After another trip to urgent care to get my lungs checked due to the worst cough I’ve ever had that just won’t go away, I found myself officially classified as a Covid “Long Hauler”. These are the people that for whatever reason have issues from Covid that linger well beyond the 10-day mark. Today I share some of the resources and help I’ve been able to find that covers the bases in both conventional and unconventional medicine.
