- 0:03SPEAKER_01: Welcome to AI Tools for Practicing Lawyers.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: Practical, no-nonsense guidance to help attorneys put AI power to work in their practice right now.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: So this is what I'm hearing from lawyers.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: All right, I'm ready to get into AI, but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg, and I don't want to get into trouble.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: I'll do my own legal research.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Thank you very much.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: I don't need getting sanctioned for phony cases and phony holdings from cases.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: But really, what's the cheapest I can pay to get AI that's not going to get me into hot water?
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: Heather, today we're going to answer that question.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: I'm Ron Tresher.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: I'm Heather Gardner.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: And this is AI Tools for Practicing Lawyers.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: And Heather, you're talking with lawyers all the time about AI.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Do they have a clue as to what they really should be outfitting their firms with?
- 0:56SPEAKER_02: No, not many.
- 0:58SPEAKER_02: And that's that's to be expected.
- 1:00SPEAKER_02: It's still pretty new technology, and attorneys are more hesitant than other demographics.
- 1:05SPEAKER_02: I think we've talked about that a lot, and for great reasons.
- 1:08SPEAKER_02: And they've heard what you hear about are the sanctions, the AI hallucinated cases, the really big news.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: You don't hear about the great stories, you only hear about the negative outcomes.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: But what people are also hearing about in our industry are the big players like Harvey.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: And every time you talk to an attorney that's considering bringing AI into their firms, they always mention Harvey.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: And why?
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Because Harvey does some amazing things.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: First of all, you can take all of the documents you have ever created in your firm and you can move it into what they call a private vault.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: And Harvey will learn from that vault and will replicate your writing style or the kind of output that your firm or your practice area typically generates.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Prior work product, internal knowledge, matter files, grounded responses.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Then they got workflow agents.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Not just write me a clause for that contract, but here's 50 contracts, review them all, compare them all, flag risks, summarize the differences.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, Harvey knows that in the legal industry, you've got serious governance requirements.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Firms with conflict checks, teams, permissions, strict security.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: And that matters a lot in the legal field.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: And it matters a lot in big law firms.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: So Harvey isn't expensive because it's trendy, it's expensive because it was built for expensive law firm problems.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: And then when lawyers say, okay, yeah, I want that, they say, well, okay, fine.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: But to even get a demo, you got to have 250 lawyers in your firm.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: And the the prices start at$1,000 per month per seat, and it's a minimum of 20 seats you're paying for.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: And every small and solo firm will say, Yeah, that's not for me.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: I I can't have those big law toys.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: So what about the rest of the profession?
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: What are what are our options?
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: And I think we've talked about this a lot, Heather.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: The issue isn't, well, okay, I want to bring AI into my practice.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: What are the tools available?
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: I think the first thing you uh have to ask is what am I going to use this AI for?
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: What are my pain points?
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And if you if you're a litigation firm and you want to use it for discovery and for drafting, if you're a bankruptcy firm and you want to use it to summarize and synthesize client documents, bank statements, tax returns, W-2s.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: If you're an estate planning lawyer and you want to have a client's vanguard statements or fidelity statements coming in, those are extremely sensitive documents.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: So extremely so.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: So if you're going to be using AI in a law firm, you really need to go back and listen to our episode 008, which was the Kansas case that we talked about, where we created that three-legged stool for lawyers to consider when they are building out AI tools for their law firms.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: And so let's review it really quickly.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: First of all, there's, and we call that the Jeffries protocols because it's the case with Jeffries versus Harsko.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: And the vendor leg of the three-legged stool is no training on client data.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: It's a secure environment.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: They call that SOC2 or HIPAA compliance, so that the data is really safe.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: It's a business grade provider, very strong controls.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: And that's critical and essential, but it's not enough.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Then it has to be configured properly.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: That's the configuration tool or the IT leg.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: And you have to have the correct settings.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: You have to have correct access permissions.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: You have to know where the data is going, right?
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Any judge who knows anything about AI is going to ask, all right, what happened to the data?
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Can you map the data flow?
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: And if you can't answer that question intelligently, you're going to have a problem with that judge.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: And rightfully so.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: Then, of course, there's the lawyer leg of the stool where you have to verify the outputs.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: You have to keep a log of how you use the AI with this confidential information.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Listen, you don't need a log every time you ask AI to create 20 blog or social media posts to market your law firm, right?
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: That's green light AI use.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: But you sure do need a log every time you're going to feed confidential client data or any data that would be subject to a protective order or a non-disclosure agreement.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: You're going to need to keep a log every time you feed that into an AI tool.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: So cheap AI that creates expensive problems is not cheap, right?
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: The lawyer that got sanctioned$5,000 because they used a free AI tool, that tool was not free.
- 6:45SPEAKER_02: The most recent ones were$15,000.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: It's going up.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: You know, I mean, listen, we just talked about Sullivan Cromwell, 900 lawyer international firm, just had to write a letter of apology to a federal bankruptcy judge because they had hallucinated citations in an emergency brief that was filed.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: This just happened last week.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And I just recorded a field note episode about hallucinations and legal research and our alternative to doing that, which I think that field note is worth checking out.
- 7:24SPEAKER_02: And trust nothing, verify everything was in that ruling.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: Trust nothing, verify everything.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: Ronald Reagan.
- 7:30SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Ronald Reagan lives forever.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: So let's go back to our hypothetical lawyer who doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: What are their options?
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Well, there's there's Harvey and Lagora that are outpriced.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: Then there's the generalist tier, which if if you find that you're hearing the word frontier tools being used with any frequency, that's what they mean.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: That's Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, they're the the frontier.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: The frontier that will not roll off the top.
- 8:07SPEAKER_02: The trailblazer AIs.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: They are the trailblazers.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: And I would say that the vast majority of lawyers who are using AI in their practice are using these tools.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: I mean, doesn't that make sense to you?
- 8:22SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: They're easy to find, they're not that expensive.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So, but the problem is that the free tiers and the consumer tiers, like what they call Claude Pro or Chat GPT Plus, you know, if you've got a Google Workspace account, uh, you get an upgraded version of Gemini with that, better than what the general public gets.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: Same thing with Copilot.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: If you've got uh a Microsoft uh 365 office suite, you're gonna get a somewhat upgraded tool than what just kind of like the general public gets if it if it signs into a copilot.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: And those are pretty good tools, right?
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: You and I have been using those tools for a long time to do lots of really high-powered, valuable things.
- 9:19SPEAKER_02: I mean, I haven't, but you may have.
- 9:21SPEAKER_02: I've had enterprise a long time.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: Well, you've had enterprise for a while.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Pretty long time, yeah.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: But listen, one of the things that I always admired about you is you were the first person that that had a paid uh ChatGPT.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: That was real early on.
- 9:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I did the$20 a month to start to try it out.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Look, I'm still using that.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: I'm still using a plus tool for almost everything that I do.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: And I think that's something that lawyers look look, if I'm a lawyer and I'm listening to this podcast and I'm thinking, oh, my Chat GPT plus account is not Jeffree's compliant.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: And so I better not be feeding confidential information into that.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'll hop up to the enterprise tool, but I've got concern that I won't be able to retain all of the chats that I've used, the hundreds, if not thousands, of chats that I've used ahead of time.
- 10:13SPEAKER_02: If you're upgrading your own, it does maintain your own memory.
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: If you upgrade your own, it absolutely retains its memory at all.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: That's really important for lawyers to know.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Because ChatGP the Enterprise is a great tool.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: It's a wonderful tool.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: So, you know, one of the things that you and I talked about that that plays into the AI on a budget question is how wonderful Claude is for drafting.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: Claude is making a full court press to be widely adopted in the legal industry.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: But what are some of the problems with Claude?
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, Heather, you bump into them all the time.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: It's not well usage and it's not SOC2 compliant unless you have the enterprise version, which is uh a very low usage, unless you buy the the high enterprise version, which is around$600 per month per user.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: What also not very accessible.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: See, Claude sells a great product, but it doesn't really tell its buyers that its business model is based upon selling usage.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Whereas, like ChatGPT, if you've got the plus version, you're never gonna run out of prompts for your 20 bucks a month.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: But it's not Jeffrey's compliant, it's not SOC2.
- 11:36SPEAKER_02: Enterprise version, you're not gonna run out of prompt.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: But you will in Claude.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: Claude will make you continue to drop quarters into that payphone to get more usage.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: So is that a negative?
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a negative, but more accurately, it's it's a factor to consider in how you spend your AI dollars.
- 11:59SPEAKER_02: And how you spend your time on Claude specifically.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: If you want to utilize that tool for drafting, we've discussed there are a lot of other ways you can frontload that on other tools that don't have those usage limitations and use Claude for final product.
- 12:12SPEAKER_02: And you want to ensure that if you are using it for final product in any sensitive areas, that no sensitive data is uploaded unless you are on that uber expensive enterprise plan.
- 12:23SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: When you jump from ChatGPT Enterprise to Claude Pro, you're jumping from a green light environment to a yellow light environment.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: So you need you do need to be aware of that.
- 12:38SPEAKER_02: Or Max, pro or max.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Pro or max.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: You know, anything that's not on the enterprise or teams level.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: So that's a concern when you're doing AI on a budget, which is the theme for this episode.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: So, all right, we talked about that.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: How much are you paying for the enterprise product on ChatGPT?
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: $50 a month.
- 13:02SPEAKER_02: I think it's$600 something a year.
- 13:05SPEAKER_02: You have to you pay by the year.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: So you take that, and then you've got your$20 a month on the pro version of Claude.
- 13:13SPEAKER_02: I'm paying$100 a month for product Claude Max right now.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: Claude Max.
- 13:17SPEAKER_02: But you could get away with Pro.
- 13:19SPEAKER_02: I I'm going to eventually, yeah.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: You could get away with Pro.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: You could combine, right?
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: You could combine Chat GPT Enterprise with Claude Pro.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: And then you're about, you know, maybe a hundred bucks a month, give or take.
- 13:34SPEAKER_02: I use, I also pay for Spellbook.
- 13:37SPEAKER_02: I still pay uh, I think$300 a month for Spellbook.
- 13:40SPEAKER_02: I also pay for Copilot and Gemini add-ons for my Microsoft and Google Suite.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Well, yes, but that's a Jetsons level stack.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: I that's that's the the guy who doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg, but wants to dip his toe into the waters.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: Any attorney needs what I'm doing because this is more for business purposes and for this podcast and for fun.
- 14:06SPEAKER_02: But I research market research.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: You know, Heather, you've become a major AI nerd.
- 14:14SPEAKER_02: I think we both are now.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I well, there's no question about that.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: But the point of this discussion is to give listeners an idea of how you could build a stack if budgetary concerns were not your number one priority.
- 14:32SPEAKER_02: If they weren't, if they are, what you started to say is a great idea, the Enterprise GPT with the Claude Pro, maybe throw in your co-pilot and or Gemini depending on needs.
- 14:43SPEAKER_02: I think that today you're going to discuss the Gemini tool more because it is widely available and already baked into people's Google business suite.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: What I set out to do in preparing this episode is figure out what is the cheapest, the dirt cheapest AI stack that a law firm can build and be compliant with the Jeffries protocols and be able to say to a judge, yeah, I researched this and I've got SOC2 compliance and I've got no training on other models.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: And the answer is Gemini.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: Get a Google workspace account and the Gemini tier, the enterprise tier, and you can get away with$36 a month.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: You're in the Google universe, probably in the Google ecosystem already, anyway.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: There's a good chance you're already paying for workspace.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: The$36 a month is not on top of what you're paying.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: The$36 a month includes the Google Workspace subscription.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: So you're getting all the benefits of Google Workspace, you're getting the integration with Gmail, you're getting the integration with Drive, you're getting the integration with Google Meet, you're getting the integration with Google Calendar and all of those other tools you want to draft in Google Docs or Google Sheets or Google's PowerPoint equivalent, you can do all of that and have the Gemini prompt box baked inside every one of those tools and you get it for 36 bucks a month.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: And you can't beat that.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm not certifying it's compliant.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: I believe it's compliant.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: I've done the research and it looks compliant to me.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: But if you're gonna add AI into your law firm's workflow and you're gonna upload discovery documents, you should double check and make sure you could go into the Google platform, get its digital uh digital DPA.
- 17:00SPEAKER_02: Gemini is SOC2 compliant.
- 17:02SPEAKER_02: I did.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: It did.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: I did, yeah, I checked.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: So that's a pretty good, that's a pretty good choice.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: Now you could go also, you could do copilot.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: We figured out co-pilot's probably about$90 a month so that you're you can get compliance in the Microsoft ecosystem if you're there already.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: But kind of the point of this episode is to find the cheapest, compliant, powerful tool that works and can probably do everything that your solo or small firm is going to need it to do.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: You can get away with a Gemini workspace upgrade for 36 bucks a month.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: Hard to beat.
- 17:49SPEAKER_02: And the Gemini is an amazing tool.
- 17:52SPEAKER_02: It works across all of your Google products.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: Copilot, I think, has the limitation it only works inside your Microsoft Suite.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Well, you could go to Copilot.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: If you upgrade to Copilot, it does have a standalone prompt module so that you can ask it for help with your golf game or to take piano lessons.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: You know, you can you could call it chatty copilot.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Chatty Copilot.
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: You can do that.
- 18:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think you're right though.
- 18:23SPEAKER_02: Gemini is the way to go.
- 18:24SPEAKER_02: It's a very affordable, it's SOC2 compliant, it's safe, it's secure, it handles a lot.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: It will give you first drafts, it will help you with research that you need to verify everything for, like any other AI tool you're using.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: So it's a great, great option.
- 18:41SPEAKER_02: And the point of all of this conversation isn't which AI tool are you using.
- 18:45SPEAKER_02: We know people are either not using one or generally using the more the free versions, but it's what AI tool should I be using for the work I want to accomplish.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: That's the whole point of this entire podcast.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: That is uh that is the perfect statement for how lawyers really should be approaching AI in their law firms.
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: And I like the term uh AI tech stack.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: AI tech stack.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: AI tech stack.
- 19:11SPEAKER_02: What's your AI stack?
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: It's just your AI stack.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: All right, so let's talk about our practice signal segment, how lawyers in the wild are having problems that they're reporting almost entirely on social media, and how AI might be able to provide a solution.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: This one came from the Reddit Big Law section, and it's a a fourth-year associate billing 2,200 to 2,400 hours.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: And you know what?
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: That's standard for big law.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 2,400 hours of billing.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: That's not that's not 24 hours, 2,400 hours in in the office.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: That's actual billable time.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: They feel like they're doing everything right, but he he's frustrated.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: He's got these big hours, it's a heavy workload, not getting paid uh market, and he's watching others make more and wondering whether to lateral or whether this is just life now.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: And you know what struck me about this, it wasn't the salary complaint, because the reality is you could be making more, but if you're building 2,400 hours a year, you're chained to that firm.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: You're chained to your desk.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: And if you don't have the spare time to spend all your extra money, you really have to question whether or not that's that's a work-life balance that you can live with.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: So the real question is, is big law the right choice for this lawyer?
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: And can AI help this lawyer or any other lawyer make a getaway from big law?
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: Big law, it gives you the elite brand name, premium clients, support staff, training.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: You get to use amazing tools like Harvey Price, it comes with you lack of autonomy, you control of your schedule, total work-life imbalance, internal office politics, bureaucracy, you have to be constantly available, rigid protocols.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: Someone else is really controlling your life.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: So what if you set up a solo firm using cheaper solo tools?
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: And the person who did this, and we talked about this person in our last episode with Carolyn Elephants, was the Zach Shapiro comparison.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Zach Shapiro was at Big Law and he left Big Law and built a more autonomous model using affordable AI tools.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: He's using Claude.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: And he he likes to brag, but how he's using Claude to save uh major MA deals with 11th hour wrinkles that the other side throws in through.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: Detailed, complex emails and changes to the terms of agreements.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: It is entirely possible that you could use AI to transition out of big law, to market yourself and your practice, and to find a better work-life balance, like Zach Shapiro did.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: Anyway, that's the practice signal for today.
- 22:18SPEAKER_02: I think that's great.
- 22:20SPEAKER_02: I think you know I use AI for marketing heavily, and you can.
- 22:24SPEAKER_02: Attorneys do have that available to them.
- 22:26SPEAKER_02: They do talk to me about that as well.
- 22:28SPEAKER_02: But a good enterprise GPT, as I said to you already, is a great tool to help attorneys with so much of their practice, business, marketing, et cetera.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: Sometimes having the best tools just isn't worth the rent.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: And that's what a lot of big law lawyers can learn and can find.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: So, all right, that was that was our practice signal.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: Heather, you've got some great resources for our Flintstone Simpsons Jetson segment.
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I've got some books, uh, some book recommendations, and we're going to drop the Amazon links in the show notes after it's uh uploaded.
- 23:05SPEAKER_02: But for the Flintstones, A Lawyer's Guide to AI, 10 Essential Concepts by Matthew T.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: Henson.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: And for The Simpsons level, Co-Intelligence, Living and Working with AI by Ethan Mollock.
- 23:16SPEAKER_02: For the Jetsons level, Building AI into Practice as Infrastructure, The Coming Wave, Technology Power, and the 21st Century's Greatest Dilemma by Mustafa Sullivan and Michael Baskar.
- 23:28SPEAKER_02: I think that is a great title and a great Jetsons title for that book.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: I think that's great.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: Anyway, we're gonna we've got a couple of interesting episodes on our roadmap.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: One of them is going to be a deeper dive into Gemini.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Really want to talk about what you're getting for your$36 a month.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: We're gonna do an episode on a deeper dive into co-pilot, what you get for the 90 bucks a month, and then we're gonna talk about what I like to call a force multiplier, which is what do you really get if you have the Gemini$36 a month tool and the co-pilot$90 a month tool, and you're jumping back and forth between the Microsoft and the Google ecosystems.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: And is that a workflow that's worth the money?
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: And can it really make it more powerful in your law firm?
- 24:22SPEAKER_02: If you added an Enterprise GPT and a Cloud Pro, which are very inexpensive for those two things, to that little AI stack, you would have a great little attorney AI stack.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: You know what?
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: We're gonna have to talk about whether or not it's really worth having all of those tools in your stack.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: Maybe it is.
- 24:41SPEAKER_00: And maybe you can just get away with Gemini for 36 or just the 36 bucks a month.
- 24:48SPEAKER_00: I think, I think a good Flintstones level lawyer can do really well in that Gemini stack.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: Well, that's it for this week.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: We'll see you next time.
- 24:59SPEAKER_01: That's it for today's episode of AI Tools for Practicing Lawyers.
- 25:04SPEAKER_01: Thanks for listening.
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: We'll see you next time.
