He has a wildly successful podcast, Shark Theory, and Forged in the Dark has been mentioned twice. I I am humbled, I I am grateful, and and thank you, Baylor. Thank you for shouting out the podcast. Thank you for being such a big supporter, and not just a big supporter, but such a a pivotal part of of my growth and and getting to where I'm going. So so now this brings me all the way back to the other day. And I love it when I can keep saying you can't make this stuff up, you can't make this stuff up. I am so glad that my friend Nicole was with me for the entire afternoon because she got to experience this day. It was nothing short of magic. There were children, little babies, trying to get out of the shopping carts in the grocery stores to get to me. Their parents were blown away. The guy, the guy doing my pedicure. I simply said I was a runner and he massaged my feet extra long and he was very careful with the calluses. And my gosh, the compliments that just kept flowing. I wish I would have recorded it. I just kept looking at Nicole and we kept laughing. And this was literally everywhere we went. And this wasn't just when I was with my friend. Every single person I interacted with was so happy and excited to see me, even strangers. This one lady just walks right up to me and she says. It is so nice to see you today. And I said, it is so nice to see you today, too. Have we met? And she said, no, you just seem like the kind of person that likes to tell people to have good days, and I wanted to get to you first. You can't make it up. But when it comes to you having your own magical days, it makes me, it really did make me step back and look at the things that I'm doing in my life. Because whether you say that you were love-bombed by God or the universe, or you had a divinely guided day, or a completely magical day, a completely magical experience, there There is something in you that is attracting each and every one of those things. Yes, of course, your your your connection to the higher power is there. But let's talk for just a moment about the millions of little choices that you make every single day that determine your experience. Where your attention goes, your energy flows. What you believe you experience. You have to. If you have a belief that lives inside of you, it has no choice but to come into your physical reality. So, what are the millions of tiny choices that you are making every single day that are continuing to get you either the same experience or a different experience? And I think it's important here to honor all of the things that are going well. Because it is a million little things. Are you looking for what is going well in your life? Are you looking for ways to win? Or are you looking for all of the bad, all of the problems, all of the ways that you can just scrape by? Survive. Because being a genuinely happy person, a genuinely peaceful person, a person that that creates and attracts beautiful magical experiences consistently, there's a pattern here. There are things that I am doing. So that let me let me pause here because We have not talked a lot or I have not shared a lot on this show about how just a few short short months ago I I closed out a 20-year family history. I was finally able to sell the home that I lived in for 16 years that I mostly raised my children in. And And this was a huge transition in my life. And one that I actually thought would be a lot harder than it was. By the end, I was so excited to step into what comes next that the letting go of things that I thought would be much harder was, well, they weren't as hard as I thought they were going to be. But the house that I chose, I Love where I live so much. I every single day when I'm working from home, when I am practicing yoga, when I am walking through the house, practicing a keynote, just walking through the house. Anytime I go anywhere in my house, The things that I love about where I chose to live, I love just as much today as I did on day one. I I walk from room to room and stare in awe at how tall my ceilings are. my gosh, everything in my house is so tall. I have to have more than one, like, not even a step stool, like of the like steps tool ladders because I can't reach things at the top of the linen closet in the unless I want to play Spider Man and and you know climb up the shelves. But but I walk around my house Literally saying everything I love as I see it, everything I appreciate as I see it. And when I'm leaving my house, I go get in my car and and and and I rub the dashboard and I grip the steering wheel and I tell her how much I love her and I thank her in advance for keeping us safe for the whole duration of our trip. Where we're going, our return trip, all of it. And then I go out into the world with the belief that I am going to experience kind people, that I am going to have these amazing interactions with strangers. And that's exactly what happens most of the time. Course, I I occasionally experience someone who's having a really bad day or is a really bad driver, and I'm human. But for the most part, these magical days not only happen to me, but they are happening at happening at a frequency that unless you are literally with me for a day, you might not believe it. Now, my friend Nicole, she she she and I had so much fun with laughing and acknowledging and dancing, and she just like not dancing, I was skipping in Costco. She wasn't, that was me. But there is something to connecting with other humans. People you know, people you don't know. When it comes to you actually getting what you want out of life? Are you looking for the blessings? Are you looking for the wins? Are you looking for ways to get better? Or are you focused on what's not working? Are are you focused on the bad? Now I know you can't go from sad and sick and stuck to holy smokes, I can't believe this is my life overnight. But if you don't start right now today, you're just going to keep delaying the blessings. And when I tell you the blessings want to find you, they want to find you. Holy smokes, I got love bombed by the universe. And and and just the pure enjoyment of of sharing a kind moment with a stranger. But I believe, I believe that I'm going to have a good experience. And and when it comes to where your attention goes, your energy flows. Where your attention goes, your energy flows. And and and my attention goes on what I love, what I am creating, what I am grateful for. Okay. No, I just looked up and we are long today. Once again, thank you, all of you, for being here. Thank you for doing the work. Thank you for investing in yourself. Thank you for the comments. Thank you for sharing. Thank you so much for the shout outs. I have have so much appreciation and love for all of you. Thanks for being here. Until next time.
