- 0:54Speaker 1: You know the drill.
- 0:55Speaker 1: If you're driving, keep your eyes on the road, ears on me and seatbelt on you.
- 1:11Speaker 1: So let's get it.
- 1:12Speaker 1: How everybody doing today.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I'm feeling great.
- 1:15Speaker 1: A lot to talk about, a lot happened.
- 1:15Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all know what's going on with the Big U situation, but if you don't, then I want to know what rock you live up under.
- 1:20Speaker 1: But that's okay, because you got me and I'm going to let y'all know what's going on with big you.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Hey, joe from las vegas, I ain't never seen that name before.
- 1:28Speaker 1: So, joe, you might be a new member.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Hello, hello, hello.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Uh, man, so, but if you don't know big you, that's what you got me for because that is going to be the newest biggest story going on for a while.
- 1:42Speaker 1: It it's a lot to unpack with Big U who was just arrested, turned himself in gang leader that got racketeering and all type of deleting and murder charges.
- 1:54Speaker 1: We'll talk about that, but you already know we got a little Diddy and Kanye situation going on.
- 2:01Speaker 1: We're going to get into that.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I got an update for you all for luigi um in the luigi case.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Quick little update on that.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Uh, update on sadish sadiksha sadishka uh, got a kanaki, got an update on that and uh, other than that, we're going to hang out for a little minute.
- 2:24Speaker 1: So let's get to Diddy first.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I get to the big you after we get Diddy and Busby and like all that out the way, because I got a few updates for that.
- 2:40Speaker 1: First of all, I told you I didn't want to be talking about Kanye, but at least today it's not.
- 2:43Speaker 1: No, not nothing crazy.
- 2:46Speaker 1: He done said that we talking about.
- 2:53Speaker 1: But that call, the call that's hard to hear.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all heard about it.
- 2:57Speaker 1: There was a call that Diddy and Kanye had and Diddy was basically telling Kanye that he was warning them that they on attack, they attacking us.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Keep your head up, I'm going to be home, all that type of stuff.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Thank Kanye for reaching out to his kids.
- 3:18Speaker 1: He said that none of the kids no, I mean none of nobody else in the industry looked out for his kids or even called since the incident, and it was just a lot of rambling about that.
- 3:31Speaker 1: It's this call.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I'm not going to play the whole call because everybody's copy is horrible.
- 3:55Speaker 1: But just so you can know what call call everybody talking about everybody's's version is really bad, so I'm not going to play the whole thing, but basically Kanye was saying yes sir, no sir, and all of that, and it was basically you could tell.
- 4:13Speaker 1: It was like he felt like Diddy is his mentor, I guess in a way we finding out that the Dittler didn't know and so he claims he didn't know that his call was being recorded.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And then you know, the first thing I said was well, did he?
- 4:39Speaker 1: I mean, every jail call is recorded.
- 4:41Speaker 1: But then they said, well, not that it's recorded, but the jail calls aren't recorded to play for the public I guess, for everybody to hear and so I guess that's what they were talking about.
- 4:53Speaker 1: But I was like, who doesn't know that a jail call is being recorded?
- 4:56Speaker 1: But what they're saying is he didn't know that kanye was recording it.
- 5:01Speaker 1: To put it out, uh, this article comes from the new york post and it reads it's talking about basically that diddy didn't know and basically, uh, kanye played diddy in a way.
- 5:16Speaker 1: This is what they're saying.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So it's in the new york post.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Uh, the article is uh entitled sean diddy combs didn't know his prison call with kanye west was being recorded collateral damage in war with kim kardashian.
- 5:34Speaker 1: And so what they talking about is we already talked about it on here on this podcast that right now kanye and kim are in a, that right now Kanye and Kim are in a baby mama, baby daddy war over kids who ain't been there.
- 5:48Speaker 1: I think every day I look around somebody getting into it with their baby mama or whatever, or baby daddy.
- 5:53Speaker 1: So what they're saying is Kanye West must use Diddy as a tool to get back at Kim and to put her business out there and try to do whatever about his kid.
- 6:09Speaker 1: This is just a sad situation.
- 6:11Speaker 1: So article goes on to say Sean Diddy Combs didn't know his leaked jailhouse call with Kanye West had been recorded for the general public to hear.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So Diddy is pissed.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Public to hear, so Diddy is pissed.
- 6:29Speaker 1: A video showing Ye talking on the phone with Diddy was posted Monday on Instagram by the shade room.
- 6:32Speaker 1: The video appeared to have been recorded by Wes.
- 6:35Speaker 1: However, it's not clear who leaked the video.
- 6:38Speaker 1: We know Kanye West leaked the video.
- 6:41Speaker 1: I don't even know what they mean.
- 6:42Speaker 1: It's not clear.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Anyway, puff didn't know it was being recorded.
- 6:47Speaker 1: The source claimed, adding that Combs thought he was having a friend call him to check on his kids.
- 6:53Speaker 1: See, this is when you got a whole bunch of narcissists in one room and they just opportunists who just going after the opportunity, and now they clashing Because Kanye only give a shit about Kanye and Diddy only gives a shit about Diddy.
- 7:14Speaker 1: So when you put those two on a phone call, of course it's going to go like this.
- 7:20Speaker 1: This this is two opportunists who, not too long ago, kanye west was saying that diddy was feds and stay away from diddy, and and and diddy is part of the system and all kind of stuff.
- 7:38Speaker 1: But now kanye sees diddy as a way to go against the grain and get noticed and get attention from it.
- 7:49Speaker 1: And then on the other end, you got Diddy.
- 7:52Speaker 1: He's just happy to probably talk to any top celebrity and so he's on the phone.
- 8:00Speaker 1: He's actually using Kanye to be a voice for him, him.
- 8:05Speaker 1: So they just using each other.
- 8:08Speaker 1: That's what I get.
- 8:09Speaker 1: And now diddy mad and I'm sure kanye mad that diddy has put this out, that he didn't know his call was being recorded, basically throwing kanye under the bus.
- 8:20Speaker 1: This will happen when you get two opportunists in one room.
- 8:25Speaker 1: They piss each other off because they get they hitting each other with the same moves they hit everybody else with.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So do I feel bad for diddy?
- 8:34Speaker 1: Hell, no, so let's go on.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Combs is currently held without bail.
- 8:38Speaker 1: We already know that.
- 8:39Speaker 1: A spokesperson from the mbc told the new New York Post that, while all calls are recorded, call logs and call recordings are never released to the public.
- 8:51Speaker 1: They may, however, be used in criminal prosecution.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Responding to social media speculation about the recordings authenticity, the source said that call was real's, not ai.
- 9:09Speaker 1: We all knew that.
- 9:09Speaker 1: On his call with wes, combs encouraged the embattled rapper to have some fucking fun and to get behind the mic.
- 9:17Speaker 1: He also thanked yay for taking care of his kids following his lockup.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So diddy's kids are in touch with yay, uh source says, and so yay will be their point of reference.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Now that's another another another thing I disagree.
- 9:38Speaker 1: And they got to get out this celebrity world.
- 9:41Speaker 1: I don't care if he is kanye.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I don't want kanye looking out for my kids.
- 9:46Speaker 1: I don't want kanye looking out for my son.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Somebody need to be looking out for kanye.
- 9:51Speaker 1: We, we, we, we talking about you, talking about a guy who is mentally unstable, on the verge of maybe even suicide, saying all the craziest things you can, you can imagine, but but you want him to be looking out for your kids.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I don't care if you famous, I don't care how much money you got I.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I think that's a bad move.
- 10:17Speaker 1: And then we got wendy williams, who is basically on house arrest for no reason, got people all in her money, all in her, digging in her money.
- 10:29Speaker 1: She basically jailed.
- 10:30Speaker 1: But we got kanye west, who obviously has mental issues, who obviously is is is got something going on upstairs, but he is just running around while Wendy is pleading for her life to be out free.
- 10:49Speaker 1: So right now I'm like free Wendy, take Kanye and put him in assisted living or whatever.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Whatever you're doing with Wendy, you need to do that with Kanye and free Wendy and so to have Kanye looking out for your kids when somebody need to be looking out for Kanye.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Diddy still ain't learned.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Diddy still ain't learning.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Diddy still think it's a game, this, this.
- 11:15Speaker 1: He still think there's something he can.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Just, you know, come out dancing and do a song and everybody gonna be all right.
- 11:21Speaker 1: That's.
- 11:21Speaker 1: That's that's the feel that I get, which is probably why he mad that that recording got released.
- 11:28Speaker 1: He probably didn't want the world to literally know that nobody's checking on his kids, none of them celebrities.
- 11:37Speaker 1: All those people that was at Diddy parties, all those people who claim they love Diddy, all them fake ass celebrities, even though he, you know, mad that they didn't look out he I'm sure Diddy wouldn't want that information out there because they don't look good for him.
- 11:51Speaker 1: So I believe that he didn't know that Kanye was recording him.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Ain't gonna put it out.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I actually do believe it because I don't.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I think if Diddy knew he was being recorded me, knowing how Diddy is he would have said some different.
- 12:05Speaker 1: He would have said some different things to me but, like I said, when you get two opportunists on one call, oh, you definitely gonna have somebody do some shady shit.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Now the source said yay wasn't doing anything nefarious, explained, adding that the recording likely happened organically.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I'm sure West's new track features his vocals from his ex-wife's daughter, northwest.
- 12:29Speaker 1: We all know about that and that is what the argument is about Now.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Regarding the call being leaked, the insider claimed that Diddy is collateral damage in the debacle over Ye's new song.
- 12:44Speaker 1: The Beat Is really with Kim.
- 12:46Speaker 1: We talked about that in great detail.
- 12:49Speaker 1: The situation is a matter of older, influential black men knowing these guys are kind of flying blindly.
- 12:57Speaker 1: They added.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Representatives for Diddy did not immediately respond to the post for comment, so I'm a comment.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Like I said uh, diddy, first of all, if you align to yourself with Diddy, I don't ain't nothing else I need to tell you.
- 13:16Speaker 1: It's already speaks for itself.
- 13:18Speaker 1: But uh, uh, I definitely believe that Diddy did not know he was being recorded.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Like I said, he wouldn't want the world to know for a fact, even though we know no celebrities is fucking with him.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Diddy wouldn't want that to come out of his mouth and us to hear that ain't nobody, you know, checked on him or the kids at all, except for crazy ass Kanye.
- 13:41Speaker 1: So so, uh, ain't too much to say about that.
- 13:48Speaker 1: All I'm gonna say is, when you put Diddy and Kanye in the same room, you know you're gonna get some, some shady shit.
- 13:55Speaker 1: And they both phony, because not too long ago they couldn't stand each other and Kanye wouldn't even meet up with Diddy.
- 14:03Speaker 1: So I think that's's a non-story and we can move on.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Nothing much going on with Diddy right now.
- 14:09Speaker 1: So we'll keep in touch with the situation, but for now, slow motion on the Diddy side.
- 14:16Speaker 1: So let's go to another situation that I want to update you on.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Remember I told you about Tony Busby situation that I want to update you on.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Remember I told you about Tony Busby Once he was able to get removed from the one lawsuit that dealt with Diddy in New York, and we all know it's because he wasn't licensed.
- 14:39Speaker 1: He's not licensed to practice law or to take cases in New York.
- 14:45Speaker 1: So remember, I told you the judge could go either way.
- 14:49Speaker 1: He could accept him withdrawing or he could make him.
- 14:53Speaker 1: He could not accept a withdrawal.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Well, once he accepted that withdrawal, yesterday I told you I said well, now that that judge probably accepted that withdrawal.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Tony Busby probably will just withdraw himself from all those other Diddy lawsuits because he already has co-counsel in place and, like I told you, I've dealt with lawyers when we helping impacted families and doing a lot of stuff helping people get justice.
- 15:19Speaker 1: A lot of times a bigger name lawyer will reach out to another lawyer in another state that so they could handle the case because they're licensed in that state.
- 15:30Speaker 1: So it wasn't, it wasn't big news to me yesterday.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Let me give you the update.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Just like I thought, busby went ahead and removed himself from like a slew of Diddy lawsuits and that's really just for paperwork.
- 15:50Speaker 1: You know I'm going to tell y'all straight facts.
- 15:52Speaker 1: You know the media going to spin it and make it big because make it bigger than it is, because that's the only way they can get people to listen.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You know people listen to what I got to say just because they know they can take it to the bank or they know that's not not.
- 16:06Speaker 1: It's not nothing biased.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I don't have to do smoke and mirrors, so I'm gonna give it to you straight.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Tony busby removing himself from them court cases or from them from the uh lawsuit, it, it literally didn't do anything his case.
- 16:21Speaker 1: The cases are still moving full speed ahead.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Tony Busby can still quarterback it and and direct the whole movement.
- 16:31Speaker 1: All that is is for technicality and for for paperwork.
- 16:39Speaker 1: So while the media and people are spinning it like this is such a big thing and Tony Busby and Jay-Z done, did this and did that, you know, it's like I tell you, I tell you when Busby getting his ass handed to him, and then I'm also tell you when it's just nothing and this ain't nothing, tony Busby, like I said, he gonna still handle those lawsuits.
- 16:59Speaker 1: He's still involved.
- 17:02Speaker 1: He got another person who's basically like OK, since you're licensed there, we'll go operate through your law firm, but Busby still calling the shots and he just removed himself to make everybody, you know, to satisfy the court and that's that, but it don't mean nothing, it doesn't even change anything.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Busby is still running those cases.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Uh, nothing to see here.
- 17:28Speaker 1: And, like I said, that's what I like, that we can come here every morning and talk.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Because I was looking at the, the news coverage and the articles of that and what people were saying and they were making it out like it's so such a huge thing and it's like that's what I hate about the media.
- 17:41Speaker 1: That's how I hate about the media, because they're so vanilla and corny that they got to use tricks and making stuff out to be more than what it is, instead of just explaining to you what really is going on.
- 17:53Speaker 1: That's why I don't like them at all.
- 17:55Speaker 1: And you know me, I was just, I was just dogging BuzzFeed, you know.
- 17:59Speaker 1: So I don't take no sides.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I just, when the information come, I give it to y'all straight for what it is.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I don't blow it up like it's something.
- 18:06Speaker 1: If it ain't nothing, I don't do that.
- 18:08Speaker 1: So, like I said, even before it happened, I told y'all I've worked with too many lawyers that do that.
- 18:15Speaker 1: It's no big deal.
- 18:15Speaker 1: They just say, hey, if I'm in california, but this cut case is in florida and I got the big name.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Well then, let me work with an attorney or a law firm in Florida, put their name first.
- 18:28Speaker 1: And even though I'll be running the whole thing, that's how it goes and this is what's going on now.
- 18:34Speaker 1: So, as far as Tony Busby removing himself from all those cases, it don't mean nothing one way or the other, just to let y'all know.
- 18:43Speaker 1: So we really just waiting to see the outcome of Jay-Z and Busby's court cases that they got going on.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Those are actually something to see.
- 18:54Speaker 1: But Busby withdrawn from all those lawsuits it sounds like a big thing.
- 18:59Speaker 1: It sounds like something that should be.
- 19:02Speaker 1: You know that people should be really paying attention to like, oh man, what, what happened?
- 19:06Speaker 1: But let me just be honest with you.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It really ain't nothing.
- 19:09Speaker 1: It's all just paperwork.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Ain't nothing changing.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Tony Busby still running those cases, even even if it's from behind the scenes or off the radar.
- 19:19Speaker 1: So don't don't get, don't buy into the hype of acting of people trying to make that like a big thing.
- 19:26Speaker 1: It's really a non-story.
- 19:27Speaker 1: It's just something that he had to do and now he just has to run the cases another way.
- 19:33Speaker 1: But ain't nothing changed.
- 19:35Speaker 1: So we got to put that to bed for now.
- 19:38Speaker 1: We wait for the next update on that.
- 19:41Speaker 1: And what else we got?
- 19:42Speaker 1: We got Sadiqa.
- 19:45Speaker 1: And what else we got?
- 19:45Speaker 1: We got, uh, uh, sadi, a sadisha.
- 19:47Speaker 1: So last time we left, uh, she was the sadisha is the college student who who went to punta cana with her, I think it was five friends.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Her friends left her with a guy at um on the beach at 4 am and we ain't never seen Kanaki, otherwise known as Sudishka.
- 20:11Speaker 1: We haven't seen her yet as of now, but we have the boy Joshua.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Well, the last thing we heard was they had a hearing and the hearing was about letting him, uh, taking him off, literal house arrest because law enforcement was following them everywhere and all of that.
- 20:31Speaker 1: So they took him off.
- 20:32Speaker 1: And so yesterday I told you the weird thing was the court agreed with him but they didn't give him his passport back.
- 20:40Speaker 1: And I told you, that showed me something.
- 20:43Speaker 1: But and this is something that I figured he would do I just didn't mention it yesterday, I didn't think about it till I got off the podcast he, even though he didn't get his passport, he went to the embassy and got the fuck up out of Punta Cana.
- 21:05Speaker 1: So let's, let's dive into that a little bit.
- 21:10Speaker 1: I thought that was very interesting.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I mean, I can't blame him for getting out of there, but uh they, I don't think they counted on him getting the emergency passport that fast, but he's gone.
- 21:26Speaker 1: He's literally joshua, the one that a lot of people think has something to do with sadiqshah.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Uh, whether she drowned, whether something even more nefarious happened, who knows.
- 21:36Speaker 1: We know he had a lot of time from, from.
- 21:41Speaker 1: He had what?
- 21:41Speaker 1: Four hours or or, uh, four or five hours.
- 21:46Speaker 1: He had a lot of time in between the time they were there alone until the time that we saw him.
- 21:53Speaker 1: There was.
- 21:56Speaker 1: There was a lot, but four or five hours that went past that if and if we don't, if you don't think he was sleeping, then he had a lot of time to hide a body or to do some cleanup or whatever.
- 22:08Speaker 1: But who knows what actually happened.
- 22:10Speaker 1: But what we do know is he got an emergency passport and he got the hell up out of Dodge, and so we gonna dive into this.
- 22:24Speaker 1: This is CNN that covered this said man, who, who, who last saw missing students?
- 22:30Speaker 1: Sadiq Shah Kunaki has left Dominican Republic after getting a new passport.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Wow, wow.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Joshua Reby, a 22 year old Iowa resident and student at St Cloud State University in Minnesota, departed from Santo Domingo on JetBlue flight at 539 PM Tuesday.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Tuesday, he was granted judicial permission to leave the island, though he couldn't immediately leave because, according to the source close to the prosecutor's office, dr authorities still had his passport.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Remember I said there was a controversy going on whether it?
- 23:20Speaker 1: was lost or what happened, and Reby had not been considered a suspect in Kanaki's disappearance and has not been accused of wrongdoing.
- 23:33Speaker 1: However, he was kept in a hotel room under police watch, though not officially detained, during an investigation.
- 23:43Speaker 1: A source familiar with the probe told cnn dominican authorities had confiscated reby's passport during the investigation into kanaki's disappearance.
- 23:54Speaker 1: A source close to the investigation told cnn now, on wednesday, reby received a new passport from the us Embassy.
- 24:03Speaker 1: According to his attorney, we are pleased to report that Joshua and his father are currently traveling back home to the United States.
- 24:12Speaker 1: As we know, kanaki was on spring break with her friends and was last seen March 6th on a surveillance camera going to the beach with Joshua.
- 24:23Speaker 1: And then they end up having a court appearance about it and Reby just said I just want to go home.
- 24:31Speaker 1: The judge sided with Reby on Tuesday, granting his request for freedom, but, like I said, some it's a reason why they held on to his passport.
- 24:43Speaker 1: They didn't know he was going to be able to get get out of there anyway.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I don't think or didn't know he would be able to do it that soon.
- 24:49Speaker 1: He probably had some connections, who knows?
- 24:52Speaker 1: But it's a lot and see, I know I don't.
- 24:55Speaker 1: I don't just spill rumors.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I only kind of either if they come from a source that I'm that I've been dealing with for a while, then I'll bring it to you, or if it comes from a legitimate source.
- 25:07Speaker 1: But I've heard so many crazy rumors about this guy that that I can't confirm, but they were saying like there was a large wire sent to him that was that's suspicious, um.
- 25:21Speaker 1: They also said joshua the kid had dual citizenship on dr and us so he might have had connections out there for trafficking.
- 25:29Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Like I said, those didn't come from any of my sources.
- 25:34Speaker 1: This is just he say.
- 25:36Speaker 1: She say that I've been seeing all over like tiktok and twittered, you know, for x, formerly known as Twitter.
- 25:43Speaker 1: They went on to say it is a situation where I can't discuss certain certainty specifics, but we know that the US Embassy is in communication with him and his family and his lawyer and we are providing assistance as well.
- 26:00Speaker 1: So he out of there, people are man and and and and a lot of people are like dumbfounded about how the family is ready to just close everything.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Uh, what is that one?
- 26:19Speaker 1: Uh, what is the other story, holloway.
- 26:22Speaker 1: There was another story that that's.
- 26:24Speaker 1: That's similar to this one.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I think her last name was holloway.
- 26:27Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Help me in the chat, but anyway it was another, uh, a student or another person who was in this situation and their parents said it took years, it was a year before they went ahead and and gave not gave up but you know called, you know said that she was dead, or you know insisted that they go ahead and say she was dead.
- 26:48Speaker 1: So a lot of people are like it's not even been really two weeks, it ain't been a full two weeks, and you giving up, or and you, you're saying that, uh, you don't.
- 26:58Speaker 1: You know, you don't think joshua, you think joshua did what he could or whatever.
- 27:03Speaker 1: A lot of people don't like that.
- 27:04Speaker 1: I, you think Joshua did what he could or whatever.
- 27:05Speaker 1: A lot of people don't like that.
- 27:06Speaker 1: I mean, and I'm not talking, I'm talking about regular people.
- 27:09Speaker 1: I'm talking about YouTubers, podcasts.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Everybody is pissed off about that and upset and not understand it.
- 27:15Speaker 1: And then we know it could be a cultural difference and this and that.
- 27:19Speaker 1: And it's sad because what I'm really hearing is that she, they feel ashamed.
- 27:26Speaker 1: They feel ashamed of her.
- 27:29Speaker 1: You know being on video, you know being with this random guy drinking, throwing up, and what they're saying is maybe the parents don't want that to affect their other children.
- 27:44Speaker 1: You know the people from India judging them or whatever.
- 27:47Speaker 1: I just think it's sad.
- 27:48Speaker 1: And you know they have a court case for Joshua March 28th, so on that court date, when he comes back.
- 28:00Speaker 1: They may have whatever they need, because I'm telling you, something about the fact that they kept his passport leads me to believe more people than just us.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Actually, some people in the DR, or somebody behind the scenes, believe Joshua is to blame, but they don't have the solid evidence that they need.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Like I said, they could be waiting on, they could be waiting on DNA, they could be waiting on all kind of stuff.
- 28:32Speaker 1: They could be wanting to look some more, hopefully, because it's hard to determine anything when you don't have a body.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I just think, overall, that's a sad, it's just a sad, that's a sad, it's just a sad situation, it's just sad.
- 28:45Speaker 1: So, as of right now, the only update is that Josh is the fuck out of there.
- 28:52Speaker 1: He got a new passport and he gone and they say the search has dwindled and downsize tremendously, has dwindled and downsized tremendously.
- 29:05Speaker 1: You know, once the parents give up, you know the authority's not gonna go too much harder than the parents.
- 29:12Speaker 1: So, um, I think the parents got a lot to do with.
- 29:16Speaker 1: You know, the the search has really, you know they brought it down to a much smaller level.
- 29:24Speaker 1: At first they were all over the island, they had people everywhere, but now we'll see, because it's dying.
- 29:32Speaker 1: The story isn't dying but the search efforts are dying and I hope that the authorities and the FBI and everybody involved I just hope they continue to look because I just strongly believe something ain't right and something happened.
- 29:52Speaker 1: I just really do His story and, like I said, if he had a concrete story I would be willing to go with it.
- 30:01Speaker 1: But the story he tells and more and more people are saying the same thing I'm here, I'm watching news people everybody started to really say like there's a serious gap in that story and it and it seriously doesn't.
- 30:15Speaker 1: Everybody is starting to say now the main thing is that how you save her.
- 30:20Speaker 1: And then now y'all in knee-high water and then you just y'all just never talked about anything after that.
- 30:27Speaker 1: She just walked at an angle in the water and you just went and vomited and that's it.
- 30:33Speaker 1: And then you supposedly went to sleep, but after just saving this poor girl's life, saving your life, according to Joshua, you didn't mention this to anybody.
- 30:47Speaker 1: You didn't mention it to anybody, you didn't tell your friend, you didn't have her friends call her and even check on her.
- 31:02Speaker 1: You just talked about how much water you took in and she could, she couldn't breathe and you was trying to make sure she could breathe, but she couldn't do this.
- 31:11Speaker 1: All of this chaos and you didn't think to even check on her.
- 31:18Speaker 1: After that, you didn't think anything could have been wrong with her.
- 31:22Speaker 1: You, I don't know.
- 31:23Speaker 1: After that, you didn't think anything could have been wrong with her.
- 31:28Speaker 1: You, I don't know.
- 31:30Speaker 1: So, not to mention the convenient time of you didn't come back to nine, eight, fifty or whenever that was.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Good morning, amanda.
- 31:43Speaker 1: But it's just strange.
- 31:46Speaker 1: You know I'm I'm gonna keep paying attention to that.
- 31:49Speaker 1: That.
- 31:49Speaker 1: That story and, like I said, the latest on that is just basically that josh is out of there.
- 31:54Speaker 1: He has a court date on on march 28th, which is only really concerning his like passport and whatever he went through.
- 32:03Speaker 1: It's not nothing really concerning Sadiq Shah, and so we just sit back and wait.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Nothing else we can do on that one.
- 32:10Speaker 1: But the thing everybody talking about Is this big you situation and if you don't know, let me give you a little background, a little background of the story and we'll continue from there.
- 32:39Speaker 1: But this is Big U is a gang, a gang leader in Out of Cali, west Coast, lot of controversy surrounding him and they got a Rico on them, diddy part 2.
- 33:04Speaker 1: And this, this is gonna be something serious y'all.
- 33:07Speaker 1: And they got a Rico on them, diddy part two.
- 33:08Speaker 4: And this is going to be something serious y'all, because it's another situation where it's somebody who Authorities say Eugene Big U Henley, led a violent criminal enterprise responsible for murder, extortion and fraud.
- 33:17Speaker 4: Kcal News anchor Gio Insignaris joins us now with a story that is shocking a whole lot of people tonight.
- 33:22Speaker 4: That's certainly an understatement, Juan Susie.
- 33:24Speaker 4: Good evening to both of you.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Authorities describing Eugene Big U Henley as a man who presented himself as an entertainment entrepreneur and a community leader.
- 33:31Speaker 4: We've even reported on his charitable efforts as recently as this past Christmas, but federal investigators now say he ran what they're calling a mafia-like organization responsible for serious crimes across LA.
- 33:42Speaker 4: Federal agents say Eugene Henley led what they're calling the Big U Enterprise, a criminal organization tied to the Roland 60s Crips street gang.
- 33:52Speaker 4: According to a 107-page complaint, Henley and his associates allegedly extorted professional athletes and musicians, including NBA star Draymond Green and Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal, persuading them to donate to his charities and later allegedly transferring the money to his personal bank accounts.
- 34:07Speaker 3: The facts alleging the complaint paint a very different picture.
- 34:11Speaker 3: It is one of a murder, a thief, a liar and a cheat, and the criminals that enabled him.
- 34:18Speaker 4: Authorities also say Henley is linked to the 2021 murder of an aspiring rapper whose body was found in the Las Vegas desert.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Investigators accuse Henley is linked to the 2021 murder of an aspiring rapper whose body was found in the Las Vegas desert.
- 34:25Speaker 4: Investigators accuse Henley of fatally shooting the young musician over a dispute.
- 34:28Speaker 4: In addition to violent crimes, prosecutors say Henley defrauded donors, including celebrities and companies, funneling charity funds into his personal accounts.
- 34:36Speaker 4: His organization, Developing Options, received millions from LA's gang's Gang Reduction and Youth Development Program.
- 34:43Speaker 3: He used that goodwill to benefit himself.
- 34:46Speaker 3: He diverted money from that charity and lined his own pockets with it, and that money was ultimately traced and we can show that he used it for personal purposes.
- 34:56Speaker 4: Dr Georgia Leap, an adjunct professor of social welfare at UCLA, is an expert in gangs and community justice.
- 35:02Speaker 4: She knew Henley through her work and says this latest news is heartbreaking but not shocking.
- 35:06Speaker 4: He was a very charismatic very arresting no pun intended.
- 35:10Speaker 4: A very arresting personality and you know he had the smile and he had the charisma and he could talk to kids and he could talk to OGs and everybody in between.
- 35:22Speaker 1: I got a digital turtle set and I got a Spider-Man set.
- 35:25Speaker 4: Last Christmas he collected $40,000 in donations for a South LA toy drive, but the night before the event he claimed a truck containing all the toys was stolen.
- 35:34Speaker 4: He offered up security video of the truck driving off and pleaded with the community to donate again.
- 35:39Speaker 4: It did.
- 35:40Speaker 4: At the time Henley called it a great save by the community To think that somebody was stealing a bunch of toys.
- 35:46Speaker 2: stealing Christmas, that's kind of crazy.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Yes, yes, yes.
- 35:49Speaker 1: So this is definitely a crip.
- 35:52Speaker 1: This is a story that I'm telling y'all.
- 35:57Speaker 1: It's kind of like a Diddy in a sense, without all the freak off and all that, but it's a lot like Diddy where this, this guy, big U uh, definitely has been an enforcer.
- 36:08Speaker 1: He has been intimidating people, all kind of stuff.
- 36:12Speaker 1: He's been ruthless and now that he's locked up, more people are coming out and he's going to see it's going to be just like the Diddy situation.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Now people are coming out.
- 36:26Speaker 1: We even got a woman who came out saying that he intimidated her and he threatened her and he has did a lot of things to a lot of different people, including Shaq and Draymond Green, who you heard in there.
- 36:45Speaker 1: These are NBA players.
- 36:47Speaker 1: They said that Big U would have the NBA players.
- 36:52Speaker 1: They would have to pay him money for protection and people will have to check in.
- 36:58Speaker 1: It was situations like one with Adrian Broner.
- 37:02Speaker 1: If you remember Adrian Broner, he was a boxer and allegedly he and some of his guys had set up a fake dice game with some dice that were trick dice or whatever, and they got millions out of NBA players because of that, of NBA players, because of that.
- 37:25Speaker 1: And next thing we know Big U gets involved and he charges each NBA player allegedly $100,000 to get their money back.
- 37:40Speaker 1: And so they were saying Big U was the type of person to break legs and then charge people for crutches you know some mafia type stuff.
- 37:50Speaker 1: He was knock your teeth out and then charge you for veneers and even worse than that.
- 38:03Speaker 1: I ain't got't got to the real bad part yet.
- 38:10Speaker 1: What really is going to do him in is if they find out that this kid, who was a rapper, also a football player, that lived with Big U this is what got all the really got the shit started or really got his ass locked up.
- 38:24Speaker 1: He stayed with Big U as a football player young guy.
- 38:28Speaker 1: He was playing football, I guess in high school, I'm not sure, but I know he was a football player and he him and big u got into it and he made a diss song.
- 38:42Speaker 1: This, this rapper slash football player young kid.
- 38:45Speaker 1: He was young, he made a diss song about Big U.
- 38:49Speaker 1: They found his body in Vegas In a landfill or somewhere, and guess whose DNA was under his fingernails?
- 39:04Speaker 1: Big U, big U.
- 39:11Speaker 1: And so that's a big one right there and he made a diss song.
- 39:25Speaker 1: And you know who else made a diss song and you know who else made a diss song about big u and came up stinking my boy, nipsey motherfucking hustle.
- 39:38Speaker 1: I'm sure most of y'all listening should at least have heard the name Nipsey Hussle before Rapper no longer with us Died after someone another gang member came up to him and shot him up Over some beef, over some snitching allegations.
- 40:00Speaker 1: You know we don't get into the nipsey hustle story, but nipsey hustle, it was widely known that him and big you didn't get along towards the end of their relationship.
- 40:12Speaker 1: They actually were cool at first but many people believed for a long time that big you has something to do with Nipsey Hussle.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Matter of fact, they said that big you knew 30 minutes before it happened that it was about to happen.
- 40:41Speaker 1: I guess somebody told big you had about to go up there they bought it Do about to go up there and shoot dude by to go up there and shoot.
- 40:47Speaker 1: He bought to go up there and shoot Nipsey for saying that.
- 40:52Speaker 1: So it's like either he has something to do with it or, if he didn't have something to do with it, he knew what was happening and he didn't call nobody or say like, hey, nipsey, get out of there or whatever.
- 41:05Speaker 1: But what I'm telling you is this, nipsey, this, this big you is gonna be bigger.
- 41:07Speaker 1: It's big now, but it's about to get bigger because there are so many different situations that got big you uh, uh, name on it, even like this situation from complex magazine where Big U allegedly defrauded Shaquille O'Neal, draymond Green and charged rappers for LA check-ins.
- 41:29Speaker 1: So if you was a rapper and you wanted to come to LA, you had to pay Big U for protection or you could be killed.
- 41:39Speaker 1: So let's go into this article.
- 41:42Speaker 1: So an affidavit filed on monday in california alongside the rico indictment, which is big you is in a rico indictment right now details the ways in which eugene big you henley allegedly misappropriated money from companies, donors and celebrities.
- 41:59Speaker 1: In the 107 page document Reviewed by Complex FBI Special Agent Andrew Russo accuses Henley of withdrawing hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary from nonprofit organizations.
- 42:18Speaker 1: He did this in July 18th to June 20, 2023, through the Gang Reduction Youth Development Program.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Now, according to the Los Angeles Times, the LA mayor's office was tasked with overseeing the program, which should have rejected developing options.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Each contractor is expected to pass a number of requirements, including background checks, training, approval of employees and more.
- 42:47Speaker 1: They say none of this happened.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Henley is accused of pocketing more than one hundred thousand dollars in donations.
- 42:55Speaker 1: According to Los Angeles, draymond Green, golden State Warrior Y'all know Draymond Green, golden State Warrior.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Y'all know Draymond Green.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Draymond Green donated $20,000 to the organization and all that money went straight to Big U's bank account.
- 43:15Speaker 1: On August 20th 2019, there was another $20,000 donation from a current NBA All-Star, but they only named him as Donor One.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Also, henley, however, embezzled the entire $20,000 that he would get from each celebrity.
- 43:41Speaker 1: That he would get from each celebrity.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Per the times, shaquille O'Neal Sent a $20,000 check In support of the non-profit and all of these $20,000 went straight to Big U's pocket.
- 44:03Speaker 1: A cooperating witness told the FBI in 2022 that athletes and celebrities were expected to pay Henley upon entry to the city.
- 44:15Speaker 1: So let me explain that to you, if you were an entertainer and you were black because, let's just put it like that we only do this to each other.
- 44:24Speaker 1: We don't.
- 44:24Speaker 1: We don't make white people, chinese people, latino.
- 44:28Speaker 1: We don't make them check in.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Um, it's only us make each other check in.
- 44:32Speaker 1: So a cooperating witness on 20 said in 2022 that athletes and celebrities were expected to check in and pay Henley.
- 44:42Speaker 1: This witness also said they were aware of celebrities who pay Henley for protection when attending events or ran the risk of facing retaliation from the big U enterprise.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Now, this is real shit.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Y'all, like anybody who don't know about what goes on in cali or just with this gang stuff and how they extort.
- 45:09Speaker 1: They extort anybody with a famous face.
- 45:11Speaker 1: They would try to extort me, anybody that people know.
- 45:15Speaker 1: They'll say when you come here and see, this is why it's shady, not, not only you have to pay Big U allegedly for protection, right, but you would think, okay, security, hey, who pay?
- 45:30Speaker 1: We get security when we go out places.
- 45:32Speaker 1: I have security when I'm on tour.
- 45:33Speaker 1: But see, this is the catch and this is why he's in trouble, amongst all kinds of other things.
- 45:40Speaker 1: But if you didn't pay, say if it was me and say I didn't check in with Big U, and I say you know what?
- 45:51Speaker 1: I want to get my own security.
- 45:52Speaker 1: I don't want to use Big U's security, I don't want that protection.
- 45:55Speaker 1: I just want to call a regular security company.
- 45:56Speaker 1: My life would be on the line, my safety would be on the line, because the fact that I'm not paying big you I would be retaliated on, possibly.
- 46:12Speaker 1: And so this is.
- 46:13Speaker 1: This is the type of system that he had in place where and they have a sad to say this goes on in Atlanta.
- 46:22Speaker 1: This goes on in Miami.
- 46:24Speaker 1: This goes on in Miami.
- 46:24Speaker 1: This goes on in New York.
- 46:26Speaker 1: I hate to tell y'all the truth.
- 46:29Speaker 1: This is normal.
- 46:32Speaker 1: As fucked up as it sounds, this is normal.
- 46:35Speaker 1: This is how people just extort people out of money, and this is what Big U is dealing with right now.
- 46:41Speaker 1: And the funny thing is, these people like a Big U, they do this type of stuff and then they blame everybody else.
- 46:53Speaker 1: It's like he blaming the whole internet, the whole internet.
- 47:02Speaker 1: He blaming the whole internet for his, his downfall.
- 47:08Speaker 1: So I got some let's hear from Big U.
- 47:12Speaker 1: This is Big U when he's about to turn myself in to see what's going on they're talking about.
- 47:18Speaker 2: I'm a fugitive, so they just raided all my houses.
- 47:27Speaker 2: 600 was actually with the police when they raided my house.
- 47:31Speaker 2: He's actually got video and footage of it, so y'all know what y'all dealing with.
- 47:35Speaker 2: And I just want to say this to y'all when they raided my houses and my property, it was actually about whack, whack, loose, cannon 600, and this internet stuff.
- 47:47Speaker 2: All of y'all fired.
- 47:49Speaker 2: All y'all who be sending shit around the internet, all y'all who be promoting and listening to what these niggas saying, all y'all giving these likes and hitting likes, all y'all supporting this.
- 48:01Speaker 2: All y'all guilty of this.
- 48:03Speaker 2: Fuck shit.
- 48:03Speaker 2: If you have something against a black man, you should handle it like you handle it with a black man in the streets.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Now let me stop it right there.
- 48:11Speaker 1: See, that's what I mean how we file.
- 48:13Speaker 1: You know what I'm tired of?
- 48:15Speaker 2: Because I'm an internet nigga.
- 48:16Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 48:17Speaker 1: I'm on a podcast, I'm on youtube, I'm on facebook.
- 48:21Speaker 1: I'm on all of that.
- 48:22Speaker 1: I'm the internet.
- 48:23Speaker 1: I'm tired of motherfuckers always trying to blame the internet.
- 48:27Speaker 1: The internet didn't put a dead man's skin up under your uh uh, put your skin up under a dead man's nails.
- 48:37Speaker 1: Internet didn't do that.
- 48:39Speaker 1: You got a whole ass Rico and you're going to fix your mouth talking about what somebody did on the fucking Internet.
- 48:50Speaker 1: You ain't going to never.
- 48:54Speaker 1: We ain't seeing him free ever again.
- 48:57Speaker 1: He's still like my parents, like my family used to say we call this stuck on stupid.
- 49:03Speaker 1: I don't know if they use that term where y'all from, I don't know if that's just my family term or cleveland term, but there was a term we used a lot and stuck on stupid me.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Everybody can make mistakes, but when you compound your mistakes with not wanting to take accountability, which means you're gonna keep doing whatever you did to get there, then my family say you stuck on stupid, meaning you can't get out of it.
- 49:34Speaker 1: You just want to be stupid.
- 49:35Speaker 1: You just want to do stupid things.
- 49:37Speaker 1: So when I hear somebody like him got murder charges, got rico intimidating, you got women I hope I got time to play it.
- 49:45Speaker 1: You got women coming out talking about how he intimidated her and this and that and she was scared to even say something.
- 49:52Speaker 1: All it is we got people who did see that this is how they tell on themselves, and this is why I'd be so upset with my people and just people that I know could do better.
- 50:03Speaker 1: It's like no compassion.
- 50:07Speaker 1: We talking about dead bodies, we talking about people done been murdered, and you on here talking about it's the internet.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Let me let them continue, because I didn't cut them off and listening to what these niggas saying.
- 50:21Speaker 2: All y'all giving these likes and hitting likes cut him off.
- 50:24Speaker 2: We guilty.
- 50:24Speaker 2: But he is the one that got a recall.
- 50:38Speaker 2: The FBI went to the city three days in a row and told the city they didn't want nobody to give me no more money.
- 50:45Speaker 2: They went to all the different celebrities and told all the different celebrities don't give me no money, don't help me, don't do nothing for me.
- 50:51Speaker 2: They're going around scaring and intimidating everybody, but y'all are sending it around getting people in trouble.
- 51:00Speaker 2: We getting people in trouble, y'all don't understand what the FBI do to black men who try to help their community.
- 51:05Speaker 2: I ain't been nothing but a help to our community, but I guess it is what it is.
- 51:12Speaker 2: This is the price of being black and trying to help somebody.
- 51:16Speaker 2: Trying to help your community and do what you can.
- 51:19Speaker 2: You're just guilty because somebody else don't like you.
- 51:23Speaker 2: Then go on the Internet and do what the fuck they want to, and y'all gonna promote it.
- 51:29Speaker 2: It's crazy, but I'm gonna go turn myself in though, because I ain't did nothing.
- 51:39Speaker 1: That sounds like a man that you ain't gonna never hear from as a free man again.
- 51:43Speaker 1: He don't get it and I'm sorry.
- 51:46Speaker 1: I can only say what's real and I'm tired of this.
- 51:52Speaker 1: People that look like me doing crazy, doing intimidating, doing foul.
- 52:01Speaker 1: I'm talking about murder, and the thing is I'm intimidating, doing foul.
- 52:03Speaker 1: I'm talking about Mark, and the thing is I'm not trying to.
- 52:05Speaker 1: I'm disappointed in Big U.
- 52:08Speaker 1: I'm not mad, I'm disappointed because I hate.
- 52:13Speaker 1: When something happened and you in a whole ass, rico, and your response is this is what happens with a black man who try to help his people.
- 52:29Speaker 1: That's what the fuck you got out of this big you.
- 52:34Speaker 1: You got a whole ass Rico because you black and trying to help people.
- 52:43Speaker 1: Get the fuck out of here, man.
- 52:47Speaker 1: That just really, as a black man, it'd be pissing me off because don't do that, because you make it look bad, for I'm a black man.
- 52:59Speaker 1: I'm trying to help people.
- 53:00Speaker 1: I don't got no fucking Rico.
- 53:01Speaker 1: I don't got nobody on here talking about.
- 53:05Speaker 1: I'm trying to intimidate motherfuckers.

- 53:47Speaker 1: I hate this impersonal.
- 53:49Speaker 1: I hate when we do that.
- 53:51Speaker 1: Stop blaming everybody but your damn self.
- 54:00Speaker 1: It ain't no.
- 54:04Speaker 1: You ain't got no Rico Big U because Nick is on the internet talking.
- 54:09Speaker 1: You got a Rico because you been doing foul shit and I ain't got.

- 54:15Speaker 1: I just don't want to go.
- 54:16Speaker 1: I'm just giving y'all my personal opinion on this shit.
- 54:19Speaker 1: But I could pull up a thousand interviews of him Big you on internet, on shows, talking and saying the same stuff that he's saying everybody else doing.
- 54:34Speaker 1: He was doing the same thing and that's what pisses me off.
- 54:39Speaker 1: Big you was on everybody's show threatening whack 100, threatening this person, threatening that person, letting everybody know he the toughest this and toughest that.
- 54:54Speaker 1: But I ain't, it ain't my job to pull up all his dirty laundry interviews and pull up all the stuff he said.
- 55:05Speaker 1: I ain't about to do that.
- 55:07Speaker 1: Y'all can look it up yourself, big U.
- 55:09Speaker 1: Just look up any of his interviews and you'll see him talking about the stuff that he going down for right now.
- 55:18Speaker 1: And then now you want to bring in the black man.
- 55:23Speaker 1: But you allegedly killed a black man.
- 55:26Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I'm not saying he did like.
- 55:28Speaker 1: You know what we say innocent to proven guilty.
- 55:30Speaker 1: I ain't even heard his side of it so I can't say that.
- 55:34Speaker 1: But it don't look good when they saying that your dna is under this man's nails and he made a diss song about you.
- 55:47Speaker 1: And now we got all these people it ain't just Big U, it's about 30 people they arrested.
- 55:53Speaker 1: Y'all know how many people about to talk and sing.
- 55:57Speaker 1: It's about to be a whole full ass concert in there with all them people in there.
- 56:03Speaker 1: Everybody about to be telling on Big ass concert in there, with all them people in there.
- 56:03Speaker 1: Everybody about to be telling on big you.
- 56:06Speaker 1: This is just getting started.
- 56:08Speaker 1: Everybody think this big now.
- 56:10Speaker 1: This ain't nothing.
- 56:11Speaker 1: Wait till they start singing.
- 56:14Speaker 1: Uh, michelle, you remember you went to the new edition concert.
- 56:18Speaker 1: It was a I don't know how many what.
- 56:21Speaker 1: Six, seven of them, us singing Well times five.
- 56:25Speaker 1: This gonna be like your new edition concert Cause they all singing About 30 dudes and all they need Is a happy meal and a milkshake and they gonna tell Every fucking thing that Big U has done.
- 56:49Speaker 1: So I had thought about, was I even going to talk about Big U?
- 56:54Speaker 1: But I said you know what?
- 56:58Speaker 1: It's just like any other stories I cover.
- 57:01Speaker 1: See, I'm on the side of the people and while everybody gets caught up in the big names that they know like a Big U, see, I've been around enough to know people like Big U.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Now, I don't know exactly what he did.
- 57:13Speaker 1: I'm not going to say that, I'm going to keep it real.
- 57:15Speaker 1: I don't know exactly what he did.
- 57:16Speaker 1: I don't have people like Big U leave behind a lot of victims and I'm talking about average Joe victims.
- 57:32Speaker 1: I ain't even talking about straight murder.
- 57:34Speaker 1: I'm just talking about using your intimidation to extort people, and so I don't like that shit.
- 57:47Speaker 1: And so when I get on this mic, i'ma just say it real.
- 57:50Speaker 1: I don't care who disagree or who say well, why you talking about it?
- 57:54Speaker 1: Black man, man, I'm just keeping it real.
- 57:59Speaker 1: When my father used to come down on me and give me straight talk, I'd be making up excuses for something and he used to come down on me and give me straight talk.
- 58:06Speaker 1: I'd be making up excuses for something he used to always tell me ain't no excuses, just solutions.
- 58:10Speaker 1: That's it.
- 58:11Speaker 1: We don't do excuses.
- 58:13Speaker 1: And so when my dad used to tell me that, do you think what do you think my dad would say if I said dad, why are you saying that to me?
- 58:18Speaker 1: I'm a black man, you trying to bring me down?
- 58:21Speaker 1: He ain't trying to bring me down.
- 58:22Speaker 1: He ain't trying to bring me down.
- 58:24Speaker 1: He trying to lift me up with tough love.
- 58:27Speaker 1: So stop with that shit.
- 58:32Speaker 1: I wish I would have told my when I thought my excuse, whatever excuse I was using, I thought it was legitimate.
- 58:38Speaker 1: So when my dad told me, no excuses, only solutions.
- 58:43Speaker 1: And that was all he said, can you imagine what he would have said to me If I said dad, why you saying that to me?
- 58:47Speaker 1: Cause everybody just trying to bring me down, cause I'm a black man?
- 58:51Speaker 1: My dad would have shut the door and left the house and said man, I'll come back when you ready to own up to your own shit.
- 58:59Speaker 1: So if you, I don't look for no sympathy from me, especially when you wrapped up in this and you talking about blaming people on the internet, bro, you got murder charge, you got Rico, you got defrauding, you got all kind of stuff that ain't from nobody, from no damn internet, you crazy.
- 59:27Speaker 1: So while everybody talking about the, the, the, what happened and what didn't happen?
- 59:31Speaker 1: You did.
- 59:33Speaker 1: You did you kill nipsey hustle?
- 59:34Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 59:35Speaker 1: Did you have something to do with that?
- 59:36Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Did you have something to do with this football player that they found dead in vegas, that used to live with you, that put out a diss song about you, and now he dead with your DNA under his nails, your skin?
- 59:48Speaker 1: I don't even want to describe what they say.
- 59:52Speaker 1: They say this boy was executed.
- 59:54Speaker 1: This story is so sad y'all I'm not even covering telling a lot of the details cause I don't want to repeat that shit.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: But long story short, this young kid that lived with Big U put a diss song out about Big U.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: They got into it.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: You know shit, my brother put a diss song out about me back in the day.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: You think I gave a fuck about that.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: You didn't get no mad about no fucking diss song of people that you didn't get no mad about.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: No fucking diss song of people that you know, but he wouldn't murder them.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: Allegedly somebody murdered him, but it wasn't even just a typical murder.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: This dude was executed.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: They said it was execution style.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: So somebody did.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: This wasn't somebody he got into it with at a club and they just shot him.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: This was a contract kill.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: And so when you got these type of accusations and you don't say, hey, I had nothing to do with that murder, he didn't even speak on that.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: Big U made all these videos.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: He got about 10 minutes worth.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: I only played you a few minutes, but he had all of this.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: He started talking about I ain't defraud it, I ain't do nothing like that.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: He didn't even mention the murder.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: That spoke volumes to me.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: Man, what did you on here talking about that?
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: You didn't take no $20,000?
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: Man, they talking about you killed somebody.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: So people tell on they self either speak on it all or don't speak on none of it.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: I'm watching him, you know, as he riding to turn himself in, big U was doing all this.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: You know crying like you know, like not crying, but like not taking no accountability, none of that shit.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: And he talking about he didn't defraud nobody, he, he talked all of that.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: And I'm waiting to say, well, why are you at it?
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: Do you want to tell us you didn't murder that man?
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: You didn't even mention that.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: That tell me a lot.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: That tell me a whole lot.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: That is the worst charge of them all and you didn't even speak on it.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: But you speaking on some $20,000?
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: Big U is cooked.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Big U is cooked and he's cooked Not because of no Jumper Podcast, not because, as he say, niggas on the internet.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Not none of that.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: Big U is cooked because, big, you never gave up gang life, nigga, once the hair get gray and you ain't got no business thinking you some gangster, thinking you some gangster.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Now it's the niggas on the internet fault.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: Now you dragging black man who helping people, you dragging us into this shit and I don't like it and I don't care who likes it or who don't.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: I'm just going to say exactly what the hell it is and what need to be said.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: Shit you not going to hear nowhere else.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: I ain't going to pussyfoot around it.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: I'm going to say it exactly how my family would say it, exactly how it was told to me.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: I wasn't raised with a bunch of excuses and a bunch of nah.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: You had to be accountable for your own shit period.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: The minute you start pointing the finger then everybody just tunes you to fuck out.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: So, as far as the big you situation, I'm gonna cover it because there's a whole lot of victims and, like I said, it ain't just the murder victims.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: Arrest that kid, so and the mama been trying to get justice.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: Big you, mr, help the black man.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: Mr, all I'm trying to do is help the black man.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: When the mother that child was trying to figure out what happened to her kid, when the mother of that child was trying to figure out what happened to her kid, big U kept dodging.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Big U kept dodging the DNA swab.
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: That don't sound like an innocent man and anybody want to be mad at me because I'm feeling this mother's pain trying to figure out who took her son up out of here, then so be it.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: But if you trying to help black man out and that's all you trying to do and this mother trying to figure out what the hell going on, why not take the DNA swab?
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: They had to literally get a warrant.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: And this mother trying to figure out what the hell going on, why not take the DNA swab?
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: They had to literally get a warrant To get his DNA and that's how they match the DNA to her son.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: And they told her a little bit ago that the end of March or the beginning of April Big U was about to be arrested.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: But see, when people say, like, when you call these stories out like they are like the Diddy story or like Big U, you know you got a certain pocket of people that'd be like, well, why you tearing down your community?
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: Or you know you got people who say that, but those are the people who only caught up in celebrities or who's known.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: See, I see, when you looking at big you, I'm looking at the hundreds and thousands of people that he has victimized in many different ways.
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: And so what about those people?
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: So, since you don't give a fuck about those people, I give a fuck about them.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: So if you want to stand up for the celebrities, stand up for the people in power, stand up for elon musk, stand up for all these people who don't need nobody stand up for y'all can stand up for them.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: I'ma pick the people every fucking time because I've been let down before and I know what it feel like.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: I ain't going to do that shit Never.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: And anybody got a problem with it can come on the show or feel free to come debate me in person and I chew your ass up for everybody to see, because it ain't no when I'm talking.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: Talking, it ain't no, ain't no hidden agenda, it ain't no nothing.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: I just want to put out the information that I think needs to be out there, and if that pisses people off, so fucking be it.
