- 0:09Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:13Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Ross Vegas.
- 0:33Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time war War. Here's your host,
- 0:38Speaker 1: one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 1: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots. All right, Wayne, the work's
- 1:00Speaker 1: on fire.
- 1:00Speaker 3: This is a great example, by the way of what
- 1:04Speaker 3: we're saying goodbye to with these scumbags and the Biden administration.
- 1:08Speaker 3: This just came out seconds ago, so I'm gonna go
- 1:11Speaker 3: ahead and lead off the show with it. Biden's DOJ
- 1:15Speaker 3: gives sweetheart plea deal to murderous gang leader. A notorious
- 1:19Speaker 3: MS thirteen gangbanger who admitutes involvement in at least seven
- 1:24Speaker 3: murders just received a sweetheart plea deal thanks to the
- 1:28Speaker 3: Biden DOJ. Jayro his name is Jero. Hold on, it's
- 1:34Speaker 3: moving on me. It's moving on me. Here we go,
- 1:36Speaker 3: Jero says twenty eight will avoid the death penalty and
- 1:40Speaker 3: life in prison, as he will receive a sentence of
- 1:43Speaker 3: forty to sixty years on charges including murder attempted murder
- 1:47Speaker 3: in Arson. He was known for ruthlessly running the Long
- 1:50Speaker 3: Island branch of MS thirteen alongside his brother Alexei, who
- 1:55Speaker 3: previously pleaded guilty. It's a similar violent charges in a
- 1:58Speaker 3: plea deal that is expected Reid in a seventy year sentence.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Their branch of the infamous MS thirteen gang, an organized
- 2:05Speaker 3: crime racket that originated in la in the nineteen eighties,
- 2:08Speaker 3: was known as the Sailors. In their time running the
- 2:11Speaker 3: gang in Suffolk County, the branch was linked to several
- 2:14Speaker 3: violent cases, including the murder of two Bretwood High School
- 2:17Speaker 3: girls with a machete and a baseball bat wow. The
- 2:20Speaker 3: slaughter of Kayla Quavis sixteen Anissa Mikeens fifteen came after
- 2:25Speaker 3: one of the girls reportedly criticized the Sailors on Facebook.
- 2:31Speaker 3: I criticized these people ack ack, their head is gone.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Then they attacked the piers. They walked down the street
- 2:40Speaker 3: and literally cut them up. Following news of his sweetheart
- 2:43Speaker 3: deal this week, Suffolk County Police benevolent Association president Lou
- 2:48Speaker 3: Savello branded the move disgraceful and an insult to the families.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Saint's branch of the gang was dismantled during trump his
- 3:00Speaker 3: first term, as he launched a federal crackdown in MS thirteen.
- 3:04Speaker 3: So it's just the federal prosecutors that sought the death
- 3:07Speaker 3: penalty and they gave this guy whatever it is, fifty years.
- 3:10Speaker 3: It's a long time, but it's not enough. Should have
- 3:12Speaker 3: gotten the death penalty. These are people that need to
- 3:14Speaker 3: be eliminated from the earth. And maybe President Trump could
- 3:19Speaker 3: come along and change things. I don't know, but Biden
- 3:21Speaker 3: just tries his best to make every criminal, to help
- 3:25Speaker 3: every criminal, and to make criminals great again. He wants
- 3:29Speaker 3: to make every criminal grade again. I want to open
- 3:32Speaker 3: up the show by reading my commentary the two things
- 3:34Speaker 3: that will make Donald Trump the greatest legend and the
- 3:36Speaker 3: greatest president of history and make America great again forever.
- 3:40Speaker 3: It's just about time for inauguration weekend twenty twenty five.
- 3:44Speaker 3: I'm excited to say I'll be there to witness history
- 3:48Speaker 3: and guess who's back in charge. Donald J. Trump, the
- 3:51Speaker 3: legend is about to take back the White House and
- 3:53Speaker 3: the entire US government from the deep State and the
- 3:56Speaker 3: DC swamp and the radical communist traders of the Democrat
- 3:59Speaker 3: Party and their brain dead, illegitimate puppet President Joe Biden.
- 4:05Speaker 2: We all know.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Trump's first order of business, secure the border, begin the
- 4:09Speaker 3: largest mass deportation of world history, end the Green New
- 4:13Speaker 3: Deal madness, and make America energy independent again. And free
- 4:18Speaker 3: the political j six, the j six political hostages. They're
- 4:23Speaker 3: not prisoners, they're hostages. That's one great heck of a day. One.
- 4:28Speaker 3: And of course Trump has already changed the course of
- 4:31Speaker 3: history before he even takes the oath of office, in
- 4:35Speaker 3: an exact repeat of the Iranian release of the hostages
- 4:39Speaker 3: forty five years ago, almost the day at the moment
- 4:44Speaker 3: of Ronald Reagan's inauguration. How much just agreed to a
- 4:47Speaker 3: ceasefire deal and to release the Israeli and American hostages
- 4:50Speaker 3: only days before Trump takes the oath of office. As
- 4:54Speaker 3: Yogi Berro would say, it's deja vu all over again,
- 4:59Speaker 3: how much rel at least those hostages for one reason
- 5:02Speaker 3: only there's a new sheriff in town Hamas and their
- 5:05Speaker 3: boss Iran are scared to death that Trump is going
- 5:09Speaker 3: to bomb them all. Back to the dark ages. Trump
- 5:12Speaker 3: gets one hundred percent of the credit, even though he
- 5:14Speaker 3: hasn't even taken office yet. Simply amazing. This is going
- 5:18Speaker 3: to be a presidency for the record books. As I've
- 5:22Speaker 3: always predicted, Trump isn't like anyone else in history. Any
- 5:26Speaker 3: other president in his second term would be a lame duck.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Trump will be the opposite. The fact that he never
- 5:33Speaker 3: has to run again will make him all powerful and unstoppable.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Trump will do all the right things he's always wanted
- 5:40Speaker 3: to do and we need to do to make America
- 5:44Speaker 3: great again and our economy grade again, unencumbered this time
- 5:48Speaker 3: by worrying about what the critics think or what the
- 5:51Speaker 3: voters think. Since he's never going to run again, the
- 5:54Speaker 3: critics don't matter, and the voters elected him, so's he's
- 5:58Speaker 3: been elected to do what he needs to do. But
- 6:00Speaker 3: there are two things Trump can do that will stand
- 6:02Speaker 3: out above everything else, two things that will raise Trump's
- 6:06Speaker 3: status from legend to goat greatest of all time. And
- 6:12Speaker 3: as a bonus, these two things will make America great
- 6:15Speaker 3: again forever. Number one has already begun. Trump needs to
- 6:19Speaker 3: end federal income taxes and eliminate the irs. If he
- 6:24Speaker 3: can do that, he becomes the greatest and most beloved
- 6:26Speaker 3: president in history, hands down. But how does Trump do that, Well,
- 6:31Speaker 3: he's already started. He just announced the ERS, the ers,
- 6:36Speaker 3: not the IRS. The ers the External Revenue Service instead
- 6:40Speaker 3: of the internal revenue Service. It's the external revenue Service,
- 6:44Speaker 3: and that's clearly the future replacement for the IRS. The
- 6:50Speaker 3: ERS doesn't harass American citizens for money. It only goes
- 6:54Speaker 3: after foreign countries to collect tariffs. A large portion of
- 6:58Speaker 3: our taxes will therefore be paid by foreign countries instead
- 7:02Speaker 3: of the American people. Bravo. So at the very least,
- 7:05Speaker 3: he could certainly lower all our taxes because a large
- 7:09Speaker 3: portion of them are being paid by someone else. Eventually,
- 7:12Speaker 3: Trump should eliminate the IRS entirely and replace federal income
- 7:17Speaker 3: taxes and payroll taxes and business taxes, which are all
- 7:21Speaker 3: get paid by you and me. By the way, it
- 7:23Speaker 3: all trickles down to US and capital gain taxes and
- 7:26Speaker 3: the state taxes with a fair tax, which is a
- 7:29Speaker 3: tax only on what you buy. Combined with tariffs, taxes
- 7:35Speaker 3: will never again be paid out of your income. Taxes
- 7:37Speaker 3: will never again be deducted out of your paycheck. What
- 7:42Speaker 3: you take home is one hundred percent yours and now
- 7:44Speaker 3: he hid in the savings from never needing to hire
- 7:47Speaker 3: a CPA or a tax lawyer ever again. If Trump
- 7:50Speaker 3: can make this happen, he will be the most beloved
- 7:53Speaker 3: president in history. Why can't we run this country without
- 7:56Speaker 3: income taxes? My home state of Nevada has no income tax,
- 8:00Speaker 3: Texas has no income tax, Florida has no income tax.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Tennessee has no income tax. What do they all have
- 8:06Speaker 3: in common? Well, they are the fastest growing states in
- 8:09Speaker 3: the entire United States of America out of fifty states.
- 8:13Speaker 3: They have the fast growing states for decades, and they
- 8:16Speaker 3: have the best economies in America. Everyone is moving to
- 8:19Speaker 3: those states. If Trump is able to kill income tax
- 8:23Speaker 3: on the irs in one fell swoop and pay a
- 8:26Speaker 3: large portion of our taxes from tariffs on foreign countries,
- 8:30Speaker 3: our economy will explode. Our citizens will be the wealthiest
- 8:33Speaker 3: ever in America, will be the envy of the world.
- 8:39Speaker 3: So what's the second thing that Trump can do that
- 8:41Speaker 3: is even more important than eliminating income taxes? You might ask, Well,
- 8:47Speaker 3: as of four days for now, Trump is in control
- 8:49Speaker 3: of the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA.
- 8:53Speaker 3: He has the ability to investigate anyone and anything he wants.
- 8:58Speaker 3: It's time to prove the twenty twenty election was in
- 9:01Speaker 3: fact stolen. It's time to prove Trump won in twenty
- 9:05Speaker 3: twenty and the Democrats stole it and Joe Biden was
- 9:07Speaker 3: therefore was and is an illegitimate president, which means everything
- 9:12Speaker 3: Joe Biden signed it to law is now null and void.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Wouldn't that be wonderful? But it's not just the presidency.
- 9:18Speaker 3: It's time to prove that Democrats have stolen hundreds of
- 9:23Speaker 3: House and Senate races since at least twenty eighteen, and
- 9:27Speaker 3: maybe even earlier. Once Trump proves all of that with
- 9:30Speaker 3: his DOJ lawyers and his FBI agents, and his government
- 9:34Speaker 3: investigators and his forensic accountants from the Treasury Department, Trump
- 9:38Speaker 3: needs to bring all the evidence to the American people
- 9:40Speaker 3: and make them understand that their entire country was hijacked,
- 9:43Speaker 3: Their entire government was stolen. Trillions of dollars in spending
- 9:48Speaker 3: and government contracts, all stolen by a president and senators
- 9:51Speaker 3: and congressmen who stole their seats and therefore had no
- 9:57Speaker 3: authority to pass these bills or spend this money. It's
- 10:01Speaker 3: all fruit of the poison tree. Therefore it's all null
- 10:05Speaker 3: and void. Everything done in the last four years is
- 10:08Speaker 3: null and void. Then it's time to arrest all those involved,
- 10:12Speaker 3: and not just the criminal perpetrators of this massive voter fraud,
- 10:15Speaker 3: but all the Congressmen and senators who are sitting in
- 10:19Speaker 3: stolen seats. And of course Trump must pass strict voting
- 10:23Speaker 3: laws to make sure this can never happen again. Every
- 10:25Speaker 3: single vote in America must be numbered, numbered, and tracked,
- 10:31Speaker 3: just like a FEDES package and matched to the voter,
- 10:34Speaker 3: who must show government issued photo ID plus thumbprint to
- 10:38Speaker 3: prove it belongs to them. If FedEx can track every package,
- 10:41Speaker 3: why can't we track every single ballot. If Trump can
- 10:45Speaker 3: do these two things, eliminate income taxes and voter fraud,
- 10:48Speaker 3: he will make America prosperous again and make elections fair
- 10:51Speaker 3: and honest again. And those two things will make America
- 10:54Speaker 3: great again forever. And then Trump goes down in history
- 10:58Speaker 3: as the goat, the greatest ledgend and the greatest president
- 11:01Speaker 3: who has ever lived, not in the United States, in
- 11:04Speaker 3: the history of the world. Trump fight, fight, fight, All right,

- 15:07Speaker 3: tell the roots. We are live. I'm live with you.
- 15:10Speaker 3: I always love to be live with you. Lots of
- 15:12Speaker 3: things to talk about. I mentioned in my opening commentary,
- 15:16Speaker 3: you know my gut instinct on these shows. I was right,
- 15:18Speaker 3: and I said yesterday actually, when I heard about the
- 15:23Speaker 3: ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and them agreeing to release
- 15:26Speaker 3: the hostages, I said, it's a repeat of Reagan Carter right.
- 15:31Speaker 3: They were scared to death of Trumps. They let the
- 15:33Speaker 3: hostages go in a year and a half since October seventh,
- 15:39Speaker 3: Biden had plenty of time to get them out, and
- 15:41Speaker 3: they never listened. They didn't care. They kept hostages. Hostages
- 15:44Speaker 3: died in captivity during that year and a half my
- 15:50Speaker 3: gut was right again. Arab officials say Trump's team did
- 15:53Speaker 3: more for the hostage deal in a single meeting than
- 15:56Speaker 3: the Biden administration did in a year. Trump just like
- 16:01Speaker 3: it was all Reagan, right. Jimmy Carter tried to try
- 16:03Speaker 3: to try to get the hostages out and nobody cared.
- 16:07Speaker 3: They don't care because it's a weakling. But people listen
- 16:11Speaker 3: to tough guys. They don't listen to weaklings. And Jimmy
- 16:14Speaker 3: Carter and Joe Biden are like the guy who, you know,
- 16:17Speaker 3: like the pale little boy who gets sam kicked in
- 16:20Speaker 3: his face by the big giant, you know, Popeye, the
- 16:23Speaker 3: sailor man. Nobody cares what a liberal says because liberals
- 16:27Speaker 3: are a bunch of woosy boys, right. Liberals are a
- 16:30Speaker 3: bunch of pink pants and pink purse carriers, and nobody
- 16:35Speaker 3: cares what they say. You know, you punch a liberal
- 16:37Speaker 3: in the face and they you know, they're not gonna
- 16:40Speaker 3: do anything back to you, so you punch him in
- 16:41Speaker 3: the face. But if you punch Trump in the face,
- 16:45Speaker 3: he'll bomb you and your family till everyone's dead. So
- 16:49Speaker 3: that's that's the new sheriff in town. We're gonna kill
- 16:52Speaker 3: you all. Everyone's gonna die in Gaza, everyone in Hamas,
- 16:57Speaker 3: all the leaders, you're all gonna die. And so what
- 17:00Speaker 3: does some mass do. It's okay, no problem, cease fire.
- 17:03Speaker 3: We'll give you the hostages. That's the only way, peace
- 17:06Speaker 3: through strength. I went through this in New York. You know,
- 17:10Speaker 3: I was the biggest little weakling. I was a little
- 17:13Speaker 3: Jewish wimp with glasses and braces, and I got beat
- 17:19Speaker 3: up all the time. Went to all black middle school,
- 17:21Speaker 3: all black high school. I'd never been in my whole life.
- 17:23Speaker 3: I'd never been around people that were thugs that would
- 17:26Speaker 3: beat you up just as soon as look at you
- 17:28Speaker 3: because you're weak. And then, you know, I figured it out,
- 17:31Speaker 3: and I took lessons with kids who were good fighters,
- 17:35Speaker 3: rough neck Italian kids who were in my neighborhood, and
- 17:38Speaker 3: I learned how to fight dirty. I just clean dirty
- 17:42Speaker 3: in a street fight, and I learned how to hammer
- 17:45Speaker 3: the hell out of somebody. And from that point on,
- 17:49Speaker 3: nobody ever picked on me. Ever, a couple guys tried,
- 17:52Speaker 3: I knocked them unconscious, and no one ever picked on
- 17:55Speaker 3: me again. But mostly I won my fight, so that
- 17:58Speaker 3: ever hurting anyone or touching anyone or touching anyone, because
- 18:02Speaker 3: they came up to me, and you know, I've got
- 18:04Speaker 3: a very big mouth, and I told him what I
- 18:06Speaker 3: was gonna do to him, and they all got scared
- 18:09Speaker 3: and they walked away. And these are tough guys, rough guys, thugs.
- 18:13Speaker 3: They beat up kids at my school all the time,
- 18:15Speaker 3: but it was always WIMPs. They beat up little WIMPs,
- 18:19Speaker 3: you know, the little A plus students in math class. Well,
- 18:22Speaker 3: I was an A plus student in math class. Except
- 18:24Speaker 3: I'm one of the few guys in the history of
- 18:27Speaker 3: the Earth to be an A plus student in a
- 18:29Speaker 3: math class who knocked a bully unconscious. And after that,
- 18:33Speaker 3: nobody ever touched me again. Few up and tried, and
- 18:36Speaker 3: I talked my way out of the fight by threatening to,
- 18:38Speaker 3: you know, do what I had to do to them,
- 18:40Speaker 3: their family and everybody. They know. That's Trump. He learned
- 18:44Speaker 3: it on the streets of New York like me. That's Trump.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Actually he learned it at a military academy. So you know,
- 18:52Speaker 3: when you say, Tomas, please don't hurt us, that's when
- 18:55Speaker 3: a moss murders you and your family, gang rapes the women,
- 18:59Speaker 3: shoots him in the back of the head, kills babies,
- 19:01Speaker 3: puts a baby in a microwave, sets fire to families.
- 19:04Speaker 3: When you tell Hamas that we already know the address
- 19:07Speaker 3: of all your leaders, and you're all gonna be killed
- 19:10Speaker 3: along with your families in a matter of seconds, Hamas says,
- 19:13Speaker 3: you can have the hostages. Trump did it the way
- 19:17Speaker 3: Reagan did it, peace through strength. You gotta kill people
- 19:21Speaker 3: or make them believe you're gonna kill everyone they've ever known.
- 19:25Speaker 3: They'll be wiped off the face of the earth, your neighborhood,
- 19:28Speaker 3: your friends, your family, and all of a sudden they

- 23:57Speaker 3: President Trump to write and pass the First Step Act,
- 24:01Speaker 3: which I believe is Criminal Justice reformal. Ask him about it.
- 24:04Speaker 3: He's a reformed prisoner himself. So he's a criminal trial
- 24:08Speaker 3: attorney and a reformed prisoner himself. I got to meet
- 24:11Speaker 3: this guy, John Kufos. Welcome to the Wayne Della Root Show.
- 24:14Speaker 1: How are you?
- 24:15Speaker 4: I'm well, good to be with you, my friend.
- 24:18Speaker 3: How did you become a prisoner yourself? A reformed prisoner?
- 24:22Speaker 3: That means you used to be a prisoner. How did
- 24:23Speaker 3: that happens? That's right, Well, it's a wild story. You know.
- 24:26Speaker 4: I don't practice law any longer, But for a decade
- 24:29Speaker 4: I was a ganging organized crime lawyer in New Jersey,
- 24:32Speaker 4: and I was a completely functional alcoholic Wayne And in
- 24:37Speaker 4: twenty eleven I crashed my car driving drunk, a twenty
- 24:40Speaker 4: year battle with alcoholism at that point in my life.
- 24:43Speaker 4: I crashed the car driving drunk. I lie about it
- 24:46Speaker 4: for three three and a half days before I clear up.
- 24:48Speaker 4: Go turn myself, have the lawyer turn myself, turn me in.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Thank the Good Lord. That person I hurt in the
- 24:56Speaker 4: drunk driving accident lived there, weren't in a way wheel chair.
- 25:00Speaker 4: They went on to recover and do wonderful things with
- 25:03Speaker 4: their life. That was the beginning of my road to recovery.
- 25:08Speaker 4: And my road to recovery went straight through the New
- 25:10Speaker 4: Jersey prison system. I was sentenced to six years in
- 25:14Speaker 4: New Jersey, surprisingly paroled after about eighteen months. You don't
- 25:20Speaker 4: know you're getting paroled until about a month beforehand. And
- 25:23Speaker 4: had nowhere to go. Moved into a law school roommate.
- 25:25Speaker 4: So I went from you know, owning a law firm
- 25:28Speaker 4: and doing big cases to living on a guy's couch,
- 25:31Speaker 4: and then from there I used the knowledge I had
- 25:34Speaker 4: to become a criminal justice advocate, built a really big
- 25:38Speaker 4: re entry program in New Jersey, got noticed in d C.
- 25:41Speaker 4: Came and helped down in d C with an organization
- 25:44Speaker 4: called Right on Crime, where I did a ton of
- 25:46Speaker 4: work with President Trump. You know, he introduced me on
- 25:49Speaker 4: stage when we did the first Step Back second Chance hiring.
- 25:53Speaker 4: So really, really blessed. It's actually the best moments of
- 25:56Speaker 4: my life. Wayan't have happened as a felon, if you
- 25:58Speaker 4: could believe that. But today I'm married, two little girls.
- 26:03Speaker 4: I'm a blessed, blessed man and good and really happy
- 26:06Speaker 4: to be talking speaking with you, and very happy for
- 26:09Speaker 4: you two little girls.
- 26:10Speaker 3: That's great. Great that you're remarried and have two little girls.
- 26:13Speaker 3: I think that's wonderful and great that you've given up
- 26:16Speaker 3: the bottle. You are you are now alcohol free for
- 26:18Speaker 3: how long? Oh since twenty twelve, so going thirteen years?
- 26:23Speaker 3: All right? What I got a best friend and former
- 26:27Speaker 3: general manager of all my companies. His name is Hollis.
- 26:29Speaker 3: He lives here in Las Vegas. He is uh he
- 26:32Speaker 3: is with AA Alcoholics Anonymous. Yes, he has been on
- 26:36Speaker 3: the wagon. He's been on the wagon. For three. He
- 26:38Speaker 3: just got his thirty year chip. I guess they give
- 26:40Speaker 3: you a coin for thirtieth as three thirty years about
- 26:43Speaker 3: a drop of alcohol. So congratulations Alis, he just got
- 26:47Speaker 3: that ship, And congratulations to you. You'll find me very strange.
- 26:50Speaker 3: I'm one of the last of the Mohicans. I'm like Trump,
- 26:53Speaker 3: do you know, my entire life, I've never dragged alcohol ever.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Good for you, man, You're going to drug and never
- 26:58Speaker 3: drag alcohol. I'm a little weird, but I just I
- 27:01Speaker 3: was a kid. I was a good athlete, and I
- 27:03Speaker 3: saw all the other kids that drank, ruining their lives.
- 27:06Speaker 3: So I just never touched it. I developed like a
- 27:08Speaker 3: phobia to it. I said, I'm not going near that stuff.
- 27:10Speaker 3: And so I never wanted to ruin my life.
- 27:12Speaker 4: So I just didn't drink.
- 27:14Speaker 3: And I just know it going. I've never drank.
- 27:16Speaker 1: That's wonderful thing, you know.
- 27:18Speaker 4: Yeah, that's amazing, you know, And you know, and one
- 27:22Speaker 4: of the really crazy things is, you know, so there
- 27:25Speaker 4: I was, you know, under indictment for my own crime.
- 27:28Speaker 4: And my last case I did, I argued in won
- 27:30Speaker 4: a case before the New Jersey Supreme Court. I was
- 27:32Speaker 4: out on bail for my own case before I had
- 27:34Speaker 4: pled guilty, and I pled guilty at the first court appearance,
- 27:38Speaker 4: and yeah, so there I am arguing while out on
- 27:41Speaker 4: one hundred and fifty thousand dollars bail before the New
- 27:43Speaker 4: Jersey Supreme Court. And then we won that search and
- 27:46Speaker 4: seizure case. So but you don't find out until months later.
- 27:49Speaker 4: It's not like TV where they give you the decision.
- 27:51Speaker 4: So I'm sitting in prison, I get an envelope from
- 27:53Speaker 4: the Supreme Court and I said, what could this possibly be?
- 27:56Speaker 3: And I won?
- 27:58Speaker 4: So, like Tupac, I was making hits from on the
- 28:00Speaker 4: grave at that point in my career.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Very interesting, So tell us your perspective. Well, first of all,
- 28:07Speaker 3: before it get to your perspective on Pam Bondi and
- 28:09Speaker 3: the DJ and how should be run and all that
- 28:12Speaker 3: Trump's picks, I want to know about the first step back.
- 28:15Speaker 3: That was, if my memory serves me right, that was
- 28:18Speaker 3: Trump's criminal justice reform.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Correct, that's right.
- 28:21Speaker 4: Public safety focused criminal justice reform, I think is the key,
- 28:24Speaker 4: and that's what I'm happy to work on. Are things
- 28:26Speaker 4: that advance public safety, as the first step back did.
- 28:29Speaker 4: The first step back was the most consequential piece of
- 28:32Speaker 4: criminal justice legislation the past thirty years. It undid that
- 28:37Speaker 4: Bill Clinton Crime Bill of nineteen ninety four, which is
- 28:40Speaker 4: why there's a disproportionate number of people serving time for
- 28:44Speaker 4: cracked and cocaine. It sought to create rehabilitative programs so
- 28:49Speaker 4: people come out and get a job. And that's really
- 28:51Speaker 4: you know, my conversations with the President when we're throughout
- 28:55Speaker 4: this process and with members of the White House as well.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Do things have to lead to jobs, right? And that's
- 28:59Speaker 4: what President Trump made sure we did. And the problem
- 29:04Speaker 4: of course with it, you know, it wasn't implemented fully
- 29:07Speaker 4: back then. But I'll tell you you know, today you
- 29:10Speaker 4: have appropriate people with criminal records. We're not talking about
- 29:15Speaker 4: people with sex offenses. We're not talking about terrorists, We're
- 29:18Speaker 4: not talking about those people on death row that were
- 29:19Speaker 4: just commuted or any of those sorts of things. We're
- 29:22Speaker 4: talking about appropriate, lower level risk assessed people who have
- 29:26Speaker 4: the opportunity to go into a pre release custody environment
- 29:30Speaker 4: so they can work towards getting a job and those
- 29:32Speaker 4: sorts of things. So it really changed the way things
- 29:35Speaker 4: go on recidivism. By the way, for the people released
- 29:37Speaker 4: on the first step back is something like eight percent
- 29:40Speaker 4: or something.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Right, and I agree with you.
- 29:42Speaker 3: Listen, I'm considered. The media calls me far right, and
- 29:45Speaker 3: I always say that's because so far I've been writing
- 29:47Speaker 3: about everything. But ah, I am pretty far right, and
- 29:51Speaker 3: I'm very anti crime, and I want the death penalty,
- 29:54Speaker 3: and I want three strikes, and i want the border secure.
- 29:57Speaker 3: But those are for thugs and bad guys knock old
- 30:00Speaker 3: ladies over and break their hips, and murder people and
- 30:03Speaker 3: rape people and rob people at gunpoint at a liquor
- 30:06Speaker 3: store and home invade you and carjack you. All that
- 30:10Speaker 3: group I want to throw in jail and throw away
- 30:12Speaker 3: the key. But all the minor offenders and also the
- 30:15Speaker 3: people who made a mistake once in their life. You know,
- 30:18Speaker 3: as much as I'm conservative and as much as I'm
- 30:21Speaker 3: pro death penalty, if I was a judge that someone
- 30:23Speaker 3: came in front of me John and they made the
- 30:25Speaker 3: first mistake of their life, everybody gets a mulligan. Now,
- 30:28Speaker 3: when you make the second and the third, that's a
- 30:31Speaker 3: whole different story, and certainly the third. I might even
- 30:34Speaker 3: forgive the second, but I don't forgive the third. But
- 30:37Speaker 3: my point is, lots of people made one mistake, got
- 30:40Speaker 3: caught with drugs and they're in jail for thirty years.
- 30:43Speaker 3: That's ridiculous, that's hardles. It's a waste of people's lives,
- 30:48Speaker 3: you know.
- 30:49Speaker 4: Yeah, And you know the president, President Trump excuse me,
- 30:51Speaker 4: you know, also handled that through his clemencies. I mean
- 30:54Speaker 4: the most famous clemency of course, you know, being Alice
- 30:57Speaker 4: Murray Johnson, who went on to become one of the
- 30:59Speaker 4: true leaders of the criminal justice reform movement. Right, this
- 31:02Speaker 4: poor woman got life in prison for some piece of
- 31:05Speaker 4: a low level piece of a drug conspiracy when they
- 31:08Speaker 4: offered her I think three or four years before trial.
- 31:11Speaker 4: She went to trial, said I didn't do what you
- 31:12Speaker 4: accused me of. Blue trial or lost. Excuse me, I'm
- 31:15Speaker 4: going back to my defense layer parlance from years ago.
- 31:18Speaker 4: She loses trial, gets life, mandatory life. Trump let her
- 31:22Speaker 4: out after twenty two years, and she's gone on to
- 31:24Speaker 4: be you know, a complete symbol of what's possible.
- 31:28Speaker 3: Well, let's ask you Zan about what you think about
- 31:30Speaker 3: Biden giving out pardons and commutations to death row inmates
- 31:35Speaker 3: on the way out the door.
- 31:36Speaker 4: What are your thoughts on that. I think it's I
- 31:38Speaker 4: think it's terrible policy. I think it's and just as
- 31:41Speaker 4: a practical matter, as someone who works really hard in
- 31:44Speaker 4: red states and blue states, by the way, to pass
- 31:47Speaker 4: public safety focused justice reform. That act set us back
- 31:52Speaker 4: god knows how many years in reform in certain areas.
- 31:55Speaker 4: And here's why. And I did not bet on this
- 31:59Speaker 4: in town hall not too long ago on this very issue, Wayne,
- 32:02Speaker 4: You know what nobody thought about was once you commute
- 32:06Speaker 4: someone in the federal system from death to life, now
- 32:09Speaker 4: they're eligible for all sorts of things they weren't eligible before,
- 32:13Speaker 4: including release. So some of these people started to apply
- 32:18Speaker 4: for compassionate release, saying that solitary confinement had a particular
- 32:22Speaker 4: effect on them. And I don't doubt that it did.
- 32:24Speaker 4: But these people now apply for things that they could
- 32:27Speaker 4: never get before. So then you have legislation out there. Second, look,
- 32:32Speaker 4: legislation prosecutor initiated resentencing bills that people are talking about.
- 32:36Speaker 4: And everyone slams on the brakes Wayne and say, oh,
- 32:38Speaker 4: absolutely not, I'm not going near that, because look what
- 32:41Speaker 4: just happened. I wasn't expecting someone who literally one guy
- 32:45Speaker 4: blew up a whole family, I think in Philadelphia, right,
- 32:47Speaker 4: we weren't expecting that guy to be able to apply
- 32:50Speaker 4: for criminal justice reform.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Terrible, It's terrible.
- 32:53Speaker 3: And then Trump, that's Trump the Democrats, right, the Democrats
- 32:57Speaker 3: let out the murderers and the thugs and the mass murderers,
- 33:00Speaker 3: the child molesters and the rapists and Republicans like me
- 33:04Speaker 3: and Trump.
- 33:04Speaker 1: But you want to work on the people who are lower.
- 33:07Speaker 3: Level, who made one mistake in their lives.
- 33:09Speaker 1: And that's the right thing to do.
- 33:12Speaker 3: It really is. Hey, John, they're screaming in my ear.
- 33:14Speaker 3: We'll have you back for another interview.
- 33:16Speaker 4: Pigment just out of time.
- 33:17Speaker 3: You so we got to run. John Kufo's worked with
- 33:20Speaker 3: President Trump to write the First Step Act Reform prisoner
- 33:24Speaker 3: himself at a former criminal trial, a journey and I
- 33:27Speaker 3: think you could see a really good guy. I'm Wayne
- 33:29Speaker 3: la Route will be right back.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Hi.

- 35:59Speaker 3: The patent application includes over five hundred pages of science,
- 36:02Speaker 3: sequencing and processes of how to transform your cells so
- 36:05Speaker 3: they can hydrate, allow you to lose fat and upgrade
- 36:08Speaker 3: your health and immune system. No one else has this
- 36:10Speaker 3: science of inner body hydration. It's all set up in
- 36:13Speaker 3: a program that's simple and scientific. This is your time
- 36:16Speaker 3: to be healthy from the inside out and be the
- 36:18Speaker 3: best you could be. Energized Health is offering my fans
- 36:21Speaker 3: the War forty percent off, Decisive Action Discount forty percent
- 36:25Speaker 3: off Well eighty eight four four four eighty eight ninety five,
- 36:28Speaker 3: Energized Health dot com. All right, wait on the Root,
- 36:49Speaker 3: the Root, the Root Root's on fire. So funny because
- 36:53Speaker 3: I love dressing in suits and ties, and so often
- 36:56Speaker 3: on the show, I'm in a suit and a tie
- 36:57Speaker 3: and I've got I don't know, three hundred ties and
- 37:00Speaker 3: like fifty suits, and two years ago Rogerstone put me
- 37:05Speaker 3: on the Men's International Best Bestseller Best Dressing List. But
- 37:09Speaker 3: I'm pretty much this week been in all black on
- 37:13Speaker 3: black or black and white with no tie, because it's
- 37:15Speaker 3: a lot easier and faster than putting on cuff links
- 37:19Speaker 3: and putting a tie on. It's just a lot of
- 37:22Speaker 3: work to get ready in between so many shows. It
- 37:25Speaker 3: sometimes it's just it's a relief. It's easy to just
- 37:29Speaker 3: throw on a black suit and a black shirt and
- 37:31Speaker 3: I'd have to worry about cuff links or a tie.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Picking out a tie and then putting on a tie
- 37:35Speaker 3: takes an extra minute or two. Putting on cuff links
- 37:38Speaker 3: an extra minute. It's like two and a half minutes
- 37:40Speaker 3: makes a huge difference in my life. So if you
- 37:43Speaker 3: like me in suits and tie, sorry, sometimes I gotta
- 37:46Speaker 3: nixnay them in order to get ready quickly in between shows.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Bad things out there, the far left UK government. We're
- 37:55Speaker 3: going in such opposite directions. Right with Trump, America's going right,
- 38:00Speaker 3: right right, the right way to go. Patriotism, freedom, capitalism,
- 38:06Speaker 3: no weaponization of government. You're allowed to say what you want,
- 38:09Speaker 3: free speech. And the far left UK government proposes banning
- 38:13Speaker 3: controversial conversations. Can you believe this wasn't You know, I'm
- 38:17Speaker 3: not the world's greatest history buff, but I believe it was.
- 38:20Speaker 3: The Magna Carta wasn't that the expression of freedom. The
- 38:23Speaker 3: first time in the whole world anybody, any government ever
- 38:27Speaker 3: set out that freedom. You have freedom of speech, you
- 38:29Speaker 3: could say what you want. It was called the Magna carta,
- 38:31Speaker 3: I believe. And who did it. It was England and
- 38:34Speaker 3: it was you know how many hundreds of years ago.
- 38:38Speaker 3: They were the birthplace of free speech. And we took
- 38:42Speaker 3: it to America and we made it even stronger. But
- 38:44Speaker 3: whoever imagined England would abandon it, the leftist labor government
- 38:49Speaker 3: in Britain. And that's because communists are the same everywhere
- 38:51Speaker 3: in the world. They hate free speech because look, it's
- 38:54Speaker 3: always the same everywhere in the world. Communism fails, the
- 38:58Speaker 3: people starved, the people go to prison, the people go
- 39:02Speaker 3: to re education camps, the people are murdered butchered by
- 39:06Speaker 3: the communist government. They have to kill you once they
- 39:08Speaker 3: realize you'll never be brainwashed. And so everywhere in the
- 39:12Speaker 3: world people are willing to say, you guys are idiots.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Everything you're saying is bs and it doesn't work, and
- 39:18Speaker 3: you're a bunch of murderers and you're a bunch of scumbags.
- 39:21Speaker 3: Everything you're saying is propaganda and gas lighting. And just
- 39:24Speaker 3: like the Biden and Obama administrations, and just like the
- 39:27Speaker 3: new labor administration in the UK. So they don't want
- 39:31Speaker 3: people able to speak. But it's too late. The cats
- 39:35Speaker 3: out of the bag, you morons. You got Twitter, you
- 39:39Speaker 3: got Facebook, you got all forms of social media. You
- 39:43Speaker 3: can never cover up free speech ever again, or the
- 39:46Speaker 3: people's anger ever again, you morons. The people are gonna
- 39:51Speaker 3: overcome you. You're gonna wind up like the what was it,
- 39:54Speaker 3: the lead of Romania they found I'm in a ditch,
- 39:57Speaker 3: Fifty people chased them and then they killed them in
- 39:59Speaker 3: a ditch. But the leader of Libya, Momar Kadafi, they
- 40:02Speaker 3: I think they raped him and murdered him before he
- 40:05Speaker 3: died with a pipe. You know. It's if you're not
- 40:07Speaker 3: in this day and age, you can get away with
- 40:09Speaker 3: stuff fifty years ago, one hundred years ago. If you
- 40:13Speaker 3: try and suppress the people in any country in the world,
- 40:16Speaker 3: there's a good chance you're gonna wind up in a
- 40:18Speaker 3: ditch with fifty people hitting you in the head with
- 40:20Speaker 3: bats and shovels. We're sticking you fifty times on a knife,
- 40:25Speaker 3: you know. And I'm not proposing before that, I'm telling
- 40:27Speaker 3: you that's what happens to leaders that don't allow free
- 40:31Speaker 3: speech while they're hurting the people of their country. And
- 40:35Speaker 3: by the way, thank god, that's never happened in America.
- 40:38Speaker 3: It happens in other countries. But you can't suppress free speech,
- 40:44Speaker 3: is my point. Yet, in England, the leftist labor government
- 40:47Speaker 3: has proposed radical reforms to the rights of workers that
- 40:51Speaker 3: can include classing. I think that means eliminating sensitive topics
- 40:57Speaker 3: of conversation in the workplace, such as religion, women's rights,
- 41:01Speaker 3: or transgenderism as harassment. Oh I see classing as in
- 41:05Speaker 3: put them in a class of harassment. If you discuss religion,
- 41:10Speaker 3: women's rights, or transgenderism, it's it's considered it's classified as harassment,
- 41:17Speaker 3: and it would The proposed legislation would force employers to
- 41:21Speaker 3: prevent workers from being subjected to such subjects by third parties,
- 41:25Speaker 3: even customers. So when someone walks in your store and
- 41:28Speaker 3: they're not allowed to talk to you about politics, or
- 41:30Speaker 3: religion or transgenderism, if they're found to fail to do so,
- 41:35Speaker 3: they could face lawsuits under the legislation. So the business
- 41:39Speaker 3: would get you know, would get fined or put out
- 41:42Speaker 3: of business. Isn't that wonderful? Far left Washington Post cartoonists
- 41:47Speaker 3: arrested for possession of child porn. I'm telling you, I
- 41:51Speaker 3: used to think it was like some nutty bat you
- 41:54Speaker 3: know what, crazy Q Noon philosophy. And I'm starting to
- 41:59Speaker 3: think it's true. The people on the left are all pedophiles,
- 42:02Speaker 3: where a lot of them are pedophiles, and the government
- 42:05Speaker 3: people are pedophiles, and the leftist politicians are pedophiles, and
- 42:09Speaker 3: they're all trying to defend their pedophilia. They're sick, they're
- 42:13Speaker 3: mentally ill people. They really are bad, bad stuff. But
- 42:19Speaker 3: there is some good news out there. The House passes
- 42:22Speaker 3: a bill banning men from women's sports in the United States.
- 42:25Speaker 3: We're going the right direction, Thank god. A sponsor of
