Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and we'll go backs. Every now and
0:05
then I will come across and I'll be looking at
0:07
a store deputy. It just makes me for legal document.
0:11
If there is any way by the lawyer, we are
0:13
not worvingulation. Jane today is one of tho that they
0:18
didn't receive. There should be circums should have received. We're
0:22
a guy like that position, even with Diamond running from
0:26
because new information not time strategist. They wouldn't have think
0:31
that when you have the other allegations and you do,
0:35
Jamie is going involve Jeffery Epstein right, he doesn't want
0:38
to right time to talk about your concerned and gave
0:43
him a diamondation. This guy couldn't even manage the bank.
0:49
But I don't think that's going under his watch. Especially
0:52
we should let him wattle whole commation. Kayn't wait to
0:56
especially if Jamie Diamond didn't receive it. Today's art so
1:00
today the New York Post from business if Jamie the
1:03
headline wants political lawyer for Jeffrey need to answer about
1:06
Epstein wants to question author Charlie Jamie Diamond again the
1:12
author of the start Morgan Chief Diamond America's top banker,
1:16
but lawyer also one of the want to sign by
1:21
JP Morgan Chase after're steering the nation Arges bank telling
1:25
Judge through the downs that they can come money along
1:28
the way and over one hundred for it. They could
1:31
have you. He made that questions along the way, under
1:33
manipulating the whole entire still relviously common tactic. Honest, here's
1:37
the thing where one side, I really think that Epstein
1:40
the only one of the others, the Homie Hooker and
1:42
the J Morgan anything the banks that were talked about
1:45
to get of course not and that's when your emotions
1:48
the lord that were any other same over discoverableterials these
1:53
either side of saying and not received, they were also protecting.
1:57
They're saying your executives they didn't have any of the
1:59
relevant in and made that they have the buck stops
2:02
with the guy actually because it wasn't to them. You
2:05
want all that time, you want to make five hundred
2:07
million dollars in the yield or whatever that for the
2:09
defonition recently, you're going to shoulder some of the ability.
2:13
As far as I'm the Virgin Island, what everybody else does,
2:16
Lawyer the accuser, I'm concerning relevant information now from Jamie.
2:21
There is zero chance ever in a letter to matter
2:24
what situation, and it don't matter if the with LSD
2:27
wrote that Morgan's untiming and the trigger down delivery possibly
2:32
documents because he knows being president required by the way
2:36
back President. In May, Michael biod successful experiencing doctor in
2:41
the twenty twenty inexplicably the mud the lawyers large and
2:45
Road on Friday, these people say, I'm sure most about
2:48
you recognized that I'm done with that running and a
2:52
big multi company to get men before the mention of
2:56
a lot of the mouth and they also by as
3:00
well another there's that likely factoring into his I've said
3:04
it from the very beginning. That is currently the farms
3:07
that get involved all of the infamous financier for the
3:11
little guy or the little guy even from his grave.
3:13
It's because then they're now better more and his present
3:18
day will ambition. They're gonna get a bunch of money
3:20
collateral moves. We guess they're gonna get publish. You read
3:23
what you saw. It's a win wind for Jamia because
3:26
it's political life million you're working for it even begin
3:29
and there's no idea that they're in your company guy
3:32
as well. Don't do business with people like Jeff warned
3:35
that the banks like you know, the bags of waking
3:38
up one morning and using your teeth, taking a shower
3:41
and not doing clear warning. Just do that. Hem you're
3:45
ahead of the gel to, and the same goes to
3:47
these scumback billion arguments. I want to hang out all
3:50
these people, key witnesses. They're choosing I gonna do it.
3:53
Billionaires could be anywhere else in the higher world, he continued,
3:56
they choose yet Jeffrey Epstein weekend prior to the whatever
4:00
reason fact. So you're in immediately people call you out
4:03
on six and read up your chu. Nobody gives a
4:06
fuck about how inventded you are because you're naming the
4:09
major documents next to which game. Here's an idea, you'll fly.
4:12
I will break bread with the assole and nobody will
4:15
talk about you long past being his friends. So she's
4:17
saying that they's between nineteen ninety eight and twenty thirteen.
4:20
Even pedophiles already tall as a major client. Morgan that
4:25
had already had best known for the sex trafficking Docsliver
4:29
forty considered all is one of the most relevant hundreds
4:34
of millions of dollars produced because of his nasubstantial well
4:38
strategically with help because he was a private financial no
4:41
longer a coder millionaire use like JP fame employee less
4:47
letter can tell brands and definitely get bigger hit. I
4:51
got mad several we're talking about another most powerful people.
4:54
This is in the world of what I am, and
4:56
business from high profile would show us, this is what
4:58
they do. Armed is what you paying with all of
5:00
these names, the water that he was in control off
5:03
that all of these people as far the money he
5:06
had still court at least in a proper way doctrine
5:10
what they were doing giving all of this money wants
5:14
to go and to other giving Jeffreyttey of attorney performers,
5:18
did you fall and hit your head? Morgan? Are you
5:20
asking food and well from a baby? Food? And all
5:23
of a sudden the dal banker, mister big shot, thousand
5:26
money bags of two thousand. I built abern A nice
5:30
janetorious lawyers get downs people the kingdom. But how is
5:34
de genous? For no reason? With the then later on
5:37
out of the road, ask if you want to try
5:39
and to selous the story got things going on that
5:42
money from me aware of Yeah, okay, sure, because it
5:44
would seem to me if that wasn't going after people
5:46
to give you an hour whatever that vows and the
5:49
legacy medialy good and call you out. But I guess,
5:53
come on, man one hundred and fifty eight million dollars
5:55
victim in the case he's going for advice only by
5:58
the Global controls? How much an investment JP not immediately
6:02
on Epstein was such a an angel wizard bank is
6:08
to lawsuits. That's your damage because it wasn't about it
6:11
was that? What was it really about? One involves allegations
6:14
from Epstein's accuser. Webstein developed contact and from the brought
6:21
by the US nineteen he got a jail cell and
6:25
Morgan tried tofter being arrested a second vert of the
6:28
sex traffic of already settled in the weeks leading up
6:31
to a death for more than about a career, and
6:34
I think pardicular how I ended the charges that were
6:38
more US Virgin Islands. I just want you to know
6:40
I'm not a pedopp here. Maybe the only thing worse
6:43
than being all the pedophal comprehension being called anyone a
6:47
good idea? He said it was just ridiculous pedophile the
6:51
US Virginians. Then tel Dollar in you might say multiple
6:55
things that my position they can they should be on
6:58
the federal lawsuit, and the felt that he didn't like
7:00
that name was also I love that executive named jeff
7:04
Staley who has Epstein wanted me to world the bank.
7:07
He wasn't a monster, but so to rounding her clients,
7:11
charging and trying to make daily and you know, nobody
7:14
had said somebody that the rogue and bloye served. Yeah,
7:18
rich and the powerful. You don't go on work at
7:20
buying that it's several thousand and made lots of money,
7:24
not being somebody who's I'm sure that's all he was doing.
7:26
Somebody was looked at advisory junior bakers around junior employed
7:32
off decisions all day exactly like the Le of Delphi.
7:35
And instead of doing the right thing, Jeffrey using his position,
7:39
I then asked people like justifying the crimes that way
7:43
according to you didn't know the girls finger age his
7:45
whole ass hand. Yes, he said the cookie eating, he
7:48
was guilty of that. He is getting called on the
7:50
receiving everybody evertical massages and between any of them against him. Yes,
7:55
daily and if lawyer, we're looking to cash. I hate
7:58
to say the riot and crude about well, but imagine
8:01
having like that to say that to somebody foot for
8:04
Charlie Gas, that's what it looks like. That's how a
8:06
lot more I would all of them. I went the
8:11
line and the tape out of his mouth. But instead
8:14
and everybody's pointing the fers at everybody else righteous, nobody
8:18
with is a responsibility make you sick? How can the
8:21
part of the whole right and that is just shows
8:24
you the allegations and there right now you are within
8:28
his those come with one single done to be sure
8:32
and yet and for me you down the JP you
8:37
try and recoup the monthy PM is now being clued.
8:39
But if you were wrong, you an island probate government,
8:43
private resident, there was allegedly allegedly your chunk of that
8:48
alleged but notage still saying your body after everything I
8:52
learned with better people, Charlie Gasparino are helping out accuser
8:56
also J Morgan, how the hell are you going to
8:59
private on both allegedly aacilitated as they continue the profit
9:03
allowed fun and he done out of the would be
9:06
a whole other thing than going to prison. According with
9:09
my there, that happened at least with any of the
9:12
people because the down in the US epstein that were
9:17
you even get we all go in. Of course they
9:19
don't have any nobody said down nobody you know, I
9:23
know a couple of people on all the chips are
9:26
people in the center the table, and they were saying,
9:28
happened no way, what are the real organs? Ever? Let
9:32
the people go far accuser end up. I don't pay
9:37
ball to the best. What happens with that's a whole
9:41
different ball game, just because they're never gonna want the
9:44
audio to one of the humiliation because that opens that
9:47
a series the available if they say that, okay, it
9:51
was our fault, that just the roll the U S
9:53
dis ordered everybody else out there and automatically period while
10:01
people being anyway, the flood gates haven't opened up. That's
10:05
like you Morgan in August day. For this way, you're
10:10
going to see them go after Staley. Dad. I've said
10:12
from the jold that I think that the lawsuit, with
10:16
the whole entire situation out of court in the U
10:18
S a monetary far from like we saw, it's gonna
10:22
get Messier. JPM began doing reality several years matter for
10:27
several years for his two thousand fiction agency Sex That
10:31
is another Girl Injustice. I am still in going after
10:35
jam in two thousands. All going to be so it's
10:38
hard because that's going to give it everything else on
10:42
his way at the top, they're going to go to
10:44
courl against us or the management against Jay's concerns about
10:49
asking around other than that's a property. Shot it away
10:53
and they know I a supervised with that's expected because
10:56
the way, yeah, that Epstein on their own because there
11:01
were other people a bank that you who were law
11:06
with the US Virgin Islands. You had people had people
11:10
legal knows where people were inoved, different people know what
11:15
had different animals we saw because to settle a bunch
11:18
of can anyone sit here and I will like to
11:20
see about people at Morgan, I g what was going
11:23
to see them settling because that every idea what was
11:29
going on and they knew was the sick they can
11:33
with the business can be the fact and the description
11:35
of how is it that the bank thinks they're not
11:38
going to be culpable here. For years, the firm investigated
11:42
money transfers made by Epstein and filed suspicious activity reports
11:46
with bank regulators when they saw money bouncing from his
11:50
JPM accounts to places overseas. Epstein was said to have
11:55
various excuses for the money moves, like fueling his private jet.
11:59
So what happens is when they send over one of
12:01
those suspicious activity reports from the bank, it goes to
12:05
the fins In Division, the Financial Enforcement Division, and then
12:09
they're supposed to look at those stars, the suspicious activity reports,
12:13
and go from there either open an investigation or move
12:17
it to the next level. And none of that happened either.
12:20
So it was a failure not only on the bank's part,
12:23
but on the regulatory committee's part as well. And fince In.
12:27
We've already seen the fence and files and the shit
12:29
show that goes on at that division. So here once
12:33
again we're getting a live look in at the absolute
12:37
terrible work done by the fince In Division and of
12:41
course the financial sector as a whole, when we're talking
12:44
about regulating scumbags like Epstein. JPM looked and found no
12:49
evidence that the money was used in sex trafficking. JPM
12:52
contends people at the bank also said they kept him
12:56
around in part because he was close to a powerful
12:59
jp executive, Jess Staley. Staley was the bank's head of
13:03
private and investment banking. Once considered an air apparent to Diamond,
13:09
Staley and Epstein were so tight that Staley stayed at
13:12
Epstein's Virgin Islands there known as Pedophile Island. Once Staley
13:16
left JPM in twenty thirteen, Epstein was gone as well,
13:21
transferring his money to Deutsche Bank, where it remained almost
13:25
until he died. And that was just a coincidence, right,
13:29
His boy boogied, so he was like, you know what
13:31
I'm done? Of course not. That was his guys point guy.
13:35
And once Jess Staley was gone and he was no
13:38
longer able to pull those levers, well, Epstein wasn't gonna
13:41
trust just anyone to be involved in his bullshit, and
13:44
neither were Epstein's handlers. Don't forget about them. Stale has
13:49
said he's done nothing wrong. His attorney didn't return an
13:53
email for comment, and in recent testimony he has said
13:56
he wasn't the only JPM hancho aware of Epstein's lurid presence.
14:01
Epstein's business deals inside JPM were well known to the
14:05
firm's legal department, as well as top wealth management officials,
14:09
according to depositions taken in JPM lawsuits. But Staley, in
14:15
one core document, says he's specifically discussed matters relating to
14:19
Epstein with Diamond himself, according to a person with direct
14:23
knowledge of the matter, So how do you explain that
14:27
somebody's lying and if they're doing it under oath, they
14:30
should get in trouble for that. It should be perjury,
14:33
just like it would be for me. Or you go
14:35
and try and lie to the government or lie under
14:37
oath and see how quick your ass gets arrested. So
14:40
why is it not the same standard for bitch ass
14:42
Jamie Diamond. Diamond denies ever speaking to Staley about Epstein.
14:48
People at the firms say they've scoured around five million
14:51
emails and documents involving Epstein and have found nothing linking
14:55
Diamond with discussions of Epstein. If Diamond had conversations about
15:00
Epstein with Staley, they say it was only in passing.
15:03
Diamond never met and barely knew who Epstein was until
15:07
his twenty nineteen arrest and apparent suicide. They add, who
15:11
believes that, Like, did you add that on there and
15:14
you thought it would be more believable. You know. That's
15:16
when you're like telling your parents a lie as a kid, right,
15:19
You're like, Oh, I'm gonna sauce this bitch up a
15:21
little bit, and i'm gonna add some nice fillers here.
15:24
I'm gonna make sure they believe me. And then the
15:26
story becomes so fucking bizarre that your parents are like, Okay,
15:29
nobody's believing this shit. Okay, you and Joey snuck out
15:32
last night and you too were drinking beer basically the
15:35
same thing here, right, who's believing this? It would be
15:38
like your kid coming to you with a wild story
15:40
about Bigfoot kidnapping them. And that's why ditch School JP
15:46
Morgan is suing Staley for allegedly ignoring obvious red flags
15:51
about Epstein. Staley's attorneys have denied the accusation. Yes, pretty
15:56
messy stuff, all playing out in court, as this column
15:59
goes depressed, it would also be playing out in a
16:03
presidential campaign if Diamond chose to run. You can guarantee
16:07
that more than you've ever guaranteed anything in your life,
16:11
because me, my fat mouth, and my beard would certainly
16:14
be apping about it, and I'm pretty sure most of
16:17
you would be right behind me doing the same thing.
16:21
All right, everybody that's gonna do it for this episode.
16:24
All of the information that goes with the episode can
16:27
be found in the description box. It's up, every one,
16:30
and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Even though Denise
16:35
George is no longer the Attorney General down in the
16:39
US Virgin Islands, well, their lawsuit is still alive and well,
16:44
and in fact, they're lobbing some bombs at JP Morgan
16:48
saying that Jamie Diamond knew about Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking
16:53
and didn't do anything about it. In fact, basically turn
16:57
the other cheek and just let it occur. Now, those
17:02
are some big allegations against one of the titans of
17:06
the financial sector. But one of the things that I
17:10
have said from the very beginning of this whole, entire
17:14
sordid ordeal with Jeffrey Epstein is that it should have
17:18
been a search into the financials. If they would have
17:21
dug deep into the financial records of Jeffrey Epstein and
17:25
all of his buddies, forget it, it would have been
17:29
a rap. And they had all of the tools right
17:32
there at their disposal to do so, and they chose
17:36
not to. They had more rico predicates available to them.
17:40
Then the Kardashians have ex boyfriends, but they chose not
17:45
to go down that path. And if they did, all
17:48
of these clowns would have been exposed. But you notice
17:51
the only time any of them ever have to answer
17:54
for anything is when it's in a civil court. And
17:58
then what do they do. They buy their way out
18:01
of it once again, rinse and repeat. That is the strategy.
18:05
So I'm guessing that's what's gonna happen here. When all
18:07
said and done, JP Morgan will pay a fine to
18:11
the US Virgin Islands. The US Virgin Islands, well, they'll
18:14
collect another bag on top of the one they've already Pilford.
18:18
And meanwhile, nobody from the US Virgin Islands who helped
18:22
Jeffrey Epstein get all of these tax benefits, set up
18:25
shop and all of the rest of it, well none
18:28
of them have went to prison or faced any penalties. So,
18:33
like usual, another cash grab. And it wasn't just Denise George,
18:38
it's the whole US Virgin Islands. Sure she was orchestrating it,
18:42
but they see blood in the water here and they're
18:44
saying to themselves we might as well continue down this
18:47
path and pursue this and see what comes of it.
18:50
We already got one hundred million. Meanwhile, how many countless
18:54
women and children were abused by Jeffrey Epstein and never
18:57
had any kind of publicity or or restitution. And all
19:02
of this money is going to the US Virgin Islands
19:04
And where's it gonna go from there? Are you gonna
19:07
try and pitch to me that they're gonna make the
19:10
citizens of the US Virgin Islands lives better? Yeah, that's
19:13
exactly what all of these politicians plan on doing. Give
19:18
me a break already. But as far as Jamie Diamond,
19:21
I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to
19:23
see the dude squirm. As you all know, I'm not
19:26
a big fan of the financial sector or the scuzballs
19:30
who inhabit it, and Jamie Diamond certainly fits the mold.
19:34
So let's dive into this article from Law and Crime
19:38
and let's see what Adam Klasfeld has for US headline.
19:42
JP Morgan, CEO Jamie Diamond knew about Jeffrey Epstein's sex
19:48
trafficking Virgin Islands, tells judge, So look, it's not an
19:52
accuser saying that this time it's the Virgin Island saying
19:55
it in open court. Pretty significant. And if you're JP
20:01
Morgan and you're Jamie Diamond, and you already have all
20:04
of the Jess stay nonsense hanging over your head, this
20:08
is probably not the news that you're looking forward to hearing.
20:13
Skewering JP Morgan's attempt to deflect blame on its former
20:17
senior executive Jess Staley. The Virgin Islands government told the
20:22
judge on Thursday that the banks role in Jeffrey Epstein's
20:26
sex trafficking went straight to the top. Now, that is
20:30
quite the allegation, and you're going to obviously need the
20:34
evidence to back that up in court because if you
20:37
don't think that JP Morgan and Jamie Diamond aren't going
20:42
to have the best lawyers that money can buy, well
20:45
you're not paying attention. That's exactly what they're going to have,
20:49
and that's exactly what they do have. So they're going
20:52
to challenge every little thing. And if you're saying that
20:55
it went right to the top, you're going to have
20:58
to provide that proof received eat maybe somebody giving testimony,
21:02
whatever it might be. Now, what happens here though is
21:06
it does open up the possibility, even though I find
21:10
it to be a slight possibility at this point anyway,
21:14
that Jamie Diamond perhaps has to be deposed. And if
21:19
that's the case, boy, that would be an enjoyable day
21:22
to be a roach in the rushes to watch this
21:25
dude's squirm as he's being deposed about sex trafficking and
21:30
scumbag Epstein's behavior, talk about just desserts. If mister Staley
21:38
is a rogue employee, why isn't Jamie Diamond? The government's
21:41
Private Council Mimi Lou thundered interclosing arguments. In August two
21:46
thousand and eight, an internal JP Morgan email discussed the
21:50
flow of Epstein's assets with a reference depending Diamond review.
21:55
That's Jamie Diamond, said Lou, an attorney at Mottley Rice.
22:00
And look, those are the kind of receipts that I'm
22:03
talking about. And when you have at least some of
22:05
those receipts, at the very least, you should be able
22:09
to get a deposition. And if that's the case, then
22:12
who knows what happens from there? All of these so
22:15
called smartest people in the room don't seem that smart
22:18
to me, So the chances are this knucklehead will end
22:21
up perjuring himself if he did something illegal. After that message,
22:26
she noted, Epstein remained a client for five more years.
22:31
The remarks provide insight into why the Virgin Islands issued
22:35
a subpoena a Diamond earlier this year, and why Senior
22:39
US Judge Jed Raykoff signed off on it. And for me,
22:44
this is the most important part of this kind of
22:47
civil action. When we get to the trial portion of it,
22:51
where there's hearings and testimony, then we get a lot
22:54
more information that we don't have right now, and obviously
22:58
the more context we have, the better off we all are.
23:02
JP Morgan, the world's largest bank by market capitalization, was
23:07
Epstein's bank of choice between nineteen ninety eight and twenty thirteen,
23:13
well after Epstein's Florida prosecution for soliciting prostitution with a minor.
23:20
That relationship has been under newfound spotlight after Epstein's survivors
23:25
and the Virgin Islands sued JP Morgan Chase late last year,
23:30
claiming that it facilitated, sustained, and concealed Epstein's abuse. Earlier
23:36
this month, JP Morgan launched a counter offensive against their
23:41
former senior executive, James Edward Jess Staley, claiming he concealed
23:46
his personal activities with Epstein. So like usual, everybody's in
23:52
a rush to throw everybody else under the bus, when
23:56
in reality it was a systemic problem, and not just
24:00
at JP Morgan. We're talking about Deutsche Bank and everywhere else.
24:05
This disgusting animal, Jeffrey Epstein was doing business. The Virgin Islands, however,
24:11
says that their knowledge of Staley's actions came from JP
24:15
Morgan's internal files. These were JP Morgan documents. Lou said,
24:20
everything we knew JP Morgan knew. During his time at
24:24
JP Morgan, Staley cultivated deep personal and business ties with
24:29
Jeffrey Epstein at a time when the executive led the
24:33
bank's asset management and investment division. Staley exchanged upwards of
24:39
one thousand, two hundred messages with Epstein. He sent one
24:43
of those messages from Epstein's private island Little Saint Jeff's,
24:48
while his client was in a Florida prison. In their lawsuit,
24:52
the Virgin Islands provided glimpses of those exchanges called from
24:56
the bank's internal files. Now if they weren't close, like
25:00
Staley likes to say, then, what are you doing hanging
25:03
out on his island? Well, old boy is in the clink.
25:07
Does that sound like just a stranger type of activity.
25:11
Oh yeah, I really don't know this guy, but I'm
25:13
gonna go soak my boys in his hot tub while
25:16
he rots away in a jail over child solicitation and
25:21
basically child molestation. Does that sound like a good idea
25:25
to anyone out here, never mind the dude who's supposed
25:29
to be running the asset management division of the biggest bank,
25:33
and not just the United States, but the whole last world.
25:37
Does that sound like the behavior of somebody who should
25:40
be in any position of power. Bros out here lounging
25:43
at a diddler's house and then talking about, Oh, I
25:46
didn't have any idea what he was up to stop it.
25:51
So when all hell breaks loose and the world is crumbling,
25:54
I will come here and be at peace. Staley wrote
25:57
to Epstein from the Virgin Islands on November first, two
26:01
thousand and nine, during Epstein's incarceration. Presently, I'm in the
26:06
hot tub with a glass of white wine. This is
26:09
an amazing place, truly amazing. Next time, we're here together.
26:14
I owe you much, and I deeply appreciate our friendship.
26:17
I have few so profound. But remember, he has no
26:21
idea who Jeffrey Epstein is, or what Epstein was up to,
26:24
or anything like that. That's what Jess Staley, what Jamie Diamond,
26:28
what all of these scoundrels will have you believe. But
26:32
if you really just pay attention to the real facts
26:35
and what's really going on on the ground, it's no
26:39
mystery to understand that all of these people were super
26:44
close to Jeffrey Epstein. All of them were very close
26:47
to him. They all broke bread with them, They all
26:50
went to his island, they went to his New York house.
26:53
Let's not forget that they all went to Zoro Ranch
26:56
as well. You get tickets. Now, we still don't have
27:01
any kind of real investigation there. Not to digress too
27:04
much and go off on a tangent, but look at
27:06
the shit show that we see with Alec Baldwin. You
27:09
mean to tell me that the people in charge in
27:12
New Mexico are capable of dealing with a guy like
27:16
Epstein or what he was up to. Come on, so,
27:19
there certainly was a reason that he chose New Mexico
27:22
in the first place, and all of these people that
27:25
we talk about, for the most part, they were making
27:27
trips out to New Mexico as well. That was only
27:32
one of Staley's visits to Epstein's island. The Virgin Islands
27:37
alleges that they trace payments from Epstein's accounts at JP
27:41
Morgan to women with Eastern European surnames timed near Staley's
27:47
visits to be the sex offender's properties in London and
27:51
Palm Beach. Everything that mister Staley did was in the
27:54
scope of his employment and thus imputed to JP Morgan,
28:00
lou argued. Earlier this week, attorneys for Epstein survivors accused
28:05
Staley of participating in Epstein's crimes. That hearing referenced unspecified
28:11
allegations that one Jane Doe survivor made against Staley during
28:16
a deposition. The deposition came up again on Thursday, as
28:21
JP Morgan's lawyer John Buttz said, it's why the bank
28:25
came down hard on Staley. What happened at that deposition
28:29
fundamentally changed things, but said, oh, that's going to be
28:33
their excuse. Oh well, we finally got our hands on
28:36
that deposition, and that fundamentally changed things. We realized then
28:40
that Jeff Staley was, you know, a lot closer to
28:43
Epstein than we knew before. And that's the same tired
28:47
ass nonsense that we've heard time and time again. And
28:51
I don't know about all of you, but I've had
28:54
my phil. The Virgin Islands lawsuit alleges that JP Morgan
28:59
violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, the first comprehensive federal
29:04
law to address trafficking in persons, the Criminally Influenced and
29:09
Corrupt Organizations Act, the territory's analog of federal anti racketeering law,
29:15
violating the Bank's Secrecy Act, and consumer fraud. Judge Rakoff
29:21
set down a brisk roadmap for a trial the survivor's
29:24
lawsuit against Deutsche Bank, which did business with Epstein, after
29:29
JP Morgan has been set for August eighth. JP Morgan
29:33
Chase will face off against the Epstein survivors and the
29:36
Virgin Islands government at trial on October twenty third. Raykoff
29:42
moved the latter trial date in light of JP Morgan's
29:45
lawsuit against Staley. So as you can see, things are
29:49
continuing to heat up down in the Virgin Islands, and
29:53
I hope that they continue to escalate and we continue
29:56
to hear more about people like Jamie Diamond possible having
30:01
to sit for a deposition, because it's long beyond time
30:05
that all of these people who were facilitating this nonsense
30:09
financially were called out for the gigantic role that they
30:14
played in this ongoing abuse that lasted literally decades. All right, folks,
30:21
that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
30:23
information that goes with the episode can be found in
30:27
the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to
30:31
the Epstein Chronicles. Jamie Diamond, big shot from JP Morgan,
30:38
is sitting for a deposition today and he's going to
30:41
be deposed for lawsuits that accuse the bank of facilitating
30:46
and profiting from sex trafficking by their longtime customer, Jeffrey Epstein.
30:52
This comes as the Battle Royale down in the US
30:55
Virgin Islands between JP Morgan, unnamed accusers Jesse Daily and
31:01
the US Virgin Island government continues tumash its way through
31:06
the court. So today we're going to talk a little
31:08
bit more about Jamie Diamond and him sitting for this
31:12
deposition to do that we have an article from CNBC
31:17
and the author of this article is Dan Mangen headlined.
31:22
JP Morgan CEO Jamie Diamond faces deposition in Jeffrey Epstein lawsuits.
31:29
I'm honestly shocked that this guy is even giving these depositions.
31:33
I figured he'd find a way to weasel himself out
31:37
and not have to deal with sitting down like a
31:39
commoner and talking about what his bank might have been
31:43
up to. Guys like Jamie Diamond usually find a way
31:47
to wiggle out. Oh my mom is sick. I have
31:49
a gopher who has an ingrown hair. You know, every
31:53
excuse under the sun. JP Morgan, Chase CEO Jamie Diamond
31:58
was said to be deposed fry at his bank's New
32:01
York headquarters for lawsuits that accuse the company of facilitating
32:06
and profiting from sex trafficking by its longtime customer, Jeffrey Epstein.
32:12
Diamond and JP Morgan, which denies any wrongdoing and liability
32:16
in the cases, earlier lost an effort to dismiss the
32:20
suits by the plaintiffs, the government of the US Virgin
32:24
Islands and an anonymous Epstein accuser, So they tried their
32:28
damnedest to get this thrown out without a jury or
32:32
a judge ever getting a real look at what was
32:34
going on, And that's always the best course of action.
32:38
If you're somebody like JP Morgan, right, the last thing
32:41
you want to do is have to answer for this
32:43
bullshit in court. So if you can get it thrown
32:46
out find a judge that's favorable to your cause, then
32:50
so much the better. But that didn't happen this time,
32:53
and Judge Rakoff has decided that they're going to have
32:56
to answer for their bullshit. Now how far that goes?
32:59
Once we get into the courtroom, we all know the deal.
33:02
It's gonna be a couple of wink wink nudge nudges,
33:05
and there's gonna be a bunch of payoffs. Besides that,
33:08
there's not gonna be any kind of real punishment for anybody.
33:12
What do you think Jamie Diamond is going to sit
33:14
in the jail cell ever? Zero chance? What do you
33:17
think Jess Staley is even though he's being accused of
33:21
Haines's crimes? If that was any of us being accused
33:24
of what Jess Staley is being accused of, forget it,
33:28
we'd be getting tarred and feathered and dragged down to
33:30
the local police station on just allegations. But it's not
33:34
good enough when it's Jess Staley or Glenn Dubin or
33:37
George Mitchell or Bill Richardson. The suits claim that JP Morgan,
33:42
the biggest bank in the United States, kept Epstein as
33:46
a customer even after learning he was being investigated for
33:50
sexually abusing underage girls in Florida, and after he pleaded
33:54
guilty in a state charge there in two thousand and
33:57
eight to paying for sex from a minor. And we
34:01
all know that paying was that was the hush money.
34:05
What do you think These little girls were walking around
34:08
on whatever the blade is down there in Palm Beach
34:10
and they were women of the night. That wasn't how
34:13
this worked. This dude recruited little girls to go and
34:17
recruit other little girls for him, and it was all
34:20
managed by some elder women like Glenne Maxwell and Sarah
34:24
Kelln Vickers, who were really at the controls. Everybody else
34:28
was just a pawn, right, a piece to be moved
34:31
on the chessboard for Epstein's desires and to advance whatever disgusting,
34:36
weird ass plot he had cooking. The bank is accused
34:41
in the complaints in the US District Court in Manhattan
34:45
of doing so in order to keep Epstein, who kept
34:48
tens of millions of dollars in accounts there despite internal
34:52
concerns about his slimy reputation. Remember, they don't care about
34:56
your reputation. The only thing that you can possibly do
35:00
that is bad for business is be broke. Everything else
35:04
it's game on. You want to abuse children, you want
35:07
to beat on your wife, you want to be an
35:09
arms dealer. Hell, everybody's welcomed in the elite circles that
35:13
these scumbags run. In the Virgin Island, says Epstein used
35:17
frequent cash withdrawals he made from those accounts to pay
35:21
for young women to travel to the American Territory so
35:24
that he and others could abuse them at his residence
35:28
on a private island that he owned. So where are
35:31
the others? Everybody wants to talk about the others in
35:34
all of these articles. How come these journalists don't go deeper? Okay,
35:38
so they say others, Let's dig a little deeper. Who
35:40
are these others? And when you start digging, it's rather
35:43
obvious that a bunch of people have already been named.
35:46
And that's why. I find it laughable when you have
35:48
people out here on Twitter and elsewhere talking about how
35:52
they're going to expose this one or that one. Bro.
35:55
When you have guys like George Mitchell and Bill Richardson
35:59
being completely exposed in this and nothing happening, I find
36:02
it so bizarre that people would rather talk about folks
36:06
like Tom Hanks and other people in Hollywood while simply
36:09
ignoring people like Ehud Barack, or ignoring people like Bill Richardson,
36:14
or ignoring people like George Mitchell. It makes me wonder
36:18
what their real intentions are when they're covering or talking
36:21
about this case. Because the real meat and potatoes here,
36:25
folks are not the jesters that get dressed up and
36:29
dance for our shekels. That means the jerk offs in Hollywood.
36:32
The real problem here are these degenerates that were at
36:36
the levers of power and still hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein.
36:39
People out here are acting like we should be shocked
36:42
that Hollywood's full of degenerates. We already knew that this
36:45
isn't breaking news, So I'm always skeptical of these people
36:49
out here banging the druma about this name or that name.
36:52
When the names of importance that have already been dropped
36:55
are out there, and none of these people that are
36:58
supposedly going to expose everything have done a damn thing,
37:02
and they'll continue to just beffeckless grifters. But somehow that
37:06
generates buzz. People want that kind of stuff. I guess
37:10
me personally, I don't care about all the salacious rumor.
37:14
I don't care about Tom Hanks. I don't care about
37:17
none of that. You know what, I care about the
37:19
facts right here in front of my face, things that
37:21
have been in court documents that people in the legacy
37:25
media even can't dispute. Those are the things that we
37:29
should be pushing forward. That's the ball that should be
37:32
carried over the goal line. But the sad truth is
37:35
this space, like just about any other, is populated with
37:39
a bunch of charlatans, grifters, liars, and con artists. I
37:44
have this secret information, and if you subscribe to my
37:47
newsletter for the mirror price of four ninety nine a month,
37:51
that information can be yours too. Every time I see
37:54
garbage like that, I want to reach for the draino
37:57
and drink it. Human trafficking was the Prince business. Of
38:01
the accounts Epstein maintained at JP Morgan. The Virgin Island
38:05
suit says Diamond's deposition is being taken in private. The
38:09
questions he has asked and the answers he gives would
38:12
only become public if they are used in court filings
38:16
and proceedings, or if they are leaked, and I would
38:19
never rule that out. You never know when we're talking
38:22
about court transcripts here, we're not talking about grand jury transcripts,
38:26
so there's always a chance minuscule, but there's always a
38:29
chance that this stuff does get dumped. JP Morgan didn't
38:33
immediately respond to CNBC's requests for comment. In addition to
38:38
questioning Diamond under oath, the Virgin Islands has issued a
38:42
flurry of subpoenas seeking documents related to Epstein and JP
38:46
Morgan from a number of high profile people. The government
38:50
suspects Epstein tried to recruit as fellow clients of the bank.
38:55
And as great as it is to see the US
38:57
Virgin Islands calling out the bank here for their role
39:01
in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, do you really think they'd
39:05
be doing that if hundreds of millions of dollars weren't
39:08
on the line. I highly doubt they would be, because remember,
39:12
it's never been about justice here. They had ample opportunity
39:16
to meet some justice out and they chose not to. Instead,
39:20
they chose to weet their beak out of Jeffrey Epstein's palm.
39:24
They include Tesla's CEO Elon Musk, Google co founders Larry
39:29
Page and Sergey Brinn, former Disney executive Michael Lowitz, Hyt
39:33
Hotels executive chairman Thomas Pritzker, and Mord Zuckerman, the billionaire
39:39
real estate investor. Diamond's deposition comes more than a week
39:43
after Deutsche Bank agreed to pay seventy five million dollars
39:47
to Epstein's survivors to settle a would be class action
39:51
lawsuit by one of his accusers. Deutsche Bank had taken
39:55
on Epstein as a customer after JP Morgan severed ties
39:59
with in twenty thirteen, after keeping him on as a
40:04
client for fifteen years. So imagine they have the audacity
40:07
to look anybody in the face and say they did
40:10
the right thing. Here. You were in bed with an
40:13
absolute serpent for all those years, and now it's all
40:16
Jeff Staley's fault. Huh. You guys had nothing to do
40:19
with it. Deutsche Bank had taken on Epstein as a
40:24
customer after JP Morgan severed ties with them in twenty thirteen,
40:28
after keeping him as a client for fifteen years. JP
40:32
Morgan has said Diamond had not reviewed Epstein's accounts when
40:36
he was a client there from nineteen ninety eight through
40:39
twenty thirteen, the year that JP Morgan severed its relationship
40:44
with him. So they also want you to believe that
40:47
the boss of the whole ass company had no idea
40:49
about this big time player, Jeffrey Epstein, and never once
40:53
took a look at his file. I can say that's
40:55
absolute bs. When I was managing a sportsbook, forget it,
41:00
I was going through files all the time of our players,
41:02
what their tendency was, how much money they usually deposited
41:06
or forwarded over, how much money they took out when
41:09
they left, so I could be prepared. And as you
41:12
all know, I'm certainly no financial genius, all right, just
41:16
some dumbass. And if I was doing it, you mean
41:19
to tell me that Jamie Diamond never once cracked open
41:22
the books for a look. If so, he's negligent. What
41:26
else did he miss and should JP Morgan even keep
41:29
them on board, or should they find somebody that's going
41:32
to take their job a little more serious when it
41:34
comes to compliance. Epstein died six years later from suicide,
41:39
allegedly in a New York jail, a month after federal
41:43
authorities charged him with trafficking girls for sex. You know
41:47
what's so crazy all the people that are like gung
41:49
ho to believe the official narrative about Jeffrey Epstein dying
41:53
of suicide, like you see in these articles when they
41:56
say it definitively, and then they'll say, well, you know,
41:59
that's what the coroner said, that's what the medical advisor said,
42:03
until the next time there's a situation and it doesn't
42:06
run with their bias, and then all of a sudden, oh, well,
42:10
what are you going to believe the government? So it's
42:13
either you believe what these people are telling you, meaning
42:16
the government, or you're skeptical of just about everything they
42:20
have to say. And I know where I fall at
42:23
this point, and I'm sure you all know where I
42:25
fall at this point. Enough with the BS, enough with
42:29
no transparency. It's about time that they just step up
42:33
and show everybody everything they have and let's see what's what.
42:38
Let the chips fall where they may, because covering things up,
42:42
obfuscating and acting like nothing bad happened in that jail
42:46
cell or in that jailhouse is absolutely absurd and truly
42:51
is cognitive dissonance. JP Morgan pushes back. JP Morgan, in
42:57
a related complaint, has said that any civil liabilit it
43:00
would have from Epstein's conduct is the responsibility of its
43:04
former executive, Jeff Staley, who is a friend of Epstein
43:08
and his main business contact at the bank. Staley, who
43:12
also denies any wrongdoing, earlier this week, lost a bid
43:16
to dismiss JP Morgan's complaint against him, which, among other things,
43:21
seeks to recoup eighty million dollars in compensation from him.
43:25
So that's just the first firing shot by them. They
43:28
also want him to be on the line for any
43:30
sort of penalty they might incur because of the bank's
43:35
relationship with Epstein. So remember, the whole entire plan from
43:39
JP Morgan is not us, it's everybody else's fault but ours.
43:45
And while that may be true, everybody else might have
43:47
been involved, so were they. In addition to trying to
43:51
shift blame to Staley. JP Morgan this week, in a
43:54
court filing accused the Virgin Islands of being complicit in
43:58
the crimes of Jeffrey eppste. The filing said the Virgin
44:02
Islands looked the other way as Epstein trafficked young women
44:06
because he was given high ranking officials there, money, advice,
44:10
and favors. The filing specifically says that Epstein paid tuition
44:16
for the children of John DeJong and his wife Cecil
44:20
when John served as Virgin Island's governor and when Cecil
44:25
worked for Epstein managing his companies in the territory. None
44:29
of this is disputable, and I remember catching some flak
44:32
for my position when it comes to the United States
44:35
Virgin Islands, Denise George and what they were up to,
44:39
And it was all based on the fact that they
44:41
helped Jeffrey Epstein put this whole entire thing in motion,
44:44
they helped keep it going, and then the fact that
44:46
they had the audacity to try to get some money
44:49
all of a sudden, I'm the asshole. Huh, Well, I
44:51
guess I'm the asshole. But that doesn't change the fact
44:54
that the US Virgin Islands was on one here and
44:57
what they were up to is basically a lick. They
45:00
basically took this money, in my opinion, and the fact
45:03
that it was so easy for them to do so,
45:06
they figured they might as well let it rip one
45:08
more time, throw the dice and see what happens here.
45:11
Another one hundred and five million dollars. Well, that can
45:14
really go a long way to promoting and propagating our
45:17
corruption right. Cecil also allegedly made efforts to secure a
45:23
student visas for young women connected to Epstein and was
45:26
his primary conduit for spreading money and influence throughout the
45:31
USVII government. The Washington Post on Friday published details of
45:35
a deposition earlier taken by Mary Erdos, who runs JP
45:40
Morgan's asset and wealth management division. Oh Boy, Erdos wrote
45:45
in a twenty eleven email to another bank executive after
45:49
she found out Epstein's status as a sex offender as
45:53
a result of his Florida conviction had been affirmed, the
45:56
Washington Post reported. The newspaper said that was at least
46:01
the sixth time Erdos had been alerted to Epstein's criminal
46:05
or civil legal trouble for sex crimes. So there's the
46:09
culpability right there for JP Morgan them trying to weasel
46:14
their way out. It's not gonna work, but I do
46:17
appreciate the attempt to go down swinging and take down
46:20
some other scumbags, which I'm on board for that one
46:23
hundred percent, because the US Virgin Islands setting themselves up
46:28
here like they're the hero is one of the biggest
46:30
jokes that, honestly, I've ever seen. These people are no heroes.
46:35
If they were heroes, we wouldn't have civil suits out
46:38
the wazoo, we'd have criminal complaints making their way through
46:43
the court with RICO attached to it. But instead what
46:47
we see just another cash grab. All right, folks, that's
46:52
gonna do it for me. All of the information that
