legitimate people who are
- 7:33Speaker 1: legitimately signing will have their ballot thrown out on that basis.
- 7:37Speaker 1: That's actually happened in real life. You know where that happened? Georgia.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Georgia.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Black voters in particular were being disenfranchised if their signatures
- 7:46Speaker 1: didn't match the signatures that were on file in the
- 7:48Speaker 1: state of Georgia. That's true. They were being disenfranchised at
- 7:52Speaker 1: a higher rate. And it kind of makes sense that
- 7:54Speaker 1: your signature wouldn't match the signature on file over time,
- 7:57Speaker 1: because I don't know about you, anybody, hey, Chad, do
- 7:59Speaker 1: you remember when you were 18 years old and you
- 8:02Speaker 1: began using a signature in order to do anything official?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Does your signature today look like the one that you
- 8:07Speaker 1: started with?
- 8:09Speaker 2: Does it?
- 8:09Speaker 1: Josh, Josh, how old are you, Josh, right now? Come on, Josh.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Josh is 30. Okay, Josh, tell me. does your signature
- 8:19Speaker 1: today look exactly like the one when you started signing
- 8:22Speaker 1: anything in your life? It absolutely does not. Okay, so Josh, no,
- 8:28Speaker 1: it doesn't look anything like it. So this is the
- 8:30Speaker 1: other side of it, where you have like a credible person,
- 8:35Speaker 1: like who's really trying to cast their ballot, filling it,
- 8:38Speaker 1: signing something, and then somebody some rando just stares at
- 8:42Speaker 1: it goes they don't match and throws them out that's
- 8:45Speaker 1: where the election fraud could also happen where you're looking
- 8:48Speaker 1: at ballots and you go well i don't want to
- 8:50Speaker 1: put this ballot in because they're voting for trump or
- 8:52Speaker 1: whatever and the signatures they kind of look different throw
- 8:55Speaker 1: that one out you see the problem it's a huge
- 8:58Speaker 1: problem so in georgia they fixed it they fixed it
- 9:01Speaker 1: and here's how they fixed it they said you have
- 9:02Speaker 1: to write your state id number on the ballot and
- 9:06Speaker 1: If you're submitting it by mail or when you're in person,
- 9:09Speaker 1: you have to present your ID to vote. Common sense stuff.
- 9:13Speaker 1: What happened in Georgia? Voter enfranchisement went up. And authentic ballots,
- 9:21Speaker 1: credible elections, the increase went up. And despite the claims
- 9:25Speaker 1: by the left, the left was claiming. that if you
- 9:28Speaker 1: compel people to write their state ID number or show
- 9:31Speaker 1: their voter ID, if you compel them to do that,
- 9:34Speaker 1: that's going to hurt black voters, this patronizing bigotry from
- 9:38Speaker 1: the left. Black voters, too stupid to get voter ID. Well,
- 9:41Speaker 1: guess what happened? Black turnout went up under those circumstances.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Fewer black votes were thrown out because of the left's
- 9:50Speaker 1: insane election arrangements. It's just the whole thing is so crazy.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Every decent person should want a functional credible election system.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Indecent people want systems that you can exploit for power,
- 10:06Speaker 1: for fraud. Back to what Mickey is writing about. So
- 10:09Speaker 1: you got the signature situation where people can like literally
- 10:12Speaker 1: write anything. So what is that? What's the point of
- 10:15Speaker 1: a signature line? What a waste. We check those signatures,
- 10:18Speaker 1: says an LA election worker. They don't. They don't. That's
- 10:24Speaker 1: a lie. It must be postmarked by election day, they claim. Nope,
- 10:29Speaker 1: that's not true. In fact, the fine print in the
- 10:31Speaker 1: regulations and the California Secretary of State say that voters
- 10:34Speaker 1: can self-date. They can just scribble whatever date they want
- 10:37Speaker 1: on the outside of the envelope.
- 10:40Speaker 2: What?
- 10:41Speaker 1: Well, how does that work? So in the last week,
- 10:45Speaker 1: as all these ballots are arriving, you're telling me that
- 10:48Speaker 1: nobody wrote a date on an envelope and then just
- 10:51Speaker 1: submitted it on their own and submitted it after the
- 10:54Speaker 1: election in violation of the law? But, oh, they did
- 10:57Speaker 1: write the date, the old date. They backdated it. And
- 11:00Speaker 1: so it gets to count? That's insane. That's totally insane.
- 11:03Speaker 1: That's California. Ballot harvesters must sign the ballot envelope is
- 11:08Speaker 1: another claim they make in California. But guess what happens
- 11:12Speaker 1: if they don't? they still count, the votes still count.
- 11:17Speaker 1: That is a tremendous vector for fraud, shenanigans and theft.
- 11:23Speaker 1: And it's all happening in California. So if anybody ever
- 11:26Speaker 1: asks you like, What are the problems in California? Well,
- 11:30Speaker 1: send them to this show. Well, Vince has a massive list.
- 11:33Speaker 1: There's a massive list, and that's non-exhaustive. There's a million
- 11:36Speaker 1: other ways there's problems in California. We just had a
- 11:38Speaker 1: woman who was busted for paying homeless drug addicts a dollar,
- 11:44Speaker 1: two dollars, a couple of cigarettes to get them to
- 11:46Speaker 1: register to vote at her home address. And that's happening
- 11:50Speaker 1: at scale in California. You know that. The ballot harvesting
- 11:54Speaker 1: itself is one of the biggest problems in America. So yeah, no,
- 11:59Speaker 1: California is a massive, massive issue. And it should not
- 12:03Speaker 1: be in any way duplicated anywhere else in the country.
- 12:05Speaker 1: In fact, we should shut it down entirely. And here's
- 12:09Speaker 1: where I bring you some interesting news today. California U.S.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Attorney Bill Assele, we love talking about Bill. Bill's been
- 12:17Speaker 1: doing some great work. Bill Assele was just on with
- 12:19Speaker 1: Glenn Beck. And Glenn asked him, you know, what's happening here?
- 12:23Speaker 1: We're going to see any election fraud charges and, uh,
- 12:27Speaker 1: be still my beating heart. It was so good to
- 12:30Speaker 1: hear Bill Asseli say, okay, I don't like telling people
- 12:34Speaker 1: everything about this. Cause you know, you can't control everything
- 12:37Speaker 1: about the grand jury and what comes next. And I'm
- 12:39Speaker 1: supposed to keep this as secret as possible, but here's
- 12:44Speaker 1: some news for you. Watch this. You said you expect
- 12:48Speaker 1: people to be charged, um, Can you say with what?
- 12:52Speaker 1: And you feel confident enough you have enough evidence?
- 12:57Speaker 3: I will just say it will be election fraud charges
- 13:01Speaker 3: in the next, I hate to put timelines on things,
- 13:04Speaker 3: but one or two months, I believe. We need some
- 13:08Speaker 3: of these results to be certified so we can prove
- 13:11Speaker 3: some of the allegations. But we will be charging some people.
- 13:14Speaker 3: I can't get in too much. And mostly, Glenn, I mean,
- 13:17Speaker 3: it's not just DOJ rules, but we also want to
- 13:19Speaker 3: protect innocent people. If we get something wrong, we don't
- 13:22Speaker 3: want someone to be tainted with the stain of an
- 13:26Speaker 3: investigation until we're able to prove that in court. So
- 13:30Speaker 3: I can't get into too much, but just know that
- 13:33Speaker 3: at this point right now, we're wide open for investigations.
- 13:36Speaker 3: If anyone knows anything, direct evidence. I know people have
- 13:40Speaker 3: theories and they have ideas, and what we need right
- 13:44Speaker 3: now are witnesses. If you've witnessed anything, if someone voted...
- 13:49Speaker 3: in your name and you found out someone voted for you,
- 13:52Speaker 3: we wanna know about that. If you saw someone collecting
- 13:56Speaker 3: ballots in a suspicious way or doing something odd with ballots,
- 14:00Speaker 3: we wanna know about that. Those are the kind of
- 14:02Speaker 3: things we need direct evidence of right now so we
- 14:04Speaker 3: can launch into deeper investigations.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Okay, so there's a lot going on here. One of them,
- 14:12Speaker 1: he says, the election has to be certified first before
- 14:15Speaker 1: we can move on criminal charges in the fraud cases
- 14:17Speaker 1: that we're developing. Now, that's the kind of thing where
- 14:21Speaker 1: you might hear and you go, well, that's disheartening. You
- 14:23Speaker 1: don't want them to have to be certified first. Why
- 14:25Speaker 1: can't that happen sooner? My guess is that there's a
- 14:29Speaker 1: legal justification for this, that damages have to happen first
- 14:33Speaker 1: in order to redress them. That might be the case.
- 14:36Speaker 1: I'll let the lawyers handle this. But remember what we
- 14:38Speaker 1: saw in Virginia. Remember, as the Democrats were trying to
- 14:41Speaker 1: steal all of those congressional seats, the election had to
- 14:45Speaker 1: play out first before the court cases could move. That
- 14:49Speaker 1: was that one thing has to happen before the other.
- 14:52Speaker 1: That's often the case in these legal battles. Bill Assele
- 14:56Speaker 1: is a killer. The guy knows what he's doing, and
- 14:59Speaker 1: he's been great in this role as U.S. attorney. In fact,
- 15:02Speaker 1: he's gone after a ton of illegals really efficiently in California.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So I'm going to trust Bill Asseli, given his record here,
- 15:09Speaker 1: that he's doing the right thing. Also, one to two
- 15:11Speaker 1: months is a very interesting timeline, because one to two months,
- 15:14Speaker 1: let's say we're in June, so that's July and August,
- 15:17Speaker 1: that puts us decently ahead of November's elections. In other words,
- 15:22Speaker 1: if he can secure criminal charges against the bad actors
- 15:26Speaker 1: in the California election system prior to November, he may
- 15:30Speaker 1: be able to prevent a huge theft operation going into
- 15:35Speaker 1: that gubernatorial election where Steve Helton right now is very
- 15:38Speaker 1: much in play to potentially become the next governor of California.
- 15:41Speaker 1: So this is not a small thing at all. Also,
- 15:50Speaker 1: we'll see what's possible here based on these charges and
- 15:53Speaker 1: what kind of bearings it has on the election that
- 15:55Speaker 1: just played out. But we have seen courts before say, hey,
- 16:00Speaker 1: there was too much fraud in that election. That election
- 16:03Speaker 1: needs to be redone. That may well be the case.
- 16:07Speaker 1: One thing at a time here. But I am going
- 16:09Speaker 1: to take this with a lot of optimism that the U.S.
- 16:12Speaker 1: attorney there says we are bringing election fraud charges. You
- 16:15Speaker 1: don't say that lightly because that means you have evidence
- 16:18Speaker 1: in front of you. Also, for those of you in California,
- 16:22Speaker 1: listen to Bill. If you have genuine direct evidence of
- 16:25Speaker 1: any kind, like for instance, If you are trying to
- 16:27Speaker 1: cast your ballot and they say, hey, somebody else already
- 16:29Speaker 1: cast it, give that to him. Call the U.S. Attorney's Office.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Let them know about any direct evidence that you're engaged
- 16:36Speaker 1: with that is highly suspicious, especially if it involves you
- 16:39Speaker 1: as a voter. That's really key. Let him know that.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Of course, as he said, lots of people have theories,
- 16:45Speaker 1: and that's fine. There's all sorts of good and very
- 16:48Speaker 1: likely credible theories about the way this fraud is being conducted.
- 16:51Speaker 1: But what they really need is big E evidence. Evidence.
- 16:56Speaker 1: in order to take down these fraudsters. And so stay
- 16:58Speaker 1: in touch with the U.S. Attorney's Office there. So keep
- 17:02Speaker 1: an eye on this. But that's a good development. I
- 17:05Speaker 1: was like, man, that's great to hear, as Bill Assele
- 17:08Speaker 1: talks about that. So that's California. Now, at the national level,
- 17:12Speaker 1: including in California, what can we do about all of this? Well,
- 17:16Speaker 1: the answer to that is obviously the Save America Act.
- 17:19Speaker 1: If you tell, if you know anybody in your life
- 17:22Speaker 1: who's opposed to the Save America, is that possible? Chad,
- 17:24Speaker 1: do you know anybody who's opposed to the Save America Act?
- 17:27Speaker 1: I just have to, let's just survey the audience here.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Because it seems crazy to me that anyone could possibly
- 17:32Speaker 1: be opposed. And if they are, it's on the basis
- 17:35Speaker 1: of conspiracy theories. This idea that, oh, it's Donald Trump
- 17:38Speaker 1: who's trying to rig elections.
- 17:40Speaker 2: How?
- 17:41Speaker 1: By asking American citizens to be the only ones who
- 17:43Speaker 1: are registered to vote? To prove it when you register?
- 17:46Speaker 1: Do you know anybody? Only the enemy people say. Liberals? Yes,
- 17:51Speaker 1: sadly within the family, says Stump. Now, I know the
- 17:55Speaker 1: chat moves fast, but Stump, why? Why within the family?
- 17:57Speaker 1: Is it just anti-Trump animus? Is that what it is?
- 17:59Speaker 1: Just like, I hate Trump, therefore I'm against election integrity
- 18:04Speaker 1: because he wants it? Is that what it is? Let
- 18:06Speaker 1: me see if I can engage Stump here. Stump W
- 18:10Speaker 1: says this. I want to see what Stump says. Go ahead, Stump.
- 18:13Speaker 1: We're all waiting on you, Stump. We need TDS. He says, OK,
- 18:17Speaker 1: thank you, stump.
- 18:18Speaker 2: TDS.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Yeah, Trump derangement syndrome. Yeah, that's the only thing that
- 18:21Speaker 1: could possibly explain it is Trump derangement syndrome. Unless you're
- 18:24Speaker 1: actively involved in rigging elections. Maybe you have family members
- 18:26Speaker 1: who are doing that. But chances are it's just TDS.
- 18:29Speaker 1: But again, can I run down the basics here?
- 18:32Speaker 4: What?
- 18:32Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I didn't even gavel in. I have to
- 18:35Speaker 1: apologize to you. There we go. Can I run down
- 18:37Speaker 1: the basics of the freaking Save America Act? What does
- 18:39Speaker 1: it do? American citizens have to demonstrate that they are
- 18:43Speaker 1: authentically American citizens when they register to vote, A. You
- 18:47Speaker 1: have to show photo ID when you vote, B. And
- 18:52Speaker 1: election officials who enable fraud in any capacity can be
- 18:56Speaker 1: held accountable under the law for their violations, C. That's okay.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Those are huge. Then there's also clean up. There's D,
- 19:05Speaker 1: clean up the voter rolls, get rid of non-citizens on
- 19:08Speaker 1: the voter rolls. Some basic things. The president wants to
- 19:11Speaker 1: add other things about not allowing men to cheat in
- 19:13Speaker 1: women's sports. Again, common sense to any American citizen. And
- 19:19Speaker 1: you hear this list and you go, well, what's the
- 19:20Speaker 1: objectionable part? Tell me the part that somehow gets in
- 19:25Speaker 1: the way of somebody's right to vote. None of it does.
- 19:28Speaker 1: None of it does. In fact, our current system disenfranchises
- 19:32Speaker 1: American voters. Every time a non-citizen steals a vote from
- 19:37Speaker 1: a citizen, every citizen in that state and jurisdiction and
- 19:41Speaker 1: in our country is robbed of a share of their
- 19:45Speaker 1: voice in our process. It's just true. You're disenfranchised by
- 19:50Speaker 1: voting theft. Don't allow it. No non-citizens should be voting
- 19:56Speaker 1: in our system. Voting is a right of citizens and
- 20:00Speaker 1: citizens only. Citizens should be the ones who dictate the
- 20:04Speaker 1: future of this country. And that's what the Save America
- 20:07Speaker 1: Act is all about. And Democrats stand against it at
- 20:10Speaker 1: the congressional level, at the leadership level, because they know
- 20:14Speaker 1: that their party thrives on shenanigans, on fraud, on rigging.
- 20:20Speaker 1: So this is why even to this day, even at
- 20:22Speaker 1: this late hour, we continue to fight for it, despite
- 20:24Speaker 1: the fact that we're facing all of this ridiculous opposition,
- 20:27Speaker 1: even among the establishment Republicans in the United States Senate.
- 20:30Speaker 1: This seems like a waste of time. Why would we
- 20:32Speaker 1: do that? We can't vote to give money to our
- 20:35Speaker 1: friends so we can enrich ourselves with the Save America Act.
- 20:38Speaker 1: That seems like a big waste of the Senate clock. No,
- 20:41Speaker 1: it's actually the number one thing the American people want.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Do it. The president is pushing for it again. With
- 20:49Speaker 1: a big post yesterday, he's saying it's time to fire
- 20:51Speaker 1: somebody and get the Save America Act passed. I've got
- 20:55Speaker 1: the details in his message to John Thune. in just
- 20:58Speaker 1: a moment, all ahead on this edition of Vince. I
- 21:01Speaker 1: want to thank another great sponsor of the program, Rumble Wallet,
- 21:04Speaker 1: for supporting the show. We love Rumble, don't we? I
- 21:07Speaker 1: love Rumble. I just love Rumble for a million reasons,
- 21:10Speaker 1: but I just love it's a great free speech platform.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I love the chat. I love that you and I
- 21:14Speaker 1: can engage one another in this way and constantly be
- 21:18Speaker 1: fighting for the country in the way we do. And
- 21:21Speaker 1: in addition to Rumble being a great free speech platform,
- 21:23Speaker 1: Rumble has stretched out into making it so that you
- 21:26Speaker 1: can control your own money Which, dirty little secret here,
- 21:29Speaker 1: a lot of the banks don't actually let you control
- 21:31Speaker 1: your own money. They kind of dictate whether or not
- 21:33Speaker 1: you get access to it on their timetable instead of yours.
- 21:36Speaker 1: That's crazy. Yeah, well, we hear a lot about crypto.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Here's the part that a lot of people miss about crypto.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Crypto was actually created so you could own and control
- 21:45Speaker 1: your money. After that 2008 financial crisis, Bitcoin was designed
- 21:50Speaker 1: as an alternative to banks. So instead of a bank
- 21:52Speaker 1: holding your money or delaying transfers or limiting access, you're
- 21:55Speaker 1: in control. And if you've ever had to wait for
- 21:57Speaker 1: a transfer to clear, you have felt this problem. Now,
- 21:59Speaker 1: fast forward to today, everybody's heard about crypto, but getting
- 22:02Speaker 1: started still feels complicated. Well, this is why you should
- 22:05Speaker 1: use Rumble Wallet. It takes all the complexity out and
- 22:08Speaker 1: it makes it simple. Choose what you want. Bitcoin, dollar-backed
- 22:10Speaker 1: stable coins, or even digital gold backed by real gold.
- 22:14Speaker 1: No complicated setup. You can be up and running in minutes.
- 22:16Speaker 1: And once you're set up, you can even support your
- 22:18Speaker 1: favorite Rumble creators like this guy directly. So scan the
- 22:22Speaker 1: QR code. It's right there. Where is it? I never
- 22:24Speaker 1: know where it's at. Is it right here? It's right there. No,
- 22:27Speaker 1: it's right there. It's right there. I'm telling you. You
- 22:31Speaker 1: know those weathermen who have to operate on green screens?
- 22:33Speaker 1: I can never do it. I could never do it.
- 22:35Speaker 1: We call them weather people now. Is that the thing?
- 22:38Speaker 1: It is Pride Month after all. No, weathermen. I can't
- 22:42Speaker 1: do it.
- 22:42Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Anyway, there's the QR code. Scan it or click the
- 22:46Speaker 1: link in the description and download Rumble Wallet. From there,
- 22:50Speaker 1: you'll get set up. Tap buy. You're in the game.
- 22:52Speaker 1: In just a few minutes, you can go from hearing
- 22:54Speaker 1: about crypto to actually owning some. Rumble Wallet is a
- 22:57Speaker 1: technology provider only. It's not a custodial service. See terms
- 23:00Speaker 1: at wallet.rumble.com. Wallet.rumble.com. Thank you to Rumble Wallet.
- 23:06Speaker 2: All right.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Is it time to fire somebody? Is it time? I
- 23:11Speaker 1: know everyone's like, yes, Vince, it's time to fire somebody.
- 23:13Speaker 1: It's time to fire everybody. Fire them all. I agree
- 23:17Speaker 1: with you, kind of. I mostly agree with you. I
- 23:19Speaker 1: like Trump. Let's not fire him. Let's keep him around.
- 23:22Speaker 1: The president of the United States is calling for the
- 23:25Speaker 1: firing of the parliamentarian in the United States Senate. He
- 23:28Speaker 1: says it's time for her to go. Here's what the
- 23:32Speaker 1: president said yesterday. Senate Majority Leader John Thune should immediately
- 23:36Speaker 1: fire the parliamentarian who treats Republicans in everything that they
- 23:41Speaker 1: stand for horribly. She was put there by then Senate
- 23:44Speaker 1: Majority Leader Harry Reid.
- 23:47Speaker 3: True, true.
- 23:49Speaker 1: And Barack Hussein Obama. Need I say more? She's a
- 23:53Speaker 1: nasty holdover from Mitch McConnell, a man who has proven
- 23:57Speaker 1: to be very disloyal to John Thune, who decided to
- 24:00Speaker 1: keep her because... He loved giving trillions of dollars to
- 24:04Speaker 1: the Democrats. But for the Republicans, including the wall, where
- 24:08Speaker 1: I ended up having to go around him to build
- 24:10Speaker 1: over 1,000 miles and close up our open border, he
- 24:14Speaker 1: gave nothing. Just to be clear, the pronoun there, he
- 24:18Speaker 1: is Mitch McConnell. That's who he's referring to. He gave nothing.
- 24:23Speaker 1: She is known as a radical left lunatic that caters
- 24:25Speaker 1: to Democrats. and has no respect for Republicans or Republican ideology.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Just the other night, as an example, she ruled against
- 24:33Speaker 1: us on a proposal that would have been easily approved,
- 24:36Speaker 1: and should have been, by anyone else. We have every
- 24:39Speaker 1: right to change her and should do so immediately. As
- 24:44Speaker 1: long as she's there, we will never get our desperately
- 24:47Speaker 1: needed Save America Act approved and put into full force
- 24:51Speaker 1: and effect. President Donald J.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Trump.
- 24:55Speaker 1: All right, let's get into the details. What is he
- 24:58Speaker 1: referencing here and what strategy is he trying to use
- 25:01Speaker 1: to get the Save America Act passed? Well, the parliamentarian
- 25:04Speaker 1: comes into play in particular when it comes to these
- 25:08Speaker 1: reconciliation packages. Reconciliation is a way for Congress to pass
- 25:16Speaker 1: budgetary priorities. That's it. They're budgetary priorities. How do they
- 25:20Speaker 1: spend money? And it allows, if the same party controls
- 25:25Speaker 1: both houses of Congress, it increases the chances that they
- 25:27Speaker 1: can get things passed in this way with a simple majority,
- 25:31Speaker 1: with no concern about the Senate filibuster blocking them. Here's
- 25:34Speaker 1: the issue. It's only for budgetary things. Now, for policy things,
- 25:41Speaker 1: that requires a 60-vote threshold in the United States Senate
- 25:45Speaker 1: right now to end debate.
- 25:47Speaker 5: I know. It's annoying.
- 25:48Speaker 1: The whole thing's so annoying. But there's a filibuster. There's
- 25:51Speaker 1: a 60-vote threshold in order to get your priorities accomplished.
- 25:54Speaker 1: So if you want to pass the Save America Act,
- 25:57Speaker 1: that's not a budgetary issue. That's a statutory one where
- 26:00Speaker 1: you're trying to establish rules around elections. It requires 60 votes.
- 26:04Speaker 1: So right now, the parliamentarian is standing in the way
- 26:07Speaker 1: because her position is, well, that's not budgetary. The president's
- 26:12Speaker 1: frustrated by this. He wants a new parliamentarian in there
- 26:15Speaker 1: because he wants the Save America Act to be appended
- 26:18Speaker 1: to a reconciliation package to get it passed by any
- 26:21Speaker 1: means necessary. Now, let me back up from this fight
- 26:25Speaker 1: to begin with. You can obviously replace her. We shouldn't
- 26:28Speaker 1: have a Harry Reid holdover. We should have somebody who's
- 26:30Speaker 1: going to be loyal to the rules. I just want
- 26:32Speaker 1: somebody who's loyal to the rules in that seat, no
- 26:35Speaker 1: matter what. But What I also want is a United
- 26:40Speaker 1: States Senate that actually fights for something, that functions. Don't
- 26:44Speaker 1: allow the part, none of us should allow this. We
- 26:46Speaker 1: can't allow whatever argument exists over the parliamentarian to get
- 26:50Speaker 1: in the way of the fact that Senate Republicans won't
- 26:53Speaker 1: do their damn jobs. Stand on your own two feet,
- 26:57Speaker 1: tuck your little insoles in so you're comfortable, and stand
- 27:00Speaker 1: there until you get the freaking Save America Act passed.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Mount a speaking filibuster and fight for your country. already.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Get it started. Go. Time is of the essence. And
- 27:14Speaker 1: this buck passing, part of this is Senate Republicans are
- 27:18Speaker 1: actually trying to pass the buck off to the parliamentarian.
- 27:22Speaker 2: They are.
- 27:22Speaker 1: They're like, well, it's her fault that we can't get
- 27:24Speaker 1: this passed. You know what? That's about disputes involving reconciliation packages.
- 27:30Speaker 1: There's no reason this should have ever gotten to a reconciliation.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Either get rid of the filibuster or mount the speaking
- 27:35Speaker 1: filibuster and get this done. Mike Lee told us months
- 27:40Speaker 1: ago in March, he goes, guys, Save America Act can't
- 27:44Speaker 1: be passed to reconciliation anyway. This is a fool's errand.
- 27:49Speaker 1: This is meant to pass the buck for the Senate
- 27:52Speaker 1: Republicans failing to do the job they need to do.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Watch Mike Lee explain it back in March.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Watch.
- 27:59Speaker 6: There are a lot of things that can be passed
- 28:01Speaker 6: through a Senate procedure known as budget reconciliation through which
- 28:04Speaker 6: we can pass things with a simple majority vote. The
- 28:08Speaker 6: Save America Act isn't one of those things. It can't
- 28:11Speaker 6: pass through budget reconciliation because it's a policy. It is
- 28:16Speaker 6: not budgetary. And even if you attach money to it,
- 28:20Speaker 6: there are things at the margins we could do to
- 28:22Speaker 6: help facilitate compliance with it. But the restrictions themselves have
- 28:26Speaker 6: basically zero chance of meeting the standard to pass through
- 28:31Speaker 6: budget reconciliation. So, look, regardless, there are other reasons out
- 28:35Speaker 6: there to do budget reconciliation. Do not be fooled into
- 28:37Speaker 6: thinking that we can set down the SAVE Act, the
- 28:40Speaker 6: SAVE America Act, and just pick it up on budget reconciliation.
- 28:43Speaker 6: That's not going to work.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Thanks.
- 28:46Speaker 1: He told us months ago, and he's, of course, been
- 28:49Speaker 1: the single biggest backer of the Save America Act in
- 28:53Speaker 1: the United States Senate, fighting to get the speaking filibuster
- 28:57Speaker 1: going for many months. And remember, do you remember this?
- 29:00Speaker 1: I mean, it's so funny because this audience knew the
- 29:03Speaker 1: details better than most United States senators. There were senators
- 29:07Speaker 1: who had no idea. This is true. There were United
- 29:10Speaker 1: States senators who had no idea that they could actually
- 29:12Speaker 1: amount of speaking filibuster and get things passed in a
- 29:15Speaker 1: simple majority. They had no idea because they've never done it.
- 29:18Speaker 1: They never even attempted it. They're like, really? Those are
- 29:21Speaker 1: the rules? Remember all the lies we were told for months?
- 29:24Speaker 1: They're just like, well, we don't have enough. We don't
- 29:26Speaker 1: have 60 votes. You don't need 60. you morons. You
- 29:30Speaker 1: don't need 60. Mike Lee has been telling you. Rachel Bovard,
- 29:35Speaker 1: who's wonderful, has been telling us. She came on this
- 29:38Speaker 1: show and explained it long before everybody else and the
- 29:41Speaker 1: rest of the conservative media found out about this. This
- 29:44Speaker 1: audience knew, and this audience has stayed in this fight
- 29:48Speaker 1: and is relentless. In fact, it's driving United States senators
- 29:52Speaker 1: crazy that their phones keep ringing off the hook, that
- 29:54Speaker 1: their email inboxes are overflowing, that people keep demanding the
- 29:57Speaker 1: Save America Act, and they... have been trying to get
- 30:00Speaker 1: rid of this problem for a while. You know how
- 30:03Speaker 1: you get rid of us? Do your job. Or else
- 30:06Speaker 1: we get rid of you. Just ask John Cornyn. Just
- 30:10Speaker 1: ask Thumbelina. Just ask Bill Cassidy. If you fail, we're
- 30:15Speaker 1: getting rid of you. And then we're going to find
- 30:18Speaker 1: somebody who can do the job. We really have the
- 30:22Speaker 1: best audience anywhere. We've got a lot more to get to,
- 30:24Speaker 1: including a wild Senate race. In Texas, Ken Paxton squaring
- 30:28Speaker 1: off against James Talafrico. Talafrico? He's now trying to shake
- 30:33Speaker 1: the freak off. Yeah, we'll tell you what he's up to.
- 30:36Speaker 1: The stunt he's pulling this week. More ahead on this
- 30:39Speaker 1: edition of this. Let us see. I want to thank
- 30:43Speaker 1: two more great sponsors for you. And you ready? This
- 30:45Speaker 1: is a one-two punch. These are great sleep sponsors. We
- 30:48Speaker 1: love sleep, don't we, folks? We love sleep. Hey, with
- 30:52Speaker 1: summer coming up so fast, barreling down on us. You know,
- 30:57Speaker 1: I think technically, isn't it summer? When is summer? It's
- 31:00Speaker 1: Memorial Day is over. So as far as I'm concerned,
- 31:02Speaker 1: we're in summer. Yeah, summer's here. And I've been thinking
- 31:06Speaker 1: a lot about, we always think about how to stay cool,

- 31:37Speaker 1: nice to be together with everybody. But we didn't sleep great.
- 31:41Speaker 1: The mattress was fine. But then we got home and
- 31:45Speaker 1: we were like, I got into bed. Allison gets into
- 31:47Speaker 1: bed and she looks at me. She goes, oh, it's
- 31:49Speaker 1: so nice to be back on our Helix mattress. I
- 31:51Speaker 1: was like, yeah, I totally agree. We love our Helix mattress.

- 33:34Speaker 1: were a sponsor here at the program because Allison's so
- 33:36Speaker 1: wise and she just.
- 33:37Speaker 2: Was like, you know what?
- 33:38Speaker 1: That seems good. Let's try that. And we started and
- 33:40Speaker 1: we've never looked back. It's so good. Bowling Branch improved

- 34:12Speaker 1: That's our sleep segment here on this edition of Vince.
- 34:16Speaker 1: All right. Let's talk to you about James Talafrico and
- 34:18Speaker 1: what he's up to.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Hmm. Talafrico. What a whack job. This guy is now
- 34:30Speaker 1: claiming that he's against child genital mutilation. And then those
- 34:35Speaker 1: are not the words he's using. But suddenly on a
- 34:39Speaker 1: podcast with some compliant little Talafrico fanboy who's like, oh,
- 34:45Speaker 1: they say you're a radical. It's so ridiculous. They say
- 34:48Speaker 1: you're too liberal for Texas. It's so ridiculous. And Talafrico
- 34:52Speaker 1: is like, yeah, well, I'm not actually for, you know,
- 34:55Speaker 1: lopping off the genitals of children anymore. Watch this.
- 35:00Speaker 6: I hear consistent tropes about you being way too liberal
- 35:04Speaker 6: for Texas, that you're pro-sex surgery for minors, and on
- 35:07Speaker 6: and on and on.
- 35:08Speaker 2: How do you respond to that?
- 35:10Speaker 7: Well, just on that particular accusation, I oppose gender reassignment
- 35:14Speaker 7: surgeries for minors. I think what's happening is the people
- 35:18Speaker 7: that are in power know that there's a backlash to
- 35:23Speaker 7: the extremism and the corruption in our government. And so
- 35:26Speaker 7: they're going to use a a tried and true playbook
- 35:30Speaker 7: to get out of this, distraction and division. That is
- 35:34Speaker 7: how corrupt public officials stay in power.
- 35:38Speaker 1: So suddenly he claims he's against, what did he call it?
- 35:42Speaker 1: Gender reassignment surgeries for minors. Even the thing he opposes,
- 35:46Speaker 1: he's lying about. Chat, here's a quick IQ test. If
- 35:51Speaker 1: you chop the genitals off of a child, does it
- 35:54Speaker 1: change their gender? That's the question today. If you chop
- 36:00Speaker 1: up a kid, does it actually change their gender? I'll
- 36:03Speaker 1: give you a moment to answer that question. Curious.
- 36:08Speaker 2: No, no.
- 36:09Speaker 1: There's a couple no's. Let's see. No, no, no, nope.
- 36:14Speaker 1: There's a nope. We got a nope. There's more no's.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I got a nope. Ishmael Cord says, hang on, I'll
- 36:20Speaker 1: go check. No, no, no, and no. No. Absolutely not. Okay.
- 36:32Speaker 1: And there's a fuck no. Thank you. That's what I
- 36:34Speaker 1: was waiting for. I was waiting for a fuck no. Yeah, no,
- 36:36Speaker 1: it doesn't, that doesn't work. So even in his denial
- 36:39Speaker 1: of supporting this cruel practice, he's lying to you. I
- 36:43Speaker 1: don't support gender reassignment surgeries. Freaking liar. And he does.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Let's be clear. He's lying now. Even, it's a, it's a,
- 36:54Speaker 1: there's a, there's a, It's like inception. There's a lie
- 36:58Speaker 1: in a lie. It's a Russian nesting doll of lies.
- 37:01Speaker 1: He supports it. He supports it. In fact, he just
- 37:07Speaker 1: voted back in 2023. A law was presented in the
- 37:11Speaker 1: Texas State Senate, a piece of legislation called SB14, which
- 37:17Speaker 1: bans sex change surgeries on minors. And even that is
- 37:22Speaker 1: that it's not a sex change. Oh, my God, I
- 37:24Speaker 1: can't even believe. It bans mutilating the genitals of children
- 37:29Speaker 1: and then telling them that they're a different sex. It's
- 37:32Speaker 1: so crazy that this is the kind of crap we
- 37:34Speaker 1: have to deal with in 2026. That was SB 14.
- 37:38Speaker 1: He voted against it. So when he actually had a
- 37:43Speaker 1: chance to assess it as a state representative, he voted
- 37:49Speaker 1: in favor of mutilating children. So he's lying now. about
- 37:56Speaker 1: his position. In fact, when he was asked pretty, this
- 38:01Speaker 1: is obviously, this is a well-known clip now, but I'm
- 38:03Speaker 1: going to reiterate it. When he was asked, what do
- 38:05Speaker 1: you love most in the world other than your friends
- 38:08Speaker 1: and your family? What do you love most in the world?
- 38:12Speaker 1: Check out his answer. Something that you love that's not
- 38:15Speaker 1: family or friends.
- 38:19Speaker 7: I love, I'm just saying this because it's on my mind,
- 38:22Speaker 7: the trans children who showed up yesterday at the state
- 38:27Speaker 7: Capitol to advocate for their humanity.
- 38:29Speaker 1: They shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch.
- 38:32Speaker 1: The legislation he's referring to is what I was just
- 38:34Speaker 1: telling you about. We had trans kids show up and
- 38:37Speaker 1: they were pushing us to make sure that kids could
- 38:40Speaker 1: be mutilated. So I voted for them. You're disgusting. His
- 38:45Speaker 1: answer is, I love abusing children. Guy's a whack job.
- 38:52Speaker 1: He's sick. He's totally sick. And yes, he is too
- 38:56Speaker 1: liberal for Texas. Whatever that liberal means. Liberal means insane.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Totally insane. That's demonic what he's advocating for. And now
- 39:06Speaker 1: he's lying about it. So let me tell you something.
- 39:09Speaker 1: You know what's going to happen next? Talafrico is going
- 39:11Speaker 1: to keep doing this. He's going to be asked about
- 39:14Speaker 1: all of these whack job positions, and he's going to
- 39:17Speaker 1: try and dance away from each of them. He will
- 39:19Speaker 1: lie directly to your face. Like, let's go further.
- 39:23Speaker 7: God is non-binary.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Yeah, you still think God is non-binary? Is that it?
- 39:28Speaker 1: Do you still think God has six gender? or whatever
- 39:30Speaker 1: the hell your position is on that subject? Do you
- 39:32Speaker 1: really think God is an enthusiastic abortion pusher? You know
- 39:36Speaker 1: that one? He says that the Bible doesn't address abortion
- 39:38Speaker 1: at all, when of course it does. God knew you
- 39:41Speaker 1: before he formed you. Pretty clear in Scripture. And he says, oh, no,
- 39:47Speaker 1: God didn't really address abortion. So it's up to me
- 39:50Speaker 1: to finish the Bible on his behalf. So what I've
- 39:53Speaker 1: decided is that abortion is great. That's Talofrico's position. So
- 39:59Speaker 1: I'm against gender reassignment surgeries.
- 40:01Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 40:02Speaker 1: Are you still for killing the kids? Not for mutilating
- 40:05Speaker 1: them anymore, but you're still for killing them? Is that
- 40:07Speaker 1: your actual position? He's a liar. He's a con artist.
- 40:12Speaker 1: He's not a very good one. And I just want
- 40:15Speaker 1: to point out what's going to happen next in that race.
- 40:18Speaker 1: It'll be a never-ending series of attempts to try and
- 40:21Speaker 1: pretend like he's a normal person. And no Texan should
- 40:24Speaker 1: even begin to believe him. And I have a lot
- 40:26Speaker 1: of faith in Texas. I don't think they're going to
- 40:27Speaker 1: believe him. I think they're going to enthusiastically vote for
- 40:30Speaker 1: Ken Paxton and keep that whack job away from any
- 40:33Speaker 1: position of power. In fact, he should be kept away
- 40:35Speaker 1: from schools. That guy should be kept far away from children.
- 40:38Speaker 1: There should be some sort of restraining order on him.
- 40:40Speaker 7: Jesus never talks about abortion. The Bible is silent on abortion.
- 40:45Speaker 7: And when that happens with a social issue as important
- 40:48Speaker 7: as abortion, we Christians have to take Scripture as a whole,
- 40:54Speaker 7: and we've got to try to make some kind of
- 40:55Speaker 7: ethical determination.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:00Speaker 1: Yeah, there he is. Welcome to the Talafreak Show. Speaking
- 41:05Speaker 1: of Texas, you guys following the Carmelo Anthony murder trial
- 41:09Speaker 1: at all? Remember, this involves a high school track meet,
- 41:14Speaker 1: April of 2025. And this guy, Carmelo Anthony, walks into
- 41:21Speaker 1: the tent of a rival high school team and stabs
- 41:26Speaker 1: another athlete, Austin Metcalf, to death inside of the tent.
- 41:31Speaker 4: Now, I.
- 41:33Speaker 1: To the extent that Carmelo Anthony's legal defense has existed,
- 41:37Speaker 1: they've been trying to claim it was an act of self-defense.
- 41:40Speaker 1: I want to ask a really basic question here. How
- 41:43Speaker 1: in the world could you even begin to try and
- 41:46Speaker 1: summon a self-defense claim when you're the only one who's armed?
- 41:50Speaker 1: and you stab another high schooler to death, their claim
- 41:54Speaker 1: to the extent that they've tried to make any is like, well,
- 41:56Speaker 1: he shoved me first. So you get to stab him?
- 41:59Speaker 1: Have you, look, even if he did shove you, you
- 42:02Speaker 1: get to stab him to death? Have you been in
- 42:05Speaker 1: high school before? Like I'm talking to the audience now.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Have you ever been in high school? Have you ever
- 42:09Speaker 1: seen anybody shove anybody else? Have you ever been in
- 42:11Speaker 1: a fight in high school? Normally it doesn't end with
- 42:15Speaker 1: someone getting stabbed in the heart to death. Kids shoved
- 42:19Speaker 1: each other, okay? But the left has turned this into
- 42:26Speaker 1: a big racial case. Carmelo Anthony is a black, now
- 42:30Speaker 1: a black man. He's now 19 years old. And Austin
- 42:34Speaker 1: Metcalf was a white boy, a white teenager. And this
- 42:40Speaker 1: is just one of those cases where the left has
- 42:43Speaker 1: tried to racialize it beyond recognition. And In fact, one
- 42:48Speaker 1: of the things that they've been whining about, the left
- 42:49Speaker 1: that is, is, oh, there's no black jurors in the trial. Now,
- 42:56Speaker 1: to be clear, not all the jurors are white. The
- 42:58Speaker 1: jurors are all sorts of races. But the reason there
- 43:02Speaker 1: aren't black jurors is because when they were surveying the jury,
- 43:05Speaker 1: when they were surveying the jury pool, they were asking
- 43:08Speaker 1: some of the would-be black jurors if they could fairly
- 43:12Speaker 1: rule against this guy, Carmelo Anthony. And they had would-be
- 43:17Speaker 1: jurors saying, no, I can't because he's black. They admitted
- 43:22Speaker 1: in the jury procedure that because of his skin color,
- 43:25Speaker 1: they'd be inclined to support him. They wouldn't want to
- 43:28Speaker 1: rule against him. Okay, well, then you're disqualified on that basis.
- 43:31Speaker 1: It makes total sense, right? I mean, am I right?
- 43:33Speaker 1: This makes total sense. If you can't objectively observe the
- 43:38Speaker 1: case and you're going to prejudge it, this is actually
- 43:40Speaker 1: what you call prejudice. If you're going to prejudge it
- 43:42Speaker 1: on the base of skin color, then you just can't
- 43:45Speaker 1: be a juror. That's how they arrived with the jury
- 43:47Speaker 1: that they have. And so, in other words, the court
- 43:51Speaker 1: system is working as intended. And the case has now
- 43:56Speaker 1: reached a period, is now going to the closing arguments.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Both sides have rested. Uh, they're, they're headed to closing
- 44:03Speaker 1: arguments now. And, um, the defense has, it's just been
- 44:07Speaker 1: a total disaster for them. They, they brought in some witnesses,
- 44:10Speaker 1: basically every witness that the prosecution brought in, uh, was,
- 44:14Speaker 1: gave great accounts on, on what exactly went down. It's
- 44:17Speaker 1: just horrific. And, and it's got all the makings of
- 44:19Speaker 1: a very horrific murder by Carmelo Anthony, killing Austin Metcalf
- 44:22Speaker 1: in cold blood, stabbing him in the heart, just disgusting. And, uh,
- 44:27Speaker 1: we get this update at one of the witnesses that
- 44:29Speaker 1: the defense called, uh, gave very damning testimony on cross-examination
- 44:35Speaker 1: this week. Carmelo Anthony's claims, reading here from the Daily Caller,
- 44:38Speaker 1: Carmelo Anthony's claims that he stabbed the Texas teen in
- 44:41Speaker 1: self-defense may now be completely falling apart after a witness
- 44:43Speaker 1: called by his own lawyers changed their tune. Collin County
- 44:49Speaker 1: prosecutors rested their case against the 19-year-old on Saturday after
- 44:52Speaker 1: calling up 21 witnesses to testify about 17-year-old Austin Metcalf's
- 44:56Speaker 1: fatal stabbing at that high school track meet. Anthony was
- 45:00Speaker 1: the aggressor throughout the deadly altercation, entering a school sports
- 45:05Speaker 1: team's tent where Metcalf was, cursing and taunting those who
- 45:08Speaker 1: asked him to leave, and killing Metcalf with a knife
- 45:11Speaker 1: after Metcalf pushed him, witnesses reportedly testified. Anthony's defense began
- 45:17Speaker 1: calling up witnesses on Monday, including one who admitted to
- 45:20Speaker 1: inconsistencies in his testimony upon questioning from a prosecutor. The
- 45:25Speaker 1: witness reportedly testified he initially told police Anthony was surrounded
- 45:28Speaker 1: by a mob when the stabbing happened and then later
- 45:32Speaker 1: realized it was after the stabbing based on the surveillance video.
- 45:36Speaker 1: In other words, the original claim by the defense witness was, oh,
- 45:39Speaker 1: Carmelo Anthony was surrounded. The mob was descending on Carmelo Anthony.
- 45:43Speaker 1: That is not the case. They showed him the surveillance
- 45:45Speaker 1: footage and they said, no, look, everybody's arriving after the stabbing.
- 45:50Speaker 1: So in other words, the crowd moves in after the
- 45:52Speaker 1: stabbing takes place. So the prosecutor goes, you know you're wrong?
- 45:58Speaker 1: The witness replied, yes, sir. Devastating. Devastating to the defense's
- 46:06Speaker 1: thin case. Carmelo's Anthony's parents, apparently, I saw were downcast,
- 46:13Speaker 1: crestfallen over the fact that it appears that the case
- 46:16Speaker 1: against their son is now open and shut. This thing
- 46:20Speaker 1: heads to closing arguments. We'll keep an eye on it.
- 46:22Speaker 1: I know so many in Texas are keeping an eye
- 46:24Speaker 1: on this case. It's just dominating. I was talking to
- 46:26Speaker 1: producer Jim Jims in the Dallas area, and he was saying, yes, everywhere, man.
- 46:30Speaker 1: It's just everywhere right now. We'll keep an eye on it.
- 46:34Speaker 1: But a case that's caught the nation's attention, don't let
- 46:37Speaker 1: the left sow division. I hate when the left takes
- 46:42Speaker 1: these obvious cases and then they side with injustice because
- 46:46Speaker 1: they're trying to advance racial division. Don't let them do it.
- 46:50Speaker 1: May justice prevail here. May justice prevail. Speaking of the
- 46:56Speaker 1: justice system and the chaos that the left causes, we've
- 46:59Speaker 1: got an update for you on what's been going on
- 47:02Speaker 1: outside of Delaney Hall. That's in Newark, New Jersey, this
- 47:05Speaker 1: immigration facility, where rioters have been staging insurrections on any
- 47:10Speaker 1: given night. Now, there's been some meaningful crackdown by police,
- 47:13Speaker 1: which has been good, but it's been going in fits
- 47:15Speaker 1: and starts. I've been following Nick Sorter's excellent ex-account and
- 47:19Speaker 1: some other independent journalists who are giving us great perspective here.
- 47:22Speaker 1: Tom Holman is giving us a little bit more detail
- 47:25Speaker 1: this week on the types of people they've been arresting.
- 47:28Speaker 1: It turns out that almost all of the people who've
- 47:32Speaker 1: been committing acts of violence aren't even from Newark, New Jersey.
- 47:36Speaker 1: These aren't locals. These are not people from the community
- 47:40Speaker 1: causing all this violence, standing up for their community. These
- 47:44Speaker 1: violent lunatics are a rent-a-mob. Listen to the border czar,
- 47:48Speaker 1: Tom Holman, explain.
- 47:50Speaker 8: Well, the ones we're charging with crimes, the one that
- 47:52Speaker 8: they go from protesting to criminal activity, insulting our officers
- 47:57Speaker 8: and damaging government property, most of them from.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Out of state. Look, these are paid protesters.
- 48:03Speaker 8: We got facial recognition of people from Portland. They're at
- 48:06Speaker 8: Portland riots and many from the Minnesota. This is a well-planned,
- 48:10Speaker 8: established crime. thing they're doing. This isn't homegrown. There's a
- 48:14Speaker 8: lot of local people there to protest peacefully, and they
- 48:18Speaker 8: certainly can do that. But the violence, majority of violence,
- 48:22Speaker 8: not all, the majority is coming from out-of-town people.
- 48:26Speaker 1: The majority is coming from out-of-town people. These are insurrectionists
- 48:30Speaker 1: that are being bussed in to commit these acts. And
- 48:33Speaker 1: you pay attention to what Tom Holman said there. He
- 48:35Speaker 1: said they're paid. These are paid rioters. There's a an
- 48:41Speaker 1: organization behind this. There's money flowing into this. There's logistics
- 48:46Speaker 1: involved in this. And as a result, that means that
- 48:50Speaker 1: there is a criminal organization that we can take down.
- 48:55Speaker 1: They've got to do it. They've got to take these
- 48:57Speaker 1: guys down. I told you Scott Besson said, the Treasury Secretary,
- 49:00Speaker 1: about a week or so ago, he said that we're
- 49:04Speaker 1: a couple weeks out from some big developments on this.
- 49:06Speaker 1: The Treasury Department and the FBI are have been in
- 49:10Speaker 1: full-blown investigations into this subject. God willing, it comes quickly.
- 49:13Speaker 1: We really need it because, you know, it's just, we
- 49:17Speaker 1: just want our country back. You agree with me? We
- 49:19Speaker 1: want our country back. We need it big time. Look
- 49:22Speaker 1: at all of you beautiful people. Holy cow. 19.1 thousand
- 49:26Speaker 1: with us right now live on Rumble. If you haven't
- 49:28Speaker 1: joined us on Rumble, rumble.com slash Vince. Join us for
- 49:30Speaker 1: the live 8 a.m.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Show.
- 49:32Speaker 1: Pack in here so we can talk about what's happening
- 49:34Speaker 1: with the country. I like that we can all get
- 49:36Speaker 1: together and scheme on how to make the country great
- 49:38Speaker 1: again each morning. Thank you for being here for that.
- 49:40Speaker 1: So that's a good update from Tom Holman. Tom Holman
- 49:42Speaker 1: also gave us some more information about how the left
- 49:45Speaker 1: is clearly lying about the conditions inside of this facility.
- 49:48Speaker 1: In fact, they sound wonderful. There's lots of people who
- 49:52Speaker 1: are free American citizens who are working hard each day
- 49:55Speaker 1: just to figure out how they're going to pay for
- 49:56Speaker 1: the next meal and feed their children. Meanwhile, the detainees,
- 50:00Speaker 1: that would be the illegal aliens that are being booted
- 50:02Speaker 1: out of the country, the rapists, the murderers, the child abusers,
- 50:06Speaker 1: everybody inside of that facility, they're getting taken care of
- 50:09Speaker 1: pretty well. They're getting great health care and great food.
- 50:11Speaker 1: Here's Tom Ullman.
- 50:13Speaker 2: I went to.
- 50:14Speaker 8: the bathrooms, I went through the detention area, I went
- 50:18Speaker 8: to indoor and outdoor recreation. As a matter of fact,
- 50:20Speaker 8: outdoor recreation has kind of a state-of-the-art exercise equipment, which
- 50:24Speaker 8: kind of shocked me. And I went into, I hear
- 50:26Speaker 8: a lot of complaining about the food. I went there
- 50:28Speaker 8: unannounced the following day, unannounced, I went there and had lunch.
- 50:32Speaker 8: I sat in a cafeteria with detainees.
- 50:34Speaker 2: Had the same meal they had.
- 50:35Speaker 8: I had my security detail with me, of course. But
- 50:38Speaker 8: I had the same tray of food they had because
- 50:40Speaker 8: I looked around the room and saw they had the
- 50:41Speaker 8: same tray.
- 50:42Speaker 2: It was spaghetti and meat sauce. It was green beans.
- 50:44Speaker 2: It was charred beans. It was rolls and butter. It
- 50:47Speaker 2: was a fruit drink. It was dessert. I ate it. Now,
- 50:50Speaker 2: is it a five-star cuisine? No. But was it a
- 50:54Speaker 2: well-established meal? Yes, it was. As a matter of fact,
- 50:56Speaker 2: I didn't even finish it all. And I'm not a
- 50:58Speaker 2: little guy.
- 51:02Speaker 1: Could you, I just, I love this picture. Could you
- 51:04Speaker 1: just imagine being an illegal alien? You're in custody now.
- 51:08Speaker 1: You didn't think anyone would catch you. You get caught.
- 51:10Speaker 1: You're now being detained inside of this immigration facility. You're
- 51:14Speaker 1: in the chow hall, the mess, whatever they're calling it.
- 51:17Speaker 1: And you're sitting down at a table and right next
- 51:19Speaker 1: to you is the border star, Tom Holman. And he's
- 51:21Speaker 1: eating spaghetti and meatballs. I got on by. Oh, it's
- 51:32Speaker 1: so funny. He's like, I'm a big guy. I didn't
- 51:35Speaker 1: even finish it all. It does sound like a good meal.
- 51:38Speaker 1: You know, sometimes for lunch, I'm like scrounging. I'm like,
- 51:41Speaker 1: what do we have in the house right now? I
- 51:42Speaker 1: don't know if we have everything. It's like, you know,
- 51:44Speaker 1: I gotta run out and find something. Spaghetti and meat sauce,
- 51:49Speaker 1: green beans, charro beans. I don't know if I've ever
- 51:51Speaker 1: had charro beans. That sounds good. Rolls, butter, a fruit drink, dessert.
- 51:58Speaker 1: He's crushed. I couldn't even finish it all. I'm a
- 52:00Speaker 1: big dude.
- 52:02Speaker 2: It's amazing.
- 52:06Speaker 1: It's so good. You know what is also good? The
- 52:09Speaker 1: Trump administration is annoying the media because they're revoking a
- 52:14Speaker 1: citizenship from people who are committing fraud in the United States. Now,
- 52:18Speaker 1: I've told you this before. The Trump administration has really
- 52:21Speaker 1: ramped up denaturalizations. which is great. They're denaturalizing hundreds of
- 52:27Speaker 1: people a month. They've been ramping it up dramatically. It's
- 52:31Speaker 1: a huge change from what it used to be. You know,
- 52:33Speaker 1: from 1990 to 2017, the first Trump administration, you ready
- 52:38Speaker 1: for how many denaturalizations the Justice Department pursued every year?
- 52:42Speaker 1: You ready for the number? From 1990 to 2017, 11
- 52:44Speaker 1: per year.
- 52:44Speaker 6: 11.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Isn't that amazing? 11. That's nothing. The Justice Department was
- 52:55Speaker 1: barely denaturalizing people. I don't even think they were really
- 52:58Speaker 1: aware that they had the power. Then President Trump arrived
- 53:02Speaker 1: for the first time. The Justice Department filed 168 denaturalization
- 53:07Speaker 1: cases under President Trump in his first term, 168, a
- 53:11Speaker 1: huge increase actually from prior years. And then Biden dropped
- 53:18Speaker 1: it again. Now Trump's back in office. They're pursuing between
- 53:21Speaker 1: one to 200 denaturalizations a month, a month. And those
- 53:26Speaker 1: numbers keep coming. And we just got a list of
- 53:29Speaker 1: 17 of them, CBS reporting on this. And check out
- 53:34Speaker 1: the story here. Now, CBS with this report, this is
- 53:37Speaker 1: the kind of reporting I want from CBS. You see
- 53:38Speaker 1: what happens? They get rid of Scott Pelley and suddenly
- 53:40Speaker 1: they're telling us all this good news about U.S. citizens,
- 53:44Speaker 1: now soon to be former U.S. citizens, who are getting
- 53:47Speaker 1: booted for being fraudsters. The Trump administration on Monday announced
- 53:52Speaker 1: it is seeking to revoke the citizenship of 17 U.S.
- 53:56Speaker 1: citizens accused of immigration fraud. CBS exclusively reporting about these plans.
- 54:02Speaker 1: Officials said the move represents the largest ever effort by
- 54:05Speaker 1: the U.S. government to use its denaturalization powers, which were
- 54:08Speaker 1: rarely invoked before President Trump returned to the White House.
- 54:15Speaker 1: They cite the same data I gave you just now, 1990-2017,
- 54:18Speaker 1: just 11 legal complaints per year by the Justice Department.
- 54:23Speaker 1: Federal law has long allowed the government to do this,
- 54:25Speaker 1: but it's seldom used. Some of the 17 cases, you
- 54:29Speaker 1: ready for this? Targeted in this latest denaturalization round were
- 54:33Speaker 1: convicted of violent or serious crimes, including sex offenses against children.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Sex offenses against children. Why don't we skip past denaturalization
- 54:42Speaker 1: and just shoot them? How about that? Why don't we
- 54:44Speaker 1: just jump straight to shooting? Sex offenses against children? Others
- 54:48Speaker 1: were convicted of fraud crimes or accused of committing immigration crimes. fraud.
- 54:54Speaker 1: Those targeted in the latest round of denaturalization cases include
- 54:57Speaker 1: a Haitian immigrant who allegedly sexually abused his daughter, a
- 55:02Speaker 1: man from the former Yugoslavia convicted of sexually abusing a
- 55:05Speaker 1: child under the age of 15, an immigrant from Mexico
- 55:12Speaker 1: convicted of receiving sexually explicit images of minors, a former
- 55:17Speaker 1: Catholic priest born in Colombia accused of child sex abuse,
- 55:20Speaker 1: and a Filipino-born man who pleaded guilty to a child
- 55:24Speaker 1: sex crime. Death. Death. Let's do that. If they're guilty, death.
- 55:30Speaker 1: But denaturalization. How generous of us. Denaturalize and get them
- 55:34Speaker 1: the hell out of our country. The group also includes
- 55:36Speaker 1: an Indian... an Indian immigrant accused of filing fraudulent H-1B
- 55:41Speaker 1: visa petitions, the daughter of a Colombian drug trafficker accused
- 55:44Speaker 1: of money laundering, a man born in Jamaica convicted of
- 55:48Speaker 1: wire fraud, and a Cuban-born woman accused of defrauding a
- 55:51Speaker 1: tribal casino. Other naturalized citizens were accused of using false identities.
- 55:56Speaker 1: Get them out of here. Get them out of here.
- 55:59Speaker 1: Take their jackets and throw them out. Acting Attorney General
- 56:03Speaker 1: Todd Blanche said the Justice Department would have zero tolerance
- 56:06Speaker 1: for abuse of the naturalization process. Criminal aliens are lying
- 56:10Speaker 1: about their past crimes, including drug dealers, sexual predators, and fraudsters.
- 56:16Speaker 1: One of the realities of the denaturalization process is, did
- 56:20Speaker 1: you lie in pursuit of your citizenship? And if you
- 56:24Speaker 1: have crimes in your past and you didn't disclose them
- 56:26Speaker 1: and then you lied when you were going through the
- 56:29Speaker 1: naturalization process, there are grounds to get rid of you.
- 56:33Speaker 1: That's the key. Now, one of the challenges we've seen
- 56:36Speaker 1: is if you commit further crimes, if you commit like
- 56:39Speaker 1: basically fresh crimes after you become a naturalized U.S. citizen,
- 56:43Speaker 1: say you marry your brother so that he can commit
- 56:46Speaker 1: immigration fraud. Let's just do a random example. I just
- 56:49Speaker 1: came out of that. out of thin air, then it
- 56:52Speaker 1: might be difficult to denaturalize you if they can't prove
- 56:56Speaker 1: criminality prior to you becoming a U.S. citizen. We are
- 57:00Speaker 1: a nation of laws, after all. You have to follow
- 57:01Speaker 1: the statute. But the reality has to be, in my view,
- 57:06Speaker 1: that if you become a citizen, you've got to follow
- 57:08Speaker 1: our nation's laws. And if you're committing crimes after you
- 57:11Speaker 1: become a U.S. citizen, can't your citizenship be on the line?
- 57:14Speaker 1: Doesn't that make sense? Like, What in what world can
- 57:18Speaker 1: we get rid of Ilhan Omar is really the question
- 57:20Speaker 1: I'm asking you right now. How do we do that?
- 57:22Speaker 1: That's that would be good. Let's get rid of her.
- 57:24Speaker 1: She doesn't seem to like us very much. So she
- 57:27Speaker 1: should just renounce her U.S. citizenship. But if she's not
- 57:29Speaker 1: going to do it, we can help her. We can
- 57:30Speaker 1: get rid of her. So, you know, keep your eyes
- 57:33Speaker 1: on that. Remember, J.D. Vance said that this woman is
- 57:36Speaker 1: under investigation by the Justice Department right now for whatever
- 57:40Speaker 1: role she might have in immigration fraud, including her brother's
- 57:43Speaker 1: immigration fraud. So keep an eye on that. And then
- 57:47Speaker 1: one more thing, and it comes to J.D. Vance. Gosh,
- 57:50Speaker 1: I feel like we have so much we could possibly
- 57:51Speaker 1: talk about. A lot of it we're going to have
- 57:53Speaker 1: to do on the big national radio show today. But
- 57:55Speaker 1: one more thing that involves J.D. Vance that I want
- 57:58Speaker 1: to share with you today. The House Oversight Committee yesterday
- 58:02Speaker 1: released a big report about fraud in Ilhan Omar's current state,
- 58:07Speaker 1: in the state in which she currently resides before we
- 58:10Speaker 1: deport her. She is in Minnesota these days. And Minnesota
- 58:14Speaker 1: is an epicenter for left-wing fraud.
- 58:16Speaker 2: Okay?
- 58:17Speaker 1: It's just huge amounts of fraud going on there. And
- 58:20Speaker 1: we just got a big House Oversight Committee report on
- 58:22Speaker 1: how this all went down. Bombshell report exposing how Governor
- 58:26Speaker 1: Tim Walz, tampon Tim, and Attorney General Keith Ellison fueled
- 58:30Speaker 1: Minnesota's fraud explosion. $ 9 billion in Medicaid loss, $ 300 million
- 58:35Speaker 1: in federal child nutrition funds placed at serious risk. By
- 58:38Speaker 1: the way, they're understating the amount of fraud there because
- 58:40Speaker 1: the U.S. attorney in the area said they were looking
- 58:42Speaker 1: at $ 19 billion in suspicious payments. They had only fully
- 58:48Speaker 1: confirmed that $ 9 billion of it was fraud and not
- 58:51Speaker 1: the rest of.
- 58:52Speaker 4: It as well.
- 58:53Speaker 1: But this is the report. And in it, you can
- 58:56Speaker 1: see some of the top lines of what they found,
- 59:00Speaker 1: key findings. Governor Walz and Attorney General Ellison were aware
- 59:05Speaker 1: of credible and systemic fraud in Minnesota's social services program.
- 59:08Speaker 1: They knew about it. They knew about it as early
- 59:11Speaker 1: as 2019, but they didn't act. They just let it happen.
- 59:15Speaker 1: Negligent homicide of taxpayer money. Minnesota state agencies had clear
- 59:20Speaker 1: authority to suspend or stop payments to providers suspected of fraud.
- 59:25Speaker 1: They had clear authority, but there it is, failed to act.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Minnesota officials continued directing taxpayer dollars to feeding our future
- 59:34Speaker 1: scam and other high risk entities, despite identifying serious program deficiencies,
- 59:40Speaker 1: enabling hundreds of millions of dollars in federal funds to
- 59:43Speaker 1: flow to fraudsters. Testimony and documents show that concerns about
- 59:46Speaker 1: litigation and accusations of discrimination, not legal barriers or directives
- 59:51Speaker 1: from law enforcement, were cited as reasons for continuing payments
- 59:54Speaker 1: to suspected fraudsters. In other words, people within the system
- 59:59Speaker 1: that were handing out your money to fraudsters were afraid
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: that they'd be accused of racism if they stopped it.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Because guess what? A lot of this money was being
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: stolen by Somalis, and nobody wanted to be accused of
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: being a racist for saying the truth out loud. You morons.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: The Wall's administration retaliated against state employees who raised concerns
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: of the punished whistleblowers, while senior state officials prioritized managing
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: political and media fallout over addressing known fraud vulnerabilities. And finally,
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: failures to prevent fraud resulted in an estimated $ 300 million
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: in federal child nutrition funds being lost, and potentially $ 9
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: billion in Medicaid-related funds being lost or placed at serious risk.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: All right, so that's the rundown. And in other words,
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: the assessment here from the Oversight Committee is Walls knew.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: Tampon Tim knew everything. Keith Ellison knew everything. And you
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: might be saying to yourself, yeah, of course they knew. Yeah,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: of course they knew. But here's the key. If you're
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: going to make a criminal case against these guys, you
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: need actual evidence of what they knew, when they knew it,
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: and how they acted. The House Oversight Committee just packaged
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: it up, put a bow on it, sent it off
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: to J.D. Vance and Fraud Force. Now, what is Fraud
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Force going to do with it? You ready? Good news.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Fraud force is stacking up the criminal referrals. Remember, Tampon
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Tim and Keith Ellison and Jacob Fry, they're all under
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: federal investigation right now. We already knew that. They're under
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: federal investigation. But J.D. Vance has just announced that he
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: is now making an additional criminal referral directly to the
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: Justice Department on the basis of this house oversight investigation.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Take a look here. Here's J.D. Vance, Benny Johnson, pulling
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: the clip from Fox News. Here we have J.D. Vance
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: talking about this last night with Jesse Waters. So you're
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: the fraud czar now.
- 1:01:50Speaker 9: House Oversight just came out with a report that said
- 1:01:53Speaker 9: that Tim Walz was warned repeatedly that there was fraud
- 1:01:58Speaker 9: and he kept the money flowing because he didn't want
- 1:02:00Speaker 9: to be called racist. That sounds like a crime to me.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: Is that a crime?
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: Well, I'm going to let the law determine what's a
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: crime and what's not.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: We're certainly going to investigate this, Jesse.
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: And I guess now I can make a bit of
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: breaking news because I left the White House to come
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: here to.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Do this interview with you.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: And before I did, we actually referred this particular case.
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: to the Department of Justice for a full criminal investigation.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: We are not going to do what the Biden administration
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: did and make judgments of the law before all the
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: facts are in. But here's what's particularly troubling about this
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: to me is, Jesse, you had people within Governor Walz's
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: office who were saying, you know what?
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: This looks like fraud.
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: It looks like these Somalian illegal immigrants are doing something
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: that's very shady. And then you had people who shut
- 1:02:49Speaker 4: them down, who shut these whistleblowers down and said, you know,
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: you're a racist or you're a xenophobe for asking questions
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: about where taxpayer money is going. What that means to me, Jesse.
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: is that clearly people weren't taking fraud seriously. Whether it
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: rises to the level of a criminal violation, we're going
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: to investigate it.
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: And of course, if it.
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: Does rise to that level, we're going to prosecute it.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: We have to. We have to, says, who is that
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: random political commentator? Who's that person? Who is that? Oh,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: that's the vice president of the United States who has
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: an assistant attorney general who works for him by the
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: name of Colin McDonald. who is running the newly minted
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: anti-fraud operation at the United States Department of Justice. Tampon Tim.
