Speaker 1: think this might be morbid to some people. This might

Speaker 1: be something that will make you uncomfortable. It makes me uncomfortable,

Speaker 1: but it's something that's inevitable in everybody's life that's watching

Speaker 1: or listening of death. When will we die, How will

Speaker 1: we die? It just we don't know right, predictions and

Speaker 1: all that other stuff that goes on about death and death,

Speaker 1: anxiety and fear of death, which we're gonna be talking about.

Speaker 1: The fear of death is all through the scriptures, believing

Speaker 1: or not, a lot of people in the scriptures that

Speaker 1: God used and was speaking to and or we read

Speaker 1: about that a lot of them had a fear of death.

Speaker 1: But the apostle Paul has some to say about the

Speaker 1: fear of death, and he had an interesting take on

Speaker 1: how he felt about dying. And I know people who

Speaker 1: have the same perspective about death. So today was one

Speaker 1: of about fear of death. I'm not wishing death on anyone,

Speaker 1: but in the month of October, there are actually people,

Speaker 1: real life people who are praying to the God of

Speaker 1: the dead during this Halloween season. And although it you know,

Speaker 1: the enemy masking around like a friendly neighbor, neighborhood ghost

Speaker 1: and he kind of like makes Halloween look like it's

Speaker 1: a family event, harmless, right, there are actually people who

Speaker 1: are in their cults right now bring to the God

Speaker 1: of the dead. A lot of people don't believe that

Speaker 1: there's facts on this. There's been investigations, there's been private investigators, journalists,

Speaker 1: investigative journalists that go and see these people on the

Speaker 1: mountains and all that. It's not televised as much as

Speaker 1: it should be because of whatever reasons, whatever structure or

Speaker 1: whatever type of society or whatever type of protection they

Speaker 1: have in the secrecy, so called secrecy of these people.

Speaker 1: You won't see it televised a lot, but it's there,

Speaker 1: it exists. It's real, and just as real as life is,

Speaker 1: death is as real, right, fear of death we're gonna

Speaker 1: be talking about what the apostle Paul spoke about. Death

Speaker 1: for the believer means being in the presence of Christ.

Speaker 1: So there's no fear in being in the presence of Christ. Jesus, right,

Speaker 1: God has a purpose and plan, and he has positioned

Speaker 1: you to receive a blessing, to receive his word. Amen.

Speaker 1: There's no coincidences in the Kingdom of God for the

Speaker 1: Kingdom purpose. Amen. You know, and I know that there's

Speaker 1: someone in charge of our lives. If it was us

Speaker 1: that was in charge of our lives, then we would

Speaker 1: have everything lined up perfectly. But since we don't have

Speaker 1: everything lined up perfectly. Me I look at that as

Speaker 1: I have to submit to a higher authority. And I

Speaker 1: thank God for his grace and mercy that he revealed

Speaker 1: himself to me years ago. And I know a lot

Speaker 1: of people that he revealed himself to and they have

Speaker 1: life that are transformed and changed and renewed and restored.

Speaker 1: And we're no longer fearing death like we used to

Speaker 1: before Christ Jesus reveal themselves in our lives and transform

Speaker 1: the spirit of fear. You didn't give us a spirit

Speaker 1: of fear, but you give us a spirit of a

Speaker 1: sound mind and power. And we know that you, the

Speaker 1: Living God, Holy Spirit, God, you live within us, You

Speaker 1: are in us. You're responsible for all things that are good.

Speaker 1: You are able to take us from point A to

Speaker 1: point Z victoriously because you have set forth the path

Speaker 1: of the righteous, and our steps are ordered according to

Speaker 1: your word in our lives, and over our lives and

Speaker 1: through our lives. So I pray, Lord God, the prayer

Speaker 1: of salvation over every single person that's in need of help.

Speaker 1: Right now I speak life concerning all things that are

Speaker 1: living inside of us, and that I speak death to

Speaker 1: all things that are trying to take our life in

Speaker 1: Jesus Holy name. So Father God, thank you, Lord God,

Speaker 1: that the apostle was inspired to write what he wrote

Speaker 1: down in the Book of Philippians, reminding us of how

Speaker 1: we should be thinking about death. And the beautiful thing

Speaker 1: about leaving this earth is finding ourselves in the presence

Speaker 1: of a holy, righteous, loving, mighty God forever, forever and eternity.

Speaker 1: So thank you Jesus for today, Thank you for your love,

Speaker 1: your grace and your mercy. Thank You for protecting and

Speaker 1: guiding us. So I speak a hedge of protection, and

Speaker 1: I plead a hedge of protection from a mighty God,

Speaker 1: a loving God, a gentle God, all all the thoughts

Speaker 1: of God, Jesus, that you and guide God and protect

Speaker 1: my family, myself, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, my whole entire

Speaker 1: bloodline from the very youngest family member to the very oldest,

Speaker 1: my mom, my brothers, my sister, their families, their children

Speaker 1: as well, my wife, our children, her family, her mom,

Speaker 1: her bloodline as well, and every single person that's watching

Speaker 1: Jesus' holy name, that we will not have that we

Speaker 1: God said, nope, it be, leave it be. And just

Speaker 1: that people know about my word when it comes to

Speaker 1: life and death. Olympians, Chapter one, Versus twenty one and

Speaker 1: twenty three. For to me, this is the Apostle Paul,

Speaker 1: speaking inspired by Holy Spirit of God, inspired him to

Speaker 1: write down this thought. For to me to live is Christ.

Speaker 1: He is my source of joy. My reason to live

Speaker 1: and to die is Gain, for I will be with

Speaker 1: Him in eternity. If, however, it is to be life

Speaker 1: here and I am to go on living, this will

Speaker 1: mean useful and productive service for me. So I don't

Speaker 1: know which to choose if I am given that choice,

Speaker 1: But I am hard pressed between the two. I have

Speaker 1: the desire to leave this world and be with Christ,

Speaker 1: but that is far far better. River thought about it

Speaker 1: I don't want to go to heaven. I don't want

Speaker 1: to be praying every day and singing every day. A

Speaker 1: lot of people think that heaven is a place that

Speaker 1: is not full of joy. People think of heaven is

Speaker 1: a place that you have to work and you know,

Speaker 1: you have to be forced to serve. That's not the

Speaker 1: heaven that God speaks up in the scriptures, and as

Speaker 1: a matter of fact, no person is going to die

Speaker 1: and find himself in eternity with the Lord if they

Speaker 1: didn't want to have him here on earth. No one

Speaker 1: is forced to believe, no one is forced to serve,

Speaker 1: no one is forced to go to heaven. No one

Speaker 1: is forced even to go to hell. We make decisions

Speaker 1: based upon what we believe, who we believe in right,

Speaker 1: and how we want to live. Apostle Paul had ups

Speaker 1: and downs, just like we have up and downs. He says,

Speaker 1: his source of joy is Christ. A lot of people's

Speaker 1: source of joy is not Christ. His reason to live

Speaker 1: is because of Christ. What is your reason that you're alive?

Speaker 1: And when you die, will you have eternity with the

Speaker 1: Lord or will you have eternity separated from him? A

Speaker 1: lot of people don't realize that what we're doing here

Speaker 1: right now, the decisions we make right now, are going

Speaker 1: to determine the things that will go into eternity sometimes

Speaker 1: because think about it. If you reject the eternal God

Speaker 1: of having the earth, you reject his message, you reject

Speaker 1: his gospel, you reject this invitation to heaven, You reject

Speaker 1: this invitation for salvation. Then what would you expect on

Speaker 1: the other side. And people who don't believe in God,

Speaker 1: they think they have a pass on this. Surprisingly enough,

Speaker 1: no one gets to pass. It is either you choose

Speaker 1: life or you choose death. Either you're for God or

Speaker 1: you're against God. Either you go to be with Him

Speaker 1: for all eternity or you're going to be separated from

Speaker 1: Him for all eternity. Right, we have a choice to make.

Speaker 1: We have a choice to make a decision. Day by day,

Speaker 1: we're making decisions. If you drive on the highway, and

Speaker 1: You're making tons of decisions to try to stay safe,

Speaker 1: be safe, stay out of accidents, watch your left, watch

Speaker 1: your right, right. You're making all these decisions because you

Speaker 1: want to get to where you're going safely. I don't

Speaker 1: know anybody who wants to get on the road and

Speaker 1: just crash, right. You want to get on the road

Speaker 1: to get to the point where you need to go safely.

Speaker 1: So in life, I would think that we want to

Speaker 1: get to Heaven safely. We want to get to the

Speaker 1: good place for all eternity. But a lot of people

Speaker 1: don't have that perspective. A lot of people fear death

Speaker 1: because they're unsure of life. They fear death because death

Speaker 1: is our last enemy according to the scriptures. But when

Speaker 1: you have Christ in you, we don't fear death. We're

Speaker 1: likely apossible. Like man, if I stay here, so be it,

Speaker 1: serve Christ I die, so be it. I'm gonna be

Speaker 1: with Him for eternity. So to live is Christ, to

Speaker 1: die is gain. We don't lose. As a matter of fact,

Speaker 1: Christ's follow us really don't die, if you think about it. Technically,

Speaker 1: we don't die. We just leave this part of eternity

Speaker 1: and enter into the next part of eternity with Jesus,

Speaker 1: with God, the one who gave us life. Choose this day,

Speaker 1: Manuel says a blessing or curse. Yes, And we have

Speaker 1: that choice. To make this whole thing about We're forced

Speaker 1: to do this and we're forced to do that. I

Speaker 1: don't know where that comes from. That's so religious, and

Speaker 1: that's such a lie. We have a choice to make

Speaker 1: and you say I'm an atheist, I'm this, and I'm that.

Speaker 1: the third, you could go ahead and do that. But

Speaker 1: remember this. God is not obligated to answer your question

Speaker 1: or my question. Amen. He's love. So based upon him

Speaker 1: being love, he will allow us our own will, or

Speaker 1: we allow his life in us and we'll be doing

Speaker 1: his will. He allows us too much to force us

Speaker 1: into any kind of situation where we don't want to

Speaker 1: be a part of because he knows about eternity. He's

Speaker 1: the eternal being, Amen, And he's probably you know, saying, hey,

Speaker 1: if you don't want to be with me now in

Speaker 1: the temporal, well, why would you want to be with

Speaker 1: me for all eternity. So the fear of death is

Speaker 1: something that is really put intended alive in people's hearts,

Speaker 1: they have the fear of death. Maybe they have a

Speaker 1: fear of death because they don't know that death is final, right,

Speaker 1: or they think death is final. So they want to

Speaker 1: do and have fun as much as they can on

Speaker 1: this side of eternity, not knowing that there's another side

Speaker 1: of eternity, forever, forever, forever. More So, a lot of

Speaker 1: people want to party up. They want to try to

Speaker 1: stay young all their lives. They want to smoke, drink,

Speaker 1: have sex outside of marriage and all that because they

Speaker 1: think they have to use up their life and they
18:33
Speaker 1: have to do everything they can before they die. A Christians,

Speaker 1: we should be going around looking and believing that listen,

Speaker 1: I'm gonna try to do the best. Well, i have

Speaker 1: this little time here because I have a whole eternity

Speaker 1: in front of me. So the saying and the phrase

Speaker 1: that a lot of Christians say that your best is

Speaker 1: not here yet, you know your best is yet to come,

Speaker 1: because our eternity is yet to come. This is the

Speaker 1: temporary space that we're living in. Let's make seconds count,

Speaker 1: Let's make it matter, Let's make it worthwhile. You don't

Speaker 1: have to fear death. You don't have to have the

Speaker 1: fear of death, anxiety, depression, all that that happens where

Speaker 1: people fear of to have fear of death, and that's

Speaker 1: a real thing. And I'm not trying to belittle people

Speaker 1: who are going and experiencing that. This life is tough,

Speaker 1: and when you don't have hope. This life is tough

Speaker 1: when you're just looking at the temporary things. This life

Speaker 1: is tough if you're just looking at the world the

Speaker 1: way it's operating and the way it is. But we

Speaker 1: have a God who says, be cheerful, be of good

Speaker 1: cheer because He Jesus has already overcome this world's system.

Speaker 1: We're just waiting for his return. But in the meantime,

Speaker 1: we're commissioned and to go and preach the gospel and

Speaker 1: to make disciples, to baptize people in the name of

Speaker 1: the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost. We

Speaker 1: are commissioned to do that. We have the privilege to

Speaker 1: spread the Gospel. We have the authority, by the word

Speaker 1: of God to move here and there. We're not limited,

Speaker 1: unlimited when it comes to the power of God living

Speaker 1: inside of us by way of Holy Spirit. Amen. Manuel says,

Speaker 1: we don't want to be performing for God. Yes, we

Speaker 1: don't have to perform. It's not a performance, it is

Speaker 1: I would say, this is dress rehearsal. Right, So how

Speaker 1: we worship and how we praise, and how we live

Speaker 1: and how we make choices, and how we speak to people,

Speaker 1: and how we accept people for who they are, not

Speaker 1: for listen to this. We accept people for who they

Speaker 1: are and not for what they do. If they're sinning,

Speaker 1: we don't have to accept the sin. We have to

Speaker 1: just receive the person, pray for the person, love the person,

Speaker 1: and try best to give them what we have is

Speaker 1: the good news. Amen. A lot of people are gonna rejected.

Speaker 1: We already know that I used to reject the gospel

Speaker 1: before God saved my life. Amen, what about you? So

Speaker 1: I was just like the person that I'm trying to

Speaker 1: reach sometimes, right, So I know that there's a choice

Speaker 1: that needs to be made in their lives. And man,

Speaker 1: we have been given the ministry of reconciliation. Yes, we

Speaker 1: don't serve a God because we're getting paid to serve him.

Speaker 1: We serve a God because he loves us and we

Speaker 1: love him. Right. This is not a transaction that Hey,

Speaker 1: if you go and reconcile with this person and go

Speaker 1: rexite I'll give you this amount of money, this amount

Speaker 1: of blessing. That's not the God we serve. There's preachers

Speaker 1: out there that will make you believe that if you

Speaker 1: do this for God, God would do this for you,

Speaker 1: and it will be a monetary transaction, that you would

Speaker 1: be blessed beyond measured. This that, and third, we are

Speaker 1: blessed beyond measure. We have Holy God living inside of

Speaker 1: us by way of Holy Spirit. So we are the

Speaker 1: richest people on this planet Earth. But it's not monetary.

Speaker 1: A lot of times it could be monetary. There's believers
