- 0:35SPEAKER_00: So today's show will be sharing the NAB round nine result and we'll get into round 10 previews with only two rounds on top of tech elites or rounds into three rounds of that.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: So we hit the Friday night football at Mission Wissing Ogil, Western Bulldogs versus Essendon with the final score 10-7-67.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Defeated one for 10.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: A 57 point victory to the Western Bulldogs.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: They are looking really, really well.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: With the Western Bulldog kicking one goal to nil, then it was five goals to two behinds.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Then it was two goals for the none and them out of 2-2 to 1-2.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: So Esendon have had started really well, then they just struggled.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: Absolute struggled ever since really early in that season.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: And how can I relate to Essendon?
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Can they play finals?
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Can they be uh able to get back into the finals race?
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be easy.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: They're just really it's not gonna be a season to remember.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: Yes, they've had three wins all so far, but they are a long way.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: They've got to get them a big win, and they're gonna they've gonna find a way next week at all starts, find out who they take on.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: They are back in Melbourne at Windy Hill.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: So it gives you a bit of an idea for that.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: So, and then Solomon Solomon.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: So they've got a couple of home games at Windy Hill, and then they are on the way to Sydney.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: So for the final game.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: So, which will be round 12, the final round, it's all being released.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: So I can't wait to share with you all for the final round when they come.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Pumps, which unfortunately will not be able to attend due to being away.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: Well, I will be sharing all that really, really soon.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: So, well done two Western Bulldogs winning 67 to 10.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Escalant hit up, play well next week.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: West and Bottles, well done on the win.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Sassana football.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: We have one, two, three, four, five.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: The five game schedule into the four games we'll share very soon.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: So Adelaide Quose versus West Coast Eagles.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: West Coast had a big win last week against Conningwood and Adelaide getting a little disappointed at Icon Park against Richmond as they'll be rebuilding onto a sensational season coming through the end of the season.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: So turn what I can say, this was a bit.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: This is the win Adela needed.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: They got their loss, they came back, they're back at home, they are really one of the best teams at home for the competition, and I gotta say, final score 7, 648 fitted 47 to 1.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Really good weather for football, you know.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: LA started well, and they just went all and took it all.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: So, really, can West Coast respond next week?
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: I think they I think they can, but it was two goals to one point, four, two goals to one goal, two goals to none, and one goal to three.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: West Coast score total all three goals three to Adelaide, three goals three.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: See the second half, 21 points apiece, with Adelaide winning by 17 points.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: So a good effort for West Coast.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: So stay basically double of that to make it a lot worse.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Heads up, West Coast Hey, well, next week.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Adelaide, well done on the win.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Next game, we are on our schedule for Saturday football down at GM HVA Stadium.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: In Geelong, Geelong cats taking their take on GWS Giants.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Geelong taking 11-6-72, defeated 6-9-45.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Geelong girls taking the win against GWS Giants, which Geelong's males team do struggled, and they did that during this season.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: So with the final score on our hands, as I mentioned, 11-6-72, 6-9-45, 27 points, big winners.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Geelong are starting to look very sexy for all at this point of the season.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: So I'll go through as I'm in during all the other games.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: 3 3 21 to one goal.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: Four goals to make one goal for the quarter to two goals.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: So GDS Giants only cut the mark down to two points at halftime.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Two goals to one.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: And it was five goals straight to four goals.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: One goal for the final quarter.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Absolute.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: That's how they won it, Geelong.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: They won it and they solved the victory.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: So one onto Geelong with the win.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: GJS Giants.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Good effort taking on Geelong and good bit of a good comeback into halftime.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: We come almost coming into the Saturday evening football, but we are heading down to, well, Kinston, staying in Frankenstein, Hawthorne Hawks, take on Gold Coast Sons.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Really big effort from Gold Coast.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: I'll share them in just a moment.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: I'll just go through quarter to quarter.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: Good start to the Hawk.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: They keep two goals to nil, then three goals to two, two goals to one, and then one goal, two, three.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: So how can back kicking from 20 screenstrops to seven back to winning the last quarter?
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: It was four goals, one to three goals, eight.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: I'm giving more credit to Gold Coast.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: No, not just you know, well done, Hawthorne.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: 23 point victory, 812, 60, 6, 137.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: But gold coast didn't start well.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: They came from beyond and came hard in that final quarter.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: So can I really see bad accuracy?
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: Bad bad kicking, of course.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: But I well done to Hawthorne, bad cockers.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: You know, they're coming.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: They have to believe in each other.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: You know, difficult season at the moment.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: They will get some good players in the future for the football club.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: I believe I trust that they will bring some good talent there.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: Hawthorne, once again, well done on the win.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: All the best in the last three weeks of the footy season.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: And we now come really, it's much.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: We're going to Brisbane at Bridesham Holmes Arena.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: This is a game with one of the best teams in the comp.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: Take on Port Adelaide.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: It is Brisbane versus Port Alaide.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: Final score 9-8-62-4-9-33.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Now, Port Alaide had a couple really solid games.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: Some really solid good wins.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: With, I was gonna say, with Brisbane.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Port LA came out on top.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: Two goals to one, three goals to nil.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Then it was two goals to one and three goals to one.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: So Port A just couldn't get them hands on the footy and continue this lead.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: They started well, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: And Marchham really was a 29-point victory with Port Alain in the kicking two goals, five to Brisbane, five goals three.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: So really, really comfortable second half for Brisbane.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: A lot more than the second half.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Bigger accuracy overall.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: So heads up, Port Alain, all the best for the remaining of the season.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: Well done, Brisbane with a mother win.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: So we come to the final game for Sassai football and Richmond versus the Kennaros, which Richmond 2-2-14, 7-850 with a margin of 36 points victory to the top place Kennaros, which they are sitting absolutely nicely on the ladder.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: They have drafted the one, maybe the best teams, and look out.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: They are gonna look very good in the next four weeks to come, coming close to the final.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: So we have North Melbourne started well, and that was it.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: It was mad of two goals to three goals to nil.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: Let's just leave us that three, five to two behinds overall.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: Then it was one goal to two.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: Richmond won the half.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: Basically, the second quarter into the third quarter, won the game.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: There wasn't enough, unfortunately, three goals against 0.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: So I think, really think Richmond just gave it all.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: 30 points, you know, it's not a heavy defeat.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: You know, be proud of that part.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: But the best moment I will give North Melbourne, Ken Ruse are looking very, very good coming.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Could it be the first and only time record that over 20 the AVW gone undefeated and they go straight through TV through the AVW Grand Final and win a mother pointership?
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: We'll find out that part.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: But right now, you never know what can happen now to then.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: You know, they could injury themselves.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: But right now, what I'm gonna be doing right now, I'm gonna leave it from here.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: We'll see you Sunday afternoon football.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: We've got three guns to share.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: We've got Sydney versus Carlton at Henson Park.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: Followed by we go to R E R S E A Park, Melbourne, St.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: Kilda versus Connie, one of the interesting rivals and the furniture, Friental versus Melbourne at Free and Tall over Perth.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: So some really entertainment games to share.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: And what can open up this competition is anyone can win it.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: So, well, that's all for now.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: We'll see you very soon.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: We are back for Sunday football, and thank you for joining for round nine results, and we get straight into round 10 previews.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: So, right now we have Sydney Swans vs.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Colton.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Well done to Sydney Swans.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: DeFon score 11, 10, 76, 5, 7, 37 with the Sydney Swans 39.5 shortly.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: We have well goals to one, then it was four goals to one.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: Nothing changed in the second quarter for the Swans.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: It was five goals to two three, a bit better than the Blues.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: And that was a mother one goal to nil.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: So Carlton came hard.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: King three goals, four, two, three goals, five.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: They were much better.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: Carlton had score pressure in not letting them score eight goals in two or three goals.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: So more points and goals, more goals and points for the blues.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: So pretty even in that last quarter.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: But heads up, Carlton, all the best next week.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: And we come to the second game as we continue.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: We are at RSEA part in Melbourne.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: St.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: Kilda versus Sir Coningwood Matt Flyers.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: Final score 5-5-35 to be 1-6-12.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: And it was a very nice start to the Saints over Conningwood.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: It's one goal to Neil.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: Then it was two goals to nil.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: Then it was one goal to one to put even that much better.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: And it was another one goal to nil.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: So St.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: Kilda started perfectly.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: They kicked two goals for one goal three.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: So three goals to nil to making it really point eight.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: Five goals on the scoreboard.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: It's pretty good effort against one goal.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: St.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: Kilda really took on a very nice victory by 23 points.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: And we come to the final game, and it's just completed 6'40 to 5535.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: 3-0 took as it's Melbourne Demons.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: And it was 3-0 just to start out, four goals to one.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Then it was three goals to 0.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: Then it was one goal to 0.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: And one goal each to holding on.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: What an epic victory it was.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: Two goals to one goal four.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Very much even.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: It was anyone's to win.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Well done, Friental was to win.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: So well done to Western Bordocs, Adelaide, Geelong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Henruse, Sydney, St Kilda, and Friental.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: We come now, we change over to round 10 previews with two overall games of rounds of football.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: We have three rounds of football, 10, 11, and 12.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: After round 10, it will be two rounds.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: So Put Alain and Hawthorne go head to head on Friday night football as well.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: West Coast versus Geelong.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Then we have Saturday football.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: Melbourne and Sydney go head to head.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Then GWS Giant versus Free and Tall.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: Kenwood and LA Crows.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: Crows and St Kilda.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: And then it's the Sunday football.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: As we got the three games.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: The first up is Essendon and Brisbane, Collingwood and Richmond, Gold Coast and the Western Bulldogs.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: The M round 10.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: What some big games there was.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: And that's gonna say one word, and that is Hawthorne over Port Adelaide.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: Geelong should come to Perth and take a ride win over, well, West Coast.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Essendon will be shown very shortly, but it's Melbourne versus Sydney.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: Sydney had a nice win, and as well, Melbourne that's holding breath off.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: So I think in regards to saying save, Melbourne should take over at Katysfield, Melbourne should take the win over Sydney.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: Jimmy Dallas Giants versus Friental Dockers.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Big win for Frio.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: Well, unfortunately, Giants not there.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: I'm saying Friantal to win this game.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: I don't want to go against Adelaide, but I think the Kenwoods at Arnold Street will take this win by just 50 points.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: Should be a whipping game of football.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: And then we have into Sassy and then Icon Part St.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: Kilda for Calden and St.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: Kilda.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: Well, one's just not getting a really big perform.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: St.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: Kil holding off a very nice win.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: Carlton was the win.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: We have Essen Den versus Brisbane for the first Sunday afternoon at Windy Hill in Melbourne.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: Well, Brisbane over Essendon at Windy Hill.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: Honeywood and Richmond, both volume teams in the comp.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: They will not play finals.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: And I think, in my opinion, Richmond should take this win at Victoria Heart.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: And to finish off at the Grave Beef Reef Arena in Mackay, it's Garco Sons versus Western Bulldogs.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: I am choosing Western Bulldogs to finish off round 10.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: And there you have it.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Subscribe down below.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: If you like today's episode, make sure you like it.
