- 0:35Speaker 2: Reward to get started.
- 0:36Speaker 1: And you're going to have to start tax planning soon.
- 0:38Speaker 1: And IRAs are one of the diversification things that you
- 0:40Speaker 1: should be doing.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Listen up, guys.
- 0:42Speaker 1: I want to start with this tweet right here. Big
- 0:44Speaker 1: week ahead for crypto holders. And there's a lot of
- 0:46Speaker 1: things that you have to look at. The 28th, we're
- 0:48Speaker 1: going to see the U.S. market opening after Trump rejected
- 0:52Speaker 1: Iran's deal. That, of course, is going on right now.
- 0:55Speaker 1: the 29th. Tomorrow, we're going to get the jobs opening data.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Then we're going to get U.S.
- 0:59Speaker 2: GDP.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Then after that, we're going to get the first ISM
- 1:03Speaker 1: manufacturing PMI. So be on the lookout for that. And
- 1:06Speaker 1: then finally, the U.S. unemployment rate data. That will be
- 1:10Speaker 1: very significant, not only with what the macro economy is
- 1:14Speaker 1: dealing with, but I think also when you set up
- 1:17Speaker 1: the Fed, all of these data points are going to
- 1:19Speaker 1: start mattering in a big way. The market, of course,
- 1:22Speaker 1: reacts in 720 billion now been wiped out of the U.S.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Stocks.
- 1:26Speaker 1: This is all coming in today as the U.S. 10-year
- 1:30Speaker 1: and the 20 and the 30 all hit a multi-decade high.
- 1:35Speaker 1: And this is something that people have been warning against.
- 1:37Speaker 1: But is it something that is going to have some longevity?
- 1:41Speaker 1: I think that's the question that most investors are asking
- 1:44Speaker 1: right now. It could be a good thing, though, over
- 1:47Speaker 1: a long term in terms of crypto. Now, here's Peter
- 1:50Speaker 1: Schiff talking about gold and silver, which is getting hammered
- 1:53Speaker 1: this morning. And this, of course, is on the continued
- 1:56Speaker 1: rise of the bond yield. So gold is down just
- 1:58Speaker 1: under 140 and silver is down almost three bucks. So
- 2:02Speaker 1: I don't know if you guys are looking at trying
- 2:04Speaker 1: to avoid what's happening in the bond market.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Where would you go?
- 2:08Speaker 1: Let me know in the comments down below. Or are
- 2:10Speaker 1: you playing it a little bit more closer to the
- 2:12Speaker 1: vest right now? Stocks of crude oil in U.S. Strategic
- 2:16Speaker 1: Petroleum Reserve fell almost 283 mil In terms of barrels
- 2:21Speaker 1: last week, this is the lowest since 82. Another big
- 2:24Speaker 1: problem with energy costs, which of course drives into inflation.
- 2:28Speaker 1: All of this pushing into the market as it goes.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Here's the Hormuz letter hitting on this. Iran is directly
- 2:34Speaker 1: rejecting Trump's claim today that talks with Iran will happen
- 2:38Speaker 1: this week and Axios' claim that another.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Round would begin on Monday.
- 2:42Speaker 1: And this, of course, is to the point where Iran
- 2:44Speaker 1: says the goal of Trump's claim and U.S. media outlets
- 2:47Speaker 1: regarding unsubstantiated news without negotiations to prevent an increase in
- 2:52Speaker 1: oil prices. I think this is all leaning into the
- 2:56Speaker 1: election and timing is going to be very critical here
- 2:58Speaker 1: going into the midterms.
- 3:01Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I think there's definitely some politics being played and it
- 3:04Speaker 1: will show up, I think, in the next few weeks.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Let me go to a clip here because here's the
- 3:09Speaker 1: Iranian foreign minister talking about this.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 3:12Speaker 3: We are ready to open the strait if certain things
- 3:17Speaker 3: are done by the U.S. And these certain things are
- 3:21Speaker 3: not new. We want it to be ended. We want
- 3:24Speaker 3: our assets, which are illegally frozen. We want, you know,
- 3:29Speaker 3: be able to sell our oil. So we want certain
- 3:32Speaker 3: things that U.S. has already committed itself in the previous deals.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Has diplomacy failed, Mr. Foreign Minister?
- 3:40Speaker 3: We have no reason. To be honest with you, we
- 3:42Speaker 3: have no reason to come back to diplomacy and engage
- 3:44Speaker 3: with this administration once again because of their behavior in
- 3:48Speaker 3: the past two years. We care about our national interest.
- 3:51Speaker 3: We are ready to negotiate as much as we are
- 3:54Speaker 3: ready to face any challenge. We have offered this seven-day plan.
- 3:58Speaker 3: We want them to do certain things which we think
- 4:00Speaker 3: they can do it in four or five days. We
- 4:02Speaker 3: are ready. We stand ready for diplomacy. It is up
- 4:06Speaker 3: to President Trump to choose.
- 4:09Speaker 1: All right, so as you can see, Iran putting out,
- 4:11Speaker 1: I guess, an olive branch in a way to try
- 4:13Speaker 1: to get this administration under flow.
- 4:16Speaker 2: The U.S.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Senate investigation now is finding Iran is widely using Tether.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And this, of course, started in terms of immediate seizures
- 4:25Speaker 1: on this. Nearly 550 million of Iran-linked USDT now is
- 4:31Speaker 1: under investigation and sanctions.
- 4:33Speaker 2: This, of course, gets into even more. I think the
- 4:36Speaker 2: likelihood is this is going to accelerate sanctions. quite a bit.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Let me go to a clip here because I want
- 4:40Speaker 2: to talk.
- 4:41Speaker 1: About portfolios in general and why the makeup is completely changing.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 4:47Speaker 4: I don't think you can conclude 60-40 is back because
- 4:50Speaker 4: there's another whole issue with bonds, which is how do
- 4:53Speaker 4: they perform What's the relationship? And that relationship used to
- 4:58Speaker 4: be very powerfully diversifying. We had an environment where bonds
- 5:01Speaker 4: would reliably go up whenever there was a challenge to equities.
- 5:05Speaker 4: That was an environment when we had too little inflation.
- 5:08Speaker 4: So that's over. We're five years into too much inflation.
- 5:12Speaker 4: When you have too much inflation, bonds aren't really a
- 5:14Speaker 4: hedge anymore. They're good for income, as you pointed out,
- 5:16Speaker 4: and that's the way to think about them.
- 5:18Speaker 2: But for diversification, we're going to have to think about bonds.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Broadening our diversifier set away from just thinking about the
- 5:25Speaker 4: traditional 60-40. We talk about it 50-30-20. And so what's
- 5:29Speaker 4: that 20? It's alternatives and different forms of diversification to
- 5:33Speaker 4: add into the portfolio mix.
- 5:34Speaker 5: All right.
- 5:35Speaker 1: So the one thing I do agree with him is
- 5:37Speaker 1: the alternatives. I think that lift needs to go up
- 5:39Speaker 1: a bit. Reason being is that I think you are
- 5:42Speaker 1: going to see a lot of people starting to move
- 5:44Speaker 1: in new directions.
- 5:45Speaker 2: If you consider asset.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Owners really the only winners in this economy, and I
- 5:50Speaker 1: would say That is by far the case. The top 0.1%
- 5:54Speaker 1: have gained 15,000. That's right, guys. 15,000 times more wealth
- 6:00Speaker 1: per household than the bottom 50% since 2024.
- 6:05Speaker 2: And the biggest issue here is only one.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Thing, and that is assets, assets, assets. And that's the
- 6:11Speaker 1: point we talk about here on this show quite a bit.
- 6:13Speaker 1: If Michael Burry had invested the $ 100 million he made
- 6:16Speaker 1: from the big shorts, into just the Nasdaq composite in 2009,
- 6:20Speaker 1: he'd be worth $ 1. 7 billion today. Basically, that's a $ 1. 4
- 6:25Speaker 1: billion than his actual net worth.
- 6:27Speaker 2: So I don't know, guys.
- 6:28Speaker 1: I think the key here is long-term assets quality and
- 6:32Speaker 1: moving around and get diversified into these emerging markets. We've
- 6:36Speaker 1: already seen it with AI. We are going to see
- 6:38Speaker 1: more with digital assets and crypto. All of this is
- 6:41Speaker 1: coming out. Altcoins, is what I'm talking about. If you
- 6:44Speaker 1: just look at this chart right here, altcoins against Bitcoin
- 6:49Speaker 1: on the monthly, this is the first green momentum bar
- 6:53Speaker 1: since 2022.
- 6:54Speaker 2: And look at the move right here. I'll zoom in
- 6:57Speaker 2: on that.
- 6:57Speaker 1: The first green bar since 2022. And we've already seen
- 7:01Speaker 1: the performance of where altcoins have been in a very
- 7:04Speaker 1: short period of time. In fact, the total spot volume
- 7:07Speaker 1: now runs close to four times that of Bitcoin and
- 7:11Speaker 1: the highest since September of 2025. Big moves are happening
- 7:15Speaker 1: right now. Solana may be the leader here. We're going
- 7:17Speaker 1: to talk about that here in a second. But I
- 7:19Speaker 1: think the key here is that we've got a lot
- 7:21Speaker 1: of things moving in the right direction.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Let's jump into.
- 7:24Speaker 1: TradFi because there is a flurry of announcements happening. You've
- 7:28Speaker 1: got Citibank and Coinbase coming together, albeit for institutional clients.
- 7:34Speaker 1: But the point being is that there is some movement
- 7:37Speaker 1: here to TradFi. This, of course, will continue to push.
- 7:40Speaker 1: You've got Franklin, Templeton, and Bybit also partnering to let
- 7:44Speaker 1: institutions use tokenized money, market funds. And, of course, that
- 7:48Speaker 1: changes things, I think, long-term because it does look at
- 7:51Speaker 1: how investors are going to be going into these institutional
- 7:54Speaker 1: capital plays. And, of course, that plays into the overall market. And,
- 8:00Speaker 1: of course, one of the things you have to consider
- 8:01Speaker 1: is where perpetual futures are heading. And you can see
- 8:04Speaker 1: it right here. The open interest surged nearly $ 160 billion yesterday.
- 8:08Speaker 1: This is, again, the highest since October 2025. All of
- 8:11Speaker 1: these are good signals in the sense of alternative assets.
- 8:15Speaker 1: When you look at the convergence between AI, agents, this
- 8:20Speaker 1: new economy, and then you play into an emerging class
- 8:24Speaker 1: of digital components that I think are going to play
- 8:27Speaker 1: maybe stronger than it's possible than even the AI trend
- 8:31Speaker 1: and the AI trade that has happened over the last
- 8:33Speaker 1: couple of years, this is all coming to a head
- 8:35Speaker 1: at the right time. The other thing, you got to
- 8:38Speaker 1: look at Solana right now, flipping Robinhood and takes the
- 8:40Speaker 1: lead in terms of tokenized commodities. It looks as though,
- 8:44Speaker 1: unless Robinhood pulls something out of the space hat, we'll
- 8:50Speaker 1: talk about that. But Solana did 28% of tokenized commodities
- 8:53Speaker 1: on DEX volumes.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Now, remember that this is still very, very early.
- 8:58Speaker 1: So the scale could change this in terms of a future.
- 9:03Speaker 1: But if Solana scales with it, then things are going
- 9:06Speaker 1: to get very interesting. I want to go to a
- 9:08Speaker 1: clip here because this is Backpack talking about this very
- 9:12Speaker 1: issue is that the entire stock.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Market is coming to Solana. Take a look.
- 9:17Speaker 5: We want to bring the entire stock market to Solana.
- 9:22Speaker 5: One API where you can transform a bona fide security entitlement.
- 9:27Speaker 5: So like a real share by any definition of the
- 9:30Speaker 5: term and be able to go back and forth to
- 9:33Speaker 5: and from your brokerage account to DeFi. You can buy
- 9:36Speaker 5: a token on Solana, on SpaceX today, deposit it into
- 9:39Speaker 5: your brokerage account and transfer it to Backpack, Fidelity, Robinhood, E-Trade,
- 9:43Speaker 5: whatever it might be. All right.
- 9:46Speaker 1: So you have Backpack mentioning this. And I think a
- 9:50Speaker 1: lot of people, when you compare with FOMO, what we're
- 9:53Speaker 1: seeing on Jupiter, new moves, and then, of course, Backpack
- 9:56Speaker 1: making these kinds of announcements, things are going to get
- 9:59Speaker 1: pretty heated.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Here in terms of volume.
- 10:01Speaker 1: And I think the key is the shift of TradFi
- 10:05Speaker 1: into this space is going to be something to watch.
- 10:08Speaker 1: You've got NVIDIA doing another move here. They're launching their
- 10:10Speaker 1: largest stock buyback in U.S.
- 10:12Speaker 2: History, $ 235 billion, guys. Now, this might be a good
- 10:16Speaker 2: thing or a bad thing.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Could be just a bump in the road, but the
- 10:19Speaker 1: company has announced this and it's also has been approved
- 10:22Speaker 1: by the board. So get ready for that because it
- 10:24Speaker 1: does have a.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Little bit of an impact.
- 10:26Speaker 1: When you look at NVIDIA's OpenAI or Open Agent Safety Platform,
- 10:31Speaker 1: this is something also that they're in the midst of launching.
- 10:34Speaker 1: This is a new safety platform. It has 100 industry
- 10:37Speaker 1: partners to build safer AI agents. Now there's some names
- 10:42Speaker 1: in here that I would probably disagree with. I'll let
- 10:45Speaker 1: you pick the ones out you like and don't like.
- 10:49Speaker 1: But the point is, is that they're moving in a
- 10:52Speaker 1: new direction around AI agent development. So watch very closely
- 10:56Speaker 1: to what's happening in the next little bit. Speaking of that,
- 11:00Speaker 1: the likelihood is we're going to get some sort of
- 11:02Speaker 1: AI agent news coming out of the traditional finance sector.
- 11:06Speaker 1: And I think it's going to be coming from Robinhood
- 11:08Speaker 1: as they announce their September 29th event, which is the
- 11:12Speaker 1: Hood Summit coming up soon.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Be on the lookout for this, guys.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I anticipate Vlad's about to drop something big, so we're
- 11:20Speaker 1: going to be stay tuned for that. And, of course,
- 11:22Speaker 1: we've got a lot of news dropping this week, so
- 11:25Speaker 1: pay attention. Right now matters. If you like this video,
