  when you said what you did last week, I think it was about Hey,

  anyone interested in reading what the law said is about bribery. I was

  fascinated by that. Tell our listeners, yeah, I mean, look,

  the White House position has been and a mainstream media position has been that well,
• 1:11
  look, there there's no evidence of bribery because there's no evidence yet that
• 1:15
  Joe Biden has received the dime. There's some dispute about that. But if
• 1:21
  you take that position at face value, the problem is that's not what the
• 1:25
  bribery law says. If you look at you eighteen US Code two oh one,
• 1:30
  bribery constitutes. This is the statute is bribery of public officials. It
• 1:34
  says if you quote give anything of value to any other person that means not
• 1:41
  just the politician, It could be a family member, it could be their
• 1:44
  chief of staff. It constitutes bribery. And of course, if you look
• 1:47
  at the law preston, there are numerous examples of people that politicians that have
• 1:53
  gone to jail because they didn't take money. But maybe they're adult kid did,
• 1:57
  or their spouse did, or they're chief of staff did. So it
• 2:01
  really, I think is important for all of us to keep in mind what

  the law actually says. And even if you route money to a family member
• 2:10
  to a series of LLCs, if there is in fact an exchange of a
• 2:15
  policy position in exchange for payments, whether the politician or not, that is
• 2:23
  bribery and that is a violation of federal law. It's almost inconceivable, though
• 2:30
  that Joe has not directly received funds throughout all of this, and there seems
• 2:37
  to be growing evidence Peter. Before he took office as the Resident of the
• 2:42
  United States, I had been playing at nauseum his admission on television of influencing
• 2:50
  the Ukrainian government and the firing of the special prosecutor or a state prosecutor,
• 2:55
  if you will. Wasn't that an absolute admission of what is likely going to
• 3:00
  turn out to be a crime. Yeah, I mean, I think that's
• 3:05
  one of several And if you look at the anatomy of that deal, it's
• 3:08
  pretty clear. I mean, let's keep in mind. Spring of twenty fourteen,
• 3:13
  Hunter Biden gets the million dollars a year deal with Barisma. Joe Biden
• 3:17
  knows about it. It's reported he has conversations with his son. We now
• 3:23
  know in the November of twenty fifteen, there's an email from a Brism executive
• 3:28
  to Hunter Biden and it says, Hey, we're not really happy with the
• 3:31
  scope of what you've been doing for us. But it says explicitly in the
• 3:37
  email there's one deliverable, and the deliverable we want is the heat to be
• 3:42
  taken off of the head of our company, Lachevski, and we want the
• 3:46
  prosecutor fired. It's that explicit and it uses the term deliverable. That's November
• 3:52
  of twenty fifteen December of twenty fifteen. We now know, based on the
• 3:57
  testimony of Devin Archer Hunter Biden's been this partner, that Hunter Biden and Barisma
• 4:01
  executives are in Dubai and they call Vice President Joe Biden and say we want
• 4:08
  the prosecutor fired. We know three months later the prosecutor is fired, and
• 4:13
  Joe Biden later says, I'm the one that did it because that I was
• 4:18
  going to withdraw a billion dollars in aid until you fire the prosecutor. The
• 4:23
  final, I think piece of evidence here that's so damning is the recent reporting
• 4:28
  from John Solomon that shows, based on Freedom of Information Act documents, that
• 4:34
  the State Department actually said, no, the prosecutor was making great progress on
• 4:40
  a fighting corruption that the billion dollars in age should be given because the progress
• 4:45
  being made. So the notion that everybody wanted the prosecutor fired and there's nothing
• 4:49
  to see here simply is not true. And you have Joe Biden taking a
• 4:56
  call from his son and from Barisma executives saying, fired this guy. And
• 5:00
  that's exactly what Joe Biden did while his son is getting paid by the company
• 5:05
  that wants a fire to me, that is damning evidence of bribery in action.

  the aisle hold their breath and hope for the best. Mainstream media even pays

  attention. What they do with it can be different from book to book.

  But Peter Schweitzer an incredible investigative journalist, author and our friend here in The

  Morning Show with Preston Scott, Peter, there is no way that Barack Obama

  isn't aware of Joe's dealings in China and aware of his dealings with Ukraine.

  Is that why the soft hand with China now and the constant money flow to

  Ukraine? Is it because these officials know and have dirt about Joe Biden.

  I think absolutely it's a factor. I mean, look, if you look
• 6:10
  at Joe Biden, he was actually pretty hawkish towards China until he became Vice
• 6:15
  President of the United States and his sons started doing deals in China. Up
• 6:18
  until that point, he'd been critical about them for human rights and other issues
• 6:24
  that changed repeatedly. And in the case of Ukraine, let's remember you have
• 6:28
  this allegation this ten twenty three from the FBI saying that the head of Rhisma
• 6:33
  claims he bribed Joe Biden, that he gave five million to Joe and five
• 6:39
  million to Hunter Biden. If you read that FBI document, this is very
• 6:43
  important, Preston. One of the people said to be in that meeting when
• 6:46
  that claim is made was a Ukrainian government official that works for Zelenski. So
• 6:54
  you have a situation where a foreign corrupt oligarch is saying I bribed the President
• 7:00
  of the United States, and the Zelinsky government certainly knows it knows that that
• 7:04
  claim has been made. That is powerful leverage, and that's why we need
• 7:10
  to investigate and find out exactly what's going on here. There's been a lot
• 7:15
  of resistance to turning over bank records with this impeach when inquiry, that's going
• 7:18
  to change, it's going to come more quickly. Big news yesterday, Hunter
• 7:23
  Biden receives the two hundred and fifty thousand dollars payment from a Chinese company in
• 7:28
  twenty nineteen. The beneficiaries address that was listed on that wire transfer. The
• 7:33
  address is actually Joe Biden's residence in Delaware. This came out from the committee
• 7:40
  yesterday. So the entangling of the finances with Hunter and Joe gets more and
• 7:46
  more entangled every time we look at and more information comes out. Last question,
• 7:51
  which book? I mean, it's not red handed, I know,
• 7:56
  because this deception and this involvement in corruption goes back further than that book.

  But at what point did this start to unravel in your mind that Joe Biden
• 8:07
  was so deeply involved in Let's just call it what it is, corruption,
• 8:13
  Is it Secret Empires? Is it extortion? Which book? Yeah? I
• 8:18
  wrote a book in twenty eighteen called Secret Empires that first exposed the China deals
• 8:24
  and the Ukraine deals of the Biden family and also of Mitch McConnell, by
• 8:28
  the way, you and I have talked about. So there's plenty of blame
• 8:31
  to go around. But when that book came out in twenty eighteen, Team
• 8:35
  Biden's position was this is lunacy, there are no deals in China. When
• 8:41
  things really turned, I think was with the Hunter Biden laptop in twenty twenty,
• 8:48
  because that gave us forensic evidence what we had done was gathered corporate records,
• 8:52
  financial records in China and elsewhere to show that these deals were taking place,
• 8:56
  that Hunter was getting these sweetheart deals, that it was a secting Joe's
• 9:01
  policies. But the laptop gave us the roadmap of how it was done,
• 9:05
  and that's when I think things started to shift. And that's why I think
• 9:09
  they work so hard to suppress that story in twenty twenty. But we've been
• 9:13
  working on this really going back in terms of researching back in twenty seventeen,
• 9:18
  and I have to say it's very gratifying to see that the truth is coming
• 9:22
  out. Whatever Congress ends up doing, whatever the legal course of action,
• 9:26
  is the fact that we were on this so long ago and finally now it's
• 9:33
  being recognized for what it is. Is there a gratifying for the entire team
