- Sarahn: Hello, beautiful people. Today is August the 4th, and today's calendar challenge is do something alone that you usually do with others. You know, it's so important to discover that your own company is enough. Just enough is more than enough. Joy doesn't have to be shared always to be meaningful. Sometimes when we do things alone, It builds independence. It strengthens our relationship with ourselves. It increases confidence. It helps us to be more present and it gives us freedom. You know, we don't have to wait for someone else to enjoy life. We don't have to wait for others to validate our efforts or our meaning. Spending intentional time alone helps us to become more comfortable with who we are. And that it allows us to do things. Alone that sometimes feel intimidating at first, but afterwards we realize are in alignment with who we are and where we are going. Without conversation or distraction or need for confirmation, we're more likely to notice our surroundings, our thoughts, our feelings, and to experience the true essence of who we are. We can move at our own pace, make our own decisions, and enjoy exactly what we want to. Joy grows when we realize we don't have to wait for company to enjoy our life. So today, be your own favorite company. Don't wait. Go anyway. Take yourself along. Treat yourself like good company. Make memories with yourself. Go solo and go stronger. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
