Speaker 1: wonders of creation, God is always near. He's always working,

Speaker 1: he's always speaking and sustaining us. No, it's not a coincidence.

Speaker 1: It's not a coincidence that you're here. There's a reason

Speaker 1: why you're here. So there's three things that I want

Speaker 1: you to apply to your week, to this week, as

Speaker 1: we go into as we go throughout the this week,

Speaker 1: to remember, in everything and every lesson that I've been teaching,

Speaker 1: we should begin our day in prayer. We should begin

Speaker 1: our day thanking God for what he has done, and

Speaker 1: we should end our day the same way. Every day.

Speaker 1: you're grateful for, saying them out loud, praying about them,

Speaker 1: jotting them down, putting them in a journal. But we

Speaker 1: need to identify three things that we are grateful for

Speaker 1: because guess what we were mind. We're reminding our hearts

Speaker 1: of God's goodness in every circumstance when we are grateful

Speaker 1: for the little things, because it's little things that He's

Speaker 1: blessed us with. But see a lot of us we're

Speaker 1: we don't want to hear the truth. We don't want

Speaker 1: to hear what that said the Lord. We don't want

Speaker 1: want to be accountable. See, once we know we have

Speaker 1: to be accountable of this word. That means we can't

Speaker 1: be walking around here with attitudes. We can't be walking

Speaker 1: with pride, noess, we can't be walking around here like

Speaker 1: a lot of people. And I've watched a lot of

Speaker 1: people on a lot of these platforms. They garner these

Speaker 1: different levels and different things. And when you before you

Speaker 1: got on these social media platforms, you will nobody. And

Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, you think you somebody. You

Speaker 1: talk to people any kind of way because you have

Speaker 1: no humility, You have no humility. When you have humility,

Speaker 1: you are humble. You're grateful, you're thankful, you're thankful for

Speaker 1: the little things, even if you don't get put three

Speaker 1: dollars on your payout. See a lot of a lot

Speaker 1: of people don't want to hear this. So they gonna

Speaker 1: jump in and they gonna jump out. They're gonna press

Speaker 1: rep past this lie because they don't want to hear

Speaker 1: the truth. See, so many times we don't want to

Speaker 1: hear the truth. We don't want to hear the truth.

Speaker 1: But we say we're Christians, we say we're walking in

Speaker 1: in in the in the will of God, that we're

Speaker 1: walking for him, with standing for him. But we don't

Speaker 1: want to hear the truth. We don't. We don't want

Speaker 1: to be criticized. Even when people are criticizing us to

Speaker 1: uplift us, we don't want to hear it. It's like

Speaker 1: we were stuck in our pride. We don't. We don't.

Speaker 1: And then, not only that, y'all, we don't even want

Speaker 1: to reference him. We don't even want to speak of

Speaker 1: his goodness and the things that he's done for us.

Speaker 1: But I don't keep on going. So how can you

Speaker 1: stay humble in this situation? You take one humble step

Speaker 1: at a time. Is there a situation in re crying

Speaker 1: humility or integrity? Take one step? Apologize, Learn how to apologize,

Speaker 1: learn how to forgive, Learn how to tell the truth

Speaker 1: from the beginning, so that you don't have to apologize

Speaker 1: and you don't have to forgive. Let's be honest and

Speaker 1: a God, We under God, and we trust God for

Speaker 1: our guidance, for our leading. Not only that, y'all, we

Speaker 1: relationships that's rooted in Christ. Am. Know who's in your circle.

Speaker 1: little bit about us because y'all, we should be self

Speaker 1: evaluating ourselves daily, weekly, monthly, and we should be asking

Speaker 1: those those deep questions, those questions that are gonna make

Speaker 1: us better people, because our goal is to strive to

Speaker 1: be more like Christ, to more like the one that

Speaker 1: created us, because he said he made us in his image.

Speaker 1: have we got all the instructions where we can go

Speaker 1: in here and find out everything that we need to know.

Speaker 1: in us, but y'all, we ain't seeing known fruits of

Speaker 1: the manifestation and the fruits of all of that word

Speaker 1: that we got in us. This week, as we continue

Speaker 1: go through this devotion, y'all, we gotta learn how to

Speaker 1: handle worry, trust in God, and exchange for anxiety. We

Speaker 1: want His peace, and that's what we're gonna explore this week.

Speaker 1: We're gonna be embracing new beginnings, accepting new things that

Speaker 1: God is doing in and around you. I know it's

Speaker 1: not a coincident. So if you're hearing this, whether you're

Speaker 1: hearing it as a the live or you're hearing it

Speaker 1: as a replay or a clip, know that He is

Speaker 1: going to continue that great thing that He started within you.

Speaker 1: He's not done yet. We're gonna talk about using our gifts,

Speaker 1: discovering and employing what God has placed in our hands. Y'all.

Speaker 1: He's given us things to do. There's gifts and talents

Speaker 1: down on the inside of you. We gotta learn how

Speaker 1: to tap into those things so that they can manifest

Speaker 1: in our lives. Some of us got so much stuff

Speaker 1: in us, but we sit down on it, we gotta

Speaker 1: start using these gifts. Some of us should be right books,

Speaker 1: some of us would be hosting podcasts, some of us

Speaker 1: will be doing so many things, but yet we run

Speaker 1: from it. But this week we're gonna tap into using

Speaker 1: our gifts. And then we're gonna tap into love and action, y'all,

Speaker 1: because love covers Love covers, love covers a multitude of sin.

Speaker 1: Love is action, love is drawing. We're gonna make love

Speaker 1: visible through service and compassion. We're gonna show you how

Speaker 1: you can show love and be seen, how love can

Speaker 1: be seen and not just words, because love can be

Speaker 1: visible through your service and through your compassion. And then

Speaker 1: we're gonna talk about embracing joy, choosing joy even when

Speaker 1: circumstances are hard, even when we don't understand. Because this

Speaker 1: joy that we have, y'all, the world didn't give it

Speaker 1: to us, and the world can't take it away. So

Speaker 1: we got to learn how to praise him in the

Speaker 1: midst of going through coming out, when we're sad, when

Speaker 1: we happen, when we're depressed, when we going whatever. We

Speaker 1: got to learn how to raise him because that joy

Speaker 1: that he that he gave us y'all, Oh, can't nobody

Speaker 1: take it no matter what we're going through. Choosing joy,

Speaker 1: even when circumstances are had, we gotta choose that. And

Speaker 1: dropped this in my spirit. Choosing Jesus over yourself. That's joy.

Speaker 1: If you want joy, you choose Jesus over yourself and

Speaker 1: you can experience joy. And then we're gonna talk about

Speaker 1: the gift of generosity, the the the gift of giving,

Speaker 1: the gift of giving that never stops giving. That's what

Speaker 1: we're gonna talk about. We're gonna open our hearts in

Speaker 1: to reach for handouts. But we're gonna have it out

Speaker 1: to learn how to bless others, to be a blessing,

Speaker 1: because y'all, that's what we're called to be, blessings. That's

Speaker 1: a lot clearer. But you got to put it in

Speaker 1: You gotta want for him to change you. Whatever it

Speaker 1: we're not walking in humbleness, when we're not grateful, when

Speaker 1: we don't have integrity. We can see things a whole

Speaker 1: lot different. But when we have those things, we have

Speaker 1: a different perspective. We can see through a different leans.

Speaker 1: So I want y'all to think about that and know

Speaker 1: that God is not only present in your past, but

Speaker 1: he's our ready preparing good things in your future. Know

Speaker 1: has a plan for you, and it was to prosper you,

Speaker 1: have hope and a future. He said, not to harm you.

Speaker 1: So everything that he said that he was gonna do, y'all,

Speaker 1: he is already done it. He declared it. So know

Speaker 1: that it's done. So now it's time for you to

Speaker 1: a new day. He gave us. He extended grace and

Speaker 1: mercy one more time. You should thank him for teaching

Speaker 1: us how to walk in humility and gratitude and having

Speaker 1: integrity and trusting him. You should thank him. You should

Speaker 1: thank him for the gift of community and the beauty

Speaker 1: of creation, the beauty of what he has created within

Speaker 1: you and around you. You should thank him for those things.

Speaker 1: to fill us with courage to handle any situation that comes,

Speaker 1: any worries, anything that come to test our faith, anything

Speaker 1: that will cause us to not embrace the new changes,

Speaker 1: the new beginnings in our spirits. And then we can

Speaker 1: ask him and thank him for the wisdom that he's

Speaker 1: dropping so that we can utilize those gifts. So the

Speaker 1: week and compassion, we should thank him for these things

Speaker 1: and action in us and allowing these things to come forward.

Speaker 1: and generosity so that we would think about others and

Speaker 1: not just think about ourselves. Y'all, we should thank him,

Speaker 1: And it's by something that you may have done, even

Speaker 1: that you're in a place. But y'all guess what. He

Speaker 1: can use anybody, and he will use anybody. I don't

Speaker 1: to y'all from experience, things that I've went through, things

Speaker 1: that I've endured, that he's allowed me to be able

Speaker 1: to put in books over one hundred and forty literary publications,

Speaker 1: goodness the things that he's done for me. Now I'm

Speaker 1: not worthy, I think sometimes, but I'm grateful because he

Speaker 1: he extended his grace and his mercy. Y'ad he did

Speaker 1: it yet again. He allowed my best friends to stop by.

Speaker 1: They stopped by my house early this morning, before the

Speaker 1: alarm clock even went out. They woke me up. Huh.

Speaker 1: They reminded me of who I was even before I

Speaker 1: went into prayer. God thank God. I thank Him for

Speaker 1: those that us get up every morning and stand in

Speaker 1: the gap and stand on the wall. For five years,

Speaker 1: we've been on that. While we've been we've been, we've

Speaker 1: been in the gap. We've been standing strong, believing and

Speaker 1: trusting that His word is gonna come to pass. Nothing

Speaker 1: that nobody told me, but something that we have seen.

Speaker 1: We have witnessed God in work. See people people are

Speaker 1: looking to and wanting to see man walking on water

Speaker 1: and all of those stuff. But he's still performing miracles.

Speaker 1: He's performing miracles every day. When I can get a

Speaker 1: phone call and someone tell me that they may have

Speaker 1: an incurable disease, and I tell them I don't believe it.
