  Good morning and welcome to today's pre-market podcast. So what am I watching? We're going to look at the All Share Index fell by 1.12% yesterday. That decline was largely due to a 10% drop in Bua Cement. So Bua Cement ended yesterday's trading session at 378. I would say for anyone who watches the market, for companies that trade in Trambrades or Duopolis,

  on the ngx where you have maybe three four players you want to have your tables constantly comparing those companies um so for what cement i think this drop is a significant one significant in the sense that there's always been the prices of the three cement companies so it's interesting to see what this drop has done has it's narrowed that uh valuation gap between all uh three firms and that is something to watch i probably i'll probably do that um

  in my own spare time if i see further price action across the cement names and then i i could i could decide you know to to go look at that but it's interesting yeah i'm just clocking it uh you have wapco trading at 342 and then you have a bwa cement trading at 378 so that is a narrow zone and if you have a voter decline in bwa cement that would be interesting if you have both of them trading in the same zone which you people go for uh so

  um that was what led to the deep yesterday i'm majorly going to be looking at the small cap stocks a rest express fair by most 10 percent student at 30.7 uh the technicals they have are still quite positive um ikeja hotel interesting one closed up big bounce yesterday closing at 43.7 naira it's close to 52 week high if you do guys about 44.9 so are we going to see break above the 52 week high

  uh are we going to see the stock consolidate here for a while that's what we're watching then i'm also looking at dangling sugar and then we're doing a deep dive on youtube uh so if you have the time to watch the rights issues on at the moment rise issues for 69 the stock is at 71.1 close flat yesterday so where do we go from here most likely the stock is going to stay uh above the rise issue price and even when you look at the likes

  of um you look at the likes of uh international energy insurance so i mean i think the the the the stock close at almost five naira 4.97 which is essentially uh five naira and so most likely we will see that stock uh uh hits the five naira mark uh sometime uh this week and it's trading for the the dynamic between

  the public offer and the offer price of 3.2 and the current price there's a big gap so most likely uh some people may decide to tilt towards the offer in view of the the the massive uh difference uh so that's what i'm going to be watching uh today and they're also putting an eye on fcnb we are yet to get any word from fcnb fcnb was to drop efs 2025 and q126 uh late may
