A brutal early morning fire at Rolling Brook Village Apartments displaced 23 residents — 17 adults and 6 kids — after erupting as a two-alarm blaze around 2:15 AM. Two adults were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Neighbors and police raced ahead of firefighters to evacuate residents, while crews from Prince William and Fairfax counties battled the flames and rescued pets from smoke-filled units.
