- 0:01Speaker 1: You're listening to Hawk Talk with former Seahawks wide receiver
- 0:05Speaker 1: Michael Bumpus. After ten yard line, second and eight free
- 0:08Speaker 1: wide receivers now in motion as Bumpers left to right,
- 0:11Speaker 1: Julius Jones were single setback Matt Pumpfeck's looking at the
- 0:14Speaker 1: goal line. He throws it into the end zone. Touchdown,
- 0:17Speaker 1: Saint Hawks. It's Michael Bumpus with a diving catching the
- 0:21Speaker 1: end zone. Our ten yard touchdown reception for Puppus and
- 0:25Speaker 1: the kid out of Washington State has found himself a
- 0:29Speaker 1: place on this team. Powered by Seahawks dot Com. What's
- 0:33Speaker 1: supposed this is Michael Bumpus. You're listening to Hawk Talk
- 0:36Speaker 1: the recappetition. Unfortunately, the Seahawks fall to the Rams twenty
- 0:40Speaker 1: eight to twelve, and a Sunday night game down in
- 0:43Speaker 1: la athle Coliseum. Before we get to the specifics, we're
- 0:46Speaker 1: gonna bring him Paul Moyer on the line. How you doing,
- 0:49Speaker 1: Paul bump I'm lacking some sleep, but doing well from
- 0:54Speaker 1: a miserable night of football. Yes, it was a tough one, Paul.
- 0:58Speaker 1: It was hard to wash. I watch it with you.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Dory Nasa Ray, what do you think? What was the
- 1:03Speaker 1: biggest reason for that loss last night. Well, I was
- 1:08Speaker 1: talking to some people this morning. You know, we can't
- 1:11Speaker 1: overreact when they went five games in a row, and
- 1:13Speaker 1: we certainly can't overreact when they lose one game in
- 1:15Speaker 1: a row. The NFL's top you know, the the Rams
- 1:18Speaker 1: were in the Super Bowl last year for a reason.
- 1:20Speaker 1: We knew that. I just think they're a tough matchup
- 1:22Speaker 1: for us. You know, the way we played defense, you know,
- 1:25Speaker 1: they were designed to really do attack the Seahawnks, you know,
- 1:28Speaker 1: with the when we were playing three deep zone defensively
- 1:31Speaker 1: and you know, really try to maximum protect run deep routes,
- 1:35Speaker 1: crossing routes. You know, a lot of shifting and motions.
- 1:38Speaker 1: It's hard. And I thought we had that cleaned up
- 1:41Speaker 1: a little bit, you know, from the last time we
- 1:44Speaker 1: met with them. But they're just a tough matchup for us.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I don't think we were as as mentally prepared. Not
- 1:51Speaker 1: It's not that they weren't didn't know what was going on.
- 1:54Speaker 1: It's just just being fired up for the game. The
- 1:56Speaker 1: Rams were. They I just thought they played at a
- 1:58Speaker 1: little higher level. We did tackle very well, we dropped
- 2:01Speaker 1: some footballs. It just wasn't our cleanest game. And if
- 2:04Speaker 1: you don't play great, you know, every week versus really
- 2:07Speaker 1: good football teams, you know, that's a result. I don't
- 2:10Speaker 1: think it's scheme. I don't think it's players. It's just
- 2:13Speaker 1: we didn't play well on Monday night and the Rams did. Yeah,
- 2:16Speaker 1: I'm with you. I felt like the Rams came out
- 2:18Speaker 1: fired up and it kind of they kind of hit
- 2:21Speaker 1: the Hawks in the chin and weren't really able to
- 2:23Speaker 1: respond him. A contribution to that was losing Rashad Penny early.
- 2:27Speaker 1: What does that do to this offense? Well, I think
- 2:30Speaker 1: it puts, you know, certainly a burden on Carson when
- 2:36Speaker 1: you've got a guy like him, Russian you know, eighteen
- 2:39Speaker 1: to twenty five times a game, and then you can
- 2:41Speaker 1: load it up in the first and fourth quarter. That's
- 2:44Speaker 1: what they've done, you know for the last eight years,
- 2:47Speaker 1: is you know, you wear teams out, you know, down
- 2:50Speaker 1: that stretch in the fourth quarter of a season, in
- 2:51Speaker 1: the fourth quarter of a game. We've lost that. So
- 2:54Speaker 1: Carson's gonna have to up, you know, some of his touches.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I think we'll see him more in the passing game
- 2:59Speaker 1: as well. You miss a guy who can take onto
- 3:03Speaker 1: the houses. You know, fifty sixty yards and in this league,
- 3:06Speaker 1: if you can score easy, that's certainly a blessing. I
- 3:10Speaker 1: just think it's it's just gonna be a little tougher.
- 3:13Speaker 1: But Carson's young. Maybe c J. Prosis gets a few touches.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'd like see Homer get something. Yeah. I like what
- 3:21Speaker 1: he brings. He brings a physicalness to him. And oh,
- 3:24Speaker 1: you're the offensive guy. What's your thoughts? No, I like
- 3:27Speaker 1: I like Homer. I like to see him get the ruck.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I like pro Sises well, I think they all they
- 3:31Speaker 1: both bring something different to the table. End of the day,
- 3:33Speaker 1: you gotta roll with thirty two Chris Carson. But it's
- 3:35Speaker 1: always nice again other guys involved. And speaking of other
- 3:38Speaker 1: guys getting involved, Um, Michael Kinders didn't play, so Cody
- 3:41Speaker 1: Barton got the start. Um, how would you how would
- 3:44Speaker 1: you evaluate his play? Well? I Sean mc McVeigh. He's
- 3:50Speaker 1: a great coach for a reason. And one thing he
- 3:53Speaker 1: does is, you know, not only does he get his
- 3:54Speaker 1: team ready, you know each week they try to exploit
- 3:57Speaker 1: the mismatch and you've got a rookie line acker. And
- 4:01Speaker 1: I saw it in preseason a little bit at times
- 4:03Speaker 1: because he's a really smart player out of Utah. But
- 4:05Speaker 1: when all of a sudden, the game comes and it's
- 4:08Speaker 1: really fast, and the shifts are fast and their motion
- 4:10Speaker 1: and they're bringing in different personnel, and they weren't letting
- 4:13Speaker 1: them breathe at all defensively. I mean, our guys were
- 4:16Speaker 1: having to get right back up to the line of
- 4:18Speaker 1: scrimmage and play. And I thought he missed out on
- 4:21Speaker 1: a few, you know, fly sweeps, a couple of stretch
- 4:25Speaker 1: plays where he lost containment. Overall, I thought he played
- 4:29Speaker 1: pretty well, But you're talking about losing a guy like
- 4:31Speaker 1: Kendricks where he was playing at times a Pro Bowl level.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So I think it hurt us a little bit. I
- 4:37Speaker 1: don't think it hurt us a lot in the necessarily
- 4:39Speaker 1: the passing game. I just thought there was a couple
- 4:40Speaker 1: of third down situations we had a chance to stop them.
- 4:44Speaker 1: So we talked about all these negatives, what the Hawks
- 4:46Speaker 1: could have done better, what the Rams did. Now there's
- 4:48Speaker 1: some positive out of this game too. Quandre Diggs continues
- 4:51Speaker 1: to perform him at a high level. What are you
- 4:53Speaker 1: seeing out of that guy who was key Hawk was
- 4:57Speaker 1: at last night? I believe it was a guy named
- 4:59Speaker 1: palm Ware Oh yeah, yeah, No, I really like Diggs.
- 5:03Speaker 1: He is um. You know, he brings two things to
- 5:06Speaker 1: the table that we need, and that's a guy that
- 5:09Speaker 1: will punish you. So when you and he did, he
- 5:11Speaker 1: got a couple of nice shots on Woods, the receiver
- 5:14Speaker 1: on a crossing route. Maybe not to what I was
- 5:17Speaker 1: hoping for. He like put him out of the game
- 5:19Speaker 1: for a while. Um, but you saw the interception for
- 5:22Speaker 1: a touchdown. You know they were running some crossing routes.
- 5:24Speaker 1: They decided to drop the backside safety away from Woods
- 5:28Speaker 1: in that formation. Um Gott never saw him and Wood
- 5:32Speaker 1: saw him at the last minute actually stopped and probably
- 5:35Speaker 1: was a reason for that interception as well. But he's um,
- 5:38Speaker 1: he's a he's a he's a big time player. You know,
- 5:41Speaker 1: he's gonna miss a tackler too, you know, because he's
- 5:43Speaker 1: so aggressive and he's gonna have to balance that. But
- 5:47Speaker 1: I think we got two really good safeties that are
- 5:49Speaker 1: still young for the future, mixed in with some young guys.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Um dig Digs is a real deal. Last one for you.
- 5:56Speaker 1: The guy is not falling. The Hawks are still ten
- 5:59Speaker 1: in three with three games left. How do you feel
- 6:02Speaker 1: about their chances moving forward to win of the Vision
- 6:04Speaker 1: and get a first round by well, I'd like it that.
- 6:07Speaker 1: It's it's all in front of us. You know, if
- 6:10Speaker 1: we win out, you know, we gotta we gotta play well.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I mean, that's the bottom line. And we're gonna still
- 6:16Speaker 1: got a tough game at Carolina. It's on the road.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Those they're never easy. Arizona's a divisional game that won't
- 6:22Speaker 1: be easy, even though they're both games we should win.
- 6:25Speaker 1: And then everything comes down to the last game here
- 6:28Speaker 1: at Century Link. You know, the twelves, it'll be nuts.
- 6:31Speaker 1: So I like that because right now, the Seahawks win
- 6:35Speaker 1: their next three games, and Green Bay wins their next three,
- 6:39Speaker 1: and or Carolina, excuse me, New Orleans wins their next three,
- 6:45Speaker 1: we're the number one seat at thirteen and three. The
- 6:48Speaker 1: only way we're not the number one seat if we
- 6:50Speaker 1: win our next three games is if New Orleans and
- 6:52Speaker 1: the Seahawks are both tied at thirteen and three at
- 6:55Speaker 1: the end, and then from that division, because we lost
- 6:58Speaker 1: the head to head, they would get the number one seed.
- 7:01Speaker 1: But I like our chances. It's just we we just
- 7:03Speaker 1: got to play well. It wasn't unexpected yesterday. It was
- 7:08Speaker 1: just disappointing because we played so well the last five games. Yeah,
- 7:11Speaker 1: very disappointing. But they've taken care of business earlier this season,
- 7:15Speaker 1: so they're setting themselves up for success. Paul, thanks again
- 7:18Speaker 1: for taking time out of your busy day to holler
- 7:20Speaker 1: at us. A pleasure is always. I'll see you at
- 7:24Speaker 1: seven am Sunday, seven am. All right, Paul, all right,
- 7:30Speaker 1: moving on to the main takeaways. What do we learn
- 7:32Speaker 1: from this game? The Seahawks got behind early and just
- 7:34Speaker 1: didn't play their best ball against the Rams fighting for
- 7:37Speaker 1: their playoff lives. I think the Rams had a sense
- 7:40Speaker 1: of urgency that the Hawks just weren't ready for initially
- 7:43Speaker 1: in this ball game. Yeah, I mean they came out
- 7:45Speaker 1: at guns blazing, They were ready to rock from the jump.
- 7:47Speaker 1: The Seahawks kind of moved the ball in their first
- 7:49Speaker 1: drive got three points, but after that the Rams recently
- 7:52Speaker 1: haven't offered an answer for them offensively. Yeah, and they
- 7:54Speaker 1: came out, like we talked about in the preview podcast,
- 7:57Speaker 1: they got weapons, they got players. They're in the Super
- 7:59Speaker 1: Bowl for reason. Last year. I think they just came out,
- 8:02Speaker 1: they had a good game plan and they execute better
- 8:04Speaker 1: than we did. It's all about execution next segue. For
- 8:06Speaker 1: the first time all season, they just weren't the best
- 8:08Speaker 1: team on the field on Sunday. Different than the Saintans
- 8:11Speaker 1: and the Ravens losses. This was a little different. You know,
- 8:13Speaker 1: with the Saints and the Ravens loss, you felt like
- 8:16Speaker 1: they were in the game at no point during this game,
- 8:20Speaker 1: maybe the first series was sold. Did you feel like
- 8:22Speaker 1: the Hawks had control of what was going on out there? Yeah,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and the first the two other earlier losses, So the
- 8:27Speaker 1: Saints and the Ravens, you could justify. You had a
- 8:30Speaker 1: special team's touchdownel you had to pick six, you had
- 8:32Speaker 1: a fumble return for a touchdown, So you had all
- 8:34Speaker 1: these plays where you feel like, if you take those
- 8:36Speaker 1: plays out, it's a it's a tie ball game. Last night,
- 8:39Speaker 1: the Seahawks were just beat I mean that was that
- 8:42Speaker 1: was on disappointing thing. They just didn't have their a game,
- 8:45Speaker 1: And that happens. It's a long season. Other guys get
- 8:48Speaker 1: paid to coach their teams too, And we didn't have it.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Last name just didn't have it. Just won their night.
- 8:52Speaker 1: For the first time since twenty seventeen, the Seahawks didn't
- 8:54Speaker 1: score an official They did not score an offensive touchdown,
- 8:58Speaker 1: and that was surprising, especially with the way this offense
- 9:00Speaker 1: has been playing. The week before, they rush of ball
- 9:03Speaker 1: forty something times over two hundred yards. You got the dope,
- 9:06Speaker 1: two headed Mushable, Rashad Penny and Chris Carson. But they
- 9:09Speaker 1: just couldn't find their groove this week. They couldn't get
- 9:12Speaker 1: into rhythm there. Early on. There was times where they
- 9:14Speaker 1: had a couple of third downs and a couple of
- 9:16Speaker 1: drops and a couple of little places, and I feel
- 9:17Speaker 1: like if you make a couple of those and you
- 9:19Speaker 1: can kind of string together a drive. They just couldn't
- 9:21Speaker 1: quite break through. And then once you're behind, you're playing
- 9:23Speaker 1: behind the eight ball. You're not doing what you want
- 9:24Speaker 1: to do offensively, and it's tough, and you're behind, and
- 9:27Speaker 1: you're behind on the road. These guys were six and
- 9:28Speaker 1: o on the road coming into this game. It would
- 9:30Speaker 1: have been nice to go seven and oh, but six
- 9:32Speaker 1: and one on the road in itself is a great accomplishment. Unfortunately,
- 9:36Speaker 1: Rashard Penny suffered an acl spring. We don't know what
- 9:40Speaker 1: his status is for the rest of the season. Wall
- 9:41Speaker 1: he's gonna be out for the rest of the seasons
- 9:42Speaker 1: and Penning and MRI. So unfortunate to see that dude
- 9:46Speaker 1: go down. Man rooting for this dude. He was playing
- 9:48Speaker 1: great football. He was confident, he was taking care of
- 9:51Speaker 1: his body. And that's just the nature of the beast football.
- 9:53Speaker 1: You just never know, no, And that's gosh, it's it's
- 9:56Speaker 1: it's rough. Like you said, he's been he's been killing it.
- 9:58Speaker 1: He's slimmed down the last coup weeks. He was getting
- 10:00Speaker 1: that confidence back. He's playing at the highest level he's
- 10:03Speaker 1: played at since it's been the NFL, and it's tough. Man.
- 10:05Speaker 1: It's this same deal with Bill Disley and guys like
- 10:07Speaker 1: that who worked their tail off and then just an
- 10:09Speaker 1: unfortunate injury comes like that and just nip seen the butt. Unfortunate.
- 10:13Speaker 1: But that's football for you. We're gonna move on to
- 10:15Speaker 1: while our top performers won. Russell Wilson twenty two or
- 10:18Speaker 1: thirty six two forty five no touchdowns, threw a pick
- 10:21Speaker 1: at the end of the game, but that pick was
- 10:23Speaker 1: more just trying to give his boy a chance to
- 10:25Speaker 1: make a play. The game was probably out of reach,
- 10:28Speaker 1: just trying to do his thing. What do you see
- 10:29Speaker 1: out of Russell Russell? I mean he he played well,
- 10:32Speaker 1: it wasn't It wasn't an awful game. Like I said,
- 10:34Speaker 1: he a couple of plays, he's kind of could get
- 10:36Speaker 1: out of rhythm. There's a couple of drops. It wasn't
- 10:39Speaker 1: the typical Russell Wilson game that works becking to see.
- 10:42Speaker 1: But a lot of that You've got to give credit
- 10:43Speaker 1: to the Rams. They had good pressure. Aaron Donald is
- 10:46Speaker 1: just a beast and he's a tough guy to block,
- 10:48Speaker 1: so it was an okay game. I'm looking for him
- 10:51Speaker 1: to bounce back big. And the number one great thing
- 10:53Speaker 1: about this this Seahawks team under Pete Carroll is they
- 10:56Speaker 1: are incredibly hard to play. After a loss, they get
- 11:00Speaker 1: back in the film room, they come at it. So
- 11:01Speaker 1: I'm expecting Russell Wilson to come out guns blazing against
- 11:04Speaker 1: Carolina next week. They'll be good to go, I believe.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Next performer Chris Carson at fifteen carries and a hard
- 11:10Speaker 1: fought seventy six yards rushing. With that seventy six yards rushing,
- 11:13Speaker 1: he went over to the thousand yard mark for the
- 11:15Speaker 1: second season in a row. So good to see a
- 11:17Speaker 1: late round pick guy getting it done. So reliable and
- 11:20Speaker 1: the way he runs with the ball in his hand.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I mean, you gotta be a man if you want
- 11:25Speaker 1: to come up and tacks Carson. I saw wettle Buckle
- 11:27Speaker 1: a couple of times, Titler rat Buckle a couple of times.
- 11:29Speaker 1: If you want to tackle this dude, you may be
- 11:31Speaker 1: ready to go. Oh yeah, you better bring your lunch.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Fail man, He's gonna make you feel it. He will
- 11:34Speaker 1: make you feel it. And and honestly, I feel like
- 11:37Speaker 1: you would have had a bigger day if the game
- 11:39Speaker 1: didn't get out of hand early because he was having
- 11:41Speaker 1: some nice runs. He was picking up some chunk yardage.
- 11:43Speaker 1: But again, once you get down, he changes your offensive
- 11:46Speaker 1: game plan and gets you out of what you want
- 11:48Speaker 1: to do. But Chris Carson's playing really well. Yeah, once
- 11:50Speaker 1: you get down, you gotta throw that rock. Quandre Dix
- 11:53Speaker 1: had five tackles, two interceptions, two passes defended in one
- 11:56Speaker 1: pick six and he caught that rock and Pete all
- 12:00Speaker 1: said it the best just spoke to him. He looked
- 12:02Speaker 1: like he has done this before. It wasn't fourn to him.
- 12:05Speaker 1: He was comfortable. He caught the rock with his hands,
- 12:07Speaker 1: knees up, bursts to the end zone. I love the
- 12:11Speaker 1: consistency that he's bringing to the back end of his defense. No,
- 12:14Speaker 1: he's been. I mean since the day he stepped foot
- 12:16Speaker 1: on the football field for the Seahawks, the defense has
- 12:18Speaker 1: played the best they played all year. He's only been
- 12:20Speaker 1: on the team for he's only played in four games
- 12:23Speaker 1: now for three or four games, and he already has
- 12:25Speaker 1: three interceptions. He forced to fumble against Philly. He's active,
- 12:29Speaker 1: he's coming down, he's knocking people in the mouth. He's
- 12:31Speaker 1: just he's playing at a high level and he's really
- 12:34Speaker 1: helping elevate the play as the secondary as a whole. Yeah,
- 12:37Speaker 1: that was a great pickup. Bobby Wagner had fourteen tackles,
- 12:40Speaker 1: eleven solo tackles. Just steady Bobby. You know, Bobby doing
- 12:43Speaker 1: it does with digit tackles. This is what another day
- 12:45Speaker 1: at the office for for b Wax. Pretty much. Man,
- 12:47Speaker 1: every time you look at that stat sheet. Sometimes you
- 12:50Speaker 1: as you're watching the game, he might not notice, like
- 12:52Speaker 1: against on Sunday, but then you look down statue you're like,
- 12:54Speaker 1: dam he's got fourteen and eleven solo tackles. So yeah,
- 12:57Speaker 1: just another another day at the office for the best
- 12:59Speaker 1: linebacker and in in football. Yes, Sir dk Metcalf had six
- 13:01Speaker 1: receptions for seventy eight yards and a nice over the
- 13:05Speaker 1: shoulder cash on the sideline. I think it was a
- 13:07Speaker 1: third and long or it was third in like a mile.
- 13:10Speaker 1: It was like third and twenty three, picked up thirty five.
- 13:13Speaker 1: You have great cash by that, dude. Confidence is building
- 13:15Speaker 1: every single week. Here's the wide receiver round up. Just
- 13:18Speaker 1: like I said, DK had six for seventy eight. Tyler
- 13:21Speaker 1: had four catches for forty three yards. Josh Gordon caught
- 13:25Speaker 1: something other than a slam. Yeah, two for thirty four
- 13:28Speaker 1: and another big catch. I believe that was a deep
- 13:30Speaker 1: third or a long third down a long fourth down
- 13:32Speaker 1: as well. Late in the game. Hallish had four catches
- 13:35Speaker 1: for thirty four yards. Penny ha Penny had one for sixteen,
- 13:38Speaker 1: More had one for fifteen, Carson three for fifteen, and
- 13:41Speaker 1: Malik Turner one four ten. Not the numbers that you want,
- 13:46Speaker 1: but what I do like it is just the balls
- 13:47Speaker 1: being spread around. You taken l But teams are gonna
- 13:50Speaker 1: have to prep for more than just a couple of
- 13:52Speaker 1: guys when it comes to that pass game. So now
- 13:55Speaker 1: we're gonna shift gears and we're gonna go to the
- 13:57Speaker 1: coach's corner. Where we talk about the play at the game,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and today I'm gonna talk about Digs pick six in
- 14:02Speaker 1: the third quarter. Four wide receivers on third down and
- 14:06Speaker 1: ten Golf hits his back foot, throws across from himball
- 14:08Speaker 1: didn't accepting going. He is gone. Digs takes it fifteen
- 14:13Speaker 1: ten five Quandred Dicks takes it to the house. The
- 14:17Speaker 1: pick six. The defense has come out fired up and
- 14:21Speaker 1: we've got a ball game. Twenty one nine. Digs all
- 14:25Speaker 1: the way. He steps in front of that one and
- 14:28Speaker 1: takes it fifty five yards to the house. That right there,
- 14:33Speaker 1: that's a veteran recognizing what's going on. Right there. He
- 14:37Speaker 1: sees woods going across the field. He knows he has
- 14:39Speaker 1: to jump on it now, and the woods kind of
- 14:41Speaker 1: helps him out. He sits, which I don't understand. The
- 14:44Speaker 1: rule is when you're running your crossing ross, if you
- 14:46Speaker 1: see grass, you take him. And everyone looked like they
- 14:48Speaker 1: were manned up. There was nothing big grass there. But
- 14:50Speaker 1: he sits. But just like one of Dig's other picks,
- 14:53Speaker 1: if you do your job, you get to the right
- 14:55Speaker 1: place at the right time, get things are gonna happen him.
- 14:57Speaker 1: He intercepts the ball, turns on the Jets and he
- 15:00Speaker 1: was moving. I mean, shoot, even if Woods continues to
- 15:02Speaker 1: run through that Condrey, Diggs is running right through him.
- 15:05Speaker 1: You see. He was like, as Rabel says, shot out
- 15:07Speaker 1: of a cannon because he was coming downhill. And when
- 15:09Speaker 1: he picked that off, he was gone to the house.
- 15:11Speaker 1: And after that pick there was a little life. Yes,
- 15:14Speaker 1: we're thinking, We're like, hey, we got a chance. So
- 15:16Speaker 1: we got a chance. Unfortunately Myers missed the pat. It
- 15:18Speaker 1: kind of kills the vibe a little bit. But one
- 15:20Speaker 1: thing you can count on every single week is that
- 15:23Speaker 1: Diggs is going to come to play. So the best
- 15:26Speaker 1: thing we learned from this game. Everything the Seahouse wants
- 15:29Speaker 1: it coomplished this season is still in front of them.
- 15:31Speaker 1: The Seahaws still control their own destiny when it comes
- 15:34Speaker 1: to NACA West and a first round. By all they
- 15:37Speaker 1: gotta do is win. Went out week by week, going
- 15:40Speaker 1: down to Carolina, take care of Carolina, don't let Kyle
- 15:43Speaker 1: alan Beacha, contain McCaffrey as much as you can, and
- 15:46Speaker 1: that is the first step. And I think they can
- 15:47Speaker 1: do it. Oh yeah, no, as we know, this team
- 15:50Speaker 1: was now sixteen to one in the road. They're great
- 15:52Speaker 1: road Warriors. And as they mentioned earlier, it is really
- 15:55Speaker 1: hard to beat the Seahawks after a loss. It's very rare.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I think it's only happened once or twice in Russell
- 16:00Speaker 1: Wilson's entire career where they've lost multiple games in a row.
- 16:03Speaker 1: And like you said, everything's out in front of them.
- 16:05Speaker 1: If they just take care of business, they're gonna be
- 16:07Speaker 1: where they want to be, in good position for the playoffs.
- 16:09Speaker 1: So I'm excited for them to get back after this
- 16:11Speaker 1: week and get ready to take on Carolina. I'm excited
- 16:13Speaker 1: to the sky is not falling, twelves. We're gonna be okay, Okay,
- 16:17Speaker 1: this is a good football team. Everyone has their hiccups.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Thanks for listening. It's been real and Michael Bump as
- 16:22Speaker 1: a lovel by producer Nasa Choby. This is Hog Talk
- 16:24Speaker 1: Recap Edition. We'll see you next time.
