- 0:00Speaker 1: You know, I'd hate to have that heavy feeling. I'll
- 0:02Speaker 1: just have a chicken salad. Thanks, it's one more.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Thing, one more thing.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't want too many carbs. It makes me
- 0:15Speaker 3: feel bloated.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Why don't we just play the clip, Michael, don't you
- 0:22Speaker 1: think then we'll launch a discussion from there?
- 0:24Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, go ahead.
- 0:26Speaker 5: Is there any introduction? Okay, well yeah.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Let me just explain it a little bit. Well, this
- 0:32Speaker 4: is a woman that she has the job of delivering
- 0:35Speaker 4: a last meal to a prisoner. Oh and they decline it.
- 0:38Speaker 4: So she talks about that.
- 0:41Speaker 6: This man from prison, don't order him a whole platter
- 0:43Speaker 6: of wings, and then told me to turn the right
- 0:45Speaker 6: back around because he can.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Not have this.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Look at it.
- 0:47Speaker 6: I just loved the prison. They told me to turn
- 0:49Speaker 6: it back around and donate it to somebody else. I
- 0:51Speaker 6: ain't gonna lie. That man had me feeling some type
- 0:53Speaker 6: of way because I'm thinking I'm feeling the last meal
- 0:56Speaker 6: before they execute him. Where he done sat down ordered
- 0:58Speaker 6: the meal is the cut may not come what you
- 1:01Speaker 6: want to be right on time. O get with me
- 1:03Speaker 6: and my kids for the end of the night.
- 1:09Speaker 5: I got about forty percent of that.
- 1:11Speaker 3: I think that's more than me.
- 1:13Speaker 7: So there's someone in this prison with a cell phone
- 1:19Speaker 7: able to access door dash.
- 1:23Speaker 5: Or insta carr whatever.
- 1:26Speaker 3: That's a good point. So usually when I think of
- 1:29Speaker 3: last meals or we talk about last meals, it's not
- 1:31Speaker 3: like you're ordering a pizza Dabit delivered and then and
- 1:37Speaker 3: then who refused it when you knocked for the prison door.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I've got a pizza for someone you're gonna execute before
- 1:44Speaker 3: midnight tonight.
- 1:45Speaker 1: I got a platter of wings for a guy and
- 1:47Speaker 1: the yeah, wow, there's all sorts of stuff going on
- 1:51Speaker 1: in this story.
- 1:51Speaker 3: He changed his mind because he just thinks it's a
- 1:54Speaker 3: you know, like we said, too many carbs and makes
- 1:55Speaker 3: him feel bloated. So yeah, there are there are Does
- 2:00Speaker 3: it have the sound of somebody trying to go viral?
- 2:02Speaker 3: It doesn't have that sound to me. I think this
- 2:04Speaker 3: person is a legit. Uh heavily accented the nut of
- 2:10Speaker 3: some fast.
- 2:11Speaker 5: Talking uh louisiada woman here. Well, let'll tell you what.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Why don't you play that again, Michael, Maybe we can
- 2:16Speaker 1: draw a few more facts.
- 2:17Speaker 5: Out of it.
- 2:18Speaker 6: This man from prison, I'll order him a whole platter
- 2:20Speaker 6: of wings and I'm told me to turn it right
- 2:22Speaker 6: back around because he can not have this look at it.
- 2:24Speaker 6: I just loved the prison. They told me to turn
- 2:26Speaker 6: it back around and donate it to somebody else. I
- 2:28Speaker 6: ain't gonna lie that man heard me feeling some type
- 2:30Speaker 6: of way because I'm thinking I'm feeling this last meal
- 2:32Speaker 6: before they execute him. When he done sat down, ordered
- 2:35Speaker 6: a meal on instacut.
- 2:37Speaker 3: God may not come where you want.
- 2:38Speaker 6: To be right on time. O get with me and
- 2:40Speaker 6: my kids, even for the end of the night.
- 2:41Speaker 5: Some wings and potato wedges.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Okay, okay, okay, I got more of that. TI, Yeah,
- 2:47Speaker 3: I did too. So something about God doesn't always come
- 2:49Speaker 3: on time, but he comes when you need him. And
- 2:51Speaker 3: she has some food now for her and her kids,
- 2:53Speaker 3: and she's all excited about the wings and the potato wedges.
- 2:56Speaker 3: God has giving her a meal basically because she oh,
- 2:59Speaker 3: she's going to eat the food now.
- 3:01Speaker 5: Okay, wings, wings and potato wedges. Okay.
- 3:05Speaker 4: I couldn't figure that out.
- 3:06Speaker 5: I thought it was wheeze.
- 3:07Speaker 4: I couldn't figure out what the food wheezel.
- 3:11Speaker 7: Okay, I see what's going on here. So I'm looking
- 3:14Speaker 7: at the order on door dash. Gosh, this is confusing,
- 3:17Speaker 7: It says in the notes to the deliverer. Deliverer see
- 3:21Speaker 7: Chaplin Miller for death row inmate insert name here feast.
- 3:26Speaker 7: So in the note for the order, she was told
- 3:29Speaker 7: this was going to be for a death row.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Inmate, right, so she thought she was delivering guys last week.
- 3:35Speaker 3: She said doctor dre or somebody who's committed a horrible crime.
- 3:38Speaker 5: The second one, okay.
- 3:41Speaker 7: Okay, so they this is actually kind of funny, but
- 3:43Speaker 7: I'm also disturbed as to why an inmate in there
- 3:46Speaker 7: has a cell phone.
- 3:47Speaker 5: Right and gets to the suitcased it and brought it
- 3:50Speaker 5: into EWW.
- 3:51Speaker 3: I'm gonna need a wipe or something. Anyway, So they
- 3:56Speaker 3: ordered food and they show up and uh, and they
- 3:58Speaker 3: don't get to deliver it. M what do you what
- 4:04Speaker 3: do you order for your last meal? They're Katie, everybody.
- 4:10Speaker 7: Really like my favorite thing of the world is a
- 4:12Speaker 7: perfect filet oh potatoes.
- 4:15Speaker 3: I had one the other night. I had already eaten dinner.
- 4:18Speaker 3: So I'm in San Francisco. I go to Tony's Pizza.
- 4:20Speaker 3: I eat on an entire pizza and I'm full, and
- 4:24Speaker 3: then later I decide, you know, I want some sort
- 4:26Speaker 3: of dessert and I'm trying to find it. You know,
- 4:28Speaker 3: I thought, I thought, I'm gonna go to Morton's because
- 4:30Speaker 3: I like one of their desserts they have at Morton's.
- 4:32Speaker 3: But I got the Morton's and I saw the steaks,
- 4:36Speaker 3: and I thought, you know, steak does sound kind of
- 4:39Speaker 3: good too. So I ended up doing a bang bang
- 4:41Speaker 3: Not on purpose, but I had the fla min you
- 4:42Speaker 3: on the small flet as a dang good steak, right.
- 4:45Speaker 7: How are you not nine hundred pounds?
- 4:47Speaker 3: I am, but I just hide it.
- 4:50Speaker 5: Well, I wear were you going to eat in the
- 4:53Speaker 5: house at Morton's. Yeah, I set them just here for dessert.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Yeah, at the bar, really really sit at the bar. Ea. Well,
- 5:02Speaker 3: San Francisco, it's not like a normal town. Every place
- 5:04Speaker 3: is empty. You can walk in anywhere you want and
- 5:05Speaker 3: sit down whenever you want.
- 5:07Speaker 5: Well, there's nothing wrong with it. If you have the
- 5:09Speaker 5: taste for a fancy dessert, you go in there. They
- 5:11Speaker 5: got a dessert, you got money. I'm not judging, thank you.
- 5:14Speaker 5: I just it wouldn't occur to me to do that.
- 5:17Speaker 7: After eating an entire pizza, right.
- 5:19Speaker 5: Well, I got hungry and then realizing at the last
- 5:22Speaker 5: moment that they have steaks here, I think.
- 5:26Speaker 3: I'll have myself. It's like I ordered a steak, I
- 5:28Speaker 3: got the bread, I got the baked potato loaded.
- 5:32Speaker 7: What a curveball? You go in for ice cream and
- 5:35Speaker 7: the full on giant meal?
- 5:40Speaker 1: How long was this after the completion of the pizza gorging?
- 5:45Speaker 3: An hour?
- 5:47Speaker 7: What?
- 5:48Speaker 5: There's something wrong with you?
- 5:49Speaker 2: Yeah, you have to have a tapeworm or something. Maybe
- 5:52Speaker 2: that's my problem with giant tapeworm AnyWho. I've always found
- 5:56Speaker 2: it interesting that it's such a common conversation to what
- 5:59Speaker 2: would you have for your life meal?
- 6:01Speaker 1: You know, I've got to work through the scenario. How
- 6:03Speaker 1: would I be right?
- 6:05Speaker 7: Right?
- 6:05Speaker 5: That's why it said that.
- 6:06Speaker 3: That's why it's such a non conversation because to end
- 6:09Speaker 3: up being executed, you have to have done something, something unconscionable.
- 6:13Speaker 3: We don't even want to speculate out loud, awful, and
- 6:17Speaker 3: none of us are those kind of people. But we're
- 6:19Speaker 3: perfectly willing to discuss what we'd eat if we were
- 6:21Speaker 3: in that situation because.
- 6:23Speaker 7: We can all relate to food. I guess you think
- 6:25Speaker 7: about what's the last thing that you would eat.
- 6:28Speaker 5: And you don't have to worry about the calories.
- 6:32Speaker 7: What about you, guys? I answered, I'm going with the
- 6:35Speaker 7: filet and potatoes.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I got to go Chicago style pizza just because it's
- 6:41Speaker 1: my favorite food on earth.
- 6:43Speaker 5: Big old deep dish, Yum.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Chicken fried steak, gravy, hash Brown's toast, same thing I
- 6:49Speaker 3: get at Black Bear Diner every time I go. That's
- 6:51Speaker 3: probably my last.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Chicken fried fried steak, gravy, hash Browns toast.
- 6:56Speaker 7: Okay, do you get the gravy all over everything on
- 6:59Speaker 7: the chicken fried steak?
- 7:00Speaker 3: Yes, absolutely, gravy on everything.
- 7:02Speaker 5: Okay.
- 7:03Speaker 4: It's tough to be Mexican food or pizza and then
- 7:06Speaker 4: ice cream for dessert.
- 7:08Speaker 5: Man, well, then you can't cite a cuisine. What Mexican food?
- 7:12Speaker 7: Right?
- 7:12Speaker 1: Oh?
- 7:13Speaker 4: Tacos and enchiladas, I say, tacos, rice and being.
- 7:16Speaker 3: You're gonna flatulate when they insert the needle.
- 7:19Speaker 5: Hey, I was innocent?
- 7:22Speaker 7: Wait, did Jack just make a fart joke? In Michael
- 7:28Speaker 7: you're always in.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Right, I don't know, I don't actually know. I mean,
- 7:37Speaker 3: but for reels and then this, you gotta go a
- 7:39Speaker 3: little further down the road if he committed the crime.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I'm assuming we're all innocent in this. We've been railroaded
- 7:44Speaker 3: by the Biden administration or something.
- 7:46Speaker 5: But systemic racism.
- 7:49Speaker 3: I do have a tremendous fear of needles. I'd be
- 7:51Speaker 3: really worried about that same I'm more I'd be more
- 7:55Speaker 3: worried about the needles than the dying because of my
- 7:58Speaker 3: needle phobia and everything. I don't know if I want
- 8:00Speaker 3: to have a full stomach that I go in there,
- 8:02Speaker 3: I want to vomit.
- 8:03Speaker 5: Yeah, there's that. Well, would you take the firing squad instead.
- 8:10Speaker 7: For me?
- 8:11Speaker 3: You would take firing squad over me too. I might
- 8:15Speaker 3: take the firing squad over the needle. I would not
- 8:16Speaker 3: take hanging over the needle. No, I would not take
- 8:19Speaker 3: the electric chair over the needle.
- 8:22Speaker 7: No firing squad though, absolutely, I would die on a
- 8:26Speaker 7: panic attack going to get the needle.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Fed to wild save everybody in trouble. What fed to
- 8:33Speaker 3: wild pigs all live? Did they do that somewhere? I
- 8:39Speaker 3: think where that lady was from. That's the way.
- 8:40Speaker 4: They only in three states. Well, I guess that's it.
